Anyone else getting black video footage (no content) on their @ring doorbell. Also 2ft away from 100mg broadband and device keeps going offline. Can only think it’s a software update as it’s been fine for the past 12 months. #ring #ringdoorbell

Thank God for my @ring Folks watch how FEDEX Delivery .deliver your packages. I just caught my person throwing my package on my front porch, then has the nerve to take a picture after it landed on the bottom stair AWFUL 😞 I pray it is not broken. @FedEx

@ring need help - The ring app dashboard screenshots are not updating - When I open my app it shows activity from 8:00 a.m. This morning I have snapshots enabled. I have deleted the app, reinstalled, reset my phone and modem. nothing any idea why the dashboard is not updating?
