Hello @Spotify , @SpotifyCares , @BIGHIT_MUSIC We have noticed that the song ‘Still With You’ by BTS Jungkook has been illegally uploaded on a Spotify profile named "Shxne". This is a violation of copyright. Please take a look into this issue. Thanks

@JiminGlobal @Spotify @SpotifyCares Non-violating playlists are being taken down. We tested, this playlist which only listed each song once and did not even use a cover image was still taken down. This is a platform problem. Please give artists their due and users a hassle-free experience

@SpotifyCares hi ya, i want to use my Family login on multiple devices (incl. Google home) but I can play music on only one device at a time. So I can't play music on phone if someone at home is listening to something on Google home, pls help in troubleshooting.

@SpotifyCares Hello. My Spotify wont load any album anymore. No other issues loading anything else. Uninstall, empty cache, log out and in, and other advices in support forum they all didnt wok, still same issue. I got premium, android 6.0, device Honor 7 PLK-L01. Any advice?

@SpotifyCares my playlist hype country has been taking down five times I changed the name once because I understood that the word **** was inappropriate, but then I changed it the crap I also understand that that can be inappropriate but the name "Hype country, nothing sad" is ok
