@TwitterSupport Hey Twitter, I believe y’all are experiencing a glitch because I and some other users that I’ve heard/tweeted are experiencing their follower count going down, and they can’t access some accounts because they follow them and they follow them back.

@NathanMcNulty @EricaZelic The issue has a side effect: follows I had which locked their accounts; I'm randomly, having to wait for reapproval. @TwitterSupport hasn't even acknowledged an issue…Emails, forms, or a tweet. My fear of other side effects: a 'follows' loss of ~600 morphing into a suspension.

@tzimmer_history @TwitterSupport I hot a similar message, except it mentioned copyright issues. The funny thing is it wasn’t from Twitter but rather a DM from an account of someone I know. Maybe that account was hacked. Anyway I suppose it’s some kind of phishing scam. I just ignored it and nothing has happened.

@AStitchinTime13 @pilotaparda @TwitterSupport I do know if you ever deactivate and then reactivate it can take a little time for total followers / follower count to show back up. If this isn't your case hopefully they'll fix the glitch soon. Good to report / tag them as you did so they are aware of it.

So apparently there is an issue with @twitter notifications where a user can *redacted* your post every 2 hrs to continuously pop up on your notifications. Rather not expose the issue further feel free to DM me @TwitterSupport
