    @JioCare What is the definition of soon? Is this how you treat your customer? Is it the four to five days are your average resolution time in Chennai? Frustrated. Please disconnect my connection and confirm @ACTFibernet Can you please send me the offers & tarrif at Chennai location.

    @ACTFibernet why does a simple request to joint Cables take more than 2 days to resolve? If it works....no issues but if Stops....very difficult to restart again!!! Hopefully my request will be addressed soon🤞

    @ACTFibernet From 7th October onwards, the Internet has not been working, and your technician has neither visited my flat nor resolved the issue. Tickets are being closed on a daily basis without any resolution. Cases -  SR10277445243824& SR10277456919584 &SR10277468378774

    @ACTFibernet your DHCP system is still locking internet access to the last connected MAC address even after hours. Two different routers show no internet, but direct connection to my Mac mini works instantly. This MAC binding issue is unacceptable, please release my IP lease now

    @ACTFibernet SR10377481779744 raised and no resolutions for 2 days. No internet at home for 2 days. The technician not picking call. Worst service. Worst... I will disconnect your connection and move to different vendor.
