Most useless and expensive security device ever created. Do not buy. If you have it, get rid of it.

I do not need to see the notification about my trial for AI description being expired every time I open the app. If I wanted that feature I’d sign up for it. Maybe get a different company. Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to. And when I'd make complaints, the Ring outreach team or whatever it's called would constantly try to contact me and their reps would all have obviously black names, and my neighbors are black, so... Not hard to fathom in this age, especially when employees got caught looking at video (and this was before that story broke. I've had Ring for years now).
