@ACTFibernet My payment was debited but still shows ‘not posted’ in your app. Ticket #SR10177767295032 had an ETA of 4 Nov 12:29pm you have marked it ‘Issue Resolved’ without fixing anything. This is unacceptable. Kindly revert the payment and restore services immediately.

@ACTFibernet #Actfibernet I raised a ticket SR10177775525774 for slow speed. I was told by the technician that the issue will be resolved by tuesday & closed the ticket without my consent. It wasn't resolved till now. Please reopen this ticket & keep it open till this is fixed.

@ACTFibernet Your sales team promised next-day installation, but after payment the technician said there is no router box nearby. Now refund will take 7 days and customer care is not responding properly. If this is not fixed today, I will file a case on the Consumer Portal
