    @Outlook HELP! I cannot sign in to Outlook. It's permanently marked closed because of too many attempts with wrong password. When I try to change password, my 2nd verification cell phone attempt gets "this method is not available." I cannot find help anywhere.

    Over 10 lockouts and endless appeals later, @Outlook is officially the most "secure" account I own—mostly because even I can't get into it. @Microsoft , please fix this verification loop. It’s exhausting.

    Hey @Outlook wtf is your issue w/ signing on ipads? The ONLY time y'all won't let me sign-in is when it's on an ipad. Also, STOP DEFAULTING TO SENDING VERIFICATION CODES TO AN ALTERNATE EMAIL, I KNOW MY PASSWORDS.

    @Outlook Dear Microsoft. I’m locked out of my personal email, my authentication on my phone is linked as recovery for my business email. I get a prompt to enter my mobile so I can get a text to be greeted with ‘it’s not working right now’. I have forgotten my password and have tried countless hours trying to get my personal email up and running… one course of action was encountering AI chat which was useless! I am at the end of my tether now as it’s been over a month of trying and as you can appreciate, it’s incredibly disruptive. I have some very important personal emails that I can’t now access! I can’t speak to a human so how can you remedy this?

    .@Microsoft .@Outlook hold notices from a public library shouldn't be the innocent targets of your rate limiting. Please fix this!
