@welshref @ring Its ok if you never have problems but when you have problems on a regular basis I don't recommend it! It's not the same problem either, it's a list as long as your arm. A common one is delayed notifications such that by the time you've clicked it, the person has long gone!

@ring still having problems with the Android app cannot view live on my ring doorbell. Tested with the windows app works fine. This has been an issue for a while now waiting to see if ring is going to fix this. I have a OnePlus 7 pro Android 10

@akjakalope @ring Soooooo thankful for my amazing neighbors. I had volunteer pumpkin that grew on my stone wall by the road. One neighbor said they were taking bets when it would get smashed. I told them in a disturbingly quiet voice that I’d hunt down anyone who did. No harm was done to it.

@ring Ring... how flexible are the lights? What if one light needs to be pointing to the side and the other pointed down to ensure I'm not blinding my adjacent neighbors by pointing the lights to a specific path. They don't look as shielded as the olds ones.

Why does Ring, as owned by Amazon, NOT talk their customers when there is an on going problem, @ring Ring have not bothered even to get back to me with the persistent No Notification problem with their app...come on Ring help your customers it's really bad of you to not to...

The new @ring 2FA process is terrible! You have to call support to do it. - call - wait 5m - give email - receive email code (not usable in app) - verbal code confirmation - support needs *device serial number* - find screwdriver, get S/N - support provides code for app 🤬🤯🤡

Follow up to the careless poor customer service at RING. So they shipped 2nd replacement about 4 days ago (said it’s 2 days) sent me a fed ex tracking that doesn’t exist! @ring @JamieSiminoff where is it?

@ring offered me £2.08p compansation for my doorbell which all of a sudden stopped working. Thats a real violation and absolute terrible customer service by a manager of the name Joseph.

@akjakalope @Rizabellepow @ring Good to hear. Followed your story because the same thing happened to us, and we were at home! Cops called. He was ordered to stop chopping down our trees. Lawyer told us it would cost more to fight it than we would get and the trees would still be gone. He moved. Good luck 👍🏼

@ring Brilliant. Not sure why some claim your camera system is poor quality. I have two of your products, which are superb. Would buy one of your upgraded doorbells but don’t have the spare cash 💰 due to pandemic. Will once things improve though.Complete confidence in your products.
