    @ACTFibernet And still no news on a fix. You guys are so *****, that there is no options to call, just a chat bot, no transparency on what's happening, just a "work in progress". No other service provider has such long outages like this

    @ACTFibernet I have raised more than 4 tickets in the last 2 months. The router was supposed to be replaced as it's been not working properly, but still no actions have been taken. I have been using ACT almost 4 yrs now. This kind of service is extremely Pathetic as guys don't forget to bill.

    @ACTFibernet , i can understand the delay , but no proper response at your end . No delay/ update notification . Manager just told me “ you have taken yesterday only , right . We will do the installation “ no one is providing proper update. So please cancel & repay my amount back

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet 12 pm, 4.30, 7.30, now its 8.50pm ticket revised as per convience. No engineer of newlankarai works on weekends. Customer service is customer problem, finally the ride engineer thought the customer a lesson today. Customer keep your mouth shut
