    Bought my first @ring 3 video doorbell yesterday evening. Refitted it this afternoon, did a reset ( because it stopped working ) and now the whole #Ring-site seems to be down, nothing is working anymore...😱 #Netherlands

    @BernholzJ @ring Seriously, like you - I can't do a single thing. This isn't a singular issue either. It seems like every single day I have issues with terrible video quality, especially at night - as in you can't see more than a foot away from my front door, and constant "Mode" errors.

    .@ring just turned off their support phone because their systems are down. The worst customer service decision you could make. Just put up an automated message when you have a NATIONWIDE outage.

    Hey @ring please fix your service. I rely on my #RingDoorbell to watch people walking by and to yell at potential visitors. As it stands now I’ll have to look out my window to yell at my neighbors, and that’s just unacceptable. Definitely going to hurt my work productivity.
