    Anyone know how to contact @zoom_us tech support with critical bug? Paying a LOT of money for business-critical pro subscription and cannot now schedule any meetings. It's taken them 4 months to not-resolve a billing issue so definitely can't wait that long again!

    @zoom_us we've had enormous problems today with the new Passcode system. NONE of our students can get in using links. Your support chatbots tell me they're still learning and don't understand. Can anyone real help?

    @swinning_ @zoom_us Thanks for asking. A few of our teachers have lost internet connection (or had another tech issue) and left the call. It leaves all of the kids in the meeting alone. We would love if the whole meeting would just end. #edtech #edtechchat

    @zoom_us Thanks for not telling us of the drop in video quality in a paid service. Not good customer service, having to Google why the video was of such poor quality.

    @Clairemumof3 @zoom_us I’ve done all the obvious things. I’ve turned my laptop on and off, I’ve deleted and re-installed the app. It works fine on my phone so it’s not my profile. It’s definitely an issue with the laptop version not finding the integrated camera.

    @zoom_us Need urgent help. Can’t find anything in Support. Just spent significant time creating recorded presentation with co-host. Somehow, she is never visible in the recording (she recorded on her end). Is that because she hid Self-view? We are on deadline to submit. Plz help.

    Does anyone have any tips for using @zoom_us with slower internet? I have some important zoom meetings coming up and I’m learning my Internet is the issue. I have no issues with google meet. I have tried keeping my camera off with limited results. TY!

    @zoom_us Hey team! I have create a Zoom meeting for my friends and I. Unfortunately they are unable to join my meeting as they are left on the "Waiting for host to start meeting", when in actual fact, I have already started the meeting. Are you able to rectify this issue?

    @Loic_French @zoom_us IT at your institution should have it set that you have to log in with your credentials, and then you have ultimate control on who is there or not. If there is an issue, you are able to dismiss someone from a given Zoom session. I have done so several times.

    Dear @HP @HPSupport I chose the Envy x360 Ryzen 5/15 2 months ago. I paid just under 1K. You *must* be aware there is a problem with audio crashing/loud buzzing sound in @zoom_us Perhaps related to #windows10 WHY have you not provided a fix for your loyal customers?!! Rob

    Still no answer from an agent from @zoom_us to the-mail I sent back in march regarding a billing error!!!. Not sure if they are overwhelmed or incompetent...Definitely not customer service oriented ..may be it's time to change to @Google Meet
