    @ACTFibernet ticket SR10262293710732 I still do not have any response from ACT team. Still connectivity isn't restored. I've called Airtel Broadband and they are ready to install a new connection today. If ACT issue isn't resolved soon, I'll be switching.

    @ACTFibernet Says that they won't refund the money for the months in future for which I have already requested a disconnection and the service is not in use! @TRAI is this a legitimate reason?

    @ACTFibernet Paid for a new connection 3 days ago. The person is unresponsive since then and no follow ups or updates. Horrible #CustomerService at your end! #unacceptable #badservice

    @ACTFibernet Still noone has contacted or resolved my issue. I am having office it's being difficult since two days now. Can't you resolve it ?

    @ACTFibernet every day i am complaining about frequent disconnection and slow speed but i hope its just a waste to rise request. You tech says we also face same issue waoo this is the service you are giving. Frustrated by your solution and reply.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since yesterday. I am not getting any solution. Request SR11062266002372 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 9/14/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. It's time to discontinue ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Almost two years and have no internet service in my location? How it will be there if you take effor and give connection for one person and then other people will come and take your service, unless you start take action how we will have the connection.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service. Insulting customers by disconnecting. Made false promises, Treating customers as slaves even after taking money for service. All big companies paid the price for insulting customer. wish Act will pay the price and i wil influence to my level

    @ACTFibernet So today is the last day to pay the dues. And my query is still not resolved. And I won't pay you the penny until you guys remove the useless charges. If you want to take the connection down. You guys are most welcome.
