    @ACTFibernet I raised complaint SR10179872550794 yesterday via your helpline (9121212121) and was promised resolution by 6:30PM the same day. It was then pushed to today 10AM, still not resolved. Support is now saying it will be resolved by 9 PM @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Still the issue is not fixed. No status update.. nothing happened. I even emailed to nodal officer and he also seemed to be sleeping on this critical issue. No response from anyone. Disgusting service by @ACTFibernet #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your service has been extremely unreliable. Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. Please resolve this urgently.

    Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.     @JioCare Raised complaint but no response yet. SR No: SR00002KkDF4 Jio Fiber Voice No: 914079649420 No technician visit and customer care not answering calls. Very disappointing service. Kindly resolve ASAP. Compare to you @ACTFibernet Is so much better in service

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to change my plan, already paid 5000 and still no action from ACT. You even closed the ticket and then I reopened it and still no resolution has been given. Ticket id: SR10179897246902

    @ACTFibernet What's wrong with ACT broadband? Most of the time I have issues. It stopped working today and it has been 1 hour still down We are paying full amount so expecting full service, now a day ACT has become like BSNL, most of the time down.
