    I really wish @zoom_us hadn't broken dial in by adding passwords. There are now two secrets -- meeting # and pw. And the link to dial in no longer works. Pretty major regression...

    @zoom_us please help me i coudnt cancel my subscription cause i could see it in billing section . I cancel my account still you charge it in my bank your service.

    @zoom_us @dhoopcamp I hate complaining in this way. But I have had terrible trouble getting hold of customer support & sales. I have a biz subscription. Have called & email numerous times. Incorrect payment was taken 4 wks ago. Have rec'd no call back. #HelpPlease @dhoopcamp #customerservice
