    @YahooCare Hi @YahooCare, on iPhone using Yahoo Mail v26.13.0: folders (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam, Trash, Archive) are inaccessible, and the new folder switcher (Inbox icon with ↑↓ bottom-left) is unresponsive. Please fix or add a classic folder view. Cheers 🙏🇦🇺

    I just followed the issue again, and no one has posted X revealing his email or phone num via 2FA. All I saw was Yahoo Mail.

    @YahooCare my Yahoo Mail app has signed me out of 2 accounts and won't let me log back in. I am defintely using the correct passwords and everything still works fine in the web version. Is this a known issue?

    @yahoomail Second DM while her email is working on her laptop running windows 10, it’s telling her it’s not working on her iPad! And it’s repeating the statement that she can’t send or receive emails, which appears not to be true. Please get this sorted properly!

    @_renatov @thesamparr Yahoo runs a huge digital media and advertising business. Core products: Yahoo Mail (still one of the biggest email services), Yahoo Finance, Yahoo Sports/Fantasy, News, and Search. They make most of their billions from targeted online ads. In 2026 they're doubling down on AI with "Yahoo Scout" to turn user data from mail/search/content into smarter ad targeting and answers. Still very much alive and profitable.

    @YahooCare @yahoomail I have been having issue (since 24th March) with newly created emails. I sent you a DM and was assured someone will get in touch. This was on 8th April. Nobody contacted me. I sent you yet another reminder DM on 13th April, but no reply received whatsoever.

    @DowndetectorUK Desktop mail + mobile app on 2 devices taking way too long to connect and load mails. File folders also slow (spinning circle). Just a week or so since the last major issue with v26.13.0 app for iOS as well (fixed with .1 update). Pls advise @YahooCare @yahoomail
