@ring Hey. I've been kicked from my app and account today. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Also changed the password on the account. Still unable to log in or use the app. Just keep getting an error message. Shed any light please?

@Free__Tech @ring Yep have one think I was telling you before about wiring it into 5volt charger. The batt life on them are crap especially if your in a cold area .I was only getting 4 days out of mine so went down the road of wiring it in👍👍

@Free__Tech @ring I use nest and wired it so I never have that problem. Take a bit longer to run the wiring but saves a lot of head ache later . I had the ring and didn’t end up liking it .

@ring by the time any of your cameras “Activate Device” the bad guys could already be inside someone’s house. FIX IT. Cameras that are sitting on top of my router can’t even connect without taking 5 minutes to think about it. My @SimpliSafe camera connects instantly.

@ring I received an email from you with a code for a complimentary faceplate but the link to redeem opens a page that doesn’t exist anymore and the code is invalid when trying to complete the order manually… help please!

@troyhunt @Ubiquiti You're not the only one with weird unifi issues. My @Ring Doorbell Pro 2 will connect to my AC-Lite, but not my newer U6-Lite. SO weird! Unlike you I don't have the technical ability to try and figure out what's going on... Hope a firmwire fix will fix it eventually...

@ring worst customer experience I’ve ever had. been waiting for a replacement doorbell for over a month now. Been calling customer services almost every day for a status update only to be told nobody knows what’s happened have escalated but never receive a call from a manager.

@RING live cam alerts do not load until activity is gone, or the app crashes or loads black screens.. *Now 'Neighbor's feature is not working and completely crashes #RING. Have reinstalled. Come on #RING @Amazon... FIX your frigging app! Read recent reviews in Play Store.

@ring I put TWO different returns in ONE box to ship and your return team can't figure it out. Refunded me for one item. And the" support" help desk in Asia is terrible. Multiple phone calls this week and still no resolution.

@ring Please note that alexa greetings are not working if ring app is installed on samsung @smartthings refrigerators. Live view is automatically activated when someone is pressing doorbell button. Alexa recognize this action as answered.

@ring I have a new ring 4 doorbell and once setting it up, I got an email saying I can get a complimentary faceplate, but when I enter the code it doesn’t work, as it says it can only be used for the doorbell pro 2 but the email says the free faceplate is for my ring 4? Help!

@ring its a shame that you promised to replace our broken video doorbell and then changed your mind without letting us know. I was only told this when I called chasing delivery. No reply to my compliant as per your advised timelines either. Very poor customer service.
