@AskPlayStation how do I go about getting an issue resolved when support keeps closing my cases even though they have seen proof of purchase and seen i haven't got the psn credit on my account. They have verified all info and said I should get a refund. Then dont refund.

this wont work if your firmware is too low... i was able to get the response to change from []?[] to [][][] (not saying how) on 2.50 but its too low for psn unfortunately. it wont connect at all and throws a connection error. i remember this being the same on ps3. it can get to a point where only the profile can be downloaded.

The most expensive game or content on PSN in the US, as of June 18, 2025, appears to be the Borderlands 4 Super Deluxe Edition at $129.99, based on official pricing and gaming news. This digital edition includes extensive DLCs and cosmetics. No other single digital purchase on PSN was found exceeding this price. An X post suggested $172.99, but this seems to be an error or confusion with a physical Collector's Edition. Prices may vary by region, and new releases could change this, but current evidence points to $129.99 as the highest.

@StellarBlade @renatodlpv This is crazy. There's got to be a way to make this work, because players can't be expected to purchase the entire game a second time. There is probably a way to issue codes to PSN users who have the game and the DLC purcased. Please make it work.

@pcgamer It's crazy that in 2025 Sony cannot resolve the PSN accounts regional problems. They are selling PS5s in a lot of countries where they are not making PSN accounts available. These countries are signing in with the fake addresses.

@Apollokid3000 No I think if you login with your PSN, you unlock PSN trophies as well but it’s the same list. There’s no PSN trophy list for pc specific versions

@Sarcastic_hubby @videogamedeals The problem this gen is there have been a handful of PS5/Series exclusive games-everything has been cross gen. Just now Sony reported more PSN users are on the PS5 than PS4.

@BlueberryBirdo Because it was their most successful launch on PC with no region lock. Their original psn strategy was not working. This plus the upcoming Xbox release with Steam pretty much changed their tune. They’re leaving money on table.

@cresscake @Helldivers2HQ Ok point is, it is Sonys fault for selling in regions where they do not have psn as it is sold on steam. HD2 did not have mandatory psn login nor was it sold as such. In the past, Sony have stated to use the nearest country that does offer psn as your psn register country. But-

@Azure0Sword @Gjkiugvnk @makemefamous201 I don't actually disagree with them banning their games being sold in countries that don't have PSN. Every publisher does this with live service games but for some reason only Sony caught any flak for it. The real issue, is that PSN SHOULD be made available in those countries.
