    @TescoIrl sort out your website seriously. It is saying the PlayStation is available for delivery. I had to contact customer service through phone to be told it is a mistake on the website. Extremely misleading.

    @AskPlayStation I am having trouble with the adaptive triggers on my dual sense, they barely give any resistance at all. No settings have been changed, tried resetting both the console and the controller. It seems to be for all games.

    @AskPlayStation I’m not sure if you’re trolling me or not?! I stayed on the phone for over 2 hours, answered, said you could only help with PS4 issues and cut me off. And no, I didn’t call the PS4 number. You’ve had £500+ of my money and have offered no explanation or resolution to the problem!

    @AskPS_UK Every time I try to get into a live chat I wait in the queue just to be told there's no operators. This isn't the only problem I'm having and there seems to be no support available from PlayStation.

    @Nick930Gaming @PlayStation @JeremyPenter Same here. But mine froze on the actual UI before powering off. Completely dead now, so I've sent it back to the retailer via their returns and refunds. It happens, but this seems like a way bigger problem than previous generation releases?

    @AskPS_UK No error code was received. The Astro's deletion occured on the cold boot of the console and Miles Morales occured when I closed the app and opened another game. Both games are digital

    @AskPlayStation The built in mic on the ps5 controller isn’t working people can’t hear me but I can’t hear them. Also when I plug my turtle beach headset in people can’t hear me how do I fix this audio.

    @EmptyUK @AskPlayStation Website just display an error message that would say serial number needs to start with a C or two other letters and not let me continue to order. My serial number does start with a C, so the error message is nonsense.
