    You see the worst and the best of human beings when you have a @Ring camera at your front window. I watched a woman kick a piece of trash into our front yard. 3 minutes later I watch a couple pick it up and clean it up.

    Most times I attempt to view my @ring Safety Cameras I get error messages cause the robbery rings that Friended me are viewing & ILLEGALLY INVADING MY PRIVACY Even with Small Children in PLAIN VIEW being Normal.     @ring non-functioning customer service. I’ve spent two hours two different days on the phone trying to get a clear answer on transferring an account. Information that’s contradictory and hard to understand literally. A good company bad customer service

    Amazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy! This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

    .@ring customer support is gone right down the toilet after dealing with massive language barriers I’m on my third return 🤦🏻 they just can’t get it right I think their plan is to drive the customer crazy until they give up. @amazon you have ruined them

    Day FORTY of .@Ring STILL not fixing the iOS widgets. Even though there’s been THREE app updates in that time. They REALLY don’t care about us customers do they. If you’re not going to fix this issue can you let us know please. You’re just laughing at us now.

    @amazon @ring Most inept company I have seen. More packages coming today and tomorrow and I guarantee going to wrong street again. Your drivers are too stupid to realize 9th street is not 9th place despite me leaving delivery instructions pointing that out. Your automated bots in customer service is worse. How Fkn hard can this be????? This is 9th street not 9th place! Fkn fix it!!!!!!!
