  Ugh @Outlook for years I’ve set up rules for my hotmail inbox to divert emails to folders. Every day they are ignored. I have to reassign daily. I get 200-400 emails a day. This is not working. I want to delete all rules to start over. But I have to delete them one at a time?

  @boctorbill @MicrosoftTeams @Outlook Actually, I have no problem pasting images into chat. I rely on it in fact. Because if you drag a file in, it wants to add it to One Drive. Either select an image file in Finder and copy it then paste it in chat, or use screen grab tools to copy to your clipboard and paste.

  @Outlook None of that helps because when I try to login to the account it's locked and the only option to unlock it is to text a code and it rejects any phone number I put in.
