@ring @insane_irish Crazy that so many purchased the Ring systems of the back of multiple promises of HomeKit support. We’re about to enter 2022 and there’s still no sign of HomeKit support. That’s pretty poor and definitely makes me regret investing so heavily in to Ring, otherwise I’d switch.

@ring Yes cold weather can cause this issue, however that's not what I'm referring too. I put a different charged battery in and the device is still not working and your employees solution is to uninstall the camera and bring it into the house to "warm up".

Hey @ring, the UX on your website needs a lot of help. For one thing when I click "Submit" on a form, changing the button to grey and giving zero indication of whether the submission worked or is pending or ? is a lousy user experience.

A @ring manger called me back and surprise, the issue is with the device and not the fact that I didn't take the ring camera into the home to "warm it up" as the last manger had suggested!?? Ring needs some new employees or way better training. #Canadians don't take kind to B.S.

.@ring has the WORST customer service ever. Also both of my devices are offline and to get them online I have to remove them from my ROOF to get a dumb code that they won’t provide to me!!!!!! What a horrible company.

Man, @ring support has to be the absolute worst support I've ever dealt with. And I have Comcast! It takes at least 30 minutes to do the simplest thing. Had to just hang up this morning after 40 minutes. It's really a shame. It was one of the best before @amazon took over.

@ring Are you guys experiencing issues? For weeks my app keeps telling me there are connection issues and won't show me any videos or live footage. I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and now it won't let me log in and said an error occurred.

Especially when we're not home. Which is the whole purpose your advertising and "morals" stand on. @ring My mother's package was stolen off her porch today, & B/C her protection plan was removed due to your error,all proof & videos were lost, but no one cared in your call center.

@ring just installed 2 ring floodlight pro cameras. OMG floodlight is a bit of a stretch. Like stepping back in time compared to cheap 20w LEDs. yellow weak light. So bad I’m reinstalling the LED floodlights beside the camera.

@ring You really need to fix the lack of notifications when the motion detector battery dies. Mine died almost two months ago and I didn't know until today when I happened to open the app. Why no "bypass" notification when setting the alarm?

@ring @tophat_lady The fact is, Ring has constant connection issues as they route a persons video through their slow servers! Ring will always blame the High speed company or the owner. It has become a joke that by the time you get your video, the crooks are long gone! FACT!

My @ring doorbell is now just a very expensive doorbell. After only a year I am sick and tired of the app which spends most of its time updating or requesting me to sign in yet again. The burglars have already been and gone by that time! A waste of time and money.
