    @ACTFibernet My internet is down for about 5 days nw, I hv been calling ur customer care and ur customer care representative are the worst ever, they disconnect the call, they put u on hold without ur consent and no help as yet.. still the internet.. worst services ever..

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet 4 hours I was promised a call back from manager it’s been 15 hours I guess the manager is either dead or has resigned ?? I have sent you a DM last night when you asked me for details yet nothing has been prioritised! Cancel the dam connection !!

    See the scam they @ACTFibernet is trying to do. Yesterday in an hour without resolution they closed the ticket and today they reopened again for partial return. ACT I need entire amount @nch14404 @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet I was promised a call back within 4 hrs from a manager yesterday but that never happened! I was transferred by a representative and hung up on! Your CEO should know what the hell is going on. It’s more than 24 hours now I have msg from u that issue will get resolved by 4pm today.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC Has the Worst customer support sysmtem, I would not recommend anyone to get connection from them. Its been 4days since my wifi is down and been complaining since then. Nothing Happened. I m not able to login. My work is affected badly.

    @ACTFibernet I have no Internet for the past 3 days, rude customer service, close my service ticket without resolution and when I call the executive they put on mute and leave. May I know what is happening? Are you going to compensate my salary for 3 days?

    @ACTFibernet Reg compliant no. SR10162681588312 Bad service. No one attended yesterday’s complaint. Today again lodging fresh complaint which means yesterday’s ticket is closed without attend the issue I am losing lots of revenue because of your negligence. Will never renew

    ACTFIBERNET is down for.more thba 24 hours in parts of Indiranagar and they closed the ticket at the 24hrs mark just to make the metrics look good. Shame on them. #ACTFIBER #ACTFIBERNET

    @ACTFibernet I have a CCTV footage as well from my apartment when your technician collected router. I will not let you keep my hard earned with you without service. If you don't give entire amount in refund I have to raise a police case now @nch14404 @jagograhakjago
