I also tried to access Spotify using Firefox 83.0 in a Windows PC and I had the same issue. I think this proves there's no problem with my computer, my operational system and my Firefox installation. So I will keep waiting Spotify fix this problem.

@xconwombats Still didn't work. It just brings me back to the public 2020 wrapped playlists page. I saw on Spotify's website that other people are having the same issue. Hopefully it'll be resolved by the morning because I really wanna know what my top song is lol

@racheloriuwa you go to the search tab on your spotify app, scroll down a lil bit and then there should be a tab that says “2020 Wrapped”!!
