    @zoom_us When in, class, the teacher wishes to record something, there's a loud voice that Announces it's recording and the loudly announces that it's not. Is there any way to mute it/lower the volume? It's disruptive &everyone knows when the teacher is recording. Help!

    @zoom_us This happened a year ago. We contacted your people, and changed the security settings on our district account. Once we did that, I had no problems again. We believe it was one of our students, not an outside person. Thank you.

    Them: To use a vanity URL you need to prove you own the domain with a dns record. Me: No problem, done. Them: Oh it looks like that URL is already taken. Me: How, I've owned this domain before you were a company @zoom_us #fail
