    @ring while I understand that you're currently down I still have questions. when my service resumes will I be able to view activity at my doorbell from 12/6? I had a package likely stolen yesterday and I'd like to be able to see the activity.

    The downside of @amazon being down is that @alexa99 doesn’t work, can’t follow light routines, and @ring is buggered up as well. So much for a “smart” home

    Hi @ring I appreciate that the app is down however because I couldn’t get into it, I triggered my own alarm and couldn’t turn off the siren without resetting the base station! That was fun for gone 9pm. Your helpline is also cutting calls off…

    @ring I understand a short delay, problems happen. But how many hours now has it been down? I'm in the U.K. this seems to be a world wide issue? To my knowledge, its been no less than five hours. I'm glad I don't use your full security system! You need a better way of notifying people

    @ring well rings slogan is " with ring . Your always home " yeah that's if the service isn't offline for hours . I had someone call at 9 at night and without the security of ring it was a little un nerving. Hope the issue gets resolved ASAP.
