    @paramountplus I pay $9.99/month for my account specifically so I don't have to watch commercials. Why are commercials suddenly showing up? I'm one commercial break away from cancelling. Fix this bullshit.

    .@paramountplus Hi there! I’ve tweeted about my issues several times and never get a response about a major buffering issue. Now @boreasrx are getting commercials- despite having a commercial free plan. Can I get some modicum of customer service for a product we pay for?

    what is going on @paramountplus , I pay for no commercials yet here they are . and it keeps glitching on these episodes of The Neighborhood and skipping some of them 😤😤 I swear I don’t understand why this app keeps having issues when we have millions of other streaming services

    So I guess @paramountplus never solved the problem CBS All Access had of showing me commercials when I pay to not see commercials. Nothing pisses me off more than having my ink master episode interrupted with an add for colon blow.

    @paramountplus can you explain to me why all of a sudden 30 min into a 60 min episode all of a sudden I have to watch commercials every 5 minutes when I pay for commercial free? 10 seasons in and no commercials now they are every few minutes. Fix this before I cancel my service

    @Future_Foe @askparamount Yes - unsubscribed and re-started to try and fix but problem remains. Didn't realize how much I hate commercials!!!!!
