    @YahooCare Hi @YahooCare, on iPhone using Yahoo Mail v26.13.0: folders (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam, Trash, Archive) are inaccessible, and the new folder switcher (Inbox icon with ↑↓ bottom-left) is unresponsive. Please fix or add a classic folder view. Cheers 🙏🇦🇺

    @yahoomail fix your damn email service! I'm tired of waiting minutes on end for an email to appear to verify my account or sign up for something. Happens constantly!

    @hillyDavid_72 @YahooCare Same problem here (also UK). Sub-folder menu opens when pressing Inbox icon on iPad but inactive on iPhone. I’m sure it was working yesterday (Sunday). Webmail folders unaffected. Seems like a widespread app update issue. Please sort @yahoomail

    @yahoomail looking at the replies and my current problem of not able to access my emails and yahoocare repeatedly saying DM me but offering no help its obvious yahoomail are total crap

    I've used @yahoomail for decades, but it's recent changes have made it unusable for me. It's slow, stupid, and ugly. What email provider should I move to, for security and ease of use? I suppose I could go back to my old comcast mail... it's not as bad as @yahoomail is now, although it used to be much worse.

    For anyone who's wondering, Yahoo email customer support is among the worst I've ever experienced. Utterly unable to assist and unwilling to provide any avenues to resolve a simple storage issue that doesn't cost money. Trash service. @Yahoo @yahoomail #garbagesupport #SHAME

    @albertm1234 @yahoomail Albert - it's out across the United States. People are reporting it on various outage sites, so Yahoo knows about it even if the bots keep asking you to send a DM.

    @yahoomail @green_gate_1 With respect, please check what users on this platform are reporting. You have a widespread problem - for example, as a user of your platform via your partnership with Sky in UK, I cannot access webmail either - the Yahoo Mail app for iOS is functioning normally. 20:43 hrs UK.

    @KatrinaSoc @yahoomail Katrina, I am having a similar problem. I'm unable to sign in to my mail account. When you DMd @Yahoo were they able to help you recover your account? My account has an old email address set as recovery like you.
