    @ACTFibernet Please refund my money as no one is interested for such slow and poor internet service. We are not able to do anything and it’s been two days. Why you closed my ticket without fixing it ? I had to reopen , why ?

    @ACTFibernet Don’t get in touch with me, get in touch with your field workers who are rude and unresponsive. Teach them some manners first. Without resolution they close the ticket. If we call, they’ll say “Talk to Customer Care”.

    @ACTFibernet Hey ACT. Hope you're doing well. I'm definitely not happy. I've been a loyal customer for years and every time I face an issue. Local team is either VERY RUDE or become AWOL. Is this an indication for us to migrate to other service providers?
