@devnetninja @ring I was actually laughing at the fact that I didn’t need to move any of my 12 personal cameras, I put up these 10 and I still have a whole storage bin full that wont close… I think I have a problem.

@ring Annoying it came back online after 1hr and 30mins and now today again flashing blue not connecting switched off and the plug and back on and nothing no lights!! The internet is working perfectly fine everything else connected what's the problem with this service that I am paying

@ring Hi. My parents moved into a new home in February 2022. Contacted Ring about transferring the video doorbell to them as the previous owner wasn't replying. Acknowledgement but nothing since. Ended up having to buy a new video door bell this week. Really poor service.

So we have over $1,000 of @ring devices but our 2 year old hardwired doorbell battery isn’t holding a charge anymore. We’ve worked with customer support to try to fix and they’ve only offered us a pretty lame discount on a new one. Anyone have a doorbell cam they love?

About to replace every @Ring camera in the house! Trying to login on a new phone and the ridiculously implemented 2FA is stopping me from accessing the app. I get wanting security but the hoops of trying to login to a previously used device to generate a code is STUPID! #Fail

@RaeCrothers @ring That’s pretty odd. You need to test your WiFi speed rather than the ISP speed as there is definitely an issue with the 2.4Ghz signal.
