Your service is good but the app is horrible.. A) Can't change the plan mid way B) If I wait for the next recharge cycle. I still can't change the plan. It just gives some option to pay and that's it.. Please make this a more intuitive process. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet What happened to your service it was very on point and now for reconnection I have been asked to wait for 72 hours when everyone is wfh. Even to get my basic status I had to call you guys atleast 7 times and still my issue isn't resolved. Pathetic and disappointing

@ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Instead of these fancy statements please put some efforts to resolve the internet problem for custoemrs permanently. Till now the voice of the customer is heard to resolve your infra issues permanently despite how many ever times we raise this concern.

@ACTFibernet #ACTFIBERNET Till today no resolution. Considering monthly 3-4 outages , I need a refund of 6 month plan or extension for six months. If you can't do either of this All remaining customer will Move out in our apartment...
