    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Pathetic service, ur install agent installed connection 2ndJuly and left without check whether the internet is working r not. I am calling him/Sales rep who sold me/customer support.I was told it is escalated yesterday nothing changed except wait time

    @ACTFibernet This is the 6th day still the issue not resolved, they have tested with testing router on 3th Jul and updated the same to field engineer and they told to me wait for router replacement. Still how many days I have to wait and don't say get a call from team and need resolution

    @ACTFibernet My transfer amt is not refunded what happens to that? If you can't provide service then why have you charged me 650? How can you expect me to pay for your incapability? This is unfair practice.

    @ACTFibernet You started to avoid new connections. You don't care for new connections ... you may loose your customers. give good service otherwise you shall vanish in this competitive market... Until payment is made you call 101 times after payment you make them wait 101 days

    @ACTFibernet Worst service provided by ACT. It has been more than a month since the issue of call dropping during zoom and skype calls has been registered. Tickets have been getting closed automatically. I don't even get a notification for the closed ticket. Worst service.
