@rebelrouser29 @ring Internet connection can be temperamental too, just to warn you. I have 5 Eero Mesh to improve the connection of my broadband but still stating it is a bad signal!

@Wildhearts_fan @ring Yeah, I’ve had Ring for several years and this is the first issue I’ve had with the service. If it was a connstant issue I’d be upset. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, even a business. I’m sure they’ll have it resolved soon.

@ring new customer experience: downloaded the app. it failed to create an account repeatedly. finally got it created. it requires 2fa on every login I've tried 4 times and every time it fails on entering the 2fa code sent to my email Any reason to not send all of this back?

@DanHewitt_ @ring Bit annoying that Ring neglect to mention that you need to check their server status in the “help” page that describes the “streaming error”...the page shows how it is all your network/internet fault, no mention that it could be them!

@ring won't ring fails to elaborate on is that when their website is down you can't even access you ring dashboard. You cant check cams you cant reset passwords or switch from home to away.
