    @Plus500 So this is how you guys are making money? Both app and site were down for an hour. People can’t close their positions. Nobody or helpdesk to reach out? With the current volatily this is really unacceptable! Next time at least notify us via mail or something in advance

    @Plus500 There is no point #plus500 sending meaningless apologies by social media automatons after the event. What is expected is updates when an outage happens and ETAs about service resumption. The rest is just lip service and jobsworth messages.
