@ring is there a service issue? Both my doorbell & chime have gone offline at the same time & will not reconnect to WiFi. Have tried rebooting router after disconnecting from power to no avail. No changes to home network, device positioning etc. All other devices on WiFi are fine

@ring My Ring system was purchased for my minor daughter 4 years ago - it hasn’t been used I more than 2 years - I just want a refund for the plan renewal. Reps refuse to cancel - you should be able to see it isn’t active - there’s no security issue - stop scamming people

@ring I need footage of a vehicle involved in a crime. I have one video from a neighbor but need more footage from other neighbors, how should I approach? I have a timestamp and case report w/ LE. Main problem is the large # of neighbors. Is knocking door to door the only way w/ this?

@ring must say extremely disappointed -customer service Told there is a software issue and it will not connect. Only about 18mths old. To resolve why don't you buy a new product. Sorry 'no' why can't you resolve your software issue to allow it to work or replace faulty hardware

Using the Neighbors app, police are able to request access to customers' video footage to "aid in investigations", without informing the customer. You think you own your video feed? nah its the govs

@ring disappointed CustomerService. My product failed to work after around 15 months.Told it's a software issue at their end, but here's a 30%discount code for new product! 'No, I want you to fix or provide replacement item'. Now told about 5 people don't buy their products😡
