Your website says that it is compatible… I got error P16-33-20032001 saying there’s a network issue. But I’m able to ping the Ring intercom on my network and got a 1gig fiber optical

Just makes you wonder. Idk. Maybe there's some other way they can tell **** like that.

Click (@napersmikekim) reported@C_Garcia014 @ring Is that why certain cameras stop connecting to the WiFi and fail to record events or go into live view after a while? Tried to troubleshoot via text and phone but no help. I wonder if weather exposure can make the devices stop connecting too.
