@SpotifyCares after years of premium #spotify (dream app) I've had enough, I'm off to #amazonmusic, you've not sorted out issues like shuffle repeats, the sd storage not showing properly, the loss of downloads when phone restarts, play bar dissappearing, app is now a disgrace.

@Spotify @SpotifyStatus I know a lot of people had the same issue but my songs, although “downloaded”, only play when the app is connected to wifi or data. This is extremely annoying and makes me want to switch to Apple as I couldn’t find a fix; so what’s the fix?

@SpotifyCares I am facing a problem when i disconnect my phone from smart tv, my phone not playing the phone songs on Spotify, its just play a song for 5 seconds and than automatically play a song which i last played a song on smart tv.

@SpotifyCares I’m using a new iPhone 11 and my iOS is up to date. Spotify app is draining my battery. I have Spotify on the background playing for 20 minutes and my battery drops %20. Deleting and reinstalling the app fixes the issue for a while but it starts happening again

@SpotifyCares a problem on the mobile app, where after a couple of songs, sometimes only two, the app player stops playing. If you hit play button, the timer stays at 0.00 but it looks as if its playing.
