    @UbisoftSupport @UbisoftSupport User name : PSN:JackDesigner1972 Platform : PS4 PRO Stuck at 9% loading all night long, after reboot login one Character not showing. My Clan member has more than 4 guys invisible some Character too. Please investigation this. Thanks !!!

    @AskPlayStation You guys seriously need to do something, regarding System Software Update 9.00, for PS4. All it's doing, is causing problems, people are complaining about it and nothing is being done, about it. If this doesn't get fixed, don't expect me, to buy a PS5, when more become available.

    I have been locked out of my PlayStation account for over a year and I just got an email that my password has changed but I don’t have access and customer service is closed and when I try to reset my account (through the Wes site not the email in case it’s a phish) 1/2

    @MechaGodzilla61 @AskPlayStation I was having this same issue too, support system did nothing to help. Later on someone recommended me to a hacker on Instagram he got mine perfectly fixed fast with everything intact. Text him on Instagram @Methrofixx

    @AskPlayStation I was on PlayStation direct tonight and my card was charged twice for a PS5 but I got no confirmation email. I tried calling customer service but it hung up on me due to call volume. Would really like help on this matter. Thank you!

    @AskPlayStation Please help, I can’t connect to my wifi with my PS5 and when I do it ends up disconnecting over time. I’ve looked it up and people say it’s an issue with the PS5 itself and that they needed to send it in and have it replaced?
