@TDAmeritrade Yeah okay bot. You're entire support team knows that $VIX, $TIKI, $TIKIC, $PCALL, $VOLSPD, and $ADD have been frozen the past two trading mornings. On Friday, they weren't up until 2 pm. Today, I had to let your support know they were down. The support specialist didn't know.

@DawgTrading @TDAmeritrade Per TD, they’re also having issues with Gainskeeper (their cost basis software) following an update made recently that’s causing transactions to duplicate / appear in time periods the trades weren’t actually made. So if your P&L statements are off, that’s why. Fix underway.
