    @SpotifyCares Been trying to unsubscribe from premium to create a family account for over a month. Told it is iTunes issue; spent 3 hours total on phone with Apple support & provided documentation of cancelled subscription thru iTunes to Spotify support; still nothing. Not okay.

    Has anyone else with an iPhone had a problem with Spotify not connecting to Bluetooth so it will only play through your phone and not your AirPods or car?????

    @SpotifyCares I was not able to save the code. The app crashed while I was typing in my credentials while the code was flashed on the screen. Now, everytime I redeem the free 3-month premium subscription, I get an error saying I already redeemed it. I still do not have it activated.

    @dollydeIight @Spotify It’s not spotify’s fault. The copyright holder has its own music streaming service in Korea. Spotify just launched in Korea and the company didn’t want competition. It’s ******. With that said, you should follow whichever service has kpop, but spotify isn’t the problem. 😔
