@ring just installed a wired doorbell. Here is some feedback. If you could provide more room on the back side for jumper wires it would help. My wires were to short to reach

@ring Lately my front door camera thinks a lot of non human things are a person at my door, occasionally waking me up from a deep sleep.. can I send videos to your QA department to help improve person detection?

@truebill I learned years ago to utilize your calendar 📅 in your phones to break down your payments. As for streaming services I only use free services or probably splurge $5 a month #Peacock for one but I rather pay for a yearly subscription for home security like @ring

@ring I can't login anymore. It's asking for an auth code its supposed to text me but I never receive it. And this is the only device I've ever logged onto it from so I can't use an alternate device option

@ring here's an idea, how about you have a snooze button for the light on your floodlight ring. sick of it going off at absolutely nothing and turning it off every 2 mins. Do #nest have this issue?

@YNB @ring Not sure the model or anything, but my favorite thing about it is having video recordings of the goofy **** my dog does when I let him out to pee.

@ring please train your support staff on the Alarm Pro. They don’t seem to even be aware that it exists, let alone able to help with troubleshooting. Have been unable to connect Chime Pro 2 with the Alarm Pro despite receiving a replacement unit.

@ring Pathetic customer service. Chat agent Kurt is rude, misbehaving and arrogant. No help with the lost order. Returning package to switch over to other vendor for my new house. Bye bye Ring.

@YNB @ring I had one. It was very convenient, nice for orders, useful when we traveled. Had some problems with sound when we initially set it up. Needed an electrician to help. I'll be honest though, definitely have some privacy concerns w/Amazon and security concerns

@ring app reports problem loading location and does nothing now?

😕
(@DeeDeeVault) reported
@Escapesalot @YNB @ring Actually it is and issue. Most new routers have smart connections enabled meaning a device will switch between both channels based on distance. So you need to have 2.4 enabled as the only option to connect to a smart camera doorbell etc. ring.

@ring 3 days, and I can't install my security system even right now. Any help is appreciated folks. I'm not sure what to do next or/and how to proceed.

@YNB @ring You might want to have an expert regardless of your system. You want to make sure there are no blind spots. For the average home owner ring self installation works fine. Cover your door and cameras or floodlight cameras as well. It all boils down to what you want to see.

@ring If it picked up motion from inside the house, they must have already broken in.

@ring Thanks but I actually have already contacted Ring a few times to try to figure out how to fix the issue. The techs have been able to help me make my Chime work, but then it just stops working again after a while.

@ring customer support Is the absolute WORST! despite spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on equipment for our 85 homes, they refuse to help update our camera's recording subscriptions so their products actually do what they promised. Absolutely infuriating
