@ring @ring_uk as predicted, absolute waste of time. Same generic robotic responses, unbelievable how you cannot give a timeframe to fix an issue. This could be months or years and all you want to do is run it down until my warantee ends to avoid replacing items. Joke @JamieSiminoff

@StokieNI @ring Yeah. It’ll be the sea air mate. I work for a door and window hardware company. We supply stainless steel handles to coastal towns to combat this. Unless Ring make a stainless steel version you’ll always have the same issue I’m afraid
