@TDAmeritrade I would appreciate it if you would dieect me in the right direction onto who can handle this issue for me. I've missed out on huge gains since Friday that equals close to 7k. No warning or reason to why. Refusal to explain and refusal to release MY money!

@TDAmeritrade I waited on hold for 30 minutes for the guy to tell me it was a user error and that I had to confirm the trade and that there was nothing he can do it about. All I ever do is talk highly of your apps and the one time i need help the guy said he can’t reverse it.

@TDAmeritrade Thank you for the reply. The issue I have is with the financial intelligence dept that refuse to get on the phone and give me a explanation to why its been restricted. I've never heard of a dept that tells the cust. reps to hang up on me. Seriously?

@TDAmeritrade do you realise its incredibly hard to manage risk when your platform doesnt allow you to place orders for a certain stock and seems to constantly have outages and problems??? GPORQ fix it so i can withdraw my money from your **** brokerage forever

@TDAmeritrade Thanks for the reply and my apologies for my choice of words... The problem here is that two factor is just for show. If there is any path that leads to my account without two factor the system is broken. And having another path with two factor auth DOES NOT make it better.

@TDAmeritrade I am in the process of transitioning away from TD so i am good but just wanted to make sure people's accounts are protected. Here's the problem. 2 factor enabled on tdameritrade account I can login using the same credentials to thinkorswim without 2 factor (THIS IS A PROBLEM)

@TDAmeritrade Does Tdameritrade usually restricts accounts without an explanation and hang up on clients calling for one? Anyone else with similar issue? They cost me over 2k in gains last friday. Looking into what's options I have for everyday they hold my funds hostage.

@TDAmeritrade your app is starting to get worse. The colors for gains and losses get mixed up. The percentage gains losses are grayed out to 0 even though it could be a 10% loss that day. You guys need to get this figured out. Too many issues during this historical run up
