    @ACTFibernet literally has the worst service. I'm facing issues with my internet for 5th time in last 3 weeks. And everytime they take atleast 2 days to fix it. I want to stop my service and switch to something better. I'm tired of calling customer care every other day.

    @ACTFibernet You representative are so unprofessional they don’t pick up the calls nor call back if a new is applied for But if the payment is due you guys have mechanisms to call the customer asking for the payment every 1hr But for customers issues you guys hide your self .

    @ACTFibernet I could see frequent connectivity issues and your team is working towards interim resolution rather than permanent resolution.within couple of weeks same issue repeated sr no:SR10163681014074. Your services are deteriorating as U r growing.
