    Kinda regret getting a new ring device being that today their app is Down! @ring ! This really sucks! Hopefully they will give a credit on the monthly price!

    @BJLass @ring I’ve had ok customer service. They just can’t seem to fix the problem permanently. Give it a few hours and the same problems. Even replaced the device, same problems. It’s just a garbage product.

    @ring what’s going people? Tried to set up an account on the App and keeps failing at the password stage. I’ve tried the live chat 4 times and no one replies and tried phoning and it rings twice and cuts off?!?! Any help please?!?

    @ring can you confirm whether or not video from cameras and ring alarm monitoring is still working? Is the outage just related to app access?
