@Outlook at 10amCST my email glitched and is not working. When I compose a new email it is tracking all changes as I type and the top bar is gray. I am unable to change font, make bullet points, etc. My emails look VERY unprofessional.

@Outlook Try to remove the old account, not responding. Removed it from the Control Panel option and created a new profile, errors about missing default data file; Create a new data file, errors about new location; Add account back, not responding followed by error signing in. Sigh.

@Outlook it's important to stop working on new features for your Windows app and focus on fixing sever bugs. I've been struggling for more that 3 years with the same bug. which I stop receiving new emails, where your support team every time create for me a new profile to fix it.

@Outlook "This is a known issue with IMAP accounts. The change (read state) needs to sync with the server before you can move it, which only takes a split second, but outlook keeps a hold on the message until you switch messages." 4 years ago. Not fixed yet. But thanks for the answer.

@Outlook is the worst Mail service that i have ever seen. They locked my mail for literally no reason and when I tried to unlock it, they send a code to my number that never came and have to WAIT 24 HOURS just to try it again! Oh and talking to support only possible via sign in!

@Outlook I don't know what ya'll did under the hood to fix the Junk Mail issue (In the last month or so), but it's wonderful going from 30-50 Obvious Junk E-Mails a day hitting my Junk Folder to like 5. Keep up the Awesome!

@Outlook Please help! I can access my email through my iPhone because password is saved but when I try to login through my desktop and tells me password is incorrect. I already did the new account verification form numerous of times and it tells me I can’t be verified.
