Snapchat is a mobile app that allows users to send and receive "self-destructing" photos and videos. Photos and videos taken with the app are called snaps. The sender of a message is able to determine the period that a message can be viewed by setting a limit between one and ten seconds.

    @Snapchat @dilliantheceleb Hi Snapchat Support, My account (abd.lovj) was locked and accused of using third-party apps, but I never used anything outside the official Snapchat app (POCO X7 Pro).     @snapchatsupport @snapchatsupport I’ve tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache, restarting my phone, and using a stable Wi‑Fi connection, but my Snaps still disappear after briefly showing in Memories. These Snaps are very important. Could you check if there’s a bug or issue on your end?

    Hey @SnapchatSupport, I’ve been wrongfully banned for alleged “drug” content but I’ve never posted about this, ever. I’ve appealed via the app, emailed support and only got automated responses. I’m requesting a human review. This feels like a bot error, not something I did. HELP.
