    @AskPlayStation Thanks you! However, I’ve already tried this and other stuff like the complete initialization of the PS4. Nothing seems to work - I noticed a lot of others are experiencing this problem as well since the latest update of the game. Thanks again!!

    @verynetwork not happy trying to get a playstation 5 don't get email updates mist first drop today then was told by your customer service that no more drops till march then for u to drop more at about 3pm I work full time so can not sit there all day checking web site every minut

    @AskPlayStation 2 factor authentication keeps sending codes to my old phone number, been stuck in a loop for 3 days unable to fix anything! Support people from the PlayStation phone number told us to tweet you here, pretty horrible business model making people’s problems public.

    @AskPlayStation Drift on the left Analog for both. On one of them it seems as if the R2 trigger is malfunctioning and being rapidly tapped when it isn't even being touched on the same controller the touch pad is having issues keeping menus open in Destiny 2. They open and close rapidly.

    @TwitchSupport I have been having trouble disconnecting my old Ps4 account to broadcast with another one. I can't disconnect twitch from the 1st account because it was banned. Everytime I disconnect on the site it still says someone else is using the 1st account. I've called Psn.

    @AskPlayStation Hi, I’m trying to redownload Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 but for some reason it’s keeps saying that it can’t download or copy and I even followed the 4 steps that you give us on the error info and it’s doesn’t want to works, I had this problem for 3 days

    @AskPS_UK Hello. I have sent my PS5 in for various issues one issue being a scratch on straight out of the box. Been told scratch is a retailer problem howeveR they have no stock to replace with. As box wasn't damaged surely you will replace with a new console once you receive?
