    I’ll go with @ACTFibernet or @jio_fiber my neighbours are using their services with out any issues and a proper support team to resolve the issues in 3-4hours not in days.

    What are you guys doing @ACTFibernet . Almost 24 hours have passed without wifi. Is this why we pay you? Estimated time of resolution keeps increasing shamelessly. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet this Fibernet looting money from customer that’s it ….no prior intimation about the subscription and charging unnecessarily.

    @ACTFibernet They resoved today connectivity issues. But as soon as power goes its getting disconnected, we have power backup, but looks like ACT network doesnt have. We tired opening complaints. Its very unprofessional.

    @ACTFibernet Resolution was that it will be resolved before 12 pm today, still no response, when it will be resolved or it will be resolved ever, pathetic service it's as expected. Atleast help me how to cancel my service and get refund

    Hello @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I'm taking new connection just 24 hrs back, yesterday mrng team was visited and they installed setup router and all. In between before 24 hours only got an network issue. Ticket was automatic opened. Still issue was not resolved. I have a work.
