To this I also can had Nintendo delayed BoTW many times for more time to make the game Afaik no pokemon game ever been delayed, the issue is likely not Nintendo

That puts pressure on dev time and resources. Nintendo games don't usually have issues with polish, so...

I have never seen a glitch that bad in a released game. And the game wasn't fun so I just stopped and uninstalled it.
