@SirWill @ring This is why I dumped my ring in the trash after it failed and got a @WyzeCam Much cheaper and works just as well if not better and to my knowledge doesn’t share my videos without my permission.

If you use @ring doorbell they do not alert you yr subscription has ended. And you CANNOT pay to continue except on ORIGINAL device. So if it ends while you are travelling TOO BAD! The whole point of the security system....useless... #badcustomerservice

@ring 1/2: 30 minutes on hold with customer service as I can’t get the faceplate off my ring door bell to reconnect to internet. It seems previous homeowner stripped screws and now I can’t fix. You sent me to local on-site support and they charge $129 to come out. What a joke!

@RamsayCooks @ring No, still does it. Ring "suggested" i reset it and reconnect to wifi but has not helped. I just think the wifi receivers on the peephole cameras are crap as i dont have this issue with my stick up cams on the same network and are situated much further away from the router.

Just had another TERRIBLE customer service experience with @ring. Explained myself 3 times and then asked for a sup twice before the rep wanted to gather info then refused to transfer bc he wants to “respect my time”.

@HorsforthBrewer This is very **** guys. Hope it doesn't dishearten you, can you get a something like an @ring doorbell popped up? Ours at home is battery powered and just need charging every few months, at least you can post their faces if it happens again.

@ring my chime stopped working. If I unplug it/plug it in, or if I reset it, it blinks (blue) fast a bunch of times, then stops, then blinks fast a bunch of times. This repeats. How do I fix this?

@ring I tried that approach twice but it didn't resolve my problem (I have 2 request IDs as proof with no replacement or tracking number). At this point a dumb doorbell is better than your product, at least it actually works.
