@ring my video 2 is hardwired and never had a battery issue. In the last week I've had to charge it 3 times. What is going on? All I've gotten was generic trickle charge answers from help.

@ring hi RING, it has been 4 days since your Rich Notifications stopped working. This is very very annoying as I use this to check throughout the day. The amount you charge for devices then ring plus protect, this has been down too long. I want to know how I will be compensated!?

Sixth time we've had our car broken into on our drive, and sixth time our @ring cameras (doorbell and camera) has failed to even activate, let alone record. Absolutely pointless tech with the blockers available for £1.50 on ebay.

@ring Hi I’m finding it very frustrating using my video ring doorbell 3. I have two batteries which need charging every 4 days. At first with a single battery I thought the battery was the issue hence buying a second but still having the same issue! HELP!

@ring Glad I finally found this. My old phone died Wednesday past and I finally got around to getting a new one Yesterday. I spent an hour last night and two hours today playing with settings and finally broke down and checked Google which lead me here! I feel foolish now hahaha?

@ring charges £25 a year for the privilege of getting rich notifications and to look at your own videos is absolutely shocking especially since its been down now for nearly a week.. seriously would never recommend ring to anyone with charging to look at your videos.

@ring I am not receiving Rich Notifications from my hard-wired Ring doorbell. I see that you are aware that battery-powered Ring doorbells are having this problem. I want to make sure that you are also working on resolving the problem with hard-wired devices.

@ring Called the support team to ask why Rich notifications are not working and got told they were disabled. Don't you think it would be wise to send a communication email out to all your account holders to advise that you are disabling a service? Secondly there is no ETA for a fix.
