@ViberHelp 9036741667 is number n I am unable to use viber all of sudden when I was in major bridge call on rakuten viber I am not sure whats going on I am from Rakuten INC and working across 1000 plus vendors on Viber and I daily work with mikita san and Hiren san for issues

@ViberHelp hiya. I’ve started on the Viber out plan and made a couple of calls but I’m suddenly getting a no connection message when I go to check my plan. I’ve restarted my phone and the same error message is coming up. Any immediate thoughts?
