    @elgat1to @guywhoiswoke Saying "Theres nothing to do" in a Singeplayer game after finishing it is a completely stupid take. Part of that mindset is why we get so many filler open worlds a la ubisoft or Live Service slop with "infinite" content

    @Pirat_Nation EAC ships Linux support out of the box — Ubisoft is turning off a working feature and billing it as "player safety." The actual calculus: kernel-level visibility on Proton is thinner, and Steam Deck players are a rounding error not worth the support tickets. Say that part.

    @GloriousEggroll @ForHonorGame @Ubisoft Playing CoD MW2 multiplayer on my stream machine and have no problems with quality of the implementation or cheaters. And in the age of AI sounds like lazy *** issues or active anti-Linux attitude instead of a skills issue.

    @Shpeshal_Nick BUT!!!! They do say licenses can change due to licensing issues in the future etc etc So, you would need the disc to play said game if a licensing changes. Example, Ubisoft puts their library available, but then decide to no longer support it in the future.

    These are actually valid observations that Rockstar should be looking to fix. They’re the industry standard when it comes to graphics and detail in gaming. There’s no way they should be allowed to get away with Ubisoft-type slop.

    So my take on this is Im personally not gonna bend a knee to everything they do I respect the devs and the ppl who are truly passionate behind some of Ubisofts IP’s I will always be extremely cautious around Ubisoft and their bullshit And im not a problem for doing that

    @sirKaosx If there is anyway you can help alert Ubisoft that the custom button mapping for controller is broken after the update that would be much appreciated. I can no longer use the bumper shooter button lay out and have toggle on to ads.

    @Aserback @TitaniumRolo @AussieOtterR6 The issue is, if you've played the game, you have agreed to the TOS and EULA. By doing that you've given Ubisoft the power to revoke a license for any in game item as it is not "owned" by the user. Legally you don't own the skin so they don't have to refund you.
