I am going to refrain from stating my thoughts or feelings on the matter, since I kinda like X.

As a result, I pursued my statutory consumer rights through the retailer, which ultimately led to a full refund. I encourage you to do the same!

The lens cover that’s supposed to protect the lens fell off, which isn't supposed to happen, and therefore makes the camera defective. And the best you can do is give me a 35% discount for me to spend $ to replace something I didn't break. Do better.

Why did you change design of the battery door to a twist instead of keeping the button drop down door!! It’s a real pain to get off & back on. And you changed to mount so I can’t use that 🤬

My @Ring camera only captured a single frame of the delivery guy. He clearly knew what he was doing: stole $10k of AI gear and tampered with the camera so it shut off during the drop-off. How was thing not a package that requires a signature? Also it should have been Fedex or UPS. I reached out to Amazon support and now I have to wait 5 days for them to tell me what's going to happen. I'm without the gear I paid for and it's not clear I'm getting a refund. WTF @Amazon ?
