    @ring my new equipment arrived today, thank you. Please can you tell me how I set up an account on the app? I have wasted hours of my life trying to set up and it just keeps saying there is an error. Also phone line just cuts off. Not a great start!

    @ring i cannot set up the ring chime it keeps coming up with something went wrong network error - I have tried this with my phone on WiFi and on data. Is it faulty?
