    @ACTFibernet please stop giving canned answers and shut customer service desk…making false promises and wrong resolutions. When your engineers restored connection to my apartment t they ignored mine and been pushing resolutions time without answer.

    @ACTFibernet Worst Broadband service provider in Chetpet Chennai! 3 - 4 times a month we have no Internet the whole day! So if you are WFH beware!!!

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down for last 48 hours. Work has come to a halt. Whose going to compensate for this? Ticket id is SR10176731009534 @tgspdcl There should be planned way of cutting wires. This is not the way. At the end normal people are suffering.

Refund my amount if you cannot provide service. I don't want this useless service whichdont work

    @ACTFibernet facing issues for my new connection. No response or resolution for my internet issues. Worst customer support and utterly unprofessional. It feels like once they take your money, they completely stop caring about the service. Extremely frustrating experience.

    @ACTFibernet While customers are expected to pay bills on time (along with penalties if delayed), whenever the internet service is down it takes 2–3 days sometime a week for resolution, and no concession is offered.
