    @zoom_us has the worst customer service on this planet... y’all use their products everyday but wait till y’all need help. Whew good luck. I’m talking help for paid accounts too not just the free... bc we already knew that was terrible 😒

    @zoom_us why not have a thumbs down reaction? It would save time when a basic yes/no answer is required and easy to tabulate.

    @BarbaraJMacKay ... so I have been using simple @zoom_us polls and then repeatedly employing "one other" tool - in my case @Mentimeter as it requires no login to take part, and this has helped slowly build a minimum level of interactivity

    @zoom_us Zoom development, is it so hard to include a feature for every user that says YOU ARE MUTED in BIG BOLD letters in the in an obvious part of the screen??? Seems like the mute issue is fixable.

    @zoom_us @JharnaPariani Same issue here. We are not using any Proxy. Zoom on Windows. It worked perfectly fine with the previous version 5.4.6. However, after upgrading it to 5.4.9 we get that error message. Any ideas please? We tried with another PC within the same network using 5.4.6, and it works.

    Getting reports that the @zoom_us classes are working in some cases, but @MVCitySchools Wi-Fi at District buildings is still down. Unclear what caused this issue. Currently no updates from Superintendent Dr. Kenneth R. Hamilton right now. @TheJournal_MVSA #HomeOfTheKnights

    @zoom_us @zoom_us The pastor received an e-mail reply from the bubbly support rep, Lhysha, but the reply utterly failed to reflect the nature and urgency of the problem or to show that Zoom is looking into the issue as a serious server-side failure. Please help us, @zoom_us !

    @zoom_us Your support is awful!! Can't even access chat or email support, and your "help library" fails to include really basic info - like how to set up a voice mail box recording with the zoom phone app.
