@ACTFibernet I lost my connection in the morning. It hasn't been restored yet. Your customer executive said it'll be restored by 6:00pm today. but it has not. I want to know why it's being delayed. I will reach out RTI about this and complain them if don't get resolution today

Executives give dates saying it will be transferred to my account but nothing happens. I had used ACT @ACTFibernet in Bangalore for four years, without any complaint. The services can go that bad in a small time is shocking !

@ACTFibernet worst customer support from ACT, only reply they know is within 24hours, they don't understand within that 24hours how much and what all issues we have to face, & Technicians won't come untill it is 2days or made 10-15 calls.

@ACTFibernet not getting speed as per plan. Raised three times query on speed not getting as per plan, but they closed without solved. Pathetic customer service and responsibilities.From last 8 month I'm paying cost for 150mbps and I'm getting less than 30 Mbps speed.
