    @ACTFibernet, I am facing issues with my internet connection and I would like to shift my connection to another location. They have just told me to raise a ticket on the ACT Portal App. However, when I try to raise a ticket, I am encountering an error and I am unable to submit it

    @ACTFibernet there are 50+ ACT connections in society and frequent internet breakdown . customer care and tech engineer are so lazy that they stick to 24 hrs rule and do not come promptly to repair which hardly takes 1 hr . shortly we will discontinue if not improve. #Jaipur

    @ACTFibernet as soon as I raise a ticket with ACT, I receive a call from jio sales stating if I have enquired fir jiofibre. And this is no coincidence since it is happening for 3rd time in 2 weeks. ACT to whom I was loyal for their customer services is taking a hit
