    @Outlook @BLP3Motors Hey @Outlook it looks like there is an issue for Apple users across the board. There is no sync into Outlook for Mac or Outlook on my iPhone. I’m working around it using gmail on my phone. Any update on what’s going on and how long we should expect the system to be down?

    @Outlook The proper teams would have tested the updates before rolling it out and taking everything down system-wide. The proper teams would also not take a full workday to roll back the incorrect changes that were made while a patch was figured out.

    @jhrubin @stefanudziela @Outlook so if someone already has email account setup - you say set up additional/new email account for same email w/ IMAP, correct? Do you think if / when they fix this the emails downloaded into new IMAP account will re-download into old existing folder?

    Hey @Outlook why won't any of my gmail accounts sync all of a sudden? I've deleted and added them and resintalled Outlook and nothing; not even an error message telling me what's wrong. I'm using the Mac version.

    @johnpasmore @stefanudziela @Outlook So, I deleted my Gmail account from outlook and set it up with IMAP. That way everything sync's correctly. When Microsoft fixes the issue, I'll delete the IMAP, re-setup the old way, and everything will stay in sync.

    @AlexPKunz @Outlook I have the same problem. I removed my gmail account, and added it again but doesn't work. I have to download the Gmail app. I believe it is a global issue?
