@Viber hi there, I have recently started receiving very odd calls and texts from the Viber app giving me an access code but I haven't use this for years and years now. and I'm currently not using it at the moment. What is the cause for this? Could you please help? Regards Jane.

@ViberHelp @parabelummm This is not a problem with certain phone numbers, it is a general issue with everyone on iOS that activated the account in the last 2 or 3 days.

@Viber Hi! I recently purchased an iPhone and whenever somebody sends me a photo or a video it won't open or download. In addition no contact picture is shown. I uninstall and reinstall the app several times but the issue persists. Looking forward to hearing from you.
