    . @Outlook I am being told my account is locked out. I need to verify I’m a human with a press and hold button. I have tried this several times and it keeps saying try again. How do I fix this and is there an actual person to assist in getting me access to my emails again?

    @Outlook I liked Outlook Express, BUT, I just can’t stand Outlook in it’s present configuration. It has to be slimmed down and more useful before I’ll use it. I like MS, but I don’t like Outlook at all…just way too complicated.

    Hey @Microsoft I’m a big fan of voice recognition tech but why can you #VoiceAccess app not be moved on screen? It now blocks multiple key apps including @Outlook & @MicrosoftEdge this makes those much harder to use. Didn’t do this before. Can I suggest an urgent fix is needed

    @thefrostlord @Outlook SAME PROBLEM HERE FROSTLORD- Correct passwords are not being accepted by Outlook: "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password."

    @Outlook It’s been days of failed recovery attempts, unanswered requests, and no real support. I completed the forms, followed every step, and still have no access to my recovery emails. At this point it feels like customers are being ignored instead of helped. Please escalate this issue.

    We’re in 2026 and @Outlook still can’t fix notifications and badges on iOS. It’s NEVER RIGHT. Always get these mystery notifications. Telling me 2 new emails and there’s only 1. Most frustrating thing. #outlooksucks

    Did you know if you use Outlook email and want to insert an American Flag emoji, there isn’t one? There’s a gay pride and a rainbow flag though. Fix that @Outlook 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

    @Microsoft @satyanadella @Outlook Hi Satya. I’ve had my Microsoft account for over 12 years with my correct date of birth. After my account was compromised, someone changed my birth year and Microsoft began treating my account as if I were 12 years old. I’ve tried repeatedly to correct this and recover my correct age, without success. Now Microsoft is introducing age verification in Brazil while my account remains incorrectly classified as belonging to a child. How is a longtime adult customer supposed to fix this when the account recovery process itself has failed?

    @Outlook Outlook won't accept the images, even though they are very small. I'm wasting a lot of time. It's an incredibly primitive issue.
