    @ring what terrible customer service you have. For a company owned by @amazon you really need to step up your order management and customer service people. Just terrible experience and I’m trying buy a product!

    @ring changed my network and now can’t connect my doorbell. Spoke with reps and they weren’t able to help. Any help would be great.

    @ring my Ring doorbell service isn't perfect but when it works it works. But something has happened with a lawn service that damaged my property deliberately and some how shut my cameras down? Does anyone know how please?

    @ring I have never ever had such a bad experience. I just bought these cameras and you can't connect to my account. Return and would never use you again after over 5 hours on the phone of wasted time with you today. #ringdoorbells #ringcamera ring sucks

    They’ve been trying to shove Ai down our throats for years now. Look at the @ring Super Bowl ad. We should resist Ai as much as possible

    @ring just had a poor customer service experience. My ring doorbell has become faulty and been told by staff that some devices last longer then others so just buy a new. Not the helpful experience I expected 🙈😭 #googlenest

    @ring My Ring devices are just fine! I’m saying Homebridge, and associated plugins, are a hack. You COULD help there with some Apple HomeKit integration… :)
