Who is better FibreNet service provider in Bangalore? Very poor service from @ACTFibernet Net down since morning 11am and no response from ACT team. This is second time within a month.

@ACTFibernet Why your latest app is so ******? Registering a complaint now is a nightmare. After few ****** questions, it asks to add comment and then SEND BUTTON DOES NOT WORK!!! No way to reach customer care.
