Christopher Tom (@Teknight101) reported@ring I called Ring and talked to supervisors and none of them could help me resolve the order issue. They told me to cancel and place a new order. We're about to lose funding for the cameras and Ring couldn't help a nonprofit children's school in dire need. Very disappointed.

Davey Allen (@DaveyAllen54264) reported@ring I have called and asked well within six months. Then I promised that they were sending something out to me. Hoping it would help. That never showed up. What ever that was. I stopped my cloud because the cameras didn’t work all the time

We can go live no problem and it does record when it wants to, but the last 2 days there's chunks of videos, hours! Missing. No settings have been changed and our Internet connection has been stable

Sean (@kirkmansox4life) reported@ring I contacted care prior to the renewal to attempt to have my plan upgrade to this plan prior too my renewal but was told this wasn’t possible and was assured that it would happen automatically on my renewal date. Can you help get my on the other plan?
