    @zoom_us Yea, that still wants my 2fa to get in to the account after a password reset. I found my 2fa eventually but it could have been easier to reset. No problem now :)

    @MikeDemler @zoom_us Hi is there any update to solve this issue? Because i have the same problem with my zoom account (my acc is disabled) and I already chatted with the support team on the web and it’s not helpful at all.

    @zoom_us it's zoom! I know I deleted the zoom cask and installed the zoomus cask but that must've been on my other machine. Let me do that on this machine as well and see if it resolves the issue.

    @stigi @zoom_us I've seen with few people including myself. It happens after a Big Sur update. Screenshare freezes (for the other members of the call) and restarting the call doesn't help. The 100% fix so far was to reinstall zoom and + maybe "use tcp" in screen share options

    … I noticed that the @zoom_us help article on this mentions that there is an allow recording option against the user's name in the participants list. Still I cannot find it! Am I missing something here? Appreciate your help. Best, CMP. #CMPLife

    So...uh... Does anyone else have to download @zoom_us every single time they want to use it? Or is it just me? I smash the join button meeting, and it doesn't respond. So I download it. Multiple times a day. For multiple meetings. Send help.

    @zoom_us I have, but the fixes aren’t working and the inability to speak with someone adds to the frustration especially since the problem developed from a Zoom update. I do appreciate you reaching out.

    @zoom_us they have zero customer service and support. I haven’t gotten anything but a dumb to at repeating the same auto response. But they sure as hell took my money out. Never a late payment and the account is disabled.
