@ring We got our first Ring product in 2019 and since then have purchased a second system for our backyard and this is the very first outage we’ve experienced in my area (coastal SC) so I’m not mad at all but really hope it’s up before bedtime….

@ring service is the worst. My packages were stolen from my door step and I don’t have the video footage because your servers were down 😑. Can’t get through to customer service or @amazon customer service because of the same problem. Why do I even give y’all my money?

@AndrewM497 @ring Ring is owned by Amazon. It’s Amazon AWS that has an outage and that’s where ring sits. Just shows that having ring is not a good idea. I have 4 floodlight cams and the ring alarm. I’ll be rethinking about a wired solution now.
