Raashi Agrawal (@agrawal_raashi) reported@ACTFibernet The plan was sold to me for 6+1 month. After a lot of complaints and following up, the resolution was that they offered a discount of 549 on my next bill. Now after 3 months, they are asking for recharge saying that the plan was only for 3 months.

Raised one more ticket within 15days SR10366302403394, the expected time to get resolved is 7PM today. A whole day how do you expect us wfh?
