  If @zoom_us can do virtual backgrounds, they can probably do virtual costumes. Saves us the trouble of the finding decent clothes for meetings every time. Maybe have options to choose from business formals, business casuals, party and Halloween mode.

  @zoom_us 's user interface is terrible. Am I missing a "start a new chat, join everything you need to and copy the invitation to the clipboard" shortcut? I consider it essential. Not to mention a thousand windows stacked on top of each other. Getting lost daily.

  As the new OS mac, Big Sur, was having compatibility problems with zoom, I finally erased all the disks and reinstalled Catelina. But as soon as zoom starts, the machine becomes awkward and slow. Please keep making effort to further improve the compatibility @zoom_us and @Apple.

  @zoom_us - why can't I choose a default time zone on your platform like I can with other schedule-related software programs? Listing all the meetings in Pacific Standard Time is clunky, annoying and confusing. Wish you would fix.

  @stevenspohn @zoom_us As much as I agree with this, the cost in compute to caption all zoom calls would bankrupt the company in no time. As a PM who worked on this very problem, it is not easy to solve.

  @zoom_us Our community board wants to host public meetings via Zoom but we need automated captions to ensure ADA compliance. I read that such a service does exist. How do we enable them? Instructions on Zoom website are only for third-party or assigning someone to caption.

  @zoom_us is there an outage? I just got kicked off a class and then half of my students were kicked out and couldn’t get back on. It happened at about 9:15am PST.

  @Nick_otine127 @GovWhitmer @zoom_us I think your missing the point. Hospitals are filling up and at this rate some will suffer trying to breathe and die. If some lock downs help prevent some of this, I’m all for it. We know a vaccine is on the way. So we have hope.

  @zoom_us I just want to point out it’s terrible I’m paying for your service and when I try to get technical support it says your technical support line is unavailable, it then asks me to send an email for pro accounts then I get an answer of we aren’t answering support inquiries

  .@zoom_us - when is an update coming for macOS Big Sur? Zoom is quite a bit degraded when running on this os, both audio and video. Video reliability is down and audio, particularly #bluetooth #AirPods breaks up a lot. It doesn't happen in Google meet. The change is the OS.

  @zoom_us Slash the prices for the Pro Plan in India. Bring it down to just around 10 percent of your present price. Make it Rs.1500/year/license. OR Upgrade the features for the Basic (Free) plan to- 1. Max 10 participants (excluding the presenter) 2. Max two hours a session. .
