@JeremyPenter The good ones are from smaller studios that had to use this format because of limited resources and disinterest from publishers. I think World of tanks inspired Warframe for example. The problem are big Publishers that adapted this format to milk more money from their customers.

@MarufKng @PlayBlackDesert On Reddit there is a ton, yes a ton of topics about people BS only In BDO. A lot of ps5 users there as well w the same issue. Ff14, warframe, gta5, etc those are big games w a lot of players and no problems to be found, so i dunno what PA does or doesn’t but it’s not good haha

@Large_Man_7 Even moreso considering that there is a really solid example of a live-service game out there that's doing pretty sizeable numbers because of how their model works. That game being Warframe.

Note my use of "regularly." I don't want to exclude them ENTIRELY, but I don't find much point basing my identity around them. I have three MMOs I switch between: Dungeon Fighter, Warframe, and Phantasy Star Online 2. They all have a big problem. 2/10

@OnePlayerPete @PaulTassi I may not know the technical solution, but DE has been doing it for years with Warframe. A smaller company with less funding is able to handle this problem better than your beloved Bungo.

@GemBearGaming I was never able to get inside Warframe due to a similar issue (Needing to reset my password). I think that I'll need to download it on my PC, connect to it at least once and then there shouldn't be any issues with GFN. Hopefully they work on the login technology at some point :)

@Jid2021 Games as a service is not inherently bad. There are plenty of games which use it well and retain a large player base along with growing. Warframe is a perfect example.
