@ACTFibernet contacted the support team last week for an issue. Wasn't even logged the 1st time and the 2nd complaint's timeline is over. What's happening guys? Returned to ACT after so many promises and this happens. Extremely disappointed! Thinking of disconnecting again.

@ACTFibernet The internet is down since 9th Aug. I have already raised a ticket which was supposed to be resolved by 8PM 10th Aug. I have been calling your helpline and getting responses like it would be resolved within 24 hours. Do you guys have any idea loss this has caused?

@ACTFibernet Your support closed ticket SR10260810562822 in 4 hrs without attending the issue. Is this the way you handle your customer? Your support never resolve issue and always eager to close the ticket. Your service sucks unless you revamp the support.

@ACTFibernet But since last 3 days no engineer visited to start the connection again after shifting I had done a lot of mails and calls to customer care no result received yet, now I am feeling really helpless, if connection not done, I will initiate connection removal request
