    @ACTFibernet Disgusting will be a very sober word to explain your services. Had there been an option of All of the above in your complaint section, I would have pressed that. Either you guys are still living in Stone Age or are least bothered because of lack of competition

    They resolved my ticket without resolution and I had to call CS again to get my ticket reopened. This is the worst support and such a worst experience being their customer @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBroadbandIn I wanted to change my internet plan so when I contacted your customer service even after selecting Kannada language 2 persons are speaking in English only and then I waited for 5 mins in a call to speak to other person the call was disconnected.

    The billing team does not resolve issues on time at all. 10 days ago I received a call from billing team mentioning in 3 days my invoice will be corrected to reflect only June months bill. Still its not corrected. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet such a worse broad band ever,it irritates the customer no proper service and this not the first time i experienced this type of situation totally fed up with this broad band.
