Turns out @yahoomail deletes all your mails if you don't sign in for 12 months. I forgot to ever sign in to the app once I got my new phone, and now all my emails from way back are gone. They were fun to look for nostalgia, all gone now.

@kylekinane Nice to see I'm not the only one that does that. @yahoomail has been 3rd rate for years now. My favourite is when they shut it down for days and didn't bother to tell anyone while it's head acted like he didn't care. @gmail is for my important non-legacy accounts.

@yahoomail I have an issue, I have been sent a code to my recovery email, but when try logging in the recovery yahoo email its asking me for the same thing login into my main yahoo email for recovery code. What kind of system is this and the helper does not help solve this issue
