@JagexAsh Is there anyway you could bring this back to the table? @JagexSupport should understand we all got issues, at the end what a company wants is to have their customers happy. All requests should be important, I don’t believe that downgrade accounts take that long being honest.

@SMITEGame @RuneScape @OldSchoolRS I have a question, and im not sure if this fix has been implemented. But whenever I try to randomize my capes via the loadout, I deselect “Smite’s cape” (Which is nothing) And when i go back in it only selects “Smite’s cape”

@JagexSupport 1/ And why wd you think that I’m having a connection issue that I cd bypass on my phone when I keep explaining that the ONLY reason I can’t submit a ticket is bc of this Ray ID being required? I don’t understand why you keep suggesting things that have nothing to do with this.

@JagexSupport Hey there, happy holidays! I'm sorry to bother you but my account gets locked everytime I play on the Steam client. RuneLite and Mobile works fine though, it only happens whenever I use the Steam client. Is there anything I can do to fix that?
