    @ACTFibernet worst customer service ever! I have called so many times yet didn't connect to supervisor/ manager. It's over 2 weeks and the internet issue is not yet resolved. tech guy ask to call customer service and customer service ask to wait for tech guy to come. Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet Sorry? Aren't you getting my point? I'm reaching out to you almost every week with this issue. They resolve it after 24 hours, my work is getting disturbed. Just give me my refund for this month, I paid on 10th June. I'll look for something else.

    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi One of the most ridiculous customer service - Airtel was much better - Takes 10 calls + wait time of more than 4 hours + hang ups from customer service - issue still not resolved !!! 20 times for new connection not once for fix SR#10357949580272 ,
