@Grimjobxox @JagexSupport @JagexAsh I don't know if it made a difference, but almost immediately after my previous post, I got through to BRENFIXER on Instagram chat and he was incredibly helpful in helping me resolve a months long issue that other agents would not help with. Someone give that man a raise!
