I didn't think @virginmedia could make the help desk experience any more excruciating, but the use of @WhatsApp instead of regular online chat means they can put you on hold for literal days! 😧 I'm going to return to just sitting on the phone for hours.

@WhatsApp @facebookapp @Meta If you ban users using WhatsApp who will use your applications? Instead of giving ban anonymously. Don't allow the user to share the contents against the policy then give an error popup saying against policy and don't allow to share that's work.
