@ring your phone support is ******* useless... I called already. Said I need physical access to a device. I'm trying to pull footage for my parents who are an hour away from me. Camera's are mounted 14ft in the air... HOW ******** DO YOU THINK I HAVE PHYSICAL ACCESS???

@ring is there a connection issue at the moment ???? Ring app says doorbell and 2 chimes are offline, but when doorbell is pressed my Alexa still tells me there so someone at the door

@EdgyInAnApron @ring The problem is the surveillance part. Especially when you don't buy the product but someone in your neighborhood does because at that point you are being filmed without consent.

@ring I can no longer hear sound on my indoor cam, both while using the microphone and siren, I’ve done all possible troubleshooting and it hasn’t fixed the issue, the cam is only 3 months old and has worked fine until now - help!

My @ring doorbell is now reporting it’s all offline all the time even though it’s less than 5 metres away from the chime pro, which itself is fine. If I ring the bell it comes back online for a few minutes and then drops again. Driving me nuts!

@heybleach69420 @ring in the book big brother was the villain because you were forced to have surveillance devices in your house that watch you all the time and if you refused you would be killed. the problem wasn't the surveillance it was the forcing part. if it was voluntary there'd be no book

Getting rid of Ring Rapid was the worst thing @ring could have done. The app isn’t half as good as the old rapid app. Takes too long to check on your live feed and notifications.

As resounding and ringing of an endorsement as I can give…the @ring solar path lights are absolute junk. An affront to landscape lighting. “Oh you want your solar lights to charge? Screw direct sun…you better plug these bad boys in and then wait three days for them to charge!”

@heybleach69420 @ring by buying them and installing them you are consenting to them selling access to the footage to the police. also they don't sell access they literally just give it away but that is a process people consent to by signing their user agreement. it's bad but not forced

So over an hour to set up brand new @ring chime - not working. Been on the hour to customer support for an hour. Now demanding I send a proof of purchase to prove I bought it. Sent Amazon screen shot - really poor customer service and process is too slow

Just discovered @ring doesn’t just have a completely broken process, they also have no interest in improving their process. Documentation is misleading, and their response is “Sucks to be you.” I’ll not be purchasing any more of their product in the future, that’s for sure.
