Joshua St. John (@jstjohn83) reported@ring I’ve tried reading help articles but my doorbell is at 2%. I changed the motion settings and did the zones again. Will it go up on its own or do I need to manually charge it at this point and if so how do I do that?

The rep didn’t listen when I explained my situation, gave bad information, and when I asked for a senior rep said there wasn’t any. I asked for a survey to document my experience and she hung up on me.

The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View

I checked and I was billed in March 2026 for annual charge. Could not resolve on app or chat. Called @ring and spent about an hour on the phone. 1st told go to contact my bank.
