Hi @ViberHelp I opened a ticket (#847195058) after an entire chat history just disappeared while I had on daily backup and plenty space on my phone. Not cool. Really hope you can fix this.

@Viber Its been over 2 months now that I cant receive my activation code. I have cobtacted viber aupport hundred times with no help at all. They keep repeating the same thing over and over again. I have checked and done everything they requested but it did not resolve my problem.Useless
