@ring may have the worst customer service of any manufacturer. It has taken 13 calls averaging 33 minutes a call and they still can't get it right. Plus it has been 20 days and still no camera delivery. Uuugh

@marytufts @ring Well, maybe yours has a technical problem, mine works just fine since 2 years. And never forget: It‘s a technical device, connected BY you and IN your network. So who knows where the faulty device realy sits... ;)

@ring All of a sudden, my front door camera doesn’t work. When I try to reconnect, it says I need to update the app, but no app update is available for iPhone. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted/downloaded the app, but every time I try to connect to Wifi it fails. Help?

@ring Requesting a code that gets sent to my old phone number? This is no help… I’ve updated my phone number on my Amazon account. On your login page it uses the Amazon system login that is broken by not changing my updated contact info that I have already changed. I’d pay more to NOT

@ring Ring Doorbell catches a lot of bass themselves with faulty cameras, failure to correct auto payments and posting that you are let. Cameras refuse to pickup people on your property but they have no problem telling credit agencies it was your fault.

My @ring doorbell keeps going offline. No changes to WiFi or router, reset my router. Split the networks on a 2.4 & 5. Reset the ring cam. This is the second time this month. Faulty ring cam?

@ring No thanks. I don't have the time for these "Its your setup, reinstall your app and reset your wifi" suggestions anymore. Same problem on 3 different wifi networks, 2 routers, 2 ISPs, 3 different phones on 3 carriers over the last 4 years. It's not me, it's you.

@ring how's your doorbell going to ask me if I have changed wifi, I say no and it still won't connect to the wifi?? I'm literally next to the wifi, the chime is connected to wifi but doorbell won't reconnect. This is like the 3rd I have this annoying issue with your product

The @ring doorbell is useless. Goes offline when you’re a thousand miles away and asks you to restart it by standing next to it and pushing a button. Useless.

@ring @ring still not help at all. Basically the same answer which is to buy another doorbell or go to court/get a letter from a lawyer. Absolutely appalling - I will purchase another doorbell & it will not be a @ring product! Never again!
