    Please help me, there was no response from the 48 hours since the complaint has been reported. I didn't received my money in my XM trading account yet. Kindly check the case number L757P2. And I'm surprised that no response more than 48 hours on email or portal. @XM_COM

    @XM_COM Plz my withdrawal is pending, tried every payment method. Withdrawal is not coming the fund credited back to my account all the time. Finally placed a withdrawal request through bank transfer which is also in pending. Plz help for the sake of your 20 million traders celebration

    @sarathsarru1 @XM_COM We would like to inform you that as per the service request number 86955390, We have raised wrong chargeback but we have received re-presentment from beneficiary bank stating customer is not contactable for debit authorization. Please note that the reversal is on a (1/2)

    @XM_COM This is unacceptable. I withdrew $111.18 on Mar 11, 2026 to an incorrect Axis Bank account (1 digit error) — yet status shows PROCESSED. It’s been 2+ weeks and I’m still getting only “under investigation” replies. Was the money credited or not?

    Yo @XM_COM why do I have to login with Google every single time I open the app? 😭 It keeps saying “enable biometrics to avoid this” but my phone doesn’t have fingerprint setup. There should be another option to stay logged in because this is honestly a headache.
