    @ACTFibernet Why do I have to tweet to get it highlighted? If your ‘ACT Mobile App’ promised it will be resolved by 9 PM, then why am i still tweeting at this hour?! Why it isn’t your priority to sort such issues? Your business is to provide wifi services isn’t it?

    @ACTFibernet Again issue facing issue. Why during office hours the internet is giving problems. Getting very less speed, getting just 15Mbps. Getting no help, no update in ACT chat and local technician.

    @ACTFibernet Had a pathetic customer onboarding experience. Applied for new fibernet conection. Made 3 months advance payment as per policy. More than 24 hrs passed and no one contacted for installation. Regretting my decision to go with @ACTFibernet Bangalore

    @ACTFibernet no internet from 12.05 pm, second fault under 20 days(fault complaint on 03 May as well)very pathetic service by ACT fibernet, resolve the issue asap

    @ACTFibernet Your pathetic services continue to persist as my Internet went down again and it’s badly impacting my work requirement. My next step is to cancel my subscription and go for Airtel or Jio fiber, as I cant risk losing my job because of Internet issues SR10280461049644

    @ACTFibernet Below is sms I got Your Service request SR10280461049644 is expected to be resolved by 28-May between 09:00 to 13:00. So till tomo 9:00 what i need to do? I m i suppose to book lodge and work from there using public Internet?

    Yet to see a customer service support worse than @ACTFibernet .they call. Then send a “happy “ code. Unresolved . And after ten minutes they send a message “resolved”! Dont ever subscribe to ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet hi, I am facing Internet connection issue. I am remote employee and my work requirement is huge and I am relying on this net.Raised a ticket Ur Service request SR10280424656894 is expected to be resolved by 25-May between 19:30 to 21:00. Till 19:30 how can I work?

    Hello @ACTFibernet. This is to inform you that we are facing internet issues and the resolution time is showing till 7pm neither act team has informed us beforehand. This is causing huge inconvenience. Need speedy resolution in this matter. waiting for your response

    @ACTFibernet Is there any point in doing WFH when you have ACT fibernet? Every week, my wifi goes down and it doesn’t matter what time it goes down, its never fixed that same day!! Raised this ticket 5 hours back, no resolution despite promised to sort by 9 PM. SR11080445550744

    @ACTFibernet Your service is really pathetic. There has been no response on my ticket - technician visited and said he will fix it next week but stopped picking calls now. Refund my money, will use another provider 😡
