    @ACTFibernet have been waiting to resolve my issue from 3 days, called 2 times today with no solutions. In this very competitive field where other internet providers are doing a much better job while @ACTFibernet fails to do so.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, I’ve raised a transfer request on 13-Jun & I still haven’t gotten a callback from any technician. Called customer care & escalated my case 3 times but still no callback. I’ve been told that team lead will call me within 4 hrs but it’s already 5 hrs!

    @ACTFibernet You are telling me the same thing that the customer care rep told me on the phone. There seems to be zero accountability. I am now inclined to move to a different service provider.

    @ACTFibernet regarding issue . Requested, I'm facing issues with internet connection day before yesterday internet was gone . Ok yesterday Internet was gone means total 48hrs facing issues so kindly request please help . Customer care numbers of time but they are opening ticket.
