    @ACTFibernet whey you auto renewing your customer internet services without customer consent . Have observed multiple instances in my case you tend to do advance payment schemes .... you should give communication before renewal .

    @ACTFibernet hi team, i am staying in at pin code 560049, in an apartment where probably there could be more than 50 ACT connection, today our internet service was interrupted in the morning and till now the service is not resumed, this is happening a lot. Please help

    what a worst network @ACTFibernet twice in two weeks that wifi has stopped working. and you take more than a day to fix the problem. what do you want me to do weekend without wifi? probably the worst service .

    Worst ever customer care service. No planned activities by on ground service men. Resolution of tickets without addressing the issue. Would love to go back to @ACTFibernet once the refund is done.

    @ACTFibernet my issue is un addressed and engineer is stating wire problem I want the issue to be resolved today at any cost or else I may be forced to escalate the matter to ministry of telecommunications
