@paramountplus worse customer service help. I got free trial then cancel service same day and they billed me and won’t refund. Never had such a bad experience with customer service over 9 dollars. Stay away from these people

I was thinking of extending my @paramountplus beyond the free trial. Then I went to search for something on it last night on my Apple TV and...nothing. Search feature doesn’t work. Type in all I want on the Apple TV interface or my phone and nada. I guess I’m saving myself $6.

@paramountplus You have some work to do on your interface if you want to keep us subscribed long-term. No memory of where we left off in a series, freeze up after a commercial break, manually find where we left off, and have to watch another commercial break. No thanks!

@askparamount when watching Seal Team season three, the commercials start playing in the middle of a sentence instead of a cutaway which is usually a few seconds later. This did not occur with the first and second season. Is there a way for us to fix this?

@BandB_CBS @CBS @paramountplus Worst soap on TV now. Same dialogue for over a week. Not well written any more. Just some bull every day. I try to watch. I DVR and go straight thru & see it in 10 min. Go right thru repetitious dialogue.
