@ring Sure. To be honest, I just think your product is really bad. When somebody rings on my doorbell, there is at least a 1 minute delay before I hear the chime. When I am out of the house, it means the respond function is useless. Accessing the recordings is also v temperemental

@ring Wish you wouldn't play the ring chime on your TV and radio adverts. Sends our dogs bat **** crazy as they think someone is at the door. 😑

@BenTheCIO @ring The ring doorbell is the worst piece of technology I have ever used. The fact you have to pay £2.50 a month for it is bad enough, but the fact that the chime sounds about a minute after somebody rings it, during which time they have already left your door, is really ugly

@ring I have no idea why this is a problem but if a device loses connection don’t you think a camera should actually reconnect to the server without me having to turn off my router and turn it back on And to also be notified of a camera goes off offline

I ordered a 8 piece security kit from Ring website over a month ago, it’s not delivered yet. Have had 5 customer care calls, every agent’s response - “we don’t know what’s going on, we have escalated to our logistics”. @ring @JamieSiminoff Any help possible? Order#001-2154048

@ring hi I got a new doorbell for Christmas set it up but I got a new router yesterday and I’ve tried everything to change the WiFi and nothing is working. The signal is fine and it’s not far from the doorbell. Please can you help?

@ring - I have used a pro doorbell with chime pro and had no issues. I recently bought the spotlight camera and connected to the same chime pro. I have found now that both devices often hon”offline” even though the chime is “online”. Any tips?

@ring my Ring 2 bell is really loud outside my house if I have the camera enabled on my Alexa show. Is there any plans to have this fixed? Not sure if a Ring issue or it's @AmazonHelp issue. Seems like I'm not alone in this issue.

Hey @ring can you please ban posts in neighborhoods about generic “gunshots“?! These posts are spam. They are low quality and degrade neighborhoods. There’s too many holidays that involve fireworks. Unless it’s a “active shooter“ situation, these post help absolutely no one.

To my fellow @Ring neighbors having problems with the Win10 app (ver. 2.5.8) where the Live View cuts out after nearly 1 min instead of the usual 10 min: Reset the app by going to Start > right click the Ring app > go to More, then "App settings" > scroll down a bit, 1/2
