Having a widely used app/tool and trying to report a security issue from a Fortune 50 (not 500) company, and the app owner not having a dedicated security contact and requiring reporters to contact your helpdesk (3 days!) is really disappointing. I'm looking at you, @WhatsApp

@sreichenberger @MarceloAvalos @WhatsApp Mine was with regular WhatsApp but it seems they fixed tonight. I woke up and it was working just fine. Yesterday I read that most folks were using WhatsApp business as a makeshift alternative to the crash on regular WhatsApp so maybe it’s a new issue?
