    @tatadocomo broadband connection was down during lockdown last year. Due to constant phonecalls I paid though amount was not owed. I still get reminder calls for payment... feeling harassed and cheated. Not expected from a TATA company.

    @tatadocomo @RNTata2000 @TataTeleBiz was a loyal customer to TATA services for nearly 2 yrs without payment delays. Without proper analysis and response, notice was sent to attend Pune court. Unnecessarily creating mental pressure on me for Rs 2700/- for unused service.

    @tatadocomo your team is filled with inefficient people. payment done on 12th October and all proofs of payment have been sent. Even then , your team has kept our internet disconnected because they are not being able to trace the payment. Please connect. Urgent. #tatadocomo #help

    @TataCompanies @RNTata2000 @tatadocomo over a yr we r proud Tata FTTH users of Tata Teleservices but the service is in complete shambles for past 2 mnths. Frustrating no-one is able to identify the root problem for our entire apt. Flappy inet , wrong utilisation are main problem
