@ring ... there are very reasons why we have decided to buy your products and of late your system has been highly flaky and unreliable... the system response is slow, and major system outages have become more frequent... your technical infrastructure needs a proper audit.

@o2bnobx @ring thanks but the app won't even get me there. I took the battery out of the device and it's still sending me "alerts". Clearly not coming from the device itself but the Ring server

@ring is there something going on with the ring app? I've had issues connecting with my live video. I've disconnected and connected my wifi and it doesn't seem to be a connection issue. My battery is hardwired so it can't be dying.

@ring is still down. And their status is still "investigating" for HOURS now. Pretty shocking a 'security' company can have so little redundancy, so little protection and so little ability to respond.
