    @ring This is pathetic service. How can a doorbell or a security camera be down for several hours, and still no signs of resumption! This is no Facebook or Whatsapp, don't you understand? This amounts to a crime, leaving people helpless! #RingDoorbell will never be trusted again!

    @ring I’m not having trouble, was just informing the person above that there was an AWS outage that may be effecting their access. You may want to reach out to that person.

    Hey @ring We cannot access our paid accounts, cameras. I actually paid for another year yesterday, Outages are unacceptable. FIX IT
