    @VRC_Adventures @MojangSupport I have the same problem. It seems lots of us have but no one is willing to assist. Ive been passed from Playstation to Microsoft, logged to Incidents with Mojang and nothing. Sadly I'm not alone inn having the issue.

    @SandyStrachan @AskPS_UK It’s not a debit, I have paid 4 times for one subscription. I did go to them first for a month to get the other 3 payments back they took in error. So they have had 150 of my money for a month because of a system error.

    @AskPS_UK Hi, I’ve already tried resetting the controller and it didn’t make a difference.. I’ve played rocket league and it seems to be fine. There will be points in uncharted/the last of us where everything is fine. I was playing it all night then all of a sudden this problem occurred.

    @SandyStrachan @AskPS_UK Omg! I did. Payment 1 - paid in full no chargeback. Payment 2 error, no service chargeback Payment 3 error, no service chargeback Payment 4 error, no service chargeback. So I have paid and not asked for that money back, only the money back for the once’s that had no service

    @skynetcountry I have the skynet internet thing where i get on wifi to connect and I have to create a account and sign in I was just wondering if I to pay for it after signing in if let will let me connect to my playstation

    @SandyStrachan @AskPS_UK I think you are missing something here. I paid for ps plus. They charged me 4 times for it. I asked for 3 back that shouldn’t have not 4. There is no debit, I’ve paid for the service and then been charged again.

    @AskPS_UK still having trouble since 31st using any ps4 games on psnow and my trial is halfway expired now was looking forward to giving psnow a shot and maybe subbing but it doesnt seem that reliable if I cant even use the trial

    @bioswoop I have the same issue! I pretty much turn off my internet connection to my PS5 unless I am playing MP or downloading now. @PlayStation needs to fix this
