    @UbisoftSupport Hi, do you have an update for us please on where we are on a fix for updating ps4 valhalla to the ps5 version, the total lack of any information on this is really starting to annoy you playstation customers now, in the uk we still cant update it for free.

    @BigDadd73833809 @PlayStation that goes for any new hardware tho. its not like the companies won't replace it. and the same had happened for Xbox Series X/S. I don't think its an issue if the companies are offering replacement. You end up with what you pay for sooner or later.

    @Gregory50525738 It's a pain, but hoping it will be repaired for Christmas break. Good to know its a common problem-they can focus on it, and come up with a fix for all. I got through to PlayStation support and they took my details. Waiting for returns label now. Good luck man

    @AskPS_UK PLEASE HELP, my console has now for the third time turned off by itself whilst I was playing Spider man remastered, I need a fix. I’ve deleted the game and redownloaded it, what else can I do is there a fault with my system?
