    If you are in BLR never buy your wifi connection from @ACTFibernet. Worst service out there with virtually zero customer support. 12 days since a plan change request and no one has showed up. Now got a msg from them saying if I dont pay for the old plan they will cut the wifi.

    @ACTFibernet I’ve been facing repeated connectivity problems for months, with multiple tickets already raised earlier Currently the internet may be working, but it is highly unstable and unreliable, dropping frequently without warning. Raising new tickets each time is not a permanent solution

    @ACTFibernet Broadband connection outage again for more than 3 hours. I am experiencing this type of outage 2-3 times every month. Not satisfied with the service while students are online preparing for the JEE advanced final exam. Ticket number SR11779914474304.

    I have raised 2 tickets in the ACT app, 1st one was not actually closed, got a call from team and they crtd new ticket by closing 1st. New ticket was automatically closed again, without any followup, I reopened, now again its closed without any resolution @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC

    Very poor experience with @ACTFibernet. Within 1 week of installation, facing frequent disconnections and unstable service. This is unacceptable. If not resolved immediately, I will discontinue and switch to another provider. Kindly escalate and fix ASAP SR10380004426124

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected. Consistency matters just as much as speed. #Hyderabad #Internet #ACTFibernet
