The New Release Guy (@moviesplusgames) reportedI'm pretty sure someone at @Ring is telling people what's going on with my camera footage or some other ****. Sure seems like it. Maybe get a different company. Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to. And when I'd make complaints, the Ring outreach team or whatever it's called would constantly try to contact me and their reps would all have obviously black names, and my neighbors are black, so... Not hard to fathom in this age, especially when employees got caught looking at video (and this was before that story broke. I've had Ring for years now).

Mark Fisher (@fisher1021) reported@ring so upset with your terrible camera/doorbell im about to go all wyze

-
Alexi atherton (@Alexi2088) reported@ring Thanks for the reply. The issue isn’t a lack of information, it’s that I’ve already spoken to advisers on three separate occasions and each call was terminated before my issue was resolved. I’ll send a DM, but this really shouldn’t have taken a public complaint to get assistance.
-
Shane Marshall (@semarshall2007) reportedPiece of **** @ring can’t event ******* record any ******* thing worth using unless it’s for there ******* use.
-
Toby Benson (@tobymedia) reportedAmazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy! This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.
-
Big_Ticket (@Big_Ticket) reported@ring Just spent over an hour resolving what should not been an issue. First @ring system said I had no plan. I checked and I was billed in March 2026 for annual charge. Could not resolve on app or chat. Called @ring and spent about an hour on the phone. 1st told go to contact my bank.

Helen D (@Helen_D_Snow) reported@amazon @ring I am writing to request assistance with a long-standing technical issue affecting my Amazon account. For several months (possibly close to a year), I have been completely unable to use the Customer Service Chat feature. Every time I attempt to start a chat, I receive the following error message: “Sorry, it looks like we hit a snag. Please select Try chat again. If you see this message again, you can try another help option.” This problem occurs consistently: On every order, not just a specific one. In the Amazon mobile app. Repeatedly over many months. Selecting “Try chat again” never resolves the issue. Because this has persisted for such a long time, I believe it may be related to my account or a backend technical issue rather than a temporary system error. The inability to use Customer Service Chat has made it very difficult for me to contact Amazon whenever I need assistance. I would greatly appreciate it if your technical team could investigate my account and restore my access to the Chat service. I have already contacted Customer Service multiple times regarding this issue. Unfortunately, the problem has never been resolved, so I am reaching out to your Executive Customer Relations team in the hope that it can be investigated by the appropriate technical team. If any additional information, screenshots, or account details are needed, I would be happy to provide them. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I have always appreciated Amazon’s customer service and hope this issue can be resolved. Attached is a screenshot of the error message for your reference.

Jay (@JAYintheBX) reported@ring Had to unplug my Stick Up Gen 3 Cam, remove battery and plug it back in to get back "Online." The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View

Jesus (@benjohnson4prez) reportedI just realized @ring pushed out some AI bullshit for a free month, without me saying yes to it. There's no way to cancel it unless you cancel the service. Congrats ring, service cancelled. Next time ask us if we want that ******* **** pushed on our cameras. ********!
-
Michael 🇺🇸 🇮🇱 (@TexasCoolMan) reported@ring Why are snapshots from all cams fuzzy, blurry? And no it is not a connection strength issue, and cams are plugged in.

killians.magical.life (@KilliM222) reported@ring it's ridiculous that with the neighborhood feature you can't ask neighbors to keep music down because it goes against guideline. What guidelines? I think that's a very respectful thing to ask. Ridiculous.
-
DonutOfDoom (@AnusOfDoom) reported@FOXFOOTY 🚨🚨🚨 My neighbour barracks for the Dons and 3 weeks ago I caught her on my @ring doing a girthy **** 💩on our doorstep so I’ve little to no sympathy for Don fans at the minute. 🙄 They’re filthy animals imho🎯

Dan Spack (@DanieltheLion1) reported@ring Though the signal strength is still poor, it seems the Spotlight Cam is not discounting from the WiFi as much as before the extender was installed. It was explained to me previously that was a primary issue for the fast battery drain. I’ll send a DM. Thanks.

Gordon **** (@FirstAuntyJebus) reported@LindyQ2222 @ring And also a gun. Imagine only having a shovel to defend yourself with when he breaks down your door and walks right in... because that's exactly what happened next to the home owner.
