@SpotifyCares Do you know how many times I’ve been given this reply. Private sessions do not work on smart speakers. This problem was raised on the forums 5 years ago. What are you doing about it?? Sort it out. Surely it’s not hard to put a switch on playlists to exclude them from your AI

@SpotifyCares @annn178 I also tried this and it's not working for me either. After the reinstall and restart of my phone, I got to see the first slide for about 5 seconds before it crashed again. (I didn't have any other apps or tabs open in the background either.)

@SpotifyCares Hey, so that Dolce and Gabbana cologne ad you've been running on the Spotify Desktop is broken. All it does is freeze on that closeup of the man's penis in white swimtrunks and the only way to get around it is to restart the program. Nice going, Spotify.

@SpotifyCares Thanks, I’ve tried everything through, reinstalling twice, turning my phone on and off, logging in and out. It seems to be a recurring issue for me every year too, I used to only be able to check online for my wrapped but I can’t see it anywhere this year
