    @JennaMcNeil19 @Lbabinz Speaking from experience, i dont recommend xbox brand mics. I never had this one but other mics in the past have broken with little use within a week.

    @XboxSupport FFZ will there be just a single day that XBOX does not have a problems. I mean common. We ask for 1 single day. 2r hours. Is that too much to ask for? For years on end every day we have one problem to the next. Not a single day goes by smoothly on xbox or Microsoft for us.

    @XboxSupport @XboxCanada why am I denied a refund of a digital game after playing less than 2 hours? Not impressed with your refund team after I told them I wanted to spend the difference for the right product and they sent me a broken link to your terms of service.

    @nosleep1138 This bullshit is why I deactivated. Sony is doing fine Xbox is the one in trouble. Better game pass does the worse Xbox does.. gamepass only thrives when no games sell on Xbox lol that's a brutal way to run a console. Also ps plus is not gamepass not a 1 to 1 comparison.

    @XboxSupport hello team. I have a gamepass subscription on my Xbox series X but my son cannot access game pass on his account on the same console. Is he not able to utilize the service on his account or am I missing how to do so?

    @XboxSupport can you fix the matchmaking for backwards compatible titles please? or the connection issues we get when someone on XB1 & series s,x has host? or maybe the constant freezing & "connect to xbox live" errors when you go to find matches on backwards compatible titles? #FixBackCompat
