    @ring thanks for the horrific customer service only using generative AI- I have a dog who was hit by a car and my acct is not permitting me to post. Your AI can’t help fixing my acct or get a human so I can post to help this dog find its owner. If this dog passes- it’s on you.

    My Ring order shipped via USPS tracking #9361289735052383424743 shows "Out for Delivery" since Aug 15, but no delivery yet. Dropped off to local post office by Ring/Amazon on Aug 10. Ring support is of no help. Why is a simple order stuck in limbo? @Ring @Amazon @USPS

    @ring As a security business is really weird that I cannot reconnect my cameras to wifi when I am not home. Thats when I most care my cameras are online. To fix I have to share my login information with a friend willing to go to my house. Awful security design.

    @JoeBorelliNYC @NYPDnews @ring You only care when it affects you. You don’t care if the NYPD maintains standards? If the beards are too long they can’t get a proper seal on a gas mask & a criminal can grab them by it. It is a risk to the officer & anyone they try to help. Try locking the car door.

    @ring what terrible customer service you have. For a company owned by @amazon you really need to step up your order management and customer service people. Just terrible experience and I’m trying buy a product!

    @ring Just had an hour of my life wasted. Both Chat and Phone Customer Support couldn’t help. All they kept telling me to do was all the things I already tried. I am a literate person. I can follow instructions but when they don’t work I need your help … didn’t get any!

    @Hudson61600379 @ring Have had similar experience. I ordered on 13th February, with no sign of products or delivery date. 3 times told I’ve got to wait for products to arrive back at @ring HQ before they can issue a refund or resend items, as they’re missing in transit. 😔

    @ring when you wanted my business everyone at ring and on tech wanted to help. Have emergent situation w a ring camera light fixture hanging by wires off my garage needing to be re-connected yet on tech wants me to wait a week! I’m a post chemo patient and can’t climb ladder.

    @ring just had a poor customer service experience. My ring doorbell has become faulty and been told by staff that some devices last longer then others so just buy a new. Not the helpful experience I expected 🙈😭 #googlenest
