@ring my floodlight cam is broken. I did not get any warning that it was broken. I do not know how long it has been broken. Now it’s 2 in the morning, I’m hearing something out there, that’s how I found out the camera is broken. I can’t check to see if someone is breaking in.

@ring Even “subscribe to incident” isn’t working!!! It just hangs. These days a “protected by Ring” sign is almost an invitation to break in to someone’s house because chances are the system is down.

@senpizzo @MiamiPD How did they "Break into the car" doesn't appear to be broken glass or forced entry, unless it was on the other side of the car? IF the car was left unlocked that's even more ridiculous if there was a firearm inside. Check out the @ring app. this stuff happens all the time!

There's a certain irony that the only delivery drivers who consistently fail to ring my @ring (owned by Amazon) doorbell are @AmazonUK drivers. I guess it slows them down if they have to engage with the customer rather than just leaving the packages on the doorstep #ecommerce

@ring DON’T PURCHASE RING HOME SECURITY. What a nightmare! Door sensors remain open, sensors drop offline and no way to re-connect. I’m so disappointed with the system. Support has made zero difference. Must bypass so many sensors to set alarm it’s a waste of money & not secure.

Here is a tip.. let people know what is going on using your twitter account. It's a great way to communicate to your customers. Maybe I should have just got normal camera's that just work.

Stupid @virginmedia had to have the broadband go down today, meaning my @ring stopped working no I've missed my parcel... ffs! The courier didnt even bother knocking on the door. Should have done a hermes and left it anywhere in my garden.
