@ACTFibernet @TRAI The consumers are heavily dependent on the internet connectivity to fulfill the duties at work from a home setup. The internet service providers are inclined to make profits over service. Their vision or objective may not be that but that is what is the end user experience.

Act fiber if you pay broad band due amount 4 days late they are charing 100 panality but when internet is too slow when we raising complant their is no deduction from customer end. Act want money or value of customer #Vijayawada @ACTFibernet #ConsumerRights #broadband
