@ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service there is no live chat in app options you can last good only for 10 days and your problems start. Many are doing WFH and we can't have issues with our internet.We have to use our mobile data to raise a complaint to a ISP 😕

Seems like @ACTFibernet Ahmedabad is not able to provide the promised service. Downtimes are way more then what has been promised. Support seems not keen enough to resolve the issue. Can we really relay on your service!!

@RathanKalluri @ACTFibernet They have the worst customer service. Today is the 3rd day and not even a single response from them. They do not have a proper setup in tier 2 cities like warangal. I have done a blunder by not opting for jio.

@ACTFibernet It's been more than 2 hours and still the same issue No Internet. Such a pathetic and waste service. We have to do office work on mobile hotspots inspite of paying thousands of bucks to a waste service provider like you.
