tried @TDAmeritrade and I’ve been trying to withdrawal $ from it for a week. there’s always an error. No cash for Holidays now. And why aren’t the prices in real time? Decisions are based on timing and the wrong price is confusing. #unpleasant

Follow up - for future traders, if using @etrade enable options trading early or else suffer my scenario. I'm still pending approval 20 minutes prior to close. @TDAmeritrade gave me options and customer agent. @etrade needs to get their game together

I’m pretty sure 50% of new tickers on the @TDAmeritrade app don’t work. Large caps get fixed eventually but smalls just don’t get touched. Their prescriptive fixes suck, painstaking process to reach out to support one by one when hundreds return errors

@TDAmeritrade Yes. I tried the calling method and it didn’t work. I called right after market close at 4:04pm and it said estimated wait time 10 minutes. They finally answered over 1 hour 20 minutes later at 525pm and they said I missed 530pm deadline. Luckily risk department saw issue at 510
