FULLΛM (@waynefullam) reported@Ring the fact that I was able to seamlessly resume a support chat I started yesterday, with the new agent already having full context of the previous conversation, is a really elegant system. They had the issue resolved in under 5 minutes once I was on-site with the hardware. More companies need to do this.

Cat on the porch, in the middle of the night? I got it! Stick Up Cam (Gen3), just about as bad unless you want to see people walking away.

The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View
