    @ACTFibernet In this digital age you guys are taking more than 48 hrs to fix an issue like Wi-Fi. So frustrating. Worst part is that the customer can not even talk to any executive to get resolution. All chats and calls are not based. Worst experience

    @ACTFibernet are you playing a joke. Service is down for 3 days The technical team does not respond. Support team does not responds. You do not give a refund on the disconnection for the service you are not providing for last 3 days. My & mine Wife WFH is ruined.

    @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago its been three days, internet not working, complaint but they are lying about a major fault, I can see woth my eyes only my fibre is cut, Shubham the act salesman told while selling that resoultuion time is four hours, paying 1100/month for nothing.😡
