@ACTFibernet Oct2 - my bill was paid by HSBC bill pay service. Oct12-I sent an email & raised a ticket noting that my payment is not reflected.Everyday someone closes, without resolving the issue. Now I receive a call threatening that service will be disconnected. Unprofessional, poor service

@ACTFibernet I m an aggrieved customer from Delhi, I hve registered a new connection request on 20Sep21 by paying 5657rs/-, ur company failed to provide connection,then refund request generated on 25sep21, today is 16oct21 no refund yet, extremely poor standards pls look into it
