    @zoom_us it appears the video on a zoom call via a mobile still has a 4:3 cut out. Is there a fix for this?

    Unacceptable @optimum. Your system problem is preventing my kids from attending their @zoom_us classes for school. During normal conditions when kids are back in school? Fine! Not during pandemic lockdown. You should compensate your customers for this @OptimumHelp #optimumfailure

    I'm due to be leading a @zoom_us workshop on virtual events right now - somehow the OnZoom system deactivated my account, leaving me unable to host, produce or refund workshop attendees. I can't get a person on the phone. Help? I've been a customer for years on 3 accounts.

    @otter_ai @zoom_us I believe this only works for FUTURE recordings, not PAST. My issue with @zoom_us pertains only to the BULK EXPORT of Cloud Recordings!

    @zoom_us why does the Mac client crap out half the time? My kid has 4 meetings a day. How are we supposed to be on time if I have to log into the service from 4 devices before I can get into meetings I was literally in TODAY?

    Hi @zoom_us I keep getting this issue whenever I use zoom where the screen flickers every 30 seconds or so? I rlly don't know how else to explain it. Any ways I can fix this?

    Hi @zoom_us please can you help? I bought an annual plan in December (& have the receipt!) but my account is still showing as basic (unpaid) plan, and so you won't allow me to contact support to sort this out!

    Thought I would throw this out there parents aren't meant to be teachers, and all teachers should get massive raises and @zoom_us you need to fix your platform because my internet is high speed and just fine! But my child only gets five

    @_katherine_may_ @zoom_us Katherine, I had exactly this problem. Paid for a service I wasn't getting. No screen share, no breakout rooms. I unsubscribed. Now I've got a ton of teaching coming up and don't know what to do!

    @HeyCisco @zoom_us I know that you're looking for new customers- and are trying to compete more in the B2C space. But at some point these stability issues are going to come home to roost for you. Webex has gotten increasingly bad over the past year.

    Specifically @zoom_us the #OnZoom event system has not been working with my 3 Zoom accounts sadly, I went through your training program to host ticketed events with Zoom but am hitting error after error with the workshop system. I cannot even find or refund folks who I missed.

    @zoom_us Hello. For no apparent reason, I no longer seem to be able to connect to zoom meetings. I get the error code 104103. I have checked my Bitdefender Firewall - nothing has changed there and I had always been able to connect until yesterday. Please help and read my DM.

    Anyone else have an issue logging into the @zoom_us app? I can login to the website just fine but when I use the app it won't accept it. Zoom doesn't provide support, like talking to a brick wall.
