    @ring since Sunday I tried to create an Account on Ring, every time I receive the pop up « there’s a problem please try again ». I have contacted the support and they are not able to help me… whatever e-mail address and password… impossible to create… I’m going to send it back

    @RIPsamememe So true... the only reason I'm on @Nextdoor is to see who is causing trouble in my neighborhood. They should partner with @ring Every day without fail, car theft, B&E, package theft...

    @ring Can you show me some indication from your QA team on their testing to show exactly what improvements there has been? I tested it only last week and it was slow as hell to alert making the entire System pointless.

    Hello folks @ring . I have been a camera and alarm customer for 6 years and love the ecosystem. My concern is that the 1080p camera quality isn't cutting it anymore. Are there plans for 2k cameras anytime soon? I have another brand I just bought but don't want to. Please help!

    @ring hey, our door bell keeps going offline. I've followed all instructions but it still keeps going offline. Seems like a problem with the unit, not battery or WiFi related. Any suggestions?

    @ring I don’t understand. This is an indoor cam. The setup process asked if it’s installed indoors and if it’s connected to power. I think this is a miss on the app side to not allow rotation on this camera as I can see this be installed upside-down outdoors as well.

    @ring despite using the same device I have for years I’m suddenly unable to log into the app requiring TSA. My phone is broken that the account number is linked too atm (thanks @Google #googlepixel ) and as a result I now can’t login to my account from any of the hundred devices

    @ring You probably should have got consumer feedback first. Putting more features into an app that all your consumers know is to slow is not considered an improvement. The point of rapid ring was it was LIGHTWEIGHT right! So it works faster.

    @ring Customer service USED to be good. I’ve been with them since their prototype door camera. But now their customer service is awful. They know there’s an issue with their cameras but they quote their TOS and offer 35% off a new camera! @ArloSmartHome seems a better choice.

    Google Pixel 6 Android 12 (6th July 2022 security update, Build SQ3A.220705.003) Ring app v3.52.0 In Ring app, Preview video, click on Share button, phone did a soft reboot. Anyone seeing this issue? @ring @madebygoogle

    @ring hey guys, looks like the iPhone app isn’t working…. I tried@to set up a new device and I couldn’t, I was able to do it in my iPad tho. I cannot login in the iPhone app 😨

    @ring I want you to check your end to see if there’s an issue - I know how to set it up - it’s weird the one I have currently has stopped working as well as a new one not responding. I don’t want to waste my time contacting you, doing all the suggested fixes if the issue is with you.

    @ring Yes I was able to set up and it captured video but only for a couple of minutes before it went offline. I then checked the transformer using a meter and it no longer had power. This happened twice with two different transformers

    @ring my chime stopped working because I deactivated my account. I've tried reconnecting it and now it says I'm not the owner and its sending them an email! Please help! We have had a slew of burglaries in the area ans personally we're burgled a month ago so need this sorted ASAP

    @PoppyLatte I would contact @ring if that’s who handles your doorbell camera and see if they can help you troubleshoot your doorbell camera and if they have access to any saved images.

    Why is my wired @ring doorbell playing the notification itself? How to turn that off? How can I increase the volume on connected Echoes? Notification volume is at max but seems not effecting the Ring-notification when someone is at the door. @AmazonHelp says its a Ring problem.

    Having a bad experience with @FedEx today, TNT not even bothering to visit my address to attempt delivery and lying when they update the tracking to say I wasn't in. Nice to have proof with my @ring doorbell that they were never here

    @ring doorbell keeps dropping off Wi-Fi, never used to be this bad, nest camera even further away is fine. Bought Wi-Fi boosters to try and help but done nothing. Getting very annoying now as don’t know when people are at the door
