    @Outlook can you fix your spam filters. I keep marking emails as junk but seems your ML retraining and spam categorisation models are outdated. I'm half considering shifting my main account and using @gmail

    @Microsoft @Outlook I’m currently suffering ffrom being unable to access your consumer products ie hotmail (now Outlook) email accounts via the web. No, I don’t use the apps for health reasons. I can’t sign in to any of my UK based accounts at all! Help great appreciated.

    @MicrosoftHelps @Outlook i canno sign into my accounts on phone app, emails are not syncing, not able to get otps for other apps. Also outlook app is not working. Is there a problem with server? if no then please help me fix thanks!

    I’ve had awful luck with @outlook the past week. Every time I log in, I get told there have been too many failed attempts and I’m forced to reset my password. It makes the website feel very insecure, a major security issue.

    @stevesi First thing to do is get rid of the terrible @Outlook web wrapper and bring back Mail & Calendar.
