@TDAmeritrade why have you made it impossible for your brokerage clients to reach you on the phone, or get a call back from you? Why put a phone number on your website if there's no one to answer? I get better customer service from the phone company. Appalling.

@SuperSaiyanEva I bought mine on @TDAmeritrade. Since it's an OTC stock, there is a charge. Other places don't charge, but TDAmeritrade has such good customer service I like to stay with them.

@TDAmeritrade 1) Even Robinhood allows instant options trading when a fund is transferred. I dont understand why u cant do it too ? Y do u have to make the trader wait for 5days (ACH) if your systems/processes are slow ... i understand ACH, etc but Robinhood does it for ACH too

@jarthursquiers @TDAmeritrade @thetastyworks Thursday of the GME incident TW halted trade because their clearing house is Apex. support were quick to respond and also said they are looking into becoming their own clearing house, I was able to trade GME by Friday. they also just got sold to IG
