@SpotifyCares I have been have an issue all day where my app quits after 2-3 mins of listening. I updated the app, restarted my phone and closed all other apps. (iPhone XR, IOS 14.7.1) I don’t want to delete the app and reinstall because I will lose my content downloaded.

@SpotifyCares If you listen to podcast (specifically older episodes) the ad will either play normally and or have a minor glitch to it and then afterwards the podcast itself will be in a slow pitch for the entirety of the show (not a playback speed issue) uninstalling & updating didn’t work

wait now that im over my negative thoughts, it actually wasnt that bad considering there were a lot of errors with lisa's spotify in the first 24 hours. we may not have been number one but we did well. her spotify is still hacked though so @Spotify @SpotifyCares pls do something.

@SpotifyCares The problem is, it’s taking up all of my cellular data. I don’t want to turn cell data off for Spotify because I still want to be able to search for things, create playlists, etc. But I don’t want things to automatically download without any way to cancel or find out what.
