    @ACTFibernet is getting worse lately — constant speed drops, frequent outages, and never-ending delays in fixing issues. Even with LAN testing, the performance is all over the place. False promises and zero compensation for downtime — totally unacceptable service. #ACTFibernet

    @airtelindia Really appreciate your efforts to give a right coverage but somehow your team is incapable of giving resolution or better service. Switched from @ACTFibernet after five years, of testing your services. But it was my mistake.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD What pathetic service are you guys providing ??? Not even getting 50mbps speed for a 200 mbps plan. No customer care contact number. Multiple tickets raised but closed without checking with customer. Should I cancel my subscription ?

    @ACTFibernet Dear team, Please note still my plan has not updated as 1000 gb per month. As per your commitment i have closed the ticket but still not updated. Kindly look into this and help to update asap
