    @ring @DanceMama2022 Ours suddenly just stopped working mid trick or treaters arriving. Says offline and not capturing - but it Wi-Fi is working and so is power.

    @ring I understand it's Halloween but people aren't dressing up as deer and walking on hooves to fool my camera, this is a deer and I'm told that it's a person. My ring camera pro has no problem with this, just this defective camera I've requested to be replaced already

    Ring Security system can be easily compromised putting ppl in serious danger. This company did nothing to help when ours was disabled. Useless customer service that won't stand by their product... @ring do not purchase this product.
