    Had one of the worst customer experiences with @ACTFibernet. No internet for three days & the worst customer care service with no proper response even from supervisors. Also there's no way to contact the nodal officer. After all this they are not even ready to provide a refund.

    Hi @ACTFibernet could you let me know when do you actually plan on resolving complaint no. SR10264704372634? It was supposed to be resolved at 8pm last night but that didn't happen. I think it's high time i move to @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet When issue comes try to resolve soon and be proactive and make sure issue won't repeat..no need to ask for call to check issue resolved or not for every 10 days on same issue..be responsible and make ground staff also responsible in their work

    @ACTFibernet, a new connection after payment takes 4 days? Seriously? A new connection request was promptly addressed and payment was received on day one with the assurance that the connection will be active within 24 hours. Is this your customer service for a new customer?

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection is lost since 48 hours, and nobody has come to fix it. Everytime I called, they will postpone the time saying we'll call back. And I have already paid for 6 months!!
