    Paid for a 3-month 100Mbps ACT connection last Sunday. Techs came Tuesday, said the box is broken and promised a fix—no show since then. Calls ignored. Support “escalated” but no resolution. Is this how @ACTFibernet treats customers in Bangalore? #ACTFibernet #bangalore

    @airtelindia The worst customer support with no proper action plan. The fibernet as been down for past 3 days and it's not been fixed. Better opt for @ACTFibernet I just switched to airtel for a better plan but I fell prey to them. I hope others do not.

    @ACTFibernet such a worst customer service internet not working and trying to call from morning on customer care number and there is no option for taking to executive and others option available are useless and just repeating them continously.

    @ACTFibernet I recently bought my own WiFi router and wanted to return the #ACT provided router and stop the rental as well for it. Have been trying to raise the same request via app chatbot, but its not helping, please sort this issue out and fix my billing.

    @ACTFibernet For every 2 days i am facing internet disconnection there is no proper explanation why internet is disconnected. Once i raise the complaint no response from service executive. ACT works perfectly till any issue arise once an issue arise service is very bad.

    @varunkrish @ACTFibernet I have always observed that you complain about the internet being down from the ACT line, and they don't immediately respond! Seems ACT is quite poor in Chennai.

    No internet for over 30 hours! As a loyal @ACTFibernetHYD customer for nearly 10 years (with yearly payments), this is the worst service ever. Constantly giving false ETRs and delaying the issue without resolution. Totally unacceptable. #ACTFibernet #InternetOutage #Frustrated

    @ACTFibernet Is this how you train your technicians to install your internet hub? Despite numerous calls and complaints, no one is bothered to solve the issue! Again, when it rains, this Hub will not work! @Mr Aditya Singh Grewal please look into this!
