@Zavallr I left after the second Episode. I just couldn’t bring myself to engage with the content again. Especially knowing that all of it will be essentially wasted. Warframe and Deep Rock Galactic has opened my eyes on how a live service game should be run.

@ShitpostRock Warframe is not even that grindy. The problem I see with new players is that they keep trying to rush everything to get to the "endgame". Play slowly, take your time. The "endgame" is not worth it if you rush things. After 3K+ hours I can do weeklys in 1 day or 2. Take your time!

@IGN Also pop Warframe, Destiny 2, First Descendant, etc., on there and watch a big chunk of people hop in. My brain might be broken in this one way, but I'd buy a complete D2 collection to be able to play natively on my lunch breaks and while traveling and the system can handle it.

@EggieWeggieVT I do have trouble sticking to a niche cus I can get bored of it. But I do find myself playing action/shooter games(MonHun, Warframe, Marvel Rivals) and platformers, but I don't know if that's too broad or generic as a niche?

@pinchetejano @Pupsker That's not really the issue here. I have no issue with most of the content that Warframe releases. If just this update felt a little more off then normal. 1999 was by no means drip feed.

@ForTheRebound @monsterhunter How’s this a make or break for a game getting updated who already sold copies? Y’all thought this was gonna be a live service game? Go play destiny 2, OW2, Warframe, Diablo 4, Path of Exile. Monster Hunter was never a live service, I am okay waiting patiently for cool stuff.

@PirateSoftware @Pirat_Nation It is possible for all games. Yes, including live service games. Simply publish the old server files required for the game prior to sunsetting content on official servers. Or don't sunset content at all? Look at how warframe does it if you can't fathom a world like that.

@KatzeKotek It's not always so simple to make a work around or change a bit of code, but you know this. In Planetside 2 weapon firerate is tied to FPS. Which means some guns TTK sky rocketed depending on your framerate. Cant change it due to the spaghetti code. Warframe had similar issues
