    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC I have raised a complaint in the morning regarding my internet issue and the ticket no. is SR10165041403634. TAT is given as before 7 pm in the evening, still not resolved and now the time is 6pm. I am unable to complete my office work.

    Why doesn’t @ACTFibernet understand that I need a tiny reconnection🤔? I’m so tired. No one replies. It’s been a week. Just cancel my connection. I’m gonno go with some other broadband. No value for being a cx for 8 yrs. Shame😤

    @ACTFibernet What a blunder!! My internet is not working again!! For 2 days not response from the technical team but just sending me revised timeline to fix the issue. Worst part, always providing the timeline which is after office hours. @consumercourtin please help @TRAI
