@ring my son got a Ring for me cause of white trash next door. I have been trying to get this thing to work ha ha. It ask me for my WiFi password but there's no place to put the password. when I ask it takes me to Ring password. It has to something that is so easy to fix

@ring 1/2: 30 minutes on hold with customer service as I can’t get the faceplate off my ring door bell to reconnect to internet. It seems previous homeowner stripped screws and now I can’t fix. You sent me to local on-site support and they charge $129 to come out. What a joke!

@ring Hi there. I am having a problem with my stick up cam. It doesn't update the thumbnail in the app like my other 5 cameras do. It takes more than 10 minutes to update and has issues with detection. Can you all help with this?

I swear I like @ring, but anytime I have to try to log into the account or fix a device, it is the worst user experience on planet earth. I have been trying to log in for, 2 days and it keeps telling me every two factor I get is expired.
