    now I am locked out of my email account due to 'too many attempts' because of YOUR OUTAGE, an endless loop day 3 and I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to hopefully get my account recovered. Unreal @Microsoft @Outlook DO BETTER!

    @Outlook I can not believe the incompetence at this company, my email is still down, they just will not send me a code to reset my work/private account. I have just had to wait a full 7 days to try again, nothing and now they want me to wait 28 days!!!

    @Outlook How about fix your ****** platform smh. Have had nothing but issues for 2 straight days. Can barely work because it doesn’t load worth a ****. Check connection with ISP. All good. You gonna reimburse everyone for these disruptions. It’s a joke at this punt
