    @ACTFibernet you people are very stubborn, it's been 4 days wire has been broken i have made 15 calls to coustomer care. No response same answer we will solve the issue!

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, It was very pleasant experience till I was a customer of ACT. But when I raise a disconnection request Things started moving other way round. It has been over a week and I did not get my refund still. Many phone calls, tickets and mails. No action.

    @ACTFibernet This is the standard response I get everytime. Nothing will ever change. You will continue to fleece your customers who trust you and pay their bills 3 months in advance hoping for a trouble free connection. @ACTFibernet sucks big time.

    @ACTFibernet For the last couple of days I have been dealing with bad network, and today since morning I had NO network at all, and just now I was updated that there was maintenance work that was happening with no prior update or heads up. Ridiculous service!

    Sir,I have a new connection of your ACT Fibernet your service manager told me that the range of the 5G connection is 8 m , but when I installed it your executive told me that the range is only 3m and the speed of the connection is also very poor @ACTFibernet my number 9910809995

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection is down again today and this is the 4th time I’m raising a complaint/request in one week. This is very bad customer service! Request you to escalate and resolve this issue ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet Thank you. Also there is no procedure to escalate any issue. Mere complain registration doesn't serve any purpose. Kindly connect customers to representatives who can take quick decision. I'm WFH due to pandemic, without internet it will be difficult to complete my tasks.
