    @zoom_us Finally got the update installed. I had to restart the iMac beforehand because apparently something was bogging the system down and that caused the installer to crash.

    @zoom_us When in, class, the teacher wishes to record something, there's a loud voice that Announces it's recording and the loudly announces that it's not. Is there any way to mute it/lower the volume? It's disruptive &everyone knows when the teacher is recording. Help!

    @MikeDemler @zoom_us Hi is there any update to solve this issue? Because i have the same problem with my zoom account (my acc is disabled) and I already chatted with the support team on the web and it’s not helpful at all.

    @zoom_us Yea, that still wants my 2fa to get in to the account after a password reset. I found my 2fa eventually but it could have been easier to reset. No problem now :)

    @mooreds Yessss. Having DMs get lost is a real problem. Lotta iteration could happen on that part of the service. I'm looking forward to that hopefully happening soon, @zoom_us.

    Is it just me or have others experienced issues with @Logitech's Brio 4k camera and @zoom_us? I upgraded Zoom earlier this week to latest and now I see random switching between "standard" & "widescreen" views and now I am back to lots of issues with autofocus, etc...

    Them: To use a vanity URL you need to prove you own the domain with a dns record. Me: No problem, done. Them: Oh it looks like that URL is already taken. Me: How, I've owned this domain before you were a company @zoom_us #fail
