@evanmiltenburg @zoom_us @Franklin_M_Li another reason this matters is that many universities like to treat accessibility like a legal compliance issues, so sometimes these helpful but not legally mandated things can be the hardest to get approved.

@zoom_us Thanks for that. I have that enabled. The issue is not passcode. It’s that in the app for windows devices in meetings > copy invite, it pasted 20+ lines, which is overkill & clutters meeting invites. I pare it down to 2 lines. Saves clicks & scrolling

@jeffbigham @zoom_us @Franklin_M_Li I think the US is ahead of the curve wrt accessibility in university education. IIRC video lectures can only be posted online with reliable subtitles, or else Legal is unhappy. We have no such restrictions, as far as I know. So it just comes down to how much effort teachers pay.

@gajamukhu @zoom_us If you post to the Zotero Forums with a link to a video, we can try to debug this further. There’d be many more reports if this were a general problem, so likely something about your setup.
