    If @zoom_us can do virtual backgrounds, they can probably do virtual costumes. Saves us the trouble of the finding decent clothes for meetings every time. Maybe have options to choose from business formals, business casuals, party and Halloween mode.

    @zoom_us I just want to point out it’s terrible I’m paying for your service and when I try to get technical support it says your technical support line is unavailable, it then asks me to send an email for pro accounts then I get an answer of we aren’t answering support inquiries

    .@zoom_us: Haven't been able to get into my personal meeting room since Thurs. afternoon. Disrupted 2 impt meetings. Get screen that says to wait for the host to start this meeting. I'm the host! Sign in doesn't help. Now what?

    As the new OS mac, Big Sur, was having compatibility problems with zoom, I finally erased all the disks and reinstalled Catelina. But as soon as zoom starts, the machine becomes awkward and slow. Please keep making effort to further improve the compatibility @zoom_us and @Apple.

    @gkern @zoom_us @lansingmichigan It has to be better than the service we paid for at the beginning that never worked. So I'm crossing my fingers.

    @zoom_us - why can't I choose a default time zone on your platform like I can with other schedule-related software programs? Listing all the meetings in Pacific Standard Time is clunky, annoying and confusing. Wish you would fix.

    @AskRobMerrill @PortalFacebook @zoom_us The Zoom app on other Portal devices is mainly touch while the TV would require you to navigate via remote. That's the issue, I'd imagine. I'm sure FB wants it. I'm sure the hardware can handle it. It's more about when/if Zoom will prioritize the dev work needed.

    @Nick_otine127 @GovWhitmer @zoom_us I think your missing the point. Hospitals are filling up and at this rate some will suffer trying to breathe and die. If some lock downs help prevent some of this, I’m all for it. We know a vaccine is on the way. So we have hope.

    i don't understand why we need to force @StateDept to do there jobs by sending the whole agency to court. Plain and simple issue k1 visas , or any other visas using zoom just like the rest of the world using zoom @zoom_us to reunite fiance of us citizens #LoveIsNotTourismusa

    @zoom_us Gladly. And while we're at it, I'm an interpreter and there are some enormous problems with your interpretation feature that need to be fixed ASAP. I'll be happy to share those comments too, but you need to be more transparent about when fixes are coming.

    .@zoom_us - when is an update coming for macOS Big Sur? Zoom is quite a bit degraded when running on this os, both audio and video. Video reliability is down and audio, particularly #bluetooth #AirPods breaks up a lot. It doesn't happen in Google meet. The change is the OS.

    Hey @zoom_us, 11/19, I stopped getting notifns of Ss in the waiting rm while I was in a brkout rm w/ other Ss until I went back into the lobby. Previously, they popped up as "unassigned," so I would know to go to lobby and let Ss into the mtg. Some waited 10 min for me! 😭 Help?

    @zoom_us That doesn't really help – it's still all little windows for participants, chat, video, and menu. What would be useful is to have a single window that contains all of these menus, just like when you're not screen-sharing.

    @zoom_us I'm having problems with sharing my screen on my Android phone. It worked just fine on my previous phone (android 6), but I can't do it on my new phone (android 10) although I'm the host. I've searched for solutions online but find nothing. Please help.

    @zoom_us support is so bad that following their instructions, has managed to make my situation worse by leaving me with a new basic account and completely locked out of my paid account. No access possible and no ability to reset login to my paid account, can't even cancel.

    @ryanfoland @zoom_us I couldn’t get @zoom_us to load on Wed night because we had internet issue so I messaged the person before meeting was due to start so they’d know I would not be there 👍🏻
