@ACTFibernet the one persistent issue with ur service's been with back-up when there's power outage. Have been raising the same complaint since last year. Ur engineer says he's fixed it, that he's changing the battery yet somehow I end up frustrated & w/o internet. Escalate this!

@ACTFibernet I approached the helpline regarding the refund issue few days back. I received a mail to enter my details to refund the amount back to the account through PayUMoney url link to my registered email. But I am not at all receiving the OTP to authenticate my number.
