    @ring is there a problem with Ring? My bridge is not connecting to Wi-Fi and I’ve tried to reset three times now. Just started after 4pm. It’s not router since that’s fine and ring doorbell is working.

    @ring wtf… you increase your basic plan with 33%? You know very well there is no real alternative. Will get rid of Ring and move to another brand where they actually care about their cusomers. Unless you come with an acceptable solution. #fail #nomoreringforme

    @ring Having issued with my Ring Floodlight Camera Motion-Activated HD Security Cam Two-Way Talk and Siren Alarm, White. Customer service unable to help me. Waiting for long time for a Supervisor. I hope that somebody can contact me.

    @ring whacking a 40% increase on your basic plan in exchange for some extra cloud storage I don't need and a download feature I don't want puts you WAY down the necessities list during this cost-of-living crunch. Subscription cancelled, bye!

    @ring hey there. Do you sell a GFCI or power outage alarm? I have an outdoor fridge that trips occasionally and I’d rather not replace my beer unless it’s the old-fashioned way.

    @ring @tomstone84 I’m having the same issue. Will we receive refund on the unused portion of any yearly plan unused. If we’re cancelling because of your price increase this should be the case.

    On the verge of removing and uninstalling our @Ring doorbell. At least twice weekly offline. No suggestions from Ring. Possibly linked to @TPLINKHelp smart sockets - possibly not. If anyone has any suggestions for a replacement I’d welcome your ideas.

    @ring try to make relevant posts about person checking mailbox with other neighbors witnessing event. But according to ring it isn’t relevant but blaming neighbors for picking up trash is. SMH #neigbors

    @ring WTF, an increase of 10 pounds for basically nothing! If instead of useless functionality you improve connectivity, stability and reliability, I would applaud. Instead is just 💩
