@SpotifyCares At checkout, it kept saying there was an error. However now I have 2 confirmations. One of which charged me $92.20 and the other charged me $7.41. I would like to keep the $7.41 order and cancel the $92.20 order.

@SpotifyCares Is there any way to revert to an old version of the app on Android? As someone with audio processing difficulties this one small change has basically rendered Spotify unusable for podcast listening from a hands-free perspective. Your service is great but I primarily use it (1/3)

@SpotifyCares @Spotify is this for real? As as day1 paying user I today upgraded to #family account, only to find out that I cannot switch between profiles and have to logout&login everytime. Imagine how this NOT works with a few small kids in your family....
