The issue is only when I login into my Premium account on a Windows machine. It does not happen when I am using the free version. Also there is no issue on a mac machine. @SpotifyCares @spotifyindia @Spotify

@SpotifyCares I’m having issues with the latest Spotify version on iOs 16.3.1: songs randomly stopping and app crashing around 30 seconds into a song. Also can’t load some playlists. Any known issues?

@pjm_streaming Antis report his playlists for months and they'll keep doing it but spotify shouldn't take down playlist just because it's reported by random user. I don't know if we need to tag SpotifyCares or email them somehow so they start doing their job properly

@SpotifyCares Tried. Rebooted. Reinstalled Spotify. Logged out & back in. Checked on multiple machines too. The same issue persists across all machines. It works fine on my android mobile.

@SpotifyCares I have a problem where i can't play songs unless they are in a playlist i made, if i try to play a song from a playlist someone else made, or straight from an artists page it wont even start

@bgidget @SpotifyCares I had some difficulties on my account too not too long ago, my page was taken down and I was no longer in control of the page not until I was referred to @lexi_fixer on Instagram and wrote a complain to him on my second Instagram account before my page was recoverd

@SpotifyCares @Spotify the new UI which removed the “heart” icon and is replaced with a buggy “+” sign to like songs is terrible. Plus it doesn’t even work when viewed under what’s new tab, recently played and the main page.

@SpotifyCares I can't login to my account. Can't do it via Facebook, can't login via my email address. I click forgot password and no password email reset is received (inc spam folder). When I click "log in without password" in the android app it says my email address isn't valid

@SpotifyCares i bought premium in kenya but you forgot to mention in asterisks (spotify doesn’t provide all premium features such as Video podcasts and other features) does this mean 3rd world countries get third world service 🥺.
