WOW @ring support and contact support is #trash I've been trying to contact them for 25 days. I believe there is better home security service out there. Under their contact tab the phone calls say "hello" that's it. LOL.

@ring your customer services are literally the worst I have ever experienced! How difficult can it be for a customer to get a returns label? How many different people do I need to speak to in so many different departments? I won’t be buying anything from you again

@JetsetTX @ring I haven't attached my Ring device to anything, so I put it on the floor. At one point to check if there actually was a rat or mouse (yup), and to watch the new rescue dog's potty times to help him be successful. Friend used hers to verify her own snoring. Also yup.

@ring absolutely shocking customer service. Move into a new house with a ring video doorbell where QR code is damaged because of your terrible design. Why is the QR code a sticker that gets damaged by the front plate being taken on and off?
