@SpotifyCares some of their other songs have lyrics but it's very random, all of their songs used to have lyrics and then one day they just stopped showing up :( i didn't know if that was a spotify issue or if it's something else

@SpotifyStatus Hi, I'm experiencing problems logging into my account. My app was in offline mode, I logged out, reset my password successfully and now can't login through the app. I'm getting the "you're offline" error and there's nothing I can do about it. Tried on desktop and mobile. HELP

@SpotifyCares Oh yes I did all of those steps, and just like predicted by those exact steps failing during earlier attempts and the fact that the problems were the same on my previous phone, they didn't work. Can you get to the recommendations I gave in my very first DMs?

Sometimes when I get in the car I think it’s restarted my created playlist but actually it’s starts my own radio station with things I might like…it’ll be fine for a few songs and then throw a random I heard once or is related to artists I like. Might be a setting?
