After playing A LOT of Warframe lately, I think I've identified the main problem with the game. In this hero shooter, you don't have nearly enough access to your abilities constantly, so you end up using your guns 90% of the time

@sjfostersound @GameSpot Metroid Prime 3 was. Motion controls in games like Splatoon, or Warframe work really well, too (I love trackpad+gyro on my Steam Controller). I don't see what the problem is here.

It's also why I dislike most "live service" games; b/c so far, besides Warframe, & even there it kind of sucks... realistically no dev/publisher has managed to properly extend the life of a game w/o sh*t tactics.

@GiantTacoHead1 @Sacred_Echo_00 And I totally get you, and I agree, performance and optimization over graphics, I haven’t played all the switch games out there, but the ones I played rarely had issues, Doom 2016 actually ran well, Warframe also ran well, Rise does too, just small hiccups here and there

@ModernWarzone Warframe and Apex, I even played Fortnite and it’s better than Warzone. I’ll be back after Valentines when they fix their ****** game.

@AnriKoala A lot of mmo-type hames have that problem; I used to play Warframe a bunch and I got spoiled on one of the biggest twists in the mainline quests because someone just used an ability in front of me that just reveals massive information about the characters’ origins

@FoxNobia Difficulty Reasons: Primal Carnage RNG Reasons: Oh... Sir! Glitch/Bug Reasons: Rainbow Six Extraction (Mouse glitch), Warframe (Stuck glitch), COD: Cold War (Needed administrator privileges, found this out after thinking it just broke), Battlefront 2 (Permanently for PC. Broke)

@Nthn2K_ @PlayApex Warframe's Tennogen skins are made by community members, only problem I can see that's stopping something like this for Apex is... Apex is owned by EA. Somehow they'll end up taking the lion's share and screwing creators out of their work.

@FolderolTV @swatty524 @McTroid Yet live service games that have been going for just as long with constant updates usually don't require you to spend a dime after paying once, see gta or a f2p example being Warframe, 8 wasn't that but 9 could've been but we're getting something and they're getting our money

@MehoffIii It's extraordinarily broken tho, the whole point of a leveling system in most cases is that you're stronger for leveling, but actually leveling in Warframe requires weakening yourself for long, long stretches of play to use equipment you haven't invested in.

@FSAPOJake @TheActMan_YT This why I generally give credit to warframe and destiny in the live service area. NOT perfect games but they do keep a decent sized audience. Plus they’re still up and running for 5 plus years. I know they’re better examples but I used these because they’re Shooter games
