    @ACTFibernet Net is not working from past 3 days. No action was taken from 2 days, they were giving reasons repeatedly but today there engineer called and asked for location then he also didn’t turn up. In pandemic you are hurting ppls jobs who are working frm home worst service

    @ACTFibernet Tell me again: how do you compensate users for your downtime?🤔 Yours is a prepaid service - meaning you take money in advance to provide service. So when you fail consistently, what are customers paying you for? Shouldn't you be refunding for downtimes?

    @ACTFibernet I don’t see any option to disconnect or pause for internet service on the app. Even customer IVR also doesn’t provide this option and not getting any option to customer care. May I know how to proceed for the same

    @ACTFibernet hello, internet connection gone down again, almost 3rd time in August, support case SR10261597251332 has been raised. Everytime, the response is, it would be fixed permanently, but the issues keep occurring. Please get it addressed

    @ACTFibernet : To everyone trying to switch to ACT. It's a very humble request don't fall for their deals cause they don't give good services or support. They lure us in by giving deals but have the worst customer support team.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet facing very worst nightmare in neeladri nagar, Electronic city. They say some terminal problem, it will take 24hrs to fix it. My anguish is why 24 hours??? Are you people sleeping, guys we have to work from home from the @ACTFibernet
