    @JagexSupport whenever I enter my clans citadel the screen goes black and only shows the loading please wait box but it will remain black unless I close the client and reopen for it to work with no issue. I’ve reported it as a bug in game this has been going on since last week.

    @JagexSupport @JagexTyran He got the ban appeal back however its stated the ban was applied correctly. Is there some issue using physical tools, foot pedals etc, to help play? Or remote access tools for when he cant sit at the PC? He's very worried he will get Permed now and not know why.

    @tehachapi12 @JagexSupport I also have similar issue contacting support but nothing changed until my cousin recommend @rixxytech to me and he help me recover my account back in 30mins. His an expert.

    @JagexSupport I was logged in on mobile and tried moving to my PC was told password was wrong when it's not. Tried resetting multiple times but kept getting error 15. Account is now locked "due to bring stolen" but won't let me process recovery options. Please help.

    @Jeffr94835215 @JagexSupport OMG!! thought i was the only victim of this, like i got banned wrongly and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply not until i got in contact with @hack.machine on instagram who got me back into my account he should help you

    @JagexSupport I do not recall appealing but perhaps I already did. I have never seen the evidence of the offense though, so I don’t even know what I’m alleged to have done. How can I fix this?

    @RuneScape @DarkHorseComics Question, for the new prime gaming rewards, we were supposed to get an umbral chest, I did not, and on the news post for the new quest it says we should be getting 1 chest, is that an error?

    @JagexSupport I can’t login to my account because I don’t have access to the Authenticator because I bought a new phone .The email the account was associated with is deleted . How do I obtain my account
