.@zoom_us can you fix iPhone app please. All most people want to do is set up a meeting and invite via text or email. Look at how other apps do it. It is confusing to accomplish this basic task. Also no hierarchy in settings. Hire UX people and user research #ux #uxdesign

@zoom_us howya, folks, I have a problem with playback - am recording a presentation (shared Prezi) with video - around half hour long - have done it twice and both times the audio playback jerks and speeds up after conversion trying to do this for a conference...help!

Another crazy thing is... she called this other guy for help about 4 yrs ago. They were having phone issues so he asked if they could hop on @zoom_us, so they did. When the guy saw her and her husband he kind of froze, looked shocked, and excused himself..

I feel a sense of DIY accomplishment. The @zoom_us meeting I attend had trouble picking up my headset on my Linux rig. I tinkered a bit with ALSA and PulseAudio, but then I found a $4 headset-to-USB rig. Voila! Problem solved. I feel heard now.
