@ring the rich notifications stoped showing up. Reinstalled still not working so went to your support page tell me to go under device settings rich notifications is gone. we pay for the monitor & was working a few days ago, any fix or is this a issue you are working to fix thanks

@ring Worst customer service ever. The oligarchs have mucked this up too. All our Ring products are trash can bound. Don’t b fooled, Ring doesn’t not care about your safety. I was told I wasn’t allowed to share a person who trespassed at 2am last night. But a friggin coyote is ok

@ring Question. Recently I had the feature on the #Ring Alarm System app to see a preview capture of what set the sensor off. And the past couple of days the feature isn’t working? I haven’t changed any settings. Any reason? Glitch? Thank You, Leon #RingApp

@GWatsabaugh @ring Are you logged on by chance? Main issue on my end. was trying to get on when logged off. Family member tried it of mine and now cant back on. So if you are logged in don't log off until they fix it. Lol.

@ring Just spoke with the rudest CS rep. Rushaud G. Asked for supervisor and would not transfer without verifying account. Could not get code in app with were sorry error. He said he emailed but did not get code. He said please call back and hung up. Very RUDE!!!

@ring . I just wasted 1 hour of my time on the phone just to be told that Ring is aware the rich notification don’t work and in 3-4 working days I should get an update. It’s been down for a few days already. So I ask. why not alert the customers to save us time in calling in.

@ring Any plans to offer more via @IFTTT? Pretty poor there's only the doorbell in there. Why no cameras or alarms? What I really want to do is know if my back doors are open and it's going to rain. I have alarm + contact sensors.

@ring your cameras have gone to complete garbage. I will never ever buy a ring product again. Your cameras do not catch motion anymore. My wifi is 250+ MBPS. If I want to catch motion I have to watch live. If not, they’re useless and do not work.

@ring We have had a Ring 2 doorbell for a while now. But it seems that your app has changed recently so we are having issues. I hope that you can help. Motion Zones - I can't edit them anymore. I can switch them on or off, but I've lost the ability to change the zone distance.
