    @Outlook @Office i cannot tell you how much i hate you, how many hours i have wasted trying to sort an issue. I DONT want to synch my life across all my devices. My life has compartments and borders We dont want or need clouds your software is not helpful it is intrusive

    @GregRee80843529 @Outlook Same !!! Two weeks having an absolute nightmare and unable to speak to anyone at Microsoft. I have had the email for over 8 years and I can’t afford to loose it. Stupid two factor authentication, I can provide the email no problem but my mobile number is now disconnected 😭 help!

    @Outlook your validation process is broken. One of my accounts is locked and am trying to get in. I input my phone number but am not receiving the text to validate. Tried following instructions online to contact support but am stuck in an endless loop! I need my account unlocked!

    @Outlook all my incoming emails are going to junk folder. I have not set a filter for it but everything gets sent to junk and i have to manually move them or click the it’s not junk button. anything i need to do fix this? I use email on my computer and on my iPhone Mail app.

    @Outlook I know you want everyone paying for Office365, but do you really need to make configuring IMAP accounts so difficult. Just give the option to specify the servers without just assuming them. I shouldn't have to go into Control Panel to fix it!

    When will you fix your spam filters once and for all? Hundreds of spam emails keep appearing in my inbox, it’s ridiculous! No matter how many times I block & report them more appear @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps it’s unacceptable. FIX. THE. ISSUE. It’s been over a week and no solution
