    @ring I ordered a ring sensor in July 2022 and never received it. I have tried several times with your online twitter team and your process of messages, forms and customer service agents is very bad.

    @ring Given that a bunch of features are missing from lower tier Ring Protect subscriptions, you guys really need to allow for testing at those low tier levels. Currently, you *cannot* configure a brand new system to operate at a level below Protect Pro for 30 days... Please fix.

    @ring Had to unplug my Stick Up Gen 3 Cam, remove battery and plug it back in to get back "Online." The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View

    @YNB @florenceRN78 @ring These nice car mother ******* are the worst. They look down on your for not getting an electric car to save the environment but, as they drive down the roads, (after I can now assume stealing peoples ****) they are also littering all of the trash inside their cars.

    Imagine going into your post office and asking why they claim they delivered a package to your door when they didn’t, thanks @ring Than asking how your usps became an Amazon delivery of a 25lb box when it’s suppose to be an envelope of a card. Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. I went out the door screaming profanities happily. @USPSHelp just like any government ran thing, is a pile of dog ****.

    Hey @Ring, can you have someone in your shop get ahold of me and help me with a replacement floodlight camera that I’ve been waiting to arrive for 31 days so far. I also have purchased the service contract/plan on all my devices.

    @ring do not use ring they do not protect as got broken into & when footage was looked at then said they had a system failure
