    @ACTFibernet every week we face issue in act fibernet, that also in it city Bangalore.. Today from morning 6 net is not there from last 6+ hours.. No one is bother on this seems.. 6+ hours is big mitigation time

    @ACTFibernet SR10267152593674 - connection down again less than a month.. Same nonsense excuses @TRAI customers are harassed by ACT.. Seems like malpractice and deliberate delay in resolving issues. Please take action against ACT.

    @ACTFibernet I am still getting the unpaid billing messages. It was clarified with customer service already, it's really irritating. Can some higher officials look into it? This is so frustrating from the leading brand

    @ACTFibernet Took my connection in June 2022 and these are the number of requests I have had to raise for the same issue mostly. Part 2. And I'm sure this is not a comprehensive list. I've missed out on finding a few of these. Seems like every month I need to raise one for this

    @ACTFibernet And the best thing is once the issue has been closed, it is removed from your app. So you cannot go back and check to see how many service requests you have raised in the past. You have to fumble through numerous messages trying to find all the relevant messages. WoW

    @ACTFibernet Stop harassing me to pay the bill by sending emails, SMS and phone calls. Why should I pay the bill for the services I never requested or activated. I have called your helpdesk number of times and told them that I never requested internet activation.

    @ACTFibernet your ads are fake no stable internet at all it disconnect multiple times very much fed up of your ACT internet it's better to go with sim internet pack with 1GB a day it will provide stable internet network, fed up of your ACT broadband really.
