Don’t buy a .@ring camera. The wi-fi is unstable & to fix it, you have to press a button on the camera itself. Not easy when it’s mounted up high. They have no solutions other than getting a ladder. And if you’re out of town, too bad. Other cameras are better. Stay away. 👎🏻

@ring I hate these things. A walk around my neighborhood triggers one set or prison lights after another. Crime is down. People in most areas do not have to live like this, to live in fear.

We’re paying for Ring protect to save videos for 6 months, & even though we’re still paying for this protection plan, ring changed our storage to 60 days storage without our knowledge. so all the videos we needed to save have been deleted and are unretrievable. WTF. @ring

@ring I cannot get my chime pro reconnected to my WIFI. Holding the button for 15 seconds did not factory reset. On the phone now with support with estimated hold time of 30 minutes? Really? Can anyone help with this?

I love my @ring doorbell, I get home from work, make a brew, find my slippers, sit at my computer, after a few minutes I get notification of motion at my front door, me 15 minutes earlier. <slow hand clap>

@ring 1/2 One of our cameras was stolen as part of a robbery attempt. Fortunately I have the protect plan & you sent out a new camera. Unfortunately, you sent a chime pro instead. We’ve had to pay a workman today to fit the camera but due to an error from ring it couldn’t be done
