@SpotifyCares You want all of the devices, OS, app versions? It happens on mobile and desktop, macOS 11 & 12 and Android 11 & 12, and it's been happening for 2+ months, so lots of versions of the app. The evidence points to service failure (API maybe) not my devices.

So UMG was making changes to BTS’ Spotify, now issue with getting stuff to play keeps popping up. I hope @Spotify @SpotifyCares can get these issues resolved. 🙏🏻

@SpotifyCares How many times do I have to delete my app and install it again in a week when my tracks suddenly stop playing? And does this only happen to BTS songs? Please fix this big problem, I pay premium to have a good service.
