    @ACTFibernet do I have any update on SR10256355152892. Someone came in the morning from ACT reviewed the issue and went. But Internet is still not working and Customer support center is not attending the calls.. Can you have this addressed at the earliest..?

    @ACTFibernet past couple of day we internet not working in my shop. I have gave multiple complaints to representative team. My complaint ID Ticket No:SR11556387713232. Un professional customer care services. Still no solution from act end. Very poor service in Warangal district.

    @ACTFibernet The worst experience is, when you ignore a customer and their complaints. Installation done and left with non-functional state since last 2 days & u've time to retweet when someone appreciate ur work but ignore the customer who complaining your services. Kudos 🙏🏻👏🏻

    @ACTFibernet I have raised over 6 service requests that the internet is not working , which are getting closed automatically,not one person from Act has contacted me to resolve the issue, I have called customer care almost twice everyday and I feel helpless at this point (2/3)

    @ACTFibernet I have been a costumer of Act fibernet for over 2 years now and haven't faced any issues but i recently relocated and raised a request on the Act Mobile application for the same, A technician arrived and provided LAN connection which hasn't been working (1/2)
