    @Viber is literally a scam. Signed up for free trial and and entered card details. Can't even log into account, every time I try, there is an error. No live support chat or email or easy unsubscribe button - now being charged for an account I cannot even log into. Shocking!

    @ViberHelp you have blocked my account and when I raised a ticket you don’t do anything. Why? I just need access to my chats for my pictures. Then I will never use this stupid viber. Can you help?

    @Viber need help please. I cannot retrieve my chat history from my old phone to my new phone. I am trying to scan the QR Code to my old phone using my new phone but it shows unable. I already tried updating the app, restarting both phones but still unable to scan QR Code.

    @ViberHelp I already clearly explained this is a scam case. My number was changed and is now being used to send messages to others from +380968729014. Please at least block this number immediately until the issue is resolved.

    @ViberHelp @Viber @ViberHelp Please note that scammers have activated my Viber again. Changed the date of birth to 12.03 !!! Today is 12:34 Ukrainian time. I beg you to help me 😭 I have owned the specified phone number for more than 15 years.

    .@Viber @ViberHelp I’m your loyal customer who had always subscribed your premium version and you blocked me for no reason at all. Your Viber plus live support doesn’t even help, it is 4 days now & still the same bot I had to speak again and again. #secondtimeposting 😭

    @Viber @ViberHelp My phone number was wrongly blocked for “spam” even though I only use Viber for private communication with a few contacts. It has been 5 days and support only sends automated replies with no actual help. Ticket ID - 17125655

    @AeldorThalion @Viber @signalapp Welp. The problem is that most of my contacts are either on fb (which I don't have anymore) or Viber. I can't just randomly tell everyone to go into signal or anything, that's usually the main issue, not whether *I* can switch. I can. My network doesn't switch🫠.
