    @ACTFibernet Even we do make business working with an organisation if you doesn't value customer then there no use to run the business i hardly request you to make resolution to every issue within 1/2/3 hours not more then that 2/2

    @ACTFibernet poor quality of customer service of ACT fibernet At Sector 11 Indira nagar Lucknow.. internet is not coming from 2 days in the locality.. they said working on it and net will start today evening now tecnicians are not receiving calls to redress the grievance

    @ACTFibernet Requested name change for my account and my Internet has been disconnected on Saturday. Still the name change and internet connection has not been given. Called the customer support and every time they are transferring the call to backend team and no picks up.
