Shane Marshall (@semarshall2007) reportedPiece of **** @ring can’t event ******* record any ******* thing worth using unless it’s for there ******* use.
-
littlest.mrs (@littlestmrs) reportedWtf is even the point of a @ring camera if it doesn’t even capture ******** stealing packages off the porch?! I swear it records us coming and going, the mailman, package deliveries… but never sketchy *** people or thieves. Hope whoever jacked my medication this morning enjoys their fkn thyroid meds and NSAIDs. Jerks. 🤬
-
Burger (@TailgateBurgers) reportedMy @ring camera doesn't pick me up pulling into the driveway, but if someone rides a bike or walks down the road it lets me know. Technology, man.
-
Chris Bryant (@The_ChrisBryant) reported@ring - just "chatted" w/ your AI chatbot for 15 minutes trying to fix something. It couldn't help so directed me to a live person - but the system is asking me what I need help with. It's 2026, these things need to talk to each other so we don't have to repeat everything. 🙏
-
Geo_Traveler (@GTCMaverick) reported@therealDeFlock @ring @HomeDepot If it’s on private property and not owned by a government entity I have less of a problem with it since it is protecting private property. If on public property and “owned” by a city, county, etc. it is a violation of my rights and shouldn’t exist.
-
Tom Reader (@thomasFreader) reported@AlecBurnsGolf @ring Sometimes things go wrong, nobody is immune from system errors. How they respond in problem solving is the point at which disappointment might be justified.
-
Mari Ricks (@EveMenace) reported@ring @FBI @FBIDirectorKash I recently experienced the loss of approximately four hours of surveillance footage. Because I pay for continuous recording, this interruption is concerning. The recording stopped unexpectedly, and your customer service department informed me that the issue was due to low internet connectivity. Please advise.
-
Maze (@MAZEHUD) reported@ring has got the worst customer service ever. The reviews speak for itself. Look at the X replies. Also, look into your Privacy rights you. Very concerning!!!
-
Dan Johnson (@DanJohnsonAB) reported@ring was a mistake. It demands a signin and password constantly and doesn't n recognize me, and when I ask for help, I can only get no-reply, notifications.ring.
-
ALAN MASON 👨💻 (@Alan_nerd1) reported@kirstmichellle @ring Send me a DM for help
-
Scarlett Shaw (@ScarlettShaw) reportedbrought the new @Ring 2K battery dorrbell to replace my old 3. The viewing angle is awful. With the camera next to the door, you can’t see the door. Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring
-
Graydon Swedberg (@g_swedberg) reported@TheAngryCaptain @ring I've got a big hammer bro. Can fix most issues.
-
@flops (@imyerf) reported@devinbgoble @HowardL3 @ring Gotta earn that ****
-
bando (@bandonationbank) reported@ring created & implemented movement detection / facial rec using AI to notify you in real time via push notif. ie: “person walking by front door” or “armed man holding weapon trying to break in.” & Ring was like, yeah…. we gon charge extra for this ****. pay more. more safe
-
Ian Fritzsche (@TheAngryCaptain) reportedHey @ring, if you don’t stop asking me if I “want to join Search Party” soon, you’re going to have to form a Search Party to locate my cameras in the trash.
-
Timothy Royer (@Be_BereanTX) reported@therealDeFlock @ring @HomeDepot Well, if it had an automated pepper ball gun or hi flow pepper spray with it, I could see it, but the Thugs could have that thing torn down and carried away before any live security guard could get there.
-
JATMN (@THEJATMN) reported@AskFrontier @budice0 It would be better if you actually update your website for outages!! I'm finding out on @ring neighborhood that you have a outage covering almost 5mile radius for 2hr now. And website says "no outages" for my address.
-
Dan Spack (@DanieltheLion1) reported@ring Though the signal strength is still poor, it seems the Spotlight Cam is not discounting from the WiFi as much as before the extender was installed. It was explained to me previously that was a primary issue for the fast battery drain. I’ll send a DM. Thanks.

← Sum'n Else 🇹🇹🇯🇲 (@CreatedToBHated) reportedI shoulda kept my old Ring doorbell... This new one ain't ****. It's been giving me issues since I got it. And @ring tryna act like they don't wanna do nothing about their defective *** device 😒
-
jack (@ApeManitoba) reported@ring non-functioning customer service. I’ve spent two hours two different days on the phone trying to get a clear answer on transferring an account. Information that’s contradictory and hard to understand literally. A good company bad customer service
-
JΩhn (@JohnDoe_5oh) reported@libsoftiktok @Nextdoor They’re just as bad as the @ring neighbors app
-
Matt Lieber (@mrlieber7) reported@ring I need you to know your company policy on bad devices is terrible. My second ring camera stopped working and I was told I’d have to buy a third one because it’s been 4 months out of the warranty. I get it the first time but a second. I’ve canceled my subscription. Do better
-
Wildwitch 🧙♀️ (@wild_witchy_) reportedYou see the worst and the best of human beings when you have a @Ring camera at your front window. I watched a woman kick a piece of trash into our front yard. 3 minutes later I watch a couple pick it up and clean it up.
-
Jeremy Abreu (@jeremyabreu) reported@ring is your app down? Won’t open for me or update
-
~sarlev (e/acc) (@sarlev_) reported@rahul the problem people have with flock (and other megacorp surveillance systems, like @ring being used by police departments), is the massive network effects and the scale and nature of surveillance that arises out of that. sure, this is also why you guys are funded by @a16z and venture capital, but forcing these kinds of product features at a regulatory level actually makes it so smaller upstarts cannot break into the market and have alternative solutions to people’s privacy fears. of course, you guys and other incumbents know this. for example, i would be ok for select cameras in my locality that are actually fully accessible to any fellow citizen resident. there is no expectation of privacy in a public place, but for a community to actually adjudicate if they want cameras, they should have access to them and to the user experience of the surveillance operators. no audit logs, just everyone has access at all times. and then the community makes a decision at that point to say, ‘where do we actually want to have constant surveillance that is in the interest and aligned with the values of our community’
-
Brock Landers (@M3THM4N) reported@ring Your customer service is terrible.
-
Sabrina Bucci (@sabucci_84) reported@Roentgenguy @ring I had an app update yesterday on iPhone, version 5.107.1 it fixed the issue!
-
unimpressive@best (@unimpressivebe1) reportedRemeber when @ring told us they could find a lost dog and all it cost was privacy? This is that on government funded steroids. People should be calling @flocksafety out as what it is - a tool of fascism and control. **** the people who work there. They are a cult.
-
🇺🇸speppers69🇺🇸 (@speppers69) reported@ring "Neighbors" disappeared in app. Not just my phone. All family members and additional devices having same issue.
