    @zoom_us I'm having problems with sharing my screen on my Android phone. It worked just fine on my previous phone (android 6), but I can't do it on my new phone (android 10) although I'm the host. I've searched for solutions online but find nothing. Please help.

    .@zoom_us: Haven't been able to get into my personal meeting room since Thurs. afternoon. Disrupted 2 impt meetings. Get screen that says to wait for the host to start this meeting. I'm the host! Sign in doesn't help. Now what?

    @zoom_us support is so bad that following their instructions, has managed to make my situation worse by leaving me with a new basic account and completely locked out of my paid account. No access possible and no ability to reset login to my paid account, can't even cancel.

    @zoom_us I just want to point out it’s terrible I’m paying for your service and when I try to get technical support it says your technical support line is unavailable, it then asks me to send an email for pro accounts then I get an answer of we aren’t answering support inquiries

    @ryanfoland @zoom_us I couldn’t get @zoom_us to load on Wed night because we had internet issue so I messaged the person before meeting was due to start so they’d know I would not be there 👍🏻

    @zoom_us 's user interface is terrible. Am I missing a "start a new chat, join everything you need to and copy the invitation to the clipboard" shortcut? I consider it essential. Not to mention a thousand windows stacked on top of each other. Getting lost daily.

    As the new OS mac, Big Sur, was having compatibility problems with zoom, I finally erased all the disks and reinstalled Catelina. But as soon as zoom starts, the machine becomes awkward and slow. Please keep making effort to further improve the compatibility @zoom_us and @Apple.
