    I didn’t receive a call my @ring went off bc my # is not 1st to call in @ring system when it’s clearly listed on my app. Trusting the app to communicate with @ring and to protect my house. Gross error that they don’t have the correct info from my app and can’t explain why.

    @ring I have the ring spotlight camera and every time the battery is low, I try to replace it with ones that I have charged, and they never hold a charge.I have called customer support so many times and wasted so many hours on the phone & chat. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    @ring my ring doorbell is 18 months old but has just stopped working, it won't reconnect to WiFi, we have no issues at all with the WiFi but its constantly offline.Iit is battery powered and is fully charged. I have googled solutions but nothing helps ..please help

    @TrainerVern @ring I think this is definitely a xfinity problem. My xfinity service has been having outages for over a week now and ever since then none of my ring devices will reconnect. It’s almost like they pushed out a update that messed with the 2.4 ghz band which most ring devices connect to.

    @Kaeleylaurenn @ring I never heard of Blink or Arlo but the internet has...lol The reviews for both are great. How is the Camara Quality for Blink? I need to leave RING soon. To many times the Camera goes offline. Do you have that Problem with Blink?

    @ring Customer service is terrible. I purchased a new $538 Ring alarm that is supposed to come with a free yard sign and they said I would have to return the system and reorder to get the free yard sign.

    @ring this sucks. My electrician installs a light, 20’ high and throws away the box. Tech says i can’t install@on app without calling my electrician back. Returning all this junk. Stupid. I see the lights WiFi. Tech won’t help.

    @purplelove021 @ring I have one blink camera probably 100 yards from the house. Only have an issue when it's super cold out. Otherwise no wifi issues. I can get to my cameras no matter where I am.

    i know that having a ring doorbell is for cops and general shitbags, but my building owner added them to my building and now this stupid ****** thing won’t connect to my new wifi. literally no way to configure it either. **** you, @ring

    @ring I am having trouble with my Ring stick up cam and the Ring app. I normally toggle my camera off during the day and toggle it back on at night. Within the last few days, when I try to toggle it back on using the app, it will not do it unless I go through the website.

    @ring I don't need help mounting it. I'm perfectly capable of drilling more holes in the side of my house. The issue is your company making a crap design choice to not make life easier for your existing customers.

    Goodmorning. I am wondering if it seems reasonable that you need to go outside, climb a ladder 1 1/2 stories in order to press a frozen button on a @ring out door security camera in -23 weather so you can change the WI-FI information? Come @ring you need to fix #ring #camera

    @ring I am still having issues and the customer care has either hung up on me or not reached out to my last few DMS and also the form I filled in. Very frustrating no response and my chimes are still not working! At this stage asking @ringostarrmusic would be more helpful

    @ring Yea, it was important for me to receive a new security camera 4 months ago when my replacement was a warranty issue. It’s ridiculous the company hasn’t satisfied this order.

    @ring Hi Ring. Problem with your most recent iPhone app software update 5.56.1 Affects Stick Up Cam only. You can turn motion detection off but then cannot turn motion detection back on. Please fix. Tech support contacted but no help.

    @ring how can you justify not having a basic feature like speaker volume control on your doorbell? 🤯 on a 2nd gen model as well!It’s going straight back. What a terrible design. The WHOLE street can hear my mum telling me not to stand outside the door in the middle of the night!

    Don’t bother with @ring products. Their customer service is the worst and instead of offering a solution they make you repeat steps you’ve done over and over again. Now I see why people move to Eufy. Guess we will too

    @ring I have replaced Ringdoorbell battery many times and adjusted the area reduced pick up footage and I have missed some very important activity can someone help others with battery issues

    @ring what is happening with the Ring cameras for customers with Xfinity/Comcast as their ISP. Xfinity had problems all last week. Finally resolved it. But now no Ring cameras will not connect. Even new replacement cameras won’t connect. Ring blames Xfinity and vise versa. HELP !
