@TwitterSupport You also just need to address the privacy issues and how open it is. Nobody wants to be @ in a Fleet by someone they’ve blocked coz theyre a bully that was harassing them. Users need to be able to approve their being mentioned in a Fleet, whether theyve blocked that person or not
