@ring That the person never responded to my invitation....which is false. They did. I did it for them. WHENEVER there's an issue your customer service just reiterates what's SUPPOSED to happen, but never does happen because the app doesn't have those options that should be there.

@ring I have the new ring hardwired and have the same Rich note issue. The device is useless without it, as I get many alerts per hour. I am disappointed. I'm a new customer who has never used ring without rich note...until now.

Too bad the #ringapp is SUCH a HUGE issue. I'm about to toss my @ring cameras, my solar panel that barely works, and my echo show into the trash and get the @googlenest cameras instead. Can't even add a shared user without issues! Can't do anything w/o issues, really!

@ring I will join the choir on the rich notifications not working. Very frustrated that it is taking this long to fix. Away on vacation last week and having to go live for every notification was/is ridiculous. Don't worry about pasting your canned response. I have already read them all

@ring How much longer will the rich notification be down? This is such an inconvenience to wait for the history to process the video to see what happened 30 sec to a minute prior.

@ring It is absurd that rich notifications have been down for this long. Both battery and wired devices. My subscription renews soon and I’ll find another if this is not resolved. Lil ole me might not matter much to you but I suspect I won’t be the only one not renewing.
