    @Spotify @SpotifyCares I have brought multiple friends and family members from OTHER streaming services over to the Spotify platform and I get rewarded with a suspended account and the subscription fee STOLEN FROM ME since it got closed the day after I paid for it. Good service?

    @SpotifyCares Need help with logging in, cannot remember my password and don't have access to my old email (associated with the account). The option to message support requires I log in, but hopefully you see the problem with that. :( Also a Spotify for Artists account. Thanks!

    @magda_zabinska @SpotifyCares I am having the same problem and I’ve tried all of those steps. It appears to only be a problem with video podcasts. I am running iPhone 12 Pro V 15.4.1. App V 8.7.20.

    @PaperPlanes2010 Understood. If this is only affecting Spotify and you never had this issue before, you could try reinstalling the app, then force closing other apps on your phone. If it’s the same, we hope our friends from @SpotifyCares could jump in for more help.
