    @jimgerakaris @ViberHelp I think they don't care abt their customers anymore. Hey only give canned messages and cannot provide agents to answer help requests.

    One simple change that would help reduce disinformation is making sure your app has a good unfurling experience. Sharing Twitter links on @Viber for example which is popular in the Philippines, sucks and forces people (i.e. me) to paste screenshots.

    @ViberHelp @Viber I'm trying to make a call through viber out but I get the error "call failed". I contacted support and they told me my account marked as spam even though I only dialed my parent's number. Please take a look into it. I appreciate if you can unblock my account.

    @mihali4boroda4 @Viber Do yourself good, this wall is silent. Unfortunately, they lack knowledge of fixing their apps, got mine fixed with the the help of #dacktech on Instagram. Thanks to him for helping me access my accouni. I've tried so many times to get help but they never respond

    @DrHaseeb90 @Viber My account also got hacked and support service aren't doing anything about it, so l contacted (cyberdigitalhelpdesk) on instagram he successfully retrieved my account. he's legit and reliable
