    @ACTFibernet It's been close to a year since I gave up my connection and i still crappy auotmated calls asking me to restart. Customer care disconnected my call twice.

    @ACTFibernet The worst customer care ever, when you guys don't have professional team don't call yourself as best. Now you guys stopped the complaint raising option through the App and customer care number not reachable.

    @ACTFibernet Regarding Update Plan for account 103332940299. As of now my account is de activated for non payment but am trying to update my plan from 6M plan to 1M plan . I have mailed your help desk still no response. Please help to re activate as soon as possible

    @ACTFibernet No resolution provided by ACT. 3 Months over.. Many ticket raised and closed without any solution. Worst customer care by ACT.. Never to go for ACT connection. Very bad experience..

    @ACTFibernet Dear Mr. Bala Malladi, I want to remove the connection. Pls let me know the process. It is absolutely useless service you guys provide. My issue is still not resolved, for payment you guys call up thousand times, but the service you guys provide is utterly useless.

    @ACTFibernet Again i have trouble from act fiber .. And i want to make sure i post this at every social media.. I called up customer careens asked why my internet is not working .. the customer care associate tells me that there is a disconnection at the power box ..

    @ACTFibernet Acct - 102529643375. My tickets are getting closed automatically without being resolved from last 20days. I did all the follow ups but nothing is happening. Only option left is switch to different vendor. Never expected this kind of service from @ACTFibernet
