@ACTFibernet I have taken Act broadband connection for past two weeks net is not working ticket raised for same SR10954118219678 no response from ACT and we had to call customer care on daily basis to send technician If you can't make people to work please don't start business

(1/2) @ACTFibernet I have raised request for new broadband connection in Gayathri Nagar, Hyd. Told specifically that I'll need it in a day or two. Although that was promised before payment, that guy from act in our area is saying it'll take *10 days* due to some technical issue.

@ACTFibernet you haven't repaired our WiFi connection since four days! Your service technicians are playing hide and seek.. in total we haven't had internet for a whole week now... Are you going to reimburse our forced leaves we had to take because we didn't have internet?!

@ACTFibernet An 8 year old subscriber like me received 25 Calls in last 4 days to pay my bills that too after suspending my connection . But when u call them back they will never connect and is always busy . The worst APP and Website not at all user friendly . Want to switch

@ACTFibernet Lol experience. You got short on managers who cannot handle the customer services. Got a problem seems like Consumer court will be the best way to resolve my issue and frustration caused by your customer service executives

Dear @ACTFibernet, I do not understand why do I need to create a service ticket every second day when the service goes down. Can you please automate the ticketing system and create an automatic ticket for me as you’re unable to keep your promise?
