why everytime the music stops and I want to continue playing another song, spotify seems no respond at all. I can't hear anything, even the play button can't be hit. And I only got this problem when I'm listening through my airpods. Is there any way to fix this? @SpotifyCares

@SpotifyStatus is your app okay? I cannot log in through Facebook or through e-mail address and password. The issue began when I could no longer play any of my music and after reinstalling, I can no longer log in at all. All my other apps are fine.

@SpotifyCares I did almost everything you suggest, restart the app multiple times, restart my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It won't let me go pass the login, it's just a blank loading page. The latest version of the app for android

@SpotifyCares It has been fixed ! Was about the player not working on a laptop, on Spotify's website, and it was the only occurrence of this issue I had. Fixed by erasing my Internet history. Lasted about half an hour.

@SpotifyCares hi my spotify keeps pausing my songs like 9 seconds into it and then not working or playing at all... it’s getting kind of irritating - i pay for premium and i use it with/without internet and both ways are not working.. i have an apple iphone 8plus.

@SpotifyCares Hey there. Premium subscriber since 2010. I have an A&H ZEDi 10 Audio Interface on my PC, and I can't play music through the Spotify desktop app when using it. The web player works, and no other software has this issue on my PC. Any advice?

@SpotifyCares Should be ashamed! I got a bill this month on the 17th. Last month and ALL months it's the 28th. When I asked a chat agent. They not only did not answer but my service is cut off this last week. So apparently it's $10 a fortnight now? #RippedOff #SpotifyxTWICE
