    @ACTFibernet I have not received Netflix subscription for my plan.   I have recently got a network connection in ACT. The sales person said that Netflix is included but i have not rec'd it yet.  Please check it and share it as soon as possible.

    Every time I complaint and it is taking 24 hour for resolution again after 2-3 days I am facing same issue. Can I get permanent solution or please refund my money as promised otherwise I will have to take legal action. @MIB_India @ianuragthakur @ACTFibernet

    Act Fibrenet not working for 48 hrs in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. When it comes to bills no rebate is given. Best to cancel subscription.@ACTFibernet

    Hi Team any update as issue is still unresolved, hi @TRAI could pls take action agaisnt @ACTFibernet on extremely higher complaint on unethical practices like wrong issues resolution status, high customer dissatisfaction and selling on fake commitment.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFiberne9619 I have requested to syndrum my act wife by connection 3 months back and since then I have been complaining so many times but there is no response from your end. Such poor service from ACT was not expected. I will not recommend to anyone at all.
