    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Engineer, Lakshmi told me that I should receive the call from your department as there is a ticket pending for very long (more than 3 months) but I never got a call until I follow up. Your engineer Lakshmi is very rude and he lies a lot. He is a big lier.

    Aasmaan se gire khajoor me atke... Disconnected @ACTFibernet yesterday and opted for @airtelindia broadband due to frequent cuts and long resolution time... Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...     @ACTFibernet what's wrong with ACT? The Internet stopped working anytime without prior communication. Not at all reliable. If you are taking full money then why is the internet not always available. Why most of the time issues with the internet.

    @ACTFibernet It is intimated that ACT damaged the BSNL OFC cable yesterday near NRI Exchange Jaipur. Kindly arrange for restoration of said fault as the BSNL whole network of this area is completely down which is a revenue loss to BSNL and customer dissatisfaction.

    @ACTFibernet Our internet service had been down for over 30 hours. This company has stopped responding and has blocked all calls / any channel for live help! I can’t even cancel my subscription online. Is anyone accountable for them?
