  @ring worst customer service. Spent over $500 on cameras and a doorbell. I never received the doorbell, even though UPS says it was delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send a replacement. Have yet to receive it.

  @amazon @ring Most inept company I have seen. More packages coming today and tomorrow and I guarantee going to wrong street again. Your drivers are too stupid to realize 9th street is not 9th place despite me leaving delivery instructions pointing that out. Your automated bots in customer service is worse.   Day FORTY of .@Ring STILL not fixing the iOS widgets. Even though there’s been THREE app updates in that time. They REALLY don’t care about us customers do they. If you’re not going to fix this issue can you let us know please. You’re just laughing at us now.

  Hey @ring You sent me a partially fulfilled order. There is nowhere to find the order that was not sent. The tracking number listed is for only the partial order received. There is no tracking number for the items that were not sent. I tried chat and they gave me a number to call. All that did was loop back to the website showing my order, but THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT YOU DID NOT SEND. FIX THIS! IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SENT. Pending status does not cut it. Never ordering again unless you fix this.

  @ring My 2020 stick up cam suddenly stopped working. Moved to a new location after which it wouldn't power up (batt is full). I've tried resetting it by: removing the battery for >1 hour, holding the reset button for 20+ seconds, and tapping the reset button several times. Help!

  @ring I only need a replacement part. If Ring can't provide the part needed to fix my device, they should replace the unit with a comparable upgraded model at no cost. Customers shouldn't be penalized because parts are unavailable.

  @DesireeAmerica4 It's for determining traffic usage for road maintenance planning you fking retards. They use to use a pneumatic hose to count the traffic, now it's more precise. In the 70's we would blow in the hose to run the count up. Y'all just keep slapping your @ring cameras on your doors!

  @AngieJandro @ring I was in my bedroom and the phone went off- there was a message saying a delivery from Amazon was left at the door AND then I check the video and there it was, the driver was putting another package down. This is AWESOME.

  @ring as soon as you started pushing your new 4kcameras, the batteries for the old (new) unit do not longer last the two weeks they used to. Every 24 hours I must replace it for a charged one. I had a similar issue with another product which the service vendor increased amperage

  brought the new @Ring 2K battery dorrbell to replace my old 3. The viewing angle is awful. With the camera next to the door, you can’t see the door. Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring
