    @FedEx One out of every three deliveries lately seems to end with: “Customer not available.” The problem? @Ring cameras exist. If your driver doesn’t want to make the stop, that’s one thing. But claiming I wasn’t home when the cameras show nobody ever arrived is something else entirely. @FedExHelp

    @ring I despise this company they don’t make it easy for anything. I had to change Internet service now they want me to take all the equipment down to reset it I’m disabled so I can’t be doing that. They don’t make anything easy and they don’t care. I am so sick of this

    Hey @ring so I replaced a floodlight cam and added another. I have them shared with my gf but the new cameras aren’t showing up on her phone. Her email is under shared access for both cams. Is there an easy fix for this? Or do I delete her access and add it back?

    @ring THE VIDEO DOORBELL DEVICE IS UNRELIABLE, regularly missing recordings and going offline. Despite paying for Ring Protect Solo subscription, weeks of troubleshooting & contact with support have failed to resolve the issue. Ring also makes it difficult to escalate complaints!

    @Roentgenguy @ring I had an app update yesterday on iPhone, version 5.107.1 it fixed the issue!

    @amazon @ring Why? Why in trying to get help did I receive 2 people that did not understand ENGLISH! Do any of them? What Countries are they from? So I'm Hammond, I'm sure he loves me using his account! Or is he using mine? If I add a credit card it goes to him? Is this a scam?

    @amazon @ring Most inept company I have seen. More packages coming today and tomorrow and I guarantee going to wrong street again. Your drivers are too stupid to realize 9th street is not 9th place despite me leaving delivery instructions pointing that out. Your automated bots in customer service is worse. How Fkn hard can this be????? This is 9th street not 9th place! Fkn fix it!!!!!!!

    I knew I didn't like @ring but now it's confirmed. Wife and I were logged out of the app. We're trying to sign back in but it's not sending the verification code at all. What does the FAQ say? If you're having trouble signing in, try signing in

    Hey @ring ! On the old doorbell 2, it seems the UV screen has cracked and fallen off. Photos and videos are serviceable, but bad. Any support on this issue?

    @ring you devices are terrible, how can something that has worked for so long be so difficult to reconnect. All of my stuff works and these devices will not connect and when they do they randomly disconnect. The reconnection method is a joke

    @ring I've got a gen 1 doorbell and noticed it going offline recently. When I inspected it, it looks like some of the terminals are scratched and aren't making a good connection anymore. Is there any timeline for the spare parts kit coming back in stock or am I doomed to upgrade?
