  @TwitterSupport I tried incognito/private browser and the problem didn't occur. I also tried it in Chrome and it also didn't popup. I only use FireFox (95.0) and both my home and work computer does this. It might be because I haven't updated to FF 99.0 yet but I don't think would effect it.
