    @alexsteed I have no idea. I will still listening to you and Sara at You’re Good, and all the other podcasts but this is bad for me. I can’t do Instagram bc it’s bad for my “brain” it overwhelms me. FB is terrible in different ways, WhatsApp/Telegram I never was part of groups
