@ACTFibernet ur CC service is freaking pathetic.Had raised reconnection & ownership transfer request on 28Feb.Till date neither of it is processed.Called CC 20 times & all they say is we've raised with concerned team & you'll hear back in 24hrs.120 hrs hv passed nobody called

@ACTFibernet I would like to take a new connection with ACT. But ACT seems to be not interested. After placing a request, I got a call from ACT and from then no action from ACT. I did call your customer care today and a call back was promised. But no call from ACT till now.

@SujanFaster @ACTFibernet Sujan it's becoming worst network day by day... Honestly if there is no disturbance in ACT network it's good.... But once there is a disturbance it's the worst and the resolving the issue takes ages.... I have heard Jio fibernet is good in your area... Try it...

@JioCare I have recharged jio fiber with Rs 999 but now i am unable to use amazon prime i call to your customer care but they didn't resolve my problem worst service i have seen ever. feel like going with @ACTFibernet
