    @Outlook is today's Outlook outage is a reminder that, man, you cannot have ALL your key documents in one place. What happens if your entire Sent or Drafts boxes stay wiped out after this This is a major 365 outage, affecting email, Exchange, search and more

    @Outlook It’s been days of failed recovery attempts, unanswered requests, and no real support. I completed the forms, followed every step, and still have no access to my recovery emails. At this point it feels like customers are being ignored instead of helped. Please escalate this issue.

    Weird #outage today. I can’t access @Outlook at all, but some of my coworkers can, but some of their apps don’t work. I am truthfully in the “this really sucks” category. Have things to do.

    @Outlook @Microsoft I reported fraud to you 4 days ago. And have still have ZERO response. my details are STILL compromised due to your lack of urgency with such a sensitive issue. Everything else was sorted in hours by various other companies. Shocking.

    @Outlook @Microsoft My outlook Email has been messed up by Microsoft. It developed persistent login problems, kept bombarding me with product adverts and freezing instead of logging me in. It forced me to change my password, now it wont accept either the old or new password.
