when you reject any service the service provide @ACTFibernet ask the reason, Ok we are supposed to explain. But continuously daily who ever represent @ACTFibernet calling and are we there to explain? who ever calling from @ACTFibernet. Worst marketing technique.

@ACTFibernet I got a new installation on 14-Nov. I paid the full amount for 3 months internet and router as pitched by sales, now after just 45 days my connection has been suspended stating unpaid dues, raised multiple complaints over the past 15 days but no help.acc 101663469479

@ACTFibernet Hi, 1.bill wrongly generated,called customer care but no resolution. The amt for the previous bill is wrongly showing full month bill for ₹837 rather than only 14 days Pro rata ₹400. Also the amount for (6+1) 7 month plan is wrong as per my plan selection.
