    @AskPlayStation I've been robbed, Playstation was stolen. I've been trying to reach out to Sony for help regarding my options and support and it's been absolutely impossible to find the information I need or to talk to a human. An abysmal experience made worse by shitty service.

    @AskPlayStation I’m having trouble connecting to the servers on my ps4, my wifi strength is 100% but i can’t play any games or view parties. It’s not a wifi issue although that’s what it is saying, i tried to initialize my ps4 with no luck.

    @AskPlayStation my account was suspended a few days ago and they sent an email describing why to a deactivated account so I am wondering how I can fix this. I tried calling PlayStation support but they are always busy. Is there anyone way you can help with this issue?

    @AskPlayStation Yes. The code that comes up is NW-102261-2. And I’ve tried the suggestions from the FAQ’s. It’ll work, and then sometime later while on, it was have the issue again. It’s connected, but no internet connection.
