    @Viber Unfortunately @Viber @ViberHelp is not helping with in-app problems. My number has been blocked for many days now because someone thought I was spam. I tried unblocking my account with the chatbot but nothing changed. This is frustrating. Ticket #10794265

    @ViberHelp hi, can you please help me unblock my account? I've used to chat bot and email support but what i get are just automated replies that my i account will be reviewed if not unblock after 3 days, it's already been more than a month since.

    @daddyblondlegs @Viber I had same issues days back but,with the help of @Webtooncoin90 company they helped me recovered my hacked account back and I can now access my account back as normal you can message them for help

    @Viber Yes, it says your account is blocked because you sent spam and there is a link to an article about it. But my mom didn’t any spam. She has this problem since the end of May, she opened her account long time ago, like many years ago and never had this problem before.
