  YAHOO If you have Yahoo mail and do not like that they forced the new interface on their users, COMPLAIN, on social media and look to change emails as a backup. If your a lawyer look into what users can do to complain. The new interface was forced on users to act a beta testers, and it is slow. They took away the ability to go back to the old interface. Maybe get the news media involved.

  @yahoomail Hi, my yahoo account cannot log in and don’t getting sms from system, just can log in by gmail. I also cannot receive e-mail in the inbox and unable to send email since Thursday. Could you help me to fix these problems ?

  @YahooCare @Yahoo , my father lost his iPhone and is unable to login to his Yahoo Mail Account. He has the recovery number linked with it, but does not have access to the recovery email. Kindly help - have been trying to login for 48 hours now.

  New research shows content inside an email can escape its message boundary and interfere with the webmail interface. Across attack chains spanning Outlook, Gmail, Fastmail, Proton Mail, Yahoo Mail, and AOL Mail, the techniques can capture passwords, take over third-party accounts, leak tokens, hijack trusted UI actions, and manipulate AI tools that read email. PortSwigger researcher Gareth Heyes presented the work at Black Hat USA 2026. One Outlook/Firefox chain spoofs a Microsoft sign-in screen and captures the password a recipient types. A Yahoo/AOL paste race can expose a Medium email-login token and let an attacker sign in as the victim. A Gmail/Cowork chain can exfiltrate a Slack token after prompt injection and user interaction. The paper presents proof-of-concept research and does not report malicious exploitation. Public PoCs remain available as of August 8. The researcher said Fastmail fixed two CSS mutation bugs and a Proton Mail proxy bypass stopped working when he retested it, while Outlook label-jacking and Gmail's image-set() bypass still worked when the research was published on August 6. The paper does not state whether the full Outlook password-capture chain was fixed. For webmail providers, the paper recommends isolating HTML email in sandboxed iframes and tightly restricting CSS, custom attributes, select menus, and image requests.

  @YahooCare @yahoomail New Busi Mail web interface has two problems (1) Printing emails cuts off the right edges/full message doesn't print (2) The Inbox defaults to "Primary." I'd like it to default to "All" so I don't miss messages. + your "contact us" button don't send.

  Hi YahooCare! I’m having an issue with my paid Yahoo Mail subscription on iOS. I have multiple accounts in the Yahoo Mail app. My primary Yahoo account and even my connected Outlook account are completely ad-free, but my second Yahoo account still shows ads. The subscription is active through my Apple ID, and I’ve already removed and re-added the affected Yahoo account, but the ads remain. Could you please help me with this or escalate it to the appropriate team? I can provide screenshots showing the issue. @YahooCare

  @yahoomail I had to delete my emails due to a capacity issue. Tried to log on, forgot password, don’t have access to my ‘recovery’ email because you closed it and after speaking to one of your unhelpful members of staff on the phone my email now doesn’t exist! 😡 please help!!🆘

  @mary_aster She doesn’t have a recovery email? Or phone number? Go to the Yahoo Mail to the sign in helper. If she can’t remember her user name or password, it will send to the recovery email and she can get in from there. If her info has changed and she can’t remember, email or call yahoo
