@TDAmeritrade has the worst customer service in the industry when it comes to moving funds from another institution to them. It could take you months and years to complete such transactions. It’s a totally broken company at the back end. Don’t ever deal with them

Not sure why @TDAmeritrade agreed to merge with @CharlesSchwab - Schwab has the worst customer service I've seen, no one replies in the Message Center whereas with TD I receive a reply within hours. Been waiting almost a week with Schwab.

@TDAmeritrade I have called that number over 30 times for this issue and it’s got me nowhere. The phone cust service says one thing, I get an email saying the opposite and I’m stuck with no progress. It’s total incompetence and no care for customers.

@TDAmeritrade is the worst brokerage in America if you’re trying to transfer funds from your IRA to a TDA IRA account. They don’t know how it’s done and it will take you many months to get it done. Terrible incompetent customer service. Don’t ever use them.
