@HathwayBrdband Since late evening, the #Telegram desktop App is not working on Hathway network in Bangalore. When I switch to ACTFibernet, it works fine. What is this new problem you are creating for your customers? Anyone else also facing the same problem?

psst, this is why nobody who knows anything actually trusts apps like signal or telegram. You can't beat plain-old manually encrypted email. (That is, email where the text itself is encrypted, not email provided by a "we're private we promise" service like ProtonMail)

@alleskannieuw Unfortunately, only the iOS and Android apps can deliver login codes via SMS. Once you're logged into Telegram, though, codes are delivered through the apps themselves.
