@ring One screenshot is from regular app (works without issues) and another that can't connect is from the rapid ring (it used to work few weeks ago, sorry nice it stopped I've reinstalled the app and issue still exist)

@ring I just installed a used ring light, it looks great but I can not add it since it was used. Tech support said they would give a discount on a new one but they will not allow me to set this one up since it was used before. This is wasteful and a sales tactic! WTF

@sizefour @ring @ring_uk yes £10 more for nothing most people would ever use. would rather have the features stay as they are and keep the price down. £25 a year was too much as it was really. if people wanted the extra features they would pay extra for a higher plan!

Update: After a lot of help from @ring troubleshooting my problem, it seems my poor device has stopped working. But luckily its within warranty so I'm being sent a replacement. They're so thorough with verifying details etc. Really pleased #ringdoorbell

@ring our pro 3 doorbell camera is constantly going offline & we don’t know why. We have hardwired it to see if the power source helped- it hasn’t Never have a problem with the floodlight camera (the doorbell is closer to the internet router than the floodlight cam is)

@ring impossible to log into ring app on iPad. Fine on iPhone both running iOS 15.5. Same problem with Blink another Amazon product. Need better programmers? No problem with Tapo cams on either device.
