    @ring Are the doorbells having trouble connecting with the iPhone 12 Pro Max? Ever since I got my phone, I can’t see live video and it is constantly disconnecting. Internet/WiFi is not an issue!

    @ring Where is my order? i was assured a 5 business day delivery and 6 days since my credit card was charged in full, the order is still not shipped! Very poor service!

    @ring Good thing they do not get the 406 Not Acceptable error from Ring like I get when trying to view my camera. My Ring is useless.

    @RealPaulMueller @nasrene41 @ring People are ****** in the head! Where I live a few years back a teen put a live cat in a microwave, long story short they had to put the cat down and that teen was only given a slap on the wrist 🤬 and the family was forbidden to own a pet for a few years.

    @ring Having issue for days now w. iOS & Android mobile devices: unable to login when they are connected to WiFi ('An error occur trying to perform the operation. Try again later. ) Can't login to Windows PC app on PC either (error code 0x80131500 - 'Something went wrong').

    @isma_i @ring The doorbell I ordered is the wrong one, trying to return it but they won’t send me a returns label so it’s just sitting here. They are really slow to respond and seem to be based in America so wanted me to call them on an American number!

    Has anyone else had issues with their @ring doorbell that none of the options on the forum can fix? It's pretty much pointless right now. I can't see any recorded events or even the live view.

    @ring once again your product disappoints! Not only did your useless support team not fix my original issue, which I paid out of my own pocket to fix, but now I find out my solar charger does not work and apparently never has! I am about done with your garbage product!

    Wow. Has anyone else had trouble with sending stuff back to @ring??? All I need is a returns label, I’ve called once, now they want me to call again???! It shouldn’t be this difficult.

    @ring doorbell not fit for purposes. misses motion. see's nothing every night for several hours. then picks up every car that moves.. what a waste of monet. supportr line just send replacement same issue. next sending a wedge.. what fun this is

    @ring hi guys - my Ring is only two months old and won’t hold a charge for longer than five minutes. I charged it all last night and mounted it and then got a notice a few minutes later that it was dead again. Can someone please help?

    Hey @ring @ring_uk ! I am considering getting a couple of Elite Doorbells to use as gate intercoms, can they be plugged into standard POE switch’s, to reduce the amount of wall plugs in my server room, or are they only compatible with the power kit they come with? Thanks, Dan

    @ring I still haven’t resolved my issue, the social care team highlighted my order was showing as unfulfilled which would be escalated to the warehouse department which was on Sunday and no reply to date. FYI - Order placed 21 Nov, Funds taken 22 Nov

    @ring two step authentication🤬I am unable to login into my ring acct, I need the code that’s “emailed” to me.... you know, the one I NEVER received 😭 I’ve checked, spam, junk, trash, neighbors yard, under my couch... nothing. Currently have zero access to my camera. Help.

    @ring your system is garbage. You can place your camera on top of a router and it would still struggle to connect. Very unstable connection, instead of ******* around with the app, just concentrate on the connection.

    @ring I have ring doorbell pro and flood light cam. Both went offline and won’t go back. I am out of town (which is why I have security cams) how do I get them online without physically being there to reset?! The whole purpose of these devices is compromised right now!

    @ring have an issue with a remanufactured ring camera. Gets stuck trying to view live video at an “activating” screen. Other ring cameras on same network work fine.

    @ring I have purchased another door bell as an upgrade and it’s asking me topmost for subscription. I’ve already paid for subscription for the year will this be associated with my new door bell? I was also promised 2 months free due to the problem I had with my previous bell

    Be wary of @ring. For known functionality, you have to pay for a subscription, and in our case, it’s not working at all after the free trial ended (we should still see a live view).

    @ring My doorbell keeps going offline. I already reset it on Monday. It’s the closest to internet and only ring device this is happening to.
