@succulentdaddy_ @zoom_us That was this morning (around 10:30 EST) that we ran into the problem. We also reached out to our university tech folks, but it seems to me like it's a problem on zoom's end, not our university's end.

@zoom_us Having an issue in meeting. The raise hand feature is only working for hosts/cohosts. The button is visible but you can't interact with it for anyone else. Keyboard shortcut doesn't work.

@CrownWolfX @zoom_us We are having the exact same issue. One particular breakout room in our session that we are unable to send anyone to. Everyone gets an error 103008. It kicks us out. I just submitted to Zoom Support.

@bricin @zoom_us It's fine as long as the O365 shop sends you a complete URL for the meeting. One fail is Teams doesn't shorten urls , so they tend to break when copied and pasted around email and calendars. Fail#2 is if external login has any issues, Teams UX simply pukes with no paths forward.

@zoom_us there's a problem with breakout rooms. Usually I can create rooms and move people between there and main all day, now I have to keep recreating new rooms to send people to because once I've used a room I cannot successfully send people there again.

@michiganct @zoom_us But Zoom isn’t requiring their service, your school is. If they haven’t paid for the service, they need to provide the person to type in the closed captioning. Zoom is a tool, the group that is requiring the use of Zoom needs to ensure that everything is accessible.

Hey @zoom_us what's up with the weirdness of breakout rooms? Today, first breakout, no problem. Second breakout... about 15% of the rooms (not new rooms, the same rooms) would not allow students in *at all* even if I moved them there again.

@asitwouldseem @zoom_us Are you able to see the whole list? I certainly can’t. Works fine in other video apps … BTW, the @Blackmagic_News UltraStudio series suffers from terrible IxD: unless a connected app is using the video, the little screen is typically blank. I returned a unit, thinking it DOA.

@zoom_us Please make a Zoom app for AppleTV so I can join workout classes on the big TV! :) I know I can AirPlay, but it has glitches, runs down phone batteries. I don't need to send audio or video, just watch. Version 2 can allow a login from phone for sending audio and video.

@zoom_us @WBrianLane Hi! I had the same exact issue today. I closed the breakout rooms, closed the breakout room control panel, opened it again, then tried to open the breakout rooms again and the same thing happened. I just adjusted and stopped using the breakout rooms for the rest of class.

My semester has started up with unrelated major tech issues with home internet, my phone, and zoom. Dealing with @CenturyLink and @ATT has been a horrendous nightmare. Dealing with @zoom_us has been efficient and useful. None of the three issues are resolved. Fun.
