@ACTFibernet AS USUAL UNUSUAL. Last week requested connection. Service persons just wired. But, didn't provide Modem as they promised. still, waiting for the modem. Day by day you are improving. I have taken such a wrong decision by choosing ACT again. 😡😡😡😡

@ACTFibernet Cheating is being done by ACT. I don't want to use ACT service going forward. My connection was in temporarily disconnection state. But, all of a sudden my account got active. Without customer confirmation. Didn't get any sms also saying services restarted by ACT.

@ACTFibernet . I had asked the support to disconnect the connection by feb end 2021 and am still receiving the bill!! JFYI . I wont be paying anymore to act since you haven't refunded the deposit.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet any updates? No progress yesterday as well. It has been terrible experience, I was told by customer care, call from Chennai team and field executive TL (Sagar Reddy) that it would be solved yesterday. If it is not restored today, have no option but to move to others.
