    Dear @zoom_us , your kaptcha system is thoroughly broken and makes your site unusable. Your website makes it impossible to figure out how to tell anybody about it.

    @zoom_us apologies if this already exists, but it would be great for teachers if they could login to an app on their phone/tablet (secondary device) that just shows a list of participants with a mute/unmute all button and a mute/unmute per student.

    Fun fact: the problem DISAPPEAR if I keep the "Setting" panel open. NO change of any kind. Just by keeping a the Settings windows open. Why... WHYYYY?!?!?!?!? -- @zoom_us

    @zoom_us is there a known problem with what iPad (5.4.3) participants see when Spotlight changes? I’ve hosted 2 meetings where iPad users say, at some point, they start seeing the previous person spotlighted instead of the current. We use replace spotlight only. Host in 5.4.4

    @zoom_us do you even think I’ll upgrade when I don’t even know if the paid account will not freeze? Obviously your CEO just offers lip service in interviews but the reality is that YOU ARE NOT COMMITTED to customers! Period!

    @zoom_us Yes, I have 5.4.4 (58903.1122). This problem has been confirmed - you can see the details on a support ticket #8865116. I have provided a number of meeting IDs so your support team can see the problem. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help diagnose.

    @ethanarbuckIe @zoom_us I’m not actually sure, I’d need to try to go through logs - I don’t usually check my spam for who was sending it I just happened to notice this one because I wondered why I was getting a spam asking me to sign up for a service I already have.

    @zoom_us I've been facing a problem after I updated the zoom app to latest version Earlier whenever I opened the link, it used to automatically connect to audio but now for every meeting I'm required to manually connect to audio due to which I missed a class today Please help

    @zoom_us Macbook settings are fine, zoom settings are fine, yet only one earbud plays zoom audio, despite both earbuds working for normal audio needs. Please fix, you got reddit threads, and others with same issue, we just want functionality please.

    .@zoom_us the integration with @Microsoft 365 is so bad that it feels intentional. Stuck clicking Captcha for eight rounds plus, error recurred second attempt. Integration needs constant reactivating. V poor UX
