    @zoom_us My WIFi connection was fine. My husband was using Microsoft Teams today all day and no issues. Sure I will Dm your company. I just wish there was a better way to actually troubleshoot with a person over the phone you know? There are so many people out of work: may hire support?

    @zoom_us My wifi connection is just fine. My husband is working from home right now and is using Microsoft teams and has had zero issues.

    @PodcastHelper @zoom_us @brassybroadjen True. I’ve still had minor sync issues. That’s probably connection or processing power glitches. It can happen with any of these platforms.

    @zoom_us could really consider cutting down the free meetings to a 20 mins limit now. Product usage is ubiquitous, 20 mins callas enough to try out, and it’d probably lead to a lot more conversions to the paid tier.

    @zoom_us Help! Major issue after upgrading macbook to Big Sur. I can't use a virtual background and this is a theme for an important meeting in the morning. Msg in zoom is "your device requires a green screen to support virtual backgrounds". Tried all listed fixes. HELP!

    @zoom_us logged me out of my account after using it on my laptop. Now it won't work at all on my desktop and my class was due to start 10 minutes ago. Two requests for a new password have generated nothing. And this 'service' costs money.

    @PodcastHelper @zoom_us Oh... in that case then I got nothing. If it were a Zoom multitrack recorder then my fix is likely it. Makes sense to not be. Zoom multitrack recorders are better than they should be for the price. If you ever have me on, I'll record locally and send that to you.

    Help, need ZOOM EXPERTS: Just finished delivering some training via @zoom_us and realised I failed to take a register of attendance. Is there a 'create class register' function, or better still for me and my rattly head, a way of listing attendees after the event has finished?

    @zoom_us I'm on a windows device and have great internet speeds (220+dwn/12up) and have issues with zoom saying internet connection is unstable and it taking minutes for it to display a shared screen from another presenter. Any troubleshooting tips?

    Good luck getting any assistance from @zoom_us to address fraudulent charges. Apparently no one has the authority to make any decisions there. It’s a shame that one feels compelled to call them out on social media to try to get help. #CUSTOMERSERVICEFAIL

    @zoom_us please fix/update your chromebook app. Very buggy and does not work well. I have 2 same chromebooks, no issues on one and other vid goes in and out. Using iPad instead and no issues at all. Not my Wi-Fi. Just google zoom chromebook issues and you’ll see. Need for school

    By the way the @zoom_us plugin for Outlook doesn't handle add meetings to Office 365 group calendars well (at all really, you can't schedule a meeting on a O365 group calendar and have it schedule a Zoom meeting). I get kind of why, but it's still a broken workflow.

    @MathewPassy @zoom_us Muting was one of my theories but someone else indicated that they still had issues. However it sounds like, via @brassybroadjen, that muting is the issue and when left alone sync will still be affected however not as much. Thx for the insights!
