@LarAtLarian Seeing that you had zero mention of any Xbox related build on your webpage for the game or mention that it is even in work it shows a disingenuous treatment to the fanbase. Maybe fix your marketing issues while you work on your game. (I suspect they are separate entities)

@NShadowMX @mansche1 @PeterOvo5 From what you stated, it sounds like a Series S issue. On PS5, they make a game that'll run on PS5. On Xbox, they make a game that'll run on Series X but NOW they have to redevelop, port, scale-down absolutely everything, etc. Series S is a joke at 2 tflops this gen.

@Kotaku *Disclaimer Don't think the devs have literally mentioned the Series S specifically, this is just speculation on Kotakus part. They have said that they're having technical issues with Split screen on Xbox. Series S being the issue is a safe bet, but we don't know for sure.

@Jack16_reeves @AzureGamingHD @LarAtLarian Because it's bs. Nothing stops them from immediately announcing that it's also coming to Xbox. They didn't due to an agreement with Sony. I don't buy for a second there isn't a Sony contract involved. Once they saw the backlash they made up some technical issue bs.

@PeterOvo5 @MERKE15 @twicethetoots Think the bigger problem is optimization is difficult on the Xbox. Every small team seems to have issues with. Unless it’s your second or third game on the platform all developers seem to struggle optimizing for the series x and s.

@SenninSage @PeterOvo5 I could swear Xbox also used a more complex memory setup on the Xbox One gen as well... which also caused issues. Maybe the engineers should stop doing that. Do the benefits for the (what seems like a small amount) devs who use it properly really outweigh the issues for others...

@worlldx @BungieHelp Those are two separate problems that happen on Xbox: 1. Destiny 2 may or not crash after around 1 and 5 hours of playtime. 2. Destiny 2 may or not start and update once the game launches, even tho it has already been updated before. Also, they said they're aware of the 2nd.

@JayRembert2 @UniDaSensei I think its more of a time and money issue to get the running on the Xbox Series S. Microsoft should have thought this through, they didn't and this will be a bigger issue as time moves on. Maybe Microsoft will release a more powerful version of the Series S idk.
