    @ACTFibernet Act fibernet is the one of the worst service providers in Tirupati. Instead of doing publicity spend some time on resolving user queries with in the TAT. Completely lost trust on the service provider.. How the team is closing the tickets without taking confirmation.

    @ACTFibernet my internet has been frequent disconnecting . Have raised this complaint multiple times which they asked me to change the router. It’s 1 year now , when I brought the router provided by ACT was supporting later then u guys changed my plan without causing the issue

    For Acct No. 109879986, there was no internet for 5 days after the cyclone in Chennai. It took so many complaints for getting back internet. You've not bothered to reduce the bill for the lost days in December. Horrible stuff this js @ACTFibernet. Previously you used to #horrible

    @ACTFibernet internet issue has been resolved 3 days before. Now again its not working this is what I am facing every month still I have due to 15th Jan. After that I am going to disconnect act

    @ACTFibernet worst service! Every other day I have a complain of internet not working. Will I have any proper solution! I am leaving a metro city and resolution is done for just closing the complain! The complain of internet not working arise as soon as the complaint is closed

    @ACTFibernet #ACTBroadband is pretty unstable since this morning. Connections seem to disconnect frequently every 2-3 hours. Pls fix it. Unable to lodge a complaint via act app.. just times out every time

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD That's upto you guys now that how you fix this, my billing date is 10th day of the month.. If you don't restore service that will be the last day with you after using your service for a long time, definitely I'll be forced to opt for another service provider.

    @ACTFibernet Hi my act fiber net account number is 101011038458 You guys give us messages calls and other things trouble us to pay bill on time but at the time of service and complaints there is no response and your app shows we can’t take direct complaints
