The amount you charge for devices then ring plus protect, this has been down too long. I want to know how I will be compensated!?

I spent an hour last night and two hours today playing with settings and finally broke down and checked Google which lead me here! I feel foolish now hahaha?

IBiLLy (@IBiLLyI72I) reported@ring charges £25 a year for the privilege of getting rich notifications and to look at your own videos is absolutely shocking especially since its been down now for nearly a week.. seriously would never recommend ring to anyone with charging to look at your videos.

Pinkesh Patel (@Pinkesh23239179) reported@ring Called the support team to ask why Rich notifications are not working and got told they were disabled. Don't you think it would be wise to send a communication email out to all your account holders to advise that you are disabling a service? Secondly there is no ETA for a fix.
