@AskPS_UK The HDMI port on my PS5 no longer works. I do not see any picture on my TV screen. I have tried multiple different HDMI cables including the original that came with the console. I have also tried using different TVs. The problem is still the same. Any help ?

@PlayStation Please help! I can't seem to use my brand new earphones or headphones on my ps5 controller. The earphones work fine, they work perfectly on my phone. I also connected my ps4 controller to my ps5 console and the earphones still didn't work either. How do I fix this?
