I put an order on 02/03, and for some reason the order was filled on 02/04, and I lost money because of this problem with your system! I need someone to contact me!

Called @TDAmeritrade and was able to get them to change a fill price because their routing this morning was trash.. got an extra 40% on my fill from calling if any of you guys have had that problem too. Good on @TDAmeritrade for making it right. Green sweep on the week. Yew!

@TDAmeritrade Next time I sit on hold for an hour it’s going to be to change to a different brokerage. Now 8 work days and still waiting for my account type to be changed. All from TD mistake. ACATS estimates 3-5 to move a brokerage account. TD has horrible or no customer service
