    @ACTFibernet I signed up for a new connection yesterday and did not expect this kind of horrible service from Act .. installation was supposed to happen yest .. till today no one even responds - I have wasted 1 day sitting on installation … I am now thinking of cancelling

    Hey @ACTFibernet I pay for a costly plan to use 3.3TB/mo But Ofcourse - cannot use more than 200GB in a month - 90% downtime! It has been months, my patience does not exists anymore Why to push some to takeover your POP hubs, let’s kill the whole network no? Unhinged ffs

    @ACTFibernet Respective worst service provider in a month act is stop working for 4 days this is how your service is. Other than act remaining all are working good only. What a worst service it is.

    @ACTFibernet ACCOUNT No : 102015011772 I had opted for 3 months billing only for router. It should be back to monthly billing now. I am getting notifications that it will be 3 months billing. This is not acceptable. When I try to raise an issue via your bot it is not working

    @ACTFibernet I spoke to your customer care guys and explained the box already is there, I think there is a short due to lightning and you guys need to come to my house to actually physically fix it. There was supposed to be a visit today in the 1st half, but I have not heard anything yet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet so insteas of providing me the second mesh router as they mentioned in their pamphlet, their way of resolution is to put person incharge of printing pamphlet on phone denying it. Pathetic

    101012111304. Deepthisree nagar road no 27 every month internet issue why and what is happening. We have 5 connections in one apartment and suddenly today after 6 pm internet issue. Some work done at one pole and we don't have internet now. @ACTFibernet

While I do understand that issues could arise at times, but repetitive issues with your network or services raises questions on the trustworthiness and quality of service. Further, I advise escalated support to look as this case.

    The @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD scam continues. Terrible service. They seem to use sub par tech. If you're reading this please don't get an act subscription. We raised a ticket it takes almost a week and then in a week it goes kaput! #badservice #actfibernet #internetscam
