@ACTFibernet every month Im facing internet issue 5 to 6 times, and for every complaint u are taking 3 days to resolve, and most of the times u people not even responding for calls. I paid for 6 months... and u say we don't refund amount, but u can disconnect the internet.

Since I have not gotten a resolution and your "team" members don't even have the decency to pick the call and call back. The closing of the tickets without a resolution is cherry on the cake. I am raising a complaint today. @ACTFibernet has the worst service ever!

@ACTFibernet if we pay late we pay fine. When if the service is down and internet is not working. Why should we pay the full amount. Same wise versa you guys have to less the payment amount right? For the past three days internet service is down. And yet it is not being sorted.
