    @ring Nearly 3 months later & I’m still waiting for someone to help me with the issue with a device detecting all motion even when People Only mode is enabled. This makes me very hesitant to place the safety and security of my home and family in Ring’s hands. Will anyone ever help me?

    Received a couple @ring spotlight cameras for Christmas and the one over my driveway has absolutely god awful battery life, despite making multiple recommended changes to decrease battery use. Anyone else have this problem?

    So I installed my first @Ring camera and a day later a police car stopped in front of my house and the officer got out, walked up and down the sidewalk for a while and then left. Has anyone else had this happen?
