  @YahooCare Hi @YahooCare, on iPhone using Yahoo Mail v26.13.0: folders (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam, Trash, Archive) are inaccessible, and the new folder switcher (Inbox icon with ↑↓ bottom-left) is unresponsive. Please fix or add a classic folder view. Cheers 🙏🇦🇺

  @yahoomail @Yahoo It's a terrible update! Inbox - can't see full name of sender or title of email but see so much of the message. Stays that way even when I switch message preview settings. I want inbox to show key details of the sender and subject. I'll open it to read the detail of the message!

  For anyone who's wondering, Yahoo email customer support is among the worst I've ever experienced. Utterly unable to assist and unwilling to provide any avenues to resolve a simple storage issue that doesn't cost money. Trash service. @Yahoo @yahoomail #garbagesupport #SHAME

  @yahoomail @Yahoo Hey there, Yahoo buddies. So, you’re clamping down on available email storage… which is fair enough, but the page to subscribe to get more storage doesn’t work….. which is not fair enough. Pretty please sort out the page or don’t charge for it. Cheers!

  @YahooCare the Android Yahoo mail app update ruined the search function. I can no longer edit my search terms and have to start over every time. Please fix this!" I search my email using search strings to find specific things, people, and correspondence. I was able to modify my search strings and quickly try the search again. Can no longer do that. Now have to type out a whole new search string every time I need to modify it....terrible. Productivity Killer. #EmailSearch #YahooMail

  @yahoomail @turbifybiz 12 hours of outage now for sending from my account on desktop and mobile Yahoo!/Turbify small business account. Spinning wheels on Draft and Sent … no workarounds from Chrome or iOS 26.1. Will this be fixed soon?????

  @yahoomail @Yahoo I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a login issue that has locked me out of my accounts. I know my passwords for both of my Yahoo accounts, but the system insists on a secondary verification step by sending a code to the recovery email address.
