  @KarenLMasters @zoom_us When you’re logged in, click “Join”, and click the arrow at the right of the Meeting ID window, a drop down of your ten most recent meetings should appear! (This is my lifeline)

  Hey @zoom_us - Your app is saying my account doesn't exist, but I used it this morning. Your web bot and telephony support options require users to enter an ID from their profile page...which you can't do if you can't login! Any suggestions?!

  @AndreaCoravos @Calendly @zoom_us It does for existing meeting types (you configure in the meeting type editing form), but won't do it for ad hoc meetings. This is a known issue for a while now. Suggest setting up standard 15, 30, 45, 60 min meetings with the zoom link included and use those as "ad hoc"

  @zoom_us I sent you a DM with more information, but I'm unable to recover my account after losing the device I setup 2FA on. When using a recovery code, it says error attempts too frequent.

  I have been talking to this guy in @zoom_us tech support ALL day about my account not recording/saving meetings. He has told me 4 times thqt he can’t find the recording to analyze the issue and I KEEP telling him he can’t find it bc it’s NOT recording 😭😭 omfg
