As a result, I pursued my statutory consumer rights through the retailer, which ultimately led to a full refund. I encourage you to do the same!

It was explained to me previously that was a primary issue for the fast battery drain. I’ll send a DM. Thanks.

Maybe get a different company. Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to. And when I'd make complaints, the Ring outreach team or whatever it's called would constantly try to contact me and their reps would all have obviously black names, and my neighbors are black, so... Not hard to fathom in this age, especially when employees got caught looking at video (and this was before that story broke. I've had Ring for years now).
