    @ring - just "chatted" w/ your AI chatbot for 15 minutes trying to fix something. It couldn't help so directed me to a live person - but the system is asking me what I need help with. It's 2026, these things need to talk to each other so we don't have to repeat everything. 🙏

    @ring you have the worst logistics department out there. I placed an order on 7/22 with an arrives by 7/28 and nothing. I wait on hold to be told hopefully by 8/10 but no guarantee yet I can order it today on your site and it says “Arrives 8/8” and no one is willing to do ****!

    @ring I need you to know your company policy on bad devices is terrible. My second ring camera stopped working and I was told I’d have to buy a third one because it’s been 4 months out of the warranty. I get it the first time but a second. I’ve canceled my subscription. Do better

    @ring worst customer service. Spent over $500 on cameras and a doorbell. I never received the doorbell, even though UPS says it was delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send a replacement. Have yet to receive it.

    Hey @ring ! On the old doorbell 2, it seems the UV screen has cracked and fallen off. Photos and videos are serviceable, but bad. Any support on this issue?

    There is nothing more insufferable than ordering @ring products, having the shipment arrive without the key component, calling customer service (apparently in SE Asia)...encountering an accent so thick it's not understandable (and I've traveled to SE Asia frequently on business), and trying to resolve the issue, being told the phone number on your profile is not in their system, and the phone number on your order (same number) is not in their system, but that the order number IS, but that is still not sufficiently identifiable. Thank God I recorded the call.

    @ring Help! I am rapidly losing the will to live with Rings’ support chatbot and helpline! I’ve moved house and wish to cancel my subscription- it won’t allow me to sign in on the app and the support line just tells me to sign in on the app! Could someone pls help!

    Kia boys broke into wife's car overnight. Nothing was in the car and they couldn't get the thing started. @ring camera was absolutely garbage and caught nothing but human-free snapshots before and after. I am going to refrain from stating my thoughts or feelings on the matter, since I kinda like X.

    @ring Stick Up Gen 3 cameras are the worst! Always glitchy and constantly disconnects from Wifi (router is 5 feet away). Terrible product

    Pointing your security camera onto your neighbors property is illegal. @ring cameras are often just as bad as flock.

    @ring What are u not understanding…… the post code I put to make my order is not working on the tracking Royal Mail up. There must be a mix up on YOUR end or Royal Mail. Am I speaking Chinese?
