    @ACTFibernet It's been over 50 hours without Internet for me, your technical team keeps closing the tickets without resolving anything, and you guys keep spamming sms about due dates, you keep begging from customers for money but provide no service.

    @ACTFibernet Hey I think there is a high ping issue to EU servers. I used to get 130-140, but now I'm getting more than 250ms. I'm based in Delhi

    Worst experience with @ACTFibernet No internet everytime. I try to call them but no proper response. As offices are from work from home no proper net everytime if no action is taken regarding this severe action will be taken against you..and I am thinking to change the broadband

    dear @ACTFibernet , please dont say again that you are gonna resolve any internet issue within 24 hrs, instead tell ur customers that when ever u want that time will resolve it. worst ever service in #hyderabad.

    @ACTFibernet Everytime i have to call to get my own money which is blood pathetic and you guys act like a theif or may be you are, not sure if my issue will get resolve but be sure if it will not i will cut the wire for sure :), and whosoever connection is going via box :)

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I once felt very happy that ACT is providing remarkable quality services in terms of Data plan and bundle of other options. I stick to it since last 3 years but suddenly one incident in last few days made me to think. I shouldn’t take ACT at all. My story will be in further tweet

    @ACTFibernet wonderful service fron u guys, as i m calling to customer care and i was put on mute at the moment when my number got connected to toll free. As my ni8 shift is going to start and there is no connection supply who wil bear loss which will incurred me.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I planned to move another city and i raised disconnection request and there is a change in plan. So, i called the customer care one day prior to not cancel my plan instead convert my six month billing to one month billing. connection disconnected at 12 without any action.

    @ACTFibernet you use the customer electricity and set up the network boxes at their home. you promise them that u will pay for using their electricity for ntwrk boxes till u install in their homes. later your customer have to beg you to deduct that amount on thier net charges.
