@ring my ring is saying device connected but on the app the wifi is still down. My wifi is completely fine on every other device in my home, I’m charging it to see if that helps, nothing has worked at the moment I would love for it to be back on soon if you could help

@ring there does appear to be an issue with my ring devices. Sadly they are up high and I can’t reach them to perform a reset. Looking at my routing table in my routers they are connected. I assume the fault lies with ring. Any thoughts

@ring_uk @ring Are your services down at the moment? My Alarm, Security Cameras and Doorbell all are showing offline where as everything else in my home is connected and working. I tried to reboot the router but that too did not solve the issue. I am with BT.
