    It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility

    @ACTFibernet Respective worst service provider in a month act is stop working for 4 days this is how your service is. Other than act remaining all are working good only. What a worst service it is.

    @ACTFibernet they can't even provide an ETA for no internet issue. That's their service, if you go by airtel Or jio you will receive an ETA, never spend your hard earned money on their internet and their false promise

    @ACTFibernet If service was not available at my location, why did you take my payment and complete my KYC? I was repeatedly told that installation would be done today/tomorrow. Now you’re saying service is unavailable. Please explain. SR: SR10281716726487

    @ACTFibernet @PrabuPrithik Primarily ask your staff Mr Sriram to respond to multiple calls (8925820780)for service,next advice him to be calml while your customer calls out of frustration.Advice him not to shout around with your client,we are not receiving free service.More than 20 calls went unattended.

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet I signed up for a new connection yesterday and did not expect this kind of horrible service from Act .. installation was supposed to happen yest .. till today no one even responds - I have wasted 1 day sitting on installation … I am now thinking of cancelling

    @ACTFibernet I paid for activation of my internet plans almost 2 wks ago, but service is still not installed. Technician visited once, customer care has been unhelpful, and not responding despite assurances. This is unacceptable. Resolve immediately!
