@Ring understanding your push to sign up folks for video saving, but what is the basic saved time for those who do not signup for your service? Anyone know? It is tough to get info from #Ring . Also, who do we contact at #Ring for help on installation? Guidance is bad.

Do NOT buy anything from @ring If your package gets lost by @UPS they will not help you. You will just lose your money and have nothing. They do not care if the carrier loses your package. Switching to @ADT monitoring today! It’s been real!

@ring Best practice for Ring or in general? I ask as I’ve never had a problem with any device until just recently with Ring. No DM necessary. I’m going to change the password & hope that fixes the connection trouble. If so, then I’ll bite the bullet and update all our devices. 🙄

@ring My ring bridge is 20 feet away from a gigabit router with gigabit speed and all my devices 13 in total are within 50-70 feet of the router and bridge. Every day I have to unplug batteries to try and get them to reconnect. Seems to be a common issue with your bridge.

@ring The mandatory go-to-live function of the doorbell now SUCKS. It further slows down the already sluggish response of your software. I HATE IT.

@ring I have a suite of ring devices in my home, also a premium for ring security. I see that most of the devices would go offline and come back online after some time. My wifi is super fast btw. Called your csr and they disconnected my call themselves twice. I felt disrespectful

Internet and @ring are soooo pissing me off tonight! Ring was literally turning my router off, had to call India to fix the router, got ring connected, now it doesn’t stay connected because it sucks!!!
