    @ring again the systemm is down. This is a regular occurrance now!!! How about compensating those of us that pay money every month for this service that is full of faults???

    @Rabid_Ricky @ring But the message on the system the air message till says it’s a Wi-Fi issue they need to fix that error message going forward.

    @ring Now, I’m only on the $3/month plan, (bc I’m poor and I only have one camera) so it’s not about a loss of money, but on principle. The fact that there’s a complete and total service outage literally less than 48 hours after I paid for this service, unacceptable.

    @MrCoombzy @daisbelllo @ring I check my ring often and I've experienced this at least a half a dozen times this year alone. It was frustrating when there was an outage when there was a burglary scare happening in my neighborhood.

    @ring I know I only pay £5 for 2 devices and that isn't much but seriously its more down than not. How is ring doing its job now when it's down 🤯

    @ring @pink_dottie You've gone down worldwide... and you've announced when it happened and that it isn't back, how many robberies are going to happen because of this... perhaps just text Ring customers about the down time as I know you have that info.

    @ring I've removed the doorbell completely after re booting WiFi and trying in vain to reconnect. A simple email or text notifying us there was a problem would have been cerebral
