    @ring Just got the Car Cam. While I love the concept of this, you guys HAVE to have this thing continuously record instead of just motion and when car is actually driving. I’m giving it until the free month is up and returning it if no update to fix that. Hope it gets fixed!

    @ring @1_proudgrandma We have the same problem. a service desk employee has said it is a known malfunction of the chime. This would be resolved by itself with an update. Now 2 weeks further, please a working solution

    @ring when will you fix the chimes, and admit you have a fault. My chimes have been replaced, same issue. 2 properties same issue chimes not responding correctly to doorbells. Useless ringing customer services, as they go through the same process reboot etc.

    @ring super excited to install my car cam this morning. only recording inside the car though. How do you get it to record outside the car which is the whole point. Stuck on hold with customer service for 45 min. please help

    @DJChrisBerrow @ring Same issue and keep getting fed the same crap. Nobody gets back you you and endlessly escalates the same case. Yet ring state all systems are operational… not very open/transparent. Many other users with the same issue online too.

    @ring stop ripping off existing and loyal customers by hiking prices by 100% AND not sending them a renewal notification so done completely by steal poor business strategy - look after loyal customers!

    @ring honestly wtf . done a factory rest of ma phone. tryed to reinstall ring ,now my phone incompatible. the **** do u constantly screw over people. now the doorbells worthless cause a dnt have android 9 or some ****.aint buyin a new phone to use a doorbell. go and **** yerslef ring

    @owlcameras @ring Your product is great. If I didn’t make that clear. The Ring car cam that just hit the market is garbage. I did reach out to your media team about getting a version 5 to compare. But was directed to the buy page of your website. Would be nice to compare apples to apples.

    Disappointed that @ring Spotlight Cam is now the worst electronics product I have bought in the last 20 years. 2 returns, 3 hours with customer service…50% chance of detecting movement with somebody literally right in front of it. Making the final return this week. #ringdoorbell

    @ring @KTK1990 Hello, I have a ring doorbell pro and separate chime. When I test the chime on the app it works but doesn’t chime when someone rings the bell. I have deactivated and deleted both bell and chime and reinstalled but it’s still not working. Can you please advise me on what to do.

    WHOLE *** **ARMED** SECURITY SYSTEM This dude blew out my front windows and just RAN AMOK FOR TEN WHOLE *** MINUTES before @ring EVER sent me a notification. Police were on site before they ever got a notif. Ring? You're GARBAGE.

    @ring Thanks, the problem is that I currently have 22/24 gauge uk telephone cable as the existing cable between the original mechanical bell's transformer and the doorbell button. Does that mean if I want a Ring Pro 2 I'd have to replace the cable for it to function expectedly?
