    @CCIE57654 @zoom_us It occurs to me I should be slightly less unhelpful Upgrade from (I think) 5.4.9 to 5.5.2 Always worked fine before Using an i5 2.5Ghz, which although old ought still to be plenty .. afterall, a lowly android tablet & chromebook have never given me trouble when I've used them

    The biggest annoyance for teaching on @zoom_us is that I can't easily share or have everyone in the seminar watch the same video (whether youtube or on my computer). This should be an easy fix and be helpful to so many people.

    Alright, I've a perplexing issue in #Zoom. Two of us were testing a background. Mine was all black, like the original image (logo on black background). Hers had just the logo in the center, and grey bars on either side. Anyone know why the cropping? @zoom_us, any insight?

    Does @MicrosoftTeams require a lot of processing power and slows down the computer during meetings? @zoom_us doesn’t do that for me. @AcademicChatter

    @zoom_us are you aware of the problem your software is having on Big Sur when trying to share a screen when there are multiple monitors present? The share freezes unless the laptop is undocked.

    @zoom_us apparently zero customer service available?? I have a billing issue and there is no way to resolve it on your website. An email I sent to Support was met with an autoreply, no answer.
