I’m a premium user I tought the problem would solve with an actualization but the last one (8.5.86) didn’t solve anything. I’m an iOS user currently on 14.3 (18C66) and I have no problems with any other app but Spotify. I already did what’s told on your pinned video.

firstly i'd like to start saying that the only reason by 5 seconds of summer is the song i've played the most in my entire spotify according to spotify stats. played over 500 times this year, the only reason is one of the only things that can calm me down after bad things happen+

@TBSkyen To me spotify is just a convenient way of listening to the music wherever I am. Might not be the best idea to support them, but I honestly feel like I need that kind of service. I do however buy physical albums and EPs or directly support artists in other ways whenever possible.

I SIGNED OUT EVERYWHERE BCS LIKE I USE MY FACEBOOK AS MY SPOTIFY ACCOUNT i don't know why i must have used it a while back so thats how i have to sign in now; but my facebook is fine and still uses my email and everything? like idk what is happening but my spotify seems fine.

@SpotifyCares I been having a problem with Spotify playing music. what happens is when I turn my phone off Spotify will play a song or two and stop, then I have to go to the app and manually start the song which i have to listen from the beginning because it restarts the song. Any help Spotify

There are so many songs entitled "Like A Drug," and none of them are the iconic tune by They Eat Their Own which is not available on Spotify, thereby thwarting the conversion of my high school mix tapes into playlists. I might just put some random terrible song in its place.

Hey @SpotifyCares! I have a BIG issue with your mobile app it began a month ago well for short: the app crashes while playing music. It doesn’t matter if it’s online or downloaded, after some seconds it’ll crash from 2 to 4 times before working “normally”.

@BeeBimBop @Spotify Have you tried searching for the same song or podcast on iOS and then turning VoiceOver on, the built-in screen reader, selecting the an item and then double tapping on it? I’m not experiencing this problem, but just wondered if that would also work for you?
