    @ACTFibernet real world's number one Poor service.. Cheating people and looting money without giving proper service, if bill due payment one day they charge overdues .. If internet doesn't works for weekly 2,3times for hours they won't give for that refund,

    @ACTFibernet, I am facing issues with my internet connection and I would like to shift my connection to another location. They have just told me to raise a ticket on the ACT Portal App. However, when I try to raise a ticket, I am encountering an error and I am unable to submit it

    @ACTFibernet what's your problem? in 10 days I got my internet 2 time stopped working. Since morning my internet is not working. Ticket no: SR10266897076304 If you can't provide internet then stop your operation and give me my money back. there are lots of services out there.

    @ACTFibernet Your sales and Billing Team have some confusion on the Billing side, and it is a problem on ACT end. I am not going to suffer for this, Request for re-connection has been placed with customer service team, please get it processed within the hour.

    @ACTFibernet there are 50+ ACT connections in society and frequent internet breakdown . customer care and tech engineer are so lazy that they stick to 24 hrs rule and do not come promptly to repair which hardly takes 1 hr . shortly we will discontinue if not improve. #Jaipur
