But without work, we can do even less to complete it all. The lockdown won't stop the government and the civilians won't be able to do anything.

@FedorovMykhailo @Viber @PayPal Such measures with blocking Paypal will not help in any way. People cannot go to protests, rallies, as they face arrest, a fine, dismissal from work or expulsion from college for this. They can be beaten or, in the worst case, given time in prison.
