    @Outlook For2 I have been locked out of my emails, despite filling out forms many times over. I filled in all the details you asked for many times. I do NOT have a number you can text me on because I am using a different sim on vacation. So just fix it. This is terrible service

    @MSFT365Status @MicrosoftHelps @Outlook I am still unable to get into my Hotmail account after 3+ days on ANY device or app and internet. Please take these issues seriously and fix this. This is NOT an intermittent problem, it is an OUTAGE.

    @Outlook How about fix your ****** platform smh. Have had nothing but issues for 2 straight days. Can barely work because it doesn’t load worth a ****. Check connection with ISP. All good. You gonna reimburse everyone for these disruptions. It’s a joke at this punt

    Day 3 without being able to access my emails. I am now able to get a code through my phone number, but then is asking me for a second authentication, I then type in the code my Authy app gives me and it’s not working! @Outlook @MSFT365Status @MicrosoftHelps

    @Outlook Hi, I’m locked out of my Outlook account. Unable to reset password, get a code via SMS and reached the limit of account recovery requests for today. Anything else I can do? Can you help please? Looks like it was a synch issue which caused this initially.
