    @AskPlayStation getting error code wc-40360-3 with a purchase/download. Have proof of purchase in email so confirmation it went through but cant see in downloads. Have tried to restore licenses and reboot with no success. Any help?

    @Mitch_DCFC @PlayStationUK I did manage to fix it - unfortunately no quick fix. Only way is to reset PlayStation to factory settings (settings, system, reset) and then redownlaod Cold War. @PlayStationUK need to provide a quicker fix but for now that’s the only fix available.

    @AskPlayStation Will there be a patch for 120hz 1080p displays that have HDMI 2.0 to allow 120hz on Cold War? This is a PlayStation issue because the current workaround is to buy a 4K 60 fps capture card just to get this to work!

    @AskPlayStation Hi I have an extended storage drive on my ps 4 with many games on . Connected it to my ps5 , it sees it , but none of the games work, and there are lots of “unknown” games and downloads appearing ? Any ideas how to fix ?

    @AskPlayStation I can't choose my resolution, that's the problem, i just have 60Hz, but my monitor is a 144Hz

    @AskPlayStation I tried it just now, I ended up putting in a report there as the issue wasn't listed. It could be an issue with the game itself, as the rest of my games seem to work fine. I was just checking to see if ya'll could provide any insight, or if this is up to @insomniacgames :(

    @AskPlayStation I changes my privacy settings to the most relaxed options available, but I'm still unable to use communication features. I have seen a few people mention on forums that logging in to the account on a console fixes the issue, but I can't do that myself as I don't own one.

    @UbisoftSupport My Assassin Creed Valhalla file keep deleting itself from my Ps5, needed to copy it three times from the disc now. And with hours between it deletes itself from my ps5. You issue? or @AskPlayStation issue?

    @AskPlayStation Hi, I was chatting with someone through support about an account issue and they disconnected me 45 Sec before the timer was up. Now it just says "It appears we just chatted with you. I'm sorry we didn't resolve your issue. Please try again later" cant get back in?

    @OfficialSonyPS4 I got a security issue with my playstation account and I can't get through to support. Just says they are flooded with calls and can't take mine.

    @AskPS_UK my drive doesn't work at all, it won't even accept a disc, is this a known issue?
