    @ACTFibernet reported about internet issue yesterday morning, made multiple calls and till now nobody even called me back. This is exceptional service. There is an issue with your service every couple months. Please give full refund of my subscription ASAP.

    Been 20 since I raised my ticket , you keep closing it without solving and I repetitively try to raise the ticket again for service , subscribeed for 1 year plan , already tweeted and tried to make you aware before @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet is becoming pathetic day by day, every couple of days connectivity is going off and your customer service people give fake promises everytime, you guys don't understand what's the problem and how it is effecting our work on top of that always an escalation is denied

    @ACTFibernet beware of act fraud. I payed 12 mnths adv with netlfix offer of 250 cb every month.called and confirmed before making payment. Next month the changed the offer saying policy change. Sad to see this being a customer for more than 5 yrs. Will opt out SR10258992290822

    Dear @ACTFibernet I am on act entertainment plan(6mon) which had 300cashback on @NetflixIndia subscription. I updated my 6m subscription and the cashback has been reduced without any communication and no info the website. Can you please help.. @VijayGopal_
