    @ACTFibernet my Internet is down for the last 3 days and 2 complaints have been registered but your engineers just don’t come . They call , make you wait for hours and then stop answering calls. Going to move to @reliancejio for professional services.

    @ACTFibernet He said he won't do that and also said my internet won't work till I allow the junction box fixed in my rental home which I can't do So this is a lock situation and I will switch to some other network

    @ACTFibernet This is the one of the worst internet service in india.Every 3months DNS traffic issue especially in Visakhapatnam (Narasimhanagar) area.@ACTFibernet not even informing internet service is down atleast via sms .Shamless Services.Customer name (Sudhakara rao Kuppili)

    @ACTFibernet No internet since 36 hrs. Is this why we pay premium cost for broadband compared to @Airtel_Presence. SR10263322049874 please follow it up asap. The person handling says don't raise another ticket but doesn't resolve current issue.

    @ACTFibernet If anyone can read this.. DO NOT OPT FOR ACT FIBERNET AT ALL THEY ARE THE WORST THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. MADE THE PAYMENT 10 DAYS BACK. STILL UNABLE TO ACCESS INTERNET. CUSTOMER TEAM SUCKS. THEIR EXECUTIVES WHO INSTALLED DN'T PICK CALLS NOW M TAKING LEGAL ACTION

    @ACTFibernet #bandBajaateRaho Stop your bloody bot messages and rectify the problems. And never say that ACT is best ISP provider. It's a ****ing worst service. I called six times and every time getting the same response. I lost my 1 day work because of this worse service.

    @ACTFibernet A customer executive called and said my internet won't work because they want to fix some junction box but since I am in a rental home I can't have that box in my premise.. I have a own home just after two buildings I asked them to fix that box there and get connection from there

    @ACTFibernet Do note that i dont need any resolution from your end. I just want disconnection and my hard earned money back ASAP That's it. Nothing else. I did a mistake and i will make sure no one else suffers the way I did.
