@ring appalling service. Do not spend your money here. Both bell and chime stop working days after warranty runs out and now been waiting since August 2022 for a replacement!!! Multiple false promises and continue to be let down.

@ring I have an alarm and 5 cameras and I cant get your agents to help me let alone speak understandable english. My Ring doorbell 2 will not charge or light up. My transformer tests fine. I have wasted 2 calls and a half hour for a warranty swap I need your help!

@richontech @KTLAMorningNews @ring Rich, what about in California the mounting problem would be a problem under CVC 26708(b)(13). Ring could not answer questions about states that have laws that have on a windshield.Also CA is a two-party consent state that all parties have to agree to audio recordered.?

When will @Ring take responsibility for their terrible cameras instead of constantly blaming it on the customers WiFi. I literally have a Doorbell and stick up cam less than 7 feet from my Wi-Fi (over 350mbps at both cameras) and they miss so many events. #RingCamera

@fatfatpankocat @ring Just looked them up, holy **** that's expensive. Two lights and a camera for 200€. And you can't even replace the light bulbs. That is so messed up. And ofc you need to subscribe to be able to save videos. You buy a 200€ Webcam and can't even ******* record. Brilliant.
