@ring and @DTE_Energy You two need to talk. Note how Michigan residents used Ring Neighbors to get/give power outage updates. @DTE_Energy app was not used even when it was recommended. Maybe DTE can feed its graphic metrics to Ring Neighbors app. #IJS

It seems like I have to publicly shame @ring to get some form of help. I’ve returned an item on July 19th and they have not processed any refunds yet. Every time I call I get the same excuse that it’s been escalated. Warning to all: never purchase ring products.

@ring I have the new ring hardwired and have the same Rich note issue. The device is useless without it, as I get many alerts per hour. I am disappointed. I'm a new customer who has never used ring without rich note...until now.

@ring It is absurd that rich notifications have been down for this long. Both battery and wired devices. My subscription renews soon and I’ll find another if this is not resolved. Lil ole me might not matter much to you but I suspect I won’t be the only one not renewing.
