    @ring ... so, even though I am willing to pay for the next model up, I cannot upgrade because I bought from Home Depot. I was told that is company policy. So, Ring's company policy is to treat existing customers like garbage. Good to know as I drop them to go to ADT. Ring sucks

    @ring I enjoy having my ring cameras. While it sucked yesterday having issues with the app and connectivity. I also understand that sometimes systems go down and can take a while to figure out the issue and correct it.

    @Dazz285 @ring True, but not empty promises. Real promises that actually mean something. Like actually fixing the problem & being sure it never happens again! By "fix", I mean use backup systems that will be used in the event this does happen again.

    @ring so I called support they did a factory reset which fix the problem, until whatever yesterday was happened with the whole system... Now I'm offline again 😡

    @NYCRobUCF @amys_bus_ticket @ring As someone who has Amazon as a client I can say I doubt they'd allow your backup to be on another hosting provider. Like to tell your parent company your anticipating them to break... Just feels like it would get shot down pretty quickly

    @ring We had an emergency with our home system yesterday and were unable to reach anyone! This is terrible@customer service and we are seriously rethinking our home security system. #Terrible even when contacted on FB there was no response until today!!

    @amazon customer service is a huge joke. I have all the information needed to find my families order and tracking information, but yet they won't help me find it. I also have a @ring camera that showed no such delivery of my daughters Christmas presents yesterday at 4:59pm.

    @ring hi, so I talked to you all on here the other day about my cameras that kept going offline I would get one going and then the other would go off.... It's not at my house it's at my aunt's that we take care of who lives across town.... So you all told me I had to call support

    @ring How exactly does discontinuing a native app for Mac equate to a better experience? So the doorbell rings and now I need to go to a browser, then a website, login, to see who it is? Explain how that makes thing better?

    @ring Hi I'm also one of your loyal ring doorbell customers but my ring app is down again did you had another outage because I saw that you had one this early morning at 2:44 but was resolved now is down again. What is going on with AWS did y'all get hacked or something.

    @ring Are you having issues with the App again. It's giving me an error and it was working fine earlier today. It states it cannot load my location. I tried logging out and login back in, but now it doesn't allow me to.

    @ManavBhardwaj @ring I've had Ring products for over 7 years and this is really the first problem I've had besides it was the server system that was down. What's going to happen when you have a power outage are you going to blame Ring for the power going out. Or your water gets shut off! LOCK DOORS!
