    @ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.

    @ACTFibernet u have one of the worst IVR to connect ur customer care executive. No option to change the plan. Why we need to continue with ACT with such a pathetic service

    @GulbamSai @ACTFibernet I do have similar issues with @ACTFibernet their customer support team is trained to ensure fake promises are delivered to customers

    @ACTFibernet 2.5 days. Multiple follow-ups. An unresolved complaint. And instead of a proper resolution, I have had to deal with abusive behaviour from representatives over the phone. A broadband provider can have a technical failure.

    @ACTFibernet I pay for a 450 Mbps yearly broadband plan (ID: 1030 1625 9386). The issue is back again. Every day, for some time, none of the web pages on my computer or phone will work. I’m left wondering what has happened.

    @ACTFibernet i have already escalated but no use . Same response everytime that the technician will call. Zero help . I cannot even connect back to the technician ffs.

    @ACTFibernet This is the 8th time I’m complaining about the same issue. My internet keeps going down, and every time you say it’s fixed, but the problem comes back again. No permanent solution, no proper response. When is my internet going to be fixed?
