    @virginmedia From the threads it indicated a Virgin / PSN compatibility issue but the threads stopped so I’m hoping a fix was found. As I say new customer to Virgin only installed last week. All else seems ok. Not sure if my Hub needs an update?? Tks

    @SamratThawani @AskPlayStation in my honest opinion I think there's a good chance of recovery, I suggest you reach out to @legit_tech1 on twitter they got my account recovered which has similar issue with yours, So that's pretty much the only viable option you've got amongst others, I hope this helps

    @BethesdaSupport Thank you for replying. I will give it a try, I could not find this because I was looking for character transfer. Does this allow me to keep him? As I don’t have access to my PSN or any online features, doesnt that mean that I still can’t login since he is tied to the PSN?
