@ring disappointed with your customer service. Unable to contact support after calling 4 times and waiting for almost 5 hours. Even a callback is not helpful as they put me on hold. Really bad!

@ring @amazon why does it take 45 minutes before I get notification of movement from my #ringdoorbell ? That’s really poor performance, and not at all useful for security. Please fix it.

@ring Just installed a ring "stick up camera" for a friend & am not receiving the 30 day trial. What's up with that? I'm trying to get him to subscribe but without the trial it's hard to sell your subscription. Please help!!

3/5 delivery a day late, not really an issue. What is is that it’s incomplete. The box contains two sensors, and a doorbell mount. Nothing else. Spend an age calling them, I’m told it’ll be sorted. This was a couple of weeks back. @ring

@alexa99 Just spent time finding a glitch that all of my Alexa devices did not turn off guard when I disarmed @ring The spinning light is annoying, but this is really a dangerous glitch and makes me worried about you two communicating accurately in times of urgent safety need!

@ring just installed a doorbell 3 plus. Really enjoying the live view/activating device/spinning blue circle/live view ended/reconnect. I see many people complaining about this issue and it seems nothing has been done to fix this. System health is all green per app.

@ring I have a 2020 Ring Video Doorbell that's hardwired and still somehow got down to 3% battery with no warning. It doesn't charge when I plug in usb...does it have to be disconnected from doorbell wires in order to charge? Very disappointed.

@ring gosh what’s the problem now with your network?! The float camera it’s not recording anymore and the lights is not turning on anymore... no more motion capture... the doorbell is not ringing!!! Seriously it’s too much!!!

@MathesonStep @ring Would it help if I asked (again) too @Ring? Have no issue paying the subscription to enable this. Many want to pull your feed into a home NVR to associate events etc. It just seems like a great PR move for existing customers. You know you’ll lose us when someone else does it.

Got a @ring doorbell and fitted it a few weeks ago. Have it all sorted and notification set up on phone - whole reason for getting it was to get notifications on phone rather than a doorbell in house which dogs go f-ing MENTAL at. 2 weeks down the line, the smart dog had figured

@ring Did not know of that one. Live View does work, but checking the video of something that just happened or happened 15 min ago was stuk. Now they are working. I guess some server issue.

@ring I couldn’t get into my account. Reset password. Asking for verification code but it won’t send me one. Instead asking me to go to Control Center from dropdown menu. All I see are Ring products. I need help logging in. Why is this so difficult?

Anyone considering a @ring doorbell and protection plan should reconsider. Lousy product, terrible customer service. Stuck with the hardware unfortunately, but this garbage company won’t get another dollar from me.

If companies like @ring subcontract installation with companies like @OnTechServices who is responsible for recompense for poor customer service? I prepaid with Ontech and NO tech showed up. Had to call them 3 times and they could offer nothing for the inconvenience.

@ring Thanks and that is the problem.......the phone support is outsourced and hard to understand so chatting is better....which is the way it was when I first bought Ring a year ago....you all have made it much worse with no chat troubleshooting.

@ColMorrisDavis @ring Second the fire problem. Not me, a friend of a friend, please check with consumer protection. & note some neighborhoods are being hooked up with the local police department. I live in apt, otherwise a dog of any size. Chihuahuas are particularly vicious animals.
