    @AskPlayStation I tried everything listed on the website. I reset the WiFi and the system, I moved the system closer to the modem, I called my ISP and learned how to open port holes and still nothing. Multiple other devices are connected without a problem but my PS4 is the only one

    @AskPlayStation why is it that on my somewhat new Ps4 Pro, Cold War can’t start up, but my Netflix and other entertainment apps have no problem running without no crash?

    @AskPlayStation I have an issue where i can't connect to a live agent on playstation support. after i answered the bot questions and it redirected me to live agent... i enter my details, then it just redirects me to post chat screen

    It seems only PlayStation players are shitting on Cyberpunk lol I have stopped playing since 3pm. The game has bugs but it’s not broken or downright unplayable like those idiots are claiming it to be.

    @AskPlayStation Hi, I am locked out of my account and can’t get back in. I have access to my email so was able to reset password, however the phone number is old so I am unable to sign in with 2 step verification and I do not know my backup codes. How can I possibly get back in?

    @AskPS_ANZ I don’t know who or where to ask but somebody has hacked into my PlayStation account and made purchases, I got an email saying they changed the sign in ID, I clicked the link saying it wasn’t me but the link is broken...

    @SyntacYT @grizzly1470 Wasn’t there issue with PlayStation before is they don’t want a game that’s not officially released (beta). I thought that was their excuse for the first game.
