Dan Spack (@DanieltheLion1) reported@ring I was able to figure out the meaning of the signal strength. What’s still bothering me is why the signal strength on my Spotlight camera is still showing as Poor when I installed a WiFi modem extender close to the device.

Nothing was in the car and they couldn't get the thing started. @ring camera was absolutely garbage and caught nothing but human-free snapshots before and after. HeIsRightAgain𝕏 (@HeIsRightAgainX) reportedThere is nothing more insufferable than ordering @ring products, having the shipment arrive without the key component, calling customer service (apparently in SE Asia)...encountering an accent so thick it's not understandable (and I've traveled to SE Asia frequently on business), and trying to resolve the issue, being told the phone number on your profile is not in their system, and the phone number on your order (same number) is not in their system, but that the order number IS, but that is still not sufficiently identifiable. Thank God I recorded the call.

My @Ring camera only captured a single frame of the delivery guy. He clearly knew what he was doing: stole $10k of AI gear and tampered with the camera so it shut off during the drop-off. How was thing not a package that requires a signature? Also it should have been Fedex or UPS. I reached out to Amazon support and now I have to wait 5 days for them to tell me what's going to happen. I'm without the gear I paid for and it's not clear I'm getting a refund. WTF @Amazon ?

The lens cover that’s supposed to protect the lens fell off, which isn't supposed to happen, and therefore makes the camera defective. And the best you can do is give me a 35% discount for me to spend $ to replace something I didn't break. Do better.

Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring
