@ACTFibernet still didn't fix the problem...for god sake its been 5 days....whose gonna compensate the money.... what's wrong with your network? How can you take 5 days to solve a complaint of disconnectivity. Even patience has a limit.

@ACTFibernet Refer SR10860133782631. I was promised that I will get a refund by 02 Aug. There was no response from customer care and after enquiring again I have been told that refund is not possible. What pathetic so called "customer care"

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 @ACTFibernet No internet from yesterday.I raised Ticket SR10161203112242 for my A/c No 101015359454. Resolution time was 1pm today and no resolution yet. The customer care numbers aren't working! I face this issue every month. I'll change to airtel if this wont be fixed by today!

@ACTFibernet They are the cheapest, worst minded people I have been calling them and asking to see my connection proble mostly they dint respondI repeatedly called for more than 30 times still the rep dint respond so i ditectly went to their office and complained to a staff there

@ACTFibernet Your customer service is very hard to reach. I raised a ticket A WEEK AGO and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I have tried multiple times now. Ticket no. SR10161205467649.
