    @ring Past two days my floodlight cam is showing it is offline but when motion is tripped it records as normal. Rebooted device and reconnected to network to same issue. Is this a service issue? Please advise, thanks!

    Then when you don’t pick one they keep sending you push notifications of motions you can’t see until you subscribe? I can’t even reset my password or anything until I agree to a paid subscription. What type of forced **** is this? @ring

    @ring Your app is a joke. Just moved house. App says: ‘you have one unsubscribed device’. & ‘you have a plan with no device attached’. No easy fix, except to unsubscribe, then pay you another $24.99. Last time I buy a device from you. Hope ripping me off for few $ was worth it.

    Getting ******* fed up with @Amazon surreptitiously listening to ambient conversations and seeing the evidence when I use the app. #primethen #amazonzero I will their app from all of our family devices today. I already took down my @ring cameras and already don't use #alexa.

    @ring is your service out? Can’t set my alarm. Because of your stupid two step system, we can’t even log in to try to fix it! Send the damn verification code through email like everyone else in the world does! Who has access to their previous device? Really??!!

    @beynate @CQualtro Threatening letter does not provide any contact method to check in. The @ring doorbell history shows a press at 08:44 - shower time. The Ring app is not working for me and will not alert me in real time or show me video of missed rings so I am only guessing that’s when. 6/

    @ring My doorbell audio was broken so I contacted customer support After following their steps it’s now completely unresponsive and I was told there’s nothing they can do
