@cire_65 @ring Yep. Same here and since it took ring most part of the day to acknowledge the problem i uninstalled ours for NOTHING 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 TO RING. Their twitter team told us to call except that wasn’t working either!

@ring is anyone working on this? I’ve been a customer for 24 hours and can’t use. Tried troubleshooting the device ended back in setup mode and then to go hours without the decide working to find out your services are down and you knew about it but didn’t give us updates!

@SMillbery @ring Some of the Amazon servers are down so I don't think it'll just be ring that's down. When Amazon Web Services go down half the tinterweb breaks

@ring Do you have an ETA on a fix. I’d suggest more proactive communication about this issue to your customers as I spent all night deleting and then trying to reinstall the app with no success and multiple reboot attempts of my Ring device. STILL NO SERVICE.

@ring Hey Ring; 2 phone calls to customer service 1-800-656-1918 waited over 2 hrs 55 minutes for help on alarm v2 no notifications or event history since 6:13 am this morning. Have rebooted base station 3 times, no change? What can you do?
