the user experience of Spotify is rather disappointing especially for such a big company which should have resources available to build better products (I don’t want to debase any individual engineers at Spotify this looks more like a product management problem)

@SpotifyCares @Spotify iPhoneX, 2017 Toyota, Bluetooth in car, WiFi at home. But problem happens whenever I leave the car, so at work or the park. Doesn’t happen every time, but often, usually after two-three drives. Seldom use app when not in car. Songs are downloaded to phone.

There is absolutely no other app or service that so frequently infuriates me more than @Spotify — their iOS app is simply terrible. I tap to play a song that's saved for offline play & nothing happens; regularly I see broken screens where content fails to load, etc.
