    @ring I self monitor as my PD is not useful. I cannot during this outage. Fix system to allow direct connection between base station and phone app through wifi. Skip your shoddy (yet on amazon servers?) system.

    @ring your app and product has failed twice in the first two days of ownership. Now it won't even let me ring customer support for help or log into the app on my phone. Shocking. Please fix or refund my money.

    @ring i cannot set up the ring chime it keeps coming up with something went wrong network error - I have tried this with my phone on WiFi and on data. Is it faulty?

    @ring seems to be down right now and the company is silent on the mattedr. It doesn't give me any confidence that the issue will be resolved any time soon. Just bought an extra camera for my set up...probably shouldn't have bothered haha
