@ACTFibernet Then why you guys promote everywhere on the banners and on mobile phones if it take longer time and then we want to refund you back. This is very bad experience & very very bad experience.

@ACTFibernet Internet is down since 18th June 1:30 PM and tentative eta was 18th June 8PM even after asking the customer care executive to consider the issue at high priority and escalate. Haven’t heard anything back nor the connection is restored.

@VijayGopal_ @hydcitypolice @ACTFibernet This is fraud company.. they have reactivated my connection without my consent at a place where am not there.. when I reached out to them they took 1 week to disconnect but sent a bill for the services which I have never used..and still not remved it from my name😡 #ActFiberFraud

@ACTFibernet facing slow speed issue. I upgraded d plan & got to know that d router which u gave doesn't support high-speed but on d box it is written upto 300mbps which is misleading information. Now I had to downgrade back to old plan. Issue is, u r not ready to replace router.
