@ACTFibernet I am unable to use your broadband with a VPN and your online customer care bots are worse than pathetic. Neither is it possible to contact customer care, as the numbers provided don’t exist or don’t event ring.

@ACTFibernet Issue has been resolved around 6 PM today. I'm not really sure if a technician actually got to the box and fixed it or it just started working by itself. I'm happy that I got the internet back. Thank you!!!

@ACTFibernet The issue has been resolved, thanks. But please be quick and make sure you provide a permanent solution when a complaint is raised. Don't misguide the customers to buy a new router(to spend Rs.2500) when the actual problem is with your service. Don't take ages to resolve a query.
