@TDAmeritrade it’s not cool that your App underperforms on high volatility days . When you press markets tab on the mobile app you just get logged off. Can you update on that issue and are you actively working on it. From 4:00 am until now 12:21 pm you still haven’t been able to

@TDAmeritrade I chatted with one of your techs this morning and was told: 08:34 VinniM: Sounds like it's working as expected unfortunately, Papermoney quotes are delayed, they only update about every 8 seconds. There is an intended server delay for paper, even if real time data enabled on it.

Anyone else having issues with @TDAmeritrade alerts? All week alerts have been delayed. Just recieved an alert at 8:35pm from a price that was hit around noon. Funny thing is alerts stop at 4.

Hey @TDAmeritrade fix your iOS app. It has been showing a price for $AAPL that was over $6 off today and ticking along like it was live on both dashboard and accounts tabs. This happens quite a bit and for months now. Please fix it. This costs people money.

@TDAmeritrade I seldom have problems logging in but post of the time the app works just fine. I like Ameritrade better than E Trade, Ameritrade it's a little easier to understand. The part that sucks is when you sell and when you buy, you still have to pay these guys, they never lose!!

I talked to them via my account and they said; no matter if your account was opened more than 90 days or less, once you are a trader from these countries, then your account will be affected due to Schwab Bank regulations !!

@Miss_Deplorable @TDAmeritrade If the program sits dormant for 10-20 minutes, it stops updating and essentially goes offline. Then when you start clicking around again it takes awhile to reconnect and refresh everything up to date. I’ve been shutting it down then restart it to get live information quicker.
