    @MikeHorn_Curls @ring Did you try the web login? I want to see if you're getting the same error message as I am. Mine too has skipping on the phone app but no error msg. "Sorry we had trouble loading your event" is on the web login. I am hoping you get that msg too to see if this is widespread

    @ring after latest firmware update to ring spotlight cam wired the videos are skipping. Excellent connection link 157 Mbps to cam. Ever since AWS servers had problems and the app went down twice in the last 2 weeks videos have had issues. Please look into it and fix ASAP.

    @ring trying to find out the status of an order placed over 30 days ago is a nightmare! Does it typically take over 30 days before you ship an order?

    @facisback @ring It's doing the same exact thing for me. Definitely a server problem. They need to acknowledge there's an issue and fix it ASAP.

    @ring muliple phone calls, & hour call w/Eric today. No resolution still. He stated he needs me to send the loading errors to him. I just want my system to work. Someone please research before calling client. I've sent screenshots, called...help resolve pls.

    @ring Bought my ring doorbell last month and there is always a delay when someone rings the bell of around 60 seconds poss more. I have tried reinstalling app and even changing my internet provider but still not working. Please help!!

    (cont'd) There is no mention of this message "Sorry, we had trouble loading your event" anywhere to my knowledge on the net - so it doesn't seem to be a known issue. YET. @ring Again it loads somewhat on the app, and staggers after a few secs. On the web, the vid history quits

    The average person probably thinks there's an issue with their internet and that's why their @ring videos are skipping today. It's definitely a @ring server problem.

    .@Hermesparcels You know what I love? My @ring doorbell. They allow me to see that your driver came to my door, didn’t knock, or ring, and just threw down my package, snapped it and left. Pay your workers more so maybe they’ll actually do their job.

    @ring have been waiting for a supervisor call back since Sunday after an hour on the phone. Spent another 30 mins chasing on Mon, assured would get call back. Now Wednesday. Poor service like the poor quality of my doorbell

    @ring I am DM’ng and getting the usual “it’s user issue” response. You done an update on the 3rd Dec and I suspect it has caused an issue! I have never had to charge my hardwired doorbell 2 and suddenly my battery is running out in a matter of days. The wiring is fine!

    @ring I was getting help for a problem with my devices, your care agents promised to look into the issue and get back to me, I followed up and they said they were still looking into it, that was 9 weeks ago. No one is responding now. Can you help? Or should I give up and move on?

    @facisback @ring Our cameras are recording the events fine, it's the processing server side that is the problem.

    @ring bought two cameras and two solar panels this year in May. The solar panel already no longer charges my camera 7 months later. I've cleaned it properly, unplugged it, etc. Everything you are supposed to do and no fix. Do these have warranties? Bought on @amazon

    @ring placed order on the phone 12/7, never received confirmation, cc charged, no one can tell when order will ship, order has expedited shipping, no one send my order info, missing from acct too, the issue can only be escalated, not resolved, awful service, I need order by 12/14

    @ring Your customer service is disgraceful. Ordered something 2 weeks ago - called 3x for status and being told it is in stock and escalated to “Shipping” who never get in touch. The items are in stock - why won’t you ship them? Last call they hung up without resolving. Bad.
