    @Drake__Thomas @netatmo @ring I’m sure they’re doing their best to ship as quickly as possible. But even shipping is an issue as shipping routes are disrupted as well. Plus France had to go back into complete lockdown again a few weeks back

    @ring Hello Ring. I am having an issue with my wired floodlight cam. The floodlights are no longer illuminating when there is motion detected. I still get notifications so I know that the sensor is working. Just NOT the floodlights. Any ideas? Is this a warranty issue?

    Hey @ring. This stuff is not rocket science. Why does your website continue to make deleting events challenging? If I Select All the vague error msg 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.' is displayed. Not the most helpful msg! 1/2

    @ring How does this outage affect security? I can’t log in and I can’t see my cameras - if there was an alert what happens? I have 2 cameras and was looking at the security system but now I think not.

    @ring Your app has been having "Communication Error" since yesterday even after uninstalling. So now I have no security system. You don't offer email or chat support and phone wait times are 20-30 minutes? I'm returning the system and buying SimpliSafe. What a scam and rip off.
