    Horrible decision to trust @ring as a security system since the garbage products are 100% dependent on a patchy and non fault tolerant cloud service. The cameras regularly don't work/record when the service is unavailable - like the past hours where it's down for everyone again.

    @ring The Ring still doesn’t work after the big problem. I’m allreasy done with it. If it doesn’t work tomorrow i want my money back. I’m pissed of at this moment.

    @Bluey_Bcfc @ring Had Ring cameras around my house for two years. Have been minor issues in app over the time but they get sorted quickly. This is the worst incident I've ever experienced.

    While I like my @ring a lot, the amount of service outages and the lack of communication between the doorbell and chime without cloud access are starting to annoy me. Please fix!

    hi @ring team! QQ for you. my annual Ring Protect Basic subscription renewed dec 24 and i was charged $30, but i've been getting emails recently about my ring protect trial expiring this saturday. i'm so confused. could you help me out? happy to send additional details via msg.
