    @ring Just got the email about 33% increase. Terrible time for it and Ring should know better. I understand an occasional increase but 1/3! Insulting to your customers. Forget it. I’ll be cancelling my subscription.

    @ring Had to remove payment details as you've decided to go further down the scumbag rooad and place a banner across the bottom of the site where cancel plan option would be. Absolute disgrace of a company, sincerely hope to hear about you going bust one day

    Don't use @ring. Customer service is atrocious. Cancelled a camera order of mine for no good reason. CS then gave conflicting explanations and was incapable (or unwilling) of understanding the issue. 1/10 don't recommend.

    @ring Not enjoying 1st experience buying your product. I completed purchase of a camera during recent sale & purchase amount was charged to my CC. Next day, order was cancelled due to mysterious "credit card issue". Now support won't sell me camera for same price. #frustrating

    @ring we had a power outage last night. I tried to post it. I was refused but you posted someone else’s about it. We also had someone checking car doors last night, you refused to post that one too. I’m being discriminated against. It happens every time I try to post to neighbors

    @ring Yep. I’d already looked at that on your site. But because it only shows one picture, I can’t see properly if it’s the right part that I need. i.e will it replace the broken base that I currently have? Would be really helpful to have photos of it actually in use.
