    @MicrosoftHelps @Outlook 2. Her phone number was all that was on the account for recovery purposes. A "bot" or some entity decides to repeatedly get into her account so Microsoft shuts it down and asks for verification. We supply the CORRECT phone number and it won't txt to a regular phone...

    @etysontx @Outlook I believe Google does not use Folder Structure like Microsoft Outlook uses. The emails are essentially "labelled" or "Marked". So when making folders in Outlook App for Gmail, it's why youay have issues. Realized this issue when migrating a Gmail to Outlook Account

    @Outlook your password reset or verify account system is terrible been locked out my emails for 2 days now! And I filled the verification form out 5 times doesn’t have enough info apparently for your automated system??

    @shanselman @WSV_GUY I submitted a support case inside @Outlook , but at the time I thought it was just faceID freezing up. Haven’t reported back new findings, as I don’t think it’s truly an outlook problem.
