    Hey @ring You sent me a partially fulfilled order. There is nowhere to find the order that was not sent. The tracking number listed is for only the partial order received. There is no tracking number for the items that were not sent. I tried chat and they gave me a number to call. All that did was loop back to the website showing my order, but THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT YOU DID NOT SEND. FIX THIS! IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SENT. Pending status does not cut it. Never ordering again unless you fix this.

    @ring what is going on with your app? Active subscription till next year but not showing on the app. Done all troubleshooting with the AI on your website n still not working.

    @ring I have one of your ring alarms, whenever we lose power the system Never resets to the network, You have to do a reset. Surely this known glitch can be fixed. What if I was away and had power cut: the when would go offline until I got back. That goes against the whole idea

    @ring has got the worst customer service ever. The reviews speak for itself. Look at the X replies. Also, look into your Privacy rights you. Very concerning!!!

    Awful customer service from @ring . Multiple times trying to resolve an issue that is at their end and never a resolution. No complaints department and no escalation paths. Poorly run

    @ring They must of been the lucky one that ring did not have a system failure as when I got broken into they did so no evidence to be obtained. Opened a case no one coming back and today shortage of staff to deal with customer

    Hey @ring Why have you upgraded your entire range - but not the peephole camera? Bit **** for us renters!!!! Can you maybe upgrade this to 4k like all your other cameras?!! Then I’ll buy a new one and replace this one!!

    @ring it's ridiculous that with the neighborhood feature you can't ask neighbors to keep music down because it goes against guideline. What guidelines? I think that's a very respectful thing to ask. Ridiculous.

    @ring I was able to figure out the meaning of the signal strength. What’s still bothering me is why the signal strength on my Spotlight camera is still showing as Poor when I installed a WiFi modem extender close to the device.

    @ring Though the signal strength is still poor, it seems the Spotlight Cam is not discounting from the WiFi as much as before the extender was installed. It was explained to me previously that was a primary issue for the fast battery drain. I’ll send a DM. Thanks.

    I'm pretty sure someone at @Ring is telling people what's going on with my camera footage or some other ****. Sure seems like it. Maybe get a different company. Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to.

    @ring Okay - There was a lot going on yesterday and I was frustrated - I apologize for my reaciton - however, I resolved the issue by setting up a VPN. Without the VPN (using AT&T's wireless home internet service) it was failing,. Solved.

    @ScooterMcNeice 🚨🚨🚨 My neighbour barracks for the Dons and 3 weeks ago I caught her on my @ring doing a girthy **** 💩on our doorstep so I’ve little to no sympathy for Don fans at the minute. 🙄 They’re filthy animals imho🎯

    @ring Not trying to jump the gun but it's funny how those employees had such good access, and then my neighbors just happen to know all the blind spots in my cameras and ****. Just makes you wonder. Idk. Maybe there's some other way they can tell **** like that.

    @Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

    @HDCares @HomeDepot Sunnyvale CA Kifer Rd store couldn't help with @ring cameras. It was self service but I couldn't get to any of the product as it was in a cage . I even showed the staff members the product and its location in the app and still couldn't get any assistance.

    I had to tell the delivery guy in the @ring camera that we had already scheduled a new time because you all are so damn bad at your job. I need a rep to contact me because I’m about to go nuclear. For a luxury furniture brand, how the hell can you all mess up so many times? HOW?!

    @ring customer service is terrible. Bought a new device only for it to stop working under less than a year. They send a refurbished one that stops working and the best they can do is advise us to purchase a new one and offer us “25% off” #trash

    @ring thanks for the horrific customer service only using generative AI- I have a dog who was hit by a car and my acct is not permitting me to post. Your AI can’t help fixing my acct or get a human so I can post to help this dog find its owner. If this dog passes- it’s on you.

    Car got broken into last night and ofc my @ring security camera somehow magically didn't pick anything up between 8pm and 7am, not a single notification or anything. Most useless and expensive security device ever created. Do not buy. If you have it, get rid of it.

    @ring No mobile push notifications on any device (Android + iOS). Web notifs work fine, videos record OK. Tried: logout/login, reinstall, all settings checked. Support refuses to escalate. Server-side push token issue. Please help.

    @end3of6days9 @ring Recently alerted me of a missing small dog, then pops up a recent clip of me in my backyard with my dog saying this could be the missing dog… not cool at all and I did not sign up for AI learning with my own cameras. How do I disable this ****?
