I swear to God, @paramountplus has to be THE WORST streaming service. I thought when they rebranded, they would have fixed all the problems w/ their website. Nope. If you have option w/ commercials, it constantly freezes. And won’t let you restart an episode. ****** service.

@askparamount Your service is the ugly ducking of the streaming world. Occasional highly pixelated streams, errors, timeouts, and not even being able to rest my password. You really need a rethink of your customer experience.

@askparamount @neverlandred This isn't amazon prime's issue, it's your garbage service. I have the same issue after signing up via Roku. Your site says I've played and am a premium subscriber, but then your site tells me I need to pay and subscribe. Endless loop and your customer service won't respond
