Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet , this has to be one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've had. It's 2026, and my internet has been down for more than 12 hours. There are no storms, heavy rain, or any weather-related issues in my area, yet there's still no clear explanation.

    @ACTFibernet if I call the customer care, they are telling to call after 1-2 hours because your portal is also down. What is going on? I should wait how many days without internet at my home. If you are not able to resolve, PLEASE CLOSE MY CONNECTION AND REFUND MY MONEY BACK !!!

    @ACTFibernet Okay, so for a month it worked and now again since yesterday no internet in my area, not just me but few of other people as well who uses act. Last time it took 12 days to fix, and we didn't changed the ISP. This time I'm not sure how much more it is going to take.

    Are field technicians completely working in night shifts or avoiding work during customer care hours? Why is there no update for 3 days? Why is the service always scheduled after 7 30 PM and customer care hours close at 7 PM @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Where is your resolution? Still no update. Worst response by your executives. They promised the new connection will be installed yesterday for sure. Still not resolved. They are saying another 24 hours. It's totally fraud. Get it done this evening or just refund the money back.
