    @piaffeatx @zoom_us Still forbidden clicking on links w/ chrome but only having this issue on work mac. Its stumped our institutional Zoom administrator. Spent a few hrs troubleshooting together on Thurs. Sadly because it works on other macs & the virtual machine, they don't think zoom will help us

    @gokulr @zoom_us Video API will likely be a commoditized market, with lower monetization potential for the pure video elements, so they can let the other folks work out product market fit. They will be at a massive scale so they undercut the API only players down the line.

    @zoom_us Hosts should be able to unmute users individually by default, and users should have the option to switch themselves to an “ask to be unmuted” option. Many children in classrooms, or elderly in church meetings can no longer speak because the host can’t unmute them. Please fix!

    @eyebeams @GlenBMulcahy @dandpproducts @zoom_us @Blackmagic_News black magic to fix the inbuilt fault with their brand new piece of kit. Failing that for people who have bought one already, using a decent mic or mixer plugged direct into one of the camera feeds. Failing than a proper audio delay line. Simple enough fixes, bad product fault.

    @ericsyuan @zoom_us We Indian teachers are facing lots of problem due to your 40min time limit. Rejoin feature does not help .students comes late in second slot. Please increase the basic plan time limit to 1hr 15 min. We teachers are already in trouble due to coronalockdown.

    Good old @zoom_us may have become part of the vanacular, their income massively boosted and their share price though the roof but their customer service is appalling. I’ll be interested to see how it pans out for them in the longer term.

    @ryantnt @Jason @zoom_us @SlackHQ It’s unfortunate that it was Zoom to do it. It’s been buggy for a long time, full of security holes. Now customer service is non-existent with increased demand. Cancelled my account and was still charged, no refund, no response. Never paying for Zoom again.

    @Jason @zoom_us @SlackHQ All Jehovah’s Witnesses worldwide are using Zoom for two weekly meetings(like church service). People that normally don’t even use computers, are using Zoom. Slack isn’t even close in use case. That being said, Zoom has major flaws that are exacerbated by demand. I cancelled Pro.

    @dragomanist @ChiekoKehoe @tutin_a @MahaElMetwally @zoom_us I also use the yeti since the beginning of 2020 with all the rsi platforms and have not issues with echo or anything else for that matter. I do use a separate headset that I plug to my external computer speakers and not into the yeti directly.
