    @ring You need to provide updates with an outage this long. E-mail, app notification, banner on your website... something. Security systems cannot afford to be down.

    @ring my doorbell hasn’t been working since 3.30pm! Can’t log into my account, app won’t work, tried to reinstall the app that’s not working, says my email is invalid and that the verification code is wrong 😒 what’s going on! #ring

    @ring It's as nasty as it gets always problem with @ring doorbells always one problem or the other soo waste of money, there product are waste of money seems there systems are hacked soo much for security

    @ring not sure if everyone is effected, but can’t access account, looks like it has gone down 🙈 login freezes on the verify code screen. Unable to access cameras / health check of cameras. Internet speed checked and 56 download, 24 upload, 12 ping.

    @ring @sammaantthaa Yeah I just got my replacement in yesterday set up my ring and it wasn’t working this morning.. then I figured same issue deleted everything now I am screwed

    trying to set up my @ring doorbell and I find out I can't even establish an account because the site is down/not working. Is it too late to box it up and send back to @amazon ??? #ringnotworking

    @ring how is it that I charged my battery and now Ring doorbell wont work. Keep getting error message on App. And can't call anybody your number isn't working. I pay a yearly I would like it working.
