    The @ring doorbell is useless. Goes offline when you’re a thousand miles away and asks you to restart it by standing next to it and pushing a button. Useless.

    @ring After years of reliable service, our doorbell has begun going offline frequently, with no changes to home wifi and no problems with other devices. You're in-app help/advice for offline devices is of no help. The problem is the doorbell, not our router. Please advise!

    That @ring doorbell is nice but kinda useless if the notification on my phone arrives ten minutes after somebody pushed the button. And no, the troubleshooting tips on the website didn’t help.

    @ring Please don’t send me false information to your outdated forum page. Your support page keeps saying instructions that aren’t correct or do not work… so please tell me how to login to my devices if I don’t have my old phone or phone number or Authenticator app (was on old phone)

    @ring never there when we need you. Now your system won't allow an account login. You say it is an incorrect password but when we reset it, it still will not log in. Absolutely rubbish.

    @ring Ring Doorbell catches a lot of bass themselves with faulty cameras, failure to correct auto payments and posting that you are let. Cameras refuse to pickup people on your property but they have no problem telling credit agencies it was your fault.

    @ring I cancelled my subscription a few months ago. I'd like to delete my account, but I can no longer get in. I can reset my password, but I no longer have Ring in my authenticator app, so I cannot get in to delete my account. Can you help?

    @ring how's your doorbell going to ask me if I have changed wifi, I say no and it still won't connect to the wifi?? I'm literally next to the wifi, the chime is connected to wifi but doorbell won't reconnect. This is like the 3rd I have this annoying issue with your product

    @ring Hey ring, I have a major delay between the bell being pressed and when any notifications go off. It’s around 20 seconds. I’ve removed and reinstalled the device, updated the firmware and nothings fixed the issue. Please help
