    @paramountplus Hi there, I'm currently unable to cancel my subscription and I can't find any customer support. To be clear, I see the "Cancel Subscription" button on my account page, but clicking it does nothing so I can't cancel my subscription. Would you be able to help me?

    @paramountplus What's wrong with you app, it's way too slow. I have it installed on my Samsung TV and it's extremely slow, even when browsing........can you guys fix that.........because it lags on my PS4 as well. Don't blame it on the internet, my speed is 52mbps download.......

    @paramountplus no streaming service has a wider gap between the high quality of its OC and the low quality of its app and streaming capabilities. Constant freezing, crashing, and dips in visual quality.

    I signed up for a free trial for @paramountplus about a month ago. I've found the service lacking content I'm interested in & tried to cancel the obligatory recurring payment tonight. Turns out the 'cancel subscription' button on the site doesn't work. At all. So that's cool.
