@ring Hi I’m finding it very frustrating using my video ring doorbell 3. I have two batteries which need charging every 4 days. At first with a single battery I thought the battery was the issue hence buying a second but still having the same issue! HELP!

@ring my video 2 is hardwired and never had a battery issue. In the last week I've had to charge it 3 times. What is going on? All I've gotten was generic trickle charge answers from help.

@ring I remember a time before 'Rich Notifications' so I can deal for now, I just really like them; they improved the notifications 1000%. Looking forward to a fix.

@agcia87 @ring do you have many of their devices? I talked to my Mom about getting Ring after she was robbed in the middle of the day when she was home. Thankfully they broke into a building that was unoccupied but they just as easily could have broken in her home.

@MidleAgeGambino @ring I’ve tried blink and wyze and I prefer ring. Also, if you have an issue, they answer you immediately and will troubleshoot. I had one that gave me issues and they replaced it right away

@ring I see Rich notifications are down for battery operated devices but mine is hardwired and my Rich notifications do not work. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips. Could there be an issue for some wired devices?

@ring Glad I finally found this. My old phone died Wednesday past and I finally got around to getting a new one Yesterday. I spent an hour last night and two hours today playing with settings and finally broke down and checked Google which lead me here! I feel foolish now hahaha?

@ring Called the support team to ask why Rich notifications are not working and got told they were disabled. Don't you think it would be wise to send a communication email out to all your account holders to advise that you are disabling a service? Secondly there is no ETA for a fix.

@ring I am not receiving Rich Notifications from my hard-wired Ring doorbell. I see that you are aware that battery-powered Ring doorbells are having this problem. I want to make sure that you are also working on resolving the problem with hard-wired devices.

@ring charges £25 a year for the privilege of getting rich notifications and to look at your own videos is absolutely shocking especially since its been down now for nearly a week.. seriously would never recommend ring to anyone with charging to look at your videos.

Anyone else get tired of @fedex lying and saying they delivered packages they didnt deliver. You spend hours chasing down packages in the event it was delivered to the wrong place, only for your @ring to show the delivery the next day. Stop faking deliveries! Tell the truth!
