    @ring I've got a gen 1 doorbell and noticed it going offline recently. When I inspected it, it looks like some of the terminals are scratched and aren't making a good connection anymore. Is there any timeline for the spare parts kit coming back in stock or am I doomed to upgrade?

    @therealDeFlock @ring @HomeDepot Well, if it had an automated pepper ball gun or hi flow pepper spray with it, I could see it, but the Thugs could have that thing torn down and carried away before any live security guard could get there.

    @ring Thanks for the reply. The issue isn’t a lack of information, it’s that I’ve already spoken to advisers on three separate occasions and each call was terminated before my issue was resolved. I’ll send a DM, but this really shouldn’t have taken a public complaint to get assistance.

    Be careful ordering AI gear from @Amazon I ordered 2 DGX Sparks. The package arrived opened, items stolen, and boxes re-taped. My @Ring camera only captured a single frame of the delivery guy. He clearly knew what he was doing: stole $10k of AI gear and tampered with the camera so it shut off during the drop-off. How was thing not a package that requires a signature? Also it should have been Fedex or UPS. I reached out to Amazon support and now I have to wait 5 days for them to tell me what's going to happen. I'm without the gear I paid for and it's not clear I'm getting a refund. WTF @Amazon ?

    @ring Help! I am rapidly losing the will to live with Rings’ support chatbot and helpline! I’ve moved house and wish to cancel my subscription- it won’t allow me to sign in on the app and the support line just tells me to sign in on the app! Could someone pls help!

    Why is it with the setup of the Ring app, there is no option for the District of Columbia in the drop down for states? Yes DC is not a state but having to select Maryland isn't correct either. @ring
