Very disappointed with @zoom_us . I have emailed their billing department twice due to them taking all 12 months payment rather than the agreed monthly subscription and I haven’t received any email from them. Very poor service.

@zoom_us @AppleSupport Hi, I've been having problems with Zoom ever since I updated to BigSur. When I open Zoom, it stays buffering and never enters the meetings. I can open Zoom in iOS without problem. Is there an issue, or it's just my OS?

It's unbelievable how @zoom_us is the cloud-based video communications app #1. It sucks! I have never had a good experience with it. It's unsafe. It's broken. It keeps forcing people to use their awful desktop app instead of the web-based app - I "wonder" why is that.

@zoom_us @core57 As a small business owner I have to publicly state that Zoom has awful customer service and even worse billing practices. Was over billed and contacted you in May. The issue is STILL not resolved! This is terrible!!!!!

@zoom_us Hi! I have a trouble with signing-in to Zoom with my Facebook account. Even though I push "Sign In with Facebook", my sign-in was rejected and I was asked to push the same button again and again. How can I solve this problem? Please give me an advice.

.@zoom_us Help! I really need support. I cannot log into my licensed account’s Zoom portal. I try to log into the account using Facebook, but it does nothing, takes me back to the log in page with no errors and the URL changes to :signin?error=access_denied
