    @Plus500 If you communicate with your payment team then maybe more understanding of the situation would be understood. Facts remain, this process started on the 24/10/2021. According to many others I have chatted to, they have not received their funds when they had issues over the year….

    @Plus500 The issue is that this is what has been said to me for 2-3 weeks now and no update is ever sent. Sending an email stating my ticket is under review is not the same as informing as to what is being done about resolving.

    @Plus500 There seems to be a massive disconnect with replies between your various departments. As a previous review stated by another unhappy customer, the situation has been explained more times than I can count. The withdrawal process has not been successful!

    @Atleti @Plus500 Cholo should put his foot down anyone who plays to prove his importance at the expense of the team should be made to sit on the bench. If they make too many mistakes let them sit on the bench. Look at how Correa Sime played when they were given the chance.
