    Hi @tim_cook I have been breaking my head over with apple tech team and they are clueless / shrugging off the shoulders from the issue I am facing with iOS. They are asking to have @Outlook and @BillGates call them. This is really absurd. Apple Case ID: 101402971985. Please help!

    @isaeminhafalir @Outlook This is curious. BION, I moved to Outlook recently from Apple Mail app, because of exactly the same problem. Maybe this is because I did not update the OS for a while. So far Outlook does it for me.

    @Outlook Why would any Company who professes and/or believes in the morals of "Trustworthy Computing" need to TRACK PEOPLE DOWN who SEND EMAILS ON THEIR SERVICE. Is it for your PENTAGON or your ICE contracts? If so, WHAT is a good reason to use your service? Protection shakedown?

    @outlook How can I fix the issue? When I mark an e-mail as 'not junk' a rule should be made for the sender to not ever move to 'Junk'. Is it just my account? I have to manually add all these entities into my address book? Safe senders list? Can't I just mark 'not junk'?

    The Microsoft @Outlook calendar appears to have been built with the assumption that every user has a consistent work schedule and only works with people who work the same schedule in the same time zone. This is a problem.

    @drrodebaugh My univ uses outlook but I "spoof" its SMTP in Gmail because I can't stand @Outlook. I'm fine with dealing with a few bugs / issues in that setup (and checking spam folders often)

    @DrAdamChapman @DrPeteKirwan @Outlook I think I've solved it! In the version I have access to you can't do it under options, but can under the 'Filter' drop-down menu at the top of the inbox
