    @TownsvillePie No, it doesn't just 'attract hoons' it is where young people congregate, and meet up (I would recommend more #Police foot patrols, actually talking to people, re drug issues up back). Townsville needs social interaction by youth, not just 'Tinder'!! What did we do at their age??
