@ViberHelp My grandma accidentally blocked my temp @Viber account while traveling in Europe & even after I helped her to unblock me, I still can’t message her or anyone else for that matter because Viber apparently flagged down my account. That’s beyond dumb.

Doesn’t seem fair that you guys (knowing full well our IP) are just launching #ViberPay and rolling out with no regard for what we have spent years building. @viberhelp I've got a concern, kindly help.. I’ve deactivated my old sim in a viber app in my old phone. By right, all chat histories in that account are deleted as well. How come when my dad used the old sim in that old phone, all my chat histories re-appeared again?
