    hey @zoom_us could you do something to fix the participant order in the zoom client? it appears to be random. this is inconvenient when doing an online SCRUM stand-up. You can't simply pass to the person on your right, you have to memorize who has already spoken. 😐

    @meganvonbergen @zoom_us ALSO, it would be super helpful, if @zoom_us would let us send GIFs as GIFs and not as files in the chat. It would help my responsiveness to students by teaching or in an org. meeting.

    @zoom_us May we please give a an independent per person volume slider or noise suppresion? So many people don't care about being on the other end of a child screaming into a mic randomly. This problem won't stop after a pandemic.

    what is it with @MicrosoftTeams and Macs? Latest update has rendered video calling impossible as anytime I initiate one the call is immediately disconnected and Teams restarts. No issue using @zoom_us this morning (rock solid) but teams used by most I work with

    @metraux_julia @zoom_us It's not ableist this Zoom, a free service, doesn't have every feature you want. If this is happening at work, your employer should be paying for pro Zoom that has captioning. If this is an issue with personal usage, encourage your friends to switch over to Google Meet?

    @zoom_us 5.5.2 (7011.0206) has broken screen sharing on Linux/Wayland. This build is super flaky :-(

    @zoom_us @eli_usss Yeah @zoom_us it’s happened to me too and several of my peers. Perhaps it’s a glitch? But it’s very scary to not know that the mic will randomly turn on

    @metraux_julia @zoom_us I lip read about 50% of the spoken word due to auditory processing differences. Masks have made it hard to understand folks. Captions also help me on Zoom. Just attended a conference online with no captioning. Was exhausting.

    @zoom_us your customer service is non-existent. I haven’t been able to get ANY help unlocking my account because I don’t have a Host key. I can’t access my host key, BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED. You would think such a large corporation could afford some help desk techs.

    @suchi_kulkarni @zoom_us @Skype If I remember correctly I had similar problems shortly after upgrading. However I did a lot of reinstallations after upgrading and now everything works without a problem. So I would suggest to delete (properly) the applications and reinstall them. Have you already tried this?

    @zoom_us Hmmm yes, I got that. It’s just so so much trouble “click here, then click there”. Apparently, no way to close it directly just by hitting that “x” button, right? It [x] will always minimize the program instead of actually closing it. 😞 I do have another question (next tweet)

    @zoom_us Is there a fix my reoccurring meetings vanishing off of my meeting list? They’re booked until June, links all work, but they’re not organized on the website anymore. Super annoying since I didn’t save them to my Calendar.

    Anyone has the issue and found a fix to where @zoom_us screensharing freezes after 5-10mins? Restarting the screen sharing doesn't work either.
