Madhav Vasanth (@tisismadhav) reportedHey @ACTFibernet, I’m paying for a 400 Mbps plan but consistently getting only ~100 Mbps or less. I’ve raised 4 to 5 complaints, and every time the same technician is assigned. He asks me to close the ticket using the OTP without actually fixing the issue.

Yesterday yiur helpline asked me to pay pro-rata for 400mbps upto yesterday and 1100/- which and paid. After payment of over RS.7500/- today you suspended my internet. You are total frauds.
