    @Viber hello, you blocked my mom account, who NEVER sent any spam! Your anti spam bot is terrible. my mom can't connect now with her friends and close people. your tech support is terrible just does nothing but sending the same message.

    @Viber you are the worst messenger i have ever used. Today you blocked my profile, but I only use it to contact my landlord. Your stupid website says "contact us if this is an error". However, it does not have a support button and you prohibit receiving messages in all social.

    @Viber Are you aware that most people on apple devices have a problem since a few days ago with Viber, it just freezes and stays like that, or doesn't load messages...it's getting frustrating, are you doing anything to fix it...???

    The customer service of @viber is, well, it does not exist. I would advise everyone to move off and find another communication app, or they risk #Rakutenviber to block their account with no explanation and no communication, leaving you unable to connect to family and friends!

    @Viber how can i get my accont back, being hacked? On February 6th, I was a victim of spam. My phone number and Viber account were stolen. A support ticket (No. 14128481) was opened at that time, but it is still not resolved. Please assist me and help recover my account.

    @Viber @ViberHelp Don’t wasted my time to ignore me since your contact US don’t work for won’t let me press hold for 5 seconds to contact us but still debug “error”. 3 days still don’t work with “contact us” keep me error, can you repair for me?

    @NVIDIA @Viber is not working in @ubuntu 24 with your driver. Viber has in general difficulties loading in Ubuntu 24. I think when you fix viber to work with appimage it breaks the driver. You need to fix this issue.
