Espaguetis Kris Deltarune 🍝 (@paco_00723) reported@Qwerty098709765 @ThePoundOfFlesh @Pirat_Nation Warframe has been outside of the beta/early access for 10 years, the beta statement is an inside joke because they keep releasing unpolished updates + its a live service game

Alex Eqi (@Anabyssios) reported@evanf1997_ Bungie with a team of over 800 people had enough issues balancing 3 characters for raids...warframe has over 60.
-
Champions of the Ice (@ChampionsOTIce) reportedMaybe having it be a Live Service was just a stupid idea from the get-go because literally none of them except for Warframe ever last. God forbid they just ship a completed product and then occasionally drop an expansion.
-
M.D. MAG (@MDMagWF) reportedOne thing Duet Night Abyss did better and I want Warframe to return the favor and take it. They allow you to position, rotate and scale all cosmetics and the interface for it is the same kind as in Warframe. This cosmetic adjustment rework would let us fix misaligment ourselves

Betty Egg (@betty_egg) reported@PolishTamales You said it went down from 88k to 3k when you can see in the screenshot you shared it's double that - the 24 hour peak caps at about 6k, and shoots up to 40k at the start of a new season. Having a 24 hour peak puts you in the top 2%-3% of all games on Steam. The problem with Marathon is it cost 250 million (allegedly) and it's probably only made around 50-60 million back, 4 months later. Also this problem isn't exclusive to Marathon - Marathon is simply the chosen scapegoat. This is happening to AAA games across the board. They're over budgeted and underperforming. In the grand scheme of things, Marathon's player retention would be fairly decent if it cost about half as much to make - but again this is not a "Marathon" problem, it's a AAA problem abroad. I'm not trying to be snarky but the only reason I bring this up is because I see people making all these posts, and they seem genuinely confused? The reason Sony is still supporting Marathon is because there is a slight chance for a game like this to pick up steam, because yes in fact - player retention puts it in the top 2%-3% games on Steam. Games like Warframe and Siege took YEARS to get to where they are today, and they debuted with numbers far worse than Marathon (even when taking into account Siege had it's own Ubisoft servers on top of Steam).. THIS is why they continue to support it. They'll probably give a year before they decide to pull the plug, and again the only reason I mention this is because 90% of my feed seems to be confused about what all these numbers mean, and firstly, if you think only 3k people are playing Marathon - when in reality it's twice that many - that would be confusing, on top of the fact if you didn't know where that puts it in contrast with the rest of games on Steam, you're not gonna understand why Sony continues to support it. People keep trying to compare these games to games like Arc Raiders, or Apex Legends - games like that are well within the top 0.5% of ALL games on Steam, globally. Not everything is an overnight hit, in fact most live service games fall flat on their face... Whereas Marathon has SOME retention. That's why.

greenerknight (@greenerknight1) reported@PabloMakes I would love to see the heat inheritance fixed. Warframe is great for its complexity, but issues like this have led to too many people on my friends list not coming back.

Shackle. (@ShackleOhNo) reportedI think I entered Warframe at a perfect time HOWEVER I do wish I had started during the time when you could use a glitch to breed some ****** up dogs and cats. Every picture I see of them kills me.

Nelosart gambled and lost all in Tau (@Nelosart) reported@finlaena But she can be as disruptive as any other room clearer Warframe, killing too fast there is nothing else left for anyone. To me that's an issue with multiple Warframes, it only happens that Hildryn becomes the definitive choice for elite Archimedia.

Vampragon43 (@_Vampragon43_) reported@Swaosgod69 @LukeCB14 Also this goes without saying but overdelivery is in fact a good thing. Warframe and FFXIV are regular overdeliverers and wouldn't you know it, they're the most loved MMOs. The absolute worst issue I can think of that involved overdelivery there was Dawntrail, which isn't much.

Lexxie (@PinkBimboLexxie) reported@ZettaSlowSnake @CordeliSystem my problem is that often characters get robbed of their personality bc of this, a lot of old OW1 skins were about the culture of the country the character’s from, now its just pretty-looking, generic slop its hot, but its generic. warframe does gooner skins better imo

Sin (@SinFABTCG) reportedAll I do anymore is play Warframe. And I’ll be real with you after bouncing in and out of the game since the original beta, I’m happy to say I found a nice “home base” game after falling off from Destiny a few years back (and the end of service recently).

YOU'RE A MORON (@THEREALANTMANIA) reported@SonnyServs21 @avatar_fighters Nah, you’re right — I had that same theory about this whole situation as well. I remember other games like Warframe were having issues with the same certifications as well when they came to Xbox and even their content was delayed because it didn’t pass the requirements…

Soberker (@soberker) reported@miontor @GameStalgiaX I had multiple returns to Warframe and still have an itch to play it. But we have a love-hate relationship. It has angelic movement and combat but leveling weapons is horrible. Also I am too deep into GW2 which also doesn't have those problems so I decided to stick with it.
