    @Microsoft @Outlook How is it you have to PAY to protect your accounts location wise? Why has no government stepped in here. I have a Hotmail/Outlook account that’s constantly getting Auth prompts from other countries. Why can I not restrict it to my own! It would fix 90% !

    We’re in 2026 and @Outlook still can’t fix notifications and badges on iOS. It’s NEVER RIGHT. Always get these mystery notifications. Telling me 2 new emails and there’s only 1. Most frustrating thing. #outlooksucks

    My bank account (Isbank) is officially linked to this compromised email address. I am ready to submit legal/banking documentation. This is not just an account issue, this is an active financial cybercrime in progress! @MicrosoftHelps @Outlook

    @Outlook @Outlook has become complete trash, letting unverified emails to email people, 100% are scammers or hackers, and @Microsoft like per usual is trash letting this happen. STILL AN ISSUE, STILL NOT FIXED, PATHETIC.

    @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft @Outlook Update: I finally managed to recover my account. I had to install the Outlook app on iOS and go through the “forgot password” process there. Somehow the verification (robot test) worked there, and I was finally able to reset my password. This just shows how broken the system is — the same process didn’t work anywhere else. Also, Microsoft’s support is even worse than the system itself. No real help, no human support, just useless automated responses. This experience was extremely frustrating.

    @Outlook @Microsoft @MicrosoftHelps will you please fix the iPhone email problem already?!? Some have said theirs is fixed yet mine is still not working 😑

    The new @Outlook is terrible, you can’t even respond to original emails sent to you if someone that was cc’d sends a response to that email and you press reply as well it will never go back to the original email it will only respond to the person that responded. Terrible update
