@zoom_us Help! Major issue after upgrading macbook to Big Sur. I can't use a virtual background and this is a theme for an important meeting in the morning. Msg in zoom is "your device requires a green screen to support virtual backgrounds". Tried all listed fixes. HELP!

@zoom_us logged me out of my account after using it on my laptop. Now it won't work at all on my desktop and my class was due to start 10 minutes ago. Two requests for a new password have generated nothing. And this 'service' costs money.

Anyone else from India has a real problem making payments to @zoom_us? Tried 3 cards and all have been declined, plus I am only able to communicate via email with a very dumb AI who keeps sending me a payment link #FML

@zoom_us could really consider cutting down the free meetings to a 20 mins limit now. Product usage is ubiquitous, 20 mins callas enough to try out, and it’d probably lead to a lot more conversions to the paid tier.
