    @ACTFibernet worst or pathetic are small words to describe your service. Filled a complaint on 14/08 and after 24 hours your team extends it for 3 more days and reason for no internet connection is your ex act user disconnected the fiber optic box and im not getting internet .

    @ACTFibernet I must say, there was a quick call back after our conversation here. The connectivity was restored on 11th aug, but stopped working after few hours. After half a day of outage on 11th, it got restored again.

    @ACTFibernet Respected sir There is a very bad quality of Net service in Zeba bagh area of Asif Nagar , Hyderabad Please rectify the problem immediately. Otherwise we will be forced to move to some other service provider Land Mark: Near Ahmed Function Palace and Ahmed Cafe

    @ACTFibernet r u mad waste fellows. I raised complaint today morning at 6am since internet was down SR10160988811832 but u pupil never attempted to fix it. WFH is going on u pupil never care. Return my money and take out your worst network. Bette go got @jiofiber

    @ACTFibernet It is utter despair and shame to inform that the service engineers who visits the premises in resolving the issue has got no sense and worst attitude. I have been the customer since years and my property is being for multiple connections. No courtesy at all.

    @ACTFibernet fed up with you service and your customer care employee who pics my call sit on mute then disconnect.I have an offer for every customer who is paying and still suffering from Act Fibernet Dump them and get connection from local broadband and I will pay 1 month for u

    @ACTFibernet And your Customer representative disconnects the call whenever i say this issue or they Will simply transfer the call to other executive , really tired of calling you support number

    @prashan84835093 @ACTFibernet Switch to other ISP already. The service standards have gone down severely. They don't care if you die or your house is on fire due to their faulty equipment. Read their Terms and Condition, it says so.

    @ACTFibernet Seriously. It was clearly looking like that you trained all of your employees for exactly this feedback . Disconnecting the calls or giving rude answers and i have names of the employees too

    @ACTFibernet Please note ACT technician called and informed the problem will be fixed in an hour @ 12:30 and it's 15:05 now Still no resolution.. please escalate.. definitely disappointed with the service..

    @ACTFibernet Firstly why do you need our location. Don’t say you need to make user experience better because you don’t need to know our location for that. First try to fix bugs in your app later on you can provide internet.
