@SpotifyCares iPhone X, iOS 15. I’ve deleted and redownloaded app, force restarted, done everything web said I should try to no avail, there is plenty of space on my phone as well memory is not an issue
@SpotifyCares I know I’m not alone but I too am having tremendous problems with the app crashing constantly, like every three minutes. iOS dedicating time much cpu to it and it automatically crashes. Please help and fix as soon as possible, I can email crash reports if helpful

@AryaMiller5 @SpotifyCares It really feels bad how your account has been hacked I had same issue not until I was recommended to @prantic_tech and he got it fixed today hit him up and be happy again
@SpotifyCares This didn’t work either. Is this a known internal issue? I see others are experiencing the same issues
@SpotifyCares No error message or anything. Either the song will play for 10 seconds then stop, or it won’t play at all. Its been happening with my liked songs more often though
Hi @SpotifyCares, a customer is trying to cancel their Spotify account but they are unable to login as their email address is not recognised. I see there is no phone support so what would you suggest for someone who doesn't use Twitter?

@SpotifyCares Hi, I am no longer able to sort local music files on the deskktop app (Mac). I can still view local files, play them, and add them to playlists, but I cannot sort them? When it syncs to my phone, I am able to sort on my ios app no problem.
@SpotifyCares I can, but that seems like an intermittent fix since it's only with this app. I just want to make sure this gets reported as a problem since I wonder if it's an issue with the latest update.
@SpotifyCares No error messages. It closes down when I’m playing music, whether I’m on the app or phone is locked. Always after about 20/30 seconds. Thanks
@SpotifyCares I updated the app on my iPhone 11 four days ago and now my phone gets super hot whenever I use the app. Have others reported the same problem?
Another problem @SpotifyCares. I deleted a playlist but it still shows up on web, app and desktop. And I can continue to delete it but it doesn't go away.

@SpotifyCares Hi Spotify , I got a little tiny problem with the app (in a iOS , iPhone SE) , I have all my music list downloaded. But they never start to work, I got a reset on my phone about 6 days ago(battery change and apple always mess the data), but what’s going on?
@SpotifyCares My podcasts aren’t playing in the lock screen on my iPhone. This is really causing me a problem as I have to restart my podcasts every time my phone locks. This hasn’t been an issue until this morning. My settings are already set to play on the Lock Screen. Help

@SpotifyCares why is it every few months my Android app stops working and when I follow the tips it won't let me past the logging in screen? I've never used another streaming service but might need to seriously consider doing so
