    @Outlook I am disappointed. I selected Outlook because of history. I am using Office 365. I can't backup. I can't download. There is no way to select multiple emails. All this and I pay for this monthly! Is there a third party solution? Oh yes and too many versions to find a fix?

    In the @Outlook app, contacting support for your broken app. Says average wait time in chat is 21 minutes. Been waiting 2 and a half hours so far. Great support. Did you guys forget you offer support through chat?

    @Outlook Obviously you have a disastrous glitch in Microsoft 365 basic. Since signing up I have nothing but tons of junk mail every day in inbox and despite changing my settings to contacts only, contact messages in junk mail! WTH?
