    @luisbull82 @Outlook They are using an AI algorithm for security. The problem is what they have fed into it. It's irritating, not being able to check your mails if you want to. They have become even better than Gmail at data mining, but at least Gmail is accessible, unlike this nonsense.

    @Outlook It takes a lot to get me mad. But @Microsoft has again managed it. Someone tries to hack my account, so they block it. I don't know my password and my verification email was blocked a year ago and the phone number is obsolete. To change a PW I've gone through 100s of hoops and full circle again and again. It's been 4 hours. To contact them...yes you need to sign in! I've filled the verification form in twice and been denied twice. I'm supposed to know what postcode I used for a email address over 20+ years and a Skype username I used once. In fact Skype isn't even a thing. Call a real person.....in your dreams.     Calendar sync between Apple Calendar and Outlook is a nightmare. Never works as expected — and keeps dumping random meetings into my schedule. How is this still a thing in 2025?! Am I the only one? Please @Apple @Outlook, work together and fix this 🙏

    @AntesdelAtardcr @Outlook Yes @Outlook are absolutely useless, I would use others. It’s nearly impossible to login sometimes even when you have the correct details. God knows what there developers do!

    It’s only a perception when everything goes quiet, but it feels like #lufc in the search for an attacker are moving about as fast as @Outlook do when responding to a customer issue

    @_ImNoooby @Outlook The Same issue I faced with my account, I tried to communicaete the support team,but it turned out all was in vain. @costomtech on X was the only positive help I got, I never thought I could have it fixed but he did.

    @Outlook You guys have learned nothing. Update the new desktop program for outlook. It is the web version of outlook and just as terrible as the web version of outlook. Cannot even do basic functions of the old outlook desktop program.
