    @lukestein @cbgoodman @zoom_us Thanks - I’ve had problems setting this up on windows but may need to try again. Btw - any mic recommendations? Recorded today and realised my lapel mic is broken (luckily on the test recording), and the integrated mics are just awful

    @zoom_us The program keeps crashing every time I attempt to join the lobby for my meeting. I'm having to go into my task manager to close it and attempt to reopen it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    @zoom_us I can log in from my iphone, tablet and laptop at the same time, why can't I login from my laptop and desktop at the same time?

    @zoom_us Hello! So the problem seemed to be with using a desktop browser. I wound up trying with my phone's browser and was able to upgrade easily. Something about the billing screen via desktop wasn't permitting me to progress.

    @zoom_us I've escalated a trouble ticket twice, and with no consumer avenue to tech support other than the online chat, it feels as if there is no interest in solving technical problems. Awaiting a response on second ticket....48 hrs in

    Zoom-ers... I joined a meeting yesterday with camera off. When it finished connecting, my ‘box’ - which usually contains my full name - publicly displayed my PASSWORD. Has this happened to anyone else?(The problem didn’t occur in a subsequent test). Sort it out @zoom_us !

    @zoom_us should be classified as a shareware in desktop service as the ‘nag’ in so called ‘basic’ service do get more frequent over time. What about some ad breaks like ‘thanda thanda cool cool’ or ‘Big boys don’t play at night & wear 2 masks’ for zoom online meeting revenues..?
