Why is ACT WiFi worse than Bajaj Finance? I ignored the payment for ACT Fibernet for a month, and they started calling me 25-30 times a day. Even after disconnecting the service, I'm still getting calls. Is anyone else facing the same issue? @ACTFibernet @_DigitalIndia

@ACTFibernet 45 days and still going on to get my refund after doing rigorous followups on calls, chats, and emails. Raised ticket to see that to close without providing resolution SR10177904701794 SR10178429072219. Just let me know whether you have the intention to refund.

Why should i need to keep an raising ticket for every two days, why it is frustrating now? The customer executives has pitched me to take action fibernet now it is frustrating me @ACTFibernet in a single week i have to raise an ticket twice, so i want to cancel my subscription

@ACTFibernet I've been trying for months now to get the @ACTFibernet connection. There is something fundamentally wrong within your organization that none of the teams or individuals can be bothered to visit the site for a feasibility check. I'm really disappointed in your service.
