    @AskPlayStation I need some help with the ps store. I keep trying to buy Assassin's Creed Odyssey and it keeps telling me an error has occured. The error code is E-8210604A. Not sure how to fix this?😕

    @AskPlayStation @Cody_152 The issue is that multiple problems have been reported from many different PS4 users after 9.0 released, and most people suggest to those who haven’t updated yet WAIT for the update to be fixed. But the system is still almost unusable since we can’t use PSN without updating.

    @AskPlayStation I turned off and left it for a few minutes and then back on again and that seems to have solved the problem but if it happens again I’ll try what you have advised and get back to you thank you for the help
