    @PlayStation Please, I need help. I have problems with a new ps5 console, it goes into safe mode and only option 7, I do the usb reset process and nothing... goes back to safe mode only option 7.

    Will be buying a pc set up when I can, I’m tired of @PlayStation bullshit servers that are always crashing or just being shot in general, ****** customer service. Looks like I’ll need to rebuy all my games again will be making the switch over to pc gaming @Steam

    @AskPlayStation No error codes or anything just the friends list numbers disappear for 10 seconds and comes back and it says search for online friends

    @AskPlayStation Well I'm subscribed to the PS+ so it charges always my account every month. I got the e-mail, but I think PSN had some error for like 2h, now it seems to work and I got the PS+ after that time. So all fine for now. Took 2-2.5h but works now.

    . @Sony @PlayStation @AskPlayStation my husband got a PS5 in November and the controller already broke! We called customer service but you want US to pay to ship it to you to get fixed? That’s not right this is a known issue that many people have had when googling

    @FatKidDeals I ordered a Playstation code tge payment went through and I never got the code. I dmd and emailed support and folks just keep giving me the run around and not fixing my problem. I'm just tryna hop on the game or atleast get my bread back something 💀
