    @ACTFibernet My connection stands deactivated. I have called 3 times but only I receive a message that reconnection will take place in 48 hours.. and this is 4th time in a month. Your team is literally harassing. All do their work seperately. Their is no integration in your service support.

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working since 25 Feb I have raised a complaint but not fixed yet. Work from is impossible without it. If this is not fixed today I will definitely go for other internet service. Worst experience with ACT👎

    @ACTFibernet Recently recharged with 4041.84 pack, paid through phonepe and received confirmation receipt but when i check in Act App its showing am still disconnected and service is suspended. Can i know when the connection will be restarted?

    I took ACT connection @ACTFibernet in Lucknow and discontinued it in October-end 2021. My refund of Rs 1,000 has been pending since then. I have been repeatedly calling the customer care without any result. Extremely Poor Services. Causing Undue Trouble To Consumers.
