    @ring my doorbell breaks so I have a replacement sent.I contacted your chat service to ask about my 12 month subscription I paid for. To my knowledge he transferred it to the new device but no you have taken money out for another 12 months when I had 5 months left anyway. Help!!

    @ring Reset this. Reset that. Do this then do that and it's still not letting me look at notifications. When it can't be figured out we just stop communicating. No problem.

    @ring Your app defaults to using data in Live View when connected to WiFi. Support on this issue is non-existent. Is the problem ever going to be fixed?

    I have @ring cameras in a couple different cities and for the last month the live view hasn't been working. My wife is having same problem. Anyone notice the live view doesn't work anymore?

    @ring We rang months ago to request a replacement bracket. Kept being told it was going to be sent soon. After months waiting, spoke to a manager today who said we shouldn't have been told that and wouldn't help. Been paying for a subscription for a camera we couldn't use.

    @ring Put your phone down and start talking about anything repeatedly like pizza or fire extinguishers and pick your phone up later and you'll get ads and coupons, etc.

    @ring Subscriber with two devices in separate locations. Both down and customer service asked to uninstall and reinstall app because of an update. Now can’t login. Seriously?

    @ring No. Please don't waste customer's time this way. Just fix your app. And also, fix RING's sleezy #privacy features: They default to 'opt IN' to marketing and cookies. AND RING's policy saying "even if you 'opt out', OTHER 3rd party cookies will be placed on your device".

    @ring Ring has seriously let our home down. Live video doesn’t work after having it for a whole year. Bought a new one and it does the same thing. Went through all the trouble shooting with my wifi and got nothing. A representative had to give me 30% off for being inconvenience.

    @michaelwolf @ring This doesn't solve your problem, I realize, but I replaced the Rings with Nest cams and have been really happy with the results.

    @ring Garbage... having all kinds of trouble adding the Ring motion sensors, range extenders... haven't gotten to the window and door sensors yet... they will probably not pair as well.... and yes I am following the Ring instruction to the letter.

    We have two @ring cameras covering our drive. Neither of them picked up our car being broken into last night. But, our cheap Amazon security camera did. Absolutely rubbish.

    @ring (2).. especially a brand new Oppo X5 that does not receive is appalling. You can not tell me that 4 different Android units is coincidence, what it is is Ring is **** and Rings advertising is absolutely misleading, so breaking the law straight away as your doorbell...

    @michaelwolf @ring I have them integrated with Home Assistant, so the feeds even pop up on my iOS devices now, which is nice. And yeah, it's all settled down quite a bit. Been a weird week though.
