@AskPS_UK I get a vague “an error has occurred” message every time I try to load funds to my wallet. Have tried different computers and payment methods. Not sure what else to try given the message is not specific. Any ideas?

@AskPlayStation My son is unable to play Madden 2021 online. Whenever he starts it up, he gets the following error: "in order to access the online features for this title, all active users must be signed into PlayStation network and the EA servers."

The PlayStation 5 storage situation is really becoming a problem. I only have five games installed (all ps5) and I can't delete anything else whatsoever so now I can't download any updates for games or play any other games. Saaaaaad. Had to delete all my pictures etc. #ps5

@AskPlayStation So, question--ever since the update to the Remote Play app for Win10 that came a week or two before the PS5's launch, what used to be able to do 1080p/High without connection issue icon, can't do 360p/Standard without the icon showing up every so often.

@AskPlayStation Please search the internet for nw-102216-2 and see how many people are having this same error and nobody can fix it. This needs an update. There is a whole reddit page with people having the same problem. Im going back to the ps4 if this doesn't fix soon enough.
