    @ring I currently have a ticket open with engineering after being on the phone for an hour and half yesterday. My base station does not correctly fail over to cellular back up. We are close to switching providers with how poor the "security system" has been performing recently.

    @ring How exactly does discontinuing a native app for Mac equate to a better experience? So the doorbell rings and now I need to go to a browser, then a website, login, to see who it is? Explain how that makes thing better?

    @amazon customer service is a huge joke. I have all the information needed to find my families order and tracking information, but yet they won't help me find it. I also have a @ring camera that showed no such delivery of my daughters Christmas presents yesterday at 4:59pm.

    @ring, only my battery operated cameras are offline. The batteries are fine, as well as the internet connection. Problem on your end?

    @Ring See the linked string of messages on my profile. Also... I'd like credit for the 24 hours of down service on my account. Ring won't even acknowledge me because I'm not the primary. What an authoritarian baloney that we cannot be co-applicants because we are equal. #equality

    @NYCRobUCF @amys_bus_ticket @ring As someone who has Amazon as a client I can say I doubt they'd allow your backup to be on another hosting provider. Like to tell your parent company your anticipating them to break... Just feels like it would get shot down pretty quickly

    @ring Are you having issues with the App again. It's giving me an error and it was working fine earlier today. It states it cannot load my location. I tried logging out and login back in, but now it doesn't allow me to.

    Why does @Ring #customersupport maintain that they have no indication that their doorbells are not working with the new version of @Apple app? Social media is alive with people having this problem. Wakey wakey #DingDongs #DingALings
