@TDAmeritrade I just finished speaking with customer service about accessing my account and they said their hands are tied...im a day trader and I still haven't been able to access my account since the open of the bell and I'm losing money. All I get as a response is a "sorry".

@TDAmeritrade @FalconBloodAnon How about just giving a simple update on the site issues instead of directing people to flooded phone lines? At least acknowledge there's a problem? Clearly this is a site wide problem affecting EVERYONE! Even a crap broker like RH gives updates.

Now @TDAmeritrade wont even accept orders placed to sell. I'd understand a bit more on a Monday with their usual weekend roll out of not testing, but their website is down, ToS is down and the mobile app doesnt work. Guess its time to change brokers

@BigCFinancial @TDAmeritrade This was happening to me when #AMC went to $70 as well. They didn't give me any explanation though. They did however off to remotely access my computer to "fix it". I said , no. HAHAHAHA. It resolved itself then, but it's back now.
