@ACTFibernet One of the worst network I had ever seen. You will never resolve network disconnection SR's until there is a pressure mounted upon you. My grievance will be resolved when they change present connection to another box which I had mentioned everytime. For this they never reply

@ACTFibernet - Team, I'm calling customer care agent now and then for shifting charges waver off ticket, but donot understand why you guys close it saying it can't be done after giving commitment through customer agent we will do it for you since your valuedcustomer for us.

@ACTFibernet I am calling your customer representative and there is no reply its been more than 12 hours now and its the longest interruption till now which I have faced since I got my connection and on top of that I have yet not received any callback from your end which shows carelessness

@Airtel_Presence Yes Airtel I installed a new connection today at Bangalore Aug 10,2021 and ditched my ACT fibernet service that sucks. They are unprofessional and lack a service attitude. @ACTFibernet wake up. You cheated me by giving my internet port to other customers.
