    @HelenConnick @zoom_us That reminded me so much of the start of my career. I worked in consultancy. I prepared teaching materials and did the research. Older men taught them. I was told I was too young. I was not told I was female and not thin enough, although I'm sure that was part of the problem.

    @_ImKant @jarriusadams @zoom_us Right! One thing my professor did was make the meeting private so you can only access it if the organizer approves. That might help future meetings.

    To be specific... Myself and my clients are having issues connecting sound. Under preferences, it will show where the sound is meant to come from, but no sound. And, clients are getting booted off calls. @zoom_us help! I have a Pro account and am a LONGTIME client.

    @akuehner @zoom_us We have the same issue. Users can not uninstall Zoom on their own because of admin privileges. We’ve decided to move to MS Teams which here is centrally supported.

    @zoom_us @ericsyuan I have a business plan subscription with zoom, my call are answered by answering people asking me to wait for call back, but unfortunately I never get a call back my emails are answered in 12 days, I'm facing allot of issues with zoom support team. HELP ASAP

    @zoom_us quarter was crazy town: - Sales grew 170% - 769 customers paying them $100k+ annually, +90% - 20x increase in meeting minutes. From 100 billion hrs in January to 2 trillion hrs in April. - #AWS added thousands of new servers for days in a row to help meet demand.

Every month I have to painstakingly login to about 9 of them and click trough multiple windows and download the invoice. What they send via e-mail is incomplete. It’s an extra step I should not have to do. Figma is the worst offender e.g. adding company info.

    @vdvedprakash21 @zoom_us My issue has been resolved. Even though I have paod already, I have clicked ‘upgrade’ and went all the way to the payment but the new payment did not go through and my account restored to the premium. Maybe worth trying on your end if you have urgent meetings.

    @ylfnogard54 @CPDChina @MauraMoynihan1 I understand the law and China has a lot of latitude with discretion. a tough issue because if you are cited for violation then you are forbidden to do business in China forever. #zoom is in a tough spot. @zoom_us must partner with other companies and apply pressure to China

    In March, I purchased a plan from @zoom_us and when I tried logging in for a second time, my plan had disappeared! I tried calling but it said “your plan doesnt support phone call customer service” so I submitted a claim to them via email and never got a response.

    @zoom_us @ericsyuan I'm not able to see all the live meetings, I'm supposed to see 3 live meetings bit it only display 1, participants column display 0 what's wrong with this application. Advised how to fix this

    Wow. I defended @zoom_us through their security issues too, saying the UX was way better and they'd catch up quickly. This security stance I cannot defend or support. This is a problem of leadership at the top. Will see if I can find alternatives I can lobby for.

    @zoom_us Hi. The decision to remove the ‘unmute all’ button is a disaster for our charity. We run Zoom lessons for people with learning disabilities. They are unable to unmute themselves when required by a tutor. PLEASE HELP.

    @verge Teams is good for collaborating but if u want to join a video meeting without getting strange errors that u have no idea how to fix I suggest @zoom_us just click join & u r good. Microsoft products r very much IT support dependent.

    @CPDChina @zoom_us needs to address this topic. It is a monumental issue of #brand #trust. Video conferencing is about bringing people together, being #inclusive. It is not a tool of #oppression or enabling #humanrightsviolations #Zoom needs to do better and correct this situation.
