    @ACTFibernet Act Fibernet just took the payment and now they are saying the two id proofs rejected due to govt. issues photo id is not clear. and now they are not refunding the amount because of the id photo not clear. they dont want to issue refund. not sure why ?

    @ACTFibernet I am a patron of ur service. 103645210975 my subscriber I’d. Service sucks big time, what sucks more is ur customer care. Plan to disconnect act service and go with Airtel or Tata play. Service is down when I need it most urgently

    @ACTFibernet if all issues hv to be resolved thru Twitter then why hv customer care dept. pls disband it, my suggestion. Act can save lot of money which can be used in strengthening infra structure....
