@ACTFibernet when you're using customer EB for junction box u were paying 50Rs for that but now u have stopped without prior information. When I contacted Act customer support it's management decided if 2nd line there discount available. Why there was no prior information

@bada_paww @ACTFibernet 24 HOURS HAS ALREADY BEEN PASSED AND YOU ARE SAYING NOT TO WORRY 😲. I'M UNABLE TO WORK BECAUSE OF THIS AND IT'S A HUGE LOSS FOR ME. IF THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU GUYS PROVIDE THEN WILL HAVE TO SWITCH TO SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. #WORSTSERVICE

@ACTFibernet Neither I received any call nor my shifting request, which was raised 10 days ago was not fulfilled. This is really a disappointed service. Unfortunately, this is repeatitive. You can check my last experience as well. I would ask these many time if hadn't paid for 6 months.
