    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. It’s been 6 days and there is no internet. Have raised a complaint in the app SR10177123655134. From last 5 days the ETR keeps changing. Pathetic customer service with useless bot with no other means to communicate. Kindly look into the matter.

    @airtelindia 2/2. Now, Can't make new request as ole 1 is pending. nd old request can't be closed by me or customer care. Hv mailed CEO and CFO along with cust. care more dan 10 times. No response. Sorry @ACTFibernet 4 migrating from you. You guys were awesome with service.

    @ACTFibernet @keerthivasangaj Which location are you referring to as the issue resolved? Mine hasn't yet and the service representative who is assigned doesn't care to respond at all. I prefer moving to Jio Fiber, request you to refund the full amount I already paid for the next 6 months. SR10177153108604

    @ACTFibernet Very pathetic service, we've requested for a leased line in Chennai, paid charges and no one to called us then. No replies to our calls. Waiting for 10+ days after payment is no good. My Reference:103769692183. Can someone really concerned take action. @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet such a shame, have been trying for refund from weeks, still hadn’t received it. Customer support tram keeps rerouting the call and then cut at the end. Hours wasted following up 102659348373 - account number (deactivated, router is also given)
