    @ACTFibernet it’s pathetic that your team is not able to restore fiber cut after 3 days,my connection is down since 25th june and till now not yet resolved, my ticket id for your ref SR11765209259914

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet ACT is providing worst service in Hyderbad. First thing i do every morning is to raise a ticket that internet is not working.Ticket raised for disconnection is closed without any discussion.Even if you take that, please dont subscribe for 6 months bcoz yu they dont care once paid

    @ACTFibernet your internet connection drops every 10 days and it takes 24-48 hours for the service to be restored! The connection has gone again this morning. I may have to reconsider moving to another internet provider!

    @ACTFibernet Hey I got a callback from your customer care support. They told me that someone will come to check what’s wrong with the connection on 28-06-22 but no one came. So guess what you lost a customer now. I hope you guys will improve your service in future because now it sucks.

    @ACTFibernet Without resolving the issue, the ticket was closed, the record is updated with my alternate number. It's been a week with no fix and infact you deactivated my account.

    Area engineer updates on call it will be fixed in 30 mins, customer care updates by tomorrow 6 pm. Area: Seshadripuram, Bangalore How pathetic. Last network outage was on 23 June and before that it was on 7th June. Great job @ACTFibernet P. S. Caught on recording (Tweet 2/2)
