    @ring Over £200 for a door bell and it doesn’t last 2 years!!! 5 years i would be fine with but when a button breaks and you do not even have a fix is shameful.

    @ring Just had a Pro installed. It has sufficient power, good WiFi, it completed an internal software update and goes offline. I have reconnected WiFi, reinstalled the device, same result, it works, updates software then doesn’t. Frustrated, please help

    The way @ring doesn't ring during a aws outage is ridiculous. I understand why it wouldn't record of it's offline but the bell and chime are always connected. Why won't it just... RING?

    @ring ring's help is useless. I am trying to change the detection fields for a floodlight camera but my ring app does not have the buttons described online. Can anyone help?

    @ring your cameras are absolute garbage. Tell me how someone was able to break into my car and literally open up every door going through my ****, and the camera picks up absolutely nothing, just my car doors being open after it was all done? what in the absolute ****

    @ring We received an order that was ordered in error. It never should’ve been ordered and need to return it and missed mailman to refuse delivery so it’s not working on website to initiate a return

    @Haje .@ring just required me to sign in to unsubscribe. Then when I was signed in, they required me to enter my email before unsubscribe. Terrible UX. Don't do that. You will end up in the Spam folder instead.

    @ring thank you!! we have lots of windows and doors but don’t need more than one keypad and don’t need an indoor motion sensor. debating an outdoor camera but was hoping someone could help with customizing a package that won’t break the bank?
