@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet team: Kindly provide alternate source of internet to customers till the time you resolve the issue! You can't take things for granted. Either provide alternate source like dongle or Extend 4X days in our validity for each day wasted due to issue from your end!

@ACTFibernet i have been calling mltpl times 2 customer care and pleading them to fix my internet issue as i have work emergency. Its been more than 24 hours. No internet yet! Every tym I cal they say it will be back in 1 hr. I think @JioFiberVoice is the way to go. #actfiber

@ACTFibernet Internet stopped working on 15th January and after 5 days of registered complaint SR11766827585114. So everyday they promise they will resolve the issue today. Only one request, please take your router and refund the money. @consumercourtin @jagograhakjago

@ACTFibernet team this issue is happening frequently nowadays. Every week iam getting frequent disconnection and slow speed connection.Everytime I raise a ticket, technician come and resolve the issue but he never said about issue. Need a permanent fix, impacting my office work.

@ACTFibernet Never give space to @ACTFibernet to install the distribution box in your premises. They make your house their dump yard with wires cris-crossing. And if you ask them to set it right. They never will come to do it.

So so tired of having to complain again and again at your customer service. Just last month someone came and repaired the faulty wire issue and now they give the same reason. @ACTFibernet
