@ring God this app is so dog ****. Can’t access any of my live feeds from my computer, only sometimes on my phone. I’ve got a gig internet, so that’s not the issue, all cameras say good connection. I can see the camera on my ******* phone, but not my computer.

@ring @ring FYI I had to unplug and then remove the battery just so I could open the door to get the kids to school. Probably a lot of other customers experience similar things this morning. Please focus on the widespread issue rather than DMs.
