@ring more problems with my cameras it seems to be a constant problem with your system and I really can’t see how you can keep charging people for a system that is so hit and miss #iwantmymoneyback

@michael83084521 @ring Ahh yes, lets make them refund millions of people for a software which is down for the first time in months. Its software and there will always be issues. Take a chill pill $10 is nothing. Trust me, you wont miss it.

Was resistant about getting a @ring device because you have to pay for a service to view the activity at your door, now I'm regret caving as the service I pay for is down (with no real ETA on service restoration) and I can't view the activity at my door. Way to suck @ring

@ring Couldn’t view live, motion stopped working, app told me I had to be the owner to make changes, reinstalled the app and it won’t verify me, website won’t log me in...appreciate these things happen so figured I’d throw my hat in the mix in case any of this helps with a fix
