    @TaraSlone @Outlook @Apple Use a paper day timer to write down appointments and meetings. And it has the added benefit of not breaking if you drop it.

    @mikedoeslife @Outlook Recall only works if both you and the recipient are using Exchange or Microsoft 365 as your mail server, and then only if you are both in the same organisation and it hasn't been read yet.

    @Outlook what is the issue with sending and receiving email the last couple days? I thought it was resolved last night and now it seems broken again. It’s bad on my pc but worse on my iPhone.

    I enjoy the new-ish @Outlook for Mac update, but whatever they did with this update to search results is a step backwards from the existing feature that was perfectly fine and reliable. Search results are absolutely broken in the new version.

    Did @Microsoft even try to optimize @Outlook on M1? Window mgmt can't handle full screen or windowed mode without looking like it's broken.

    @TaraSlone @Outlook @Apple One method I use is rather than accepting a meeting invite on my phone I flag it in my inbox as a reminder to action it next time I'm at my desktop, otherwise it would quickly get buried. It's solutionism, but it's at least it's a workaround to the Apple calendar issue.

    @TaraSlone @Outlook @Apple I don't use my Apple calendar, although it does theoretically link to my Outlook calendar through an Enterprise server. I noticed that accepting a meeting on my phone doesn't transfer to my Outlook, so I lose meetings. Google Calendar is pretty good across platforms though.

    I get that my password is changing, @Outlook, you tell me every day, this doesn’t mean i still don’t wait for the day it changes, fail to login then need to change it again.

    Yo @Outlook -- your new Mac version is pretty great. however, when I open ICS files downloaded from the internet, Outlook opens them as an attachment to a new draft email (and not as a calendar item). Am I doing something wrong, or is this in need of a fix on your end?
