    @AskPS_UK Hey! PS5 issue: Having trouble retrieving downloadable content I got using promo codes. I can find where these were redeemed in transaction history, but there's no sign of a download list apart from the game library, which is already quite selective. Any suggestions? :)

    Honestly @PlayStation I get it's bad times but the fact that PS5 is sold out everywhere is pure BS. How can the new generation of console be so hard to get? You would think Sony would be ready for this type of this. Shoot PS4 didn't have this problem.

    Cumin ive been on hold to sony for over an hour. Should of listened to the tech geeks and waited a few months for them to sort out the issues. Now i’ve got an 8 year old with a ps5 that won’t turn on!!!! @Sony @PlayStation @PlayStationUK

    @its_menieb @PlayStation Yes psplus id leagues better than gold but gamepass ultimate is better than plus and now but sony is starting to create a gamepads like service with psplus collection so psplus could become better

    @AskPS_UK These aren’t applicable as we have no access to the original email account that was used as a sign in ID and we have also lost the password for the account to sign in. We cannot find anywhere to call either.

    @AskPS_UK Ps5 controller issue; After less than 2 weeks use, the right trigger spring seems to have packed it in. Looking online, this seems to be a widespread issue. 1. How do i go about replacing it under warranty? 2. When will this defect be rectified? Thanks.
