    Great Service @ACTFibernet!! I've had no Internet for 24+ hours at the end of EVERY MONTH. And at the end of every month I spend one hour on call where your customer service puts me on hold for 45 minutes. Great job!! @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet where r u ACTFibernet you are not in Hyderabad Air since 5 days and no technical persons are seen on the field and resolve the issues of the technical snag ACTFIBER is not taking acting

    @ACTFibernet Complaint number SR10365822129884 Service from ACT has been deteriorating and now there is no resolution to complaints raised 2 days back. It is going to be 2 days in office without net. We are forced to think of changing to other service providers.

    @ACTFibernet I am Karthik from madurai. My Internet is not working from last 4 days. I have messaged the person who initially installed it and tired of numerous calls. Also raised the ticket-SR11465833144274. Can you pls fix it asap. I regret of not choosing Airtel/Jio .

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet Thanks for your response. It's been very frustrated in a month I'm getting 3-4 issues with broadband. This is the way the act technicians are working. If this continues I'm going to port my services to another broadband. Make sure the issue will resolve soon.

    @Lolo_lita_ @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Same I've been struggling with the network problem for months. Idk what's wrong with network provider. Act network is worst. Whenever i tried to contact them they don't answer it properly they just asked some queries in customer care section.

    @ACTFibernet I still have three open complaints, they are not respond my call also, Even if I call, they call in hold 30 - 40 minutes.I leave it up to you to decide what to do with such a service. Please don't go with ACT this my suggestion and my experience.

    @ACTFibernet Kindly resolve the issue in Hyderabad as well, we don't have internet connection since 9th sep noon. I have also raised a ticket on the App whose ETR has been updated to 10th. As working from home like this is getting difficult. Kindly look in to the issue ASAP Thanks!

    @ACTFibernet Deeply disappointed with the service. I have mentioned i have urgent works, still there is no escalation of the complaint. I have been using ACT from 2015 and this is not gud at all. Just some days back I paid for a 6 months renewal bill.
