@ACTFibernet Ac 101011049877. Im on max 1075 package since last 2 years. The speed that I got for 2 years ( during wfh ) was 60mbps instead of 150mbps. Reason because you guys had a **** old cable in our colony. After 2 years, your lazy technician fixed the new cable on march 22

@ACTFibernet I agreee but everytime your repsentative comes, even though i bought a new router, they seem to find problem always with it and obviously why not market act fiber router saying its better. Not a good marketing technique! 👏

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet still there is no resolution for this. The support team again told that “We need to check” . And i have provided with wrong information about the refund after disconnection. This is absurd. I have been a loyal customer to ACT. I did not expect this.
