@DJNYified @TheDivisionGame Especially since I’m now at day 20 of submitting a support ticket where I’ve lost all four characters from my account. The last I’ve heard from Ubisoft support on the issue was 13 days ago. Guess I’ll just miss out since they say they’re extremely busy at present.

@TheDivisionGame All fine and well this gesture is, these caches are a plaster to a gaping wound. Kindly fix the game please. The bugs/issues affecting both raids is off the charts for PC and impacting game play and any semblance of normality that was removed following the last update.

@TheDivisionGame Why is there an expiration date on when the cache can be claimed when there's no end date on the amount of glitches, bugs, technical issues & unplayability? 🤔 And I've been here since beta, I'm not exaggerating when I say this.

@TheDivisionGame When are you gonna fix the DZ issue? I went to NYC before going to the DZ and now it’s telling me to do DZ recon…. So DZ south and west are permanently locked for me.

@TheDivisionGame My game still continues to crash when I hover near or over countdown, tested this morning.. makes multi monitor extremely hard when my cursor moves back to my main monitor it’ll go right over countdown.. is there any fix to this? Would really appreciate something.(I’m on PC)
