    @ring The Ring doorbell actually did help save a man this morning. My doorbell went off cuz someone was lurking, turned put to be an elderly gentleman with dementia and couldn't find his home. I called the @NSBPolice and they were able to locate him and get him home safely.

    @DarkBlueMonkey @ring I get the same problem. Doesn't seem to matter what OS the device is used, same issues on Android, Windows and iOS. For the price paid, it should be bulletproof. Used to work great a couple years back, but ongoing updates and bloat seem to have made it horribly flaky.

    @ring need help, Ring Video Doorbell 2 stopped working now have solid white light, tried all recommendations, incl 15sec setup reset, battery fully charged and wired but nothing fixes problem

    @ring day 3 (4?) of issues. Your alarm system is reporting offline now. It keeps bouncing from Wi-Fi to cellular to offline then back on. Has done this 3 or 4 times since last night.

    @ring I sent you a DM. You clowns sent me a ANOTHER useless link to the f*cking guidelines instead of actually looking into the problem. So I'll make it simple: YOUR APP BLOCKS MY POSTS ASKING MY NEIGHBORS TO BRING ME MY MAIL THAT THEY RECEIVED BY MISTAKE. Is *THAT* clear enough?

    @ring Worst ever. had to upgrade to a new phone. downloaded the ring app, tried to log in, it said “sent code to old device.” I called, spoke to a rep who said the same. I no longer have my old device! How do you not have a process of simply sending code via text message? #goodbyering

    @ring Tis' the season for Ring to get there stuff together and make sure things work right for a whole month without drop outs or issues.. I think you should refund people when we can't use out products cause of your always down with network issues..

    @ring Next time there's an outage, first notice should be to your customer service & social media teams so they quit wasting customers' time and causing undue worry by telling everyone to DM for help. You knew that could not help but yet that was the response for hours.

    @ring What horrible customer service. Our Chime pro went bad a new one was sent and that too is not working - diagnosed by Ring tech support. Now they are telling us they can't replace it for 5 to 8 weeks. GREAT JOB RING!

    @ring So don't worry about trying to solve my issue. Please just add a +1 to the number of people whose doorbells take five to ten attempts to connect, if at all, especially just after a notification, like you have to wait for it to go back to sleep before trying to connect back.

    @DarkBlueMonkey It's okay, I've had the doorbell notification for couriers hours after they've been and gone. Not sure why @ring needs routing via AWS when it could go via the LAN whenever possible. Reliability is extremely poor these days. Mulling over switching to a LAN-based solution.

    @ring please explain to me how because of a mistake in troubleshooting I just experienced that my doorbell is now broken. But because its not under warranty any longer...I have to pay for a new one? And all I was offered for the mistake was a 35% off code?
