I have called your team several times over the past few days and was able to connect only twice who assured quick resolution but nothing has been done. Decided to disconnect, requesting full refund (Ticket ID: SR10179677073496).

You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . I give up.

As far as your net is concerned , it can’t stay healthy even for 48 hrs. Will you refund for downtime periods from your monthly bill.

I upgraded from a normal 200 Mbps plan to the Mesh Pod plan (paid extra), but the experience has become WORSE. • Speed shows 200 Mbps up/down, but even 1080p videos buffer • Live streams constantly lag

Poor service
