    @ACTFibernet Wow again standard template reply from @ACTFibernet ,atleast while replying to customer messages put some effort and take some responsibility for the mistake from the company's end. Show that courtesy atleast.

    I am deeply sadden @ACTFibernet services.I spite of escalating the issue to nodal officer not action is taken.ACT broadband doesn't work when the power goes off.

    @akaasi @NithiyaPrakash_ @ACTFibernet The issue with tata,act, is over the head cables which are prone to breakage, damages etc, and that takes time to repair. Jio and airtel cables are UG and only cable from junction to your home will be outside, no overhanging . They do neat job and use optic fibre cables

    @ACTFibernet act broadband get disconnected as soon as there is power outage and act team is team is trying to fix the issue from past 4 months. Even local cable broadband services will run for atleast 12 hrs during powe outages.

    @ACTFibernet Yes. Thanks for resolution. But I believe that could have been fixed earlier prior to my escalations , without loosing my time and peace of mind…🙏🏽

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet yes, the issue has been solved, Thanks. But it took a lot of time and more of my time to follow up and bring the issue to Twitter for a solution. Could have been more responsive as soon as the issue had been raised.

    @ACTFibernet Yes the issue is resolved.But the amount of time taken is not acceptable and mostly when someone calls the executives should respond to it rather then keeping silent.
