    @ACTFibernet whenever I call and try to connect to you guys, despite selecting Kannada language you guys transfer the call to Non Kannada language representatives. Any particular reason or you think that the kannada language customer aren't important to you. @KannadaGrahaka

    @ACTFibernet i have applied for just a change of name for my internet connection and it has been three days that there is no internet connection. Even when I try calling them they just give stupid excuses. The only solution they come with is just restarting my router connection.

    @aspireswami @ACTFibernet You are right ...very very poor service. I have switched over to Jio which is also so so...all these fellows should improve customer service rather than sales & marketing

    @ACTFibernet This isn't the first time... Everytime this is the same problem and your support guys doesn't even respect kannada people. On top of this when the issue is not sorted you guys are still charging me

    @ACTFibernet its been 8 days since the connection went down since Dec 9th, raised SR10366549383634 and no action yet and all they say is junction box problem, ETA for the ticket prolonged every day, lost trust after 7 years of service, time to switch

    @ACTFibernet from past 5 days Internet is not working in Choolai area. Customer care person is saying same thing from past five days that it will get resolved today but no action has been taken yet. Our work is getting affected which you are not understanding. Worst experience.
