    @ACTFibernet sent multiple emails to Nodal and Appellate team but not even a single response from the leadership team of ACT on the ongoing slow speed issue. It’s one of the worst ISP in India. Worst thing is ACT customer care abuse you in Tamil if you open support case.

    Wonderful customer experience of @ACTFibernet 👏 We have opted a new connection with one month plan (additional 1 month free) from last November in Shriram Shankari(SS) apartment, we have received a bill for this month but as per offer it should be waived off (1/3)

    @ACTFibernet When contacting with ACT team in SS, they said that the offer is not linked with those accounts, will check it and do the needful. Raised this issue on Dec 4th but still it’s not resolved and our accounts has been suspended now (2/3)

    @ACTFibernet I am very shameful for taking Act Fibernet. Since three days there is no internet. I have raised complaint multiple times, but no use. It's not the first time. Still no one came to resolve the issue. 😡

    @Airtel_Presence Its 9 hours since I dropped a message and still no reply or resolution of complaint, if it’s not resolved by Sat noon, I will opt for @ACTFibernet
