    @zoom_us why doesn't the side-by-side view of a shared screen automatically balance a maximized view of speakers and content? Moving the sliding separator myself, it seems like a no-brainer default that would help make slides legible while keeping speakers visible.

    She was trying to raise her hand but didn’t have the version of @zoom_us that enables you to push a button + raise your hand. I had that same problem when I started my classes. Yet, there doesn’t seem to be a way of ensuring version uniformity for everybody in a class, for ex.

    @zoom_us u hv d worst service. Trip completed last midnight. Made 9 calls for pick up after paying for pik n drop. Still no avail. Refund my entire booking amount. This is not what I paid for. #nvrzoom

    Dear @zoom_us - why does the scheduling section of your Mac app suck as bad as it does? This seems like an urgent issue to resolve. Meetings are never up to date, and the refresh prompt does nothing…I could go on.

    Is anyone else having the @zoom_us issue where you’re waiting for a client to show up to a scheduled meeting & when they don’t, they tell you they tried but zoom said you were in another meeting (when you weren’t)? It’s happened twice in a week and it is so annoying. #zoom

    @tiffani @zoom_us Our local school district has blocked nearly every way for remote kids to raise hands or ask for help (no g-chat, document comments, external email, Slack, text, etc.) in keeping with our state's DOE (DESI) strategy of making remote as unsuccessful as possible.

    ok I understood it is fine to get email notifications for someone joining before the host. no harm. But the recording shows "in progress" and now the host option instead of "start" shows "join" and "meeting in progress" icon? very confusing. Any help appreciated. @zoom_us

    What is a more effective way of dealing with Zoom issues? 1. Contacting @zoom_us for assistance? 2. Writing your problem on a piece of paper, making it into a paper airplane, and throwing it into the Pacific Ocean?

    @zoom_us @wacom Actually, by selecting «Previous Operating System» option in «Screen capture mode» fixed the issue. Therefore, you may want to look into what the difference between these two methods are, if you want to fix this awful lag.

    Who else has experienced laptop screens going black during a @zoom_us call, but can still hear the call and the other participants can hear and see you? Only way to fix it is to shut the screen, which ends the call.
