@ring when is Ring/Amazon gonna fix the app problem? Cust Serv is useless, besides not speaking clear English! read reviews in the app store. i have had Ring DB 4 yrs & Amazon has completely destroyed this product. am considering replacing with a competitor - grrrrrr 🤬

Many tech companies also do this well, among them @1Password @ring - I prefer to give positive reviews to well-done support than the other way round, useless griping about bad service. Although... I've been guilty of that in the past.

If you need to get support from @ring , you'll be connected to a call center in India where the noise level is so high, you have to shout to be heard, as does the representative you're speaking with. They couldn't resolve the issue, big surprise. RING SUCKS!!!!

@monacharen Idk why Dems thought this sort of messaging would help them. Messaging that tells people “don’t believe what you see; only what we tell you.” People don’t need to look at outdated official data when their @ring and @Nextdoor apps show rising daily crime in their neighborhoods.
