    @JoshAlexanderB7 @AskPlayStation I also got an unjustified banned and Suspension for using am unauthorized software when I use my account on my PlayStation. I was recommended to @javickjones01 on Instagram by a friend of mine and he recovered my Account swift without any further issues he also fix error codes

    @MamaLoop81 @AskPlayStation I don't know if it made a difference, but almost immediately after my previous post, I got through to seytech01 on Instagram chat and he was incredibly helpful in helping me resolve a months long issue that other agents would not help with. Someone give that man a raise!
