    @AskPS_UK my dualshock 5 controller R2 button has gone soft. Haptic feedback doesn't seem to be working at all on it. How do I fix it?

    @AinIsbacc i googled it and a few different updates have ****** up ps4s, notably 8.01, which is a recent one though nobody seems to have had booting issues? only other issues like connecting to psn, or being able to update it at all

    @AskPlayStation Hey I was just playing Maneater and noticed the R2 button on my dualsense has gotten loose and I keep attacking without wanting to. Is there a way to get a replacement? I loaded astro bot to see if adaptive triggers could fix the problem but it didn't. Thanks

    @ArcherFromOfiri @AskPlayStation @AskPlayStation you guys need to fix this ASAP. I just received my PS5 today and I can’t seem to stay online without getting kicked off every 45 min. The only way to fix this is to restart the ps5. Please update!!!

    Apparently, there's an issue with PlayStation app. If you didn't allow using your mic and want to join a party chat it won't let you in and won't show any error or popup with links to your settings either (like in Instagram for example)

    @IOInteractive That's helpful information except one thing CANNOT LOGIN TO THE HITMAN SERVERS ALL NIGHT can't even log in on playstation 4

    @AskPS_UK hi - one of my controllers (bought in august) has a ‘drift’ on it. The R toggle drifts the camera view up on games when not touched. How do I fix this? Tried resetting at not helped. Thanks

    @IOInteractive To anyone that sees this, go through the xbox or playstation store and demand a refund until @IOInteractive fixes this mess. These companies will continue pushing out broken **** until we stop giving them out money
