@ring Brilliant, not even managed a month without another outage! What’s the point in having this doorbell if it breaks down all the time, I’m disabled, this was the whole point of having a) security before I open the door and b) not having to get up as I have limited mobility 😡

@ring Things like this happens. But please atleast fix your app to give proper error message. This is very basic programming stuff. You wasted so many customer's time because of unrelated app error message and we have no clue on what's going on.

@jbt70094 @resisthaters @ring It's AWS down. But #RING doesn't say that. RING offers no help or information to help you assess safety risk. You're forced to research it online, follow time conversion tables from UTC to local time zone to even figure out when they posted the last nonsense "status" update.

@ring "You're aware of the service 'interruption' (OUTAGE all day) -- but what are you doing to get our security cams back online? This is putting all owner's homes and their personal safety at-risk! #RING should have system redundancies and a fail-safe backup in place for this!

@ring ACTUALLY, i'm ok with ring being down seeing i dont use the service. What really troubled me was amazon music not working. I had to listen to myself trying to sing during a 2 hour road trip !
