The support for @WhatsApp business is the worst. If you are planning to get a business account, just don't! They'll take your money and when you have trouble, flip you off with a canned reply and say what you going to do about it. No. 1 worst company in the world.

Services that rely on your phone number as unique identifiers for accounts have a problem. If you give up your mobile number it can get taken by someone else. On @WhatsApp I see random people I'm in contact with now because the previous person I knew had that number.

@WhatsApp this morning after my normal WhatsApp & Google drive backup, I replied to messages. Hours later messages, chats & everything disappeared. Didn't activate disappearing messages. Uninstalled to try and restore & nothing. Only happened to this App. Ur chat app doesn't help

Being first matters. Sometimes it's THE powerful leverage. @WhatsApp started in 2009 and @telegram in 2013. Telegram is 1000x times better platform and service, but still, WhatsApp has 2 billion monthly active users, and Telegram has 550 million.
