    @ring Bought a ring 3 through Amazon. Just put it up today, it’s missing the security screw. Amazon won’t do anything to fix the situation.

    @ring talked my dad into getting a Ring Pro doorbell, it’s not working properly and he raised a ticket on 23rd Feb and has he bounced around your support teams, now he is told he has to wait 2 weeks for the advanced team to look at his fault! Sergio support!

    @ring device keeps saying its offline despite no issues with WiFi on any other devices. Also fully charged. Once reconnected stays on for the rest of the day and then disconnects again. Had the doorbell just over a year and only just started having issues.

    @ring I really wanted to update my video doorbell and bought the Ring 4, but back it goes as the vertical field of vision won’t capture packages near my front door. Guess I’m keeping the Ring 1 or switching to a different vendor. Too bad.

    @ring @michaelb4jordan Your products are garbage compared to Apple. Regret buying it and now with the removal of features it’s gonna get sold or trashed. Luckily i’m 90% into the apple ecosysten and only a tiny into amazon, easily replaced.

    @ring So frustrated with your chimes, had the standard chime and it stopped ringing when the doorbell is pressed, purchased the chime Pro and still having the same issue! Missed a few visitor's this week, really disappointing! Any help?

    @ring are you ever going to respond to my issue with the chimes not working it’s really beyond the pale now not even replying anymore and it’s a thing I alerted you to weeks ago and I can see is now a huge issue for your customers .

    @ring hi...was working fine until 2 days ago...live view on outdoor cam and indoor cam works fine. When trying to access live view on doorbell it goes black until I hit full screen. Using Android app. On play store looks like others may be experiencing this issue. Thanks.

    @ring it's not clear from your help info. Can the security system work on Cellular data alone, if I don't connect a camera? I want to install a system (door/window alarms) to a remote cabin.

    @ring hi please can you help. For weeks now the battery on my doorbell doesn’t change in the app after I’ve charged it so it keeps dying and not telling me it’s at low battery. I’ve tried rebooting via the orange button and the app but it keeps saying ‘something went wrong’

    @ring #security app does not complete the mode status change unless you keep the app open throughout the whole countdown. I switched to “away” mode, saw countdown begin, swiped up, locked phone, drove 20 minutes, parked, checked app, countdown continued where it left off bro. Wtf

    @ring so ring have said it could be my hub that’s the problem that’s why I’m not receiving a signal to the ring bell how about that’s not the problem it’s worked all week now it plays up. And I’ve not got much going though my wifi

    been having trouble with my @ring devices for weeks now… have called and been on web support. Every time they tell me they will come back in 2 days… and guess what?! They don’t… awful customer experience for a system that isn’t working

    @ring #useless hey Ring. By the time I've managed to complete all the security to view my notification on the doorbell the visitor has already arrive back home and had 2 glasses of wine. I want to be able to log in and STAY logged in as long as I want. And "remember" not working!

    @ring I called Ring and talked to supervisors and none of them could help me resolve the order issue. They told me to cancel and place a new order. We're about to lose funding for the cameras and Ring couldn't help a nonprofit children's school in dire need. Very disappointed.
