    @ViberHelp Its been over 2 months now that I cant receive my activation number. Ive contacted your support team hundred of times with no help at all. They keep repeating the same thing over and over again. I checked and done everything I’ve been requested with no results. Useless

    Viber works partially in China without using VPN, I have been able to make phone calls, send text messages. The only things that’s not working is sending attachments. #viber #china @Viber

    Hi @ViberHelp I opened a ticket (#847195058) after an entire chat history just disappeared while I had on daily backup and plenty space on my phone. Not cool. Really hope you can fix this.

    @ViberHelp I have now written several times and it would seem that #viber takes money from clients through #applepay and then blocks our service. I am a journalist & I have 45 minutes to finish hours of work you robbed from me. I want a supervisor to email me. This is unethical & dishonest.
