@ring Why is it that your Floodlight Cam can only be reconnected to wifi by physically pressing a button on top of the device? It’s a floodlight that is mounted on the side of my house! Am I supposed to climb a ladder to reconnect this thing if my wifi goes down like it just did?

@ring That is one of the worst design decisions I’ve ever seen. I‘m considering returning it and getting a normal floodlight. Wi-Fi is down so the entire thing is useless until I can climb a ladder. What if a senior owned this thing?!
