@WhatsApp you could review the circumstances surrounding this issue. I have always tried to comply with whats app terms of service and have not engaged in any activities that would violate your guidelines. Therefore, I suspect that ban might have been triggered inadvertently.

@WhatsApp When we click on New chat and mistakenly select wrong contact and click back it will go to main chats tab instead of same new chat screen to select the other contact . This is the biggest issue .
