Just heard of a “geriatric Exodus” from somewhere called ‘Spotify’ but was confused as I had always assumed that @SpotifyCares was a pimple remedy. @AgnesMuller informs me that it is not only a giant media corporation - she tracked down some royalty payments totalling £1.30 👀🙀

@SpotifyCares I have an Oppo A53 with Android Version 11. I'm not sure what number the update is, but it's the current one. I'm not sure about their phone's make, model or operating system though, but I'll find out. I think the problem might be on their side as I can blend with other people

@RevdRach @SpotifyCares If they keep charging your accounts after attempting to cancel, I'd contact your bank, not only can they stop future payments when Spotify is being lazy, they can claw back previously fraudulent charges that Spotify took. No wait times dealing with terrible customer service ;)
