James Mckeown (@JamesMc97105487) reported@ring Hello! I’ve a Ring battery doorbell 2024 stuck on 10% battery and not charging at all. No blue light notification, tried to reset but no joy. Only 8 months old can you help?

Sal Clemente ⭐️ (@CTyank860z) reported@ring Lil help please?

Dave Austin (@daustin11) reported@ring is a piece of garbage

American Narratives (@ajcollins00) reported@davidma77507034 @YNB @ring I don't think you would have said the same thing if a white person said "black folk" regarding the same issue Yvette is talking about. Are you that fragile to actually think saying "white folk" automatically implies all white people. It's not that serious, dude.

killians.magical.life (@KilliM222) reported@ring it's ridiculous that with the neighborhood feature you can't ask neighbors to keep music down because it goes against guideline. What guidelines? I think that's a very respectful thing to ask. Ridiculous.

Michelle (@Michelle_523) reportedI really wish I could understand how my @ring works. Why do I get full videos of my across the hall neighbors going in and out and down the hall, but if someone approaches my door, the video doesn't start until they're walking away?? It happens every time.
-
₿iblical.btc (@Cryptobruhdd) reportedImagine going into your post office and asking why they claim they delivered a package to your door when they didn’t, thanks @ring Than asking how your usps became an Amazon delivery of a 25lb box when it’s suppose to be an envelope of a card. Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. I went out the door screaming profanities happily. @USPSHelp just like any government ran thing, is a pile of dog ****.

Rebecca North (@samjohnsonqqq) reported@ring Can’t add a user to a new camera. Your software is NOT WORKING. There used to be a page that showed all the users and what access they had. Can’t find it anywhere. CS agents don’t speak ENGLISH. Awful!!!!!

Demetrius📸 (@meechie2_) reported@ring can send me notifications of every car driving down the street but miss someone stealing my damn package from my front door. **** so annoying
-
Blake (@Kugrox) reported@rsvp89 @KCDefender @ring cops dont have to help you if you're being stabbed, so neighbors dont have to risk their lives to save yours either. theres no law that requires human beings to risk their lives for others. that law doesnt exist.

Josh Underwood (@Thejcunderwood) reported@Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

kantstopwontstop88 (@kantstopwontst1) reported@ADTRbreakdown @ring Wth ! That’s all bad and I’m assuming you changed the settings for motion and all. Damn man never heard anyone having issues.

FreeMindBill🤷🏼♂️ (@Afreemindisbest) reported@ring I noticed my address is incorrect on my app. It shows a different area with the same street name. However when I try to change it I am told I will have to leave assisted monitoring. Is this the paid monitoring or something different. Hope you can help. 🙏🏼

Colin Campion (@ColinCampion) reported@Hurrikeen @ring I had this issue last year. They replaced my cameras 2 in in the end it was an algorithm change at the ring end. It was all good up until a few weeks ago and not mine is picking up cars too. Needs sorting out

Beth (@ConeyFerg) reported@YNB @SuckaFreeZone3 @ring Yes!! People who steal necessities, like kid's medicine, are way more stealthy. I'll find empty packaging on the shelf. The only people I've seen ACTIVELY stealing are white women slowly going up & down each aisle, taking random items.
