    @ring Hello, I cannot reset my password, in the app on my phone the code always results in cannot verify and I went on the website to attempt to reset my password and I keep getting 502 bad gateway. What is going on?? I'm not getting the notifications on my phone either.

    @ring You guys still have no fix for Shared Users being stuck with OLD locations on their Neighbors portion. It's annoying. I did the work around to get my REAL location to show but I hate still even having the old WRONG city listed in my dropdown.

    @ring your company is a joke! I bought an entire security system to stop the drug addicts and thieves from stealing my ****... yet when I try to post the videos of these guys on my property you reject it and tell me it’s not right for Ring. If I lose my cat though... what a joke

    I have a @ring alarm system which I like, and V1 keypad failed (speaker not working). I called support and you sent me a V2 keypad which I am not happy receiving. 1. The backlight does not come on when you walk by. 2. I have to repaint my wall now. 3. The ergonomics are awful!

    It's hard to believe how bad @ring's interface has become. Never works. Never can go like. Takes forever to load. Like every other tech company they took something that worked and tried to make it better but screwed it up.

    @ring I just received my Ring Video Doorbell 3 Pro and it didn't come with an adapter plate? It did come with the optional wedge and corner mounts, but that doesn't help me. Can you mail me one please?

    @ring that does not help. looking at ways to schedule the door bell to not chime because of @amazon delivery drivers ringing the bell at bed time. and yes, i know i can manually snooze the doorbell every night, but that sounds very manual. maybe create a DND feature?

    @ring there is constant problem with our RING 3+ the live view is consistently not loading. The WiFi is not the issue. Tried reinstalling the device and it still happens. Extremely frustrating for a market leading device.
