  @zoom_us @kaigilligan It was *much easier* when these were static and the host could choose when to clear them rather than having them last for a short time. Students might be working on a problem and arrive at answers at different times, for instance (feedback sent, too)

  @zoom_us I have called several times (sales), sent msgs... I can't seem to get anyone to help me with a #zoomroom. Don't mean to be a bother, but boy oh boy do your reps make me feel that way. Should it take over two weeks to get assistance? 🙄

  @EcoEvoLab @hormiga That said, the raise hand feature was disabled today. Don’t know if that was my fault (although I swear I did not touch the settings) or if it was a temporary glitch with @zoom_us.

  @zoom_us I've been using Zoom for two years. Now when I login it fails and when I reset it says "You tried to reset your password but there is no account associated with this email address. " This is nonsense, how do I fix this?

  @DMJreports @BertoInPublic @zoom_us Half of the time when I try to use the pin option it either gives me an error or unpins if the presenter changes layout (is this a glitch?) I end up having to 'hide' tiles with literal sticky notes. Pinning is a helpful feature but still has issues.

  @zoom_us would still be really helpful if teachers could “listen in”to breakout rooms w/o having to join them. Would help engagement and collaboration if I knew which group(s) was stuck but didn’t have to interrupt to find out.

  @zoom_us you couldn't make it more frustrating to sign up for a PAID account or log in afterward, if you tried. I already regret I plunked down my $ for a year.

  @zoom_us Zoom development, is it so hard to include a feature for every user that says YOU ARE MUTED in BIG BOLD letters in the in an obvious part of the screen??? Seems like the mute issue is fixable.

  @BarbaraJMacKay ... so I have been using simple @zoom_us polls and then repeatedly employing "one other" tool - in my case @Mentimeter as it requires no login to take part, and this has helped slowly build a minimum level of interactivity
