@UbisoftSupport One issue I have been having is when I go to use Ubisoft Connect on the menu, it makes the game really slow and chug whilst I’m looking through it at my renown challenges. But other than that, I’ve not had any other issues with the game :)

@MegamattX86 It’s not just Ubisoft though, this is kind of an issue in most games. Lack of enemy diversity is something they should be adressed industry wise…Have to say in Bloodborne though I haven’t noticed this.

Ever since im not able to play Valhalla my PS4 has not had any problems. Silly as it may sound is this a Ubisoft problem? Every other game is fine that isn't Ubisoft If you could get back to me that would be fantastic. Thank you

@SamusHunter2 Don't you find strange that out of the Ubisoft reps represented as Mii costumes, like Altair and Rabbids, Rayman isn't among the initial batch in 2020? Would you say it would be due to the technical issues of making his Mii costume work or some other reason?

.@UbisoftSupport @Ubisoft I’ve been playing the new Mastery Levels added to Valhalla and I wanted to report some bugs. I’m trying to go for Gold in all of them and some of them are too hard due to bugs When you start some enemies don’t spawn, barrels randomly explode etc. pls fix

Ubisoft actually has the best customer service ever. Got hacked and has a 1 hour convo about all my info for the account, and I got it back. Even with some stuff being slightly off.

Ubisoft is serially incapable of maintaining even base level usability support, including creating new problems for years old games. I don't understand how they're a legitimate publisher at this size with such blatant failings.

Jfc @Ubisoft, far cry 5 is straight up broken on my system. I’m watching the cut scene of freeing Jacobs prisoners, and it’s moving roughly at 10 frames per minute. Support your product. Fix it
