@ACTFibernet Yes, problem is resolved but I faced 18 hours of outage. I had to call my friends to figure out contacts of the technician to ask them repeatedly to come visit. I think that is not a good customer experience. Would like the resolution to be promt from next time.

@ACTFibernet Dear Bala Malladi, i have been installed connection with fake sales promise by Shivprasad(7406002865) where modem is still not provided, The customer support is pathetic. Most of the time the issue are closed without resolving. Please Fix my issue at the earliest
