@ring find the app really poor. Still showing doorbell online even though I’ve took the battery out to charge as said it was was dead. Was only put in on Sunday. For some reason today just won’t sync with app

@luiscamacho @ring Yes it’s down but RING failed to notify customers despite knowing the least they could have done was put a msg out rather than customers messaging with there network/router/ring device & the app ... wasted over an hour of my time then 30min wait on call to get tro.

@ring ~ maybe put something up on your social media regarding the systemwide outage so customers don't waste time deleting/reinstalling the app and such, trying to solve what they assume is a problem with their individual setup...
