@akaasi @NithiyaPrakash_ @ACTFibernet The issue with tata,act, is over the head cables which are prone to breakage, damages etc, and that takes time to repair. Jio and airtel cables are UG and only cable from junction to your home will be outside, no overhanging . They do neat job and use optic fibre cables

@ACTFibernet act broadband get disconnected as soon as there is power outage and act team is team is trying to fix the issue from past 4 months. Even local cable broadband services will run for atleast 12 hrs during powe outages.

@ACTFibernet Yes the issue is resolved.But the amount of time taken is not acceptable and mostly when someone calls the executives should respond to it rather then keeping silent.
