Gordon Stake (@skifastergordon) reported@ring help. My ring keypad was off. I have been recharging it for a few hours. No light flashing. If I unplug it, it does not work. The red lights are on around the three circle (police, fire and safety) buttons.

Your new cameras are 1080p again, lots of people I know including myself wish Ring was HomeKit compatible. Extra sensors for cameras be good to.

The representative said oh ok well you can buy a new one because that one may be broken. How does this make sense?
