    I'm pretty sure someone at @Ring is telling people what's going on with my camera footage or some other ****. Sure seems like it. Maybe get a different company. Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to.

Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to. And when I'd make complaints, the Ring outreach team or whatever it's called would constantly try to contact me and their reps would all have obviously black names, and my neighbors are black, so... Not hard to fathom in this age, especially when employees got caught looking at video (and this was before that story broke. I've had Ring for years now).

    @ring worst customer service. Spent over $500 on cameras and a doorbell. I never received the doorbell, even though UPS says it was delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send a replacement. Have yet to receive it.

    Day 18 of asking .@ring to address the iOS widget issue and despite all the promises STILL NOTHING has been done. JUST MORE EMPTY PROMISES.

    @ring add the fact that my front door bell cam won’t even ******* load but the other 2 will what makes you think I should pay to watch my cameras like I actually want to know where ******** you think you have the right

    @ring Ring 4K Retinal Camera picture quality is not so great with very poor picture degradation when zooming in. I have tried different models including the POE versions. Even Ring tech support have given up. Very poor products

    @ring the video description worked fine during the trial period, but it doesn’t work after I subscribed the Ring Pro plan. I had already done what your online chat suggested but it’s still not working, it’s too frustrating, please advise, thanks.

    @ring can you please stop shoving the AI **** down our throat. I do not need to see the notification about my trial for AI description being expired every time I open the app. If I wanted that feature I’d sign up for it. I’m about to just go with a different company at this rate.

    @ring customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever encountered. When he couldn’t solve my issue, he put me on hold without telling me and has yet to return…20 minutes later, I’m still waiting

    Day FORTY of .@Ring STILL not fixing the iOS widgets. Even though there’s been THREE app updates in that time. They REALLY don’t care about us customers do they. If you’re not going to fix this issue can you let us know please. You’re just laughing at us now.

    @ring Yeah that’s pretty pathetic to be honest. Your app could at least link to the relevant website page! I managed to login to website & find the page to subscribe but again there were issues. So I may go with Blink instead.

    @ring They sell poor defensive equipment. Kept calling and got the run around. Contacted them again because of the post here and they what to take care of it. Just more lies and ru around. Now they are saying they don’t work in all weather conditions!!!!!!
