  @Plus500 Also worth knowing, Plus 500 took over 10 minutes to get back to me today regarding why I could not close a position! They managed to give me a margin call though and scalped my money! Still not able to close said position, market is now closed too. Terrible company

  @Plus500 @EXNESS The accessibility of these platforms is not easy. These are online banks where a lot of people keep their money. They need a lot of documents to accept you. So dont feel bad if you are requested to provide many official documents like bank account,proof address etc.

  Is anyone else having or had an issue with the @Plus500 app whereby you can’t adjust the close at profit position on a sell using the minus button, or over typing the value in the rate field?! I’ve tried everything. Terrible app. Works fine on laptop web browser.
