    @ring @FBI @FBIDirectorKash I recently experienced the loss of approximately four hours of surveillance footage. Because I pay for continuous recording, this interruption is concerning. The recording stopped unexpectedly, and your customer service department informed me that the issue was due to low internet connectivity. Please advise.

    Has anybody ever noticed that @amazon deliveries don’t show up on your @Ring? They won’t ring the bell and somehow black out your camera…wtf @amazon ?

    @ring My 2020 stick up cam suddenly stopped working. Moved to a new location after which it wouldn't power up (batt is full). I've tried resetting it by: removing the battery for >1 hour, holding the reset button for 20+ seconds, and tapping the reset button several times. Help!

    @ring I was able to figure out the meaning of the signal strength. What’s still bothering me is why the signal strength on my Spotlight camera is still showing as Poor when I installed a WiFi modem extender close to the device.

    @therealDeFlock @ring @HomeDepot **** it..hire some nerd to hook it up to your pc on a closed circut without internet access and now you got a govt grade home security w/o the govt! use 《their》tools to your advantage!

    @ring Why are snapshots from all cams fuzzy, blurry? And no it is not a connection strength issue, and cams are plugged in.

    I brought the new @Ring 2K battery camera to replace my old 3. The viewing angle is awful. With the camera next to the door, you can’t see the door. Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring

    @ring worst customer service. Spent over $500 on cameras and a doorbell. I never received the doorbell, even though UPS says it was delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send a replacement. Have yet to receive it.
