    @ACTFibernet It's been only 9 days I got my connection from you guys and the first promise was there will be no internet fluctuations. My wifi is showing no internet since yesterday! No proper response from your team and I don't even know what is the issue! It's wfh! Fix it plz!

    @ACTFibernet do not believe ACT, from past 1 week no resolution for my issue. They will take power our home but they don't give discount. Worst customer service. Don't believe @ACTFibernet and don't give power to ACT from our home. I should get power discount.

    @ACTFibernet I feel this is one of the worst internet service. I made a shifting request recently it took 5 days and later on there was no connection for 2 days and from yesterday my wifi is not working,when called the executive they do not respond. Disgusting @ACTFibernet Vizag

    Worst Customer service and unprofessional way and no response of attending shifting requests in Visakhapatnam and it takes ages for them to hear a customer and seriously considering for changing to other better service providers by @ACTFibernet @actfibernetvizag @ACTFibernetHYD
