    @ACTFibernet Tweeting third time Hi, I had raised a request for service discontinuation for my broadband last week and was told it will be done by Sep 1. Why am I getting a bill now for Sep month? Stop harassing users by denying them service discontinuation and not cancelling.

    @ZohoCares Hello, thank you i have renewed the credits. I use ACT broadband and zeptomail page was not laading. I switched to another network, then the page loaded. I request you to please rectify this problem so that zeptomail works on the ACT broadband network. @ACTFibernet please note.

    @ACTFibernet What a pathetic service u r providing. My Internet is not working since morning multiple calls have been made still no response.the problem is already identified so what is ur field team doing since morning ?

    @ACTFibernet i requested & paid 4 new connection yesterday morning around 7:30-8, it was assured to me that installation will b completed by 3pm. It's not done till now, everytime I call customer care, they say it's added in ticket they'll get back. No progress no service at all.

    Having the worst experience using @ACTFibernet! My WiFi is down since 28 Aug and I'm contacting the customer service everyday and they only give me a 24 hr buffer time each day for resolution and yet no person visits my area to check for the issue. Tired of contacting them daily!

    @ACTFibernet i'm reopening tickets constantly for the past 3 days and the issue arises every time they restore connection.. please check that out and solve it once SR10365740316124

    @ACTFibernet very worst experience with actfiber since the connection is taken. Poor quality of resolution,after several followups more than hours and pathetic low speeds. I thought better avoid @ACTFibernet . I feel mobile data is good and better speeds compared to actfiber.
