    Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet. Set-top box not available,and even Amazon Fire TV Stick is still not installed after many follow-ups. Service is very poor. No value for customers. If not resolved soon,I will cancel my connection. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    Worst service by airtel wifi. tall claims and cheating at peak. 20 calls b4 connection &now noone receives.shame on Airtel to cheat indians..if u need money then just ask, I'll donate ..don't steal An advice to all, switch to ACT asap @airtelindia @ACTFibernet @SunilBhartiMitl

    @ACTFibernet @VFSGlobal Worst service ever with your customer service and services waste of being a loyal customer for years it’s time to chose the other services because of you caller on support and no offers for being 5years giving bland answers

    @ACTFibernet I emailed your Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority and got no acknowledgement at all. Is everyone sleeping at ACT? What kind of customer facing company does not acknowledge emails? What a joke!

    @ACTFibernet is getting worse lately — constant speed drops, frequent outages, and never-ending delays in fixing issues. Even with LAN testing, the performance is all over the place. False promises and zero compensation for downtime — totally unacceptable service. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I contacted the ACT Customer Care Divya at 2.15pm today for an OTT package but she was confused. How will I shift from Airtel to ACT if your Customer Care is difficult to communicate with?

    Hey @ACTFibernet The wifi 6 router currently provided has a very inconvenient app in order to manage connected devices. Can you please change my router to something that has a better app? Like the tp-link Deco router with wifi 6 support?

    @ACTFibernet This is really pathetic. Can you even tell what's the reason for the delay? No. Do you even know what's happening? No. At this point I really need a refund. I do not want your service!
