Anybody else have issues with @TDAmeritrade app not updating your positions when you average down? My account is showing a significant loss on something that I should be near break-even on. This is time sensitive and customer service is no help.

@TDAmeritrade Well you could always burn down a warehouse in Chicago that could have contained incriminating evidence. And then take away the debris before the fire inspectors can get to it while the building is still on fire.

@TDAmeritrade What to do when “ask Ted”. Does not allow a question - it simply goes back to Ted’s narration? Bought 500 shares of a company and now it shows 6 shares despite history confirming 500. Is there a phone numbe Ted is not working and no number means no support. Acceptable by SEC?
