ACT committed an ETR of 8 Aug, 9:00 PM. That deadline has passed, and the issue is STILL unresolved. I already raised this publicly yesterday.

The turn around time of your service engineers are way too long in Delhi & they don’t do their job properly aswell. Since the setup box is connected to my home, my neighbours will disconnect your connection aswell.

There is no resolution expect for the fact that the app now reflects the SR#. I appreciate your efforts on customer service. If not, I am happy to disconnect the service & move to another service provider

Manually have to remove the power cables from both the routers and reconnect them to fix it. Terrible experience yet again. Can you fix anything?? @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet
