I am a literate person. I can follow instructions but when they don’t work I need your help … didn’t get any!

If you ask them what the issue is they just say “we’re working on a fix” Might be worth an investigation from one of my techy BBC friends?

I ordered on 13th February, with no sign of products or delivery date. 3 times told I’ve got to wait for products to arrive back at @ring HQ before they can issue a refund or resend items, as they’re missing in transit. 😔

We're about to lose funding for the cameras and Ring couldn't help a nonprofit children's school in dire need. Very disappointed.

Ring doorbell just recording static/white noise on recordings and live view. Done everything required to check settings, rebooted (+hard reset) doorbell.

Alex (@Real_Alex_Y) reported@ring talked my dad into getting a Ring Pro doorbell, it’s not working properly and he raised a ticket on 23rd Feb and has he bounced around your support teams, now he is told he has to wait 2 weeks for the advanced team to look at his fault! Sergio support!

I use it interchangeably depending on my mood. Adding the qualifier “white” is no different then saying “Black” before the word. It isn’t code for bad behavior or bad people.
