    So this weekend has been pretty busy. Last night we got the tv stand and the coffee table put together for my office, today we finally got the 12 ft skeleton down and also got our @ring video doorbell installed. And it isn’t even Sunday yet for another 14 minutes lol

    @ring Hi - for the WiFi Strength reading of your doorbells, don't you think saying "Good", "Average", "Poor" would make 100 times more sense than "RSSI -58" as mine currently reads? #UXfail

    .@ring I am still having issues and the customer care has either hung up on me or not reached out to my last few DMS and also the form I filled in. Very frustrating and my chimes are still not working!

    @ring actually its important you stop hiding behind cut copy paste replies and start talking to customers the last time i sent you a dm you refused to help so start talking proper via public dm on why ring keeps kicking door bell cameras of the wifi !

    @ring tried calling ring support multiple times, system keeps disconnecting me, tried chat snd bogus agent told me to call again and got disconnected again. I told chat agent this and she got frustrated and ended chat…Seriously??? WTF time to return ring products.

    @ring released a new update for Android mobile, still didn't fix anything. No notifications, preview don't work. Been over a month. Glad to see they care so much for their customers

    @ring the worst customer service and delivery processing known to mankind. Thanks for taking my money, not giving me my product and not helping me at all with locating it or refund. I’ve spent over 2hours on the phone with you and got nowhere.

    @ring @ring Your latest app version messed up Smart Alerts. Cannot adjust that setting because app thinks we have end to end encryption on, which we don't. You need to fix this and update your app ASAP. Those of us paying for service need it to work right.

    So @amazon and @ring, is there a reason why my delivery drivers are no longer showing up on camera? 3rd delivery set in front of my doorbell with 0 footage. If you can't trust your delivery drivers, messing with my camera won't help. I'll just get another brand. Skeevy stuff...

    @ring how long will you take to sort the chimes to respond to the front door bell, was on the phone the other day to customer services and they said they have an issue which should be resolved shortly, but I have not heard nothing since. Having this same issue at two of my homes

    End result of talking to @ring. "Can you fill out this questionnaire giving us every bit of your personal information not regarding the device that is having issues we are unaware of. " @amazon knows what they are doing. Bad business practice, skeevy stuff. Monopolies suck.

    Shame on you @ring. Central texas has been hit with a winter storm, a lady in the app posted about needing some food for her 7 children because she couldn’t get to the store…you delete her post for not following community guidelines? Now we can’t find her to help. Do better!

    Amazing service by @ring Chime completely dead. Phoned customer service (on a Sunday), who said it’s out of warranty but they’ll give me a 100% discount code for a new one. Simple, problem sorted, new free one on its way. Happy 🥳. 10/10 👍🏼🥇

    @amazon @AmazonHelp @ring You’ve had the pre-order for the Ring Car Cam down for a while. Today the introductory price expires. Will you honor the $199 price when you get more stock or was the offer only for a limited amount of cams and the stock will return tomorrow at $249?

    @ring first time of trying to remove the security screws from the ring doorbell to recharge and they are stuck sold, the screwdriver head has mashed and it’s mashed the screw heads. The only way I can see to get it off is to break it? Help please not impressed!

    @ring Hi Ring, Very upset with customer support team I have received nothing but unpleasant Agents I have had the same issue with my ring stick up cam with the new Solar Panel not Charging and I requested an upgrade to the Ring Spotlight C and Said “Not Possible”. Thanks Ring.

    @ring @CletusKasady69 I spent over 3 hours on the phone with @ring customer service today for same problem WITH NO RESOLUTION. Only solution 2 different agents offered was all 3 of my cameras went out at the same time. Super frustrating.
