    @ACTFibernet Recently I had to shift to a new place which is barely a few streets away. So, I raised a ticket on Customer care for shifting purposes and there was least response on the first hand and ticket raised in the portal.

    @ACTFibernet What will happen with the call...I'm already connecting daily from 1 Jan 2023, I need a clear explanation of how the complaint is closed without resolved, and for kind information I am facing this problem from 2018....I'm ready to play the bill when it is adjusted as committed..

    @ACTFibernet @Shanth__kumar When i denied to take new connection due to cost then ACT person started Quarreling-why did you requestd for connection??my company will punish us, if lead will not converted to customer.     @ACTFibernet your support sucks. When you use Blink it quotes to promote your wifi, U shud be aware of their services and the time they take to resolve it. Raised a request 24hrs back saying there's an issue with wifi and blinked a million times but till now there is no response.

    @ACTFibernet It was not an issue to resolve. I got a bitter experience with ur executive, because of ACT's policy. I will not blame UR ground level employees. It is due to UR management is putting lots of pressure on them to take unethical steps or words with customers.
