    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD compliant no. SR11763903011234 after 6 day still no resolution provided. Everyday in the morning they say the technician will visit by today & no body comes. Its been 6 day. Even nodal officer also not providing solutions.PATHETIC SERVICE experienced.

    @ACTFibernet ACT not able to start internet connection from last 4 days. I lost salary of 4 days. Even they can not refunded the amount. Please don't choose ACT in any situation. Worst service Ever.

    @ACTFibernet never experienced such a worst network provider, I feel ashamed to tell that I’ve been using this service for 8+ years. I was give a wrong router telling that it has more speed paid extra bucks, now I am asked to change again and pay.

    @ACTFibernet During nov 2021 I had asked for a new ACT connect and the concerned person help to get the request raised and payment was made. Later they said that connect was not possible in my area. The request got cancelled in a week, but the money is not yet refunded.

    @Venk_SA @ACTFibernet Same thing happened to me. They take money in 5 mins and then don’t give a damn about what happens later. I disconnected their horrible service and now I have to beg for my own money. Should take this company to court. #ACTwifiSCAM

    @ACTFibernet No it has not. Internet is not working again right now. If i switch the router off and on it works for a few hours and disconnects again by itself. I received a call from 040 4928 1299 yesterday and he wanted me to open the browser but i was not at home that time.

    Tried to lodge a complaint with @ACTFibernet using its app. And it sucks as automated support chat covers hardly any issues and no path for human chat or callback in case automated chat doesn't cite the issue you are facing. That's bad customer service.
