    @PauDaniOk @WhatsApp I spent almost an hour talking to the technicians via email, they gave me solutions that had nothing to do with the problem, and every time I had to re-explain the type of problem because they didn't understand ... until they stopped responding .. .

    I mean. @WhatsApp, this is very frustrating. I followed the instructions on the FAQ. I have my old local backup saved to the phone, and I saved this local backup to Google Drive *as well*, and it still won't recognize it, even after several attempts to reinstall. Help?
