Drops stay forever once you redeemed them with Twitch, you just need to fix your link with your Ubisoft account. Use your Steam, Playstation, Xbox account etc.

Ubisoft can't fix a problem without there being an equal and opposite effect in the game somewhere, something else will go wrong it's inevitable. This is fact and proven over time with Ubisoft. The things they added to the fix today were not game breaking. They should be properly tested and go in the next maintenance cycle.
