@AskPlayStation i’m getting an error when trying to purchase an item that says unidentified error has occurred, an agent told me to wait 24 hours and I have and it still doesn’t work?? and the region is the same as my account and everything matches up.

@AskPlayStation #BadCustomerService I was directed by @AskPlayStation to contact using their live chat services. When the person got onto the chat the Live Chat program suddenly wasn't responsive and the Person, Karen B. terminated the chat. And now I can't log back in to try again. BAD SERVICE!

@AskPlayStation I had an issue with the latest v 9.00 update. It bricked my ps4. After getting it to the service centre, luckily I had warranty. Now that I've got my replacement ps4, its prompting to update to v9.00. Is it gonna brick my replacement ps4 too or should i wait for fixed update?
