    @Viber @Microsoft I've sent multiple reports and no real person responds to my request. I need my account unblocked please! 94097025. Ticket #10897612. I am a real person, not a spammer. I've solved the CAPTCHA and nothing happens. You need to fix this.

    @ViberHelp tried restarting my phone & reinstalling the app. Nothing works. & I urgently need to access my account to cancel my plan now Either: 1) activation code via email 2) you cancel the my subscription plan now & then delete my account&confirm Support doesn't help me

    The customer service of @viber is, well, it does not exist. I would advise everyone to move off and find another communication app, or they risk #Rakutenviber to block their account with no explanation and nk communication, leaving you unable to connect to family and friends!

    @Viber Unfortunately @Viber @ViberHelp is not helping with in-app problems. My number has been blocked for many days now because someone thought I was spam. I tried unblocking my account with the chatbot but nothing changed. This is frustrating. Ticket #10794265
