@ring my keypad that is plugged in all the time keep going offline this last month. If unplug/ plug in from the elec socket, nothing happens. Had to unplug/plug on the cord to keypad side to be online & charge battery. Then it goes offline again a few days later. Any suggestions?

@ring Nearly 3 months later & I’m still waiting for someone to help me with the issue with a device detecting all motion even when People Only mode is enabled. This makes me very hesitant to place the safety and security of my home and family in Ring’s hands. Will anyone ever help me?

So I installed my first @Ring camera and a day later a police car stopped in front of my house and the officer got out, walked up and down the sidewalk for a while and then left. Has anyone else had this happen?

@ring customer care queue longer than 45m wait. Select call-back option. They call back 2 hours later, I pick up and then they hang up immediately. Clear example of poor #CustomerService metric management driving an even worse #customerexperience.
