    @ACTFibernet Hi this is Mohammed Ibrahim. Since last 10 days I have facing problems with your internet. In a month I just 10 to 15 I’m using internet after all test days are my waste. And you have taken bill amount on time but properly your service not providing to us. I’m gonna to disconect

    @ACTFibernet I have 3 connection from you guys, when there is a power outage, back for the connection only last 1hr, where has few years ago you have installed higher capacity battery and were giving 4 hours of backup, I'm considering changing providers
