If your company cannot fix this problem then ill be forced to do business elsewhere. This is super frustrating! I dont want to be recorded 24-7!

Andrew Fisher (@AndrewPhisher) reported@ring Why is it that out of ALL of the devices in my house, the Ring is the only thing that just doesn’t reconnect if there is an outage and there is no way to reboot the device without being right next to it… what is the point of it being remotely accessible then?!!

Lisa (@Twanna80586084) reported@amazon @ring flood light cameras are useless if you cannot read license plates🤬🤬. @amazon you now own ring. With your advance technology this shouldn't be an issue in 2023. Had trespasser but the cops need the plate to make an arrest. Who else has this issue?

Surely this known glitch can be fixed. What if I was away and had power cut: the when would go offline until I got back. That goes against the whole idea

If the beards are too long they can’t get a proper seal on a gas mask & a criminal can grab them by it. It is a risk to the officer & anyone they try to help. Try locking the car door.
