@kaz74red @ring Is now showing there's a problem on their status.
-
Politicalicious Ⓥ

@VanJohnson @ring Hardware issue there, Van. Your camera's night vision/shutter is stuck. Try hitting the reset button, this often helps unstick it. Otherwise, you may need a replacement.
-
Howard Albrow
(@H_Albrow) reported
@d3cme @ring Same issue here - stopped at midnight so likely a bug related to the clocks going back LOL
-
Jessica Breakwell
(@i_am_jesss) reported
@ring please can we have an ETA on a fix for the snapshot issues occurring across all devices for a number of UK customers? Not a hardware issue as affecting both my floodlight cam and battery powered doorbell 2. Affecting a large number of your customers…caused by clock change?

@ring Found sharing a device problematic and neither the app nor website were able to help. I have had an invite sent, followed relevant steps and it then defaults to me being the sole owner. Not impressed so far.
-

(@Gem1304) reported
@ring why is it Halloween and I cant see my timeline on the app? Would really like to be able to view my videocam! I see this is happening to a lot of people so I assume its a problem your end?
-
Steve Hailwood
(@Steve_Hailwood) reported
@ring @LuftOffizier Same here @ring nothing since just after midnight. Love view connects, but the timeline is just greyed out and jumps from yesterday to present day/time with nothing stored. Think you have a widespread issue.
-
Nigel Lee
(@steliosrides) reported
@ring @jodie_nisbet Me too. Looks like a widespread UK issue. 5 cameras all cannot access past video.
-
Jodie nisbet
(@jodie_nisbet) reported
@ring my doorbell timeline has not been working since midnight seems to be a UK issue when will this be fixed
-
pickles
(@pickles61068) reported
@ring nothing on my timeline & doorbell not working. Appears a lot in the UK have the same issue. When is this going to be resolved please?
-
Politicalicious Ⓥ
(@politicaIicious) reported
@ring Live View is not functioning properly on your app (located in UK). Can't access snapshots nor motion event recordings from there. Though can access motion event recordings via Event History. Affecting *all four* cameras. Therefore, indicating 'tis not a hardware issue.

Sue
(@sueziemc) reported
@ring Sent. But this is the same issue as lots of other users have been reporting all day!
-
Pj Adams
(@LasjacksonPj) reported
@ring HELP We catch everything on our outdoor ring camera. Everything. EXCEPT Amazon deliveries. No notification. No pictures. It’s as if the Amazon delivery men are big foot or have jamming cameras. I searched the web and this appears to be a common problem.
-
GQTREBOR
(@gqtrebor) reported
@gohoorgohome @ring at least they are trying to help you.
-
Karen Redman
(@kaz74red) reported
@LuftOffizier @ring Apparently it's a problem with the app. They are working on it. I had to ring them to find out
-

(@Rossmeister) reported
@ring get your finger out, your system is still not working.
-
Poppy Rose
(@SeasidePoppy) reported
@jodie_nisbet @ring Same issue too. Reset the router. Reset the bell. Constantly saying an issue signal yet absolutely nothing has changed in the set up of the house or app. Not recording anything in between live views. Can’t watch anything back I’m a subscriber. How long is this going to take?!
-
Politicalicious Ⓥ
(@politicaIicious) reported
@H_Albrow @ring Should therefore be showing on their System Status, surely?! Looking like a widespread issue, for sure. Community Support are on the case, I called them.
-
Tony Spooner
(@LuftOffizier) reported
@ring @jodie_nisbet Hey @ring also experiencing this same issue. Live view works but can't see or view any historic footage in the timeline.
-
Pj Adams
(@LasjacksonPj) reported
@ring HELP! We felt so save and even bought 4 more Ring cameras to feel safe. But Now that we know Amazon drivers can somehow disable our camera.., we are terrified
-
Jo massey

@ring I have the same issue I can't access any past videos. Please advise
-
Jessica Breakwell
(@i_am_jesss) reported
@ring snapshots appear to not be working after midnight..assume due to clock change here in the UK. This is the case for both my wired floodlight cam and also battery powered Ring doorbell 2 so isn’t a hardware issue. A lot of UK customers are also experiencing this issue…
-
Sue
(@sueziemc) reported
@ring I'm another UK user with snapshot/timeliness issues. I see you are aware of this issue and, 5hrs ago, told a user you were working on the issue. What is the ETA for the fix? I see it has just been added to your system status, some 7hrs after first reports, but no ETA given.
-
The Kuni
(@The_Kuni) reported
My @ring Pro is about 5 mins behind with a press, no timeline, need to replace it each year due to poor heat design of front button which cracks and breaks. Time to go @googlenest and add to my outdoor IQ 🤔
-
Brandon Sullivan
(@phxtri) reported
WTF @ring, two-stop authentication is actually three steps, in that you have to call customer support, but the support number on your site is no longer working. Guess it's time to switch to @googlenesthelp.
-
Shaun Bland
(@ShaunBland) reported
@ring @chris_hedge1984 Your whole timeline has people from the UK reporting the same issue from midnight and you keep posting the same thing... Surely you should acknowledge the issue by now and put out a statement that you are working on a fix.
-
Karen Redman
(@kaz74red) reported
@ring have u got a problem with the app. Mine is taking ages if not to load videos. Driving mad
-
Neil Latham
(@neillatham) reported
@ring_uk @ring do you have an issue since the clocks changed in the UK? Can't see any snapshots or events in the time line from midnight, but can see events if I go into event history.
-
The Cats Whiskers
(@chris_hedge1984) reported
@kaz74red @ring I did the same. They said they're working to fix it, but there's still nothing showing on the ring status!

@Lescarr51 @ring All to do with the clocks going back last night. You can view events in your 'history' until they fix this issue 🕑
