    @ring I have the premium plus protection plan and all I see is a 30 sec blank recording, and no sound. I do have a Samusung Smart Fridge that displays my camera views. When will you fix this? Missed an important message yesterday. Not happy.

    @ring My issue is it’s 2.5 yrs old, it’s had this issue for over 6 months. Something relatively new & designed as a doorbell should not break. I will not, even with a discount spend more money on something that breaks within 2 years. This is poor customer service & poor equipment

    The @ring app is so bad. If you ever actually need it to load on Android, it doesn't. It's so unreliable it would make a $400+ investment on hardware worth throwing out if @SimpliSafe would be a meeting responsive, reliable experience.

    @ring Placed an order for Ring 3 Doorbell camera on 07/17/21 and the status still is Sent to Fulfillment. If I had ordered on web, would have received next day or could have procured from a local store same day. #001-3092122 Sent for Fulfillment. Help please!

    @ring I’ve done this, the only resolution I’ve been given is a discount to buy a new doorbell! The resolution I want is a replacement as it’s clearly faulty down to no fault of my own

    @Vnxe90 @ring I didn't touch a thing and it happened. 2 locations on different wifi. So it is a Ring issue. Probably an update that they pushed out. Scary that they can cause big issues like that.

    @ring @JoeSarsero Check out Reddit. Lots of buzz there with people with same issue. I have issue too at 2 locations so it is Ring and not you. They need to admit that.

    @ring support at it's worst. Ordered a doorbell pro 2 with accessories. Only received the accessories but not the doorbell. All support has been doing is escalate my ticket with absolutely no other useful response!

    @ring Ring Live Feed freezing and crashing the app, Android Latest version, problem occurred 3 months + and still. All troubleshooting, nothing worked. Problem is famous on all Android mobile phones. Please read the user reviews on Playstore and DO SOMETHING

    @ring has got to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with customer service wise. You’d think after purchasing thousands of dollars in products you’d get one competent customer service rep. Super disappointed

    @ring Doorbell stopped charging after 2 years. Nothing wrong with the battery, wiring, or wifi. Supports says buy a new one. Seems like a base plate issue. Will trash before buying another one.

    @Ring help! Spent 2hrs on phone w your support. They offered a discount to buy a new one. Our previous homeowners deleted the account before deleting the #ring . What can be done to rectify this? It shouldn’t be this hard!!

    @ring is there an issue with doorbells being knocked offline and power going from hardwired to battery? Lots of buzz on reddit and it happened to me too.

    @ring it's crazy how many times this doesn't connect when i need it and it misses video recordings. Going to cancel it and toss in trash where it belongs

    @ring I have a ring stick up cam that I just bought. I was going to put it on the ceiling w the included screws but my app doesn’t have a rotate view. Obviously this doesn’t work as the view is upside down. Please help. Thank you.

    @spunonlife @ring They kinda tried to help, and the support person I spoke to was very polite and efficient, but they were unable to send out a replacement as apparently the Ring I'm using is one that should have been replaced before so it's all a bit of a mess..

    @ring Why is our ring cam saying offline on the app but is connected to WiFi? Seems to be problem with live view as it captured movement when I went to reconnect it. First noticed this at 4am today.

    @ring can you advise on a issue that I have just started to experience. I have my gen 3 door bell hardwired to a ring adapter and the battery has drained and gone flat. This has worked fine for months but now have had to remove battery and charge. No settings have been changed
