    @HDCares @HomeDepot Sunnyvale CA Kifer Rd store couldn't help with @ring cameras. It was self service but I couldn't get to any of the product as it was in a cage . I even showed the staff members the product and its location in the app and still couldn't get any assistance.

    Hey @ring can y’all work on your AI to let us know if the days trash / recycling pickup, fedex, amazon, ups deliveries have happened? Surely, you can distinguish their truck sounds and signs. Also, can you automatically facially recognize package thieves? Thanks!!

    @ring thanks for the horrific customer service only using generative AI- I have a dog who was hit by a car and my acct is not permitting me to post. Your AI can’t help fixing my acct or get a human so I can post to help this dog find its owner. If this dog passes- it’s on you.

    Hey @ring You sent me a partially fulfilled order. There is nowhere to find the order that was not sent. The tracking number listed is for only the partial order received. There is no tracking number for the items that were not sent. I tried chat and they gave me a number to call. All that did was loop back to the website showing my order, but THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT YOU DID NOT SEND. FIX THIS! IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN SENT. Pending status does not cut it. Never ordering again unless you fix this.

    @ring We installed and paid for a doorbell for my mother in law. She passed away 3 years ago. We kept it in the house until it was sold last year. She is gone. The house is gone. The doorbell is gone. We have tried over and over to stop the recurring charge but you won’t help us. We can’t get an email on her account that no longer exists. How can you help me?

    @ring I was able to figure out the meaning of the signal strength. What’s still bothering me is why the signal strength on my Spotlight camera is still showing as Poor when I installed a WiFi modem extender close to the device.

    @ring Wow! Your customer service has gotten terrible. I’ve had your cameras since the beginning. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with no help. Can’t add a user to a new camera. Software is broken!!!!

    @ring No, if you read my email, we do not. His account is linked to his mobile phone, which is disabled. There is no way we can login. My mother purchased a new account meanwhile.

    @DHSgov : @ring allows ICE to be doxxed and organized notifications to disrupt and potentially harm officers and protesters. Please repost. I have complained via phone, email and text for almost a year and yet they still allow content that is NOT allowed and is illegal on other platforms. I flag content as illegal yet they still allowed posts to remain on the platform. Their fix: we can change your notifications so that YOU don’t see them anymore.

    @ring worst customer service. Spent over $500 on cameras and a doorbell. I never received the doorbell, even though UPS says it was delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send a replacement. Have yet to receive it.

    I’ve spent 10 minutes on @ring app trying to figure out how to configure which @AmazonAlexa device rings for my ring camera but I don’t have a clue! Apparently “linked chimes” does it if you have a chime but “linked devices” option is something entirely else. Alexa and Ring apps are two worst designed apps and despite all the talk about AI capabilities from Amazon, their AI supported queries functionality is absolutely unusable.

    @ring I have one of your ring alarms, whenever we lose power the system Never resets to the network, You have to do a reset. Surely this known glitch can be fixed. What if I was away and had power cut: the when would go offline until I got back. That goes against the whole idea

    @ring because your software notices trigger words and will automatically delete the post. I posted about a homeless guy walking in a park near a playground and you deleted the post. No profanity at all. Just a warning to my neighbors and your system deleted it. **** you.

    @ring the video description worked fine during the trial period, but it doesn’t work after I subscribed the Ring Pro plan. I had already done what your online chat suggested but it’s still not working, it’s too frustrating, please advise, thanks.

    @end3of6days9 @ring Recently alerted me of a missing small dog, then pops up a recent clip of me in my backyard with my dog saying this could be the missing dog… not cool at all and I did not sign up for AI learning with my own cameras. How do I disable this ****?

    @ring I have called and asked well within six months. Then I promised that they were sending something out to me. Hoping it would help. That never showed up. What ever that was. I stopped my cloud because the cameras didn’t work all the time

    Man, @USPS has a serious problem. I mailed a sealed box of cards back in April. Box was never scanned so I opened up a Missing Mail Search. Yesterday, after 6 weeks, I get a notification that it was delivered. Reached out to the buyer and let him know. Buyer provided @ring video showing that no delivery was made. @USPS where did this package end up?

    @ring I only need a replacement part. If Ring can't provide the part needed to fix my device, they should replace the unit with a comparable upgraded model at no cost. Customers shouldn't be penalized because parts are unavailable.
