    I was originally impressed with my @ring doorbell but then came the updates that killed my device and now the terrible customer service thats led me to be being 2 months without a working device that adds to me hating this company. Seek out a smaller competitor.

    Single handedly the worst customer service from @ring. If you’re trying to decide which to use, go with google nest and do not even think about getting a ring doorbell.

    @ring When do you all plan on fixing the existing bug where it never recovers from cellular backup if you temporarily lose internet? Its a known issue in your support forums yet you ignore it. We can't keep manually restarting the base station to fix this

    @ring hi, installed an alarm system on Saturday & a sensors keeps saying tampered. spoke techsupport the guy says I can’t leave doors open for a prolonged period without them showing this error. Surely that can’t be right everybody wants to have their doors or windows open?

    So after looking into things thanks to @ring. My postman left this in the porch as he normally would. The #hermes delivery driver took it upon himself to take this and throw it over the fence when he delivered later. WTF!

    As a current user of the @ring video doorbell. The hardwiring option for connecting my doorbell to power. Has solved the problem of having to remember to grab the screwdriver and the charging cord. Even in the middle of the winter

    @ring can you help? I invited a user to be able to use my ring security & he followed the invite and signed up but my app says he was invited & the app says he needs to set stuff up. When I re-sent the invite it gave an error unable to authorize. We don’t know what to do

    @ring I love my Ring alarm. It’s such a good piece of kit. Shame the cameras are so bad. I got rid of all mine as they were so unreliable. EufyCam 2C and 2C Pro with the Homebase 2 trounces the Ring cameras by comparison.

    @StevenBadeau @ring Mine were dreadful. Never connected first time, second or third. Rapid Ring no use either. Spotlight cameras not recognising additional batteries in them. Ring engineers no help, always “Wi-Fi congestion”. Nope, EufyCams far superior, Willis.

    @CiaranStrange @ring Ugh, typical Dallas.... I’m so glad that nobody was hurt, but that’s seriously terrifying! At my old place I’d get occasional knocks on my door and even hear people trying to open it late at night, I can only imagine the weird **** I would’ve seen if I had installed a camera 😖

    @ring probably has the worst CS rn? They wanted me to call an electrician and get transformer checked as part of troubleshooting a doorbell pro, which went offline after working fine for several months. And, last week they auth replacement for a keypad, but no news/tracking #fail

    @ring all of my cameras are not catching ANY motion. There is a bug or something in the system as I see others tweeting you. Can you please fix? I’ve had ring for 3 years.. I’ve already tried resetting and all of the troubleshooting at least 10 times this last week. It’s on you

    @ring Thanks, but I’ve spent countless hours with your people on this and they just don’t work. You even refunded me the cost of a new router which you said would fix the issue but didn’t. I’ve had Ring cameras for years but they’ve been getting progressively worse, connection wise.
