@ACTFibernet service is worst and they do not reply to your concern, the application has an AI which shows the work in progress and the customer care guy just replies that it will be fixed soon but no action

@ACTFibernet For my new connection, when I asked the service representative to shift the router to another room. He agreed to do so, but when I reached him on phone he ended up blocking my number. Is this how a new customer gets treated? Huge disappointment... @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet da way u treat ur customer's is RIDICULOUS. M facng lot of difficulty at my wrk becs of u pple. Evry Fridy to sunday m left wid no intrnt connection. No proper response frm ur team. tdy m here using mobil data to upld diz post. Diz isnt da way u treat ur loyal cx's.

@ACTFibernet I booked new connection on Aug. 28th by assuring your person good service and same day installation, after payment its week over every day I am calling to customer care and reaching sales representative but no response neither they have courtesy to solve, registered Ph9848039940.

@ITS_MoC @DoT_India Please cancel the license of @ACTFibernet , they are just troublesome isp provider in India. They make raise complaint every month and takes 3-4 days to resolve small issues. There customer care is of no use, they dont even answer.

@ACTFibernet When I reported issue initially, the response was quick but when I asked to take immediate action, you guys kept silent and there was no response, whether you will be able to resolve issue same day or not. Poor service even after knowing that multiple customers were affected.
