Do not use brokers that are bare bones like Robinhood that lie to their investors. Use a legitimate broker like @fidelity, @TDAmeritrade, or @etrade. Their customer service will be way better.

@TDAmeritrade My account has not been activated and the period mentioned on the web has ended and you have not been able to explain the reason for that, I contacted customer services and there was no response, and I sent an email to all your customer service emails, but still nothing happens

Lost 4K trading on @TDAmeritrade TOS. Typed only 2 contracts since I’m new to options, got filled 10 contracts on RKT. I bought ask 2.50, it popped to $5, filled, then back down, instantly down over 1k before it even confirmed I was in the trade. I only wanted to risk $100.

@TDAmeritrade The phantom (shares your computer crash added) shares in my account are losing money and it reduces my net liquid asset amount. So far no help. No help. Your IT crash did this I did not. No reply to any emails. Is this a coverup?

@TDAmeritrade Thanks for the reply, good to know I'm not crazy! Is there a plan to fix that? Showing an incorrect cost basis on the app is pretty misleading. You've got an influx of customers coming from a very slick UI... hope there's a fire lit to build something that's competitive!

@TDAmeritrade, TD Ameritrade Singapore service has only gone bad to worse. It is more than 4 years since I moved account from TD USA to TD Singapore. Just to get a reply of simple mail takes weeks and we understand that there could be high volumes of email for a given duration

@TDAmeritrade Worst experience ever! Transfer money in and they place a 60 day hold. After jumping through your hoops for hours and having to involve my bank you free up my funds only to re lock my account after I transfer money out blocking me from my stocks and remaining cash

@TDAmeritrade anyone else having trouble logging into their accounts? Are you guys doing software releases with downtime again??? We solved these issues in the early 2000s with proper release mgmt and capacity planning.
