@ACTFibernet I doubt your team will update me. They haven’t done so for 10 days - it’s always been me following up. Also, updating me won’t help any more, I need a resolution by end of the day as I can’t do without internet at office any more.

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore I am paying around Rs1600 per month after taking 300mbps package . But most of the time u get less than 100 mbps speed so why should I pay this money every month when I never get this speed ??!!! ACT is very efficient in cutting ur connection no 1057115

@ACTFibernet on fine satday and sundays ur internet doesnt work and there is no fixing after raising a ticket , no one lifts the call. Is this Your customer service?. This is what you are charging for ?. You charge 4130 rupess as a package @jagograhakjago
