    @zoom_us Since last week half of our class cannot hear my sound on screen sharing. Those who cannot hear, have tried unistalling and reinstalling zoom, still doesn't work. Any help?

    @zoom_us quick UX fix request! I always end up mixing up buttons when I want to leave my zoom convo but let others keep continuing. I always end up the convo for everyone. Could we do something with different colors or font weights on buttons to avoid that? #amItheonlyone?

    Honestly, I still have mixed feelings about covering meetings through @zoom_us whether that be city council meetings or school board meetings. On one end it’s nice because you can do it on your couch but on the other if you don’t catch something you might be in trouble.

    @zoom_us The incident about desktop sign-ins is more widespread than EU only as it's also effecting us, a paid US customer. Just an FYI. Also tried reporting to support and the agent closed the chat without acknowledging the issue so came here.

    HELP: Despite working fine in the past, when I try to use screen share my @zoom_us on my mac, the content is a black screen. I've tried to find help online but can't so I'm turning to the twitterverse for help.

    @krmarko @zoom_us to me it all comes down to this: are you a (video) service or a trusted collaboration platform? If you can become the latter you could have a big moat. If you're the former then the likes of Teams (with platform behind it) and Meet (heading that way) are formidable....

    @zoom_us we are having a heap of problems with participants getting the “host is in another meeting” message and unable to join. Can you advise? No one seems to know what causes this.
