@ring Been waiting for over week for Ring Alarm's "Escalation Team" to let me know why no one was sent to my home when unknown persons entered my home and set off the alarm. Not sure what I'm paying for here - terrible service

@ring it’s below 24 degrees and I can’t get my previous ring activated !!! You support sucks *** !!! I am stuck were your broken system won’t send the 2 part activation code and your support are not understanding of the problem!!! So disappointed!!!

@ring just bought one of your extremely expensive Pro doorbells and realised it doesn't work if the internet goes down. Surely the doorbell and chime can work locally when it detects no internet? Seems strange for such an expensive product.

OMG @ring has to be the worst company ever for customer service! They wanted to replace two cameras that I couldn't set up (unbeknownst to me it was a router issue) so the order was made and only one was sent. NOW my originals are working but they can't/won't retract the upgrade!

Love how the Android notification for @ring is just "snooze." Already worthless app doesn't even want me to use the one feature that has kept that piece of **** out of the bin.
