    @AskPS_UK My account was suspended because I was forced to cancel a payment for ps plus. I had turned auto renewal off but it still charged me, I couldn’t contact live chat (same as today) to resolve the issue so was forced to cancel the payment as I couldn’t afford the charge

    @UbisoftSupport Ubisoft connect name: K3va- PSN Name: xMG_K3va When playing for cry 6 with my friend on co-op no matter who is host we receive this error code after 1 minute of playing. People are saying its a high ping kick, we had no problem completing far cry 5.

    @AskPlayStation I've been having a problem with my PS5 console, when I try to play online. I checked my connection and the error occurs in the login of my playstation network account. I get the error code: ws-116417-0 It has happened many times and I don't know what to do.

    @AskPlayStation my account is still compromised weeks later with no help. Your company seems to not have any sort of customer service, just a series of bots. Very sad you can't help someone who has been a customer for a decade, spending thousands of dollars and hours on you

    @Joshua81929509 @JackmoveJohnny @destructoid 2) To load up your wallet, you sign into the Sony Entertainment website on any web browser and add money to it via the usual method (Debit Card). you can also use PSN gift cards as well. Another method is adding funds to your wallet via ps4/ps5. So really there is no issue.
