@ring The issue is that snoozing your home from the dashboard still allows chime units to ring when motion is detected. Ive also DM'd Ring, with no response. Looking forward to your advice.

@ring Put your phone down and start talking about anything repeatedly like pizza or fire extinguishers and pick your phone up later and you'll get ads and coupons, etc.

@ring I did DM you. I am trying to cancel my account. I even provided the error from the web browser which shows the REST url and error I receive. Since other people trying to cancel may get this error, you may be overcharging them if you do not fix it

@ring No. Please don't waste customer's time this way. Just fix your app. And also, fix RING's sleezy #privacy features: They default to 'opt IN' to marketing and cookies. AND RING's policy saying "even if you 'opt out', OTHER 3rd party cookies will be placed on your device".

@ring "I posted about this problem a couple weeks ago. It's a firmware issue. Your Ring is restarting when someone rings the doorbell, which is why you can't connect until later and there's no recording after the doorbell is rung. " is this true @ring ?

@ring It is a problem because a user wouldn’t know the camera is down unless they manually check the app and notice the camera is showing offline. I have DLink cameras too and their app does notify when the cameras go offline and back online.

We have two @ring cameras covering our drive. Neither of them picked up our car being broken into last night. But, our cheap Amazon security camera did. Absolutely rubbish.

@ring Ring has seriously let our home down. Live video doesn’t work after having it for a whole year. Bought a new one and it does the same thing. Went through all the trouble shooting with my wifi and got nothing. A representative had to give me 30% off for being inconvenience.

@klikyote @ring It’s worked ok for me but this lack of outage notifications is a huge oversight. Plus Amazon doesn’t need any more business. I won’t continue using their products when my current cameras need replacement.
