@TwitterSupport See, Facebook can learn a thing or two from you. If you say "silly goose" or "pine cone" you get a ban that lasts up to 30 days. Yet Facebook is refusing to fix this bug, undo those bans, clear the violations from wrongfully affected accounts, or provide customer support.
