    @ACTFibernet paying amount after 4 day's i got new net connection,not even 1 day completed using the net,again net connection is no network at all,i think tou guy's have taken a pledged to make a trouble to consumer,i just fedup with complaining again n again,just refund my money

    How come you are so consistent @ACTFibernet ? Consistent in poor service. Raised 5+ tickets for internet issues within a month and you guys are saying same cable issues. You are poorest at its best. #ActFiber #WorstService

    @ACTFibernet Call i already had with customer care but they are saying it will take 24 hours to resolve, till then how shall we work from home kindly advise. Without internet its very difficult to work. Technician has not responded properly, they did not checked anything, no one came.

    @ACTFibernet whats wrong with your internet guys, can't even stream amazon prime properly, zoom calls show your internet is unstable and whatsapp calls have staggered voice. This is the 7th time I am writing to you guys in 4 months for some or the other issue.

    @ACTFibernet When they want you to buy the connections they are so diligent then they keep arguing with you as soon as one starts having issues.i want the junction box removed from my vicinity within 24 hours.if you can set timelines & logic for me .then even I have rights on my own property

    @ACTFibernet After multiple follow up also you team is at worst. Remove the boxes from our apartment. It's waste of being your customer. Local providers are very best than ACT. Most underrated service you are providing.
