@ACTFibernet I have raised more than 7 tickets since 2nd April and without my consent they were always closed. This was over and above my emails to your support team! And today my service has been suspended because of your Teams failure to resolve my issue? Pathetic day by day!

If you never knew what ACT @ACTFibernet stands for.Let me tell you it’s ‘Always Cheap Tactics’. Never ever fall for the offers and add-on subscriptions like @netflix They are not creating bitter experiences but also defaming Netflix. Alternatively @fiber_jio is very transparent👌

I have paid for 300Mbps and @ACTFibernet is giving me 11mbps since last 2 hrs. Their customer service doesnt work, most of the times and their App has a weird feature of filing complaints, which is not even filing a ticket, now a days! What to do?!

@ACTFibernet Very horrible service !!! Since Saturday no Internet. Two days of lockdown, at home no net, total loss of business. And still issue is not resolved on Monday morning. Who’ll pay for all the business lost in three days ??? No help from tech team either. #ACTbangalore
