After 4 years, n number of complaints, finally switched from @ACTFibernet to @airtelindia. Final service request to @ACTFibernet - shift your box to some other house.

@GTPL_Hathway i have start a new connection today only it was working fine for 2 hrs then it stop working. I talk to customer care they are saying it will take next 48 hrs to fix this service. Worst internet provider better i should have gone for @ACTFibernet or @fiber_jio

@DamanTwitt @ACTFibernet I had terrible experience from them during lockdown.I complained every day nobody bothered to correct it.I finally decided to switch to different service provider.I have told the same to my family and friends, @ACTFibernet isn’t same it was giving good service years back not now.
