    I want I my money back soon, so that I can switch to @ACTFibernet . Atleast they provide the routers which has inbuild VPN support.

    @ACTFibernet I can confidently mwntion that @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is the worst service provider. No value for tickets raised,follow up calls . Surprisingly you guys are swift enough to disconnect connection for small paymwnt delay from customers end

    @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.

    @ACTFibernet What eligibility? It’s my money n u cudn’t the provide service but want to retain my money. Keep it. No return of router. Adjust it against my credit if you don’t refund. I will break the router on the road, capture a video and post it on social media showing ACT’s true colour

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet Your representative assured me the issue would be prioritized,resolved, and closed within 3 days. LIt’s been a week.Please stop making excuses and resolve the issue as promised.Please raise another disconnection request without making excuses.I need disconnection req immediately

    @ACTFibernet Your internet service is absolutely pathetic. The connection is down, and there’s no proper resolution despite being a paying customer. We pay for a reliable internet service, not constant outages and endless waiting. Fix your network and stop making customers chase.
