Cannot trade because every time you move in "NEW MONEY" it freezes the ACCOUNT. Confirmed this with Help Desk. Reversing course and withdrawing. INSANE!!! Was divesting after SVB. INSANE!

Eventually got through on the 800 number, but app still won't work.
