@ring can someone help me? Device online, connected to internet, internet speed is great. No live view, stuck on activating device, can’t even access device health! Help! Your phone number just cuts off! Not impressed!

@ring @sammaantthaa @ring can you explain why an “outage” effects local devices on local private networks? This is sketchy and raises privacy concerns. Not to mention any would-be thief now knows cameras are down across the country... not good.
