@snapchatsupport My account has been permanently locked and i think it has a device lock as well. I have no idea why this happened, there was no email or warning or anything about this. maybe it got hacked. please help me get my account back i have sooo many precious memories

@snapchatsupport Snapchat does not provide the reason for this blocking which could allow the user to solve the problem.... But Snapchat like many other companies takes care of its shareholders instead of taking care of its users !!!!
