  Tried the new Outlook app on Windows 11 for a few weeks and reverted back to classic cause of weird email formatting issues. In replies, my emails were returned all stretched out and looked out of whack. @Microsoft @Outlook @Windows

  @Azure : Remove this insanity of #AuthenticatorApp! I created a new biz account for some emailing, put the debit card, then the login forces to setup that stupid app, but I don't own a smartphone (and won't borrow anyone's). I tried to call support but got disconnected, calling again leads nowhere. At this point I could not even cancel the membership because I cannot login... Madness! Just let the customer decides what they want as 2FA!!! They know better, you control-freaks. So what am I supposed to do at this point? Cannot login, cannot setup auth app, cannot even cancel because cannot login, cannot open a case online because cannot login, and no "Use another way" option to skip this silly Auth-App setup, and no Desktop App either since I run exclusively on Linux.... Why so complicated??? Keep It Simple Stupid. @Microsoft @Outlook

  @Outlook I urgently need engineering‑level support to restore my mailbox from a date before April 6. Only your internal engineering team can recover this. Please stop sending automated replies and actually read my case. It’s been 2 days and the server snapshots are expiring.

  @Outlook Dear Microsoft. I’m locked out of my personal email, my authentication on my phone is linked as recovery for my business email. I get a prompt to enter my mobile so I can get a text to be greeted with ‘it’s not working right now’. I have forgotten my password and have tried countless hours trying to get my personal email up and running… one course of action was encountering AI chat which was useless! I am at the end of my tether now as it’s been over a month of trying and as you can appreciate, it’s incredibly disruptive. I have some very important personal emails that I can’t now access! I can’t speak to a human so how can you remedy this?

  @Outlook I'm absolutely sick and tired of you. My email access has gone from eady and with no problems to waiting for access, also getting locked in having to restart my phone. It's an absolute pain I hate the ads which were bad enough on unfocused, but now on focused too

  @Microsoft Outlook and teams mobile apps not even opening on android galaxy s25...this is a serious issue @MicrosoftTeams @Outlook. It's a blank screen or an endless loading spiral.

  @Outlook when are you going to fix copilot for outlook for the Mac? Most of time copilot menu disappears when creating an email. It’s useless. @MS_OutlookMac @Copilot
