    @ACTFibernet I'm facing selective app connectivity issues. Basic websites work, but streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and Hotstar aren't loading on my TV. I've already raised a ticket SR10281264299414 Please look into this at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet we have raised yesterday that internet is not working !! Daily you guys changing the eta !! This is not fair !! You guys should have faster track system . If some issue it should why that happened and which area ? Changing eta alone will not resolve the issue team :(

Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet my client wanted a internet connection so I recommended you, the sales guy pressured them to make the payment ASAP. Till date no connection has been given and giving only excuses. My client wants a reimbursement as he wants to cancel.

    @ACTFibernet I never expected this from ACT Fibernet. An ACT technician and site engineer came to my area, cut my broadband cable, and redirected my active connection to my neighbor's house. I had already paid for a 3-month plan, and I still have 45 days left on my subscription
