@HardlyTimes @2PupsMommy @ring Actually I live in an apartment complex of 60 buildings, mine is just an exterior building and street facing apartment. The vacant lot was warehouses they tore down five years ago across the street. It's just a doorbell. No clue how you got that idea on my home issue.

@ring a nightmare, trying to change my phone number on my account as have new phone, it wants me to verify on old phone, through a number i no longer have, phoned customer service they send link to my email i click it give access but wont change number as im not home to ring bell

@ring Unless like in France you are using GLS for delivering. The worst campagny. Impossible to get my parcel in time ! I wanted the to cancel my order apparently impossible without having first received the parcel … not possible to refuse the delivery French ring support said ! :(

@ring Just a terrible product experience. Tracks every single car that drives by on my block and triggers every 30 seconds to record however when someone walks up to my door it completely ignores. What kind of security is this. If anyone knows of a better product I’m done w/Ring

@ring hoping you can help, my doorbell is constantly showing poor WiFi signal and therefore not taking screenshots every hour and possibly not capturing all motion. I've done multiple speed tests in the same location at 150mb/s and can't move the router any closer?

@ring Have done no reply again. Doorbell is critical as disabled use. Your forums have countless reports of dead hardwire systems dying magically after subscriptions elapse or your broken firmware updates.

@ring It’s the service you provided, doesn’t matter what you “strive” for. You refused to help you customer, and made it difficult for me to be a good neighbor. Told me to “call the cops”. All your company had to do was take my info and pass it on to your customer. You refused. Bad job

@ring I’ve noticed a bug in the Ring iOS app where sometimes the live view from tapping on a doorbell notification does not show the door controls for my Ring Access Controller Pro. To open the door I have to first exit live view, which isn’t great. Is this a known issue?

@ring This is the worst security system ever invented. I’m away from home on a business trip, and there was an outage in my area, and 2/4 cameras don’t work. Customer Service said, I need to MANUALLY reboot my OFFLINE cameras! 😡

@ring At approx 6.30am this morning we had someone come to our porch, remove an item and drive off in his van. The doorbell picked up nothing, yet it detected every fox that even ran across the road. The consept of Ring is great, the reality is terrible. #wouldneverrecommend

@ring The alarm is bullshit: zero support from the company. Someone stole one from my neighbor, threw the unit in my yard, and when I called ring to try to provide my info so they could return it they refused to help. Don’t buy this product

@SimpliSafe Did not get the right discount on my order due to getting off vpn/website changed. Support denied the option to fix it and would not cancel. System hasn’t even shipped and I already got a return label. Please work on customer service. Guess I’ll go with @ring now.
