    @XboxSupport Hey Xbox, my 9 year old is screaming at the top of his lungs since he can’t log in. When I try to calm him down, he throws his controller at the wall, and it is smashed into pieces. He is now threatening to run away. Please fix this.

    @BroontangoVlogs @XboxSupport All this “down time” we keep getting where we are unable to play should result in free months credited to our xbox live subscription.. seems only fair that we are re- imbursed for our missing or faulty service...

    @PoloKingDX @DamienGabaldon @XboxSupport I think it would go a long way to say just that - this piece of hardware had this error. We need to fix this first then test that. I think customers are smart enough to appreciate as much detail as possible not an empty platitude and just “deal with it”

    @Jordandobbie_51 @XboxSupport we’re mad because this is taking way too long. They are a billion dollar company and can’t fix a simple issue. If you have millions upon millions of dollars it shouldn’t take over 3 hours to fix an xbox live issue

    @Jack05Riley @XboxSupport Mate I can’t even play the game, the game completely crashes my Xbox. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it 6 times to no progress. I don’t know who’s part it is on but damn they need to fix it. I play on the series x as well and it’s kinda annoying since it completely crashes it.
