This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

They had the issue resolved in under 5 minutes once I was on-site with the hardware. More companies need to do this.

Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. Surely this known glitch can be fixed. What if I was away and had power cut: the when would go offline until I got back. That goes against the whole idea
