    @ring troubleshooting has been a nightmare and I'm no closer to getting a warranty exchange on a flood light, but have wasted enough time trying. I've had a plan on all 6 of my devices since I got and installed them, but somehow its not covered because of a bunch of 🐎 💩

    I am having the worst experience trying to return some @ring products in Australia. It has been 2 months and still haven’t gotten my money back and at this point I have no idea if @amazon can do anything about it to convince me to use that service again.

    @ring One screenshot is from regular app (works without issues) and another that can't connect is from the rapid ring (it used to work few weeks ago, sorry nice it stopped I've reinstalled the app and issue still exist)

    @ring one of my floodlight cams went offline and followed the instructions to reconnect and it won’t connect. It’s less than 4 feet from the router. What else can be done?

    @ring I just installed a used ring light, it looks great but I can not add it since it was used. Tech support said they would give a discount on a new one but they will not allow me to set this one up since it was used before. This is wasteful and a sales tactic! WTF

    @ring pls fix your neighbor app! Can’t post a crime happening. My posts have been denied and police is looking for this guy and waited for an hour to get my post approved only to be denied! No e mail got sent to my account nor the report got posted!

    @sizefour @ring @ring_uk yes £10 more for nothing most people would ever use. would rather have the features stay as they are and keep the price down. £25 a year was too much as it was really. if people wanted the extra features they would pay extra for a higher plan!

    @ring @amazon @JeffBezos bad purchase of ring product. cams are completely unreliable , hackable and they have lying representatives that refuse to verify an account outside an email address. i have the actual camera and mac address! violation of security

    Update: After a lot of help from @ring troubleshooting my problem, it seems my poor device has stopped working. But luckily its within warranty so I'm being sent a replacement. They're so thorough with verifying details etc. Really pleased #ringdoorbell

    @ring our pro 3 doorbell camera is constantly going offline & we don’t know why. We have hardwired it to see if the power source helped- it hasn’t Never have a problem with the floodlight camera (the doorbell is closer to the internet router than the floodlight cam is)

    @ring impossible to log into ring app on iPad. Fine on iPhone both running iOS 15.5. Same problem with Blink another Amazon product. Need better programmers? No problem with Tapo cams on either device.

    My expensive @HiveHomeUK security camera’s stopped working so I follow the help guidance… asks me to contact via live chat. “Sorry, no live chat available, please email”. Email - “sorry, this email no longer works, please use live chat”. Forget it… think I’ll just buy a @ring!
