    @ACTFibernet @ im experiencing worst service from your team. My Account ID - 107015304184 1.I have raised almost close to 10 complaints in july 2021 - why is my waiver not being processed? 2. If u cannot provide reliable service - let me know i will choose another ISP!

    @ACTFibernet been 24hrs after the DM no contact made by any of your team looks like it will take a month or a year probably to resolve my issue. Switched to local broadband and they provided me a connection on same day.

    @ACTFibernet since last Saturday you team is miserably failing to fix internet issue and your on ground team isn't responding to calls. What should a custom treat this as? Capability issue? There are other competitors in market who are better, faster and cheaper than you!Pathetic
