@ring I have no idea why this is a problem but if a device loses connection don’t you think a camera should actually reconnect to the server without me having to turn off my router and turn it back on And to also be notified of a camera goes off offline

@ring have been trying to subscribe to a plan. EVERY SINGLE credit card I’ve tried is rejected for no reason. Turns out it’s a common problem according to complaints on your help page. IM TRYING TO PAY YOU BUT YOUR SYSTEM IS MESSED UP. I HAVE A DEVICE THATS WORTHLESS.

@ring my Ring 2 bell is really loud outside my house if I have the camera enabled on my Alexa show. Is there any plans to have this fixed? Not sure if a Ring issue or it's @AmazonHelp issue. Seems like I'm not alone in this issue.

@D365Geek @googlenest @ring Yeah we won’t down Alexa route but ultimately most stuff just works together. Have you tried playing with the IFTT app yet? Gonna try see if I can get the hue lights to change colour when the doorbell rings.

@gegeorgia @ring Smear peanut butter on the wheelie bin handle. He'll have a surprise next time he moves it. Or, just find somewhere else for it if possible. Having grudges with neighbours is the absolute worst and you don't want it to escalate, tbf.

@ring what the hell?!? My wife has always had access to our ring account in her phone. Now when she logs in, it says it sent her a code to her email. The email states it won’t send a code and to log in on a previous device. She’s never used any other damn device! Wtf!
