    @Outlook what is wrong with Outlook mail on iPhone? Says too many login attempts, when there were zero login attempts. Then after entering password, doesn’t recognize password. Verify human. And repeat. But never actually connects. Problem is def on your end. Again.

    @Outlook How do we get support from a live person? Nothing is working. My husband can get on his Hotmail account on his phone, but it's not working on any of our laptops. He doesn't have MS Authenticator set up, and it's confusing as to how to do that. When we ask to send a code to his phone, it never arrives. He's not sure about his password. When he tried it, it said he was locked out. He doesn't have a security key, etc. When we tried phoning for help, the automated thing just sends us back to the Web. Please help! This is maddening.

    @Outlook is there an issue with your email systems with Apple products today? As I am being signed out of my main email account every two minutes, I have changed password and deleted and readded account onto my phone and this is still happening??

    @Azure : Remove this insanity of #AuthenticatorApp! I created a new biz account for some emailing, put the debit card, then the login forces to setup that stupid app, but I don't own a smartphone (and won't borrow anyone's). I tried to call support but got disconnected, calling again leads nowhere. At this point I could not even cancel the membership because I cannot login... Madness! Just let the customer decides what they want as 2FA!!! They know better, you control-freaks. So what am I supposed to do at this point? Cannot login, cannot setup auth app, cannot even cancel because cannot login, cannot open a case online because cannot login, and no "Use another way" option to skip this silly Auth-App setup, and no Desktop App either since I run exclusively on Linux.... Why so complicated??? Keep It Simple Stupid. @Microsoft @Outlook

    @Outlook @marti81_16 If the fkn log in system. I can't log in half the time says to many times login in use different browser. Just let me use a fkn password. I don't want 50 different methods. Ffs. Wake ******** up @Outlook
