    @ring it's ridiculous that with the neighborhood feature you can't ask neighbors to keep music down because it goes against guideline. What guidelines? I think that's a very respectful thing to ask. Ridiculous.

    @Hurrikeen @ring I had this issue last year. They replaced my cameras 2 in in the end it was an algorithm change at the ring end. It was all good up until a few weeks ago and not mine is picking up cars too. Needs sorting out

    Whatever you do don’t buy @ring security cameras. If you change your WiFi password you have to take everything down and reset them like it’s 1980. Ridiculous bro.

    @ring I've slogged through the phone menu at 800-656-1918 twice to try to get help with a device setup, and both times, after verifying my identity and saying it will transfer me, the system hangs up on me instead.

    @ring I’ve tried reading help articles but my doorbell is at 2%. I changed the motion settings and did the zones again. Will it go up on its own or do I need to manually charge it at this point and if so how do I do that?

    @ring Just had an hour of my life wasted. Both Chat and Phone Customer Support couldn’t help. All they kept telling me to do was all the things I already tried. I am a literate person. I can follow instructions but when they don’t work I need your help … didn’t get any!

    Imagine going into your post office and asking why they claim they delivered a package to your door when they didn’t, thanks @ring Than asking how your usps became an Amazon delivery of a 25lb box when it’s suppose to be an envelope of a card. Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. I went out the door screaming profanities happily. @USPSHelp just like any government ran thing, is a pile of dog ****.

    @Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

    @tesleen2025 @davidma77507034 @ring White folk is not a slur or used in a pejorative way. Folks or folk is the same as people. I use it interchangeably depending on my mood. Adding the qualifier “white” is no different then saying “Black” before the word. It isn’t code for bad behavior or bad people.

    Hey @ring, i bought 2 of your indoor/outdoor battery cams. And my problem is installing on wall inside. Your official video shows just screw on to wall. But YouTuber videos show using the anchors. So can you guys make a updated video explaining do you need anchors inside or not.
