Hundreds of complaints everywhere and the same bot replies. It is really time for other ISPs to step up the space that #ACTFibernet is leaving by becoming obsolete in today's changed circumstances. They don't simply understand that INTERNET IS A FUNDAMENTAL SERVICE TODAY.

@ACTFibernet I've had no internet for the past 5 days. I've raised 3 complaints and nothing is happening. This is totally unacceptable - I've been an ACT customer for more than 8 years now but I think it's time to move on.
