    I made the payment y'day after waiting for a month and after the payment, the next day internet is not working @ACTFibernet. The service guy requested my to not raise a ticket but doesn't show up himself for the resolution.Has been lying for the last 5 hours. Missed exam again.

    @ACTFibernet today again at 8pm lost internet and I have been told that person is visiting within 30min, later when called back, was told will visit next day. now he has seitched off his mobile. already beared enough, cancel plan immediately

    @ACTFibernet I will now be filling a complaint on consumer grievance portal and make sure that I don't continue with @ACTFibernet and ensure that all the connections in my building are terminated by the builder and give chance to Jio or Airtel or even Excitel, but not these losers.

    As I said, this wifi service is pathetic and goes down every week! Punctuality at its best, never misses a week, my ticket - SR11080611760224 for today’s struggle with ACT wifi. Can’t you guys work on it and fix it in my area for good? @ACTFibernet
