    @SpotifyCares The app has been crashing for the last few hours whenever I try to open it. I land up either in loading screen or get an error message that app ain't responding on my smartphone

    @SpotifyCares Why haven't you guys patched the SD card storage issue on restart where is has to download ALL my saved music EVERYTIME I restart?? There are plenty of "closed" questions that are "repeats" of the same UNANSWERED question. I am ready to cancel Premium.

    @SpotifyCares @loafloafloaf3 I have the same problem on windows app and on my android device. Restarting and logging out doesn't help. Impossible to listen to podcasts, but music is no problem.
