@ACTFibernet You have not provided any resolution but shrugged off why was I not informed about the router issue when I was renewing my pack bcaus your team had greed.If there is issue with router it's your responsibility to replace it.But you are asking me to take a cut in pack contd.

@ACTFibernet I am on a 6+1 month plan (no OTT). I asked to add OTT apps and I accept extra charges for OTT. Your support says upgrading will cancel my +1 free month. That is not an upgrade. That is removing an existing benefit I already paid for. (1 of 2)

@ACTFibernet Your ACT app won't be helpful for an inactive customer. And also i have raised multiple concerns for asset recovery by calling the customer support and team closes. The location I am residing at will be demolished and I have highlighted this many times on call with customer
