    @ring Ring 4K Retinal Camera picture quality is not so great with very poor picture degradation when zooming in. I have tried different models including the POE versions. Even Ring tech support have given up. Very poor products

    @ring doorbell is shite, very bad lag upto 3 minutes by then i have seen someone at door and answered it before it alerts me ! time to bin it

    I brought the new @Ring 2K battery camera to replace my old 3. The viewing angle is awful. With the camera next to the door, you can’t see the door. Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring

    @AngieJandro @ring I was in my bedroom and the phone went off- there was a message saying a delivery from Amazon was left at the door AND then I check the video and there it was, the driver was putting another package down. This is AWESOME.

    @ring No, if you read my email, we do not. His account is linked to his mobile phone, which is disabled. There is no way we can login. My mother purchased a new account meanwhile.

    @ring I've got a gen 1 doorbell and noticed it going offline recently. When I inspected it, it looks like some of the terminals are scratched and aren't making a good connection anymore. Is there any timeline for the spare parts kit coming back in stock or am I doomed to upgrade?

    @ring Why are snapshots from all cams fuzzy, blurry? And no it is not a connection strength issue, and cams are plugged in.

    Has anybody ever noticed that @amazon deliveries don’t show up on your @Ring? They won’t ring the bell and somehow black out your camera…wtf @amazon ?

    @ring the video description worked fine during the trial period, but it doesn’t work after I subscribed the Ring Pro plan. I had already done what your online chat suggested but it’s still not working, it’s too frustrating, please advise, thanks.
