    I am using @ACTFibernet and in recent months am facing lots of connectivity issues. If my internet doesn't work, it will last for several hours before I get connection back. Most of my work affected. Should I chose @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet Please resolve this issue for me ASAP, we do work from home and our high priority tasks are pending. The customer care is too rude to speak to and they are literally incapable of hearing our issues.

    Another point i want to add is that your customer care executives from Bangalore are rude,and good for nothing. They neither know how to talk politely nor to resolve the issues. Your services are the worst. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Issue is still NOT resolved and your engineer who's supposed to call and fix it is not lifting the call. Really need someone to fix the issue here. If you can't fix in reasonable amount of time, let us know cancellation and refund options.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, internet is not working for me 3rd time in this week itself. Ticket #SR10264926803663 Downtime for Sunday was 1 hr, Monday was 5 hrs, today again I called customer care and they are telling it may be down for 4 hrs because of some server issue in the area.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet it's not right that two of your technicians identify the fault on my connection, assure they will fix it the next day and close the open ticket and never show up again, at this point I feel, the objective of the outdoor team is to just to close tickets.
