    @ACTFibernet I am really disappointed with your service. We are paying so much for fibre service and for last two it is not coming and you look least interested to solve it. I could not attend meeting because of your poor service. Your service is least reliable.

    @ACTFibernet I pay my bills 10 days before and I pay for 6 months at a time. But my internet is not working for the past 7 hours and I am not able to work on my office projects since then. Hyderabad-Munaganur, need local tech phone number

    @ACTFibernet You also pay attention to my calls to your customer care team, Ramya first agent I spoke today has lied to me saying she has escalated the complaint and also told me there is a wire cut in our area which is lie. I lost 8work hours today could not login at all. She didnt escalate
