The lens cover that’s supposed to protect the lens fell off, which isn't supposed to happen, and therefore makes the camera defective. And the best you can do is give me a 35% discount for me to spend $ to replace something I didn't break. Do better.

This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

Pumblechook (@pumblechook) reported@ring Ring 4K Retinal Camera picture quality is not so great with very poor picture degradation when zooming in. I have tried different models including the POE versions. Even Ring tech support have given up. Very poor products
