  @ACTFibernet please disconnect my connection and issue refund for the rest of the months I paid. Frequent disconnections are bugging me.once disconnected and refunded I will be at peace.

  @ACTFibernet worst ever worst service.. Internet not working raised ticket..called customer support he disconnected the call ..last month also faced same issue ..have to do office work 2 days I lost my salary. Worst service.

  @ACTFibernet Pls dnt choose ACT. Horrible exp. In this may month nearly 15 days internet did not work, complaint raised SR10364951792595 there was no action taken and also deleted my complaint. Customer service Raju dsnt hv respect, harsh and rude. #broadband #consumercourt

  @ACTFibernet i had an connection from your service since 2013 , recently my house is being renovated for which i had disconnected your service , and your service guys removed my connection promptly leaving your hub at my residence utilising my power disconnecting my line.

  @ACTFibernet worst service.. internet not working.yesterday I have raised issue till now not resolved..I'm doing work from home 2 days I lost my salary.even last month and this month 2 times. Worst service..will u pay for the loss. I'm getting frustration want use foul language.

  @ACTFibernet it'd now 72 hours going on I raised for connection shifting requests but till now its not happened till daze I lost 2 working days of my office, every customer care is telling it is in process but it's not happened yet, it's a total harassment,
