. @Outlook Outlook has been down for 3 hours, and @Microsoft is taking hours to resolve the issues. DO NOT FIRE EXPERIENCED/GOOD PEOPLE next time. Interns/Freshers have fancy degrees but not real time experience to resolve things. They need time to learn.
