    @ACTFibernet love this game that you are playing. "Revision of ETR". 30 Jul 26 - 0900-1300, 1600-1930, 1930-2100. Latest is 31 Jul 26 - 1930-2100. In the meanwhile, visit by 3 technicians. Problem explained to all of them. Wonder when will u get tired of this game.

    Hello @ACTFibernet How shameless can you be. I have paid 9k for my internet upgrade 1 month ago. Neither you have upgraded my connection not you refunded my amount. I am so fed up with your service. Have some shame and either refund or upgrade @ACTFibernet

    @JioCare useless service from @jio_fiber ..no internet, no supervisor escalation. @ACTFibernet do you guys provide better service than this ?

    @ACTFibernet The ETR was initially set for 10 AM today, but the ticket has not yet been assigned. Now ETR is revised to 9 PM. Request u to take immediate action, rather than advising patience. If resolution is not feasible, would appreciate the termination & refund of the associated charges.
