    @Microsoft @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps What is taking so long?Mail app on iPhone still not working for outlook / Hotmail accounts. Asks to re-enter password put in correct password you say it’s wrong or too many times which is not right, then codes don’t come through!we need access!

    @nikitheshrimper @Outlook 2/2 If I try to download emails manually I get a message - cannot connect to server. So I’m just letting push notifications do its thing. After a few hours I did need to put in my password again. But they are working on the issues. be patient….Or log on to mail via web browser.

    Hi, @Outlook you locked me out of my e-mail account. Your self-help guides don't work, I can't sign in to message with an advisor and there are no advisors on the phone, just a robot who doesnt nothing but direct me back to the useless self-help online. Give me my account back

    @simoes_romeo @Outlook Yup. Just fixed it. From last login attempt - need to wait about 1hr. Then these steps: Delete outlook from iPhone mail. Then hard reset phone. Then reinstall Outlook. This worked for me - might help you. Good luck

    @Outlook @Microsoft please fix outlook! Been trying to log in for almost 24 hours on 2 accounts and both say password is incorrect but I cannot reset as I cannot access the recovery account!!! This is ridiculous!!!!
