    Hey @Outlook I cannot access your "Smart Network Data Services" anymore. After login, I get redirected to generic Microsoft account page. Your IP status API responds with "Bad Request" using my API key. Can anyone help please?

    @Outlook Thanks, but a bit confused - the update page you linked to says “We have not seen any further recurrence of the issue and our telemetry indicates that the service continues to remain healthy” which clearly isn’t the case as my Mail App continually asks me to reenter the password?

    @thurrott @Microsoft @Outlook Seems to be up and down. Have periods where it seems to catch everything (including one of their own emails) and then periods like now where nothing gets caught.

    @Outlook Disappointed with failure of outlook to work properly on my phone which is causing an issue with my job. Waiting days for substantive help from MS. Every day delayed is more inconvenience and more work trouble. Why can I not get a clear, complete and concise answer?

    So today I fixed an @Outlook issue I had since the @Windows April update. I reported it to @Microsoft365 and 3 different support "technicians" FAILED to fixed. What I bloody waste of my time, as all 3 took over an hour to do nothing constructive. #Useless
