    Just signed up for @paramountplus and every time I login I just get a message that says "please complete your account" on a page that has literally nothing clickable but the logout button.

    @Irishgirlnc @paramountplus @SamsungTV You may have already tried this, but have you held the back button on the controller for a few seconds while in app? That seems to help when an app locks on my Samsung.

    @paramountplus is there a problem with the PS4 app? I try to play Lower Decks and it just cycles the paramount chime and gives an error code 3004.

    @paramountplus Worst streaming service out there!! Could reliably watch Serie A on @espn + for years. Thanks to this switch, I can’t anymore. Have had an “Open Case” with tech team for over a month now. Stay away.
