    @JagexSupport It’s just sad knowing that when players have issues regardless of what they are .. it’s almost like they’re not taken seriously. In 14 days.. if I even get a response by then.. all of my items in game are gone. Maybe one day your player base will be taken seriously.

    I regret going to runescape reddit today. Its so negative about this charity event lol. ******* hell man. Jagex has its problems but MIND as an organisation I have worked with. They are good people for the most part. Priorities Fundraising for a good organisation > MTX hatred

    @JagexSupport I have done this. They just told me I have been banned for macroing and they will not unban me, I want to progress this further as I want a full refund on my membership as your system are bad and customer service is appalling. I’m not getting accused of something I have not done.

    @RuneScape Any word on the graphical issues people been getting? Potions black, lots of items are invisible, some effects are invisible and so on. Been like this since 6th for quite a few people. Any word on this?

    @JagexSupport Hey I've been having the NXT Client freeze up for about 2-3 seconds at least 5 times a hour and memory crashes my PC specs are above what's needed and very sparse information on how to fix on the web. Any ideas?

    @AkivarMC Hi there! Would you be so kind to log into the RuneScape website and read the email we have sent to your Message Centre? Just in case your character was teleported to Lumbridge, so if the issue is that you cannot log in due to location, this action should fix it ~Cody

    @RuneScape Also still a lot of dark areas, this was never fixed. Happened when all of the other issues started.

    @RuneScape Any plans to fix the recent graphical issues many people are experiencing? Items, either in bank, inventory or random objects around the game are all black. Even some missing icons. Makes it super annoying to play. This happened thursday, guessing some kind of update.

    @ryantldr @RuneScape Yes, sometimes it's impossible to convert. Please fix it somehow. Super super annoying!
