@ACTFibernet The agents don't have courtesy to look into the issue and atleasst respond... This is very bad and even now no one contacted. RIDICULOUS SERVICE... I will never refer anyone to ACT again If possible please return my money paid for two connections I will go to someother network.

This is very worst service @ACTFibernet I have opened a ticket#SR10255623980332 on 22 Apr 2021 still issue is not resolved and no one from technical team are responding to calls, its almost 5 days

@ACTFibernet My account number 101389764942 Agents on call are missguiding with wrong information . I haven't seen such a worst customer support throughout my lifetime.A 30 emails,5 supervisor call and 50callswith agents so far but still issue didn't resolved. Can't trust on ACT Internet.

Your customer executive told me that I have 15 days for payment when I ask them to change my plan. Still my account get suspended, even after assurances from your side. Neither you change my plan to monthly even after 36 hours. Now asking me to pay for 6 month plan. @ACTFibernet
