    @ACTFibernet The issue was resolved after good 36 hrs. The reason mentioned was not convincing. Lost 2 working days. Certainly unhappy with the entire experience since last 1 month.

    On call with @ACTFibernetHYD They are simply disconnecting calls instead of resolving issue and the #supervisors are not ready to take the escalation and the #associates are trying to convince me to wait 1hr for the callback from supervisor from past 3hours. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet , I requested for shifting 6 days ago. Only one person came day before yesterday to fix the wire after that the shifting request got closed automatically from your side. I still do not have internet. Your service is pathetic. Please disconnect my connection.

    @ACTFibernet In last month itself I had irregular connection for several times. This time i didn't want to pay the bill. But your customer care called yesterday and told me that this will not happen again. You can cross check. After I paid the bill problem started again and again

    @ACTFibernet , we are not having net from the past 12 hours. A complaint had been registered and still not resolved. What kind of customer service is this. Always, stopping the net and causing problems for us. Please resolve it at the earliest! Be a lil commited to ur customers.

    @ACTFibernet my net has been disconnected from last 23 hrs. i have called multiple times with no resolution .. just false promises. I have mailed as well on the same. i you can not provide seamless service, let me know, i am not willing to wait for your mistakes.
