    @ring please turn down the ads you play when you call the help line. It's much louder than the music it switches between and if it was designed to make me want to hang up it almost worked

    @ring Just had a Pro installed. It has sufficient power, good WiFi, it completed an internal software update and goes offline. I have reconnected WiFi, reinstalled the device, same result, it works, updates software then doesn’t. Frustrated, please help

    @homerhsi @ring Some have resorted to knocking on the window as the notification delay after them pressing the bell is so long. Thought it was down to the old doorbell, will have to see if this new one is any better. If not they will both end up on ebay.

    I can't believe how bad @ring support is. The mobile app and Alexa skill are full of bugs and #Ring would rather blame the user than fix the problem. It isn't hard to read what Alexa Skill says will work and then have Alexa reply "Ring doesn't support that" @amazon failure

    @ring We received an order that was ordered in error. It never should’ve been ordered and need to return it and missed mailman to refuse delivery so it’s not working on website to initiate a return

    @ring Hi team. I haven’t been able to login since the issues that were resolved on 28/11. I get “an error occurred. Please try again later”. Prior to this my App couldn’t load the dashboard or connect to cameras so I thought I’d to log out but can no longer log back in.

    @ring your cameras are absolute garbage. Tell me how someone was able to break into my car and literally open up every door going through my ****, and the camera picks up absolutely nothing, just my car doors being open after it was all done? what in the absolute ****

    @ring It’s too unreliable and all the help guides just try and blame everything else. Can’t activate live view all the time and when people press the button it just does not notify me.

    @ring I’m trying to have a package customized for my home at a reasonable cost. I went on chat and they can’t help me and told me to call and now there’s at least a 45 minute to even SEE if i can afford something. there has to be a better way.

    @ring Sorry your idea of support is to buy another one at 35% discount!!! And that you think a doorbell should only last 1 year!!! This is a joke!!! I will buy a nest one, at least they would fix a problem foc especially when its a known problem. Google Ring split doorbell button

    @ring I’ve spoke to your support team 6 times over the same issue. It gets resolved temporarily. Comes back usually the same day off and on. Your support team clearly cannot fix this problem.

    @ring Over £200 for a door bell and it doesn’t last 2 years!!! 5 years i would be fine with but when a button breaks and you do not even have a fix is shameful.
