    @AskPlayStation Hey, uh, my PS4 controller will not connect for the life of it, I tried the button on the back, I've tried safe mode, and still no answer, Idk man, but I've even tried other controllers, but it never works, is it a hardware or controller problem?

    @IGN I would say that the problem comes from PlayStation Sony, not from CD Project, since the problem seems to only affect Sony users and not PC or Xbox, in my case I am on a PC and I had no problems updating and playing Cyberpunk 2077 after doing it

    @DyingLightGame Please fix the audio issues (mainly dialogue and subtitles cutting out). It has been such a pain to deal with especially when in the middle of an important plot line. It ruins the entire experience. This is happening a lot on Playstation 4.

    @AskPlayStation I bought in game content that is not showing on the game through the PS app. I have all the transaction ID’s. What is the best way to troubleshoot the issue?

    @RobBurden3 @AskPS_UK Unfortunately the lady on PS chat was unable to get to the bottom of the issue and has never seen this error code before, so they have escalated the problem to the back room team and should hopefully get back in touch in about 48 hours.
