  @Dhanyfardani1 @yahoomail I used to to have this same hacked issue sometimes back and and contacted support service but i never got any response, meanwhile i saw a comment about Cyber_Hacker88 on instagram and i tried them out, at first i was skeptical but to my surprise he got me my account back

  @minoi We are sorry to hear that. If you in fact have an AT&T account we would be unable to assist with any access issues or errors. AT&T uses the Yahoo Mail platform but the back end network is still ran and operated by AT&T.

  Some Yahoo Mail users are having issues receiving trade alerts. All emails sent to Yahoo users are being delivered but it could be bounced by Yahoo. Use online version to access the alerts. Emails are complimentary but it is up to your email provider to allow or block.

  Finally changed my email away from @yahoomail. Took a lot of time and effort, but better than the infinite and well documented password authentication problems with 3rd party apps that I suspect are there to force usage of their own software for the sake of advertising revenue.
