    Man, @ring support has to be the absolute worst support I've ever dealt with. And I have Comcast! It takes at least 30 minutes to do the simplest thing. Had to just hang up this morning after 40 minutes. It's really a shame. It was one of the best before @amazon took over.

    It’s been quiet on the issues I have with @ring - despite promises to resolve the issue and contact me within 24 hours, we’re well past that now. You’d think that a supposed security company would be more concerned about security, trust, and privacy. Nope!

    @ring after buyin a ring video doorbell a chime Pro a garden camera and a free standing cam you'd think an agent would respond to a disabled customer with cataracts to help them connect them all...what a total waste of good money over a Yr later still not working properly!

    @ring just installed 2 ring floodlight pro cameras. OMG floodlight is a bit of a stretch. Like stepping back in time compared to cheap 20w LEDs. yellow weak light. So bad I’m reinstalling the LED floodlights beside the camera.

    @ring my v2 doorbell has disconnected and i cannot reconnect it to my WiFi. Your app has been of no help (just blames my Wifi or, rather hilariously, suggests I upgrade and give you more money). The latter definitely won’t happen so can you help me please?

    @ring You really need to fix the lack of notifications when the motion detector battery dies. Mine died almost two months ago and I didn't know until today when I happened to open the app. Why no "bypass" notification when setting the alarm?

    @ring having issues with my ring! Did all the suggested troubleshooting and read articles. Still keeps telling me Ring is offline even though all lights are green! Tried contacting customer support and no response!

    Hey @ring, the UX on your website needs a lot of help. For one thing when I click "Submit" on a form, changing the button to grey and giving zero indication of whether the submission worked or is pending or ? is a lousy user experience.

    My @ring doorbell is now just a very expensive doorbell. After only a year I am sick and tired of the app which spends most of its time updating or requesting me to sign in yet again. The burglars have already been and gone by that time! A waste of time and money.

    @ring @tophat_lady The fact is, Ring has constant connection issues as they route a persons video through their slow servers! Ring will always blame the High speed company or the owner. It has become a joke that by the time you get your video, the crooks are long gone! FACT!

    @ring customer service is piss poor. Reading a script and not listening to customers is the complete opposite of good customer service. Supervisor read the same script with no resolution still. Need to do better @ring

    @ring Hi, access anything on iPhone. Logged out now can't login on iPhone. Can login on Desktop no problem. Please advise. Urgently need this sorted out.

    @ring A few months ago,I noticed that my Ring wired Foodlight was turning on & off without any motion.Shortly after that I was outside with my pup at night&noticed that every time I walked by the floodlight wouldn’t turn on.checked connection&all good.pls help me!

    @ring dropping support for their desktop app is the WORST. Was really useful having the live view notifications pop up on my laptop as I don't lose time unlocking my phone and waiting for the live view to load there. Will look at moving to @Ubiquiti later this year I think.
