    @SpotifyCares Oh AND also! Why is it that when I close the app and resume a podcast starts off about 30 minutes prior to where I left off?! Are you going to fix any of the issues I have brought up or continue to ignore them? Like you have when I have emailed you like 6 times with zero response

    @SpotifyCares Actually, I already got it handled by your customer service. Normally I wouldn’t respond after having it fixed but that was the easiest refund I’ve ever gotten tbh.

    Is anyone else having an issue where Butter is not playing on their @Spotify? none of the versions are working for me if I manually play it or play a playlist myself. @SpotifyCares

    Did @Spotify fix the OG Butter on their curated playlists? GP/Businesses that uses those playlists will not notice a skipped song or will bother to re-install the app. We need those ULs. @Spotifycares I hope this issue is resolved because this will affect BTS’ overall streams.

    Also @SpotifyCares , my library goes back to 2018 and the app reaaaaaaally hates whenever i try to play anything from down there, it just won't do it and will continue on as if i never clicked the song at all lmao. Like, i still wanna hear those songs!

    @ParkLY23 @MrsTOH2O @SpotifyCares You need to change for the other ones available. They deleted the previous Butter albums and only one remains. You need to replace the old ones for these. My playlists changed automatically for the other version but a lot of people are having the same problem you have.

    @arehthankyou @SpotifyCares Well that's actually not Spotify's Fault It's the record label they keep it on hold for some reasons like copyright holder problems it'll get fixed soon. Sorry for the inconveniences caused.

    @HopingDaily Yes, and it even removed it from my downloads. Worked only on filter’s BTS Party+Butter playlist and on BTS front page, but not on my playlists. I had to reinstall Spotify to play it. @SpotifyCares says their devs are on it but the problem has been some 8 hours now..

    @SpotifyCares having problems connecting to Spotify on chrome/windows player/android/iOS apps it connects fine if I switch to mobile data but when I switch to my WiFi it doesn’t work? Does Spotify ban IPs? We recently got new WiFi so I hope we haven’t been assigned a banned ip.
