    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet let me know the process for termination of your services. Or else you will see a proper public grievance . The worst support ever seen. You have to pay the penalty for taking the amount upfront and this is big scam.

    On 13 july 2026 my @ACTFibernet stopped working, raised a ticket on app, said will get done on 14 eve, my payment was up, called them to extend date, they said cannot but will adjust for not working days, after ticket closes new charges will get updated then u pay, fine, tq

    if anyone is planning to subscribe @ACTFibernet for OTT, dont risk. They do not know how it works. My Amazon Prime is not working, and they are clueless about how to solve. Their only solution is talk to Amazon Prime. Thats their solution. But i hv given money to @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet We r nt getting any hlp 4m ur technicns. Evn thy r nt bothring for cust pain. Hw we will continue office without intrnt access? It is hppning evry couple of days but no permnt solns provided yet. Intead of drgging d issue. Ur technicns r also g8 they r alwys giving new reasns.

    @ACTFibernet Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone. If this is how they treat customers who have already paid for their service, think twice before choosing ACT. I hope no one else has to go through such an experience. #ACTFibernet #PoorCustomerService #Broadband

    @ACTFibernet what stupidity is this when the due date is tomorrow. How can it be overdue when due date is tomorrow. Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails. You guys suck *Service Alert* Hi, Your ACT Fibernet bill is Overdue and is scheduled for Suspension Account No: 102502773081 Please pay today to avoid suspension of services.
