    @verge Read it and I agree there are frustration with the UI but I think the fix is merely an update away (if the prioritize it that is). The biggest frustration to me the is that soft PlayStation button on the controller tbh.

    @PlayStation Instead of hearing the clinking of the fan that some people are reporting? Or the clinking of the system shutting down after a crash? Come on Sony, get on it properly and instead of talking about all the good stuff only, admit the issues and resolve them.

    @guilhermedlucas @RUSTY_TR1GGER @AskPS_UK Personally, I've not had any problems with Rest Mode so far, and have been using it since Thursday. But I also don't have anything connected to the console except USB charging cable.

    Hey @hbomax was really stoked to see a new update for my HBOmax app on my PlayStation installed tonight! Is there a particular reason it didn’t fix the MASSIVE buffering that’s been reported on the console or should I be yelling at Sony for not being able to run your app?

    @AskPlayStation I want to change my region from the UK to the US,I put in my region to be the UK when I first bought my ps4 and that's because I was too excited to start playing games so I didn't care about what I was putting in and now I'm having trouble with the Uk region😔

    @PlayStation there is something wrong with sackboy adventures. After first level of world three, everything breaks. Can't go to next level, travel, or anything. Please fix. I paid $60 for a game I can barely get 1/2 through
