    @ACTFibernet What sloppy operations, impossible customer service and don't care attitude! It's already 24 hours but internet is still not restored. Absolute lack of accountability.

    @malikgarv Proof of residence inside a home needs to he decentralised lol. My previous flatmate had so much trouble once the flatmate who had ACT connection on her name moved to US. @ACTFibernet logs out other person if one is logged in. Ah. Joint ownership of these things should be there😝

    @DoT_India @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Issue is not resolved yet. I have received a call from ACT billing team and explained my problem to them. They have said a discount of 200 will reflect in the bill in 48 hours but no signs yet. Is it a lie? I have call recording. I can share if needed!

    @ACTFibernet Your support is not able to address simple issues and osing the request without any resolution. Below is the ticket no. SR10261780456922. Very bad customer care service. And the support service in app is very bad which doesn't cover the queries. Please look into it

    @ACTFibernet I paid the amount on just one condition yesterday that installation and internet service will be started same day.... Still nothing happend.. Refund quickly no question asked

    @ACTFibernet Raise a complaint and use for some time. This should be your advertisement . Connection lost again! Your system doesnt even recognise the error when it is down. Raising service req6 again to use for some more minutes. Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet i have 3 connections. One has connectivity issues. Talking to your customer care for many times for three days continuously and still nobody cares to resolve it. Totally waste.

    @ACTFibernet My user ID 103403719528, internet stopped working now. Can this be checked and addressed ASAP? I am not sure why the internet issues are happening frequently now with ACT fibernet, very disappointing.
