@geostatonary yeah warframe's extremely bad "content island" problem is a big part of why i have so much difficulty actually getting back into it... for as much as people lament Destiny 2's content vaulting it actually did a lot to mitigate that problem for them

@MTashed I think warframe is a pretty poor comparison overall. Surface level yes, but warframe pvp has always been ham-****** in and extremely unpopular. The game wasn't designed with PVP in mind. Destiny is. The issues with D2 pvp are snowball issues from years of neglect from the devs.

[stream end] sorry to cut stream sort but with the whole thing with OBS doing it's thing and my stomach giving me problems I had to cut it there. In the end we parked our orbiters at @EnnuiControl who was also play warframe with the lovely @Coral_Shard and @eliasontwitch.

If I hear one more live service getting made or cancelled, I'm gonna laugh. The reason why Warframe was popular was cause their road map was simple and you didn't have to keep going back. The rewards were there permanently and easily accessible.

@The_Zemus @PlayWarframe duviri has been in hype and development hell for far too long. . . and with me no longer being able to run Warframe due to a processor upgrade mandate. as well as other problem. I feel as tho trust has been throw away. its not even the only game I've lost the ability to play.

@MTashed Nah, Warframe is full of game-in-game type of things, and they are pretty disjointed, pvp included, also it plays way too different to the "base game" and Bungie and D2 been evading that issue for the whole existance of the franchise. (3k+ hours in both, stopped WF for D2 PvP)

@endquar I can't tell you how many times I closed Warframe then Steam glitched out and thought it was still running. The only fix for this is a reboot

@ZereWasTaken @colingrist @destinytrack That's not how live service games work, that's how Destiny works. All other live service games have permanent stories. Warframe, FFXIV, GW2, Genshin (for the most part) and more. This isn't normal, this is Bungie.
