@ring Then why did my device start behaving differently EXACTLY when the subscription ended. At the very least can't you acknowledge that is an amazing coincidence and would probably make a person feel as though the subscription is the issue?

My ring doorbell won’t charge past 23% but because I’m 20 days past their 1 year warranty, ring has told me they “can’t do anything to help”. Don’t buy ring if you’re looking for a reliable doorbell. #ringdoorbell @ring @amazon

Just wanna say @ring cameras suck. The battery doesn’t last more than 13 months. So it’s new battery every year plus membership every year. No thanks. I’m done with them. Fully charged my battery inside , threw it back on my camera and still says no battery. Garbage.

@ring Hey, so we have a plug with the alarm set that buzzes. This initially wasn't a problem, but now where it is, it will be. Looking online this is a common fault that has been addressed by replacements. How can I go about sorting this?

@ring Lol no ****. And there's a charge cable you can get for the battery version but you have to run a cable because it's 12v. Neither of these meet my requirements and I'm sure you wouldn't exchange this one if it did.

@ring Why can't you fix recordings and alerts at night on our Stickup cam? We used to get alerts and clips from wild animal activity, and all of a sudden a few months ago we get no recorded events. Your tech support just reads a script and we have tried changing settings etc.

The state of video security is terrible. 🙄 Got a @ring floodlight cam. The power went out and so did the camera, even though the entire network is up on batteries. They have a battery version of the light you have to recharge, but the wired doesn't have a battery?

@ring Worst customer service!!! We have 5 ring devices, had problems when we upgraded our wifi. Have been able to bring 4 back online but the ring doorbell can't be activated and customer service telling us it is registered to someone else! Eufy security system here we come!

@WyzeCam are the worst! They loose connection all the time, do not aleart you that its lost, and will not reconnect. Buy @ring cameras instead!

@ring I know the device can’t send notifications when it’s offline. There’s a 2 year old feature request with hundreds of votes to tell me when it’s not connected, it’s a basic function of any real security system. I already know why it’s falling offline (****** wifi driver/chipset).

@ring Your policy is not allow cancelations of orders after 36 hours even if you don't have the ability to ship them. You do not know how your products initialize and you won't answer those types of questions. A DM won't fix that. /mute

Next time you gonna roll out a tech product, have your mom try it first. If she can't figure it out, you gotta fix the user experience. My tech skills surpass most moms, yet I can't figure out why my @Ring battery keeps dying even though it is hardwired. Their FAQs are useless!
