    @ACTFibernet I have requested for new connection request on 19th July and made 6 months subscription payment on the same day. The installation was never done till date. Despite several escalations and follow up with the customer care, nothing happened. So what should I do now ?

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Stay away from this cheat company. Their internet service is poor and there is no customer care. No operator attends to calls. Jio and airtel and ages ahead of this third class company. Don't waste your money here.

    @ACTFibernet so my contract ends, you threaten to cut the connection after the contract ended. I renew, and Internet isn't working. 27th time in 3 years with ACT that connexion doesn't work. You expect me to pay for the days it doesn't work?

    @ACTFibernet your service is pathetic. My connection is down since 4 days. Your call centre is not responding. No classes of kids can happen without net. I wrongly paid for 6 months only a week ago. I need to surrender this and need my further money back. Your company is lousy

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down from this morning and still no response. At least an initial response is expected on what is happening in the background and the ETA for resolution then. Standard ETA of 1 day for resolution won't help. Work is getting impacted because of this

    @SaaiRaamm @ACTFibernet Save yourself. I strongly recommend you to stay away from this company. Nonprofessional services at all and zero customer care. Better go for airtel or jio.
