    @rbmattson @ring I’m also having the same problem. It records when it wants to and when you need it to it doesn’t. I’ve contacted them multiple times and they just ignore me. Horrible costumer service I’m beyond pissed off.

    @ring why on earth should I login to unsubscribe from your emails I have no interest in whatsoever? Take me off your list and for heavens sake don’t ask people to login to unsubscribe... there is no bigger pain. Thanks 🙏

    @ring forced to wait 40+ min waiting for a rep. App told me I had to change my password and need to authorize. To get a code you have to login to the app but I can’t login to the app without a code. Ridiculous hoops to jump through + forced to wait on phone.

    @ring I’ve just purchased a ring doorbell and the sound outside is so loud! I’ve tried lowering the Ringer Volume in the app settings but it’s not doing anything - how do I fix this? Thanks.

    @ring ring doorbell not working again. Chime doesn’t sound and no notifications. Happens several times a week. I’ve missed deliveries because of it. Not fit for purpose.

    @ring Ring doesn’t want continued business. There is no live chat. The plan says I have one day before protection ends and the instructions to sign up for the top level protection plan is the road to nowhere. There is no MY PLANS button to check. Improve your online help!!

    At this point, I have to *call* Ring or jump through more hoops by downloading the app... but only with a device I've previously used?! I feel like I'm being trolled at this point. @ring - please unsubscribe me from your email list and fix your unsubscribe button. 🙏

    @ring worst customer service, there is a problem with mine but they didnt get a manager to call me back as promised, I'm taking mine back to shop as I cant deal with their customer service ever again. They even shared someone else's account details with me...really bad experienc

    @ring Hi, I have a Ring Pro doorbell with first generation chime. The chime stopped connecting to the doorbell a week ago. I tried to reset it, but I never get the pulsing light. I've tried removing it from my devices and add it again, but still don't get the slow pulse.

    @JtheRockHobbyt @CenturyLink @ring And I’m sorry but is it wrong for us to ask them to knock on the door we’re not asking them to come in the house we’re asking to know someone is in our yard. To maybe I don’t know make sure the problem is fixed before they leave.
