@WillRBishop @Spotify @SpotifyCares I direct messaged them wanting an explanation as to why when asking my echo device for a song on Spotify, it plays a playlist, yet Amazon music plays this song with no issue. They told me to log in and out, and adjust audio playback. Like that would help.

@D_woods1986 @iTunes The problem I have with Spotify is, because I don’t pay for it, I can only listen to music on shuffle. And after a few songs, it starts shuffling recommended/similar music into the mix and jumping to other playlists, so I end up with random **** thrown in. It’s a pain in the ***.
