    @telegram Telegram could be in deep water for neglecting serious situations that “volunteers” are required to help with. Thousands of users have reported that Telegram “volunteers” go months in between messaging users who are in urgent need of assistance.

    @telegram I thought, "time will pass and I'll be able to put it back on," but a year has passed, and I still can't get it back. It got to the point where I wrote in private messages to Pavel Durov but in the end: the message was read, there was no response, the problem was not solved (2/3)

    @telegram Lost my phone. Was able to get back my Sim card. Trying to login my account but you're telling me to get the code you sent from the telegram in my lost phone, which is not possible. Please, kindly resolve the issue. You could send an sms to my Sim card or call my number directly

    @khaled @telegram You’re absolutely right the appeal process should be transparent Unfortunately I’ve been unable to submit an appeal despite being a user since 2016 I’ve missed out on a lot because of this issue, and I really hope for a solution soon 😔

    @vxunderground @telegram A few of those complaints services are partly to blame for the chaos of account take downs it seems. Telegram having maybe 3 volunteers to actually review complaints wouldn't help. Sorry to hear about your account
