@ring another ring product that doesn’t work like it supposed to. It’s important to keep a customer happy but not with service reps that don’t know how to correct a problem. Unacceptable!

@ring I shouldn’t have to constantly battle my base going offline for “internet connection issues” when everything else in my house on the same network is working perfectly fine. Unbelievably irritating when you can’t arm your system before bed because of this.

@ring - we opened the app to change our email but were forced to first change our password. The confirmation emails are going to the email account that no longer exists… and now we can’t access anything else in the app. We can’t even see our own cameras! How do we fix this?

@ring Please let people know that Ring doesn't keep you safe. That bad guys now have the ability to disable "Jam" it with something they can buy online for like $10.00 We learned this the hard way, they jammed two Ring cameras and stole our tools. Cops said: Hardwire U'r Cameras

@ring your customer service is really poor. You send me a coupon code, then your ordering system invalidates the code by "offering" a free sign...it wouldn't be a big deal if you could just adjust my order. But why would you help your customer out by doing that? 👎👎👎

@SaltedOnion @ring I'm disgusted by the non help I'm getting of ring, one of their managers was also laughing at us on the phone today about a complaint that has now been going on for over a month and have spent about 3 hours on the phone to them, still no further forward

@ring It’s the same as the issue from the weekend. That you looked at then. And that I ended up resolving then. That I’ve resolved in the same way now. Very poor!

@RaeCrothers @ring That’s pretty odd. You need to test your WiFi speed rather than the ISP speed as there is definitely an issue with the 2.4Ghz signal.

@ring When I go to the timeline and scroll to a recording, for example 10 minutes ago, it jumps to events 3 hours ago instead. I have to scroll through all 3 hours to get back to the event I want. Happens every time to every device. My app and iOS are up to date. Plz help.

About to replace every @Ring camera in the house! Trying to login on a new phone and the ridiculously implemented 2FA is stopping me from accessing the app. I get wanting security but the hoops of trying to login to a previously used device to generate a code is STUPID! #Fail

@ring Hi. My parents moved into a new home in February 2022. Contacted Ring about transferring the video doorbell to them as the previous owner wasn't replying. Acknowledgement but nothing since. Ended up having to buy a new video door bell this week. Really poor service.

Our @ring doorbell decided to go offline & won’t reconnect to wifi (nothing has changed). On the phone w support for 1hr; they can’t resolve the issue. We even asked our wifi provider to split our wifi (5 vs 2.4) & it still won’t connect. We’ve had the doorbell less than 1 mos😤
