    @ShereesePubHlth @zoom_us @askjoyrios @lorenlas1 Oh my gosh, yes! In this house, we have the issue of Boden loudly dropping himself outside of my office door when I close it for a call. Normally, I leave my door open and he lays in the door frame - or I worked downstairs so I could supervise remote learning. Lol

    @verge Teams is good for collaborating but if u want to join a video meeting without getting strange errors that u have no idea how to fix I suggest @zoom_us just click join & u r good. Microsoft products r very much IT support dependent.

    @zoom_us I want a phone call. I've been begging Michelle Frick for assistance for THREE DAYS. Your online system crashes or kicks me out. When I call I have been put on hold for 20+ minutes, then someone who can't help me takes a message and promises a call back.

    @photojack @zoom_us I use headphones only occasionally. If I’m presenting then I use them for better outgoing audio. Seems like the echo has become less of an issue.

    @ylfnogard54 @CPDChina @MauraMoynihan1 I understand the law and China has a lot of latitude with discretion. a tough issue because if you are cited for violation then you are forbidden to do business in China forever. #zoom is in a tough spot. @zoom_us must partner with other companies and apply pressure to China

    @zoom_us I have to say that the support and customer service at zoom is one of the worst experiences ever. Almost as worse as AOL when they were a real thing.

    @CPDChina @zoom_us needs to address this topic. It is a monumental issue of #brand #trust. Video conferencing is about bringing people together, being #inclusive. It is not a tool of #oppression or enabling #humanrightsviolations #Zoom needs to do better and correct this situation.

    @HelenConnick @zoom_us That reminded me so much of the start of my career. I worked in consultancy. I prepared teaching materials and did the research. Older men taught them. I was told I was too young. I was not told I was female and not thin enough, although I'm sure that was part of the problem.
