    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     @ACTFibernet Whenever a complaint about a disconnection arises, it takes you at least two to four days to fix it, whereas other Wi-Fi companies resolve the same issue within half an hour to an hour. Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

    Hello @ACTFibernet @FiberAct You have the most useless wifi service It's been 5 days since the internet is down and there is 0 action on your end Neither anyone is bothered enough to address the issue nor your engineer is picking up calls. Most useless ISP.

    @ACTFibernet Also your customer care raised a ticket to replace my mesh routers since weeks. Nothing came from your side. When i call customer care they simply cut the call. Why dont you shutdown your services?
