    @ACTFibernet part 2 of 2 person called and spoken very rudely, why i've reopend the ticket and given a warning, "I'll SEE WHO SUPPORT YOU ON THIS REQUEST AND IT WILL NEVER RESOLVED, DO WHATEVER YOU WANT".. tell me now who will resolve this...

    @ACTFibernet Please reach out, I am looking to disconnect my connection due to ur pathetic service. I pay INR2500 every month for random disconnections all due to some wire being cut by your technicians. Please DM me for confirmation of cancellation. I cannot do this on the APP

    @ACTFibernet how much time do you need to resolve internet connectivity issue? 24+ hours. Your services are pathetic. Look into this(SR11062124030432) ticket in priority, from what I see @airtelindia offers better services.
