    @1amsnkt @XM_COM Has your problem been resolved? Have you received your withdrawal? I am also facing the same problem. My crypto withdrawal is not being received. It is getting cancelled again and again or the FIR should be kept pending.

    @XM_COM I have taken complete screenshots of the entire deposit process from beginning to end, including the XM app process, the third-party payment gateway, the individual QR code generated, payment confirmation, and submitted UTR proof. As a customer, I trusted XM while making this deposit. If, even after following all the required steps correctly, my deposit is lost or not credited, I will be forced to take legal action against XM and all parties involved in this payment process. Customers should not suffer because of delays or issues caused by third-party PSP systems used by the broker. I request XM to resolve this matter urgently and provide full transparency regarding customer deposits.

    @XM_COM Withdrawal request submitted on March 26 still not received. Multiple follow-ups with @XM_COM support only resulted in “under review” replies without proof of transfer. Requesting immediate clarification and Swift copy (MT103)

    @XM_COM I have been waiting since May 15 for the resolution of a PIX deposit issue. The funds left my bank account successfully, all requested documents were provided, and XM confirmed the case is under investigation (cases ZK7LWU and 10E2BK).
