    @ACTFibernet My account number is 102632701556. I want to share my experience with Act Fibernet service . I was not given a proper wiring of the cable and the service engineer was not behaving properly and I have to take the connection as per his wish

    @ACTFibernet 15 hours after raising a ticket and still cant fix a junction box. Sorry, you should sell Samosas and panipuri, not internet.

    @ACTFibernet Once again issue started from past 4 hours. Is it disconnected? Can you give assurance for internet connectivity for 1 month without any issues #justasking. you will disconnect after the month I.e. by 12pm if the bill is not paid #injustice #fraud

    @ACTFibernet Hello act , seriously it's becoming a poor service now that I have to raise concern every month for some or other thing , have recieved my bill for this month but discount for fiber switch is not included and instead of 830 I'm being charged 980. What's happening?

    @ACTFibernet I have requested the service engineer to rewire the cable as I was not able to open and close my windows , after many attempts he came and changed the cable and charged me 1992/-
