My ring floodlight when bad! One led is dim and after calling customer service, they said I have to replace the entire unit. I thought @ring cared about their customers a lot more then to make the replace the entire unit for $250 just to replace an led light. Horrible quality!!

@ring @jm8004 Having this same issue. Hardwired to a trickle charge and used to say "hardwired". Now it says "solar status - connected". I do not have it connected to solar of any kind.

My @ring floodlight wired pro camera is recording pink videos during the day. Night vision apparently is not turning off. Anyone know the fix to this? If u tap it it’ll go away but then night vision does not work at night.

@ring What other people think that’s missing, hence the poll. Think this may help Ring understand what customers would love to see from Ring. Your new cameras are 1080p again, lots of people I know including myself wish Ring was HomeKit compatible. Extra sensors for cameras be good to.

@ADT Extremely disgruntled by you’re dealer “safe haven”. Our door bell is malfunctioning. Had it less than a year and we have to pay for someone to come out to fix an issue we didn’t create. #dontbuy buy @ring doorbell instead.

@queen_of_cups_ I was stalked for a couple of years, had 2 flats broken into to come and 'get me'. Get a @ring or other video doorbell, you'll be able to see on your phone who's at the door, it records if you subscribe, for evidence. Be firm and detached with him.
