    @Microsoft @Xbox What is going on right now? I was able to play my system just fine last night. Now I get on today and suddenly I need to sign in to the account that purchased my games, even though it was me. I need to check my connection, it’ll even though it’s online and fine.

    @XboxSupport Just bought the new Series X. Came in the mail yesterday. Less than 24 hours later it is back in the box to be shipped back. Halo Infinite seems to be the problem based on forums. Could not even perform a factory reset. So upset. What's up Microsoft? Anyone else?

    @CovertBazinga @XboxSupport check downdetector, it's probably the only place you'll get answers regarding xbox server status lol. I literally just closed a chat with xbox support and they're experiencing some server outage but it hasn't been reported to their own server status website lmao.

    @XboxSupport having issues with this outage that don't just deal with the store. I can't play any of my games at all. I've tried multiple titles and all say it either took too long, or I need the account that bought them. Tried removing account, holding power/power cycle. Nothin
