    @ACTFibernet at Mogappair is the most unreliable service provider.They’ve been telling that there is some fault with the fiber cable for the past 4 days and giving false commitments that it would be repaired for every single day since then. So much of hindrance to work at home!!!

    @ACTFibernet Delay in closure of service request 10366586342834. Don't just blame it on the cyclone for the issues. Your team's incompetence is visible in the way everyone is complaining about your service. The lack of personnel and adequate planning is going to cause problems.

    @ACTFibernet My broadband is down for the past 1 week & hav been following up for resolution. Without resolving they have closed ticket. Shame on your technicians. You Really have to look at your customer service people. horrible in handling us. Been here from '14 & leaving now.

    @ACTFibernet My net connection was disconnected on 12th Dec and a complaint was registered with you.( SR10366579262444).Userid is 103756710677 Inspiteof calling helpline number daily sofar nothing has happened for the restoration of connection. This is highly unprofessional

    @_rahulravindra @ACTFibernet I am using Jio Fibre from almost a year now, haven’t faced a single issue till now🤞🏼 there’s no need at all for customer support
