Just got a call from someone close to me. @TDAmeritrade didn't credit a ~$6,000 dividend payment from $EPD to their account on Thursday's pay date. They called support and the guy gave some roundabout story about not crediting for up to 2 weeks. Is TD having liquidity issues?

@TDAmeritrade It is so frustrating that I am using your service to trade OTC. its time to leave you now. I do not understand OTCMARKET set date for compnies to become pink by 28 Sept, and you set at 2nd Sept. It looks like you do not care about your customers. Bye.

If you have @TDAmeritrade as a broker i highly recommend reviewing your past order fills to see if they routed them through the lit exchange or not…. On the phone with support now and will update… mine showed… SMART when i select NASDAQ and NYSE.

@BlackberryXRP Having a similar issue with $BB. For aome reason the stock ask keeps going the wrong way. I asked @TDAmeritrade to fix it. Costing me a ton of money.

@JDP223 @TDAmeritrade Because you don't do auto dividend reinvestment. What I determined is that TD does something kind of funky relative to Schwab. They buy the shares in the dividend reinvestment program directly from the company at a discount but it can take up to 2 weeks to credit to customer.
