@mcyao0222 @Viber Trust me when I say there's only one person that's been able to achieve something good without any form of delay and that person is #omayitech from Instagram, don't know much about this things but I know enough to tell you that #omayitech on Instagram is the only source of help

@ViberHelp Yes I have a ticket number. Not sure I want to post it here. I did manage to do backup, but as I wrote I pressed the button > got a error message > left the phone open > 15 minutes later the latest backup date was changed. So you clearly have a bug.
