    @TDAmeritrade @kevintrades This is absolute bullshit. Whenever you call they’ll keep you on the phone for an hour, pretending they wanna help and then say they can’t do anything. Multiple avoidable losses because of platform issues. Left to IB 3 months ago and best decision I’ve ever made

    @ImSwole @TDAmeritrade It is some frustrating stuff! Not advice but start with 1 option at a time and sell at 5% or 10% gains. Making $20 is better than losing $200. I'm 1/2 way back to even on my options trading after 1 bad trade

    @TDAmeritrade you guys raised my margin rates due to my “high volume” of trades, and can’t even maintain the platform. i got a bad fill on qqq this morning bc your platform simply won’t work. please fix this this for me and all the other traders negativity impacted!!

    @nfabcapital @thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade Start switching to TS folks. What is the point of calling the tech support when their network craps out at the open often? After 30+ mins on the call, unless the rep hangs on you, you are not going to get your trades back or the $. #TransferOrSink

    @TDAmeritrade Twice in the premarket today, your website has changed my limit order to a market order. This has cost me real money. I just did a recording of what happened when I tried to place another limit order and you can see the price change. Fix this.

    @TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim This morning was the biggest bullshit example of a company attempting to run its business properly. I tried to enter a trade at the open, my order wasn't filled, or was it? 5 minutes later, I canceled and somehow got a position, by the time I realized it, I lost money. Awful job

    I’m disappointed with @thinkorswim and @TDAmeritrade. I switched to them as my broker because TOS was the top-of-the-line active trading platform. Now, it’s got a lot of problems and I’m not getting the answers I need. I don’t want to, but I’ll be closing my accounts.
