    @zoom_us Thanks for the quick response! I didn’t realize that there was a larger outage til I read after messaging you. Appreciate the Zoom team doing what they can to fix this quickly! In a time where we have to be socially distancing, platforms like Zoom have helped us stay connected.

    Does anybody out there use @zoom_us on their iPad? I’m having trouble finding the meeting settings that would allow me to change from a natural background to a virtual background. I just had a zoom meeting, which I encountered many problems navigating through to get a background.

    @LuvenaRangel @zoom_us @Facebook Have not been able to fix this. Zoom sent me a long mail about issues with FB and how I should use “custom service” settings. But that’s not helpful. Looks like we’ll have to move on to streamyard or leave FB. Absolutely livid.

    @zoom_us waiting for help from mid May! an issue with @Google was solved in less than 1 hour with conference call from New York. Thank you @Google
