    @Frxppz1 @PlayStation The people you should ask for help are @AskPlayStation They generally reply to all inquiries. Start off your inquiry by, "Hey, i have an issue, can you please help??" and they will most probably reply. Ask them as many times as you can in their posts, DMs or in your own tweets.

    @hamedj21 @aizxle @PlayStation I got banned in 2008 or so. I got it unbanned by calling them. Got it worked out fast. Never been banned again but yeah. They told me exactly why I couldn't sign in and what to do. I asked anyways.

    @vidramon The automated refund chat bot continually tells me to call their customer service. Calling gets me a robot that ultimately tells me its too busy and to call back later, then hangs up. @AskPlayStation tells me to use the chat bot or call. Repeat. Forever.

    @AskPlayStation @PlayStation I have been trying to get my son's account restored for over a year but all I get is automated responses from tech support. I need help. I am a huge supporter however the customer service experience has been horrible for me.

    @AskPlayStation I can't buy the Rock Band 4 song 'Silent Lucidity', I checked and the song isn't delisted and it's available in others systems, please there's something that You can do to Fix this?

    @vidramon @AskPlayStation Oof. So playing the infinite loop game seems to have come to a stalemate. I went back to EA after weaseling my way into talking to a human at Sony via their website and they insisted it was EA's problem. I finally had it with EA and words were exchanged and EA said:

    @AskPlayStation why am I unable to add PayPal to my ps account? I always get the “invalid password or email account” error even though I’m sure it’s the right information and I even changed my PayPal password to make double sure
