    @ACTFibernet Even a new connection doesn't take more than 12 hours but you have taken almost more than 1.5 days to resolve an issue with existing connection.. Kudos to your team.. Looks like its time to shift to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet You engineer number is unresponsive there is no POC. I want 2 days extension in my package as I didn't use the service due to this inconvenience. July 1 st it's wa suppose to renew I need it extended until July 3rd becuase I didn't use it.

    @ACTFibernet I know what's the problem here, the wire has been cut by the road department, the repair of which is taking a week! Pathetic!

    @ACTFibernet the worst customer service in whole broadband service in india. No proper solution is give to the customer and technician what’s the use when you cant give proper customer service to your customers. I recommend not to have a connection in ACT.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I’ve raised 3 separate connectivity complains in the last 5 days and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The ETR keeps getting moved and so far and support keeps parroting the same script. Can someone help resolve this

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Repeated issues in internet connection. No one responds. It's really a worst Internet service provider to deal with. I strongly suggest not to take any connection from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever. Its been 24 hours wifi is not working here and all your boys are sleeping. Nobody called us. Who will take this long to resolve one ticket? Absolute nonsense. SR10176034558704. Dont reply saying ur team is working, no they are sleeping

    @ACTFibernet This is not about connectivity issues I simply do not wish to continue with your services any longer. The very bad experience I’ve had with your service and support team has led me to make this decision. Kindly apply any applicable disconnection and proceed to permanently closer.
