    @ACTFibernet 3 calls to customer care since yesterday, 1 email escalation to the Nodal officer and tweets.. STILL NO INTERNET FOR 3 DAYS !!! What more do I do when I’ve paid for 6 months !! ? I’m feeling helpless

    repeated calls from my end. But my account has been configured with the old router and they need another 3-4 days to configure it to my correct router. It's really shame from a reputed company like #ActFibernet to treat a customer or provide this kind of service to their (4)

    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi It's the 2nd time in month where I am chasing you people to get my internet service back.I raised complaint in morning and got commitment to get call back with in 2 hours .I waited for more than 5 hours nobody even bother to respond.

    @ACTFibernet I got totally cheated by @ACTFibernet . I request all those who see this to opt for a better service provider. I paid more than ₹15,000 for a year of this, and they do not even respond to the complaint. Their links to rate the installation process, and the sales are invalid.

    Pathetic service from #Actfibernet it's been 1 week since I raised a complaint that I recieved a wrong router while taking the new connection. They have given me Dual band router instead of Gigabit router, I raised the complaint on Monday 17 itself that they have given me the (1)

    @ACTFibernet my mobile network often goes off and other end receiver doesn't hear my voice during call after installation of ACT Fibernet WiFi at my home.i am also not getting WiFi calling on my mobile most of the time. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare
