Thanks to my fantastic @ring doorbell I can see that the @usps delivered it to the front steps of the vacant property next door. Not the mailbox as stated (I know because its empty). So @USPS what do we do now? How do we fix this issue?

This would make a pretty bad commercial for @Ring. A bunch of frames were skipped and the camera didn't catch what looked like at least a six foot jump onto a fence. Thanks Ring!

@ADT Hoping the little guy doesn’t see it’s shadow like these security cameras you sell don’t work. Don’t buy @ADT. They won’t let you out of a contract or return calls, or help when you do call, and the equipment is fault. Get @ring instead. No problems with ring. I

Getting pissed off with @ring. The system is constantly going down and devices i.e. the ring doorbell isn't recording whats right in front of it. In the beginning everything was great. I called support last time and every excuse in the book from not having them link to each other

@NeilPosnansky @ring The location crap is upon opening the app on cellular data. Location permissions are granted to the app. It's garbage that the app does a location check and won't even open without it. Based on reviews and down detector I'm not the only one.

@ring Just had an interesting 2nd call with a support agent, can't login now for over a week since I've forgot my password. Password reset links are not sent because my email apparently got blacklisted. Now I need to wait again for 48 hours (!) to try again??? Really a shame! 😡

@ring_uk @ring My ring cam keeps clicking when it goes from normal mode to night mode which is normal however when I watch film or so it keeps constantly switching what's annoying. Surely there is a way how to sort this out by amending sensitivity. Please help!

@ring Probably, but having security products in my home and cannot use them since I cannot login isn't helping. Really bothers me this isn't resolved since my initial call last Sunday... Yeah, premium product with premium price, but unfortunately no premium service.

@ring I double checked. Everything is fine on my end. Trying to help you guys, it’s a bad idea to send that email with whatever you have conditions set to now, customers will be easily confused by this. You should forward to the right people to fix 👍🏻
