@ring customer service is ****. Got my first Ring device almost four weeks ago from Best Buy. Had problems almost immediately. Called ring which troubleshooted for an hour then told me they would send a replacement. Specifically said to not return it to Best Buy.

@ring hello. I have a problem with the alarm. when we leave the house, the front door is open. If I set the alarm, then I have to close the door otherwise its sensor will be ignored. It is not practical. is there a workaround?

@ring 3 days ago I contacted you about my issues. I was asked to fill a form out and grant access to my account so you could take a look into it. I was asked to wait a “moment” while it was looked into. Still waiting!. Easily the worst experience I have had with a company ever.

DO NOT update the @ring App if you have a camera. Screwed my motion detection so now I’m down a camera. At least customer service came through🫡

@ring Ugliest cameras on the market, hands down. Giant rectangular prisms hanging awkwardly off the wall vs small domes or bullets - the choice should be obvious.

@ring what is going on right now. Notification goes off, can view live mode, then no video appears on the time stream from the notification since yesterdays. Notification videos are now starting to appear in bad quality but still can’t see live view and now can’t see your website

Let me just say that @ring has a lot of nerve pushing their security cams & alarm systems in our feeds when it’s been WEEKS since their last app update completely screwed up the ability to control any of their hardware. And they’ve yet to fix it or even address the issue. #FAIL

@ring I hate these things. A walk around my neighborhood triggers one set or prison lights after another. Crime is down. People in most areas do not have to live like this, to live in fear.

@ring Your customer service is so poor since @amazon bought you! You told me the wrong model & you SENT me the model. I figured it out. But I need a code off the device, which I find out after my electrician installed it .I am 70, on a ladder, trying to see a code to do setup.

@ring No. I called your customer service when the light burnt out and they rudely said there would be nothing they could do. They said the lights are not guaranteed to last past a year. Your products are trash and you should own that to the public.

@ring Is there an issue with not being able to see live view on the app? I can only view live when there is an motion alert…if I go myself into one of my cameras and select live view it keeps stating unavailable
