    . @zoom_us an important, public health #COVID vaccine meeting was zoom bombed today. This is not acceptable. As @rashadrobinson has said to your leadership repeatedly, non-cis, white male events are often the target, especially events that are in the service of Black communities.

    I think it’s weird @zoom_us is celebrated for flourishing in the pandemic but @amazon is positioned as evil. Both companies benefitted from the world deciding to shut down.

    @zoom_us @Zoom Zoom Refund my money please, I did a one off subscription, I deactivated my plan but you still went ahead to debit me for the following Month for the service you didn't provide. REFUND MY MONEY

    @zoom_us u hv d worst service. Trip completed last midnight. Made 9 calls for pick up after paying for pik n drop. Still no avail. Refund my entire booking amount. This is not what I paid for. #nvrzoom

    @zoom_us of all the great things you do, customer service is sadly not one of them. Just devoted an hour to bot-dom, emails, and no answers. A simple problem likely could've been cured with a convo, but no human. I just can't...

    @zoom_us It happened in two meetings; it seemed to be fixed though. I switched to the Web Browser and that seemed to fix it at the moment.

    Do any people work at @zoom_us ? I'm in an endless loop on its AI help. I can't log in without verify code, but by the time the code comes, the page is times out. How can I get a person to help me?
