@houselvrdarci @ring Ok, it only took me 3 days, but I got my entire Ring system installed. Part of the problem is that I’m technologically challenged. I called Ring many times, & they were very nice & helpful.

It's official Ring Video doorbell is more trouble than it's worth. @ring No amount of turning it on and off again is working. It just won't re connect. Every other device is working perfectly including a competitor's which is cheaper by the way.
