@SpotifyCares the new spotify wrapped is being very hard to enjoy. both my gf and I are having crash issues with the feature just when we click in to see. i had to use my mom's phone to see mine and, despite being able to see something, it was difficult due the constant crashing

@SpotifyCares yo, when I try to look at my wrapped all of the slides are blank and if I try to click through them then my app just crashes lol... Tried reinstalling, restarting my phone etc. same crashing problem on another device though the slides do seem to work a bit.

@SpotifyCares I know this has been reported by many and the devs are already working the problem but I also want to report that I can't watch my Spotify Wrapped as it crashes after a few seconds. Tried Logging out and then restarting, tried deleting cache, stopping the app etc.

@SpotifyCares You guys streamed last Feb. that we would get Spotify HiFi this year. We're already at December and nothing. You're too busy trying to take down Apple, (which already offers lossless), instead of focusing on improving your service to your customers.

@SpotifyCares hey, i found a bug in wrapped2021 on android, the speed of the wrapped storiws is tied to the animation speed of the phone, mine was turned down to 0 so firt i didnt see anything, then i aet it back to 0.5 as i used to and the stories was playing wery fast
