And it’s repeating the statement that she can’t send or receive emails, which appears not to be true. Please get this sorted properly!

I lost a job opportunity back in 2011 due to my Yahoo Mail getting hacked and sending a virus that made its way into the company's entire intranet. I can't make this up. Sucked for them for having terrible IT, and me

I'd like it to default to "All" so I don't miss messages. + your "contact us" button don't send.

If she can’t remember her user name or password, it will send to the recovery email and she can get in from there. If her info has changed and she can’t remember, email or call yahoo

jjrothnc (@jjrothnc) reportedIf you have Yahoo mail and do not like that they forced the new interface on their users, COMPLAIN on social media and look to change emails as a backup. If your a lawyer look into what users can do to complain. The new interface was forced on users to act as beta testers, and it is slow. They took away the ability to go back to the old interface. Maybe get the news media involved.
