@zoom_us I have been on hold for over an hour trying to get help on my zoom account - no answer Then Spent another hour trying to find an email so I can email someone both my account numbers to try and get help it’s horrible customer service

Does anyone else I know use this feature, can anyone else help us? We've had to massively reduce our face-to-face services and we know people are very isolated, all contact helps. The option has just dropped off the interface. @zoom_us

So @MicrosoftTeams is supposedly available for personal accounts, yet I’m told my Microsoft 365 Personal login isn’t set up for Teams. I try my non-365 Microsoft account and I’m still not set up. This is why people use @zoom_us - it just works and is simple to use.

Hello @zoom_us: at my work (skint charity) we have an audio add-on so we can connect to members via their landline and they can join in groups etc. BUT it hasn't worked for a month, customer service advice doesn't work and we are stuck.
