    @ACTFibernet I have contacted your customer care for shifting location and it's been 6days there is no proper resolution given everytime they say they will escalate it waste of time and who will gonna compensate my 5days salary I dint work for 5days pathetic service.

    Seeing @ACTFibernet outage every alternative day during rain. Haven't been able to do wfh or log in since this morning. Three hours wasted. The net hasn't been working since last evening. Their team is on their way to solve this for three hours now. Great work 🙏

    @ACTFibernet The person at customer number Naveen has 6 months of experience not bothering about resolving the issue but he is okay if they change the service provider as well, a pathetic way to handle the customer and the issues we are facing, please help it's more than 13 hours now

    @ACTFibernet I have had a great experience in Bangalore and Chennai with ACT. I have facing terrible experience with HYD. I will probably raise disconnection request

    @ACTFibernet Please don’t look at it. Fix it and do so by 7PM. You are fleecing me with your giga plan and it’s backed by poor service - which is what hurts
