    Called customer service with @ring and the worst possible sound quality. I guess you want to save bandwidth on your VOIP but gads that was a mess. English was not his first language did not help but I can make that work if the phone works.

    I got into the old @RING account. The device last used was in 2018 — March 15 to be precise. The cell phone is in bad shape. I may have ‘damaged’ it after upgrading and before tossing. I was thinking it was the cell BEFORE that one.

    @ring Too bad I can’t use my $1,500 equipment because I have to choose between phone and home protection. “Due to the technical issues that #VPNs can cause, and to maintain reliable performance and a seamless experience for our customers, we no longer support the use of VPNs.” #ring

    @devnetninja @ring I was actually laughing at the fact that I didn’t need to move any of my 12 personal cameras, I put up these 10 and I still have a whole storage bin full that wont close… I think I have a problem.

    Hullo .@ring! Let's add you to the list of companies that signs people up for services, takes an email and does not verify it?? You are a security company? I already have a bank that sends me a person's info everytime they sign in or make or receive a transfer. Unbelievable!

    @ring Annoying it came back online after 1hr and 30mins and now today again flashing blue not connecting switched off and the plug and back on and nothing no lights!! The internet is working perfectly fine everything else connected what's the problem with this service that I am paying

    @Sears I still haven’t got the help I need with an online order. Yes, I’m past the return window, but all is pointing to me being sold a #counterfeit @Ring doorbell. Ring says contact the seller, seller refuses to accept its fake. #help

    Just had an excellent #customerservice experience with @ring - my doorbell had gone offline and was not working. Within a few messages they had my doorbell up and running again. Others could learn a lot from this level of 1:1 customer engagement
