@ring I’ve been a customer for about 4-5 years and with several products. You guys don’t support your loyal customers. Having a problem with a new ring and the only option I was presented with is call an electrician on my dime! It’s easier to get another company’s product.

@ring I’m trying to log into my app and it keeps telling me it doesn’t recognise my device/browser so it won’t email me a authenticating code and that I need to get the code from the app/account I can’t log into. Please help. I’m in the uk. I don’t want to call the US.

@DerekLinfitt @ring Judging by your replies to me and Ring I am starting to understand why they didn't rush to sort you out. Calling out bad customer service publicly is the right thing to do, but you seem to be one of those 'whatever someone suggests you find a reason to not do it' kinda folk.

@ring No error to see, you click "Manage my account" wait 5 minutes, then click "Update payment method", "Replace payment method" wait 5 minutes and it redirects you right back to the Dashboard, simply just does not work. You can see the flow in your analytics trail.

@ring cameras are only meant to last 3 years before they break down and fail. Almost as if by design. Time to replace mine with another brand that cares to make quality products. How sad.

@ring Is there still no way to promote a second account to “owner”? My spouse has owner and I have shared, cams keep disconnecting and the help docs tell me to do something I am unable to do with my limited access.

@ring I've done all the troubleshooting w/customer reps, as well as on my own (I'm a tech person). Made every adjustment possible to every cam. Had one replaced. Even bought MORE cameras to try to cover better. Ring cams are just bad products. I'm interested in other brands now, sorry.

@h_duk @ring Omg. I called them out AFTER 3 different attempts being completely cooperative. Ring has all the messages from my third attempt at trying to get answers. They can post them to show how cooperative I was up until they said too bad.

@catladyactivist @adamsmomof4 @ring I use Blink cameras for my travel trailer. They’re a C- at best. If you want a serious surveillance system, consider a BlueIris server. It will cost you more, but it will never let you down!

I own 8 @ring cameras, 3 to cover areas the first 5 were failing to consistently record events from 🙄 allowing a thief to go undetected twice. Load times mean doorbell cam is usually worthless. Motion freezes at important times. They randomly go offline. Looking for better cams.

@h_duk @ring I treated them right through three different processes. After they said too bad even though the monitoring proved it was within warranty I let people know. How is that not treating them right? Calling out bad customer service isn’t wrong.
