FULLΛM (@waynefullam) reported@Ring the fact that I was able to seamlessly resume a support chat I started yesterday, with the new agent already having full context of the previous conversation, is a really elegant system. They had the issue resolved in under 5 minutes once I was on-site with the hardware. More companies need to do this.

This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

Yesterday, after 6 weeks, I get a notification that it was delivered. Reached out to the buyer and let him know. Buyer provided @ring video showing that no delivery was made. @USPS where did this package end up?

Scarlett Shaw (@ScarlettShaw) reportedbrought the new @Ring 2K battery dorrbell to replace my old 3. The viewing angle is awful. With the camera next to the door, you can’t see the door. Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring
