    @ring I can't believe a security system is down so constantly. On top of that, you're charging a subscription fee. You're not the only player in the game anymore. I also have Eufy and they're never down so why shouldn't I switch over?

    @ring @btotheizzo17 Maybe you guys should see if the issue is on your end, I’m having the same problem with a two week old ring video doorbell 4. Have you tried unplugging and plugging back in your servers?
