When trying to get update on above issue customer support team putting on hold and later disconnect on their own. If my issue couldn't be resolved the say upfront. Ghosting is not ethical

They took a security deposit .Due to repeated service issues and multiple unresolved complaints, I finally got the connection disconnected. Their team collected the device, and I completed every step required for closure.
