    Stop @ring. All the settings to avoid a notification from a garbage truck do not work. Fix it.

    @ring Except your device failed and your support refused to assist about 3 or 4 years ago, so I threw it in the bin and refused to buy another of your products. Your system KNOWS the device has been offline for years and there is NO excuse for billing me. You don't offer a refund?

    @ring You need to fix your mobile ready browser given not everyone has laptops, allowing people to access all of their profile and amend things. In particular subscription given your ridiculous price increase.

    I really wish there was a different way to access my @ring device, the verification system is asinine, to reset my password it asks me to sign in to my account, how can I sign if I don’t know my password ? #frustrated

    People fighting in front my house. Go 2 check it out on @ring just 2 have 2 sign in, go through a 5 step captcha, then 2 have 2 get a text message, then 2 actual get logged in. Then 2 have 2 wait for the browser to load up my cam. They were long gone by then. #Ringdoorbell

    Looking for suggestions for outdoor cameras/doorbell. I’m tired of @ring not working because of “streaming error”. I want something that allows a local connection option so I’m not forced to go through their servers just to connect to a camera 10ft away on my network.

    @ring The worst!! My subscription was canceled and I needed a video. I called and paid and then was told I couldn't access the video I specifically called about. What a scam!! Why couldn't the agent have told me that first????

    @ring Ring customer services made contact. After messaging they’re still unable to help. Anything after 2 years you’re on your own and Ring recommend buying another one of their devices. Clearly don’t rate their own products, nor do I now. Not Very environmental friendly & poor service
