    Very disappointed with @zoom_us . I have emailed their billing department twice due to them taking all 12 months payment rather than the agreed monthly subscription and I haven’t received any email from them. Very poor service.

    @zoom_us @AppleSupport Hi, I've been having problems with Zoom ever since I updated to BigSur. When I open Zoom, it stays buffering and never enters the meetings. I can open Zoom in iOS without problem. Is there an issue, or it's just my OS?

    It's unbelievable how @zoom_us is the cloud-based video communications app #1. It sucks! I have never had a good experience with it. It's unsafe. It's broken. It keeps forcing people to use their awful desktop app instead of the web-based app - I "wonder" why is that.

    @zoom_us @core57 As a small business owner I have to publicly state that Zoom has awful customer service and even worse billing practices. Was over billed and contacted you in May. The issue is STILL not resolved! This is terrible!!!!!

    @zoom_us Hi! I have a trouble with signing-in to Zoom with my Facebook account. Even though I push "Sign In with Facebook", my sign-in was rejected and I was asked to push the same button again and again. How can I solve this problem? Please give me an advice.

    @zoom_us why are my sharing capabilities limited now? I used to be able to share tabs or parts of my screen and now I’m only given the option to share entire screens. Please help. Big problem.

    @zoom_us still no reply from anyone at zoom. Zoom Update six days ago rendered two different chrome books unable to use zoom. “Not compatible with device” errors suddenly. WTH?

    .@zoom_us Help! I really need support. I cannot log into my licensed account’s Zoom portal. I try to log into the account using Facebook, but it does nothing, takes me back to the log in page with no errors and the URL changes to :signin?error=access_denied

    @zoom_us How do I speak to a person to resolve a sign in issue? I can't sign in so I can't get the hostkey needed to talk to someone about being unable to sign in

    @zoom_us Your latest update has made it so Zoom no longer works on my Chromebooks, making virtual learning impossible. Your customer service won’t offer help since i’m not a paying client. Any suggestions?

    @zoom_us my iPad won’t connect to any account in zoom, it says an error code that doesn’t even exist, and I’ve tried contacting support, pls help
