    @ring I’m having issues with my device where it isn’t charging when hardwired. I’ve waiting to talk to a rep for over an hour on the phone and have to go to work. My issue is I got this item as an Xmas gift last year and am afraid it I wait to long it will be out of warranty 1/2

    @Rabid_Ricky @ring No, they always blame the Wifi then try to sell you additional products to "fix" the problem. Ring is a garbage company.

    @RING All cams are not loading (more than one location). #RING App does not load. 'LIVE VIEW does not load. 'HELP' does not load. What is going on?! And when is this going to be fixed? (And no, it is not the Wi-Fi connection.)

    @ring Turned wifi on and off a few times. restarted tablet a couple times. said some swear words a couple times. double checked i paid the service a couple times and look online to see its being a announced an outage. so publicly saying hey look people don't have security!

    @ring You NEED to get things under control people rely on your devices for security and when they fail it puts so many at risk! Please work on making your app and devices FAR more reliable, this is becoming a persistent issue.

    @ring I have been trying to get my ring app to work for the last 90 minutes and still not working it keeps saying something's wrong your product is absolute trash super disappointed

    @RayKalsitrant @daisbelllo @ring If i get another outage this month I'm definitely going to switch over to another service. Also, Wyze and Eufy don't have a subscription fee, unlike Ring.
