    @zoom_us The only thing I got in return from that email address was to verify my user name & email addy. Then to enter a room # (??) and the kind of “event” it was. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO W/ NY ISSUE!!!!

    @zoom_us It's somewhat improved, but it's still not as good as without the background. I come through out of sync. I'm supposed to be in a virtual play. I need to use the virtual background. There's not an issue with the PC.
