    @ring Motion history for my doorbell is not being captured. The video is not there even though there is motion. Please fix. Rebooting my wifi did not fix it.

    Tip for all @ring doorbell owners. Write down ALL your 5-digit (QR) codes. That way when you get asked by the app to enter the number you don’t have to uninstall your device from the wall just to get the number.

    I do not, will not, recommend @ring at any time. Gaps and gaps of time, does not detect motion and does not reset. Trash product.

    I can confirm that the new @ring chimes are as **** as the old ones. Consistently shoddy hardware and technology. Buy a different smart doorbell because this one aint

    Our truck got broken into. No broken glass, no broken locks. Someone used a key to get in (all of ours are accounted for). They stole an item worth $250 (read: priceless - it was a Christmas gift last year). Unfortunately, our @ring camera didn't pick up movement...

    Your own employee agreed & said it didn't make sense that @ring is not communicating with users on this error but is instead trying to keep it hush-hush. Likely because you don't want it to be misconstrued that @ring is not secure...since you know, you're a security company.

    @ring I have a 2020 Ring Video Doorbell that's hardwired and still somehow got down to 3% battery with no warning. It doesn't charge when I plug in usb...does it have to be disconnected from doorbell wires in order to charge? Very disappointed.

    So @ring you need a MAJOR lesson in Product Development & PR Communications. Maybe just re-tweet this thread and save the ENTIRE team you have dedicated to working on this issue right now (a member of your team told me there is a whole crew assigned to this).

    The @ring customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. I have spent hours on chat and on phone with them regarding an item that was never delivered. I have to put a dispute on my credit card to get the refund. Their escalation procedure is black box for you.

    So I spent over an hour with @ring who asked me the same 5 questions OVER & OVER & OVER AGAIN until I literally freaked out, had to walk around a grocery store to cool ******** off & then call support to try again.

    @ring hey! I have installed a Ring Doorbell 3 successfully. I am having trouble with the chime, it doesn't work and leads me to think there is a problem with my modem. But my ring doorbell 3 works? Can you help?

    So instead, you'd rather inconvenience & frustrate customers trying to understand WHAT ******** just happened. I'm real glad *insert sarcasm* I spent $600 on a bunch of new devices to give my family for Christmas. I hope they don't experience the same frustrations with @ring.

    @ring I called ring and was told I would get a chime in 3 business day! It has been 2 weeks and no chime and not even a tracking number! This is so disappointing! Worst customer service ever!!! I will never order from ring again!

    @ring My base station keep failing to reconnect-then I manually do it-then you all tell me if it happens again....but I won't be there when it happens again...just like last time....so how do we determine what is causing it and fix it remotely or is this just poor reliability?

    @ring we placed an order with you on 27th Nov 2020 and after having to contact you several times already still have no tracking information on our order. This is absolutely terrible customer service seeing as we’ve spent over £500 with your company. Please advise us on this!

    @ring Your product is trash. Your neighborhood videos are of lost dogs and cats. The video start is delayed and hardly picks up video when a crime actually occurs and you fail to post videos of actual crimes.

    @ring Requested via DM you contact me & info was given. No one has called. No contact made. Had doorbell and alarm system WITH Protection plus for a month and this is a total piece of crap. Rep acts like you are calling a therapist with answers. "oh okay." "well" "okay ma'am" ZERO help

    @ring Hi RING. What happens if internet goes down or the thieves cut our internet line outside? Do all the video feeds go down? Are your cameras smart enough to broadcast video locally to an app when it detects no internet? This is a big weak point I find with cloud SEC CAMs
