    @ring I'm sick of my phone blowing up because folks are using "Neighbors" as if it was Twitter. There needs to be a setting to disable all of these non-safety related messages. I don't care if someone is driving down the highway and wants to know if there is gas at the next exit

    @ring Wow! Your customer service has gotten terrible. I’ve had your cameras since the beginning. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with no help. Can’t add a user to a new camera. Software is broken!!!!

    @ring Do not buy Ring Cameras. I have a defective solar panel. I have waited a month for replacement. Promised by 2/14. Now being told it will take longer. Will not refund so I can get from Amazon stock or credit service. Camera down and security risk. Suggest do not buy ring.

    @ring So frustrated with your chimes, had the standard chime and it stopped ringing when the doorbell is pressed, purchased the chime Pro and still having the same issue! Missed a few visitor's this week, really disappointing! Any help?

    @ring I have a battery Doorbell Plus that doesn't work for crap. Deliveries? Didn't see a thing. USPS? Nope. Meter Reader? Oh, please. Cat on the porch, in the middle of the night? I got it! Stick Up Cam (Gen3), just about as bad unless you want to see people walking away.

    @ring Given that a bunch of features are missing from lower tier Ring Protect subscriptions, you guys really need to allow for testing at those low tier levels. Currently, you *cannot* configure a brand new system to operate at a level below Protect Pro for 30 days... Please fix.

    Cannot believe how bad the @ring customer support is. I have a defective camera and they refuse to replace it with a similar version and will only replace it with the version that costs $90 less. I wish I had purchased @googlenest cameras for my home.

    @ring Your camera doesn’t monitor anything half the time!!! Someone literally walked down the street and through my yard and it never picked them up!!! And I’m sitting outside watching this RIGHT NOW!!

    @ring can you please stop shoving the AI **** down our throat. I do not need to see the notification about my trial for AI description being expired every time I open the app. If I wanted that feature I’d sign up for it. I’m about to just go with a different company at this rate.

    been having trouble with my @ring devices for weeks now… have called and been on web support. Every time they tell me they will come back in 2 days… and guess what?! They don’t… awful customer experience for a system that isn’t working

    So @ring have had an issue for a couple of months with their doorbell/chimes not working together… no info online or on their website. If you ask them what the issue is they just say “we’re working on a fix” Might be worth an investigation from one of my techy BBC friends?

    @YNB @florenceRN78 @ring These nice car mother ******* are the worst. They look down on your for not getting an electric car to save the environment but, as they drive down the roads, (after I can now assume stealing peoples ****) they are also littering all of the trash inside their cars.

    @tesleen2025 @davidma77507034 @ring White folk is not a slur or used in a pejorative way. Folks or folk is the same as people. I use it interchangeably depending on my mood. Adding the qualifier “white” is no different then saying “Black” before the word. It isn’t code for bad behavior or bad people.

    @ring hi my ring has been offline since yesterday and I can’t seem to figure out what is wrong with it. We have tried everything. Device health screen even looks fine.

    @ring are you ever going to respond to my issue with the chimes not working it’s really beyond the pale now not even replying anymore and it’s a thing I alerted you to weeks ago and I can see is now a huge issue for your customers .

    I really wish I could understand how my @ring works. Why do I get full videos of my across the hall neighbors going in and out and down the hall, but if someone approaches my door, the video doesn't start until they're walking away?? It happens every time.

    @ring talked my dad into getting a Ring Pro doorbell, it’s not working properly and he raised a ticket on 23rd Feb and has he bounced around your support teams, now he is told he has to wait 2 weeks for the advanced team to look at his fault! Sergio support!

    @ring once again one of my ring devices has gone tits up straight after warranty period has ended. This time floodlight cam strobing , pretty obvious that is a manufacturing issue the amount of complaints.

    @ring I have called and asked well within six months. Then I promised that they were sending something out to me. Hoping it would help. That never showed up. What ever that was. I stopped my cloud because the cameras didn’t work all the time

    @ring I have one of your ring alarms, whenever we lose power the system Never resets to the network, You have to do a reset. Surely this known glitch can be fixed. What if I was away and had power cut: the when would go offline until I got back. That goes against the whole idea

    @ring thanks for the horrific customer service only using generative AI- I have a dog who was hit by a car and my acct is not permitting me to post. Your AI can’t help fixing my acct or get a human so I can post to help this dog find its owner. If this dog passes- it’s on you.
