    @mrkchung @TDAmeritrade Same issue for me. I opened a case and they just told me there is a 1:1 exchange happening and don't know when it will be complete.....pretty lame.

    @MichaelKitces any advice on handling a situation where @TDAmeritrade says they may not be able to convert your client’s IRA to Roth before year end because they are too busy! Not good! There are no second chances on this strategy! Help!
