    Hi, I forgot my Outlook mail password and i was really worried about it, Whenever I try to reset my password using two different Mobile Number, I got otp on the first Number but when I am using second Number for otp it say this verification method is not working. @Outlook

    @Outlook Correct passwords are not being accepted by Outlook: "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password."

    Oops! Just realized that @Outlook doesn’t give you an option to choose a time zone for scheduled messages. What a bummer. @Microsoft please fix or add this option. 🚀

    @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft @Outlook Update: I finally managed to recover my account. I had to install the Outlook app on iOS and go through the “forgot password” process there. Somehow the verification (robot test) worked there, and I was finally able to reset my password. This just shows how broken the system is — the same process didn’t work anywhere else. Also, Microsoft’s support is even worse than the system itself. No real help, no human support, just useless automated responses. This experience was extremely frustrating.

    now I am locked out of my email account due to 'too many attempts' because of YOUR OUTAGE, an endless loop day 3 and I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to hopefully get my account recovered. Unreal @Microsoft @Outlook DO BETTER!

    @microsoft & @Outlook my Discord was hacked during their data breach, my Outlook, Microsoft and Xbox account were all hacked through this as well. I've tried to recover my accounts but your recovery system is ******* atrocious. Never had these problems until Windows 11

    Hey @Outlook we use you for work and all my colleagues and I run into this very annoying bug where you will reply to someone, it stops the typing cursor as if you clicked away and when you press space it will archive the e-mail chain. Can you please fix ASAP? thanks.

    We’re in 2026 and @Outlook still can’t fix notifications and badges on iOS. It’s NEVER RIGHT. Always get these mystery notifications. Telling me 2 new emails and there’s only 1. Most frustrating thing. #outlooksucks
