Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. We can go live no problem and it does record when it wants to, but the last 2 days there's chunks of videos, hours! Missing. No settings have been changed and our Internet connection has been stable

I have complained via phone, email and text for almost a year and yet they still allow content that is NOT allowed and is illegal on other platforms. I flag content as illegal yet they still allowed posts to remain on the platform. Their fix: we can change your notifications so that YOU don’t see them anymore.

Currently, you *cannot* configure a brand new system to operate at a level below Protect Pro for 30 days... Please fix.
