    @ACTFibernet Facing the worst connection ever. Really frustrated. They call me and ask if the internet is working and that's all. Facing the issue for last 2 days. Tickets gets closed even though the issue is still there.

    @ACTFibernet very very pathetic support these days. Internet down in my place for 12 hours and no one has responded to my request yet. I think I'll have to start looking for alternatives.

    @ACTFibernet your customer service people r not working properly,they never do anyways.I asked them to stop my connection for sometimes,but they r delaying,why is that?I'm not even going to use it from today so why they r delaying two more days,I will activate after 13th October.

    Hi @ACTFibernet We have reported a physical cable cut issue with @Airtel_Presence they have taken more than 24 hours but still the issue not resolved . What will be your promise on fixing the physical/technical connectivity issues?
