    @ViberHelp tried restarting my phone & reinstalling the app. Nothing works. & I urgently need to access my account to cancel my plan now Either: 1) activation code via email 2) you cancel the my subscription plan now & then delete my account&confirm Support doesn't help me

    @ViberHelp @Viber Already informed you that it is no help at all. Here is the latest ticket I opened. Ticket ID - 18260785. I won’t open a new one we all know it will be a waste of time again for sure

    @Viber Are you aware that most people on apple devices have a problem since a few days ago with Viber, it just freezes and stays like that, or doesn't load messages...it's getting frustrating, are you doing anything to fix it...???

    @Viber is literally a scam. Signed up for free trial and and entered card details. Can't even log into account, every time I try, there is an error. No live support chat or email or easy unsubscribe button - now being charged for an account I cannot even log into. Shocking!

    @Viber Dear Viber community, I have a problem that started occurring 2-3 days ago. So when I open Viber on iPhone it freezes and you cannot do anything. I have tried restarting my phone, viber app, also deleted and installed again. The problem reappears again.

    .@Viber I’m your loyal customer who had always subscribed your premium version and you blocked me for no reason at all. Your Viber plus live support doesn’t even help, it was almost 4 days now and still the same bot I had to speak again and again.
