@ring Thought it was internet- rebooted.. nope Thought it was app- uninstalled & reinstalled… well, now I can’t access anything because it is just error after error! Why did you not notify your customers that ring is not operating? A security device that offers no protection.. nice

@ring The exact reason why subscribing and using “cloud” security systems is a bad idea. All you hear are excuses. Get your act together @ring and spread out your web presence rather than putting all apples in the same basket.

You would think for a company owned by @amazon, @ring wouldn't have major down time. Instead none of my services are working! #noreason not to have redundant systems.

@ring I agree that you should let us know when there’s an outage like this. This the second in less than a month for me. I spent hours resetting and troubleshooting only to find your Twitter feed. Thanks for nothing! @Ring

@ring @Kesh206 WTF @Ring? Do you just have a bot replying to this? That automated answer to everything is not applicable and completely inappropriate, especially given the seriousness of an all day security outage.

@ring @AruSoft @Ring shut off your bot. This genetic 'sorry you're having trouble' message over and over isn't helping anyone in the middle of your mess.

@ring There has been multiple issues as of late with ring cameras. We have two cameras and doorbell and have been having multiple issues with services being down. And once again services are down tonight. I bought these cameras to feel safe and secure and currently feeling neither.

@ring Why customer effected locally it should work, it mean Ring as the control to monitor as well, if recording cloud issue , we should be able monitor locally connected internet .
