    @ring Nearly 3 months later & I’m still waiting for someone to help me with the issue with a device detecting all motion even when People Only mode is enabled. This makes me very hesitant to place the safety and security of my home and family in Ring’s hands. Will anyone ever help me?

    @ring I have a Ring doorbell and mechanical chime. Ring updated their software and now my mechanical chime does not work. How do I fix? Worked perfect before update.

    @pfak @ring Ok, Im not crazy then. I just checked the site through a VPN via the USA, the US site is up. Looks like the @ring website is only broken for Canadians

    @ring my keypad that is plugged in all the time keep going offline this last month. If unplug/ plug in from the elec socket, nothing happens. Had to unplug/plug on the cord to keypad side to be online & charge battery. Then it goes offline again a few days later. Any suggestions?

    @ring hi sometimes I don't get motion alerts on my phone. Wifi is on. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't work. Wifi speed is good. Can you help

    We bought a Ring Doorbell at Christmas the free "Protection Plan" expired. Then the Live View stopped working and now I'm getting random motion alerts with nothing there. Is anyone else having the same problem? It seems they are trying to force you into extending it. @ring
