How **** are @Ring? Bought a #videodoorbell last month, 🔋 lasted 3hrs, 📞 them, sent replacement 🔋 lasted 3hrs again, 📞 them, they (reluctantly) ordered me a replacement doorbell, hasn't arrived within 2wk period, 📞 them again, now out of stock, wait a further 2wks! #AVOID

@ring Hi Please can you help. Everytime recently we put our bell on charge it shows its charging but nothing happens and so it get filly discharged which is frustrating. Please can you help as the whole idea is to keep an eye on things and we even looking to buy your floodlight.

@wadeis @ring @doorbird It seems like a common enough problem for geeky renters that want to digitalize, but can't necessarily bring the whole building along. A friend in Berlin did a basic hack with an ESP32 board and some GPIO pins to remotely push "open". The inside units are usually pretty "dumb".

Hey @ADT prvd a svc & products that work. Doorbell cam installed yesterday. $300 install fee & waited 5- hrs for tech. Cam went down last night when my family needed it. @ADT cmr svc told me to wait ather 5 hrs today for fix. Awful prdct, svc & protection. Shld've got @ring

@jaimecamil @ring I can’t speak Spanish so I’m just going to speak in English! I also have a Ring doorbell, the only bad thing is that the battery literally only lasts me a month. I also keep getting motion notifications even tho I have set specific zones. Other than that, it’s great!

@ring idk why but since your outage last April, I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. My ring is hardwired but still draining the battery. Replaced the doorbell, bought a BACKUP battery - STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. Electrician checked my wiring for doorbell which was fine. 🙄 1/2

@ring ITS HARDWIRED. Hence, I’m not sure WHY the battery is constantly draining. It should NOT be pulling power from the battery. It did not have this issue prior to that outage.

@lizzzyk66 @ring Does it record or only show live stream of what's happening? Sounds like it records, which is great. Also, I live at a poorly-lit, sharp turn. We've witnessed 2 REALLY bad accidents just sitting here in the liv rm. Would be good to have a camera to help out w/what happened.

@ring Thx for the info. To bad: Alexa Guard is yet not available in Germany. I own a doorbell, Ring app installed, paying for the cloud. I thought it would be enoungh to buy an Echo Dot, subscribe to Guard free /smole alarms included) in order to receive notifications in case of emerg.

I was telling a Fireman at the new hm that I wish we had Alexa2 have her call 911 & she woke up & said she could not. Alexa needs 2offers this option 2call 4said handsF emergency
