    I’ve had a poor experience with @ACTFibernet as service requests take 2–3 days to resolve after raising a ticket. Kindly look into this issue at the earliest.

    Dear @ACTFibernet, your internet service in west delhi is available for 2 days and unavailable for 5 days in a week. Either refund me the amount for 2/3 months from my plan or get it working. Your complaint system is a joke! Seriously come on guys. #actfibernetsucks

    @ACTFibernet One of the worst experiences with @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My internet has been down for 1.5 days, no resolution & no response from your team. I’m discontinuing ACT and switching to a local provider. Extremely disappointed. #ACTFibernet
