Ring doorbell just recording static/white noise on recordings and live view. Done everything required to check settings, rebooted (+hard reset) doorbell.

Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. I went out the door screaming profanities happily. @USPSHelp just like any government ran thing, is a pile of dog ****.

Every time I link my Ring account to smart things my new doorbell doesn’t appear. Please help

Marian HF (@MarianHF) reported@ring I can't get on to my account on my laptop. When I click on the login tab all I get is a message "not acceptable". Please advise. Also the contact phone number (UK) is not recognised when I tried to phone you.

Recovering Republican (@DannyByersII) reported@ring I'm sick of my phone blowing up because folks are using "Neighbors" as if it was Twitter. There needs to be a setting to disable all of these non-safety related messages. I don't care if someone is driving down the highway and wants to know if there is gas at the next exit

Jay (@JAYintheBX) reported@ring Had to unplug my Stick Up Gen 3 Cam, remove battery and plug it back in to get back "Online." The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View

If you ask them what the issue is they just say “we’re working on a fix” Might be worth an investigation from one of my techy BBC friends?

Steve DiFrancesco (@SteveDiFran) reported@ring I have a battery Doorbell Plus that doesn't work for crap. Deliveries? Didn't see a thing. USPS? Nope. Meter Reader? Oh, please. Cat on the porch, in the middle of the night? I got it! Stick Up Cam (Gen3), just about as bad unless you want to see people walking away.
