@SpotifyCares my son’s phone broke and he can’t get into Spotify because he can’t remember his username and password. We have to be logged into Spotify to get to customer service. I’m still paying for the subscription, so I’d really appreciate some help.

@modooborahae There’s hardly any AM updates, but hourly (or more) Spotify updates. So it doesn’t “seem” as important to everyone. That’s my thoughts. As well, I personally struggle getting AM to keep playing without skipping or completely shutting down. It’s a total pain.

So impressed with the customer service from @Spotify I contacted them about an ad I heard that was triggering and suggested they allow listeners to block certain topics (like Facebook and twitter allow) and they've taken it seriously and been really helpful. Thank you!

@doomedparade @HeavyMetalYetii I have no problem myself paying for music. Spotify allows me to find music I want to purchase. I buy vinyl and I don’t have a record player anymore. And with Spotify I can listen and if it’s a piece of crap I am not buying. No more album roulette for me.

This is exactly why Netflix, Steam, Napster (and spotify today) among other service platforms immediately exploded once internet infrastructure was good enough to accommodate them. Piracy and paying customers are not competing industries, it's a value proposition spectrum.
