@ACTFibernet worst and the worst service I called customer care 15-20 times either they place call on mute or disconnect asked for router after upgrading the plan since last 15 days they have not delivered the router and denied to refund my money. #worstservice

If you want a fibernet connection without customer service and get call back only for pending bills, take an @ACTFibernet connection. My connection has been super bad for the last 2 weeks. Even after escalation, nobody f'ing cares! Never go for this service.

@ACTFibernet - 2/2. Now that I choose to cancel the Streaming TV subscription, my caution deposit of 1000/- will not be refunded. Only 250/- will be refunded as the subscription has crossed 6 months.

@ACTFibernet Hey my digital TV says no signal. When I called local tech he said there is power cut. Also called Fibernet cx service and they are disconnecting my call stating that they will transfer. Is this the service you provide? Pay me for missed hours. ID 12812219
