FULLΛM (@waynefullam) reported@Ring the fact that I was able to seamlessly resume a support chat I started yesterday, with the new agent already having full context of the previous conversation, is a really elegant system. They had the issue resolved in under 5 minutes once I was on-site with the hardware. More companies need to do this.

I have complained via phone, email and text for almost a year and yet they still allow content that is NOT allowed and is illegal on other platforms. I flag content as illegal yet they still allowed posts to remain on the platform. Their fix: we can change your notifications so that YOU don’t see them anymore.

I checked and I was billed in March 2026 for annual charge. Could not resolve on app or chat. Called @ring and spent about an hour on the phone. 1st told go to contact my bank.

Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. Currently, you *cannot* configure a brand new system to operate at a level below Protect Pro for 30 days... Please fix.
