    @ring Hello, your tech support sucks. Tried to chat, was referred to call in. Called in, was asked to hold for 45 min. What kind of support is this? I have issue with your website when filtering to certain date to view past videos >60 days, all I can see is 8/29/21.

    @ring I just called your customer service in regards to an issue that I have with our Pro 2 doorbell. Amani refused to honor your 1-year limited warranty & hung up on me. I hope this is not the customer service that you always give. I will be making a complaint with the BBB

    @ring has the absolute worst customer service. You ask them where your order is (that hasn't shipped a week after you ordered it) and you have to wait 72 hours for a response. I will never recommend them ever

    @ring A great response at this point would have been to accept accountability and issue my refund. However, more attempts to evade responsibility were made.

    So I'm having issues with my @ArloSmartHome go. Not even half paid off yet its missing motions. I've contacted customer service. Took battery out 5 times blah blah nothing. Tried via Twitter. No help whats so ever. So I will have to say I have 3 @ring cameras. Awesome

    @ring I just spent 30 mins with support diagnosing that 2 of my solar pathlight batteries are bad. Instead of mailing new batteries, your team says they have to send 2 new pathlights (and I have to ship 2 back). This is bad for the customer, the environment, and costly to Ring!

    @ring since the last update my doorbell camera hasn’t worked right, if someone breaks down my front door and I can’t get a video of them what are y’all going to do cause I pay money for it to work and it’s not working?

    @ring shocking customer service! A couple of months ago I had to replace my doorbell due to a malfunction but literally a month out of warranty. Just been told my backyard cam needs replacing due to known hardware issue. A brand with no morals, customer value or trust & quality!

    9/12 call @Ring because not getting emails from Ring to reset pswd - service person insists I need to verify my device by unscrewing devise off front door to give the MAC ID - #wtf? discover it on my own on the charger - - Ask for a manager who is N/A - @Ring service sucks.

    @ring Hi folks. My doorbell pro button has cracked and split. I called support yesterday and she was adamite that a new faceplate will solve this. I told her I didn't think that would do it but she ordered a replacement. Can someone here help me with a replacement?

    @ring Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with the Ring Doorbell Pro. It keeps losing wifi connection. Signal is good and the doorbell reconnects if it registers movement/there's a person at the door or if someone rings it (button press).
