  • DemiseNZ Gav "XPD/DemiseNZ" (@DemiseNZ) reported from Auckland, Auckland

@BlakJakNZ @Outlook Stopped using it. Now using Spark with no issue.

  • danielhaas Daniel Haas (@danielhaas) reported

@Outlook I just spend a couple of hours with the office support until they gave up and told me it would be an outlook issue how to set up my custom domain. Where do I find the necessary DNS entries for my third party domain provide?

  • engagedpractx Daniel Reeders (@engagedpractx) reported

@outlook hey I can't even *read* the details of events contained in .ics files - you really need to fix that up fast

  • Rene74599270 Rene (@Rene74599270) reported

@Outlook say...could you fix hotmail? It is getting really annoying!! Thank you.

  • janebinnion Jane I wear a mask to keep others safe Binnion (@janebinnion) reported

We use @Outlook but we are having a lot of problems with emails these last few days. Anyone else?

  • gogs42 GEORGE (@gogs42) reported

@Outlook Your team advised last week that they were aware of the issue. It’s on down detector as well, thousand of people saying the same issue. The sync also isn’t working from your servers to the iPhone or iPad for deleted items they don’t clear. You have to clear all three!

  • scpresto Stephen Preston (@scpresto) reported

@Outlook is such a broken piece of software that I can't imagine how @Microsoft keeps getting contracts to force people to use it. It crashes multiple times daily. It's seamlessly dysfunctional across multiple platforms.

  • seanmaccready Sean MacCready (@seanmaccready) reported

@Outlook your account recovery options are terrible and especially terrible for internet users with adaptive needs. Trying to help a visually impaired relative and the fact that the only way to get a recovery code is text (they gave a landline) is holding up the process.

  • alonbrown Alon Brown (@alonbrown) reported

@BenCraib @Outlook Thanks for trying the new Outlook! FWIW, we’re aware of these issues and are working to fix them.

  • devsaikan Saif Khan (@devsaikan) reported

You would think that with all the security issues going on, @Outlook desktop client would have a big 🤬 pink button in my face saying - click here for enabling delayed send. 10 mins and I still can’t find it.

  • DBrown83058431 D Brown (@DBrown83058431) reported

@Outlook it didn’t work for long. I am still having trouble with my emails. I think it’s a hacker. It’s not your fault.

  • CanadianOwl92 Angus Bell (@CanadianOwl92) reported

@Outlook I know how to deal with them. The issue is that all of a sudden there have been a plethora of them appearing in my inbox instead of being automatically relegated to the junk folder.

  • R1ggy Sarah Rigglesford (@R1ggy) reported

@Outlook Hi, not sure if it’s the actual app that is the problem, it’s asking for the password in my Apple settings, so I believe it to be my email account within the actual mail app as opposed to the outlook app?

  • BlakJakNZ Mark Foster (@BlakJakNZ) reported

@richms @Outlook Well that's telling. I've got corporate lock-ins to manage unfortunately. So I'm stuck waiting for Microsoft to fix it.

  • piyush_soni Piyush Soni (@piyush_soni) reported

@dflieb @Microsoft @Outlook app. It's super stupid and slow. When you click on an email notification to open it, it literally takes 1+ minutes to open that on my phone - and you can actually interact with other emails in the app until that happens! I sometimes forget that I had even ...
