@ring hi team, noticed this morning WiFi wasn't connecting to my doorbell, went to check and seems battery was flat despite it being at 45% last health check. Is there some sort of issue where the % is showing higher than actual? Or could there be a random battery glitch?

@HGVJoker @ring_uk I had the same issue yesterday i spoke to someone was very helpful they are replacing it for me however there out of stock and have to wait until the end of the month for a replacement its frustrating because I have a @ring doorbell for security kind off defect the object😕

@ring Yeah I forwarded it to my lawyer. You’re the absolute worst. I was just trying to do the right thing and let people know. But you don’t WANT them to know. So it’s on you. You want people to be allowed to dig thru our garbage. You ARE garbage so I guess it stands to reason.

Hi @ring when I answer the doorbell, i see a clear image, but get broken - impossible to understand the visitor - sound. I’ve only had this since I upgraded from 1st gen to 2nd gen doorbell. What could the issue be?
