    @ring I bought a plan but the system isn’t letting me attach it to my doorbell. It just keeps saying there was an error and to try again. I’ve been trying it since yesterday! Help!

    @ring i own 5 ring devices, one of which is doorbell pro. It went offline and does not power on(no lights or noises). I tested the voltage at the back and it’s 16v. Please advise.

    @ring your doorbell sucks. Constantly disconnects from Wi-Fi, and only fix is to take the battery out and put it back in. Happens all the time. Customer service is impossible to reach as well

    Hi @ring Team. I've had video doorbell Pro for 5yrs, very happy with it but now the push button is breaking down and it appears to have condensation inside lens. Can I buy just a replacement doorbell box rather than a whole new product? Thanks

    @ring The problem with ring is that it has become a surveillance tool for local law enforcement… accessible even without a warrant… despite warrants usually being rubber stamped.

    @ring Wired doorbell struck in B&W. Ran troubleshooting inc. rebooting with cust care, no fix, so said I have to reset it by pressing the button on the back. I'm 1200 miles away. Some use your cams at remote locations for security, so this is a massive failing in the software.
