@Charllouford @ring I reset my wifi multiple times and the support I was assigned said “rest assured” it’s nothing to do with project and thinks it’s a faulty device... but how many of us have this problem?! What happens if I magically buy protect, will it start working? 🤔

@Thepizzagod51 @kelat23 @ring Jumping on the “don’t jump the gun bandwagon”. Got my doorbell 3+ years ago. Six cameras total now and 2 spotlights. I’ve rarely seen this happen. You’ve unfortunately just hit things at a bad time. It’ll get worked out .

While I like my @ring a lot, the amount of service outages and the lack of communication between the doorbell and chime without cloud access are starting to annoy me. Please fix!

@ring Whats going on with @ring it won't let me login. Saying incorrect password. I've tried to reset password, the link doesn't work and when it did work it froze then sent me a verification code and that didn't work either.

@SingleCruiser @ring they probably solved the problems on the server but everything is wrong in the field. possibly a bad update that destroyed all Rings in the field.

@ring so I can't see my cameras if your servers go down? Smart! Really good design! Really! It's like if I wanted to commit a crime in an area, I'd just DDOS you and never be seen. Very safe.
