    @ar_chaubey @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

    @ACTFibernet It has been 5 days we have paid for @ACTFibernet connection and they are not responding. Have logged complaint thrice but still no response. Worst service provider in India. If we pay 2 days late for the monthly charges they charge penalty but what for @ACTFibernet .

    @r110u @ACTFibernet Their pathetic service is one of the reasons why they insist on buying 6 months plan. They bind the customers for 6 months so that they don't switch while they make money by not providing continuous service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD this is to let you know how pathetic your customer support available in Hyderabad. We have complained several times to the actfibernet team since last few weeks and until today the Internet keeps dropping but there isn't a permanent solution.

    @ACTFibernet Its been 3 weeks i have taken ACT broadband connection. Till now I had raised 5 Tickets for internet Issue. 1 of them was for whole day, no internet & there was "NO RESPONSE" from your Team. Today again I have Fiber issue:SR10263970637462. Resolution time is 24Hrs !!

    @desaikingis @ACTFibernet agree !!! they forced me to take 6 months plan .. but due to lockdown .. shifted to native ..i asked to suspend it temporary but they charged fully .. even now i clearly asked to activate month plan but they enabled again 6 months .. worst service.
