Radio people work with the music so they know the hits, misses and they have the stats. They also go to behind the scenes stuff like listening parties, private events and so have a feel of what is coming down the pipeline. When Spotify was coming to town? They knew.

@madebygoogle the album. I tried to say the artist and album in different order or said Play the album "Folge 11 Papys Pony" by "Bibi und Tina" and many others but nothing triggered the right album. But when i say the same to alexa, it works fine so i dont think its a problem by spotify.

@SpotifyCares Hello, i am getting ‘no internet connection available: error code 4’ for the past few days and unable to use spotify although there is no problem on wifi. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing has changed. I am using macOS 10.13.6. Help please.

@SpotifyCares It did. but thats not really debugging the underlying problem as much as it's "turn it off an on again". Say I wanted to go camping for a few weeks etc. - I guess my User Story is limited, but there're others who suffer from the same which ur Devs-in-test may want to look into

New @spotify update is terrible as usual. The album list for an artist no longer displays in chronological order, it's now basically random, probably based on play count. New playlists of top 10 songs of artist now titles the playlist by first song name instead of artist...
