The issue isn’t a lack of information, it’s that I’ve already spoken to advisers on three separate occasions and each call was terminated before my issue was resolved. As a result, I pursued my statutory consumer rights through the retailer, which ultimately led to a full refund. I encourage you to do the same!

When I inspected it, it looks like some of the terminals are scratched and aren't making a good connection anymore. Is there any timeline for the spare parts kit coming back in stock or am I doomed to upgrade?

It was explained to me previously that was a primary issue for the fast battery drain. I’ll send a DM. Thanks.

Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring

Dan Spack (@DanieltheLion1) reported@ring I was able to figure out the meaning of the signal strength. What’s still bothering me is why the signal strength on my Spotlight camera is still showing as Poor when I installed a WiFi modem extender close to the device.
