@ring How about you make your service status page accurate so global impacted users understand they are impacted. And also to fix your ‘subscribe to this incident’ feature as it is not accepting my credentials. You really must do better.

@ring @TommyBarnett69 Rich notifications are not working on my Ring Wired by Amazon either. I have reset router, doorbell, app, turned rich notifications on and off and we still only receive text notifications.

@ring Anybody know better security camera companies?? I have $1,500+ in ring cameras and they stop catching motion the second the sun goes down every night. Cameras are picking up about 10-20% of motion at night time. Last night I walked all around my car and my cameras did not pick up

@Matt_Colliers @ring I also have this Matt. Suspect this specific issue has been lost in the noise of the total chaos of ring at present. I see that they also report a loss of 'rich notifications from battery devices' and I've put the loss of Alexa notifications down to that...but time will tell..
