    @Outlook I have been trying to get to a live agent for AGES regarding an issue with my account (which has been hacked) and I haven’t received a single helpful response! I am unable to jump on a chat with life agent anymore! How am I supposed to recover my account with no help!!

    @TBanton18 @Microsoft @Outlook I had the same problem a while ago, absolutely impossible to speak to a human at Microsoft to get support, finally I switched to Gmail, caused a lot of disruption because my old Hotmail is used to verify loads of passwords, annoyingly I keep getting reminders to log into Hotmail

    @Gem83Col @Outlook @Microsoft Mine is also down but if you log into Hotmail via your web browser it should work. That’s the only way I can check my emails

    @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft you guys need to fix @Outlook across the online the desktop program and whatever other incarnations like the phone app. Outlook is awful.

    @Outlook How about fix your ****** platform smh. Have had nothing but issues for 2 straight days. Can barely work because it doesn’t load worth a ****. Check connection with ISP. All good. You gonna reimburse everyone for these disruptions. It’s a joke at this punt
