    @GJerrytje @Queen_cassmac Well Yahoo mail had a problem where they run ads that look like emails in your inbox. Well some of those ads were those 'your computer has a virus' scams. Where you'd call the number and they'd charge you buttloads of money to install AVG. After that they were not worth it.

    Unable to set fingerprint login on my account @YahooCare. Can you please check? Using the new Yahoo Mail on website, issue still persists. Please note that this I'm trying on my mobile browser & I believe it should work

    @yahoomail hey yahoo i want to log into my old ymail account, i still remember the password, but it won't let me in because it needs verification code. the problem is, i don't have any more access to my old number. it died so long ago. is there any solution for this?

    @YahooCare Email has been down for hours on mobile devices and desktop PC. Same for other people at my work who have Yahoo Mail. It appears getting to any Yahoo services (website, online help) are not working either. Any word on when it'll be back up?

    @acardnal @SaraFeistiness @YahooCare My tentative, amateur theory is Yahoo is having a routing/peering issue with certain ISPs. I have U-verse in the Chicago area and couldn't connect to Yahoo Mail via FF/Chrome or the Android app. Switching to my Sprint (T-Mobile) data plan hot-spot fixed everything immediately.

    The only thing worse than Yahoo Mail is trying to get any help from Yahoo to fix problems. A billion dollar business who hires dumbasses to “fix“ problems! If Yahoo gets any worse, it’ll be tied with AT&T as the worst companies to deal with.

    Hey @google, your sign in verification system and recovery protocols simply don't work. And your customer service simply is grossly inadequate....because it's non-existent! Nice business model. I'm switching to yahoo mail services.
