  @ACTFibernet #worstcompany customer service -> passed to billing-> billing passed-> retention nobody worked on it for past 15 days, finally i got connected to cancellation team and they're happily ready to cancel, no empathy no resolution such a poor service. 2/3

  @ACTFibernet What beautiful service,chain of command and customer service reps you have.Hats off to your service .No internet since 3 days. Cheap local services work better and provide better customer service.Not a single callback from a supervisor after multiple escalations.

  @ACTFibernet Do you guys aware of it, how your agents are treating a customer, they are very good at giving false promise, following up for 2 months and ended up with answer which never happens, great customer supports you have hats off, worst experience.

  @ACTFibernet wondering if u ever ACT on time. no internet since more than 36 hours n the ticket # SR10159250777622 was supposed to be resolved in 24 hours and it hasn't. pathetic service considering WFH and kids online classes. Not for the 1st time n I regret paying for 1 year

  @ACTFibernet #worstcompany I'm really happy how you guys are working on complaint instantly and resolving the query, i may/may not be right about the offer in the ivr call but i asked for a simple thing to check the IVR call, nobody is willing to do that thing. #10dayswithnowhere
