    @ACTFibernet Nobody has reached till now, this is disgusting behaviour. How hard would it be to manage work at home with no wifi, this is not the first time, this happen often. Very irresponsible service i have ever seen

    @ACTFibernet Hey I got a callback from your customer care support. They told me that someone will come to check what’s wrong with the connection on 28-06-22 but no one came. So guess what you lost a customer now. I hope you guys will improve your service in future because now it sucks.

    @srikanthraviece @ACTFibernet Brother please tell me also how to do that i have waited 7 days for relocation after 100+ calls and several tweets 2 times home visit they tell me now that we cannot provide with the service have requested for disconnection hope that I will get soon.

    @ACTFibernet For the past month internet has been down for atleast half hour each day. And this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. My work keeps getting affected.If you don’t fix this issue once and for all I’m disconnecting this and installing another isp.
