Ok, @TDAmeritrade get your **** together, this is ridiculous! 1.5+ hours wait time for phone calls? 3.5 hours (and counting) for "Live Support" on ToS? Absolutely. Not. Acceptable. I know it's been crazy but figure it out because there's a looooooot of other brokers out there!

Already seeing degrading of service from the @CharlesSchwab @TDAmeritrade takeover. TDA is now pushing off everything to advisors. Schwab wants to dump as many TDA employees as they can and burden advisors with all calls. Not good. Very National Financial.

Hi @TDAmeritrade! I’ve been trying to purchase shares of $SOL for DAYS now & keep getting an error about shortage of funds despite being able to purchase other equities without issue. Everyday I’ve called, there is a 2hr+ wait time.
