Ian Snow, ****'s Dickens of **** (@IanSnowWriter) reportedHere's an example of bad overengineering. The @Yahoo Mail app has started sorting emails you frequently delete into bundles so you can delete them faster - which are all hidden under a drop-down from the rest of your emails, adding an extra step to go through to delete emails one by one. It doesn't matter if you regularly read these emails, they're all lumped together anyways. Now here are the really annoying parts about that - one, it's an automatic setting, withno opt-out feature, meaning you're stuck with that ****** sorting feature. Two, when you delete emails manually, on occasion, emails in this group will completely disappear. So far, they've come back later, but this is an enormous pain in the *** that no one asked for and can't opt out of. So why? What's the point of this? Why does Yahoo mail insist on these autosorting features like this that constantly hide away emails, the entire reason you'd use the service?

I didnt keep my phone number up to date on that email ,as I only use it occasionally,so everytime I try to sign in I am asked for the code from a number I no longer have access to . Rob (@TheBarcs) reported@yahoomail I have multiple email addresses with you. emailA is now trying to send a verification code to emailB, but emailB is trying to send a code to emailA, so neither can be accessed. Is the only solution to call the phone number that says it's a paid service? I'm in trouble

So, you’re clamping down on available email storage… which is fair enough, but the page to subscribe to get more storage doesn’t work….. which is not fair enough. UNLIMITED (@divinecontactm) reported@sidrachain It seems the kycport status verification you came up with is only meant for the Gmail and Microsoft users. Those of us that registered our sidra account with Yahoo mail are not able to login to the kycport because of the unavailability of the otp. Pls see to this.

Pls kindly help help us who signed up using Yahoo mail by letting the SCT to know that we are not receiving the otp and so we couldn't login. Pls don't just pretend as if everything is fine.

They don't want to assist customers in any way. After about 15 yrs I'm going to have to shut it down and move away from yahoo.
