    One hour of troubleshooting, won’t replace a 15 dollar cog sensor I pay maintenance for. Awful @ring @amazon. Been a customer for over 6 years…….time to shop and lose a lifetime customer @JamieSiminoff way to drive customer disloyalty.

    @CiaranStrange @ring Ugh, typical Dallas.... I’m so glad that nobody was hurt, but that’s seriously terrifying! At my old place I’d get occasional knocks on my door and even hear people trying to open it late at night, I can only imagine the weird **** I would’ve seen if I had installed a camera 😖

    @Ring Please fix your app. I don't like movies of birds etc. Since the new app it is all wrong. That is NOT my problem but you still think it is and that's stupid. The previous version of your app was working correctly. Stop harassing your own servicedesk people! Fix it !!

    @Ring Are you unable to fulfill orders? I ordered almost a week ago and my order still has not shipped. Nobody can give any answers (2 phone calls and escalations didn't help). I do hope your security services are better than your customer service.

    Single handedly the worst customer service from @ring. If you’re trying to decide which to use, go with google nest and do not even think about getting a ring doorbell.

    So after looking into things thanks to @ring. My postman left this in the porch as he normally would. The #hermes delivery driver took it upon himself to take this and throw it over the fence when he delivered later. WTF!

    @ring When do you all plan on fixing the existing bug where it never recovers from cellular backup if you temporarily lose internet? Its a known issue in your support forums yet you ignore it. We can't keep manually restarting the base station to fix this

    @ring this is Absolutely ridiculous. We purchased the house last week and we’re trying to access the ring but it says that it’s still connected to the previous homeowner. The previous homeowner won’t help us we have the ring and you guys won’t help us either.

    @ring probably has the worst CS rn? They wanted me to call an electrician and get transformer checked as part of troubleshooting a doorbell pro, which went offline after working fine for several months. And, last week they auth replacement for a keypad, but no news/tracking #fail

    As a current user of the @ring video doorbell. The hardwiring option for connecting my doorbell to power. Has solved the problem of having to remember to grab the screwdriver and the charging cord. Even in the middle of the winter

    After an NBN internet outage last night I now find my Ring video doorbell is offline. I can see it is connected ok to my eero home wifi but would appear to not have an internet connection. Just wait until the next eero update and restart? @ring

    @ring @JDMalin I have this exact same issue. It used to work fine and disarmed mode would halt all notifications. I don’t need 30 videos of me mowing the yard.

    @ring hi, installed an alarm system on Saturday & a sensors keeps saying tampered. spoke techsupport the guy says I can’t leave doors open for a prolonged period without them showing this error. Surely that can’t be right everybody wants to have their doors or windows open?
