@ring I'm having trouble with my app loading any of my cameras it is either saying can't load my location or my mobile device is offline when it is clearly not this is not the first time something has gone wrong please look into this

@ring Have just uninstalled app, reinstalled, now cant log in. I wish I'd looked on here before trying to fix it my end. Just get error messages when trying to log in grr nvm 🙄

@ring Turned wifi on and off a few times. restarted tablet a couple times. said some swear words a couple times. double checked i paid the service a couple times and look online to see its being a announced an outage. so publicly saying hey look people don't have security!

Sooo... @ring is down, can't log into website, US phone number won't connect, chat is down, cameras not working, you name it. If you're expecting a delivery today maybe just work from your front porch. A package of mine was stolen the instant it was delivered. 😡

@ring @mcintoshc16 This has actually been an ongoing problem, not just today. I haven't been able to connect straight away for weeks. It comes up saying 'this is taking longer than expected'. I have ring 3, the camera doesn't pick up half the motion outside, and the quality of the pic is poor.
