April Woodall (@AprilElayne) reported@ring I have the premium plus protection plan and all I see is a 30 sec blank recording, and no sound. I do have a Samusung Smart Fridge that displays my camera views. When will you fix this? Missed an important message yesterday. Not happy.

cheryl (@cheryldenise01) reported@ring My issue is it’s 2.5 yrs old, it’s had this issue for over 6 months. Something relatively new & designed as a doorbell should not break. I will not, even with a discount spend more money on something that breaks within 2 years. This is poor customer service & poor equipment

Christopher (@Chr1sAvocado) reportedThe @ring app is so bad. If you ever actually need it to load on Android, it doesn't. It's so unreliable it would make a $400+ investment on hardware worth throwing out if @SimpliSafe would be a meeting responsive, reliable experience.

I have my gen 3 door bell hardwired to a ring adapter and the battery has drained and gone flat. This has worked fine for months but now have had to remove battery and charge. No settings have been changed
