@ring Hi. My parents moved into a new home in February 2022. Contacted Ring about transferring the video doorbell to them as the previous owner wasn't replying. Acknowledgement but nothing since. Ended up having to buy a new video door bell this week. Really poor service.

@ring Too bad I can’t use my $1,500 equipment because I have to choose between phone and home protection. “Due to the technical issues that #VPNs can cause, and to maintain reliable performance and a seamless experience for our customers, we no longer support the use of VPNs.” #ring

@devnetninja @ring I was actually laughing at the fact that I didn’t need to move any of my 12 personal cameras, I put up these 10 and I still have a whole storage bin full that wont close… I think I have a problem.

Need to reset a used @ring chime..the person said they tried factory reset but no luck. I'm assuming user error #Ringchime

@automated_hous @ring Yes. I feel like this might be the worst looking install I’ve ever done. I normally make a point to put them in nice rows, this method makes me look 10x as crazy.
