    @ACTFibernet You people can only reply on X but not work properly. Make sure my refund is credited by the evening today so i can change service provider. Will have to approach consumer against u otherwise

    @ACTFibernetHYD I would request everyone not to take ACT Fiber as they are one of the worst service providers , they will come within 5 minutes for Installation but for any service request even after 3 days of raising complaints they are not responsive. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet such a horrible experience. Paid for a fire stick and waiting since 1 month. Neither customer care nor installation team are taking any action. Ticket SR10280243384397. Seriously one of the worst experiences. I will keep posting about the progress here.

    Yet to see a customer service support worse than @ACTFibernet .they call. Then send a “happy “ code. Unresolved . And after ten minutes they send a message “resolved”! Dont ever subscribe to ACTFibernet.
