@JakeLapham @SpotifyCares Anyone notice that if you log out of your Spotify app and try to login on cellular it says your password is incorrect? I reset my password so many times, before I tried logging in whilst on wifi and it worked… something it going on with the app

@SpotifyCares Can you guys figure out how to control the volume on your commercials do it matches the volume of the music that is currently played?? It is so annoying to have to rush to my phone or car to turn down the commercials because they are too damn loud!

@SpotifyStatus @SpotifyCares Everything is not better, there’s a serious problem! The least you do is announce there is an issue so we’re all not struggling to fix it on our end. I pay for this service and am not getting my moneys worth. We should get a free month of premium for this massive inconvenience.

I have Visa card from @PaytmBank but unfortunately @SpotifyCares having issue processing payment from that Card too. It's frustrating when you have money but you can't buy premium subscription because that multi national company doesn't support Rupay cards,

@SpotifyCares I'm having this issue where my spotify won't play any song and instead skips to an artist radio and every attempt to play a song i want or queued gets skipped automatically but no songs every play

@SpotifyCares I’m experiencing an issue with Spotify on iOS im unable to just select any if the songs in my play list I do have premium. I closed the app and reopened it to find that I had logged me out I went to log back it but now it keep saying that something went wrong If this can be fixed

@AmandaRPI @SpotifyCares Hi there @SpotifyCares, and update yet? We’re going on almost a week now of the app not working fully when using a cellular connection. Just tell us what’s happening and when it will be fixed! Why are we paying for an app that hasn’t worked properly for a week?
