    A few years ago there was a # where white folks were honest about how easily they can get away with stuff in life. Stuff = criminal activity that would get other folks long prison sentences or on a very bad day quickly shot & killed by police. I think of that watching @ring.

    @ring why with a click of a button cant i link my indoor ring camera to start recording when my doorbell ring camera detects motion? If your company cannot fix this problem then ill be forced to do business elsewhere. This is super frustrating! I dont want to be recorded 24-7!

    @ring just had a poor customer service experience. My ring doorbell has become faulty and been told by staff that some devices last longer then others so just buy a new. Not the helpful experience I expected 🙈😭 #googlenest

    I’m so impressed with @ring customer service. My doorbell is a couple of years old and stopped working on the weekend. Never had a problem with it. @ring sent me a new doorbell to replace the old one. What amazing service. Thank you!!!

    Hey @ring Your solution dorsn’t work anymore for reconnecting an existing account on an iphone with the very last patch - and your latest version. And the additional problem is that if we try to declare a bug, we only get AI generated bullshit without capability to warn you…

    @ring Just had an hour of my life wasted. Both Chat and Phone Customer Support couldn’t help. All they kept telling me to do was all the things I already tried. I am a literate person. I can follow instructions but when they don’t work I need your help … didn’t get any!

    @ring when you wanted my business everyone at ring and on tech wanted to help. Have emergent situation w a ring camera light fixture hanging by wires off my garage needing to be re-connected yet on tech wants me to wait a week! I’m a post chemo patient and can’t climb ladder.

    @davidma77507034 @YNB @ring Yvette is not saying all white people, cut her a break. It seems that some people just have issue with anything that comes out of her mouth. I happen to love the fact that Yvette keeps it 100, if certain people take issue with that then keep scrolling or just unfollow her.
