I go calling the helpdesk and as always didnt see anything wrong. Their PFOF any broker that participates in PFOF you will see these types of issues.

Not their fault. A very bad sign of what’s to come. Is this due to grey-listing?

Eventually got through on the 800 number, but app still won't work.
