    @AskPS_UK Yes, that's what I was trying - didn't work on the desktop, but tried it on my phone and it worked. Interestingly, there was a privacy policy box to tick on mobile that didn't appear on the desktop version - maybe that was the issue? Thank you for the quick response.

    @AskPlayStation hey its well known that The ps5 disc drive IS pretty loud but Mine is a bit loudet IT used to Be normal but when i tried to install a berserk game to My ps5 it went weird IS this a problem? It reads And plays discs normally tho. Im pretty weirded out.

    @Wildbergerrrr Hmm that could be the reason. Myself personally, I've got no issues discussing what I like and don't like about PlayStation.

    @AskPS_UK I’m getting an error when sending screenshots saying ‘this feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later’. It was working fine 2 days ago. Any ideas how to fix this?

    @AskPS_UK Thanks! The problem is only happening with one of the 4 accounts on the ps5. Would this be an issue with that specific account?

    @porlaschulas @PlayStation I had same issue and I payed multiple complains but they didn’t help me until I luckily met cracktech_tycoon on Instagram he helped me get my account backed I think you should talk to him

    @PlayStation @remoteplayent the only thing I would say needs work is the initial connection from the app to the console. Way too long and constant errors. But when it works. It works well 👍

    @AskPS_UK Only problem is my account wasn't stolen yet they where asking for info about my account and I reported them. Next thing you know I was banned permanently.
