    @ACTFibernet I have paid the bills from my bank account and I was expecting the amount to be transferred to my bank account but not to ACT wallet. Nice tactics to overcharge a customer and refund into ACT wallet forcing him to use all that money instead of refunding into bank A/C

    @ACTFibernet Hi this is Sarathykannan and my customer ID is 103441701276. I have opted for shifting process on 30th June, none of your employees visited my home and they said we are unable to process the request due to some technical issues and disconnected the plan on 8th June.
