@TDAmeritrade When one of your Customer Service Reps leaves a message and invites you to call back to clarify it would be helpful to have a last name so one knows who to ask for. Starting from square 1 with someone who knows nothing about the situation is maddening.

@TDAmeritrade You can’t get the new log in to work, the robot is hard to get by the person I finally got in Dallas could not help me. The one in Omaha was helpful but frustrated ,said that thousands had the same trouble.I will email Walt Bettinger of Schwab and suggest you return to the old

@TDAmeritrade That will not do any good. I'm sure its just your mediocre software. Now it is showing down -.0006 on the positions page, but nothing when go into the ticker itself. It changed with no volume too. $CYBL anybody else seeing this on the app?

4/ For normal users, this means many hassles of moving funds around, a steeper learning curve, and terrible UX. Mass adoption of DeFi markets won’t happen until products are better than traditional brokerages like @IBKR or @TDAmeritrade
