@TDAmeritrade I woke up Saturday morning to find my account balance down $47,000 from a glitch that caused my account to go into a potential margin call. Apparently there were hundreds if not thousands of other investors who experienced the same issue.

@QTRResearch @TDAmeritrade @CharlesSchwab Ameritrade and Etrade have both been awful the past 3 weeks. Sell orders just sitting there while the stock price drops thru it, will not allow cancel/replace, dont know if your in or out of the position. Agree 100% get their crap together!

@QTRResearch @TDAmeritrade I'm not sure what to make of this. I feel bad that he panicked thinking he had exploded, and I can even imagine my own panic if I was in his shoes, but there are lots of alternatives to killing yourself when something goes wrong.

@TDAmeritrade my account balance is still off from Friday 02/12/21 at close. It showed thousand different from close then on 02/13/21 next day. Many reports of similar issues. The wait times are over 2 let’s. Please help.

@rummagesailor @TDAmeritrade While you can't paper trade through the API, @TDAmeritrade does have the best brokerage API out there. I've used them all. Let's just hope it doesn't get shut down when Schwab starts cutting things.

Their online support is trash, calling cs is a lost cause, releasing untested 'updates'....the list goes on. TOS is awful

It’s not life or death, just good platform ethics that would save a lot of headache for a lot of unknowing people. A good example just so happens to be one where life and death were a factor.

@TDAmeritrade Hello, Please remove the day trade with under 25000. I was not under on Friday. I hope I can trade Tuesday morning. I call and call. I cannot get thru since this stupid GAMESTOP issue. Everything has changed. Harder to place or sell trades around 930 till 945 now.

I thought TD was going to be the end of it. I thought all the lost trading time from account transfers was my only problem left. Thanks for the heads up!
