    @ACTFibernet Absolutely rubbish service, it’s been 5 days and still no proper response. Everyday same lies that it will be fixed today, before 9 am, then 11 am or by 12 pm and then a message comes pushed back to another 24 hours. Ridiculous!

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer support ever facing an issue in my internet connection since yesterday ETA was 5 May, but no resolution yet. Today I was informed abouyt issue near high-tension wire, but no clear timeline given. This is impacting my work. Kindly resolve ASAP

    Hi @ACTFibernet @FiberAct we have raised complaint for non working of our internet connection on Sunday vide number SR11880100226894 and it is not yet resolved. Our workings is getting hampered, kindly resolve urgently. Else we will file complaint on @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet is the worst service provider you can ever opt. They talk more and do nothing. I paid ₹750 for Amazon Fire stick on 20th April. The same needs to be given with activation within 3 days at max. It's been more than 10 days and no response. Say no to @ACTFibernetHYD

    Hi @ACTFibernet this is regarding my request SR10280004314794. It’s been over 5 days with no internet since 29th April. Every day I’m told “24 hours,” but there’s no resolution. If you’re unable to fix it, please be transparent. Very disappointing service—not recommended.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, one thing you did very fast is service Disconnection ticket raised and it Disconnected with in same day, thanks for that, along with me and 2 other who has connections from same CP box has switched to Airtel. Can you look in to the CP box shifting ticket which is pending
