@ACTFibernet I have paid full amount by confirmation provided by ur executive that I will get connection in 2 days. But after 4 days of payment someone called now and said we don't have ports available in server. Is this the way you treat a customer who is willing to joint ACT?

@ACTFibernet your connectivity always sucks. Whenever there's an important work that time only it loses the connectivity. Literally very much pissed off. Have to switch to other ISP like @reliancejio Fibre, the thing I am eagerly waiting for Jio Fibre to start a connectivity.

@ACTFibernet I have not yet received a call back. It's been close to 12 hours. You people are just proving it time to time that you're customer service is the worst in the broadband scense and not helping any of it's users. Period!

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Issue not fixed yet. Facing outages daily and its pure luck to have internet now. Can this be fixed asap? This is going on for a month now. You technicians just call to close the complaint,but no resolution. I am not renewing plan without seeing seamless connectivity

@ACTFibernet yesterday only I applied for your connection and the customer executive said that they will install the wifi by today. Only on this condition I agreed to go ahead. Now, there is no positive response from your team. This is just starting I guess.
