    Who else has experienced laptop screens going black during a @zoom_us call, but can still hear the call and the other participants can hear and see you? Only way to fix it is to shut the screen, which ends the call.

    Customer service experience: I am using the @zoom_us customer service chat to get help with a technical issue. The rep told me to search for an answer to my problem on @YouTube. Yes. This is happening right now. #customerservice

    @zoom_us It happened in two meetings; it seemed to be fixed though. I switched to the Web Browser and that seemed to fix it at the moment.

    @dominik_stoll @VirtualHlthPHSA @zoom_us Tks will try that. Covid has made things much more difficult for me to get help in person. Sick now, & no clue how as been isolating in my home since fall of 2019 after missing flu shot. In all that time I have been out of home less than >20 times. Wearing mask, shield & gloves
