@EAHelp I just purchased a one month subscription on my xbox one. But it won't allow me to open the app on my xbox. It continually gives me an error message telling me that it has hit a snag and to close the app and reopen. I've done this and the same result every time

@XboxSupport I’ve had an open ticket for 2 months now and no one has been able to fix it. I used to have a custom profile pic, I no longer can change it. Someone needs to find out why.

@Lebox361 @catovitch @Xbox Its a common issue of the Series 1. Both bumpers broke on mine and the rubber grip started peeling. Poor quality build. A friends controller peeled and his sticks started drifting. Lots of complaints easily found online as well.
