    @MicrosoftDesign @Outlook Another issue I'm having is, I delete an email only to have it pop right back up as unread. Then when I go to delete my junk and deleted items folder the app crashes

    @Outlook I’m getting really frustrated that I can get any agent to talk I’m having trouble with my business email and there’s no way we can get in touch with any customer service. I’m about to change my service.

    @tastapod @Outlook Yeah I’ve been thinking of writing a gui to show reminders since the reminders in outlook is immensely broken. Works fail me. I’ve been talking to the Ms support team and they’re surprised. I even have it flashing a blank screen on and off all the time (like a horror movie)

    Really disappointed in @Outlook ... its impossible to get through to them and they’ve deleted all my recent emails if they’re not from the last month. Important school ones, gift cards. And I can’t find anyone to contact to help me resolve this issue.

    @MicrosoftSA I wouldn't buy even if it was R1, your @Microsoft365 after service is pathetic, so imagine this product's. Your so-called engineers can't even fix an @Outlook password issue. All you care about is subscriptions and not your customers!
