Your customer care team is being incapable of transferring the call to the escalation team, technician or anyone. Why is escalation team not on thier desk.

The guy called Prem approached me to change the connectivity line and raised a shifting request on my behalf. Now they've disconnected my connection because I haven't payed the Shifting Charges.

FinProfz (@Finprofz) reported@ACTFibernet Problem is solved but you need to have better area engineers here. Current one is poor, doesnt pick up calls and only works when things are escalated. Next yr i will shift to some other provider.
