dear @JeffBezos your @amazon checkout and tracking process is 💯 👌 just works great. Now @RING on the other hand is an absolute nughtmare. Zero updates, cart is horrible, tracking is a damn nightmare and product status forgeettaabout it. Plz fix - not 🚀 science.

Because of the broken @Nextdoor mod system, it has become the local xenophobic version of Parler. You often see fascist language get used on xenophobic "Safety" posts right next to a @Ring ad that makes you think crime is high and you need their camera to feel safe. It's gross.

@ring when I installed my BRAND NEW battery & have a solar panel for my driveway camera but within 2 days it says it’s offline bc my battery is dead. Within 24 hours it was at 17%. Wtf. Then, I call you all and get hung up on…. Twice. Call me! Fix this. #switchingCompanies

@ring I called tonight and spoke to someone.He just blames it on my wifi or my Verizon data,but my cheap YI inside camera never gives me a problem.I have rapid ring as well, more often my app won’t work then it does. It sucks.I don’t know what else you can do?

@ring Why does my ring floodlight wired stay on during the day? On the app I press the button to turn it off and the ring light won’t turn off. It just stays on all day long. I talked to a ring customer service person and they have not fixed the issue. Please send someone to fix

So @ring bought the new video doorbell 4 since my issue on the infrared just doesn't deel to be resolvable with Any reset method 1nf warranty is expired. Hope this one lasts longer than 3 tears tough...

@ring (1/2) Just some feedback on your support. When I have a camera/solar panel part (bracket, screw) that’s broken or missing it’s really difficult to get that replaced.

@ring y’all need to fix your ****. someone stole a bunch of stuff from my front porch and I only got 1 notification when i have 4 cameras around the driveway. not to mention i tried tapping the notification and it took 6 seconds for it to load and by then the perpetrator was gone.

@robhinds @ring I had the same problem, cohosh find anything online apart from contact their support, Ring were very good about it, sent me a replacement and I sent the dodgy one back.
