  @zoom_us Have there been any issues with the Surface and Zoom. The camera works fine in other apps but not in Zoom.

  @zoom_us apparently zero customer service available?? I have a billing issue and there is no way to resolve it on your website. An email I sent to Support was met with an autoreply, no answer.

  @CCIE57654 @zoom_us It occurs to me I should be slightly less unhelpful Upgrade from (I think) 5.4.9 to 5.5.2 Always worked fine before Using an i5 2.5Ghz, which although old ought still to be plenty .. afterall, a lowly android tablet & chromebook have never given me trouble when I've used them

  @zoom_us I am running 5.5.2 and cannot clear reactions —that is how I discovered the problem—there were participant reactions I can not clear.

  @zoom_us i am incredibly frustrated with your customer solutions. theres no customer contact center to help me figure out why my password to join meetings won't work when its absolutely correct..

  @zoom_us Basically, I need to try setting every setting on and off to figure out what would work? I tried re-installing, didn't help. This started happening few weeks ago. I can go 5-15mins and then it freezes

  @lecanardnoir @zoom_us I still think your analogy is off. All web services provide a communication service, that’s what the internet is. You’d have to expand the definition of carrier to be anything that uses the internet. Zoom isn’t the one moving the packets, that’s the ISP.

  @zoom_us I don’t use your app. My company and I have some serious issues with one of your investors (Patrick Soon-Shiong), and I have cyber security concerns in this context. Thus, I can only use your desktop client.

  @zoom_us @AnitaSrkian That won't work..... I am an "attendee" in most Zoom meetings. Please fix it so that there is a CC button on ALL Zoom meeting rooms. This is unacceptable!

  @lecanardnoir @zoom_us But the analogy to Zoom isn’t National Grid, it’s Geoffs Phone Charging Hut. It’s a service that runs on the infrastructure not the infrastructure itself. Personally I don’t want govt telling private businesses who they have to have as customers. Discrimination laws aside.

  The biggest annoyance for teaching on @zoom_us is that I can't easily share or have everyone in the seminar watch the same video (whether youtube or on my computer). This should be an easy fix and be helpful to so many people.

  @IainFletcher8 @zoom_us I disagree. And the article explains why. It provides a communication service - end to end. It is simply that legislation has been so slow in recognising how people use comms services. Landlines are heavily regulated - but are not just used any more.

  My kids 1st grade Zoom class is now being “hacked” by unknown outsiders. Someone gained access to the chat & used a screen name of one of the students & started sending DM’s to the kids. Has this been an issue recently? @zoom_us

  @evrimu @zoom_us @virginmedia I’m having a very similar issue. Some websites work but others don’t and for the irony of that, the virgin media website doesn’t work either. I’m in north London. Virgin, any updates on that? When will this be solved? #virginbroadbanddown

  Alright, I've a perplexing issue in #Zoom. Two of us were testing a background. Mine was all black, like the original image (logo on black background). Hers had just the logo in the center, and grey bars on either side. Anyone know why the cropping? @zoom_us, any insight?

  @zoom_us is not working with @virginmedia broadband in London! My children have to login to zoom for online lessons. It is ridiculous!
