@ACTFibernet Guys what the hell with the Customer service these days. I was using act blaze 6+1 which I renewed it yesterday but after sometime it was converted to monthly plan now your CS is asking to pay for differential amout. Is this a new tactic to take our money?

Hi @ACTFibernet No service since 24+hrs. We have been facing trouble frequently. Raised complaint 2 weeks ago & it has not been resolved yet. Your CS guys are good fr ntg. They are just reading scripts. If this how it continues, im gng 2 cancel my subscription.

@ACTFibernet I am not assured. You guys break promise on a regular basis. I complete my studies from home and fiber is how i do it. Every two months i face this. When i call customer care and opt to speak with the representative, it redirects me to a non existing number. So much for assurance
