I'm grateful law enforcement [eventually] got to my mother but I'm most thankful @ring notified me & I could at least let him know someone was watching. Nights are increasingly disconcerting or down right scary in our #QuietCorner #BrooklynCT and in so many other communities.

@ring our doorbell 2 that we got a few weeks ago at times tends to lag with notifications (over an hour later at one point) or not notify at all. I've tried the help page & done the wifi speed test (good) & checked settings etc. I'm a shared user. What else can I try please? TIA

@bandicootboys @ring This started last night for me. Weird thing is, all of my day time motions today are all 30 seconds. The second that sun went down tonight, all cameras stopped catching motion. Last night was only getting 1-2 second videos

@ring is there a problem with ring again, my solar panel is connected, but continues to show 'battery' -solar panel not connected!! It is really annoying having to manually charge it after buying a solar panel!!

@ring can you guys please look into the bug that’s causing cameras to miss all motion, and only record for 1-2 seconds. Lots of people on here with the issue. Please look into it. A dm will not fix it.
