    Microsoft @Outlook is beyond broken. I accidentally wrote a wrong email ID (external) which failed to deliver. Now, I am trying to send it to the correct id, but outlook keeps "correcting" me to the wrong one. No intuitive way to bypass this. This has to be a joke or something.

    @TBanton18 @Microsoft @Outlook Had this problem recently- logged me out and despite my password being correct wouldn’t let me back in. Have to use other authentication methods to get back in. Worked eventually but painful.

    @Outlook So while my email password issue continues with the account you all took over, I decided to log into my substack which uses an email I made specifically for social media use. Guess what? That password didn't work either. Strange?

    Day 3 without being able to access my emails. I am now able to get a code through my phone number, but then is asking me for a second authentication, I then type in the code my Authy app gives me and it’s not working! @Outlook @MSFT365Status @MicrosoftHelps

    @Outlook I can not believe the incompetence at this company, my email is still down, they just will not send me a code to reset my work/private account. I have just had to wait a full 7 days to try again, nothing and now they want me to wait 28 days!!!

    @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps I’m unable to access my email account due to issues with two-step verification. The SMS authentication service is not working & I no longer have access to Authenticator app after resetting my device.This has locked me out of my A/c despite genuine user.

    What the heck is up with @Outlook?? Been locked out of my email for two days and all I get is “this verification method isn’t working right now” and then it says I’ve requested too many codes! Also can’t contact support cause I can’t sign in or access your chatbot :(

    The new @Outlook is terrible, you can’t even respond to original emails sent to you if someone that was cc’d sends a response to that email and you press reply as well it will never go back to the original email it will only respond to the person that responded. Terrible update
