@ACTFibernet Your app seems to have no option for pausing a subscription or chatting directly with customer care, and your customer care phone number also doesn't have the option, nor does it make it easy to connect with a human.

@ACTFibernet My ticket was opened for enabling port forwarding and not for internet not working, request you and your team to read the ticket description. You can't have a category for port forwarding hence customer support opened in internet not working.
