Hi @ring in May2022 you told me my floodlight cam was faulty and needs to be replaced I’m tired of chasing you - it’s now basically august and you’ve not replaced it - this is terrible and you want people to pay monthly fees for this kind of service???

@ring has got to be the worst "smart doorbell" ever, it simply never works, I should sue them for a product that has clearly never been designed to work!

@ring We’re no longer supporting the Rapid Ring app. The standard ring app is NOT equivalent, takes an extra click and opens is portrait mode. Rapid Ring = 2 clicks , opens in Landscape mode. Never mind listening to your customers we wouldn't want anyone to feel bad.

@ring Maybe if the application actually worked correctly. I have authenticator app on my phone and the app is not sending code to it. I have no issue with the physical doorbell. I have an issue with your application and customer service

@ring just cancelled my 12 month home monitoring plan one month in and then doubled the price for a new plan. Still better than ADT, but WTF? I am sure it's not just me, #classaction anyone?

@AmazonHelp Two deliveries yesterday- BOTH left outside. This is a reoccurring problem. I have @ring so I saw my neighbor bring first package into porch. Second package, after stewing all night, I found beneath bushes.
