    hey @zoom_us can I submit a feature request to auto-mute people snoring on a call? this is a serious problem we are having in our calls, and we cant kick/mute because theyre the host

    @zoom_us Married to a teacher, why is there no option for the meeting organizer only to see student video, this would help out massively with engagement and accountability.

    @zoom_us I keep getting kicked out of meetings at about 30 minutes in. Using an Ethernet cable so I know it’s not a connection issue, and I’ve just been emailed to say support tickets aren’t being looked at. Not sure what to do? Needs sorting ASAP as it’s affecting work! Thanks!

    @sharieberts @zoom_us Totally missed that under "What's Next" in your article. Yes, big issue as usually the problems are in webinars. One-on-one and small meetings, I'm able to use Google Meet.

    @zoom_us It appears Zoom had stopped prompting me for updates and I'm quite out of date. I'll report back if I run into issues with the latest.

    So I still cannot use the main Zoom app on my system due to an error that has no solution (seemingly a year after first reported). My only option is to use the Chrome version, which won't allow me to share audio, so this isn't even a fix... @zoom_us

    @GokhaleCS @flodebarre @zoom_us had the same issue, can be done but needs adjusting mac security settings as well as zoom settings. not trivial, specialising if you have an audience.

    The fact that @zoom_us doesn't allow closed captions in breakout rooms is disgusting. Such a lazy illusion of accessibility. Fix your shxt!

    @zoom_us Yea that doesn’t help my child who is forced to use the platform. If he can’t verify when he’s on then I don’t believe a child should have one of these accounts. Thanks for this- I’ll share them with the school who thought it was ok to use zoom.

    @tbanting @zoom_us @tbanting - I expected Microsoft to acquire a contact center vendor years ago - but they never did. Back when they hired our buddy Art I assumed it was to help them move into the CC space, but that didn't happen. So I don't know what to expect from them.

    @zoom_us customer service has been extremely unhelpful. You can’t speak to a human being even after chat assistance does nothing but give the same option that never works. Two days trying to fix. Gonna have to look for other options.

    @GetSpectrum we live in California, so our internet is extremely important.. during the past two months, we have had extremely bad service from your company. Today was the last straw, my wife had an interview on @zoom_us when the internet went out, now we have no clue the result

    @zoom_us I am having some issues when I use Zoom in the browser rather than the desktop client. Is there someone who can help me figure out what I can do/need to do differently? For example, I have no reactions and I have no choice of views. I can't see anyone else in my class.
