    Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet services. No internet service in Mangalam area in Tirupati from yesterday morning..its 3rd time happening in 7 days. Customer care not helping much. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP. Work has been pending from two days.

    @ChaitanyaKiran8 @ACTFibernet Yes 🤦 If this happens one in six months means thats okay but only one 10th nov this happened and they fixed the issue on 13th now again it happens also they will charge 1200 per month 😭 Should shift to Jio or hathway soon

    @ACTFibernet Ticket : SR10363491790664 Very worst in kolathur chennai-99 Last three days i lost internet connection in act fibernet. I complained more then 8 times . Still issue is not resolved. I am doing WFH due to this three days i am not worked.

    @ACTFibernet you guys will refund my money, vamshi from your support said to connect with supervisor and **** she disconnected call. @ConsumerReports @consumercourtin Please check this, it's been 1 and half months and everyone says we will highlight this but no refund yet.

    Actfibernet is robbing people's money, these morons did not provide internet atleast for a single day and I asked them to credit one month amount in my account after they have apologized also for the service issue, but they have credited 0 amount. #BANactfiber

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 4th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    Frands please don't choose @ACTFibernet one of the worst service ever they will take 2 days to fix wifi issues & atleast one in a month wifi won't work I have been using ACT for more than 1 year in that one year I have raised complaint min 20 - 25 times still the issue will be
