    @ACTFibernet poorest internet connection you can get in chennai. Its a wonder if you get continues connection for 10 mins.Service technicians are useless. If you want to watch HD movies in tv please avoid this brand. Fed up! Need to change.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No internet in Road No. 24 for the past two days. Been trying all your executive.nos. none of them pick the call. Such a disgusting service. To get ypu networking is a herculean task. Shameless bunch of guys

    @ACTFibernet you have been very consistent in providing inconsistent network.Every other fortnight there would be some or the other issue.And the tickets never get resolved on time. Ticket#SR10163803809024

    @ACTFibernet Service is now restored. What is your SLA for such outages. Is it >30 hrs. Seems ridiculous isn’t it? I seek a refund with the amount of pain and torture you have put me thru. This month has seen >5 days of outage (>110hrs of outage per month)! Sickening.
