@PaulBPrice @XboxSupport The funny thing is, despite being a pro audio guy for music, i dont have much experience setting up what you got going on and i hope they fix it or there ends up being a nice work around for you. Headsets are nice, but they will never carry the full fledged spectrum of speakers

@UbisoftSupport can I gave my money back @XboxSupport ? I just lost 6-7 hours of gameplay in the Watch Dogs Legion because the game bugged. Lot of people are also complaning. Some posts almost are a month old and you still haven't fix it. Can I have my money back?!

@XboxSupport on series x having a problem watching game trailers on the store, video starts plays about 10 secs before pausing for a very long time then playing a few more seconds. movie trailers on the store never have this, net is a solid 80dn, 10up any ideas?
