    .@zoom_us can you fix iPhone app please. All most people want to do is set up a meeting and invite via text or email. Look at how other apps do it. It is confusing to accomplish this basic task. Also no hierarchy in settings. Hire UX people and user research #ux #uxdesign

    @zoom_us I downloaded zoom the my pc that works with windows xp through Google chrome & also I tried it through Firefox too and the download won't open .Help.

    @NativeWired @zoom_us Chat, scheduling, fix the google integration, all settings that only exist on the web, make gallery default, remove waiting rooms. Use OS installers instead of custom. Just to get started

    @zoom_us every time I make a change to my account, you charge me all over again. When I email you about it, I get no response. I would like assistance from a representative to retrieve those funds. It's like I've paid for the same service like 3 times now #zoom
