    @ACTFibernet hello, we would like to request a full refund of the internet services, as it is violating the consumer rights. Every weekend the ACT fibernet goes down for 5-6 hours in our area which is definitely not part of the features that your plan is offering.

    @JioCare Sir,With due respect I had a great experience with jio. But in the last 2 year it gone from bad to worst both in fibre and mobile.I have already applied for @ACTFibernet and connection will be given in the evening. so I kindly request you to close the accnt and sent me the bill.

    Hey @ACTFibernet your team is frequently failing to meet the SLA and providing false commitments and the engineers have never responded to the phone calls post to the failure / crossed ETA. You guys are leading in providing worst customer experience. SR10376478438854
