Great service you got @Viber! Blocked my number(use it like twice a week) for spam without providing any details. @ViberHelp asks for a case # that your support system doesn't provide?! Then asking for my email, which i have to put publicly on Twitter ... very privacy-oriented!!!

@Viber hi! My account got blocked whilst I was on the phone with my grandma - unclear as to why. I only use it to call her and she’s hard of hearing so you need to call 5-7 times before she picks up. Any chance you can help me unblock?

I downloaded @Viber @ViberHelp for an international call. Paid $9:99 what a waste of money. Connection was terrible. However the most bizarre thing, it was doing a replay of the conversation while I was still on the call. I need my money back.
