    @ArunForSure @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

    @ACTFibernet Dear CUSTOMER CENTRIC TEAM, received a mail saying sorry for the issue. Now Instead of COPY PASTING A MAIL, your team could have done better job of writing mail in their own words.

    Anyone else also facing constant issues with ACT internet connection @ACTFibernet ? It’s the 3rd time this week that the services are down. Can any of you suggest a better & more stable connection?

    @ACTFibernet , Since yesterday mrng i am not getting internet, raised ticket SR10163969625274 no resolution.And the issue is very frequent and every time internet goes off your team takes 2 days to resolve. If the same continues with service i am planning to switch the network.

    @ACTFibernet B. TEAM, didn't even see basic information and addressing issue saying payment frequency cycle will be corrected at Last day of BILLING. LAST DAY OF BILLING WAS 20TH JAN . SIMPLE CHECKS WOULD HAVE ATLEAST BE MADE.
