@AskPlayStation So do you have a fix or are working on one for the Cbomb issue that will render digital games on the PS3 , all games on the PS4 and PS5 completely unplayable? Seriously you all need to address this fatal issue in your systems!

@NWay2111 @meninojave @OrdinaryGamers The CMOS battery keeps the internal clock of the console running, so when it dies and get replaced, the PS3/4/5 will try and connect to PSN to fix the internal clock, but because those networks will go down eventually, this will lead to an error rendering them useless.

I repeatedly receive this error when I try to turn on my PS5. This is a known error and @AskPlayStation refuses to help fix it. Do not waste your money on a defective product with terrible support.

I repeatedly receive this error when I try to turn on my PS5. This is a known error and @AskPlayStation refuses to help fix it. Do not waste your money on a defective product with terrible support.

@JDBischoff @MLBTheShow I hate to say this, but I'm really glad that this seems to be a widespread issue and not a small one. I spent almost 2 hours trying to talk with PlayStation customer support and they basically told me to buy another copy lol. Seems like the upgrade should be available April 19th.

@MLBTheShow Still broken. Have not recieved my packs, stubs, double daily rewards, bat skin, I shouldn't have to list this all. This is why I own an Xbox and not a Playstation, I've never had a code problem on launch day with anything till today. And I had great expectations for this game

@AskPlayStation basically the ps4 was projecting normally earlier, no problems except one time it cut out when i moved it over to grab my headset that was behind it. then randomly it stopped and won’t turn back on

@AskPlayStation I still can’t use my ps4 because of the software update giving me an error code. I’ve tried using lan, I tried safemode, I tried a usb and it still didn’t work.
