@ring once you get outage fixed, you need to review how many hundreds of times your people told customers to DM for help instead of telling them systems were down, and ask yourself why that happens. Then do something so it doesn't continue on every outage. #ringoutage #Amazon

@ring Why do you not notify customers of outages? You provide home security products and services. If *all* of your customers' home security is at risk due to an extended outage like this, then you should notify all of your customers. Not just the ones who happen to see your tweet.
