So @ring bought the new video doorbell 4 since my issue on the infrared just doesn't deel to be resolvable with Any reset method 1nf warranty is expired. Hope this one lasts longer than 3 tears tough...

@ring got to say this is the worst Customer service every was told a week ago I would receive a refund which sill has not happened just get excuses from your support on the phone even had a email saying they tried calling me which didn't happened very bad service

@ring Please don’t make call again where I have to generate another confirmation code through the app and have tedious discussions with CS reps who need to repeat a summary of the issue to me 4 times and then transfer me to someone else. That was already a 15 minute call

@ring major issue at the moment not getting any notifications all of a sudden even when the bell is being rang , this is meant to make you feel more secure when leaving your home and it does not even work, we pay monthly to record on your door bells and it doesn’t even work!!!!!

@ring power went out and after coming back on out Pro Floodlight Cam is strobing driving our neighbors nuts. We are an hour+ drive away and cant turn it off remote. What the heck?! Glitch??

@ring Even though I received no help here either I was able to find out that Ring uses 3G cellular for alarm internet backup. This service is hosted by @ATT who is cancelling 3G Feb 2022. What are the plans for alarm backup after the cutoff?
