@ring I tweeted this incident to YOU on June 23, 2022 involving an #Amazon delivery driver!! I also offered photos of the damage done to the packaging but, like my DM of June 01, 2022, I heard nothing. I've DM-ed you an article on this issue. It's clearly an ongoing issue with @ring!

My expensive @HiveHomeUK security camera’s stopped working so I follow the help guidance… asks me to contact via live chat. “Sorry, no live chat available, please email”. Email - “sorry, this email no longer works, please use live chat”. Forget it… think I’ll just buy a @ring!

@ring I’ve forgotten how to turn off the motion detector in the app and I’m getting notifications every time a car (or a squirrel or a bird) passes the front door. It’s a teeny tiny bit annoying. Can you #help?

I am so annoyed at @ring right now!! I have a broken camera I just put up. Some hours it says the battery is at 100 and some at 0. I have replaced it with a different battery. Still same error. I called customer support the guy was TERRIBLE. Said I needed a Wi-Fi extender.

@insatiable718 @ring Sure thing. Plenty of vids on YouTube doing comparisons. (Lifehackster) Ring isn't *terrible* but definately geared towards monthly fees for all features whereas Eufy offers both local storage or online for a fee.

@CoxHelp No, Colleen, apparently the problem with @CoxHelp ended when your service went down. Internet service is back, but @ring won't recognize it. So frustrating. It's when the things that should be so easy are so hard that I just want to give up. Maybe I just don't wake up tomorrow.🤞

They called us and asked if we needed help I told them yes , we thing someone is in our house please send the police. They said okay and 5 minutes they call and said they are unable to send anyone and we had to call ourselves, Every month we pay @ring a fee to have professional
