@ACTFibernet why are you tying OTT service account to internet and suspending internet....I have paid 20k advance for a year for internet....and for paltry 295rs why r u discounting internet ? were u guys HIGH when u took this decision?

facing low speed internet from morning @ACTFibernet raised a ticket SR10377971861454 and it has been straight away closed without even a slight progress. no confirmation has been asked for the fix. always facing terrible customer support from ACT.
