@ring We are going to change to verisure we looked into this last time you went down but we are missing 9 minutes of footage in which my car was fiddled with and someone was trying to break in and my neighbour came and got me. Not ideal

@ring why isit constantly down? Have had for a year and it's always down. Seems its ring and not us. Can we get a refund through amazon? Think I need to try another brand. Pointless if nothing records when should.

@ring is down once again making cameras and alarm systems go bonkers. Getting notification after notification for absolutely nothing. So I guess I have to get out the ladder and disconnect one of the cameras that I can't reach with a siren on it? Thanks ring....

@ring hi, I've tried loading history today on 3 different devices but none will open up. I can view live images but then cannot go back to history either. Is there an issue with the server at all? Cheers.
