@escapedkiwi @JoesDaily @Kat_Cammack You’re a embarrassment. A joke lol. Their questions were general problems of social media itself. All they are doing is targeting TikTok for having the same problems as other social medias. Some the question itself is ridiculous and reveals that they don’t know technology

why is this congress more concerned about banning tiktok than prioritizing more pressing issues 🤡😒

  • ExSaucci
    Saucci (@ExSaucci) reported

@MobHalo_ Why do they even want to ban it? I don't use tiktok but I don't rlly see the problem with it

  • garyveecult

So 1 think TikTok users are use to is getting accounts deleted for not following rules and then having to start from scratch they have no problem deleting all meta related apps. An are and I bet continue too.

@marianarey3s @sevsohouston @aliyahInterlude I can agree on this take, but there’s still Insta, youtube, Facebook. Plus, those 3 all have short clip formats just like tiktok. Unless they do something about that too I don’t think their goals is to fix addiction. They wanna control tiktok but know they can’t, so down it goes.

@nexus1111 @abcmelbourne @tiktok It’s the problem when things go haywire because no-one has properly assessed you first, and then you need to pay to clean up the problems. Unfortunately we’re seeing it more and more.

@tenzinttsering Agreed, this is the problem with TikTok and other forms of social media these days. Everything is so taken out of context and misinterpreted by the masses due to one short clip. Great take as usual 👍

Someone find me this stupid vod that someone made and posted on Twitter. It's a tiktok video and its like when you get done working out or something and touch your boxers and dude goes to sniff their hand and it turns into that ******* aggressive nut cracker sniffing a candy cane

@nameandnums @sponge_nearby @thinking_panda Separation from ByteDance. the China Parent. All Chinese companies follow a law which ensures Party loyalty and obedience. the CCP Can take over companies. and access all data. TikTok sends Data to China. GDPR, Data Sovereignty issues. etc etc..

@zzbenz The biggest problem ime is the legislators overseeing it have zero grasp of the tech underlying it. One of them today was asking if tiktok can access the WiFi. He had no understanding of the basic network topology he was using to access the internet. His questions made no sense.

  • slimdaddyoflife
    Slimdaddyoflagos (@slimdaddyoflife) reported

@Drey_Santi Lol explain broo…there have been several allegations against Facebook and Google too…you make it sound as if TikTok can access more than Those companies…TikTok has never had any issue with Data Breach, you even say same for Meta or Google…the attack is on China and not TikTok

I be seeing these pretty *** girls on tiktok in their 20s in age gaps w like old as hell men and I get it. I might have daddy issues, but I get it.

  • Nash076
The Call is Coming from Inside the Nash (@Nash076) reported

Incidentally if we're going after TikTok on privacy grounds but not any of the OTHER major social media companies for the same issue, that's certainly ******* grounds for contesting the whole thing. But not the First Amendment.

  • changfe17488430
    Merrick, Ron (@changfe17488430) reported

The U.S. government is very clear about its own problems, but they will not face and face their own problems. What's more, they do is to throw away the problem and find a new problem to create a topic. TikTok is a new topic.

  • Kocen4Congress
    Stephen Kocen (@Kocen4Congress) reported

I don't get the problem with tiktok How will forcing a sale from Chinese to US group keep us safer? They would sell the data anyway. Is China going to use dad dances to take over America? Can someone explain?
