    @treasuresson I mean I only own CNK on PS2 and CTR on Switch and back when I got CNK I never played a Crash game and I never knew that Crash was a PlayStation franchise in the PSX days since since he was partially owed by Naughty Dog (who also made Jak and Daxter) and Universal Interactive.

    @GamerMonkey_ @PlayStationFR @PlayStationEU Back ports do the same thing , it’s obviously a software problem because I have a fan plugged in that works and I’ve tried my phone and that also works

    @PlayStation You guys should have linked pre orders to your current ps plus subscribers first. Then active players of the last year, then retailers and online. You could have prevented the scalper issue (not saying this fixes it but no efforts were done at all to even attempt to stop it)

    @telesteph @PlayStationUK @AskPlayStation Check the email receipt you received after the purchase on refunds. If it was a genuine error & you haven't played it then you'll get a refund. If you've played it for up to 1 hour then you will not get a refund, they are very fussy that way.

    @PlayStation Local retailers are part of the problem. Big box retailer wal mart has done absolutely nothing to stop the bots from picking up available systems. It’s drained parents, including me, from feeling like they can get their kids the only thing they asked for on Christmas.
