    @ring when since the last update my doorbell camera hasn’t worked right, if someone breaks done my front door and I can’t get a video of them what are y’all going to do cause I pay money for it to work and it’s not working?

    So I'm having issues with my @ArloSmartHome go. Not even half paid off yet its missing motions. I've contacted customer service. Took battery out 5 times blah blah nothing. Tried via Twitter. No help whats so ever. So I will have to say I have 3 @ring cameras. Awesome

    How is it possible that there is always a 45 minute wait to speak with @ring customer service? My device has been down since 8/22 - can't get anyone to pick up.

    @ring Hi folks. My doorbell pro button has cracked and split. I called support yesterday and she was adamite that a new faceplate will solve this. I told her I didn't think that would do it but she ordered a replacement. Can someone here help me with a replacement?

    9/12 call @Ring because not getting emails from Ring to reset pswd - service person insists I need to verify my device by unscrewing devise off front door to give the MAC ID - #wtf? discover it on my own on the charger - - Ask for a manager who is N/A - @Ring service sucks.

    @ring I just spent 30 mins with support diagnosing that 2 of my solar pathlight batteries are bad. Instead of mailing new batteries, your team says they have to send 2 new pathlights (and I have to ship 2 back). This is bad for the customer, the environment, and costly to Ring!

    @ring Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with the Ring Doorbell Pro. It keeps losing wifi connection. Signal is good and the doorbell reconnects if it registers movement/there's a person at the door or if someone rings it (button press).

    .@ring is piss poor. No reason I should have to buy a complete new device because of a simple cable. Subscription canceled as well. Anyone have any alternative suggestions?

    @ring the tracking numbers on your "order" page on the website does NOT WORK. It's a bogus tracking number. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    @ring Hello, your tech support sucks. Tried to chat, was referred to call in. Called in, was asked to hold for 45 min. What kind of support is this? I have issue with your website when filtering to certain date to view past videos >60 days, all I can see is 8/29/21.
