    @ring So frustrated with your chimes, had the standard chime and it stopped ringing when the doorbell is pressed, purchased the chime Pro and still having the same issue! Missed a few visitor's this week, really disappointing! Any help?

    Hey @UPS how about when your drivers attempt to deliver a signature required package…i don’t know, maybe knock on the door or ring the doorbell, and not just put a sticker on your door and walk off. Thanks @ring for letting me see this go down. Unbelievable.

    @ring just had a poor customer service experience. My ring doorbell has become faulty and been told by staff that some devices last longer then others so just buy a new. Not the helpful experience I expected 🙈😭 #googlenest

    @Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

    @ring I have a battery Doorbell Plus that doesn't work for crap. Deliveries? Didn't see a thing. USPS? Nope. Meter Reader? Oh, please. Cat on the porch, in the middle of the night? I got it! Stick Up Cam (Gen3), just about as bad unless you want to see people walking away.

    A few years ago there was a # where white folks were honest about how easily they can get away with stuff in life. Stuff = criminal activity that would get other folks long prison sentences or on a very bad day quickly shot & killed by police. I think of that watching @ring.

    @ring I have 7 ring cameras-for whatever reason they stopped connecting to wifi-i've followed all instructions, read all faqs, to no avail-HELP

    @DHSgov : @ring allows ICE to be doxxed and organized notifications to disrupt and potentially harm officers and protesters. Please repost. I have complained via phone, email and text for almost a year and yet they still allow content that is NOT allowed and is illegal on other platforms. I flag content as illegal yet they still allowed posts to remain on the platform. Their fix: we can change your notifications so that YOU don’t see them anymore.
