    @ACTFibernet Hi this is Mohammed Ibrahim. Since last 10 days I have facing problems with your internet. In a month I just 10 to 15 I’m using internet after all test days are my waste. And you have taken bill amount on time but properly your service not providing to us. I’m gonna to disconect

    @ACTFibernet , team could please address as priority. I don't have internet from yesterday. The resolution time lines are changing and no answer that when it will fix. Your ticket SR10267537796204 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12-Apr (DD/MM) between 19:30 to 21:00.
