    I have raised a reconnection request for my act connection the service requests got closed but still internet connection is not working and no response from the customer very poor service @ACTFibernet #noresponse #verypoorservice planning to change my broadband connection

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service guys!! Experienced >27 hours downtime twice in just a month. The query was expected to be resolved by 12 but still waiting. Though the query was queed as an Emergency Query, it just didn't work. Below is the query- SR11059388924132

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service from Act in recent months. Too much of disconnection and no proper response from the site engineer as well. Tired of raising tickets. Got dropped off from an important meeting in the middle because of your service.

    @ACTFibernet how beautiful you're? The worst subscription anyone can opt for. The worst employees anyone can hire who are rude to the customers. Service takes entire year but you are found to be no where.

    No Airtel network in Bangalore 560091 area from long time, have good broadband network from Act so please do call me on what's app or Google duo I am tired of complaining to airtel .Act team please see can you get in voice network @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ACTFibernet
