    @ACTFibernet The plan was sold to me for 6+1 month. After a lot of complaints and following up, the resolution was that they offered a discount of 549 on my next bill. Now after 3 months, they are asking for recharge saying that the plan was only for 3 months.

    @ACTFibernet Unsatisfactory and poor experience with support. Not expected and planning to move ahead with alternate Wifi options. @airtelindia @HathwayBrdband may be I need to shift here!!

    @ACTFibernet Another day has passed, ACT should seriously take a look into the issue. The customer care staff wants to close the ticket without resolution and Twitter Team is unable to make the correct team respond. Can the issue be escalated ?

    @ACTFibernet already asked your team to disconnect your service. Every now & then facing Internet or server issue, unable to work smoothly. Raised one more ticket within 15days SR10366302403394, the expected time to get resolved is 7PM today. A whole day how do you expect us wfh?
