    @ring y’all need to fix your ****. someone stole a bunch of stuff from my front porch and I only got 1 notification when i have 4 cameras around the driveway. not to mention i tried tapping the notification and it took 6 seconds for it to load and by then the perpetrator was gone.

    @ring Why does my ring floodlight wired stay on during the day? On the app I press the button to turn it off and the ring light won’t turn off. It just stays on all day long. I talked to a ring customer service person and they have not fixed the issue. Please send someone to fix

    @ring Even though I received no help here either I was able to find out that Ring uses 3G cellular for alarm internet backup. This service is hosted by @ATT who is cancelling 3G Feb 2022. What are the plans for alarm backup after the cutoff?

    @ring got to say this is the worst Customer service every was told a week ago I would receive a refund which sill has not happened just get excuses from your support on the phone even had a email saying they tried calling me which didn't happened very bad service

    @xcloudski @ring Yeah I know what you mean, had this problem for 15 months now and still no notifications, asked for replacement unit but Ring refuse to replace it....eufy is the way to go my friend, at least that works everytime...not like ****** Ring....

    @ring Please don’t make call again where I have to generate another confirmation code through the app and have tedious discussions with CS reps who need to repeat a summary of the issue to me 4 times and then transfer me to someone else. That was already a 15 minute call

    @ring when I installed my BRAND NEW battery & have a solar panel for my driveway camera but within 2 days it says it’s offline bc my battery is dead. Within 24 hours it was at 17%. Wtf. Then, I call you all and get hung up on…. Twice. Call me! Fix this. #switchingCompanies

    Hey @Ring Feels like a stupid question time. My doorbell camera has been fogging up in the overnight hours. My other cam (stick up) does not seem to have the same issue? Is there a trick to keeping it from fogging?

    @ring How are you going to have an outage since MAY 21st without a resolution? Customer service says “sorry”. An outage for almost 5 months, with out ab ETA, doesn’t make me confident in your product. What’s going on?!

    So @ring bought the new video doorbell 4 since my issue on the infrared just doesn't deel to be resolvable with Any reset method 1nf warranty is expired. Hope this one lasts longer than 3 tears tough...

    Not my @ring notifying me there’s “motion at my front door” TWO minutes after I walk in through it. All the technology in the world won’t help you if you live in a country where connectivity is poor.

    @ring power went out and after coming back on out Pro Floodlight Cam is strobing driving our neighbors nuts. We are an hour+ drive away and cant turn it off remote. What the heck?! Glitch??
