@dunneteach @zoom_us Every morning I log in on my school MacBook and it says "Start" then I log my chromebook in and it shows as "join" because I'm already logged in on the first device. I don't know how to fix it, but it sounds like you're not logged out as host but you ended the meeting?

Hey @zoom_us, every single time you have an update file sharing gets turned back on in all my meetings even though it's turned OFF and LOCKED by my admin. You have a bug and I cannot get your support staff to understand the issue.

Zoom help needed: during a tech meltdown today, I did something to my Personal Meeting Room" which I use for all my classes, that changed the blue button from "start" to "join meeting." It says the meeting has been ended by the host, and won't let me start any meeting. @zoom_us?

@SheilaRBillings @zoom_us YES, that sounds exactly like what happened, and I can't figure out how to undo the problem. I put in a HS helpdesk request and I am hoping they can help me tomorrow before my afternoon remote classes.

@zoom_us for me has been just an awful experience. Always slow to log in if it let's me, often kicking me out, links to meetings not working, pass codes not working, zoom client not launching. Just a stress I can do without.

@dunneteach @zoom_us Crud! That's so frustrating! I hope someone is able to correct the issue before you need it! Stupid tech meltdowns are super stressful this year! We're back hybrid, so half the kids Zoom, half in room all day--it's exhausting without tech crises! Good luck!

To the #unifiedcommunications companies positioning themselves against @zoom_us, stop managing to the technology and start managing to the customer-experience. As part of this, start using your own service for video calls with orgs that don't use your service. Not pretty.

@zoom_us need an indicator when another presenter is having connectivity issues. That would eliminate the "is everyone else hearing Jim just fine?" and allow a moderator to jump in quicker and keep things rolling. Maybe a small yellow dot on their profile picture.
