@Viber vibers messages are late, there is a big deelay. Calls are late too, deelayed too long and is not calling the person everytime even both on network. Please resolve this problem, the app is about communication, and temporarly is impossible to send messages or call...

@ViberHelp forgive me my abruptness. Is anyone working for Viber any more? Does it exist? Or is it that you don't like ex customers, but continue to charge them for a service that is cancelled. Then do not respond to emails/online tickets? Thank you

@Viber I am having trouble activating my new Mexican phone on viber. I do not get SMS nor call and thus cannot use Viber app 😭 I tried to resend, reinstall the app, etc.. nothing works. The number is correctly written and still no progress.
