    Here's an example of bad overengineering. The @Yahoo Mail app has started sorting emails you frequently delete into bundles so you can delete them faster - which are all hidden under a drop-down from the rest of your emails, adding an extra step to go through to delete emails one by one. It doesn't matter if you regularly read these emails, they're all lumped together anyways. Now here are the really annoying parts about that - one, it's an automatic setting, withno opt-out feature, meaning you're stuck with that ****** sorting feature. Two, when you delete emails manually, on occasion, emails in this group will completely disappear. So far, they've come back later, but this is an enormous pain in the *** that no one asked for and can't opt out of. So why? What's the point of this? Why does Yahoo mail insist on these autosorting features like this that constantly hide away emails, the entire reason you'd use the service?

    @yahoomail Really unhappy with the latest update to the Yahoo Mail app! I paid for the app because I liked the layout and ease. New layout is not user friendly and too much like AOL mail. Please stop changing things that aren't broken! 😡😡😡

    @LeperMessiah18 @yahoomail They asked me to contact them via DM, which I did. This is what they said: "Thank you for sharing this information. We recommend checking the app again later, as this may be a temporary bug. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you" App STILL not working!

    @iKodeZero that sounds like just a gmail issue, try out Hotmail or Yahoo mail next (yes they still exist)

    @streamlabs fix your ****! I just want to edit videos, but it makes no sense that I can sign in to livestream and not to do that?! I tried 10 times to have a code sent to my email and nothing! Unless @yahoomail is down, I don't know why you have to make things so complicated!

    @status_is_down My yahoo mail is a mess. Ever tried getting any REAL assistance/advice from yahoo? You can't. They don't want to assist customers in any way. After about 15 yrs I'm going to have to shut it down and move away from yahoo.

    @YahooCare Hi @YahooCare, on iPhone using Yahoo Mail v26.13.0: folders (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam, Trash, Archive) are inaccessible, and the new folder switcher (Inbox icon with ↑↓ bottom-left) is unresponsive. Please fix or add a classic folder view. Cheers 🙏🇦🇺

    @yahoomail the Android Yahoo mail app update ruined the search function. I can no longer edit my search terms and have to start over every time. Please fix this!" I search my email using search strings to find specific things, people, and correspondence. I was able to modify my search strings and quickly try the search again. Can no longer do that. Now have to type out a whole new search string every time I need to modify it....terrible. Productivity Killer. #EmailSearch #YahooMail

    @yahoomail @MrNJ39 Agreed. This version is rubbish. The font is dreadful and is counter intuitive. The previous version was fine. Nothing wrong with it. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. It wasn’t. Please give us the old, good version back.
