    @ACTFibernet raising 3rd ticket in 15 days span and 2nd for the day SR10366225843674. Always some issue with the connectivity. Not sure why your company is not able to provide good service. Extremely Fed up. Please disconnect and refund us the payment made.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10166307972334 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 09-Nov (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT This how your team responds almost 24 hours to resolve worst experience. Change your customer support. If not give my money back i will cancel your service.

    @ACTFibernet Yes it was resolved after 5 calls to customer care , 3 tweets, 2 Facebook wall posts, 5 Facebook messenger messages... it was resolved .. you think it is a positive feedback situation to be given ?
