@PlayStation my account has been banned for 30 days due to a violation of the terms of service through message. I DONT MESSAGE ANYBODY ANYMORE HOW COULD I GET BANNED IF I DONT MESSAGE ANYONE. this isn’t fair, I literally don’t message people anymore. Please help me thank you.

nephews ps4 had some corruption issue - had to factory reset it to get it to work again, and now he cant remember the email/password! :( Is there a way to get an account back by just the psn id alone?
