@AskPS_UK I have a UK psn account, and just moved countries & bought a brand new PS4. I've been trying to log in, but kept getting this error: NP- 38496-0. I tried to switch off the PS4, changed my account password etc, then I got a similar error: WS-44949-0. Any help?

@RogueCompany @PlayStation It seems anything from ps+ is now gone. Wingsuit, sigrid etc. Hopefully we get a fix soon.

@Babydin71261466 @AskPS_UK I bought cod points on the PlayStation store and they never showed up, they’re refusing to refund me for it even though the service hasn’t been provided. Telling me to get in touch with Activision, but they don’t respond. It’s just ridiculous
