    @ring I have been on the phone for an hour and they will not get me access to my online account, hence why you all get the worst customer service award EVER!!!!!!

    @ring customer service is absolutely appalling. Paying for a service on top of the cost of device and I’m not even able to get into my account and customer service can’t get my name email or number right to fix this issue and then HANG UP! Fuming

    LOL @Ring @ring_uk want to force people to use their ****** SPY "2 factor authentication" to log in... lucky I didn't buy any of their **** system. I bet the corrupt police, NSA / GCHQ criminal spies, the other criminal Feds don't need any authentication to hack in to accounts.

    I’m so unbelievably frustrated with my @ring home security system. It’s less than 2 years old and TWO keypads just completely died - can’t even try to reconnect because they error out. Same with one spotlight camera. Three devices completely useless in less than two years. Lemons

    @AmazonHelp Two deliveries yesterday- BOTH left outside. This is a reoccurring problem. I have @ring so I saw my neighbor bring first package into porch. Second package, after stewing all night, I found beneath bushes.

    @ring hey your app really sucks. When I try to back out a neighbors post and see my dashboard it immediately jumps me back into the post. Can you please fix this? It’s bad user experience

    @ring worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 40 minutes of my time wasted with your call centre which was so horrendously noisy could barely hear the agent talking, which really didn’t matter as she was hopeless! #unhappy
