    @AskPlayStation Yes I've contacted live support twice and they said it would fix itself and it hasn't. I also direct messaged and did not get a reply back.

    @Steam are thieves @PlayStation are thieves They prefer to keep people's money for a broken game than actually have integrity. This really isn't news but I've learned my lesson. Wish I had a bigger voice so they'd notice. Done with video games I think. Just robbery.

    @BraytechHelp @dirkkarell I had the same error trying to use playstation(got all the way to sms authentication). Had to use steam.

    @RockstarSupport @AskPlayStation I was just denied a refund for GTA Definitive Edition even though you have admitted it is broken. I haven’t played the game even once. You need to fix this.
