    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The pathetic quality of service is at display again, there's no internet and ETA to fix it by 1 pm has elapsed again.. if there was competition to be come worlds worst ISP you're KILLING IT

    @ACTFibernet Unfortunately I have been hearing this same statement being made by your customer care executives as well but there is no resolution thus far that has proven satisfactory. Either your team delivers the service for which I paid or received fund the money that I have paid

    Yet another issue. WiFi stays in red whenever there is a power cut and when it comes back. Manually have to remove the power cables from both the routers and reconnect them to fix it. Terrible experience yet again. Can you fix anything?? @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India Other than that customer priority is your last option is what I understood, when I needed the internet connection the most, you people don't even care and you're asking me to wait for so long. Even the days you fail to provide service, you should refund our money, which you don't

    The biggest problem isn’t even the outage. It’s the lack of urgency and accountability after the complaint is raised. Ticket raised. ETR provided. Customer waits. Customer follows up. Still no meaningful resolution. @ACTFibernet, customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase you

    I lost the patience here. Such a pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet . I lodged the complaint at 7:40 AM in the mrng and it's still WIP😑. Without any status of what is happening in the backend. It's not for the first time. But for the Nth time #Poorcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet Your app is a joke and your chat link is a joke it never connects to an agent just waste time by waiting in the queue via phone and gets silly answers working someone will call in 2hrs etc… all lies nothing else
