@ACTFibernet has the most rubbish customer service. Haven't had internet for 24 hours. Their staff just unilaterally decides to close tickets without solving the problem. Field force lies to them about having visited and fixed. This company is farcical ! #actsucks

@ACTFibernet I had applied for a new connection of act and sales person took documents and i have made the payment but the installation is not done till date though my estimated time of resolution was yesterday no technician has come to install the internet. How much more wait ?

My elderly parents are struggling to conclude a pending installation by @ACTFibernet -been over 4 days Ticket no: SR11055175086897. They need to deal with an agent who took the money and avoids calls and an equally unprofessional custom service. Shame!

@ACTFibernet Internet is not working again .This is the 2nd time this week.I keep getting this junction box issue (6times in last two months ) and asked for permanent solution but seems like u don't care and time to try jee ISP.Please let me know how to close the connection?

@ACTFibernet Thank you for your service,installation & everything is done, but the problem is the sales representative promised to give free router & installation with my plan but the installer just gave the connection & went when I asked where is the router he told, as per the plan no router
