It's very annoying that the internet service provided by @ACTFibernet it keeps disconnecting twice in a month and they tell it won't be repeated but the same old story continues. Bill is paid on time but the service never improves. Pathetic #actfibernet #internet

@ACTFibernet Ths issue is not resolved yet. Please check with your team and confirm the same with a tweet and also help me out in understanding the exact problem so that it wil be helpful for me to talk to my managers regarding my poor performance due to internet issue.

Given the ISP's high profile presence in TN, expected a professional service. Disappointing that in spite of a message that my internet connectivity will be restored by 7 pm yesterday, no action yet from @ACTFibernet nor is there any update on the ticket raised. Frustrating :(

@ACTFibernet is the worst ever! It’s been 3 weeks since I subscribed to them and I already had issues 5 times! My internet wasn’t working from morning, after complaining service guy calls me to tell its fixed, but it ain’t and then he promises to check it bt phone is switchd off

@ACTFibernet very worst service. I apply a new connection on aug 25 . The network team say no available ports . So I cancel the order. But still not my money refunded almost 14 days cross

@ACTFibernet Worst customer service, no one responds properly. I made an ownership change and it was inactive as there were dues in the old account. When I approached Customer service, one said I have to clear dues. I got an invoice with 3750 and charged 4460. And I paid 4460
