@TDAmeritrade The order. Then an additional 10-12 min goes by before it closes. Your guys say it goes through instantly which is a lie. Because. LMT wouldn’t have been down 190. It would’ve been down a lot less. Because 12-14 min went bug before closing. And really lmt loss should be on you

@TDAmeritrade I bought Fubo. So they could see the lag in real time. It took 8-9 min to fill now I can’t close so I have to wait to close. I close it. It takes 8 min to close the order I’m down 15. I did it to show. I think I should be reimbursed for all of it. And I was up 116%. On 2 contract

@TDAmeritrade I was on support for4 hours. This is unacceptable I took a los of 190. Because I order took 7 min to fill. I couldn’t cancel. Then when I finally could close the order it took an additional 12 min to close. And I have to eat it? Then when support could see my screen cont’

@TDAmeritrade That should be made up by tos. Because I did it to show the problem. Again it was up and green. And by time it filled on my end. And I got out it was doen 15.00.
