@AppleSupport Hello, when can we expect the FaceTime to be fixed? It’s been broken since iOS 14 and now we are thinking of completely abandoning it. It’s so unreliable and bad quality that even @Viber and @WhatsApp runs rounds over it! Please fit it!!

I paid for @Viber's Viber Out service and all my calls keep dropping though I still have call credits left. My bank transactions still haven't gone through because it drops just before the agent could finalize everything. What a waste of money.
