A gap exists that needs to be closed. @TDAmeritrade said they are the holders of record and they will act when they receive this mailed notice, but they are not registered with AST, which matters to NB & AST. Failures in communication can have significant bad effects. $MMTLP

$mmtlp @TDAmeritrade December 26th. I still have a place holder in my account but no #Nextbridge shares. AST is full. $MMAT has completed their share distribution. $TRCH and $MMTLP have FTDs still not settled. @FINRA closed trading. You have an imbalance and liquidity issue. WTF

@TDAmeritrade @garygensler Calling into your help desk has proved futile .. your trading desk also refused to put a trade through. The loss I have experienced because of your failure to perform my request gets larger each day as the stock continues to slide lower and lower. Shame on you.

2/2 chance @TDAmeritrade doesn't have our shares the status quo changes. Then you will be out of compliance w/@FINRA corporate action of 1:1 $MMTLP share xchange. Don't care who is at fault, fix the issue if there is an issue. We will see around the 28th as stated in the S1.

I feel bad for everyone and am willing to help, my shares pale to what others have. Class action suits, media attention won't hit them like this will, something anyone can do easily!

TDA needs to train their people to show respect when speaking with clients. No clients - no need for customer service. $MMTLP We won't forget.
