@ring I self monitor as my PD is not useful. I cannot during this outage. Fix system to allow direct connection between base station and phone app through wifi. Skip your shoddy (yet on amazon servers?) system.

@ring i have tried calling your cust svc 800 number but Verizon says i dialed an invalid number. I tried the chat but learned they can't help w/ tech issues AND noone connected in time so the session was terminated. My ring app stopped working. I get notices but can't see video
