    @ring I currently have a ticket open with engineering after being on the phone for an hour and half yesterday. My base station does not correctly fail over to cellular back up. We are close to switching providers with how poor the "security system" has been performing recently.

    It's official Ring Video doorbell is more trouble than it's worth. @ring No amount of turning it on and off again is working. It just won't re connect. Every other device is working perfectly including a competitor's which is cheaper by the way.

    @ring No point. You wont approve posts regarding homeless or people clearly on drugs coming to your home stealing your **** at all hours of the night. Your neighborhood app has become purely about posting lost and found dogs. A complete waste for those who used the app for safety.

    @ring customer service is absolute trash! 3rd time I’ve been on the phone with them because my doorbell has been useless since the outage on Tuesday. Was told they’d send me a new one, now they’re saying they can’t.
