    Your actions have directly resulted in my bank account being frozen. Regarding the withdrawal I made on March 5, a fraud claim has been raised by someone from your side against that transaction. As a direct consequence, my bank account has been frozen, causing me significant financial inconvenience and distress. What is even more unacceptable is the delay in your investigation. I do not understand why it is taking your team so long to investigate and resolve an issue that has already had such serious consequences for me. I expect your team to treat this matter as an urgent priority, provide me with a clear explanation of what happened, and take immediate steps to resolve the issue and have my account unfrozen. I cannot be expected to bear the consequences of a dispute or fraud claim originating from your side.     @XM_COM I have been waiting since May 15 for the resolution of a PIX deposit issue. The funds left my bank account successfully, all requested documents were provided, and XM confirmed the case is under investigation (cases ZK7LWU and 10E2BK).

    @XM_COM BECAREFUL..XM is not processing deposits even after they receive your funds. it is been 5 days. No funds in Trading account: 110433653. Date of deposit: 24-APR-20026.Amount: 13750 INR. There are bunch of same issues, look at @Trustpilot

    @XM_COM Hi fraudsters, you and your support team do fraud in broad daylight. This is what happened to me. I am from India and tried depositing $100 via upi.. the transaction was successful and I have provided each and every proof regarding that to the executive sakshee.
