    @ACTFibernet we dont have internet from past one week, No one answers our calls. Not sure what's going on. This is really annoying.. please look in to the issue ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet I have mailed you the details. Your customer care has said that there is NO REFUND OF ADVANCE AS PER POLICY and this advance will be transferred to balance of another ACT ACCOUNT. Advance is the contact between the customer & client to refund & not transfer to another customer!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Tell me, is this the way you treat your former customers? Now you want us to pay 3 months bill despite not using the connection for more than 1 year. Your executive never sent us a confirmation email about disconnection. And instead asked for 1500 rs.

    @ACTFibernet sick and tired with your pathetic service. Every week once your service malfunctions. Why don’t you accept that you are bot capable enough? Why don’t you release a statement that with @ACT will always need another internet connection,else you might lose your job.

    @ACTFibernet Can you please help as your customer service is pathetic? Raised 3 complaints and >20 calls about the same issue in last 1.5 months and no luck. A/C No: ACT101368694405. And finally, I have decided to disconnect the network. Please help me in getting the refund.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, I've logged so many complaints many times for the intermittent internet connectivity. But the team has not fully resolved the issue. Today again raised complaint for no connectivy, let me see if this resolved atleast this time. From Hyderabad.
