    @ACTFibernet SR10362619844082 From yesterday internal was not working call the act service man , he said that Don't raise request I will clear this problems from yesterday itself is not and now now calling him no response to the call I need it to be reslove with 1 hr

    @ACTFibernet Your broadband service is not working since yesterday, and your field engineers are giving bizarre reasons for the same. No one is showing any interest in fixing them ASAP. Please help, otherwise, we will have to look for other vendors.

    @ACTFibernet Your mobile app has a bot programmed to answer the same thing. The issue here is how your company is addressing such degraded services with respect to your management. I am still not sure whether you have catered for the back up battery. Would let you people know during outage.
