@WhatsApp has the worst, most useless support I've come across. They only "resolve" issues by ignoring them and waiting for them to autoclose after 24 hours of inactivity. I'm on ticket #5 for the same issue and will keep raising it until they resolve it! #whatsappuselesssupport
