King•VP (@IDDQD_VP) reported@ring No, if you read my email, we do not. His account is linked to his mobile phone, which is disabled. There is no way we can login. My mother purchased a new account meanwhile.

Scotty J (@Its34Again) reportedDay 15 of asking .@ring to address the iOS widget issue and despite all the promises NOTHING has been done. They just don’t care, do they!
-
Barry Harding (@BazzaHards) reported@ring not impressed with your customer service 😡 You send me a faulty product, can’t resolve the issue despite 5 phone calls (kept getting disconnected by you), then I have all of the inconvenience of sending faulty bit back BEFORE you send me a replacement ! Shocking 🤷🏻😡😡
-
Dan Johnson (@DanJohnsonAB) reported@ring was a mistake. It demands a signin and password constantly and doesn't n recognize me, and when I ask for help, I can only get no-reply, notifications.ring.

Crazed Dems 🇺🇸 (@FreedomAlways9) reported@ring How do I turn off this completely useless AI ****? Giving you a long description of what you're literally seeing with your eyes? Completely useless but everyone has to try to implement AI in some fashion to show how up to date they are
-
jack (@ApeManitoba) reported@ring non-functioning customer service. I’ve spent two hours two different days on the phone trying to get a clear answer on transferring an account. Information that’s contradictory and hard to understand literally. A good company bad customer service
-
Shane Marshall (@semarshall2007) reportedPiece of **** @ring can’t event ******* record any ******* thing worth using unless it’s for there ******* use.
-
Alexi atherton (@Alexi2088) reported@ring Three calls. Three different advisers. Around 25 minutes on each call. Three terminated calls before my issue was resolved. That’s over an hour of my time wasted with nothing to show for it. Easily some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
-
Vikas Chowdhry (@english_august) reportedI’ve spent 10 minutes on @ring app trying to figure out how to configure which @AmazonAlexa device rings for my ring camera but I don’t have a clue! Apparently “linked chimes” does it if you have a chime but “linked devices” option is something entirely else. Alexa and Ring apps are two worst designed apps and despite all the talk about AI capabilities from Amazon, their AI supported queries functionality is absolutely unusable.
-
𝓐𝓵𝓲 (@aliezad) reported@ring on my apple watch, the alerts usually include a snapshot from the ring cam. But randomly, there would be no picture and just the text about someone being at front door. I have been noticing this more since last couple of months. Can you look into this and fix in a future update?
-
Toby on X (@tobymedia) reported@ring Yeah that’s pretty pathetic to be honest. Your app could at least link to the relevant website page! I managed to login to website & find the page to subscribe but again there were issues. So I may go with Blink instead.
-
ZerohedgeIsFakeNews (@Turbolag12) reportedMoved @amazonalexa Echo Show to a bathroom closet where it will be used as a clock. Inability to turn off pop-up ads is unacceptable. Nonstop motion in my peripheral vision in my office. Wanted @Ring notifications, but that implementation is piss poor & the device chokes. FU AMZN

musnom (@mus_nom) reportedcanopy day 16: - @posthog Fireside chat via Tim Glaser (key takeaway: product-founder fit matters as much as product-market fit --> if you’re not naturally interested in the problem, you'll prob quit so try your best to avoid such situations. - @ring Fireside chat via @JamieSiminoff, very interesting talk - gym & some feature debugging - no studying done unsurprisingly

Helen D (@Helen_D_Snow) reported@amazon @ring I am writing to request assistance with a long-standing technical issue affecting my Amazon account. For several months (possibly close to a year), I have been completely unable to use the Customer Service Chat feature. Every time I attempt to start a chat, I receive the following error message: “Sorry, it looks like we hit a snag. Please select Try chat again. If you see this message again, you can try another help option.” This problem occurs consistently: On every order, not just a specific one. In the Amazon mobile app. Repeatedly over many months. Selecting “Try chat again” never resolves the issue. Because this has persisted for such a long time, I believe it may be related to my account or a backend technical issue rather than a temporary system error. The inability to use Customer Service Chat has made it very difficult for me to contact Amazon whenever I need assistance. I would greatly appreciate it if your technical team could investigate my account and restore my access to the Chat service. I have already contacted Customer Service multiple times regarding this issue. Unfortunately, the problem has never been resolved, so I am reaching out to your Executive Customer Relations team in the hope that it can be investigated by the appropriate technical team. If any additional information, screenshots, or account details are needed, I would be happy to provide them. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I have always appreciated Amazon’s customer service and hope this issue can be resolved. Attached is a screenshot of the error message for your reference.

Gordon **** (@FirstAuntyJebus) reported@LindyQ2222 @ring And also a gun. Imagine only having a shovel to defend yourself with when he breaks down your door and walks right in... because that's exactly what happened next to the home owner.
-
DonutOfDoom (@AnusOfDoom) reported@AFLcomau 🚨🚨🚨 My neighbour barracks for the Dons and 3 weeks ago I caught her on my @ring doing a girthy **** 💩on our doorstep so I’ve little to no sympathy for Don fans at the minute. 🙄 They’re filthy animals imho🎯

Tommy Shane (@_TommyShane_) reported@ring customer service is terrible. Bought a new device only for it to stop working under less than a year. They send a refurbished one that stops working and the best they can do is advise us to purchase a new one and offer us “25% off” #trash

Misses microwaving fish in the office (@richgjaci) reported@HDCares @HomeDepot Sunnyvale CA Kifer Rd store couldn't help with @ring cameras. It was self service but I couldn't get to any of the product as it was in a cage . I even showed the staff members the product and its location in the app and still couldn't get any assistance.

Lee Cordrey (@Leeroy64Cordrey) reported@ring you devices are terrible, how can something that has worked for so long be so difficult to reconnect. All of my stuff works and these devices will not connect and when they do they randomly disconnect. The reconnection method is a joke
