Be careful with Viber. My account blocked for no reason. Their support doesn’t help and keeps replying with the same template. This is very disappointing, I have lost all my message history, my account was never used for spam. I don’t recommend viber to anyone. @Viber @ViberHelp

Cancelled my @ViberHelp account now, as I couldn’t let this error carry on. Fortunately @Skype have a free trial for a month, so giving them a go. Hard to accept that Viber do this to me after being a loyal customer for 10 years.

@palexogr @ViberHelp I have had the same issue. I tried to fill out the support form multiple times but it always is rejected and viber say they are unable to unblock my number. Soo frustrating, iv tried to look for help everywhere!

@notactuallyagod @Viber Block them as I’m sure it’s a scam. In other matters my Viber app works, but each call I make shows a different foreign number to the recipient. Reported to @Viber but so far no fix. It’s very annoying & May mean I need to cancel my account.

@ViberHelp Hey! Thanks for your response. My problem has been solved. My best guess is that for some reason your Linux app triggers some kind of security alert to your anti spam system. As a result the number is flagged as spam
