    Steer clear of @ring ! Their login authentication process is an #EpicFail I can’t login via my desktop. 15 mins w tech support and they ended up telling me to wait 24 hrs. #CustomerExperience #CustomerService @googlenest @SimpliSafe

    @SimpliSafe I’m in Southern California. If I called your customer service about your products, where will I be connected? @ring sent me to Egypt…nothing against Egypt, but the communication was subpar. Messed up my shipping address twice. Idk where their stuff went. Any help?

    @ring can’t access Live view. It keeps saying streaming error. I don’t know why this is happening. I tried the whole switch off 5ghz but that made my phone lose connection to my router so I had to turn it back on.

    @ring Yeah I forwarded it to my lawyer. You’re the absolute worst. I was just trying to do the right thing and let people know. But you don’t WANT them to know. So it’s on you. You want people to be allowed to dig thru our garbage. You ARE garbage so I guess it stands to reason.

    it on my cell provider & told me to call them so like a little damn sheep I called them & they checked & their NON USA employees told me nothing wrong on the provider's end so it must be .@ring's issue BACK & FORTH BACK & FORTH meanwhile

    @WOLF_Financial If your Father-in-Law is retired, and lives more than an hours drive away, do NOT, under any circumstances, buy him a @ring doorbell as the "Perfect Christmas Gift"! Holy crap my marriage will be lucky to survive this outage!
