@TDAmeritrade your mobile app is the most frustrating terrible thing on my phone. I can NEVER log in to my account in less than 5 tries. The thing crashes constantly. I tried everything. No updates to go to either.

@TDAmeritrade Your mobile app is very glitchy. Took me 5 times to log in. Once in, the app was frozen for 30 secs then seems slow. Not good. If your app doesn’t improve immediately, many will leave you to go elsewhere.

@TDAmeritrade I gave up. @TDAmeritrade decided to “transition” their 529 service at the end of the year - during holidays- with piss poor plan to address service issues. No CSR phone coverage and no web site! Unacceptable!!!!

@TDAmeritrade Thank you but your internal rule to charge 2 dollars commission if average stocks orders are over 390 is very bad rule, there is no such SEC rule for stocks. I hope @CharlesSchwab will change that so that customers dont look to any other broker.
