  @katensch @MicrosoftHelps @Outlook Hi Kate! I was having this issue several weeks ago too, so I'm not entirely sure it's a global issue. Hotmail doesn't like my IP. I'm curious, is mail being sent to your "junk" folder that normally shouldn't be? Mail from all my usual contacts is being directed to "junk" today.
