@askparamount after almost 9 months of asking for help from paramount tech support they have finally fixed my issue and hopefully other smart TV’s. My Samsung had message about a week ago that it had updated my TV, I didn’t pay too much attention at the time till yesterday

@paramountplus Your platform is currently experiencing a malfunction where the pause/play screen with the show and episode names, and time bar, is not going away. Also, the resume function is not working. You have to restart an episode each time from the beginning. Thank you.

@askparamount why is your console version so trash like I have to sign in everytime I open the app and the overlay doesn't go away when I'm watching a show. Plus I can't watch more than one episode without the app crashing.

Ha! The answer is neither of them. Pressing the default option “ok” closes you out of the app (because, um?) and pressing “download” takes you to a “pending” screen where the download never starts. Great work @paramountplus

@askparamount loaded paramount yesterday too check if it was fixed and low and behold I was able to watch paramount on my TV!! Been using it for 2 days with no issues at all. Shame it took them 9 months to fix it.

Trying again to use @paramountplus on my PS4 and it's absolutely an error ridden nightmare. It logs me out every time, the overlay bar won't toggle off, the sound glitches and repeats at random. Worst streaming experience ever. I want to watch Star Trek but not pay for this.

@askparamount Autoplay is not working on Amazon Fire TV. The setting is turned on but it's not working. It plays one episode of SpongeBob and then goes back to the home screen.
