@SpotifyCares The digital master that was sent to Spotify, Amazon Music, & Apple Music all have a skipping track. I reported this years ago (to Apple) and nothing was about it then. Years later the problem still exists on all 3 platforms.

@SpotifyUK @SpotifyCares I have ios 12.5.5 on my iphone 6 plus, but the App store has only available for ios 13. You don't give options to download to older devices, from previous versions. This is rubbish and terrible support. You could have 1000s more users with this option!

@SpotifyCares I made the account with Facebook, then I changed Facebook's email cause I don't have the old anymore, but spotify didn't change it. I can't change it myself cause I don't have a password cause I login from Facebook and don't need one... wtf

I’m really getting tired of @Spotify @SpotifyCares and their shortcut bullshit! It keeps reducing from 6 to 2 podcast on my home page. And no, it’s not an error on my part, it’s just really bad coding on their part! Let us pin our own shortcuts so they STAY!!

@SpotifyCares It’s simple. The 6 “shortcuts” for most listened albums/podcasts reduces to 2. It changes all the time. Just give us the ability to manually pin our own most listened albums/podcast to avoid these problems. I’m so close to move to Apple Music @Spotify
