Other ISP pings are 8-15msms to chennai. Why is @ACTFibernet 28-30ms? And why don't you respond to issues? Other ISPs I've used atleast acknowledge the routing issue and give me an estimate to fix but @ACTFibernet is just ignoring the issue.

@ACTFibernet I have been raising request for relocation but ur customer service is awful. They didn't shift my connection but charged me ₹650. Very disappointed with ur customer service!!!

Hey @ACTFibernet, i have been facing internet issues almost every week for last 3-4 months, last time on July 28 when i had internet disconnection i was promised that would be the last time I'll face issue and they will find a permanent resolution on it
