    @ACTFibernet A/C # 102015011772. Broadband is down since more than 50+ hours and nobody has attended to the complaint yet. Broadband and internet services are essential services and such callous attitude from your end!!! Is this the advantage that we are supposed to feel?

    @ACTFibernet I have paid my bills before due date but still my account is suspended. Customer care confirmed the receipt of payment and said the issue will be resolved in 4hrs. But it's not activated.
