    @ITguySoCal @Outlook When I switched phones the restore went fine. Anything with a 2FA code worked with no issue. M365 enterprise accounts was a different story. Over all pretty painless.

    Hey @Microsoft365 @Outlook all the content of emails and attachments has disappeared from my desktop inbox. Restarting x 2 has not helped. Automatic updates turned on. (MacOS big sur, 11.6) No issue with emails on iPhone. Googled for answers… no luck. 😬 what do I do?

    @dbrinkmann @ITguySoCal @Outlook Backup worked flawlessly for me - though I was very nervous it would fail. What kills me, and the reason why everything isn’t in it, (1) cross device support is terrible and (2) multiple accounts be website is horrendous

    @MicrosoftHelps @Outlook I reported a bug perhaps 20 or 25 times re. email body scrolling up/down for no reason when editing an email using the desktop app. Reported here, on the feedback hub, via feedback tab. Bug is months old, affecting basic functionality. What's happening?

    @ITguySoCal @Outlook It’s worked well for me, after I worked out the process. I needed to select the restore option as the very first step in the app, and not run through the standard wizard and then sign in. It doesn’t make it very obvious when running the app

    @ITguySoCal @Outlook It brought back the AAD account names but all in broken states where I had to re-do them all for M365 accounts (Notify via app). So complete failure in my use case when getting a new phone.

    @ITguySoCal @Outlook Only worked for my Hotmail account. All others where either gone or not working anymore. Lastpass auth backup works flawless

    For WEEKS I've been unable to click on a given day/time on @Outlook calendar to add events. The only way I can do it is by clicking "new event" and then changing all the date/time settings there. I've tried everything I can think of to fix this. Has anyone else seen/solved this?
