    Don't buy @ACTFibernet connection they are complete fraud, it's been just 1 month since I have taken connection and internet went off more than 10 times. Customer support is also useless. Complete Fraud!!!

    @ACTFibernet I signed up for a new connection yesterday and did not expect this kind of horrible service from Act .. installation was supposed to happen yest .. till today no one even responds - I have wasted 1 day sitting on installation … I am now thinking of cancelling

    @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - down since morning. Issue expected to be resolved before 9pm. No improvement. Similarly few days back SR10381520525554 raised and the outage was 3 days. I want compensation for the total 4 days without internet and extra for the inconvenience.

    @ACTFibernet such a pathetic service and pure incompetece from your team. 5 escalation, 2 hours spent over phone call, 8+ calls to your team. Every agent says 24 hours since last 4 days . 0 accountability and 0 ownership. No value of customers #internet SR10281728990184

    @ACTFibernet Bravo @ACTFibernet , 24 hours on and still no resolution. What gives? Seriously you cannot be this incompetent? It’s a simple matter of fixing whatever is broken, no rocket science here. It’s a waste of time and money taking you to consumer court. Just have to suffer you’ll!
