@TDAmeritrade when I try to log into my account it tells me "To log in, you will need to confirm your identity via text message or security question." but it doesnt give me a way to do this, there is only a login button that takes me back to the login page.

@Waveriderrrr @thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade In the end they charged me $330 for the preferred stock. So I lost $ on a dividend?!!!!???? WTF? This was nowhere in the media, this is nowhere and chats. How is this the first? How did I lose money on a dividend? I lost $330 on a dividend????

@TDAmeritrade Said they couldn't help me and transferred me to tax guy who said ,"you don't know how to read a perspectus, I can't help you, it's going to stay that way," I said well it's fraud. Called back and CS said to call Cost Basis dept.

@Waveriderrrr @thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade Yeah I talked to the customer service, trade desk and they said, "oh what happened this makes no sense", tax dept said , "SOL" and berated me. Now I have to go back and call the cost department. Next I'll call the SEC
