@DefinitelyJoice @TwitterSupport In my honest opinion, I think there's a good chance of recovery, I suggest you reach out to @logskind3 on Instagram they helped me recover my account which was having similar issues week ago, pretty much the only viable option you've got they can help you out

I had to uninstall my Twitter app, reinstall it and sign in, and the say "yes" when Twitter asked me if I would allow it access to my photos and media. I had to do this whole procedure twice, but it worked.
