@ring must say extremely disappointed -customer service Told there is a software issue and it will not connect. Only about 18mths old. To resolve why don't you buy a new product. Sorry 'no' why can't you resolve your software issue to allow it to work or replace faulty hardware

@adidas had @FedEx deliver a package. The driver took it because I was not home, but marked it delivered! Video footage to prove it. Thank you @ring It’s disgusting! Claims department is no help. More money for them, nothing for me!

@ring I need footage of a vehicle involved in a crime. I have one video from a neighbor but need more footage from other neighbors, how should I approach? I have a timestamp and case report w/ LE. Main problem is the large # of neighbors. Is knocking door to door the only way w/ this?

Using the Neighbors app, police are able to request access to customers' video footage to "aid in investigations", without informing the customer. You think you own your video feed? nah its the govs

@ring What is the deal with Ring Doorbell going offline all the time. Before you start with the whole spiel about my internet connection and moving the router nearer etc. It’s as near as possible. Nothing else in the house has any issue with the wifi including Ring floodlight.

@ring My Ring system was purchased for my minor daughter 4 years ago - it hasn’t been used I more than 2 years - I just want a refund for the plan renewal. Reps refuse to cancel - you should be able to see it isn’t active - there’s no security issue - stop scamming people

@ring is there a connection issue at the moment ???? Ring app says doorbell and 2 chimes are offline, but when doorbell is pressed my Alexa still tells me there so someone at the door
