  • eTron eTron (@eTron) reported

@ring wtf!? 239 minutes left to wait to have another code sent. I never got one and I’m not doing ID verification. I’m so done with you guys. All cameras getting taken down today. The cameras suck compared to my home Google Nest cams anyway.

  • JemStar107 Jemma 🐝 (@JemStar107) reported

@ring @DaveRandell81 I have this same problem too, is it the doorbell or has my plan expired? Nothing is very clear

  • ThoughtsByJudai Susie Carmichael (@ThoughtsByJudai) reported

@ring the app is down, and cameras not recording motion. The status ring website is also not working

  • FeelitWorking aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported

@ring If you have the @Android App update from DEC-22 and don't have WiFi chimes, you will not get a notification on your phone! You will see "missed ring" in the timeline hours later. A disaster of an untested update has left millions with @ring doorbells that don't work. No fix yet!

  • dereuter Doctor Danny 🇵🇦 (@dereuter) reported from Chattanooga, Tennessee

Hey @ring ever since you guys did an app update I can’t see my front door anymore. Fix it.

  • binsimmons10 Bin Simmons (@binsimmons10) reported

hello @ring I’m not able to log onto my account/app as I don’t have access to the old number I used when signing up. Can someone help as I can’t seem to find your livechat anymore

  • santaarnold Mrs. Pumpkin-Elf (@santaarnold) reported

@ring Sorry, I didn't clarify, we have the Ring doorbell 2. What happens to it if there's a wifi outage will it switch to cell data?

  • JakeDonnelly31 Jake Donnelly (@JakeDonnelly31) reported

Not only did my car get robbed this morning, my @ring camera went offline recently without any notification. Great work everyone

  • GeorgieMellis Georgie Mellis (@GeorgieMellis) reported

@ring I’ve got a new phone today but I didn’t have the Authenticator app backed up on old phone. I need to log into my ring app on my new phone, but because my two factor Authenticator is set as code from the app, I can’t log into ring. Please you help me get into my account? 😓

  • destinysdoor lovingnotfighting (@destinysdoor) reported

@ring Why is it that your Floodlight Cam can only be reconnected to wifi by physically pressing a button on top of the device? It’s a floodlight that is mounted on the side of my house! Am I supposed to climb a ladder to reconnect this thing if my wifi goes down like it just did?

  • eTron eTron (@eTron) reported

@ring the countdown timer to resend a code to your email pauses when you leave the screen? Are you kidding me? It’s barely gone down. I’m officially done with you guys. I’ve wasted enough time tweeting at you guys. There’s no way I’m calling support. I’m done with you guys!

  • moosterchief13 iain m (@moosterchief13) reported

@ring why has your app been a slow piece of crap lately??

  • destinysdoor lovingnotfighting (@destinysdoor) reported

@ring That is one of the worst design decisions I’ve ever seen. I‘m considering returning it and getting a normal floodlight. Wi-Fi is down so the entire thing is useless until I can climb a ladder. What is a senior owned this thing?!

  • Ckriegs88 chris (@Ckriegs88) reported

@ring i get more notifications i don’t want from neighbors .. and the setting won’t let me shut it off … help deleting app soon and going elsewhere

  • emoslut69420 local emo™ (@emoslut69420) reported from Hutchinson, Kansas

We got a ring doorbell for Christmas. Opened the neighbors section on the @ring app and first video that popped up was a guy getting arrested down the street for throwing "a bag with white powder" out his window 🫣

  • RyanHarrisOhio Ryan Harris (@RyanHarrisOhio) reported from Reynoldsburg, Ohio

@ring I received a replacement camera but there was no return shipping label or instructions to send back the bad camera. Do I not worry about it?

  • Big_Tasty88 Casey Killian (@Big_Tasty88) reported

@ring what’s wrong with your servers? Been down all day now also won’t let me reset password or log in. We pay for this fix it

  • FeelitWorking aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported

@ring When are you fixing the @GooglePlay Android App? I don't want a product I pay for that is now unreliable & broken. You said the bell push notification on phones stopped working after the Dec22 update (parcel identification feature added) and you don't know when it will be fixed.

  • DaveRandell81 Dave Randell (@DaveRandell81) reported

@ring I do hope intelligent Americans realize that once their Ring devices go offline, they cannot be reconnected unless the customer is actually on site. If you're on vacation? No. These devices need to be banned in the United States
