have access to, (I know this bc we tried l Iinking every email we use to my sons xbox and none worked) and your customer service agents are atrocious. The first one couldn't transfer the Ultimate pass and when we weren't able to link it the next two just sat silently on the phone

@aggressa @SnapBlastPLAY PlayStation saw that problem and said “go big or go home” whereas XBOX was practically laughed at all generation for its VCR looking Console so went with sleeker designs with One S, One X, Series S and kind of Series X.

@RL_Support Thanks. The party chat issue is not exclusive to me. Others that have xbox are doing the same in disappearing in and out of the party chat. Team chat is fine. As for crashes on series X. I made my connection more stable with ethernet but will try a hard reboot if it happens again

@macphisto96 @Xbox_Series_XS Sony’s strategy is obviously quite different from Xbox’s. They’re not interested in announcing new titles several years ahead. They have at least 2 unannounced live service titles for 2023 as well.
