Ring Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jodie_nisbet Jodie nisbet (@jodie_nisbet) reported

@ring my doorbell timeline has not been working since midnight seems to be a UK issue when will this be fixed

  • phxtri Brandon Sullivan (@phxtri) reported

WTF @ring, two-stop authentication is actually three steps, in that you have to call customer support, but the support number on your site is no longer working. Guess it's time to switch to @googlenesthelp.

  • politicaIicious Politicalicious Ⓥ (@politicaIicious) reported

@ring Live View (landing screen) is not functioning on your app (located in UK). Can't access snapshots nor motion event recordings from there. Though, can access motion event recordings via Event History. Affecting *all four* cameras. Therefore, indicating a hardware issue.

  • Rossmeister Paul (@Rossmeister) reported

@ring get your finger out, your system is still not working.

  • SeasidePoppy Poppy Rose (@SeasidePoppy) reported

@jodie_nisbet @ring Same issue too. Reset the router. Reset the bell. Constantly saying an issue signal yet absolutely nothing has changed in the set up of the house or app. Not recording anything in between live views. Can’t watch anything back I’m a subscriber. How long is this going to take?!

  • The_Kuni The Kuni (@The_Kuni) reported

My @ring Pro is about 5 mins behind with a press, no timeline, need to replace it each year due to poor heat design of front button which cracks and breaks. Time to go @googlenest and add to my outdoor IQ 🤔

  • H_Albrow Howard Albrow (@H_Albrow) reported

@d3cme @ring Same issue here - stopped at midnight so likely a bug related to the clocks going back LOL

  • politicaIicious Politicalicious Ⓥ (@politicaIicious) reported

@VanJohnson @ring Hardware issue there, Van. Your camera's night vision/shutter is stuck. Try hitting the reset button, this often helps unstick it. Otherwise, you may need a replacement.

  • gqtrebor GQTREBOR (@gqtrebor) reported

@gohoorgohome @ring at least they are trying to help you.

  • jo_but1er 🐇🌼🐇 Jo🐦🌻🐦 (@jo_but1er) reported from Horsham, England

@Lescarr51 @ring All to do with the clocks going back last night. You can view events in your 'history' until they fix this issue 🕑

  • steliosrides Nigel Lee (@steliosrides) reported

@ring @jodie_nisbet Me too. Looks like a widespread UK issue. 5 cameras all cannot access past video.

  • politicaIicious Politicalicious Ⓥ (@politicaIicious) reported

@ring Live View is not functioning properly on your app (located in UK). Can't access snapshots nor motion event recordings from there. Though can access motion event recordings via Event History. Affecting *all four* cameras. Therefore, indicating 'tis not a hardware issue.

  • majo2k2001 Jo massey (@majo2k2001) reported

@ring I have the same issue I can't access any past videos. Please advise

  • emmakholmes Emma Holmes (@emmakholmes) reported

    @d3cme @ring Same issue here

  • DomLee1987 DomLee1987 (@DomLee1987) reported from London, England

@ring Found sharing a device problematic and neither the app nor website were able to help. I have had an invite sent, followed relevant steps and it then defaults to me being the sole owner. Not impressed so far.
