@TDAmeritrade Things went exactly how I thought they would. Pretty sad that your margin team claims they don’t have enough time to warn us about margin calls, but have enough time to make bad trades. Also, in a very liquid option, how can you say that a market sell is a bad idea at EOD ITM?

@Chase wow! Customer service denied my request to refund my monies even though @WholeFoods approved. Chase customer service is the worst. Time to open an @TDAmeritrade account.

According to the margin guy I spoke to, there is enough time for them to make a bad trade, but not enough time to look and see if I am logged in and monitoring my account at the EOD on 0dte options. Way to **** over the retail trader @TDAmeritrade

The C S rep tried to help me out but was told NO! 5 days try back No good reason.Even C S didn't understand why they would block my main bank connection with 18months of perfect deposits! I paid it hours after it happened by selling stocks at a loss. Thanks @TDAmeritrade🤬 #AMC

@SpacTraderInTra @TDAmeritrade Switched to WeBull at the beginning of this year for this exact reason. I forget which it was exactly, maybe $LCID, had several hundred contracts and the fees took away damn near half of my profit

When I called @TDAmeritrade support today to ask how it could have happened, the response I got was basically "you should have cancelled the order". Which is impossible, because I never knew it was open. Because the app never showed it as open.

@AngryRed316 @SpacTraderInTra @TDAmeritrade It was $7/trade before I think I got them down to $5 makes them comparable to Questrade up here which I prefer over TD.

@TDAmeritrade The level of spite from chat support is unparalleled. Multiple times in two days they forced closed multiple instances on multiple computers even after my objecting the first time they did this. They never ask, never tell you just do it on while trading.

For those are interested- no @TDAmeritrade did not care that they made an objectively bad trade, and even acknowledged that the premium for my 187.5 $BA calls was going up when they sold the option anyways. Can’t even say they were particularly polite.
