@ring @ring what is the ETA for resolution? No communication email was sent by ring for this outage and only showing message that your device has poor connectivity or no connection to internet when there is no internet issues obviously.

@ring we should be able to connect to our cameras regardless of something being down on YOUR end.This is just showing me that our devices have to "call home" in order to work for security purposes. It should not be this way.

@ring well, i didn't realise that using my doorbell was so vulnerable to potential problems. Its been down for a good chunk of the evening. You do need a better method of notify your customers. My house could be being robbed right now, and i wouldn't know

@ring it appears your software is messing up again as many UK users can't login. I use the account verification from when I logged in and out and all I get is "something went wrong" when copying the code sent to my phone number. Bloody awful, had so many issues with this lately.
