    Shame on you @ring. Central texas has been hit with a winter storm, a lady in the app posted about needing some food for her 7 children because she couldn’t get to the store…you delete her post for not following community guidelines? Now we can’t find her to help. Do better!

    Goodmorning. I am wondering if it seems reasonable that you need to go outside, climb a ladder 1 1/2 stories in order to press a frozen button on a @ring out door security camera in -23 weather so you can change the WI-FI information? Come @ring you need to fix #ring #camera

    @ring I am still having issues and the customer care has either hung up on me or not reached out to my last few DMS and also the form I filled in. Very frustrating no response and my chimes are still not working! At this stage asking @ringostarrmusic would be more helpful

    @ring Hi Ring. Problem with your most recent iPhone app software update 5.56.1 Affects Stick Up Cam only. You can turn motion detection off but then cannot turn motion detection back on. Please fix. Tech support contacted but no help.

    @ring how can you justify not having a basic feature like speaker volume control on your doorbell? 🤯 on a 2nd gen model as well!It’s going straight back. What a terrible design. The WHOLE street can hear my mum telling me not to stand outside the door in the middle of the night!

    @ring this sucks. My electrician installs a light, 20’ high and throws away the box. Tech says i can’t install@on app without calling my electrician back. Returning all this junk. Stupid. I see the lights WiFi. Tech won’t help.

    Don’t bother with @ring products. Their customer service is the worst and instead of offering a solution they make you repeat steps you’ve done over and over again. Now I see why people move to Eufy. Guess we will too

    @ring Customer service is terrible. I purchased a new $538 Ring alarm that is supposed to come with a free yard sign and they said I would have to return the system and reorder to get the free yard sign.

    End result of talking to @ring. "Can you fill out this questionnaire giving us every bit of your personal information not regarding the device that is having issues we are unaware of. " @amazon knows what they are doing. Bad business practice, skeevy stuff. Monopolies suck.

    @ring Hi Ring, Very upset with customer support team I have received nothing but unpleasant Agents I have had the same issue with my ring stick up cam with the new Solar Panel not Charging and I requested an upgrade to the Ring Spotlight C and Said “Not Possible”. Thanks Ring.

    @ring I have replaced Ringdoorbell battery many times and adjusted the area reduced pick up footage and I have missed some very important activity can someone help others with battery issues

    @ring I am having trouble with my Ring stick up cam and the Ring app. I normally toggle my camera off during the day and toggle it back on at night. Within the last few days, when I try to toggle it back on using the app, it will not do it unless I go through the website.

    So @amazon and @ring, is there a reason why my delivery drivers are no longer showing up on camera? 3rd delivery set in front of my doorbell with 0 footage. If you can't trust your delivery drivers, messing with my camera won't help. I'll just get another brand. Skeevy stuff...
