Hi @ring, bought 4 of your cameras and they are painfully slow to show the stream on Echo Shows through your skill. What's worse, the stream shuts down after 1 or 2 minutes. Is this working as intended? Need to know if I am returning all your stuff.

@KMCRadio @ring @SimpliSafe SS doesnt have techs on call that can service your sysem if needed. Ring has had issues with hacking (some of which is user error). If you have the money, I believe in you get what you pay for shop around for good, monitored service.

@ring Got an email that you noticed something suspicious and I need to reset my password. I did reset it but now it doesn't recognize my device. I cannot login to regen a new code to verify my device because it doesn't not recognize it. Please help!!

@KMCRadio @ring @SimpliSafe Dogs. Guns. Flood lights. Connecting security to the net is asking for trouble. Living in a cramped maze is also a huge tactical disadvantage, move if you have to, but for the love of God don't trust technology, it's vulnerable, it fails, and it may work against you in court.

@ring Sorry to intercept, but I've been having issues with black video footage where motion and doorbell alerts are triggered. I'm upgrading from 1st Gen to Doorbell 3 in the hopes that improved wifi solves the issue. Does the package include this converter?

@KMCRadio @ring @SimpliSafe If it’s possible(bandwidth and financial limitations), get yourself a wired, Poe ip cctv system with battery backup, redundant internet with multi wan router(draytek vigor is my preference) and with your own offsite cloud server.

@ring — I am 💯 convinced that a burglar would be IN MY HOUSE or STOLE A PACKAGE OFF MY PORCH before I ever possibly knew what the **** happened!!! Figure it out! My doorbell is hot garbage, despite my other cameras working “okay” despite the annoying delay.

Kind of disappointed at my @ring doorbell had my car broken into last night and magically right when they were there my ring camera decided to turn night vision off so you couldn't see anything. It really has underperformed starting to think it was a waste of money.

It sound strange and suspicious that anyone would even have a lease broken or want to leave. I hope no one gets the wrong idea. It is possiblely a trick? @Twitter I see the thieves run around and say they live here. I think they break in too because stuff is missing. @ring

@KMCRadio @ring @SimpliSafe I have ADT. They have lots of options. Once had fire alarm triggered due to closed flue. ADT & fire dept called within about 20 seconds, ready to send trucks. I told them to stand down. But was very happy about rapid response.

@GadgetVoize While the Ring Doorbell is useful, the Ring Chime doesn't work for me. Truly a poor product design (e.g. dim logo light, bad WiFi, ridiculous setup process for a freaking doorbell chime, etc.). @Ring
