@ring my ring is saying device connected but on the app the wifi is still down. My wifi is completely fine on every other device in my home, I’m charging it to see if that helps, nothing has worked at the moment I would love for it to be back on soon if you could help

@ring like many in the uk at the moment my Ring system is unable to contact the ring servers, my internet connectivity is good at the moment so that isnt the issue, have you got an ETA for the systems to return?

@ring Doorbell completely down over here in the UK. Internet provider is BT and no other issues with anything else, but ring is not working. The app doesn't say anything about any issues, which I believe it should especially if you know there are issues.

@ring_uk @ring Are your services down at the moment? My Alarm, Security Cameras and Doorbell all are showing offline where as everything else in my home is connected and working. I tried to reboot the router but that too did not solve the issue. I am with BT.

@DirectReference @ring @DavidPhillips31 Same here. Says all offline but internet is fine. Even the actual box has the icon that it has internet, so seems to be an issue with the application getting that information from the system itself
