@ring_uk Your support service is good. I find your agents try their best to help. Doorbell was replaced. The challenge now is that it’s virtually useless without the chime. Agent tried his best but not repairable. Now I have a doorbell that doesn’t @ring, unless I want to buy again.

@ring If you call customer service it says on the recording that some of our Ring features are not working we are aware of that… None of the Ring features are working on the doorbells. Only getting notifications on my flood light. Fix it

@ring My post said- two men flashing lights into our car then jumped over onto our private entrance. Called police.THATS IT. I then posted my Ring video. It’s really bad that ur moderators continue to protect criminals. 1st time I posted they said I couldn’t post we chased them.

@PersimmonHomes do you think i could get one of the lads from off the #CoastalDunes phase 2 site to help me put up my @ring door bell camera? One I don't have a drill and two I don't fancy drilling holes into the brickwork for it not to hold the camera up.

@ring @jaystocky How about you tell people that Ring is not working properly right now? If you call in for customer service it’s on the recording. It’s actually detrimental to my business that I get notifications when somebody is at my door and for ring not to notify customers is asinine

@ring shame your getting negative media all because of a customers neighbour taking them to court. Just seen it on @BBCSouthNews . I would have thought the neighbours wouldn't mind it and it would deter crime. If this neighbour wins others might have to take cameras down 😖

@ring I have received 20+ notifications that my security system is going offline. I’m supposed to have cellular back up, internet is working fine, no issues. This is getting ridiculous! Fix your BS or I’m canceling! I pay for home security, not to be kept anxious!
