    @SpotifyCares Hey, Spotify, album shuffle play seems to be broken. Everything is playing in order even when I don’t want it to. It’s very annoying. Please fix ASAP.

    @SpotifyCares since Saturday my Google home won't play specific songs, it'll only play playlists or artists. I'm a premium user and I've done everything possible to fix it and yet it's still not working Any help?

    @SpotifyCares Hello, the Spotify audio player stops when I go through the Instagram feed. It is a problem with Spotify or the new @instagram update stops and turns off the Spotify player. It is already a very common problem.

    @SpotifyCares help, not seeing lyrics on my s21 using the app and logged in with my account. If I try my partners account on the app on my s21 I can see them. If I log into the app with my account on partners s10e don't see lyrics, so looks to be issue with my account

    @SpotifyCares Nearly all of the lyrics have been synced properly to the songs. My only problem has been with incorrect lyrics (the wrong words). I've been listening almost exclusively by streaming with very little use of Offline mode.

    @SpotifyCares i’m facing an error with my account. whenever i joined spotify session nor i made one, the song played on my account aren’t the same that being played on another account. the song that being played on my acc always one song ahead from the queue. please fix it ASAP.
