    @paramountplus You have the worst design for canceling. I signed up for a trial & you didn't have what I wanted. I tried to cancel & it said I had to cancel on the SPECIFIC DEVICE I signed up on. I go to cancel on my Roku. I can only choose premium or basic. No choice to cancel.

    @askparamount Hi I just purchased the paramount+ app and it will not play any tv shows, it only allows me to play movies on the channel. I spoke to Roku customer service and they said it had to be a problem w/ the network itself! Please help

    @Lollie_Eliza @paramountplus and in addition for many weeks we have had the issue for our CBS shows frequently starting several minutes into the episode after the ad. Plus the ad quality themselves was terrible, like they were all coming through a bad signal.

    @paramountplus the app crashes every time we try to play the new iCarly 😩 we’ve tried force stopping, resetting, clearing the data and cache. Other shows work. A weird green stripe appears. It’s the firetv app.

    What is going on with @paramountplus? I’ve been having quite a few issues lately. The most annoying being that an episode will start playing but not show up on the screen. Strictly audio. #ParamountPlus
