@ACTFibernet Team your internet is terrible and I am not getting any help, I have 400 mbps connection but received 20-30 mbps, and its sporadic i am not even able to take office calls properly, fix this.

@ACTFibernet Internet has been down all day yesterday, no response from the engineer even after multiple calls, no call back or the correct ETA. The ticket still shows Nov 5th 9PM as the resolution time, but issue is still not resolved. SR10377827601924

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC .Ticket ID SR10177814771344. Without informing, this ticket was closed, then I called the customer care and re opened it and they said they would resolve it on priority . Pathetic services. I have BSNL connection as backup.

@ACTFibernet either you had given additional connections on my port on terrace, or the router now not working properly, fix it, cant keep open cases without any resolution, & paying for the services i am not getting.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Horrible experience with ACT in shifting my connection. First they ask you for 707 Rs. as shifting charge and then the service guy comes and asks for 500 as Router charges. Airtel and Jio have a much smoother shifting experience. Below Expectations
