    @Myusuf1 @AskPlayStation It’s just incredible how they don’t respond and they don’t pick up their phones. I’ve been with Sony forever I also Microsoft and I can tell you that Xbox calls are picked up and all my issues are resolved in the same day

    @AskPlayStation every time I play call of duty Cold War or destiny 2 they alway freeze and crash then whille it’s frozen my ps5 doesn’t respond and sometimes fully shuts down and turns back on and it’s been doing this everytime I play and I’ve tryed rebuilding the data base
