    @DavidQu77231632 @AskPlayStation I chatted and they didn't do anything some people can't get consoles replaced and some say its a software issue I am having this issue on call of duty I cant even get past the press x to start screen its ridiculous

    @AskPlayStation I've been working with online chat to resolve an issue since 11/20. Today the agent finally resolved the issue, and gave me a code to redeem at the Playstation Store for credit. They closed the chat before I could copy the code. Can you get me the code? Ugh

    @AskPlayStation I was already able to reconnect the controller. I was just passing the info that they can randomly disconnect from the ps5

    @TaborTimeYT Would it be possible for me to unlock the Armored Kratos style if you to login with my PSN account on your ps5? Or is it exclusive only to the main account on the ps5? I currently cannot afford one, but also this can make a good fortnite mythbusters video!

    @PlayStation pls add duscord to ps4 its very difficult to play multiplayer games as in most of the games ingame vc is trash and if you want to use discord u can't. It is many a problem while playing cross platform games with my pc friends.

    @AskPS_UK So I just fixed it before calling support. I just unplugged the PS5 and left it for 10 minutes, I guess clearing the cache did it? Just thought I'd post what I did in case anyone else is having the same issues.

    @AskPS_UK When I turn on my ps5 it makes one beep but a few seconds later is followed by another quick 3 beeps. Is this is a problem and what can I do to fix it?

    @PlayStation still hasn’t fixed my PlayStation. Love having a 500$ paperweight. Never had worse customer service in my life. Who is that big of a company and doesn’t have support on the weekend?

    @AskPS_UK Trying to activate a primary PS4 but it says another already is and needs to be deactivated first, went on the support site to fix it but it says I've already done this in the past 6 months and therefore I can't, but I'm sure I haven't done this before
