    @ring paying for a service that has been down all day...I assume you give partial refund? Especially seeing as its a very customer unfriendly service and I can't add additional devices to my plan

    @ring @ring what is the ETA for resolution? No communication email was sent by ring for this outage and only showing message that your device has poor connectivity or no connection to internet when there is no internet issues obviously.
