    Hey @ACTFibernet 2nd time this week I lost internet connectivity. Even after 30hrs of raising a complaint didn’t receive as much as a call back from the technical team. What kind of pathetic service is this.

    @ACTFibernet This is WRT SR10263555705249, the ticket was closed without attending the issue or providing any resolution. 3 times ticket got closed immediately. Unprofessional behavior. Very #pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10263561222304 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 11/26 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT Issue is not resolved yet. Kindly work on this

    @ACTFibernet i got a new connect a week ago and since then i have not been getting connection. Can I please get someone to fix it or should i throw all the boxes away . 7 th time raising complain in last 7 days

    @ACTFibernet You have increased speed but haven’t thought of replacing the routers to match that. Today when every other ISP providing compatible routers you cannot expect customer to buy new routers. Fix this asap else I am switching to Jio or Airtel. #poorservice #broadband

    Poor & unprofessional service by @ACTFibernet Chennai.I've filed the same complaint thrice & every time service engineer calls & says "I've closed the complain ticket today,but I'll fix it in 2 days. Pls don't reopen". And he never shows up to fix the issue!
