George (@gigmcdonough) reported@ring I only need a replacement part. If Ring can't provide the part needed to fix my device, they should replace the unit with a comparable upgraded model at no cost. Customers shouldn't be penalized because parts are unavailable.

If your driver doesn’t want to make the stop, that’s one thing. But claiming I wasn’t home when the cameras show nobody ever arrived is something else entirely. @FedExHelp
