    @ring my spotlight cam is only recording for 1-2 seconds and ends. Advanced motion detection is off it should be recording for 30 seconds. Could you guys help

    @bandicootboys @ring Oh I'm glad I'm not the only one having this issue. I'm also only getting 2 second recordings and not getting updated motions.

    @ring I had so much trouble with my ring device I have one of the first ones or should I say I had one of the first ones and I went around and round and round with your service department which were wonderful by the way but the damn thing just wouldn’t work right. Got Emphy Great

    @tapestrybeast @ring I called tech support and they said they would “look into it”. I also restarted the modem. Not sure which fixed it. Just a tip: turning off a motion zone then back on somehow fixes motion detection problems. Modem restarts help too. It’s like they fall asleep or something.

    @Simon_Bates_ @ring They told me it isn’t great at travelling through bricks - must buy a straw house next time 🙄 they had a major outage less than 5 days ago ! I can’t quite believe I pay for this service monthly !
