Snapchat is a mobile app that allows users to send and receive "self-destructing" photos and videos. Photos and videos taken with the app are called snaps. The sender of a message is able to determine the period that a message can be viewed by setting a limit between one and ten seconds.

FTX imploded. we almost died. 2023: pivoted with 3 months runway. launched first AI wealth advisor. users connected $100M in assets. about to raise series A. cofounder quits. kills the round. down to 3 people (me, @baileyrmoses and @thestonechat). 2024: robinhood acquisition. company had $20 at close. personal networth -$20k. almost blew up the deal fighting for my team. was putting rent on credit cards during negotiations. car repo'd → $5M left on table → $20 in the bank → acquired the journey is never what it looks like. but i never stopped shipping.

    @snapchatsupport i've tried reaching out via email several times. snapchat support is ignoring all my emails and i'm getting frustrated. my account was banned despite the fact that i haven't violated any guidelines (yes, i thoroughly reviewed them). can someone please help me?

    This company claims to value users, but after over a month of reporting the same issue, I’m still ignored. Snapchat support acts like a small grocery store with no system. Snap Map doesn’t work, Spotlight crashes. This is not how a global tech company should behave #SnapchatDown
