    @zoom_us Me and all of my fellow students have noticed an issue with the zoom client where the audio stops only for one participant, seemingly at random. It can take up to a minute or two before the audio starts working again. This started happening after the latest update

    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    @pitdesi If multiple folks report them for this behavior, @zoom_us should consider banning them from using the service.

    Do any people work at @zoom_us ? I'm in an endless loop on its AI help. I can't log in without verify code, but by the time the code comes, the page is times out. How can I get a person to help me?

    She was trying to raise her hand but didn’t have the version of @zoom_us that enables you to push a button + raise your hand. I had that same problem when I started my classes. Yet, there doesn’t seem to be a way of ensuring version uniformity for everybody in a class, for ex.

    Since @zoom_us isn’t fixing the issue I am requesting all the zoom groups in my non-profit start changing to @Cisco webex. The service is better and all the same pricing. You actually get more support from Cisco and security. #ZoomFail #DropZoom #hacked
