    @AskPlayStation Managed to get it to turn back on. Turned it on once, screen stayed black for ages. So I turned it off at the front and it went into rest mode. Turned it on again and submitted error reports. Any news on any kind of system updates? Also is the console revving up randomly normal?

    @AskPS_UK Myself and many other PS5 users are having problems with loading/playing Cold War on the new console. Not one reply given to anyone stating the problem of the crashing. Any explanation on why this is happening or when it’ll be fixed?

    @AskPlayStation my PS5 continues to crash whenever I play miles morales or COD(games i bought digitally after I installed the ps5).. I have been waiting for you guys to call me back.. but nothing so far.. #Help #PS5

    @AskPlayStation hello I'm a paying customer with a hardware problem. My fan doesn't have a cap on it and looking at another playstation 5 fan that one does. Soemthing I wrong with my unit please respond

    Don't you guys suspect something fishy with ps5 launch? Amazon which is biggest retailer in entire USA does not have a PS5 stock single time. Why ? My suspicion is PS5 stock were too low so Amazon did not accept as they are best in service. Sony wanted to hype #ps5 #PlayStation

    @AskPlayStation the error code is WV-33899-2 and the message says “cannot connect to server” “there might be a problem in connecting to the network, or playstation network or the server of the service provider might be temporarily busy”

    @AskPlayStation hi. wrote you couple of times about strange buzzing noise and vibration of ps5, please help what to do with this issue. ( its even in rest mode when fan is silent, but noise is still there)

    @LDharma7 @PlayStation If they accepted orders for future shipments, wouldn't you still have the problem with scalpers picking up new stock before it even comes in?

    @AskPlayStation The error code is CE-38605-2 and we use an external hard drive.
