    @Airtel_Presence @airte Also this building phase 3 having 96 flat. If you want miss 96 customer by pushing airfiber. We are happy le move with @ACTFibernet So they already provided fiber connection to same building.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down for almost 5 days with no resolution despite multiple complaints. Technicians were unprofessional and gave excuses. This is unacceptable. Please resolve immediately and contact me ASAP. Ticket ID SR10381622770334

    @ACTFibernet Your representative assured me the issue would be prioritized,resolved, and closed within 3 days. LIt’s been a week.Please stop making excuses and resolve the issue as promised.Please raise another disconnection request without making excuses.I need disconnection req immediately

    and we are back within a month, raised a req, wifi not working since more than 8+ hours now. raised multiple reqs, tried calling your folks but their phone is always busy. @ACTFibernet won't let me work calmly i guess

    @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.
