    It is one of the biggest mistake I did by switching the broadband provider from pioneer broadband to @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. Instead of multiple follow ups there is no response. My old provider used to resolve the issue in 1 hour which act faild to do in whole day.

    @ACTFibernet Hire good engineers to fix the customers issues. its been more than 8 days and no resolution. @reliancejio Is this the right time to capture ACT fibernet customers base in bangalore? Let me know if you have feasibility in my location.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service,i have been ACT customer for last 3 years.every month there wil be some issue.even after raising the issue they will take too much time to resolve.sorry to say this excitel and hathway are far better than ACT. from last 38 hours im facing the problem

    @ACTFibernet why always on Sundays the internet screws up. Please help to fix as my office starts 1pm midnight (work from home) don't want this to lead up to loss of pay.
