It’d be great to see @XboxGamePass do some sort of special for existing users of a service. Probably takes a good bit more work/money, but 4 months of Spotify Premium or Disney+ adds 0 value to me.

Ok clever people, anyone got strong views on a chromebook vs a PC. The former seem be cheaper, easier, more stripped down. It’s mainly for use as a portal to my work computer. But Spotify, Netflix, email etc thereafter.

@soulmatesnamgi people were arguing that they’d never streamed their faves music they just listened to it on spotify, which is a streaming service and still counts as streams whether you are doing it intentionally or not that’s what doesn’t make sense, they act like streaming is a thing you have

problems with the windows desktop spotify app update after using it for 10 minutes: - maximizing while in the background doesn't move it to the foreground - hovering over long track titles doesn't scroll the full name - going full screen doesn't expand the size of the album art

@michaelpachter I'm fine with Apple's 30% cut of the initial app sale but that's where it should stop. Apple doesn't own Spotify, so a Spotify user on an iPhone is still a Spotify customer. Spotify is reasonable for all of the related costs like servers, app development, customer service, etc.
