    @ChiefGossard @ring Bad timing. This is the second significant outage I’ve had that I can recall with my Ring devices in two years. Amazon Web Services is having network issues and Ring is affected.

    @schmassidy @ring I’m having some bad issues with the ring doorbell 2nd gen I have called ring and they know about it and have given 24 hrs to fix issue

    @ring Maybe after this event you can revisit depending solely on a single AWS region. When one goes down your service should bounce to another. Home security is a big deal.

    @ring Im in Disable Mode but the camera is still recording motions. I’ve toggled between Modes, signing in and out but it is still happening. Help.
