@ACTFibernet SR10163241762524 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/13/2021 12 PM. Internet is down since yesterday morning no Technician showed up not even today and CC keep on saying will be resolved. When it will get resolved?? Since yestday it is effecting WFH.

@ACTFibernet Connections in our society has been down since yesterday morning. Request SR10263241206364 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/12/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). No engineer showed up yesterday and today also. This is impacting WFH. Can you please check asap.
