@CharlesSchwab @Oysterhaven @TDAmeritrade I could not place any trades this morning. Did not recognize security symbols, lost all cost basis, e chat and call center down and my rep hasn’t called me back in 2 days. Volume CME trading did not cause all these internal and market disruptions.

@Chris_Narayanan @TDAmeritrade I don’t know what’s on the list, but restricting trade in volatile markets isn’t unusual. It was often done in commodities; the house did it because clients sometimes “walked” if a trade went bad in volatile markets. It can take years for a house to recover losses in those trades

@CharlesSchwab @GerberKawasaki @TDAmeritrade Understand butttt you haven’t addressed the day before. Most volatile day in months your platform was down from open until 11-11:30. Can’t find a ticker, orders disappeared in space, this isn’t the first time either. Disappointed..

@CharlesSchwab @TDAmeritrade Incorrect. Your platform problems wouldn’t allow trades. “invalid symbol” when the symbol was valid. Platform has extremely serious issues which causes lost &$ n trust in Schwab. These were all known since last Fall yet still not fixed. Why not? U need a new IT dept. #lawsuits

You’ve had enough chances to fix this problem which has been noticeable for months at high volume moments. Delayed quotes and now can’t buy sell or cancel. I’m gone.

@CharlesSchwab @TDAmeritrade The issue is your system was down an hour or so the last two days ! It was down during covid drop in early 20 . Is Schwab a top three broker it needs to show it’s capable!
