    @ring 1/2 I have a 2 year old floodlight camera and protect plan with faulty IR filter that is very common issue. The image is either pink or night vision doesn’t work (check the forums) ring wouldn’t replace it… only offered me a discount code. The discount code didn’t work

    @ring I just told you all of what was wrong. Lol my husband cannot use the app under his own account as a shared user, even while following the steps. I'm sure I'm not the only one with the issue I'm describing. Because I've seen others say the same thing. So, I bought a nest system

    @ring Just to be a help to people in the future. Smart things was the reason my battery was draining. I have a widget on my Samsung frige, that lets me see the camera feed on it. Smart things updated and must have tweeked something because it worked fine before their update.

    @PrivatepAuLa2 @JayARic @ring Oh it definitely is, but they have just taken the decision to remove the feature rather than just stop supporting it - the only way I can share my frustrations is with the poor SOB that runs the social media account. I'm annoyed, the damn thing was £50 and only a year old 😭

    @ring When signing into account on Iphone12Pro, the Email/Password area shows white text (invisible), not black text. Thoughts. no way to sign in.

    @kocichichot @ring @JamieSiminoff I feel the same Alicja. I count on viewing on my desktop. Thinking I will contact SimpliSafe. My ring doesn't show half the time anyway. Always seem to have a problem with it. Always an error code. And the error code has to do with their company, nothing to do with home.

    @JayARic @_SparkleandPop @ring tbh, it's prolly just some poor sob managing the social media account and noone that could actually do ****. but the entire thing is just garbage. **** the entire "only as app" carp. i will, for example, never do any banking on my ******* phone.
