@zoom_us Having two separate places for "enable waiting room" is not only terrible, it doesn't work. My local "enable waiting room" feature won't stay selected when I restart. So it's not just poorly designed, it ALSO has a bug too? UI, please!

@zoom_us I have the GLOBAL setting from the webpage checked to always require a waiting room and the redundant option to not let people enter the room before the host. It's broken and toggling it on and off did no good. That's the only reason I even saw the in-meeting one.

Have witnessed several times in the last 3-4 weeks where screen sharing tends to freeze, unbeknownst to the presenter in @zoom_us meetings. It's happened to me, and others. We cannot figure out why, and frequently leaving and rejoining is only way to fix it. Anybody else? 🤬

@zoom_us on this recent update moving yes and no onto reactions so it disappears after 10 seconds was an AWFUL choice. We use those to vote on things and make group decisions. Fix it!!! Mmmmkthanks. 🙄🙄🙄

@zoom_us I have a paid account ... in one place in my profile it is showing as "Pro" - but in another place is showing as Basic. And a recent meeting kicked everyone off after 40 minutes. I see lots of paid invoices and am paid thru end of Jan. Help - How can I get this resolved?

@zoom_us Is there a way to allow a sound to chime when someone joins the waiting room? This is a MASSIVE problem when hosting as you don't want to / can't keep going back to see if anyone is waiting. I've now asked this twice and your chat is as much use as a chocolate tea pot.

@zoom_us I had my first two Zoom meetings this week and both were a disaster. First attempt on my work computer via Chrome, and had 50% functionality. Downloaded the app on my Surface Pro & could not get the sound or mic to work. Checked mic settings, still did not work. Terrible product.
