@zoom_us Your installer told me to forward terror logfile and gave a link. The link only went to generic page. Nowhere to send. The page had help bit. That was a bot. The bot asked for a 6 digit pin but told me to look in the wrong place. When I found it it wouldn't take it. 😡

Once again, @zoom_us, I'm having trouble upgrading my account. Tried on two different browsers. Can't progress to the Buy tab after billing info. Chat wouldn't connect to let me submit a ticket. C'mon. I'm trying to give you my money here. Give a girl some help?
