    @ACTFibernet one of the pathetic ISP and customer care. Took new connection 15 days back 300mbps with mesh,i started seeing packet drop 37-40% every 5 mints. Raised request but kept on changing ETA, now i have disconnected connection but haven’t received any refund communication

    Hi @ACTFibernet again started facing issues within a month. Will I get refund now. Out of 3 months paid atleast, 5 days internet did now worked in first 1.5 month

    @ACTFibernet recently I active my wifi and do recharge but it's almost 5 hours and wifi is still not working. I miss my already 3 meeting and I got delayed in my work so please do something otherwise I will discontinue the wifi.

    Had a horrible experience dealing with @ACTFibernet today in delhi, the wifi has not been working for 2 straight days now and to make matters worse, their "customer support reps" refuse to pick my phone or reply to my many many messages.

    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     @ACTFibernet #Patheticservice I have been a customer of ACT since 2016 nd never have I faced such pathetic service. It's over 9 days now nd SR10180616919614 is yet to be attended. I guess Uguys Rnot bothered about old customers. Nother issue is Uhave not deactivated my old accs.

    Dear Friends, I don’t know how wants to hear this and who is gonna benefit from it, but if you options, which you will for sure, then please do not opt for @ACTFibernet as your WiFi service provider. 20 days no Refund pending yet. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet Why do I have to make over 10 calls and wait for hours on call to get a Wifi installed (despite after making a payment)? Absolutely terrible service No one from backend or escalations team even calling back after several escalations!

    @ACTFibernet Refund got credited today. Been a ACT customer for the last 4 years, thanks for the services, Btw I had to make a disconnection request only because of delay and miscommunication caused by local ACT team for relocation of router within the building.
