    Hey @Zoom, did you know that unsubscribing from your email newsletter does not work? I unsubscribed multiple times now and still receiving your newsletter. Please fix this. BTW your Twitter link on that newsletter goes to the wrong account as well - @zoom_us.

    @zoom_us Yea, that still wants my 2fa to get in to the account after a password reset. I found my 2fa eventually but it could have been easier to reset. No problem now :)

    @bt_global @ThomasDuecke @zoom_us At least your managers can have your zoom meetings. My father-in-law has been waiting over 3 weeks for you to connect his internet and tv. No engineer AGAIN today. Disgraceful service and you charge him £110 pm for it.

    @roboticdinosaur @zoom_us It was unbearable for me after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done, until i came across @Ray14richard and he fixed it completely he can help you with your account recovery/unlock, 2FA recovery/bypass.

    As a solo biz owner, I would love to have the same features as businesses with 10 people (1080p recordings.) Can @zoom_us help me with that? I'll gladly pay for a single business license - I just can't pay for 9 unused extras. Help me out?

    @zoom_us I've used your service for a long time. I get the HYPER SECURITY things you are pressured to do by some. My needs are simple. You have complicated your security to the point where I am ready to use another service. I don't have the time to. Too complicated!
