The lens cover that’s supposed to protect the lens fell off, which isn't supposed to happen, and therefore makes the camera defective. And the best you can do is give me a 35% discount for me to spend $ to replace something I didn't break. Do better.

Her email is under shared access for both cams. Is there an easy fix for this? Or do I delete her access and add it back?

Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring

Every 24 hours I must replace it for a charged one. I had a similar issue with another product which the service vendor increased amperage
