    @ViberHelp Hi, I have raised a service request with ticket number #151486842 on 10th October. I'm not able to activate my account on my phone. But I can able to activate easily on my friend's phone. Can you please tell me why I am facing this issue. 3days ago I was able to use.

    @Viber tell me why a request to unblock a number is turned down by your customer support regardless of how much I request it. I've explained the situation countless of times but it seems to me that they're ignoring my requests now

    @ViberHelp I have and you said my number is blocked for span which it isn't as it's only ever used to contact family members. Your support team did nothing to help. Do I have to report the same thing again ?

    Hey @WhatsApp and @Viber, I don’t get any msg or call notifications since updating to iOS 16. Anyone else having the same issue? Notifications setting is fine, background refresh on, restarted, updated apps, to no avail.

    @AppleSupport , @Viber @ViberHelp , trying to move Viber app from one iphone to another iphone but unable to do so, taken backup of data on icloud but still it's not working. Apple & Viber are clueless in that case please update your website, help forum that it's not supported.

    @Viber Been trying to sync my phone with my laptop, and it's been failing non-stop. Your website won't even let me DL the installer so I can uninstall and reinstall to troubleshoot. Are you guys having server issues rn?
