    @zoom_us I use it on Chrome. There are no errors when entering, it just says "waiting for other members" or somethin' like that and refreshes on its own every 5 seconds. After 2 minutes of refreshing, it boots me back out to entering a name/recaptcha with no error message.

    @zoom_us It happened in two meetings; it seemed to be fixed though. I switched to the Web Browser and that seemed to fix it at the moment.

    @zoom_us I have, but the fixes aren’t working and the inability to speak with someone adds to the frustration especially since the problem developed from a Zoom update. I do appreciate you reaching out.

    @zoom_us Any known service status problems in UK at the moment? Had terrible trouble accessing and maintaining a call over the last hour.

    @stigi @zoom_us I've seen with few people including myself. It happens after a Big Sur update. Screenshare freezes (for the other members of the call) and restarting the call doesn't help. The 100% fix so far was to reinstall zoom and + maybe "use tcp" in screen share options

    @zoom_us @Zoom Zoom Refund my money please, I did a one off subscription, I deactivated my plan but you still went ahead to debit me for the following Month for the service you didn't provide. REFUND MY MONEY

    @jgm93299329 @edutopia I would think it has something about the upgrade and device's performance. Still would be necessary of a @zoom_us costumer service time

    I think it’s weird @zoom_us is celebrated for flourishing in the pandemic but @amazon is positioned as evil. Both companies benefitted from the world deciding to shut down.
