@ring Don’t buy. I bought the alarm pro and had an issue with built in eero and ring passed me to eero, eero passed me to Amazon and Amazon passed me to ring. How frustrating

@ring @ring_uk A massive mistake by you for closing down Rapid Ring app. Normal Ring app takes for ever to open when on a low signal 4g mobile signal. It’s so slow & most the time the camera doesn’t open up

@ring Congratulations on having the worst team based in Philippines-1 hour on the phone to get the right security screws for our camera and achieved absolutely nothing: they do not know what they are doing but my gosh, how pompous and patronising are they!!!! Bad Ring!!!!!

@ring Want mailbox sensor. None of my echo or echo show devises would work. I bought a Ring Bridge. It will not locate my Ring network, just my personal wi-fi. I have Ring professional monitoring; the Ring Alarm Base Station network does not show in my wi-fi list. HELP?!

Bought ring alarm and sat on shelf for a bit unopened and go to install today and they say it’s defective and no warranty and I’m **** out of luck never using @ring products again

@ring When answering a doorbell in a car (as the passenger) connected to the sound system through Bluetooth. After answering a call, it tanks all music playing and it’s just silent but still running. Only way to fix it is by switching the car off and on.

@bassmanbish @ring It's terrible that they consistently do this without cause. If you think your account was wrongly hacked due to spam links I advise reaching ANDRIANCRACK on Instagram so he can quickly get your account reinstated back, like he did for me. Support here is completely useless.

The @google Nest Doorbell (Battery) is one of the shittiest products ever made (don't even get me started on @GoogleStadia). Does the team even test the crap they peddle? Mediocre battery life and terrible performance even when plugged in. Looks like it's back to the @ring for me
