    @cire_65 @ring Yep. Same here and since it took ring most part of the day to acknowledge the problem i uninstalled ours for NOTHING 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 TO RING. Their twitter team told us to call except that wasn’t working either!

    @ring Do you have an ETA on a fix. I’d suggest more proactive communication about this issue to your customers as I spent all night deleting and then trying to reinstall the app with no success and multiple reboot attempts of my Ring device. STILL NO SERVICE.

    @SMillbery @ring Some of the Amazon servers are down so I don't think it'll just be ring that's down. When Amazon Web Services go down half the tinterweb breaks

    @ring You have down hugely in my esteem i had ongoing issues days before the outage and after 30 mins on the phone to support they cant see my details even though i can see my app details. battery is all over place, no live footage between events!!!

    @ring trying to set up my new light bridge. My light bridge can’t connect to my wifi. Get all the way to the point where the bridge is trying to connect to the wifi but it fails. Is this an issue with your servers?

    @JinnyJinny @ring I uninstalled our cam from outside at -8, snow and freezing rain.......for nothing. Our daughter’s ‘’alarm’’ system has been down almost 20 hours. Fortunatly we have another brand of camera inside.....with pan and tilt.
