    @TechWTaylor @Outlook Mine started working again this morning. I’m able to send and receive emails again. Maybe the fix is a slow roll out.

    Everytime i go to login to the emails, it keeps saying too many wrong login attemtps and i have to login to Gmail to get a code, so i can then log back in to the Microsoft Outlook. Annoying... @Outlook

    @Outlook I have been trying to get to a live agent for AGES regarding an issue with my account (which has been hacked) and I haven’t received a single helpful response! I am unable to jump on a chat with life agent anymore! How am I supposed to recover my account with no help!!

    Day 3 without being able to access my emails. I am now able to get a code through my phone number, but then is asking me for a second authentication, I then type in the code my Authy app gives me and it’s not working! @Outlook @MSFT365Status @MicrosoftHelps

    Hey @Microsoft @Outlook I need help, someone logged in my old email account, I lost that phone number so there’s no way to recover it, I tried everything, but it’s not working and someone now added my old account to authenticator app, I need help please, I can provide all info.

    @Outlook looking at your tweet history only solidifies the growing issues with the new outlook. Is there a computer brand that doesn't have the new version of outlook on it, anywhere. - just the classic version? So the general public can avoid the problems

    @MicrosoftHelps @Microsoft @Outlook Update: I finally managed to recover my account. I had to install the Outlook app on iOS and go through the “forgot password” process there. Somehow the verification (robot test) worked there, and I was finally able to reset my password. This just shows how broken the system is — the same process didn’t work anywhere else. Also, Microsoft’s support is even worse than the system itself. No real help, no human support, just useless automated responses. This experience was extremely frustrating.

    now I am locked out of my email account due to 'too many attempts' because of YOUR OUTAGE, an endless loop day 3 and I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to hopefully get my account recovered. Unreal @Microsoft @Outlook DO BETTER!
