@ring Incredibly unhappy with customer service. I spent 3 plus hours over 5 calls on Monday trying to get an issue resolved only to be kept on hold forever and getting no help with the actual problem. I've been a loyal customer for years but the customer service is really bad.

@ring You've been really good and helpful. I'm just burnt out with it, at that point of ripping it off the wall & stamping on it. The bell & stick up r now working. I've wiped, updated, reinstalled. I should be a technician now. It's just the chimes, is there a problem with them now?

Worst tech support i have seen in all time is from @ring Have a battery issue and every time a call is made its an 1 hour wait before it gets dropped automatically before a person responds. and chat support says they dont provide tech support!

My broadband was down earlier. Afterwards, I noticed my @ring doorbell wasn’t working. I tried several times to reconnect, & it failed each time showing the ‘left light’ error code. Eventually I guessed pressing & holding both buttons might reset it. Reconnecting then worked.

@ring If only the Ring worked all the time. If only ring would advice when servers are down, spent 6 hours attempting to hook up doorbell, 1.5 hours with support, new cam sent still problems, look on twitter and you've been having problems for day. Now cams are working, but chimes not.

@markwilsonit @ring They are good. When you have good quality WiFi signal. I have two. Use 2nd as camera looking out the back garden. Had one 3 plus years. Even gone down the hole ring security route.

Pretty frustrated with @ring because i get motion notifications, but anytime i try to see what the motion is/was, i get "streaming error" and its been happening for weeks. From what I read it is all on their end due to server errors. Get it together!

@markwilsonit @ring I worked for Ring for 1.5 years as night shift phone support. Calls from the UK were sadly some of the hardest. Whatever server setup they had in place was rough. It resulted in video processing and app alert delays for UK users. Has been a bit so may be better but fair warning.
