    @sinclairinat0r @Outlook ask the sender to check if they're using DKIM and other mail server id correctly; there are so many badly configured mail servers and so many badly delegated senders that trip spam criteria

    @sinclairinat0r @Outlook I wonder if I tag in @shireofsj if they can run this up the ladder to whoever handles their Office365 setup and confirm everything is setup correctly. If not I'll go email them. May not fix your email spam problem in general but hopefully can fix spam going through their system

    @Outlook same reclaim username error message for over 1 month “please try again later”. I need access to my email. Same email. Same mobile. No one has reclaimed it. Help required.

    @Outlook my hotmail account cannot send emails. I’ve gone through all troubleshooting and the issue lies within my actual account. I’ve spoken to Microsoft support and they’ve told me to speak to you. Can you DM me please?

    @somewriter @Outlook Tried that mate. Problem is you have to run the rule manually which defeats the object of it. Been looking everywhere for a way to make the rules run automatically to no avail! Thanks though.

    Anyone else having issues accidentally hitting delete on emails in @Outlook 365? It’s like dead center when you click on an email to open it ive hit undo half the time I check emails

    @MicrosoftTeams a very big missing feature is the 'presence' unavailability on @Outlook. In our organisation we have the legacy @SkypeBusiness & #Teams, however only when I login to Skype do I get to see the presence (offline/online/busy/meeting, etc.) in Outlook app.

    @Outlook I’m aware what emails are scamming. The problem is they keep going in my focused emails. Getting hundreds a week.

    @Outlook That’s exactly the problem! I’m already sent 3 forms to recover my email, but you don’t let it work! I recently moved for another country, changed my phones and devices. Maybe all you think it’s a fraud, but it isn’t!

    @nerdwithus @Outlook Do the connection problems continue? If so and you haven't done so already, I would suggest Contact Support from the Help menu so that we can learn more about what's going wrong in your case.

    @Outlook @BrianReidC7 Subsequently found out that an attached file gets uploaded to \My Files\Approvals Document in my OneDrive, so recipients actually open the doc from a shared link. The issue with that is if they modify the document, I don't have those modifications in the original location.

    Why is Outlook so terrible at blocking emails? Tried everything after being added to an email chain yet I'm still being bombarded by emails every hour. Make it stop @Outlook make it stop.

    @marypcbuk @sinclairinat0r @Outlook Happened to me even with senders from Gmail or other major companies that clearly wouldn’t trigger that problem.

    @FJeelani @Outlook Hi Faisal, I just logged a bug for Outlook for Mac—the Sent mail from delegate account is getting stuck in Outbox. Things are running fine on Windows. Hopefully just user error, but curious if this is a known issue?
