    @ring I'm paying for a service and rich notifications are still broken. The canned "sorry it sucks, here's a link to our status" page is not enough. Can we get an actual update?

    @AndroidPolice Total crap. @Canary In two exact same locations, same Wi-Fi network, Ring outperformed Canary hands down. No missed motions. No stalled motions. No more people showing up out of nowhere. No more people disappearing into thin air. @Ring

    @HappyGlove21 I've got the ring doorbell 2. Battery powered one, works well, videos fine but sound on mone seems poor, when yo udo the live talking, the sound at the doorbell end isnt good apparently. @ring havent been much help, which isn't good. Even got the signal extender/chime Pro.

    @ring this is getting kind of ridiculous that this is still down. some of us don’t have premium for all cameras and the Rich notifications are one of the only ways to catch things happening in the moment. really disappointed in Ring right now.

    @ring I've had the same issues with my Ring Video Doorbell Wired version since the issues began, so the problem does not seem to be limited to just the battery powered versions.

    @ring We are currently having the issue that we have notification picture previews for the device at the back of our house, but now not for the device at the front of the house. The device -was- battery operated, but has now been running hard-wired for months. What’s wrong?

    @ring rich notification service has been down for over a week. That is really, really bad. People depend on it for the security of their homes. Having a service outage of that length with no mass communication to affected customers… kind of makes me want to find a new service.
