    @ACTFibernet it's been 8 days since there's no internet and no one seems to care. Everyday your cst service teams keeps assuring it will be resolved today. You have left customers hanging when they need it the most bc of WFH.

    @ACTFibernet you people are concentrating only on new connections. After payment done, poor customer service... Refer below message from ACT for compliant no. "Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10362625658869 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app."

    @ACTFibernet I have enough of call backs so far. Resolution is in high demand. Pls arrange a call with management personnel who can decide. Not the technical team who says they will arrange a callback again.

    @ACTFibernet Hi customer care team, I was trying from past 8 hours but unable to connect to customer care numbers provided in app but no response. When I tried with another number as a new customer call i connecting in just a minute.

    @ACTFibernet No courtesy to solve customer grievance, I am paying for 250mbps but your router is capped at 100mbps. Ticket closed everytime without resolution SR10362804379744. Either resolve by change of router or initiate request for disconnection. Pls educate your team.
