Snapchat is a mobile app that allows users to send and receive "self-destructing" photos and videos. Photos and videos taken with the app are called snaps. The sender of a message is able to determine the period that a message can be viewed by setting a limit between one and ten seconds.

    @snapchatsupport Hi Snapchat Support, My account (abd.lovj) was locked and accused of using third-party apps, but I never used anything outside the official Snapchat app (POCO X7 Pro). I think I was banned unfairly or maybe hacked. Please check the case carefully and help me recover my account.

    Hey @SnapchatSupport, I’ve been wrongfully banned for alleged “drug” content but I’ve never posted about this, ever. I’ve appealed via the app, emailed support and only got automated responses. I’m requesting a human review. This feels like a bot error, not something I did. HELP.

    This company claims to value users, but after over a month of reporting the same issue, I’m still ignored. Snapchat support acts like a small grocery store with no system. Snap Map doesn’t work, Spotlight crashes. This is not how a global tech company should behave #SnapchatDown

    @Charlie113617 @snapchatsupport Losing 5 years of memories without warning is terrible. Try messaging @AJTheTech he’s helped people in similar situations recover their Snapchat access and get their memories back.

    @anabebrooks @snapchatsupport Support can be unhelpful when it comes to ban appeals; @dion_techs is different; they took my problem seriously and worked with me to find a solution, even when the official channels seemed unwilling to help
