@ring We are currently having the issue that we have notification picture previews for the device at the back of our house, but now not for the device at the front of the house. The device -was- battery operated, but has now been running hard-wired for months. What’s wrong?

@HappyGlove21 I've got the ring doorbell 2. Battery powered one, works well, videos fine but sound on mone seems poor, when yo udo the live talking, the sound at the doorbell end isnt good apparently. @ring havent been much help, which isn't good. Even got the signal extender/chime Pro.

@ring need help! How to setup Ring app on iPhones so I get the doorbell ring but not motion alerts. Literally driving me crazy with notifications of ME outside. When I turn OFF notifications in my settings, I míos the doorbell rings 😩

@ring this is getting kind of ridiculous that this is still down. some of us don’t have premium for all cameras and the Rich notifications are one of the only ways to catch things happening in the moment. really disappointed in Ring right now.

@ring What happened to the time/date stamp on the live and saved videos? That is a helpful feature especially for police reporting. It seemed to disappear after some resolving issue or update after August 3,2021. I have reinstalled and reset my ring; it’s only in event history.

@ring rich notification service has been down for over a week. That is really, really bad. People depend on it for the security of their homes. Having a service outage of that length with no mass communication to affected customers… kind of makes me want to find a new service.

@ring please give the option of turning off the new ‘zoom’ feature and hurry up and fix ‘rich notifications’. It takes so long for the live view to pop up that those notifications were a huge help. Losing them makes us feel less secure. @psychosuave

@McDonaldsUK @JustEatUK we've ordered Maccies on 2 occasions & had the wrong order. Both times we were able to resolve it with @ring evidence but it took 48hrs. The drivers were no help. What should we do in future?
