    No action has been taken from @Snapchat @snapchatsupport why you people are not understanding my problem my new device just got banned and my id with more than 1 crore snapscore and lots of memories have been locked please take some action or should I appeal it in higher level.

    @SnapchatSupport My hacked account was confirmed as mine and you promised to delete it (I have proof), but now you’re refusing to help or review the evidence. I have two accounts under my name/email (one uses Face ID). This is a security issue. Please escalate. #snapchat

    Hi @SnapchatSupport, I’ve been temporarily banned again for “unauthorized third-party apps”—something I haven’t used. Last time it was 7 days, now it’s 30. I’ve tried email support but got no real help. Can someone please explain why this keeps happening?
