𝗧𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 ☻ (@TristanBrothert) reported from San Francisco, California@ring my new doorbell v3 device was bricked by an update (can’t connect to WiFi anymore) support acknowledge the issue but won’t issue a replacement. Other have the same issue in Reddit. Poor communication and bad customer service.

Reg (@RegGBlinker) reported@ring Have you fixed the issue? I’ve spoken to your support team twice about it and there’s a forum with thousands of responses where people are reporting they can’t use them either. So has it been updated?

While Amazon’s Alexa just about does it, the Alexa service has gotten very slow to respond lately. My Ring cameras are slow, too, with 1gig internet service.

Phrosty (@Phrosty23) reported@ring Are you guys having another issue? Rings are very delayed today. Echo Show keeps saying that it is unable to show video. Phone app took about a minute after the doorbell rang for the video to show up.

We are in Michigan; doorbell still rings and motion is still identified and logged, but there is simply no video feed nor any saved videos. All it says is "streaming error." Been down 2 days.
