@ACTFibernet Regarding ticket raised on 17-Oct-21 morning- SR10163276961854. Been 1.5 days, net is still down(eta keeps on extending). Called cust care now, executive put himself on mute and stopped responding abruptly. Utterly disappointed!

Banking customer care cannot help in this matter. And @ACTFibernet is one of the worst, most difficult to reach customer care I know. I shudder to think of reaching them any time I have a problem because of how woefully unresponsive they are. How can this issue be resolved?

@ACTFibernet Again a network outage. Second time this month and 4th time in last two months. Utterly disappointed by the way ACT in Vijayawada is offering its services. Looks like you are pushing me to consider a different service provider.

@ACTFibernet hi this is to inform you that we have been facing downtime of 4days in last 7days and regardless of multiple complains the issue got repeated and taking long time to resolve , never expected this type of service when switched to act . Kindly look into the matter .
