    @GTPLHathwayLtd For the past month, my internet speed has been very slow, and the connection has gone down multiple times. I created a ticket (#37213455), but the issue is still not resolved. gtpl is no longer reliable maybe it’s time to switch to @ACTFibernet.

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet what’s wrong with your Hyderabad service? Facing internet blackout second time in one month. Customer care is worthless. No way to prioritise resolution. It takes 24 hours. Are we living in stone age? Or you are asking to switch to JioFibre or Airtel?

    @ACTFibernet What pathetic service are you guys running? Second internet issue this month. Just checked the speed. Not even getting 5mbps for the amount being paid that is supposed to get 100 mbps. Fix this issue ASAP. DM'd my details .

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet my service is disconnected today and I have no update on the refund for the amount of Rs.945 that I paid on April 2nd. I have been not using internet all these days and asked to disconnect the service. Today internet is disconnected. I request for immediate refund

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues I have raised a shifting request on 16th of April with the date of shifting as 17th April. However, I have not received any calls regarding the same. Tried reaching out to the customer support and it’s been said that it will be done at the earliest.

    @natarajanv88 @ACTFibernet They cannot say that. Consumer laws in India still have teeth. Deficiency in service is a worthy enough reason to file a case. Please contact me via DM. I will assist you in getting your case filed. Not just the deposit, but we will see they are imposed a hefty costs for this.

    @ACTFibernet I will explain one thing clearly when the customer is taking ACT service you mentioned that is any issue will occur resolve by 24 hours, after facing the internet issue for 13 days still not resolved, you are saying patience is the matter.

    @ACTFibernet Service suspended over disputed OTT charges (₹267) even after plan upgrade with OTT included. Issue was raised earlier and acknowledged by your rep. Disconnecting service during a billing dispute is unacceptable. Restore service ASAP.
