    @MSFT365Status Hi @Outlook and @MSFT365Status It has been >24hrs and lots of us did the steps you listed. I myself just tried to access my email accounts a minute ago through ios email app and also Outlook email app. This is still NOT working! It keeps asking for entering the captcha codes and not excepting the entered password! Can you please prioritize the resolution of this access issue?

    @nikitheshrimper @Outlook 2/2 If I try to download emails manually I get a message - cannot connect to server. So I’m just letting push notifications do its thing. After a few hours I did need to put in my password again. But they are working on the issues. be patient….Or log on to mail via web browser.

    @heartisgone @Outlook Yes it’s Microsoft Exchange on your phone where it says add an account choose from list the exchange instead of outlook see if it lets you login there.

    @TechWTaylor @Outlook Mine started working again this morning. I’m able to send and receive emails again. Maybe the fix is a slow roll out.

    @outlook 24 hours + & it’s still down 🤬🤬🤬 can’t fix it via any of they ways they are saying to do. Need it fixed waiting for important work emails that could potentially make or break whether I keep my job or not.

    @nikitheshrimper @Outlook 1/2 Had the same issue all day. Still have issues but my emails are slowly loading. I deleted mail, hard rested the IPhone. Reinstall mail with the OUTLOOK option. Did password reset. Logged in with new password, let mail fetch every 30 minutes, slowly I’m getting my emails.

    @Outlook what is wrong with Outlook mail on iPhone? Says too many login attempts, when there were zero login attempts. Then after entering password, doesn’t recognize password. Verify human. And repeat. But never actually connects. Problem is def on your end. Again.

    @outlook @MSFT365Status Soooo it sends a code to my phone but then it says i have 2 step verification and it won't send a code to my email bc it STILL says 'tried too many codes try again tomorrow'🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 FIX THIS ******* ****
