    @snapchatsupport it seems like MANY people are having an issue with getting locked out of their account for no reason. instead of giving everyone the same generic tweet - can you please assist or look into your algorithm? Clearly something is wrong.

    @EricaSBartell I got locked out again but did it again and ever since I’ve never had issues, but then again, snapchat updates so Im not sure if it works still
