    @ACTFibernet it’s been 5 days since I raised a relocation request, and your technician hasn’t visited nor is he picking up my calls. I’ve been waiting since he’d said he’d be here today morning, and even after making repeated calls to your customer care, no resolution. Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet There is no Internet since 5 PM yesterday and there is no resolution till now. Your CC is asking me to wait till the ETR and not even allowing me to escalate. I am firm on not allowing your team to enter my premises to fix the Junction box now.

    @ACTFibernet @PrabuPrithik Primarily ask your staff Mr Sriram to respond to multiple calls (8925820780)for service,next advice him to be calml while your customer calls out of frustration.Advice him not to shout around with your client,we are not receiving free service.More than 20 calls went unattended.

    @ACTFibernet Seems you guys only had to turn the switch back on! The issue got resolved less than 5 mins after your response on x and via mail. Unfortunate that I had to wait 40+hours in the National capital for broadband to be restored. Messaged u my registered mobile no.. @TRAI

    Thanks for your pathetic service @ACTFibernet @FiberAct in Bengaluru, by charging for fiber connection and using copper wire, even though when asked for proper fober connection. Stop lying to your customers at the time of purchasing new connection. #actfiber #act

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - day 2 of asking the best support team to resolve my issue which usually takes 4 hours to be solved, it seems once you are an old customer the treatment is different
