    @PlayStation Please pass along the message that it is ridiculous that on the day this service launches, Sony has removed a host of first party franchises from PS3 game streaming, such as Killzone and God of War. You OWN these games, there's no reason they shouldn't all be on your service.

    @AskPlayStation how come you won’t give me a refund? I was charged for PS+ out of nowhere. My PS broke so I haven’t been online in 5 1/2 mo. And when I call the morning you took money from me you said I can’t get a refund. That is horrible customer service and I need answers.

    @CodeCanadaa @Jfraz_ @OpTic I've played on pc, playstation and xbox and I haven't had any audio problems so it genuinely is a you problem. especially considering my group of friends don't have that problem either. and in regards to the blackout comparison I can't say bc I never played it

    well @playstation 's plus pc app won't install without some weird error, effectly ending my streaming games, it was all for #Bloodborne anyway. canceled #PlayStationPlusPremium and i was going to honestly keep it for that one game since I don't own a console

    @PlayStation New PS Plus sounded pretty cool. I was really excited to play those PSOne Classics I bought on the ps3 like Xenogears or Suikoden... This is a problem. We need access to the games we have purchased on PSN now that emulation isn't an "issue", please. #PlayStationPlus

    @ELDENRING Funny, I just got a new PlayStation 5 because my warranty was expiring and I wanted to see if this game would still have frame problems or if it was my system. Even with a M.2 and a new system this game can’t hold a stable 60fps in most areas. Honestly no big deal, cheers to DLC!

    @bestking1s @AskPlayStation I had same issue few days ago and support did nothing to help 😒 I was later referred to #REIZTRACE on Instagram who helped me out
