    .@ring Since July 15 at about 9 AM, NONE of the events from our doorbell camera have videos available- trying to view from notifications just spins forever, and from the event list it's "video not available" for ALL of them. Live View works, but nothing else. Fix your service.

    @ring I have not heard from any of your people since I've sent my DM. What's the matter with you @ring , is anything/one working at all?? The app ALSO still not working. I will hold my payments for lost days, and might just rip that useless thing off the wall next.

    @ring is there an issue with the website? Trying to update my credit card and keep getting “oops! Something went wrong there. Sorry about that. Please try again.” Tried several times and 3 different browsers. Would be great if that functionality was in the app

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp you guys need to clean up this mess you created with purchasing Nest, this living in limbo between both is a POOR customer experience. Do the right thing and combine them with out forcing customers to purchase less feature rich cameras or Hello @ring

    @ring @akhan999 It still takes over 3 seconds to load a live view from notifications where as it takes less than 1 for Rapid Ring. I always wondered why you couldn’t do it in the regular app but fix it first before dropping it.

    Do not buy @ring products from Amazon. Ring will not support you if you do even if the issue is due to their negligence. I bought a Ring alarm and it came missing parts. Amazon did not pack that box, someone at Ring did. Ring should be ashamed of their product support.

    @ring just cancelled my 12 month home monitoring plan one month in and then doubled the price for a new plan. Still better than ADT, but WTF? I am sure it's not just me, #classaction anyone?

    I called @ring customer support today. Waited for 40 minutes and the lady who answer the called hang up on me because I refuse to do troubleshooting….Terrible service. @ring please help me solve my problem with my webcam

    @Danoleary11 @ring @ADT I’ve never had a problem with ADT, but my contract is up, they raised my rate and when I spoke to a rep they gave me a higher rate and no deal to stay. It seems like Ring is a solid system too.

    @ring motion detected at the front door. iPhone XR with Ring App click the notification and waiting for live view and person is long gone. Seriously why the hell did you get rid of rapid ring. Forget my tablets it’s clear it’s so slow even on iPhone!! pathetic!!

    @ring the warranty finished a few months ago and now I have a doorbell that doesn’t turn on. Have had an electrican out and power seems to be going fine. Because I’m 2 months out of warranty you won’t replace.. wtf.. help? Chat agents are no help!!

    @ring Yes I was able to set up and it captured video but only for a couple of minutes before it went offline. I then checked the transformer using a meter and it no longer had power. This happened twice with two different transformers

    @ring worst customer support ever. How do you expect someone to call when they finish work and your lines have closed?You have promised a replacement,after sending images you still cannot give the replacement.The owner of the account has authorised me to speak.why can’t you help?
