    @ACTFibernet I am a recent purchaser of your internet connection service. As per the package details, I was promised access to Amazon videos. However, despite paying for the subscription, I have not been granted access to Amazon videos.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD SR10176873739754 ETR provided was 9 PM and it is 10 PM now no update and no proper customer care as well to respond. Not gonna continue my plan anymore. I’m not paying a single rupee for the next month 4 outages in a month with no updates

    @ACTFibernet It has been more than a week since I complained but no one called nor resolved the issue (SR10176798872066 and SR10176791575304). Even escalated the issue to the nodal officer but no response. Is this the way you treat your customers . Very bad management.
