    @ring Hi there. I am having a problem with my stick up cam. It doesn't update the thumbnail in the app like my other 5 cameras do. It takes more than 10 minutes to update and has issues with detection. Can you all help with this?

    @ring hey your app really sucks. When I try to back out a neighbors post and see my dashboard it immediately jumps me back into the post. Can you please fix this? It’s bad user experience

    @ring Cellular sampling. Fully thought upgrading to a higher plan would get credit for the lower plan and it did not. Phone support did not help but barely able to hear her. Do I simply cancel the basic?

    @sbellware @ring Feels like passwords back in the 8-bit NES days, where the games would use fonts where i/l and o/0 were indistinguishable, and you had one, brief moment to write them down. One would hope to have advanced in 30 some odd years, but alas, we're still the same species.

    @ring you subscription has tripled since I got your doorbell and camera. Just charged my credit card without warning or notice at a higher rate. Not good enough. The ability to review videos after motion has gotten longer and longer. So charges have gone up, service has gone down
