My second ring camera stopped working and I was told I’d have to buy a third one because it’s been 4 months out of the warranty. I get it the first time but a second. I’ve canceled my subscription. Why did you change design of the battery door to a twist instead of keeping the button drop down door!! It’s a real pain to get off & back on. And you changed to mount so I can’t use that 🤬
