@pkayt @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet will neatly ignore this comment like they do the internet down. #CustomerService I have not got a call yet about any fix or any ETA for fix. Or even that they are working on it. I should assume that they are working for fixing. All i get it there is delay in fixing

@ACTFibernet Wifi is not working from last 3 hours. Yemalur Kempapura Main Road societies. Raised complaint, called technician, nd der s no resolution. Tech is instead giving excuses nd not understanding. Its a Monday and people work from home in hybrid environments. Resolve asap

@ACTFibernet .. Mandous storm has come & gone in a jiffy.. Chennai GCC has cleared the broken branches & trees, and all possible wastes in 48 hours... Only ACT fibernet is still working on getting their lines up for its customers for more than 72 hours...with no ETA , nothing
