    @SpotifyCares @payton_summer1 Mines still not working, I work away with very poor broadband and the main reason I use Spotify is because of the offline download, to keep all my music.

    It's been iffy for a while, but I thought it was just something weird with my account. Turns out it's a widespread problem. @SpotifyCares it would be nice if you supported this officially, instead than adding limits and taking away the ability to archive dynamic playlists.

    @Gerry_JPG @SpotifyStatus mate i know u were pissed but cancelling your subscription over a little downtime like this, it’s stupid. if netflix was down you wouldn’t go and cancel. if google went down you wouldn’t delete account. please be more realistic and think before you say things.

    I really cannot believe that @Spotify Android app has so many constant issues connecting to Google Nest devices. And that @SpotifyCares and everyone else in their team cares nothing about those issues. That keep on being reported and constantly ignored. Please fix them already!

    Been offered this solution and I can no longer have a Hulu bundle. Thanks @Spotify you no longer have a customer. Wasting my time with runaround. Train your people and get your act together. And dont call your customer service @SpotifyCares because you most definitely do not 😡😡

    @SpotifyCares my account issue has not been resolved and it’s been almost a week. Unfortunately I get one message a day with direction but nothing actually makes it as far as getting fixed with lack of communication and hours in between response times. Can someone please help!

    @SpotifyCares HELP! I deleted all the songs off a playlist yesterday and can’t recover them since I didn’t delete the whole playlist. Is there ANY way of recovering them?!?! I’d be eternally grateful 😭😭😭😭 PS spotify is dope and undoubtedly my best subscription service

    If you're looking for a music streaming service, beware of @SpotifyCares (because they couldn't care LESS) I started reaching out to them on Wednesday about my premium account suddenly no longer PREMIUM. No response. I've DM'd them continuously for the last 3.5 hours. No reponse.
