The tracking number listed is for only the partial order received. There is no tracking number for the items that were not sent. I tried chat and they gave me a number to call. All that did was loop back to the website showing my order, but THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT YOU DID NOT SEND. FIX THIS! IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SENT. Pending status does not cut it. Never ordering again unless you fix this.

Camera failed, but you've deactivated my device and the lights are permanently on causing a nuisance to my neighbours. You shouldn't have done this until the new device was installed. Customer service refused to help.

My second ring camera stopped working and I was told I’d have to buy a third one because it’s been 4 months out of the warranty. I get it the first time but a second. I’ve canceled my subscription. The lens cover that’s supposed to protect the lens fell off, which isn't supposed to happen, and therefore makes the camera defective. And the best you can do is give me a 35% discount for me to spend $ to replace something I didn't break. Do better.

They use to use a pneumatic hose to count the traffic, now it's more precise. In the 70's we would blow in the hose to run the count up. Y'all just keep slapping your @ring cameras on your doors!
