@ring @ring_uk has the problem been identified? Had alerts through the night on one of my cameras and can’t even access the footage to check if it was a break-in attempt. Very poor security system if there are not redundancies built in to prevent a system wide crash.

@ring In the UK Well I have not been able to Access since 4am, 6 hours and still no fix? Have you been hacked? Really what about redundancy and disaster recovery for your systems? Can’t even log into the community Error 504 Server issues!!

@ring @silverelitelnd A "security" product isn't much use if it goes offline, is it. This morning I can't check my new ring camera. After only installing it a few days ago, it's failed already. Very disappointing.
