    Been an Xbox guy since the beginning, outlook too. Been locked out of my account for two days and get a human to call me @Microsoft @Outlook. AI chat useless, remote online useless. About to be done with them. TERRIBLE SUPPORT

    @Outlook cannot sign in on new app on cell phone. Have changed PW 5 times, used codes, input security letters. Still does not f***ING work.
