Latest Whatsapp update sucks, The option to send gallery images from the app itself is gone. You need to go into the gallery and select the video / image and share it via Whatsapp to send it. @WhatsApp please fix it asap.

Are any people having problems backing up chats in WhatsApp Business @WhatsApp on an iPhone? My last backup is dated 14 December and no matter what I do, I cannot create a new one. It stays forever on “Preparing...”. My network is alright. I already applied the usual advice.

@WhatsApp for some reason, WhatsApp iCloud backup isn’t happening. It is stuck at “preparing”. Been having this for more than a month. I deleted and reinstalled the app, turned off/on iCloud for WhatsApp. Not much help. @wcathcart

@stax97 @WhatsApp Thanks, that hasn’t made a difference for me, it won’t create the back up or let me use the chat search function. Seems to be an iOS issue rather than directly what’s app, but their support is useless.
