    @Outlook Dear Microsoft. I’m locked out of my personal email, my authentication on my phone is linked as recovery for my business email. I get a prompt to enter my mobile so I can get a text to be greeted with ‘it’s not working right now’. I have forgotten my password and have tried countless hours trying to get my personal email up and running… one course of action was encountering AI chat which was useless! I am at the end of my tether now as it’s been over a month of trying and as you can appreciate, it’s incredibly disruptive. I have some very important personal emails that I can’t now access! I can’t speak to a human so how can you remedy this?

    Anyone using @Outlook on iOS having massive issues lately? Emails looking like they’ve been sent to only delete the message and return a blank email to draft without sending the original email? Emails ready to send, but the exit and send buttons won’t work. The app isn’t frozen, but you have to force close the app and hope the latest draft saved all changes. This is only happening on iOS to my knowledge

    @Outlook @Microsoft Luckily I have a passkey and was able to sign out of all my accounts elsewhere. In fact I removed the password as a sign in option for my account now. Strongly recommend everyone do this!

    Hey @Outlook wtf is up with your tech support. I call because my email was hacked and the hacker was locking me out of other accounts and buying nearly $2k of Walmart gift cards. When I reached out for help your tech heard my problem then hung up. Now no one at tech won’t call because the one that flaked on me when I needed him most flagged my phone number (the one that’s been on file for years)

    @retrobike_c16 @Outlook Cut down your image size in paint or preview in Mac. Then make the signature in word. Only way I could get our team to have consistent signatures

    I currently have 2 Outlook accounts for 2 diff. jobs. When I try to log into one of the accounts, the verification code notification keeps being sent to the other work account instead. please resolve this issue so I can access the correct account? @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps

    @Outlook My case involves MAILBOX CORRUPTION, not deletion. I need this escalated to the engineering team. Only they can restore internal server snapshots. The attack happened yesterday — there is still time.
