Whilst there have been improvements this is clearly not a high priority for the product teams at Microsoft and Google There are of course great apps like @Calendly to help with some of these issues but the real opportunity feels like @zoom_us @mmhmmapp and video conf apps (5/n)

@Oatmeal The UI of @zoom_us is actually terrible. The number one factor you need to know — can people hear me —- and they hide the button. That and multiple windows floating everywhere, multiple clicks to invite someone, there is no reason all this can’t be obvious.

One day I was on a @zoom_us meeting and my son came in to ask for Tylenol for an achy tooth. I muttered the common “Sorry everyone...” before I got up to help him. He later asked me, “Dad, did I do something wrong?” It’s the last time I’ll ever apologize for openly parenting.

Receiving error code 104103 since 21/01/21. Contacted @zoom_us but been advised working on a fix. 10days on and still no solution. I am a paying member! This is preventing me from completing my daily working tasks. Not happy with service from @zoom_us - please advise?!

@zoom_us i emailed your tech support about a possible phishing/security concern and got a form email back stating that you don't service free accounts and basically figure it out for yourself. So, I guess cross my fingers and hope then? Thanks for that.

@GoogleForEdu @MicrosoftTeams @zoom_us Need a feature like a squawk box where while kids are in google classroom / teams / zoom call , they can hold down a button called ‘speak’ and it turns on their mic and camera .. then when they let go it turns them both back off...

@zoom_us It is normal that we begun to have lots of error 5003 and that the app on Android doesn't answer ? I had to pass by the browser version of Chrome for that it work and have sound.

Hey @zoom_us Our learning center in Jakarta, Indonesia has been experiencing 1week of Zoom problem which resulted in classes being canceled every day this past week. Four accounts affected. Not network nor hardware problem. Ive sent the report to Zoom support. Please fix it soon.

@potatodoctor @WavesAudioLtd @zoom_us If only that were true! The processing does fix the worst of poor microphones that you get on a zoom/teams call. Unfortunately, it can’t fix some of the awful stuff that MSTeams seems to produce with bad microphone/speaker combinations. The L3-LL does most of the work :-)
