    @ContractorsPov @ring @MobileOpinions Nah **** that i hope he loses his job, thats breaking the good faith of being allowed in to your space unattended, im an electrician and ive been left in peoples homes while they were at work, i could never do this honestly. Customer has to be able to trust me.

    Come to the conclusion how unreliable @ring cams are. So frustrating with constant poor connection issues and stream errors. 8 cameras in total I have and I massively regret purchasing into the Ring brand. Once my protect plus is up I’ll cut my loses and go elsewhere.

    @ring There was a problem on Thursday night when Virgin Media was down for hours, we now can't get the doorbell working on wi-fi & we've tried everything.

    @ring please buy some @SimpliSafe sirens and copy them. Your system is good but sirens are very weak. Had a burglary last night and your sirens were whispering. @Simplisafe alarms are deafening. Seriously fix your sirens.

    @ring has the WORST customer service support online and over the phone. NO one whom I've spoken to could help me with a replacement order item from 7 days ago find where this order is. I've been on hold for 20 plus minutes and counting. #DoNotPurchaseARINGSystem #RINGSucks 👎🏾😡

    @ring I’m over the 30 days. My “hardwired” camera didn’t even go down until well after the 30 days. So my question is….Will you as a company off an exchange so that I can actually get what is advertised as a true hardwired device?

    @Mq2Oco @ring Completely speculating here, but maybe the thief had a device which disables electronics. That makes more sense to me than Ring just happening to crap the bed at the worst possible time.

    @timchap24 @_One8Seven1_ @ring I reported this issue to them yesterday and they aren’t doing anything about it as of yet. Very frustrating that their developers released an app update without fully testing it. 😡🤬
