    @TDAmeritrade Your customer service has dropped precipitously. Hour wait times to reach a representative? Your system lacks and option to be called back versus waiting on the phone... As a customer of 20 years I will not continue at this rate... Invest in modern call center tech...

    @TDAmeritrade I am inches away from pulling my account. 1 hour and 30 minute wait to resolve an issue your staff said was clear? This on top of restricted trading is absolutely fascinating as to why I am still a client of yours... Some reason I stuck it out while others pulled.

    @TDAmeritrade Great advice that does not work when TD Ameritrade can't do a SIMPLE transaction in 5 business days and LOCKS UP your account due to their coding issue.... REALLY??! Waited an hour+ on hold to be told you ARE aware....but still waiting.....

    Wow. @TDAmeritrade restricting their users from writing “Sell to Open” covered calls on certain stocks like $AMC .... How this makes sense to me? I will never know. In fact, it sounds like THEY don’t even know. Please fix this issue ASAP. Huge turn off as a long-time user.

    @TDAmeritrade for some reason my account has gotten restricted for purchasing securities,I can only liquidate my positions As time is value, I contacted the customer service via phone and Im currently on hold for the past hour It is very frustrating Also my acc is backed by cash!

    @TDAmeritrade seriously? can't get anyone at local branch; over 90 minute wait time on phone; no one answering FB chat help; inadequate info on website; just need to confirm 1 thing on acct & get fax # 2 send forms. It's crazy time yes. But ppl need help w/ accts in timely manner

    @iamsarzi @TDAmeritrade @SEC_Enforcement This is common on every RS. Shares holding in accounts are not tradable while everything is swapped over from the RS and the uplist at DTC. Any RS, share holders may not be able to sell from 2hrs up to over 2 days I've seen. The $6 offering is what hurt the stock.I averaged down.

    @seyedoption this ended up costing me $15k. Was in profit, took them 24 hours to fix it and everything got buried. Wait times still 2.5-4 hours for TD Phone Support. Promised me twice a supervisor would call back to address the situation, nothing...Pulling all my money out of @TDAmeritrade
