My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.

Ruchi (@_4Ruffle) reported@ACTFibernet Also, in 6+ hours nobody visited, this is an optical fibre cable issue you know already from ticket and backend diagnosis confirmed. This needs a technician visit and I will keep escalating.

Other ISPs in my apartment are working fine, while ACT users continue to face repeated disruptions. Very pathetic

Hearing the same excuse for 4 days, it's hard to believe anything ACT says.Absolutely unacceptable service.
