    @ring they informed me that it would be fine. I explained the problem was it shouldn’t have water in it. They finally said they would make a one time exception to replace the battery. I explained that was not a solution. They finally agreed to make another one time exception

    @ring Disappointed your team couldn’t help. We cant see ANY night history the app. Our zones are set up to monitor cars going by and we keep outdoor lights on. I got lectured how I shouldn’t have zones set up to detect cars. Our neighborhood had burglaries, so I want to see.

    @ring has the WORST customer service support online and over the phone. NO one whom I've spoken to could help me with a replacement order item from 7 days ago find where this order is. I've been on hold for 20 plus minutes and counting. #DoNotPurchaseARINGSystem #RINGSucks 👎🏾😡

    5 support calls, finally got them to replace my doorbell covered by the ring protect plan. Two weeks later it hasn't shipped, and I'm being told it is "out of stock". Bullshit, I can order it online right now. The worst customer service ever!!! @ring

    @ring @hollywoodffred Same issue for months. Doorbell rings, open app, by the time it’s connected they have left. Fibre broadband to the property, good WiFi close by. It’s a ring issue and looking to be a common one amongst users.

    Another @amazon FAIL! @ring #Ring good for cheap security market. Server latency. Ridiculous configuration design. I'm a security pro w over 4 decades of experience. This system is NOT optimal security. And their service is inept and un responsive

    @ring I do but as others the lag is bad. Before you blame the WiFi, I have Fios 1GB at home, Ring Chime that shows very strong connectivity to cameras. So now, I bet you still think it's Verizon right?

    @ring just called customer support for a leaking Solar Pathlight. They proceeded to tell me they needed me to test if it was still working and if so, everything would be fine. I explained that wasn’t the issue & that it shouldn’t leak and would oxidize again even if I cleaned it.
