    @ACTFibernet - My internet is not working since Sunday. I’ve registered complaints a number of times but the issue has not been resolved. Also have asked your executives to change my plan but to no avail. Pathetic customer service!

    @SukunaVal @ACTFibernet Lol. I've had worse experience with them. They asked me to close my account when I asked them to fix routing issues in Madurai. It's how a 'top ISP' service looks like, sadly.

    @ACTFibernet It has been more than 4 days since I placed a request for a router and reconnection of my account. If you are not able to deliver just mention so I can go ahead with other service providers. Disappointing service, don't recommend.

    @ACTFibernet paid for a new connection on 01/09 but did’nt heard from u guys till 2 days. Registered refund refund request on 03/09 not issuing till now and customer care do not have a proper explanation for delay. Pathetic service. Pls issue me my refund

    Since 2 days there is interruption in services @ santoshnagar mehdipatnam .Is this the service provided by Act fibernet @ACTFibernet this is not the first time there might compensate for customer when the delay in service

    @JioCare This is really terrible on your service support. Many complaints from last two months, but no resolution till now. Really unhappy on porting from @ACTFibernet to @reliancejio

    Sooo.... What now? I mean I've cancelled my plans to stay at home caz @ACTFibernet asked me to so the engineer can come and resolve the issue.These guys just leave without even telling me what's up the internet? Atleast let me know that you couldn't figure out the problem? No? Ok

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer care and support. I requested for a monthly bill 5 days back and they still haven't closed the ticket. When they take 5+ days to send a softcopy of bill, imagine their service. They closed my first ticket without resolving after 3 days. Worst.
