    @Outlook That link is just telling me to do everything I have tried. She NEEDS to access it urgently. It looks like other users have the same problem, surely there must be something you can do?

    @Outlook Please can you try and fix the problem where having to constantly re-enter password atleast 5 times a day. I’ve spoken to others with an iPhone and they are all having the same issue. Thanks

    @Outlook The issue that I (and 1000s of other twitter users) are referring to is one where the iOS Mail app is re-prompting for the password. I get these prompts at least 1 (generally more) each day. This is not occurring in the Outlook iOS app.

    @Outlook There is no such option in-app. I am using outlook through my Apple iPhone Mail app, not the Outlook app. I asked about this issue over a week ago and you said you were aware of the issue and were trying to fix it. This obviously hasn’t happened as the problem is still there.

    @AppleSupport @Outlook are there issues at the moment with live account logins on Apple’s built in Mail app? Ever since I upgraded to iPhone 12 it keeps asking me to re-enter my password for my hotmail daily or even multiple times a day, and it’s extremely annoying!

    @TheF00dBae Same. I keep having the same problem with my @Outlook, logs me off all 4 accounts I use it for. Tried to talk to Microsoft support, but it didn't really help 😤
