@TDAmeritrade After over 50 minutes wait, finally I was able to talk to the fix income guy and I was told the system is down on their side too! You guys suck big time!

@TDAmeritrade To add insult to injury, I am an existing customer. Tried calling my advisor but would not go through. Tried emailing and bounced. At the least, would expect contacts be forwarded to other associates. That and also letting me know who my new advisor would be. Not wait now 50 min
