    @ring Just had an hour of my life wasted. Both Chat and Phone Customer Support couldn’t help. All they kept telling me to do was all the things I already tried. I am a literate person. I can follow instructions but when they don’t work I need your help … didn’t get any!

    @ring are ya’ll having a system outage or something ? Your app is bugging out bad. Saying no subscription and the dates are all messed up. Have an active plan till 2027 but it’s not working or showing.

    Moved @amazonalexa Echo Show to a bathroom closet where it will be used as a clock. Inability to turn off pop-up ads is unacceptable. Nonstop motion in my peripheral vision in my office. Wanted @Ring notifications, but that implementation is piss poor & the device chokes. FU AMZN

    Hey @UPS how about when your drivers attempts deliver a signature required package…i don’t know, maybe just knock on the door or ring the doorbell and not just put a sticker on your door. Thanks @ring for letting me see this go down. Unbelievable

    @ring Wow I've never had bad customer experience from you until just now. Person on webchat just sent templates saying they are not able to troubleshoot and to call instead. Ignoring my offers to send screenshot etc

    @ring I noticed my address is incorrect on my app. It shows a different area with the same street name. However when I try to change it I am told I will have to leave assisted monitoring. Is this the paid monitoring or something different. Hope you can help. 🙏🏼

    Hey @ring You sent me a partially fulfilled order. There is nowhere to find the order that was not sent. The tracking number listed is for only the partial order received. There is no tracking number for the items that were not sent. I tried chat and they gave me a number to call. All that did was loop back to the website showing my order, but THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT YOU DID NOT SEND. FIX THIS! IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SENT. Pending status does not cut it. Never ordering again unless you fix this.

    My Ring order shipped via USPS tracking #9361289735052383424743 shows "Out for Delivery" since Aug 15, but no delivery yet. Dropped off to local post office by Ring/Amazon on Aug 10. Ring support is of no help. Why is a simple order stuck in limbo? @Ring @Amazon @USPS

    Day FORTY of .@Ring STILL not fixing the iOS widgets. Even though there’s been THREE app updates in that time. They REALLY don’t care about us customers do they. If you’re not going to fix this issue can you let us know please. You’re just laughing at us now.

    @ring Hi I have recently purchased the new ring doorbell plus and have been try to link it to my @smartthings account so I get notifications on my Samsung smart TV. Every time I link my Ring account to smart things my new doorbell doesn’t appear. Please help

    @ring Your 4K POE Retinal Camera picture quality is not so great with very poor picture degradation when zooming in. Why did you bother releasing the 2K Cameras?

    @ring terrible system , a total ripoff , I got 2 cameras and door bell a chime and a bracket allowing the camera to move around , I need to give it away , but the person must physically come remove it. I will not spend another ounce of good energy on bad things.

    @ring We installed and paid for a doorbell for my mother in law. She passed away 3 years ago. We kept it in the house until it was sold last year. She is gone. The house is gone. The doorbell is gone. We have tried over and over to stop the recurring charge but you won’t help us. We can’t get an email on her account that no longer exists. How can you help me?

    @ring I was able to figure out the meaning of the signal strength. What’s still bothering me is why the signal strength on my Spotlight camera is still showing as Poor when I installed a WiFi modem extender close to the device.

    @ring They sell poor defensive equipment. Kept calling and got the run around. Contacted them again because of the post here and they what to take care of it. Just more lies and ru around. Now they are saying they don’t work in all weather conditions!!!!!!

    @ring Just spent over an hour resolving what should not been an issue. First @ring system said I had no plan. I checked and I was billed in March 2026 for annual charge. Could not resolve on app or chat. Called @ring and spent about an hour on the phone. 1st told go to contact my bank.

    Dear @ring how can I verify my phone and computer after changing the password if I can’t log in and create a code? If I’ve only logged in from my phone and it keeps saying I need to regenerate a code that it’s not giving me through email. HELP!!!!

    @ring hi, I bought an Ring Intercom but no way to get it working with my Comelit 2638 intercom. Your website says that it is compatible… I got error P16-33-20032001 saying there’s a network issue. But I’m able to ping the Ring intercom on my network and got a 1gig fiber optical

    @ring I need you to understand that the reason I haven't signed up for the AI plan isn't because I haven't tried it, but rather because I am tired of subscription cost increases. I appreciate the trial, but you're asking for too much money. That's the problem.
