We are on day 6 @SpotifyCares @Spotify of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Playlist has been reported 165 times in that time; I’ve talked to 8 people and nothing has been done to fix this issue That means I’ve received 165 automated emails. 0 from someone real.
