    @ACTFibernet Arre yaar when do you plan to resolve my issue. I gave paid 9k for 6 months to upgrade plan. Are you even considering to fix my plan or ignoring. APPEAL TO ALL MY FRIENDS THIS IS THE UNIMAGINABLE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM @ACTFibernet please think twice before going for this.

    @ACTFibernet My service request SR10179910546804 hs bn pnding with no proper action.The assigned person Nikil is not taking any initiative r providng updates from 5 days. This delay is unacceptable. Please escalate a nd resolve this issue immediately. #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet What the hell again and again? So much internet issues. Not even a single month you have provided good services... Everything issues only from your service provider. I have paid bills on time and still have to go through so much crap from you. Stupid Shame on you.

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     I could find many others, who have also reported the same internet connection issues to the same X handle @ACTFibernet. And they were also left unresolved. This is very bad. I am switching to other service provider very soon. It is affecting my work.

    @ACTFibernet Hey, My setup with a 12V Router UPS worked perfectly until you recently installed this new 5V Media Converter. Now my internet drops during every power cut because the converter doesn't have backup. I want you to fix this. Ticket :SR10179993009814, SR10179999813282

    @ACTFibernet I’ve been facing repeated connectivity problems for months, with multiple tickets already raised earlier Currently the internet may be working, but it is highly unstable and unreliable, dropping frequently without warning. Raising new tickets each time is not a permanent solution

    @ACTFibernet What pathetic service are you guys running? Second internet issue this month. Just checked the speed. Not even getting 5mbps for the amount being paid that is supposed to get 100 mbps. Fix this issue ASAP. DM'd my details .

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Very upset with your recent service. Waited 2 days for a technician after raising a complaint—intermittent internet the whole time. After 8 years, switching to JioFiber. Please value your existing customers.

    i don't know what is wrong with @ACTFibernet i have been waiting since 3 months for a refund of a 6m plan they have charged from me despite my relocation and closure of services i have also raised a complaint with @nch1915 and my grievance docket is also pending for 7 days

    Still no response from @ACTFibernet Please refund my money, I will go for better service. Despite posting it in public forum, you don’t have minimum responsibility and sense to resolve this issue. REFUND MY MONEY
