    @TechWTaylor @Outlook Mine started working again this morning. I’m able to send and receive emails again. Maybe the fix is a slow roll out.

    @lovemesomeALLI @Microsoft @Outlook Try the following. Login using any mobile number linked to email. Instead of email address. With current password.

    @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft @Outlook Update: I finally managed to recover my account. I had to install the Outlook app on iOS and go through the “forgot password” process there. Somehow the verification (robot test) worked there, and I was finally able to reset my password. This just shows how broken the system is — the same process didn’t work anywhere else. Also, Microsoft’s support is even worse than the system itself. No real help, no human support, just useless automated responses. This experience was extremely frustrating.

    @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft you guys need to fix @Outlook across the online the desktop program and whatever other incarnations like the phone app. Outlook is awful.

    @Outlook How about fix your ****** platform smh. Have had nothing but issues for 2 straight days. Can barely work because it doesn’t load worth a ****. Check connection with ISP. All good. You gonna reimburse everyone for these disruptions. It’s a joke at this punt

    @outlook @MSFT365Status Soooo it sends a code to my phone but then it says i have 2 step verification and it won't send a code to my email bc it STILL says 'tried too many codes try again tomorrow'🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 FIX THIS ******* ****

    I love (not really) how I need to login each time on outlook web. I mean, each freaking time man @Outlook -- you're a 3.19 TRILLION USD company, I think wont be difficult to fix something like this.
