    @ring it’s outages like these that make you think that having a internet based solution for cameras is a terrible idea. It just takes AWS to go down and your totally blind.

    @KimSchuss Yes. I the the app updated and now it just spins on loading dashboard. Wi-Fi and data, same thing. @ring please fix this

    @ohoksweet @RichardGroves @ring I get you all point but unfortunately I'm not thinking from the business side of it. I'm the consumer who needs information about my products and service I pay for. A alert should have went to every single paying using that something is down and to take proper precautions.
