@ring Hi. I took Doorbell 2 battery out to charge, put it back in & now we’re not getting any notifications for that cam. I ordered a new battery from you, charged it, put it in Doorbell. Still no notifications. No settings changed in app. I’m stumped. Help?

Getting pissed off with @ring. The system is constantly going down and devices i.e. the ring doorbell isn't recording whats right in front of it. In the beginning everything was great. I called support last time and every excuse in the book from not having them link to each other

@ring_uk @ring My ring cam keeps clicking when it goes from normal mode to night mode which is normal however when I watch film or so it keeps constantly switching what's annoying. Surely there is a way how to sort this out by amending sensitivity. Please help!
