    @Plus500 The issue is that this is what has been said to me for 2-3 weeks now and no update is ever sent. Sending an email stating my ticket is under review is not the same as informing as to what is being done about resolving.

    @Atleti @Plus500 If you ask me it’s not that our players are not good but Simeone doesn’t know what to do. We’re playing against Mallorca and we don’t play any form of build up towards goal... This is not acceptable Simeone and if you’re tired of Atleti leave and don’t drag us down.

    @Plus500 There seems to be a massive disconnect with replies between your various departments. As a previous review stated by another unhappy customer, the situation has been explained more times than I can count. The withdrawal process has not been successful!

    @atletienglish @Plus500 Kondogbia not passing the ball through to Felix when a real break was on in the 90th min was the turning point. We really need to make counterattacks count irrespective of the lead. This tactic of playing defensively is not working with the form of our defence as a whole
