    @ring Where is our credit for a non working system that we pay for? You didn’t even talk about the only subject I mentioned? If you take an Uber and it breaks down do you still have to pay??

    @ring 7 days and no rich notifications simply not good enough. By the time the go to live activates the reason for the notifications has quite often gone. How on earth can it take so long to sort out an issue 👎👎

    @ring I am have a problem with setting up ring with the new Linksys 6E. The ring app does not list my gateway or see my gateway to complete the process.

    @ring I've noticed in your latest app update you now no longer include a image of the moment outside of the door, this could be viewed on the lock screen if you pressed down for second and it was enlarge, that was really helpful. Can you not bring this back?

    @ring Hi there, it's been 200 hours since you last gave a new update on this issue. What's the latest information other than "our team is working on a fix"? What's the problem, should I just cancel my service since I'm unable to use it effectively? How is it possible there is no ETA?
