    @Snapchat @snapchatsupport are out of order. You delete accounts with no explanation not even giving people the chance to save their sentimental pictures & videos. When they contact customer service you send an automated email saying you can’t help further.

    @fyteperri The so called PR are also part of the problem, they will post on Twitter before she does. She will upload on Snapchat and then post after 5hours on IG, and get low engagements. Her PR is very poor, no privacy or surprises.
