@NigmaNoname I think the thing with tinder is just that it's used so widely by people looking for very different things. At least excluding the other issues with its design and approach. So kinda fundamentally it's a lot lower signal to noise ratio compared to an actual dating site.

@NigmaNoname It's kind of a universal issue for the app, but I think men deal with it particularly badly. (women are generally more used to filtering out the **** pics, especially if they're on tinder) and "unrealistic expectations" is basically the title of a lot of dudes' dating problems.
