    Aasmaan se gire khajoor me atke... Disconnected @ACTFibernet yesterday and opted for @airtelindia broadband due to frequent cuts and long resolution time... Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...     @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Using 100 Mbps ACT Fibernet for years, but still stuck with outdated cables that can’t support the speed. Raised a complaint on April 13—no response till now. Extremely poor service. Time to switch to a better provider.🤮

    @ACTFibernet This is a repeated fault and not a one-time issue. Please arrange an immediate technician visit and provide a permanent fix. Also, consider downtime compensation for the service disruption. If not resolved today, I will escalate this further.

    @ACTFibernet Weekly outage due to wire tampering at junction box. No action taken despite repeated complaints. Today: 12:30 AM complaint, no visit till 2 PM. SR11079930861814 Fix permanently or I escalate to TRAI.

    @ACTFibernet Again they closed the ticket without resolution. No reply for the email support team , very unethical. I paid an amount of 1200 for the April month, then my service was suspended for a new bill, with due on April 10. Very unfair trade practice by act internet.
