It's official Ring Video doorbell is more trouble than it's worth. @ring No amount of turning it on and off again is working. It just won't re connect. Every other device is working perfectly including a competitor's which is cheaper by the way.

@ring Are you having issues with the App again. It's giving me an error and it was working fine earlier today. It states it cannot load my location. I tried logging out and login back in, but now it doesn't allow me to.

@Dazz285 @ring True, but not empty promises. Real promises that actually mean something. Like actually fixing the problem & being sure it never happens again! By "fix", I mean use backup systems that will be used in the event this does happen again.

@ring No point. You wont approve posts regarding homeless or people clearly on drugs coming to your home stealing your **** at all hours of the night. Your neighborhood app has become purely about posting lost and found dogs. A complete waste for those who used the app for safety.

@kbshadow600 @ring U rn't right! Srry.Ring has such issues at intervals. Do chk historical report on status page. Also Ring has a battery, so power outage dsn't cause problem. Think why u bought Ring n not an ordinary bell. Ppl nt able 2 contact u 4 essential dels! Wt if a medical device fails?!!!

@ring I currently have a ticket open with engineering after being on the phone for an hour and half yesterday. My base station does not correctly fail over to cellular back up. We are close to switching providers with how poor the "security system" has been performing recently.

@ring ... so, even though I am willing to pay for the next model up, I cannot upgrade because I bought from Home Depot. I was told that is company policy. So, Ring's company policy is to treat existing customers like garbage. Good to know as I drop them to go to ADT. Ring sucks

@ring having problems with my doorbell. Lost wifi tonight, after it came back, my wired doorbell says it doesn't have enough voltage. I've had it running for months without trouble until now. Customer support was no help. Very disappointing!!
