    @ACTFibernet why your service provider doesn't provide fiber connection to all the customers when the jio and airtel is providing this is the basic infrastructure that all the customers should have fiber cable

    We had an issue with act broadband on 14/10/22 as it stopped working. We raised a complain and nobody visited to check for the problem, lastly on sunday a guy came and said its the router problem whereas the router was fine. @ACTFibernet @FiberAct

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet my connection got suspended without notice and I raised ticket SR10266134336606, no response yet and my money still there in ACT account, don't you feel ashamed to deactivate a customer account, who is associated with you for last 5 years !!!
