    @ACTFibernet Since 3 hours My Internet not working in Koramangala 1st Block. When rains here internet gets disconnected for 1 day. Worst service from Act fibernet . Even Customer Support doesnt respond properly. Its time to switch 👎👎👎👎

    Note : @ACTFibernet don’t create service requests as it is useless for both of us and wasting of time also Kindly take off connection if you can’t provide good service So that i will consider local isp where they provide best services compared to your act smart fiber 2/3

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet you are unable to provide support and could not solved my internet issue worst service ever i have faced. All the other service provided provide resolution within 2-3 hours but ACT is informing me that we have noted your concern and does not provide resolution.

    @ACTFibernet I guess I have choosen the very wrong one for my convience? Or i have paid the money for following up day & night with your team member? I don't have any idea, being technical company you can't even fix the problems. I would recommend every one just ignore act
