@ACTFibernet People are good but fix the fundamentals. While focusing on customer addition, focus on customer retention also. We have a very bad & frequent network breaks during office hours last 1 year. And today it is total down. Also made up my mind to switch to another service.

@ACTFibernet worst customer support. For d past 2 days issue is not resolved. Worst thing is they have closed my ticket as “issue resolved” without actually resolving. Such a cheap behaviour. Very lethargic and unbothered abt customer . #ACTfibernet #ShameOnACT

@ACTFibernet My account has been suspended. I had taken a 3 month plan on 27 Aug and billed Rs212 in november. I had requested for service disconnection on November 26 and it was agreed that I wont face any service disruption and the bill due would be adjusted in 3 plan.
