    @C_Garcia014 @ring Is that why certain cameras stop connecting to the WiFi and fail to record events or go into live view after a while? Tried to troubleshoot via text and phone but no help. I wonder if weather exposure can make the devices stop connecting too.

    @ring I need help, kinda a trespassing thing and bf of 9 years cheating . He Turned off the backyard camera. So it went off line everyday around the same time from maybe June 2022 to Nov 2022 To bring her in my house and into my bed. I need the exact dates the camera was taken…

    Cannot believe how bad the @ring customer support is. I have a defective camera and they refuse to replace it with a similar version and will only replace it with the version that costs $90 less. I wish I had purchased @googlenest cameras for my home.

    @ring I saved all the error messages and pictures of your camera that got water in it even when under the eves. I had remove it from the side of the house because the battery was frozen up with water. Just a bunch of issues

    My Ring order shipped via USPS tracking #9361289735052383424743 shows "Out for Delivery" since Aug 15, but no delivery yet. Dropped off to local post office by Ring/Amazon on Aug 10. Ring support is of no help. Why is a simple order stuck in limbo? @Ring @Amazon @USPS

    @ring We installed and paid for a doorbell for my mother in law. She passed away 3 years ago. We kept it in the house until it was sold last year. She is gone. The house is gone. The doorbell is gone. We have tried over and over to stop the recurring charge but you won’t help us. We can’t get an email on her account that no longer exists. How can you help me?

    I’m so impressed with @ring customer service. My doorbell is a couple of years old and stopped working on the weekend. Never had a problem with it. @ring sent me a new doorbell to replace the old one. What amazing service. Thank you!!!

    Moved @amazonalexa Echo Show to a bathroom closet where it will be used as a clock. Inability to turn off pop-up ads is unacceptable. Nonstop motion in my peripheral vision in my office. Wanted @Ring notifications, but that implementation is piss poor & the device chokes. FU AMZN

    @ring hi, I bought an Ring Intercom but no way to get it working with my Comelit 2638 intercom. Your website says that it is compatible… I got error P16-33-20032001 saying there’s a network issue. But I’m able to ping the Ring intercom on my network and got a 1gig fiber optical

    My @ring Floodlight Camera Pro that is less than six months old went dead on 3/8, and after two contacts with your customer service I still do not know when the replacement will come. Terrible service so far

    @YNB @ring There's a white woman on my Nextdoor app who has been caught by MULTIPLE ring cameras stealing packages from porches. She drives a yellow car and just pulls up to people's houses and casually steals their **** in broad daylight, no fear whatsoever.

    @ring I can't get on to my account on my laptop. When I click on the login tab all I get is a message "not acceptable". Please advise. Also the contact phone number (UK) is not recognised when I tried to phone you.

    @ring Why is it that out of ALL of the devices in my house, the Ring is the only thing that just doesn’t reconnect if there is an outage and there is no way to reboot the device without being right next to it… what is the point of it being remotely accessible then?!!

    I really wish I could understand how my @ring works. Why do I get full videos of my across the hall neighbors going in and out and down the hall, but if someone approaches my door, the video doesn't start until they're walking away?? It happens every time.

    @davidma77507034 @YNB @ring Yvette is not saying all white people, cut her a break. It seems that some people just have issue with anything that comes out of her mouth. I happen to love the fact that Yvette keeps it 100, if certain people take issue with that then keep scrolling or just unfollow her.

    @ring They must of been the lucky one that ring did not have a system failure as when I got broken into they did so no evidence to be obtained. Opened a case no one coming back and today shortage of staff to deal with customer
