    @YNB @florenceRN78 @ring These nice car mother ******* are the worst. They look down on your for not getting an electric car to save the environment but, as they drive down the roads, (after I can now assume stealing peoples ****) they are also littering all of the trash inside their cars.

    Wow @ring that's quite the pricing model. 1 camera costs $60 per year, but 2 cameras is $150?!? That's some first class horse **** right there. 2 ring cams hitting ebay this morning if you want em back

    @ring We installed and paid for a doorbell for my mother in law. She passed away 3 years ago. We kept it in the house until it was sold last year. She is gone. The house is gone. The doorbell is gone. We have tried over and over to stop the recurring charge but you won’t help us. We can’t get an email on her account that no longer exists. How can you help me?

    @ring Is there a reason why our doorbell decides when it wants to record? We can go live no problem and it does record when it wants to, but the last 2 days there's chunks of videos, hours! Missing. No settings have been changed and our Internet connection has been stable

    My @ring Floodlight Camera Pro that is less than six months old went dead on 3/8, and after two contacts with your customer service I still do not know when the replacement will come. Terrible service so far

    How scary is it to look through your home surveillance “safety” camera & see items missing/ disturbed in the view but no recording of how it happened? @ring I updated my app and still this **** is missing motion. On a dead end street. Please explain yourself.

    @DHSgov : @ring allows ICE to be doxxed and organized notifications to disrupt and potentially harm officers and protesters. Please repost. I have complained via phone, email and text for almost a year and yet they still allow content that is NOT allowed and is illegal on other platforms. I flag content as illegal yet they still allowed posts to remain on the platform. Their fix: we can change your notifications so that YOU don’t see them anymore.

    Most times I attempt to view my @ring Safety Cameras I get error messages cause the robbery rings that Friended me are viewing & ILLEGALLY INVADING MY PRIVACY Even with Small Children in PLAIN VIEW being Normal.     @ring my chime pro 2 has been flashing green/blue for over two hours now. I’ve tried turning it off and on again, holding button down for 15 seconds. No joy can you help?

    @ring I need you to understand that the reason I haven't signed up for the AI plan isn't because I haven't tried it, but rather because I am tired of subscription cost increases. I appreciate the trial, but you're asking for too much money. That's the problem.

    @ring once again one of my ring devices has gone tits up straight after warranty period has ended. This time floodlight cam strobing , pretty obvious that is a manufacturing issue the amount of complaints.

    @ring my floodlight camera plus died and I’ve been waiting for a replacement under warranty for 2 weeks.Your support told me today that they are out of stock and don’t have a date on when they will be available.This is bad,I don’t have security on my patio. Ring must resolve this

    @ring Why did you sell footage from my doorbell to @progressive insurance so they could show my neighbors they have prior damage to a vehicle? Ring is trash and I’m getting rid of today.

    @YNB @ring Let me help people out, —-that white folks steal so casually. They're brazen in how chill they are about committing crime. Is it because they can do it so often and easily in life with little or no consequence? This does not help, IN ANY WAY, the FIGHT against hatred and bigotry

    @Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

    Amazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy! This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

    @ring I have called and asked well within six months. Then I promised that they were sending something out to me. Hoping it would help. That never showed up. What ever that was. I stopped my cloud because the cameras didn’t work all the time

    @ring my Ring doorbell service isn't perfect but when it works it works. But something has happened with a lawn service that damaged my property deliberately and some how shut my cameras down? Does anyone know how please?

    My Ring order shipped via USPS tracking #9361289735052383424743 shows "Out for Delivery" since Aug 15, but no delivery yet. Dropped off to local post office by Ring/Amazon on Aug 10. Ring support is of no help. Why is a simple order stuck in limbo? @Ring @Amazon @USPS
