Snapchat is a mobile app that allows users to send and receive "self-destructing" photos and videos. Photos and videos taken with the app are called snaps. The sender of a message is able to determine the period that a message can be viewed by setting a limit between one and ten seconds.

    @jk_rowling @jo_bartosch Not recognisable as men is a problem in itself. Only recently my son’s friend had been chatting on Snapchat for weeks with a girl? who he found out later is a boy and felt mentally sick that he fancied her. Who are protecting the you lads from this.

    Hi @SnapchatSupport, I’ve been temporarily banned again for “unauthorized third-party apps”—something I haven’t used. Last time it was 7 days, now it’s 30. I’ve tried email support but got no real help. Can someone please explain why this keeps happening?

    @souljadalt @Snapchat customer service is non existent, i waited on them for weeks and no response it was this (devin_technocrat) on instagram who recovered my account for me hit him up and thank me be-careful with other recommendations

    @snapchatsupport Hi Snapchat Support, My account (abd.lovj) was locked and accused of using third-party apps, but I never used anything outside the official Snapchat app (POCO X7 Pro). I think I was banned unfairly or maybe hacked. Please check the case carefully and help me recover my account.

    This company claims to value users, but after over a month of reporting the same issue, I’m still ignored. Snapchat support acts like a small grocery store with no system. Snap Map doesn’t work, Spotlight crashes. This is not how a global tech company should behave #SnapchatDown
