@LICIndiaForever There should be a service branch for online policy and customer should be able to choose service branch as per his convenience. All Zonal Office, Divisional Office and Branch Office including Satellite Office should be on @Twitter & @WhatsApp to give customer a better service.

@DaleBhagwagar @WhatsApp Nope. Nothing. It would be nice that when @WhatsApp insists for weeks that you update their web version and you finally do so, they have already fixed basic bugs on features that worked properly on the previous version. But it doesn't seem they're in a rush to fix anything.
