@ABiesiedin Sadly, not for the inclusion of all #Terps not working from a hub. Once we were 3 teams of #Terps and one was blind. He couldn't work on platforms. The best was @zoom_us. He could get to being assigned as a #Terp but couldn't click on the accept button. He had to be replaced. Sad

Interesting (yet predictable) to hear how many other ppl have such major issues with @Virgin's shoddy @virginmedia. It's not a surprise given that I haven't got through a @zoom_us call w/video for weeks! They certainly aren't a service provider. It's more like day light robbery!

NBN down 😑. No idea why and earliest technician available from @NBN_Australia @Telstra is 48 hours from now. Dreading 2 days of @zoom_us calls on 4G now 🥺! Crappy telco infrastructure is probably the single biggest deal breaker to remote work in Australia.

@ImposterSbl @zoom_us We had the same issue since Sep. Spoken to zoom US twice and was told they couldn't help as we're UK. They gave me a contact name for UK and he didn't even bothered to get in touch. Perhaps we're not deemed worthy enough to be considered as K-12?! @zoom_us 😠

It's unbelievable how @zoom_us is the cloud-based video communications app #1. It sucks! I have never had a good experience with it. It's unsafe. It's broken. It keeps forcing people to use their awful desktop app instead of the web-based app - I "wonder" why is that.

No wonder Zoom @zoom_us is so much more popular than @Cisco WebEx. The whole point of web conferencing is it crosses borders. Live in Japan & WebEx only offers Japanese as the language. How can the team of a tool that so fundamentally about communication not get this basic issue

Very disappointed with @zoom_us . I have emailed their billing department twice due to them taking all 12 months payment rather than the agreed monthly subscription and I haven’t received any email from them. Very poor service.

@steveportigal With @zoom_us forcing the Waiting Room issue, we should at least be able to customize our Waiting Room music for everyone to listen to. Or tie it to our @Spotify . Sorry, I can't start this meeting until I finish listening to my Discover Weekly.
