    @ring Terrible authentication process. Changed devices, can't gain access to physical location. Logged into account and received verification code with rep. Still could not gain access to ring app. Poorly thought out process, over verified, can't use app. Never using Ring!

    @ring Live View is not functioning properly on your app (located in UK). Can't access snapshots nor motion event recordings from there. Though can access motion event recordings via Event History. Affecting *all four* cameras. Therefore, indicating 'tis not a hardware issue.

    @ring what is it at ring that complicate the rules of Consumer Law, all I need to do is return the replacement that is faulty that replaced a faulty unit, and fir another workable unit to be sent out, and as I had notified Ring within 24 hours if the fault what is the problem

    @ring Too late, unfortunately. 2 years of consumer complaints about the same thing online, all unresolved, so it’s clearly a design defect. I returned them and replaced with Arlo. Problem solved.

    @ring may want to have a look at the Shipping Address section on your order form, ‘House Number and Street Name’ - what if I don’t have a house number? An agent has told me to add a ‘0’ into the address line…this should not be the answer? This is not a difficult fix surely?

    @ring My alarm keypad has been replaced by ring.The old one is due for collection & the carrier advises that it should be clearly addressed.That’s my problem all the Ring e mail says is it will be collected,but there is no indication where it is going.Can you help?

    @ring Its a shame ring is in the business of coyotes but any criminal action or men threatening to fight everyone including women at dog park gets taken down but you keep posting about coyotes. I post about mail thieves and threats but i get taken down

    @ring I have already messaging on Facebook and ultimately they couldn't help me. I STILL have no professional monitoring five days from the time that one of YOUR support people told me to "temporarily" switch to self-monitor and I tried to switch back.

    @ring I have a ring doorbell and encouraged by friends to buy them. However, I have posted 2 crimes to the app that are taken down before they even post. A repeat offender that doesnt pick up dog feces in a soccer field is a crime. On what basis do you deem something a crime?

    @ring It takes MUCH LONGER to login to a website rather than just opening a Windows app directly from the Windows notification when mouvement is detected! The website is NOT practical at all!

    @ring Changed it for 30 seconds, until I realised that quick replies play at FULL volume & no way of turning it down! This seriously seriously needs sorting! Why have we not got a speaker volume level option yet??

    @ring someone knocked down my front camera yesterday I put it back up it has power but not showing anything. The battery was at 21% so I tried charging it and no charging ring at all
