@ACTFibernet These days many companies are least bothered about thr customers and only want subscription fees paid to them after that whether the client is happy or not. They are least bothered. Bad service from good company spoils the experience of the clients. Time to change

@ACTFibernet Could you please check ticket no.SR10263369848584. Raised this yesterday at 11 Am. Resolution team called me stating that it will be resolved by 5 pm after that he is not responding the call, called him multiple times. Pease expedite and get it resolved asap.

@ACTFibernet I have sent so many emails and called everyday but there is no resolution yet , you seem to be only caring at the time of taking a connection but not after becoming a customer , very poor service
