@ring has the absolute worst customer service. You ask them where your order is (that hasn't shipped a week after you ordered it) and you have to wait 72 hours for a response. I will never recommend them ever

@ring Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with the Ring Doorbell Pro. It keeps losing wifi connection. Signal is good and the doorbell reconnects if it registers movement/there's a person at the door or if someone rings it (button press).

So I'm having issues with my @ArloSmartHome go. Not even half paid off yet its missing motions. I've contacted customer service. Took battery out 5 times blah blah nothing. Tried via Twitter. No help whats so ever. So I will have to say I have 3 @ring cameras. Awesome

@inetbampot45 @ring Yes lots of reports from customers of exactly the same issue : cams show as offline in the app and do not update the dashboard image and you cannot Liveview… but they are still recoding motion and snapshots in their timeline.

@ring I just spent 30 mins with support diagnosing that 2 of my solar pathlight batteries are bad. Instead of mailing new batteries, your team says they have to send 2 new pathlights (and I have to ship 2 back). This is bad for the customer, the environment, and costly to Ring!

@ring Hi folks. My doorbell pro button has cracked and split. I called support yesterday and she was adamite that a new faceplate will solve this. I told her I didn't think that would do it but she ordered a replacement. Can someone here help me with a replacement?
