I think I was banned unfairly or maybe hacked. Please check the case carefully and help me recover my account.

  This company claims to value users, but after over a month of reporting the same issue, I’m still ignored. Snapchat support acts like a small grocery store with no system. Snap Map doesn’t work, Spotlight crashes. This is not how a global tech company should behave #SnapchatDown
