@MaryanneChisho2 @TwitterSupport @TheOrderofInk My assumption is that they didn't go through with the verification that they sent out and Twitter made the conclusion that they were a malicious account. It's kind of odd being forced to verify with an email or phone number. I hope they get their problem resolved.
