    @ring just bought a ring doorbell set up an account. Cant log in with the password I created. Resetting it makes no difference just says an error occurred. Google search tells me many other people having this same issue going back years. My doorbell is currently useless.

    @p2thel2theg @ring My pleasure. It has provided me a small piece of peace. Also I put mine where they’d have to move stuff before they could get at it. Big heavy stuff. Otherwise ppl have reported that ppl are covering them with garbage bags. That’s how much criminals gonna criminal😩

    To all my 3 followers, do yourself a favour and avoid @ring doorbells, they are utter rubbish, do yourself a favour and buy an alternative. Set up is a frustrating nightmare!

    @ring The problem with time stamps on videos is talked about all over the internet. I'm not special and my case is not special. 1) why is the time stamp off? 2) is there a setting to fix it?

    Hey @ADT prvd a svc & products that work. Doorbell cam installed yesterday. $300 install fee & waited 5- hrs for tech. Cam went down last night when my family needed it. @ADT cmr svc told me to wait ather 5 hrs today for fix. Awful prdct, svc & protection. Shld've got @ring

    @ring Hi Please can you help. Everytime recently we put our bell on charge it shows its charging but nothing happens and so it get filly discharged which is frustrating. Please can you help as the whole idea is to keep an eye on things and we even looking to buy your floodlight

    @TMobileHelp How is that strange? It's apparently a known issue as even @ring has something about T-Mobile customers unable to get sms codes for two-factor authentication.
