    Since @zoom_us isn’t fixing the issue I am requesting all the zoom groups in my non-profit start changing to @Cisco webex. The service is better and all the same pricing. You actually get more support from Cisco and security. #ZoomFail #DropZoom #hacked

    @zoom_us u hv d worst service. Trip completed last midnight. Made 9 calls for pick up after paying for pik n drop. Still no avail. Refund my entire booking amount. This is not what I paid for. #nvrzoom

    My @zoom_us issues are so freaking weird that they asked me if I was joining from the web client. Gross. Have they seen their web client?

    ok I understood it is fine to get email notifications for someone joining before the host. no harm. But the recording shows "in progress" and now the host option instead of "start" shows "join" and "meeting in progress" icon? very confusing. Any help appreciated. @zoom_us

    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    @roboticdinosaur @zoom_us It was unbearable for me after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done, until i came across @Ray14richard and he fixed it completely he can help you with your account recovery/unlock, 2FA recovery/bypass.
