    Who else has experienced laptop screens going black during a @zoom_us call, but can still hear the call and the other participants can hear and see you? Only way to fix it is to shut the screen, which ends the call.

    @zoom_us Hey thanks but she actually can’t log in & your help center keeps sending us in circles. She set it up incorrectly & can’t access & we just want it deleted.

    @zoom_us Yea, that still wants my 2fa to get in to the account after a password reset. I found my 2fa eventually but it could have been easier to reset. No problem now :)

    … I noticed that the @zoom_us help article on this mentions that there is an allow recording option against the user's name in the participants list. Still I cannot find it! Am I missing something here? Appreciate your help. Best, CMP. #CMPLife

    @tiffani @zoom_us Our local school district has blocked nearly every way for remote kids to raise hands or ask for help (no g-chat, document comments, external email, Slack, text, etc.) in keeping with our state's DOE (DESI) strategy of making remote as unsuccessful as possible.

    @zoom_us Would be good if that was the default setting. We already had the problem that inexperienced users could not find the taskbar anymore and that is a problem when using browser-based tools.

    @zoom_us they have zero customer service and support. I haven’t gotten anything but a dumb to at repeating the same auto response. But they sure as hell took my money out. Never a late payment and the account is disabled.

    @brianleejackson @zoom_us @ericsyuan I have literally been having the same issue and of course there is no way to contact zoom if you don’t pay them. I have unsubscribed through their “link” multiple times and I keep getting their emails, and their twitter account ends up ignoring me. I also want to report them!!

    @zoom I have a possibly hack on my Zoom account and can't get anyone to talk to me! Coaching students are getting @ZoomMediaUS @zoom_us invites purportedly from me. Help, Zoom!
