    @TDAmeritrade I spoke with a rep this am. I need to manage my son's account (he has a traumatic brain injury from 10/3/2018). I am parent / legal guardian. The rep emailed IRA Disclosure kit that tells me nothing - nothing to print and sign. Can you help? Will provide documents.

    @TDAmeritrade If you are planning on day trading this is definitely not a suitable day trading platform due to the slippage, charts often lag behind the tape, unstable stop features, etc. It is good for swing trading and long term positions. Customer service is very bad.

    @satymahajan @TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim I've experienced some similar issues with TOS in the past. Remember during a heavy Covid recovery day that I entered a trade and wound up with frozen charts, a severely lagging silicone life form AT, and eventually a BLANK screen while still in the trade.

    @satymahajan @TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim TOS is awesome when it works correctly and total dog **** when it doesnt. Most issues are first 30 minutes of trading. I go calling the helpdesk and as always didnt see anything wrong. Their PFOF any broker that participates in PFOF you will see these types of issues.

    @TDAmeritrade has gone downhill so bad moving my account to Certerpoint…. They don’t manipulate their buy and sell orders like you guys.

    @TDAmeritrade Are more people facing a complete disappearance of their portfolios in TD Ameritrade USA? They have stopped all access to funds and login to the account. All funds disappeared into the pocket of @TDAmeritrade .

    @traderterrain @TDAmeritrade swiped a ticker out of all my trades and simulations (it still gets live quotes in the background), deleted them all. Completely shut down computer, turned it back on, as opposed to a restart, and I'm doing better now.

    @TDAmeritrade you the worst bank I ever put money in. I lost money just for having money in your bank. I will be closing my account and highly recommending people not to bank or invest here. They allow $1000 become -$50.

    @TDAmeritrade pls fix the iOS app. Can’t place advanced orders on a position based on a different ticker. For e.g can’t place an order for SPY based on /ES. It’s been months!!!

    @TDAmeritrade Your whole system was down and you didn't know it? It wasn't a WiFi/Mobile problem, it wasn't a modem or router problem. Talk to your customer reps and your tech guys. They know.
