    @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps I’m unable to access my email account due to issues with two-step verification. The SMS authentication service is not working & I no longer have access to Authenticator app after resetting my device.This has locked me out of my A/c despite genuine user.

    @Outlook Hotmail access has become impossible. With password "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password." and then with phone verification "That verification method isn't working right now." What the hell Microsoft??? Locked out of emails for a couple of weeks now.

    @Outlook How about fix your ****** platform smh. Have had nothing but issues for 2 straight days. Can barely work because it doesn’t load worth a ****. Check connection with ISP. All good. You gonna reimburse everyone for these disruptions. It’s a joke at this punt
