@TDAmeritrade THAT WAS NOT THE ISSUE Your software would literally not let me sell shares I'd bought with cash. I had to call in to sell them, and having to do so cost me quite a bit of money (the price changed as I sat on hold for over an hour).

@TDAmeritrade 2 weeks lost with your useless support via messaging center. SIMPLE QUESTION: how do I transfer the CASH VALUE of my IRA to TDA?!? I *DO NOT* want the securities transferred, just the cash of the closed positions. I cannot close the positions myself. HELP!

@TDAmeritrade customer service has gone straight into the toilet after being acquired by @CharlesSchwab. Hold time currently > 1 hour just to ask a rep to connect me to the mutual fund broker, who I can't reach directly, so I can make a change to a systematic order.

@TDAmeritrade @SustainableCap3 Here is the update from I talked with customer service. He said the system fix most of the problems but still some part of the accounts need to fix by person. Unfortunately, I am one of the poor guys. I thought the list is long and may take a couple of days to solve.
