    @Outlook Why are you constantly trying to switch the Mac OS version of the app into the new dumbed down look? I use it only because of the old UI. At this point I would much rather use @mozthunderbird if it wasn't so powerhungry on the M1. 😕

    @Outlook Please fix your Android spam issue. Dozens of repeat phishing and spam emails regarding the same fake company promotions, and still no end after blocking and reporting. New the past few while... dozens of fake calendar invites daily. So annoying!

    Trying the @Outlook for Windows (#OneOutlook) app with personal account. Seeing issue with contact syncing, sorting, and missing fields in Contacts. Hope they add sync between Desktop and Web fields and custom fields in updates and infrastructure. cc: @thurrott @maryjofoley

    If you use @Outlook and it's connected to a 365 Exchange server, I HIGHLY discourage you from running the latest update (unless you want a reason to take a break from email.

    @Outlook I am locked out of my email! I have the right password because i write them down. I just haven’t logged into it in a long time and now it has locked me out! I did the Account Recovery Request but it got denied! I want my email back @Outlook

    So @Microsoft @Outlook has decided to start planting these fake-email ads at the top of my email stream. About 1-2x/day these ads break outlook and I have to shut down everything I'm working on and restart. I pledge to NEVER EVER buy ANY product featured in ANY of these ads.

    I have been unable to send email from @Outlook for 5 days (IP bounce). Go Daddy says it's a known @Microsoft issue occurring across regions. Nothing I did caused it. Both GD and I have formally requested @Microsoft to unblock my account. Unresolved for 5 days??
