Misses microwaving fish in the office (@richgjaci) reported@HDCares @HomeDepot Sunnyvale CA Kifer Rd store couldn't help with @ring cameras. It was self service but I couldn't get to any of the product as it was in a cage . I even showed the staff members the product and its location in the app and still couldn't get any assistance.

This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

The house is gone. The doorbell is gone. We have tried over and over to stop the recurring charge but you won’t help us. We can’t get an email on her account that no longer exists. How can you help me?

Dan Spack (@DanieltheLion1) reported@ring I was able to figure out the meaning of the signal strength. What’s still bothering me is why the signal strength on my Spotlight camera is still showing as Poor when I installed a WiFi modem extender close to the device.

Dtino (@gdfilipe) reported@ring terrible system , a total ripoff , I got 2 cameras and door bell a chime and a bracket allowing the camera to move around , I need to give it away , but the person must physically come remove it. I will not spend another ounce of good energy on bad things.
