    @ring I refuse to call a 3rd time, just to be connected to an outsourced call center, just for them to open a “ticket”, and to tell me to wait another 24-48 hours for an update. Thank you for exemplifying the exact issue I am having with your CS team.

    @ring Nightmare continues receive email from ring informing me the doorbell is now out of stock situation has now been ongoing for almost 2 months have contacted customer services multiple times to speak to a manager never get a call back

    Anyone else’s Ring doorbell NOT capture every single motion? My garden was broken into last night and my Ring didn’t catch none of it. Last motion was from the day before, and I know for a fact it misses stuff. Waste of money. #ringdoorbell @ring

    I sent a bad review of my support experience with @ring and instantly regretted it. It’s not that what I said wasn’t true it’s that I get the feeling they will single out the poor support guy and make it his problem. It’s not his problem, it’s the whole process!

    @pat_devlin @ring I feel you. I’m always afraid of the repercussions on the support agent when they’re doing their best to help within a restrictive and anti-customer support process. I make sure to be clear I’m never frustrated with the person just the company/process.

    @Free__Tech @ring I use nest and wired it so I never have that problem. Take a bit longer to run the wiring but saves a lot of head ache later . I had the ring and didn’t end up liking it .

    Really annoyed with @ring - one screw in my ring doorbell is not unscrewing, just keeps going round and around, so can’t get it off to charge. Rang Ring support and explained the problem - solution is to buy a new unit!...Because of one screw I need to buy a whole new unit...

    @ring my chime doorbell stopped working today and will not reconnect. I have tried every troubleshooting thing to no avail - what do I do now? I remember I had the same problem when setting up initially but cannot remember how it was solved

    @ring Hey Ring: My 2nd Gen keypad isn’t working as well. I’ve tried the recoomemended troubleshooting and what online suggested but still haven’t had any luck. First, the keypad offline. Then the keypad won’t turn on even after charging.

    @troyhunt @Ubiquiti You're not the only one with weird unifi issues. My @Ring Doorbell Pro 2 will connect to my AC-Lite, but not my newer U6-Lite. SO weird! Unlike you I don't have the technical ability to try and figure out what's going on... Hope a firmwire fix will fix it eventually...

    Screw @ring and their crap quality. After 2 1/2 years should the plastic in front of my doorbel begin to degrade and peel? Thus making it impossible to see anything on the door bell? Their reaction..”tough ****”

    @ring purchased a chime pro and no lights in setup. Called the UK phone centre and it says it’s closed, despite being 7pm and the voicemail says open until 8pm. I send an email and get an auto reply saying you don’t provide support by email and to call 🙈 can you please help?!

    Is there an issue with the Ring app @ring unable to view any events from the history. Can view in timeline. However for over a week events start off black and often don't show anything until near the end. Real service drop lately and not sure why

    @ring Literally just told a customer service agent im in the states, and they ask me to call an over seas number for assistance, thats the **** customer service ive come to expect from ring. Products that dont work and and helpless customer service, forcing me to find an alternative

    @ring my camera has completely gone offline I cannot reconnect it whatsoever it just keeps saying my camera cannot connect to my internet the password may be incorrect even though I know for a fight and it isn't incorrect because I'm doing the password as I'm looking at it

    @ring i cant login to the app. Earlier the app kept telling me it couldn't locate me. Uninstalled and re installed app still not working. Reset pw thru site. Then sends code to email but no code in the email just instructions that are useless cause the app doesnt work!!!! Idiots

    Hey @ring your tech support sucks!! Have been on the phone with them this morning for 1 1/2 hours with nothing resolved. Ryan was one and he disconnected me without calling back. Second was Natasha who is overseas. Help!! Doorbell isn’t showing history.
