I've tried resetting it by: removing the battery for >1 hour, holding the reset button for 20+ seconds, and tapping the reset button several times. Help!

My second ring camera stopped working and I was told I’d have to buy a third one because it’s been 4 months out of the warranty. I get it the first time but a second. I’ve canceled my subscription. Every 24 hours I must replace it for a charged one. I had a similar issue with another product which the service vendor increased amperage
