Unless they do something about that too I don’t think their goals is to fix addiction. They wanna control tiktok but know they can’t, so down it goes.

I give California credit for trying to do something on their own, but that's just not good enough. And like you said, with a sweeping regulation like that, the TikTok is a non-issue.
