They are charging money, cause its a service that requeries them to maintain BOTH servers. If you want to play ONLY one of the expansions, its free. The sub already covers a lot more then this.

Female trolls generally have much smaller tusks, so if the male has small, wide, or low tusks, they might be able to kiss no problem. MLM kisses might take some work, maybe pressing foreheads together?

They're literally engineered to be "Just low enough not to cause widespread outrage". Didn't cost them any money to make this change, they're still making more than they should.

Name changes, faction changes, realm transfers, etc. This is just another paid service. I'll be the first to say they could lower the price, but it's hardly greed to charge for it. It's a business afterall.
