    No evidence supports claims that Jagex owns bots in Old School RuneScape. Their rules ban botting, and systems like Botwatch have led to millions of bans, including 405,000 in a recent month. Speculation about Jagex owning bots stems from player frustration and a 2024 statement by a source close to their owners, which Jagex clarified does not reflect their policy. Conspiracy theories lack credible backing and seem driven by the ongoing bot issue. Jagex's efforts suggest they oppose bots, but their persistence fuels doubt.

    @AdoNir666 @Nescitum @OldSchoolRS Lore and game mechanics are different. In Tourist Trap there is an NPC obsessed with sailing. In Dragon Slayer you have to buy your own boat and fix it up. Bone Voyage there is a sailing part in that. To me it just makes sense to be in the game.

    @Pidbullz @GoodGirlNaomi @OldSchoolRS I just genuinely don't understand why you dislike it as a skill. I don't see the problem whatsoever. I'm at the point where I think you guys just don't like the name or the fact that is was a meme in 2015. I don't see the problem with leveling up and gaining access to new areas.

    @OldSchoolRS @JagexSupport please help me. When I click to log into my account on mobile, it skips the login screen and just logs me into my alt. I can’t log into my main because it never bring me to the screen to type in my email/password.

    @JagexSupport there is no reason your launcher should launch at start up by default you literally exist for me to play runescape and that's it. Fix your app.

    @OldSchoolRS What’s even the problem with emberlight chickening Yama? The boss is dead before you can drain him all the way anyway, and wasting specs past the def drain cap instead of using on dps specs seems pointless when all his other mechanics deal damage unrelated to his stats right?

    @BatCanary13 @Moustafo420 @OldSchoolRS Wilderness expansion not delivered, still. Buggy *** servers and events constantly DDoS'd. Child groomer/**** celebration events. Bots out the *** with no consequences. AHKers out the *** with no consequences. Constantly recycled material from RS3. This game is going down. :)

    @OldSchoolRS some of the sigils were too broken and the rule for lost food could have been tweaked to make it more competitive. Next year, select the captains and have them agree on terms + rules to make it as balanced as possible!

    @J92Osrs @JagexSupport @JagexAsh I simply asked them to look into it, in non of my post I said hey “ can I have my hardcore back “. But a good customer service practice is to look out for the people who play your content. But as you said above they won’t which is ok. Customer service lines up with Ubisoft & COD.

    @INeed7M @JagexGoblin @OldSchoolRS Giving how overrun the wildy is with bots, combined with false bans, idk how much further my faith in jagex anti cheat can erode. There's bots that crash at Spindel now, often 3+ hopping into any world at a time...and I'm the one who cops a ban xD
