@ring I have attempted to call this number and it doesn’t go through. My issue is I have changed my WiFi and stupidly pressed the reset button. Now when I go to the devices section then devices health it doesn’t pick up...

Imagine spending stupid amounts of money on a @ring doorbell just for it to not work. imagine then calling them and the phone won’t ring! Then imagine going on their own site to live chat and it doesn’t connect to anyone then kicks you off the chat WTF!!!!!!

Day 1: Buy @ring doorbell Day 2-4: Avoid fitting it due to weather, and trying to get drill to charge Day 5 AM: @ring doorbell finally fitted, works great Day 5 PM: @ring Major Service Outage Not off to a great start! Probably wouldn’t have noticed if it wasn’t for timing.
