@ACTFibernet Your service team is useless so I will not pay bill and take Jio/Airtel. You must be happy to see 3 yr old customer disconnect because of your poor customer service. A good product failed by it's poor after sales service.

@ACTFibernet I am not sure why your customer care team doesn't have coordination in b/w the teams and there is no option to talk to the superiors and you don't call back and your assigned technicians doesn't answer the calls.. Very frustrating
