    @genefactor007 @MaisByg @AskPlayStation They've been shipping out replacement consoles quickly so hopefully you get yours soon. I'm still hoping my issue can be fixed with a patch since I am able to play in performance mode. I tried again last night to run Spiderman in fidelity and it crashed as soon as it loaded.

    @forestminish Ratchet and Clank or Kratos. Probably the two longest running franchises from PlayStation that are still getting sequels. Crash and Spyro are Activision owned IP that are multiplat so probably not them.

    @Dee_Batch PlayStation is having software problems for a very small amount of users, while the XSX is having hardware (One where Tom from Verge/Microsoft helped a guy with a popping XSX, is one of many I remember) problems for small amount of users and now issues with games performing.

    @AskPlayStation hey I'm trying to connect my Spotify to my ps5 and keep getting a "account already looked to another PSN account" but I've only ever had one PSN account? had this issue on my ps4 too and never got a fix.

    @AskPlayStation Whenever i put my spider man miles morales disc in my ps5 console the console just freezes and is turned off automatically or freezes and cannot be turned off without unplugging the power cord is there any way i can refund the game or fix the problem
