    @Ring has been down for more than 10 hours, because they rely solely on AWS with no backup plans when AWS goes down. This is a major flaw for a video security company. #ring #ringdown

    @ring Thieves are aware of the outage and taking advantage. I have three visible @Ring cameras outside and today was the “random” one day my new Christmas decorations were ripped out of the ground and stolen in broad daylight. Merry Christmas.

    I’m honestly hoping to get a refund on my @Ring alarm kit. I’ve experienced some minor issues in the short space of a few weeks but this outage really is the icing on the cake. Can anyone recommend any good alternatives?
