    @ACTFibernet What's the status of the reported issue? There is no update yet from your end. I ask your reps to not close the ticket without resolving the issue. Today I again mentioned to the filthy bastard - Dinesh who interacted with me for name sake. But that's closed and i have re-opened

    @ACTFibernet It won't make a difference if i get a resolution at the end of th day. How will I do my office work. Why this issue arises every month? I need a resolution before 12pm.

    @ACTFibernet once the power is down, i loose internet immediately though I get DG power. This issue raised is 3 times already. So far you haven't worked on it. Please tell me if i should move to your competitors. You can check my DM for my account details.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet it’s been more than 30 hours and now has come to look even my issue this is really very cheap service just fooling customers called several times to your support and they fool us by saying within 1 hour technician will come just a shame service

    @ACTFibernet in a week how many times do we suppose to face this issue of no internet. Daily 50% of the time no internet and I am going to file complaint in consumer forum as taking money or else stupid warning messages before due date it self but service not available properly.
