    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, We are facing battery backup issue from the box once the power goes off immediately internet is not working even we have a inverter connected to wifi. I have complained 2 times they said will change. Address: Meerpet opp satyam international school.

    Worst customer care service provider. The company is so incompetent that it can not make a simple shifting of connection from 1 location to another in the same city in 3 days time. Also, no proper solution provided over the call. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet WE CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING FOR NOT USING INTERNET .I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESLUT ONLY MY PRESSURE INCREASED AND WASTE OF TIME SPENDING WITH CUSTOMER CARE .WIHTOUT MY KNOWLEDGE THE COMPLAINT TICKETS ARE BEEN CLOSED .ANY HIGHER AUTHORITIES PLS REPOND FOR THIS ISSUE .

    The most pathetic service is @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet . I have raised a complaint as I was unable to access my internet yesterday morning. Till now the issue has not been resolved. I think the team needs to be replaced or woken up?

    @ACTFibernet Look into your customers moving to different service providers? Seems like your company has made a lot of money and the reduction of 1 member doesn't cost you much. Wait for your downfall.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I have been trying to connect to ACT for over a month and my issue is not yet resolved. I face this problem everyday. Everyday I get a call ACT team saying that the issue is resolved but it is in the same state. Very poor service. Really disappointed.

    It would be safe to say that @ACTFibernet has one of the worst customer care service.Wifi is down since morning.Raised a complaint at 7:30 AM.Received a msg saying it will be resolved by 5 PM.Have been trying to spk with custmr support, been in waiting que for more than an hour.

    -Networks like @ACTFibernet who have better network infrastructure and technicians in place to solve any issues with stipulated amounts of time unlike BSNL where there is no time frame for repair it could be indefinite . Even with calling the technicians daily to get the issue
