    @ring @ring FYI I had to unplug and then remove the battery just so I could open the door to get the kids to school. Probably a lot of other customers experience similar things this morning. Please focus on the widespread issue rather than DMs.

    @ring are your servers down? I can’t turn my alarm off from the app or the website. Went to my base station and it’s plugged in and wifi is good (green) what’s going on?

    @ring trying to charge my doorbell it's at53% but plugged in just flashing fast solid blue. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling same problem. Just constant fast blue flashing it doesn't flash white.
