One of the worst internet service provider in Bengaluru area @ACTFibernet . First of all 100mbps net pack will give only 5-6mbps speed on that from past 48hrs my internet connection is down and the customer service people are making excuses for not attending issue. Pathetic!!

Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Paid the bill twice for the previous billing cycle and your team confirmed that I don't need to pay the bill for next billing cycle . Now my account was suspended since 48 hours. And cs doesn't even bother to resolve my issue.@ACTFibernetHYD
