Why does @WhatsApp say that they have reason to believe the account activity has violated their Terms of Service, and they don’t explain what is the reason? Why can they not disclose the nature of the complains?

@whatsapp there is no good process that a user can follow to request to be unbanned? It seems there is a standard way to reply when a user sends a request to be unbanned: reply saying he violated the Terms of Service, and refuse to listen to any reason
