    I love my smart home products, but my poor kids can’t get with anything. My youngest came in crying and my daughter said she didn’t know what happened. Well - @ring flood light showed she kicked him🤯

    @ClubClassicsMD @ring If you can't log in it's usually because its down. It's very common with Ring smh. I have another camera by Eufy and never had any issues and thinking of switching over.

    @ring whoever put the PIN number on the back of the doorbell that’s attached to the house was a real Einstein. After recently changing my Wifi carrier every other device required simple login to the new Wifi. Not @ring! I have to remove the device to access a pin. What a joke.

    @ring Having issues with multiple cameras all not able to connect to live view... They have been on the frits for the last few weeks now. Internet is over 800Mbps near both cameras so its not an internet issue.

    Just have to say @ring customer service is the absolute worst. I worked customer care and I absolutely can’t stand the way I’m treated when I’ve had to call in.

    @ring my doorbell went offline (and I didn’t know for almost a week). When I try the troubleshooting steps it basically just says to move the device closer to my router and try again. Nothing else. Can you help?

    @ring tried setting up our new doorbell Sunday and the set up just gives us a blank screen. Called customer service same day and they said it’s an issue on your end. Any idea when this will be resolved? I’ve been without any doorbell since Sunday afternoon.

    @ring It was given to us as a house warming present from our real estate agent in June. Other priorities delayed my 3 attempts until now. No receipt as it's a gift and no compensation for dealing with old wiring that broke clearly says if there is no refund just trash it.

    @ring And when I ask to speak to a supervisor I'm told: "Sorry there's no supervisors available for 5 hours". How is there not a supervisor available? Especially when your support staff are incapable of providing help. Tired of this and ready to switch to @frontpoint

    @ring My modem hasn’t moved. My password hasn’t changed. Now can’t connect to network. Worked fine for over a year. Did the set-up steps, even full reset. Fully charged battery. Nothing works. A little help?

    @ring Ordered a doorbell for my parents in Spain. According to tracking GLS attempted to deliver yesterday, no attempt was made. Tracking now says package is in parcel shop but we have no address or what we need to collect. Very poor service can you please inform us how to get it
