𝓐𝓵𝓲 (@aliezad) reported@ring on my apple watch, the alerts usually include a snapshot from the ring cam. But randomly, there would be no picture and just the text about someone being at front door. I have been noticing this more since last couple of months. Can you look into this and fix in a future update?

I wait on hold to be told hopefully by 8/10 but no guarantee yet I can order it today on your site and it says “Arrives 8/8” and no one is willing to do ****!

HeIsRightAgain𝕏 (@HeIsRightAgainX) reportedThere is nothing more insufferable than ordering @ring products, having the shipment arrive without the key component, calling customer service (apparently in SE Asia)...encountering an accent so thick it's not understandable (and I've traveled to SE Asia frequently on business), and trying to resolve the issue, being told the phone number on your profile is not in their system, and the phone number on your order (same number) is not in their system, but that the order number IS, but that is still not sufficiently identifiable. Thank God I recorded the call.

Yesterday, after 6 weeks, I get a notification that it was delivered. Reached out to the buyer and let him know. Buyer provided @ring video showing that no delivery was made. @USPS where did this package end up?

Amazon posts this, but they treat their delivery drivers like expendable crap!

Camera failed, but you've deactivated my device and the lights are permanently on causing a nuisance to my neighbours. You shouldn't have done this until the new device was installed. Customer service refused to help.

Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring

Omooba (@iamOmooba) reportedDealing with two camera companies, @ReolinkTech and @ring . While Reolink respond every 48hrs, no visible solution..Just steps that won't work Ring got on it, escalated right there and then and fix while on a call, even sent two replacement parts.
