    @ring Two hours and your team can't fix my app. It worked better before they had me uninstall. My top didn't know what event history timeline was. I can't get it enabled. HELP! I have no security. Always home, right?

    @ring hi your camera is down but my history is still working. The camera also still detects movement when you move past it but I can’t view live footage!!

    @bissett62 @Free__Tech @ring I think they are very poor, charge supposed to last 6 months +, mine lasts a week if I’m lucky!!ring say I’ve got poor wifi, everything else anywhere in house is ok and I have fibre broadband. They just make up things to avoid a refund I’ve been trying now for three weeks

    @ring why do I keep being booted out of the app? I go to have a look at the live view and after 5 seconds the app shuts down and takes me back to my Home Screen where all of my apps are!

    @ring My Event History videos aren’t available. I keep getting the “Your Video is Processing…” message. The Ring Chat support option doesn’t actually provide support for such issues. How could I get this problem resolved? Thanks.

    @ring doorbell not fit for purposes. misses motion. see's nothing every night for several hours. then picks up every car that moves.. what a waste of monet. supportr line just send replacement same issue. next sending a wedge.. what fun this is

    @ring Thanks for linking the parts kit, but A) I don't want all that extra stuff and B) it's silly to pay $6+ (after shipping) for ONE screw. Pls answer my actual question; I can save a little money, help the environment and not have to trash a bunch of parts I DON'T NEED.

    Hey @ring @ring_uk ! I am considering getting a couple of Elite Doorbells to use as gate intercoms, can they be plugged into standard POE switch’s, to reduce the amount of wall plugs in my server room, or are they only compatible with the power kit they come with? Thanks, Dan

    @ring I was being billed $3 monthly even though I have a Protect plan. Your chat attendant seemed to understand my concern, confirmed that monthly charge would stop and then CANCELLED my entire Protect plan rather than only stopping the $3! Help!

    Unfortunately I've found the WORST customer service posisible. @ring IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. PLEASE RECONSIDER if you are thinking about getting someone an item from them. They sent the wrong thing and it is the WORST EXPERIENCE to get this fixed.

    @ring Having issue for days now w. iOS & Android mobile devices: unable to login when they are connected to WiFi ('An error occur trying to perform the operation. Try again later. ) Can't login to Windows PC app on PC either (error code 0x80131500 - 'Something went wrong').

    @ring The DM help was you wanted my feedback. Per the recorded calls today, I spoke directly to your company, even stating inward doing such. I am not resting assured as my security company is not helping with issues.
