    @ring @TheOasisCurator Your customer service is absolutely atrocious. Can't wait for our subscription to end to get rid of these cameras and get something that is better built and will actually stay up. Really bad for such a large company.

    @ring Put your phone down and start talking about anything repeatedly like pizza or fire extinguishers and pick your phone up later and you'll get ads and coupons, etc.

    @ring We rang months ago to request a replacement bracket. Kept being told it was going to be sent soon. After months waiting, spoke to a manager today who said we shouldn't have been told that and wouldn't help. Been paying for a subscription for a camera we couldn't use.

    @ring Reset this. Reset that. Do this then do that and it's still not letting me look at notifications. When it can't be figured out we just stop communicating. No problem.
