    @BernholzJ @ring Seriously, like you - I can't do a single thing. This isn't a singular issue either. It seems like every single day I have issues with terrible video quality, especially at night - as in you can't see more than a foot away from my front door, and constant "Mode" errors.

    .@ring - I just bought my first product and am trying to set it up. The app is not letting me set up a new account. It keeps saying “Something went wrong”. I also can’t access the US help. Pls advise.

    Would be nice if you could send an email or text to your customers to let them know your app is not working instead of letting me waste over an hour uninstalling and reinstalling and looking up help topics that don't help. #ring @ring
