    @ACTFibernet Service cannot be worse than this. No Customer care no response . It's completely fraud. Relocation request was not done and charged rs 400. It's completely looting Customer.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, I had raised a request for service discontinuation for my broadband last week and was told it will be discontinued effective Sep 1. Why am I getting a bill now for Sep month? Stop harassing users by denying them service discontinuation and not cancelling.

    @ACTFibernet - Why your internet service and connectivity is extremely poor these days. M checking for many days,suddenly the connection goes,we are using broadband mainly for reliable connection. Pls note if this continues need to switch over the connection.

    Shame on @ACTFibernet. No answers no customer care. Open service calls and close without resolution @trai Please take action on such services where customer care is taken for granted It is now a week to get static IP but invoice already raised??

    @ACTFibernet i requested & paid 4 new connection yesterday morning around 7:30-8, it was assured to me that installation will b completed by 3pm. It's not done till now, everytime I call customer care, they say it's added in ticket they'll get back. No progress no service at all.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 2 months I have disconnected my connection. Raised multiple tickets and calls for the refund of security deposit but still didn't get it.Closing ticket without resolution. Worst experience and highly disappointed. Latest ticket- SR11065712540029.

    @ACTFibernet such a fraudulent approch, plan change is a big scam in act, never ever use app to change plan, or they will say it not applied

    @ACTFibernet - I have raised a relocation request 13days back and till now it is not resolved. I have been chasing up with your CS team and technicians but no one is responding positively. My complaint No is SR10165659185824. There are 4-5 neighbours who are willing to sign up
