    @PlayStation Just played a few matches in the Vanguard beta and the lag and cheating is so blatant and annoying. There was also so much smoke wherever I went

    @TheGibronTheory @wooble_k @PlayStation ive been w playstation since the ps2 in 2000 and ive never been ripped off by them. ive only had to ask for 2 refunds, once for psplus when i accidentally bought it twice due to a store glitch and once to refund cyberpunk, both times they refunded me easily right away. sucks2suck

    @AskPlayStation My dualsense is broken and I need to send it in for repairs. I have called the support number 2-3 times a day since Monday at times when they were open, and every time they say “Due to higher than normal call volume, we are not able to take your call.”

    @AskPlayStation my PS4 is only getting 4 mb/s internet speed on a router that gets a gig of download. how do i fix this? it just started recently

    @citrinegamingyt I’m assuming since it’s gone in the 5.2.2 update it’s currently only on the Xbox series platforms while steam, PlayStation, and Xbox one consoles are all on 5.2.1. We’ll at least hopefully get the update really soon to fix it lmao

    @AskPlayStation hiii! The new update 9.0 is crashing my conexion to internet. I cannot even access to my games in the cloud :( Do you have any solution? Or you will fix it in other update? Thx!

    @PlayStation we all make mistakes, but as a business it is necessary to own those mistakes and provide information to your customers on what is being done and when a resolution can be expected. Silence on an issue created by you is a path to losing customers.
