I am a literate person. I can follow instructions but when they don’t work I need your help … didn’t get any!

I switched to “away” mode, saw countdown begin, swiped up, locked phone, drove 20 minutes, parked, checked app, countdown continued where it left off bro. Wtf

Renee Brown (@naybrown86) reported@ring As a security business is really weird that I cannot reconnect my cameras to wifi when I am not home. Thats when I most care my cameras are online. To fix I have to share my login information with a friend willing to go to my house. Awful security design.

Steve DiFrancesco (@SteveDiFran) reported@ring I have a battery Doorbell Plus that doesn't work for crap. Deliveries? Didn't see a thing. USPS? Nope. Meter Reader? Oh, please. Cat on the porch, in the middle of the night? I got it! Stick Up Cam (Gen3), just about as bad unless you want to see people walking away.
