    @ACTFibernet Issue is, your agents give a 24hr deadline and NOTHING happens. No follow up, no further information. So, I have asked for a cancellation of service and I would expect a FULL REFUND since it was a deficiency of service from your side.

    @ACTFibernet : Pathetic service in solving my No internet issue today 3.30 pm onwards i couldn't use your internet service showing no internet and couldn't connect with your customer executive in customer care number, when the answer machine connects the call no one is speaking.

    @ACTFibernet i have registered and complaint that ' internet is not working on 23th 5pm '. I'm working as freelancer in diwali, after taking order internet is not working, called 3times to C customer service they are saying it will resolve by 24th 4pm today. How should we work

    @ACTFibernet The services of fibernet are still not in order and nobody from ACT has visited to restore the service at my residence. This very bad practice that after last week since you posted a message that Problem has been resolved just a false. The grievances still exist .Mob:9415094997

    @ACTFibernet No one has been called me so far and the issue also not resolved. If it is not resolved within today, cancel my subscription with you and also i will definitely sue on you. This kind of fraud service should not exist in India which suck consumer hard earned money.
