    @ACTFibernet since morning I am calling customer care for a port forwarding service. The executives doesn't have clue for that. They are just hanging up my calls. Very unprofessional. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet worst experience with you since 2 years act you guys don’t wait for 2-3 days get my connection suspended i am using it since too long and no trustworthy @reliancejio @airtelindia providing better services than you and plans to now i am getting my disconnection done

    @ACTFibernet I am struggling to get the connection issue fixed. I opted for Relocation 3 days back one person came and had done the wiring no one from tech team has came to fix the connection, I am following up with customer support they are escalating still nothing very done.
