    ok I understood it is fine to get email notifications for someone joining before the host. no harm. But the recording shows "in progress" and now the host option instead of "start" shows "join" and "meeting in progress" icon? very confusing. Any help appreciated. @zoom_us

    @mooreds Yessss. Having DMs get lost is a real problem. Lotta iteration could happen on that part of the service. I'm looking forward to that hopefully happening soon, @zoom_us.

    Do any people work at @zoom_us ? I'm in an endless loop on its AI help. I can't log in without verify code, but by the time the code comes, the page is times out. How can I get a person to help me?

    @stigi @zoom_us I've seen with few people including myself. It happens after a Big Sur update. Screenshare freezes (for the other members of the call) and restarting the call doesn't help. The 100% fix so far was to reinstall zoom and + maybe "use tcp" in screen share options

    WTH is wrong with @zoom_us ---- Our group has been down for 3 days & no one at Zoom seems to know anything! Maybe someone with some intelligence will be back at work Monday & realize it's a bigger issue for more than our group! Crazy!!!!!

    @zoom_us This happened a year ago. We contacted your people, and changed the security settings on our district account. Once we did that, I had no problems again. We believe it was one of our students, not an outside person. Thank you.

    @dominik_stoll @VirtualHlthPHSA @zoom_us Tks will try that. Covid has made things much more difficult for me to get help in person. Sick now, & no clue how as been isolating in my home since fall of 2019 after missing flu shot. In all that time I have been out of home less than >20 times. Wearing mask, shield & gloves

    Hey @zoom_us - you provide a TXT file with captions alongside a recorded meeting video file. But those captions don't import correctly into YouTube, even when I tried converting them to SRT using an online tool. Help!

    @zoom_us I use it on Chrome. There are no errors when entering, it just says "waiting for other members" or somethin' like that and refreshes on its own every 5 seconds. After 2 minutes of refreshing, it boots me back out to entering a name/recaptcha with no error message.

    @dominik_stoll @VirtualHlthPHSA @zoom_us will this work for me as I am deaf (little d) and no lipreading or ASL skills. I really need to talk to my doctor but not able to find help in getting my Samsung A11 smartphone to do the TTY so can call him. He lives out of my town and hard for me to get there without help

    @zoom_us why doesn't the side-by-side view of a shared screen automatically balance a maximized view of speakers and content? Moving the sliding separator myself, it seems like a no-brainer default that would help make slides legible while keeping speakers visible.
