    @Outlook are you aware of any glitches with shared calendars? I’ve lost 2 of my family calendars overnight and they can’t see mine anymore either. Have deleted them and readded. Still not working.

    @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps I’m unable to access my email account due to issues with two-step verification. The SMS authentication service is not working & I no longer have access to Authenticator app after resetting my device.This has locked me out of my A/c despite genuine user.

    now I am locked out of my email account due to 'too many attempts' because of YOUR OUTAGE, an endless loop day 3 and I have to wait 24 to 48 hours to hopefully get my account recovered. Unreal @Microsoft @Outlook DO BETTER!

    Hey @Outlook we use you for work and all my colleagues and I run into this very annoying bug where you will reply to someone, it stops the typing cursor as if you clicked away and when you press space it will archive the e-mail chain. Can you please fix ASAP? thanks.

    My live/microsoft userid/email is in some leaked hack db and now I keep getting these Authenticator requests every few hours by someone trying to access my account. @Microsoft @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps is there a way to geofence my account and lock all access attempts from other countries. This can’t be just a problem unique to me

    I’m removing all my accounts from my @Outlook, since I can’t access my email and I’m worried about losing important information. I can’t believe @Microsoft can’t simply fix an email bug. They are an email company omgggggg

    @Outlook help I need to send a video in an email buts it's telling me it can't can't due to size but I had this issue before and shrunk the video to nearly nothing but still won't work so how do you manage it pro do it

    @Outlook Hi, I’m locked out of my Outlook account. Unable to reset password, get a code via SMS and reached the limit of account recovery requests for today. Anything else I can do? Can you help please? Looks like it was a synch issue which caused this initially.

    @Outlook How is your app so terrible and preventing junk/phishing emails going into peoples main inbox? Useless and the worst at it. You must be making something from it.

    We’re in 2026 and @Outlook still can’t fix notifications and badges on iOS. It’s NEVER RIGHT. Always get these mystery notifications. Telling me 2 new emails and there’s only 1. Most frustrating thing. #outlooksucks
