    Tech support for @zoom_us stinks. Phone tree hell and once you get in touch with someone their level of care is pretty close to 0. Problem is still unsolved. That is all!

    @zoom_us Your app cannot see my new Dell's mic. Dell diagnostics show the mic works fine -- just not with Zoom. How do I fix that?

    @Nicolemens @RachelJachino @zoom_us Google Meets emails attendance at the end of every class. Not having to open yet another thing, find the right button, etc. would be a huge help to teachers. Make it easier please!!! Thank you.

    @newtgingrich Their influence and control over @zoom_us is a REAL problem. This is just one example of it. Here is my idea for a stimulus package: GET BACK IN THE OFFICES! Open up American business 100 percent. This is the only way to prevent depression. Repentance from sin must happen too!

    @Damonasi @googledrive @zoom_us Thank you. Issue with this one is it requires you to record locally first. That precludes using my phone for Zoom. I want one that goes from Zoom to Google drive directly.

    @zoom_us has decided that it's time to remove #Yerevan from their time zones, offering only Baku, Tbilisi. If the year-end workload hit you hard, let us know and we can help reorganize yourself. Otherwise, this is simply unacceptable.

    @zoom_us Help on this please. How do you "zoom in"your webcam on a Zoom call on PC using the zoom app? I am sitting close but look far back. If not a native functionality, Is there separate recommended software?

    @zoom_us Yup. I tried each of them but none work. No problem with speakers but none of the mics work. I tried the built-in mic, an external webcam with mic, a Steinhauser headset and a generic USB headset. None worked. Can't figure out what's blocking the mic. Dell laptop is new.

    @zoom_us I’m having issues when sharing screen on macOS Big Sur. It works for a while but then my screen freezes for other participants and they’re not able to see it anymore. What can I do? I’m using Zoom 5.4.7

    @alanlepo @rwang0 @zoom_us 8/end — but if all they do is re-develop gmail themselves they will have a strategic blunder. If goal is ‘don’t get stuck behind existing calendar/email’ then buy into market now (hello HCL). If goal is ‘fix meeting experience’ then write a whole new way of doing this.

    @zoom_us anyone else can’t get zoom support to help them? I can’t believe my first tweet has to be to ask for something I pay for! @ericyuan Help! I know this year is hard but CS is failing.
