    @ACTFibernet When are you going to fix the issue that’s now running in third day with ETA revised by default for third time without any update. Just fooling customers by saying fastest broadband but doesn’t have the resources to fix issues. One of the worst service provider

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet You have no idea how much trouble I’m facing because of this. If your service wasn’t available, I would have gone with another company. But you took my payment, completed KYC, and now you’re not even processing my refund. Please resolve this immediately.

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct There was not a single call from your technical support only I'm getting a call they'll assign I mail also I have mentioned the mobile number but still no technician assigned or called me. Please don't give same reason

    Hey @ACTFibernet I pay for a costly plan to use 3.3TB/mo But Ofcourse - cannot use more than 200GB in a month - 90% downtime! It has been months, my patience does not exists anymore Why to push some to takeover your POP hubs, let’s kill the whole network no? Unhinged ffs

    @ACTFibernet It's been almost 2hrs internet is not working in our area Opp Bapu Ghat Langerhouz.Request you to kindly look into it at the earliest.I've raised a ticket but still the internet service has not been restored yet. No one has called us from ACT authorities yet.

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. Paid ₹3,432 on 18 Aug for a new connection in Bangalore. It’s 24 Aug and installation is still pending. No urgency or updates. A week for installation is unacceptable. A/c: 102816504701. Please resolve immediately.

    @ACTFibernet complaint lodged at 1015 this morning, so far no rectification nor is there any response. Area is Dr PV Cherian Crescent Road, Egmore,chennai. Unfortunately we still have 4 months to go with you, else would have changed you long back.

    @ACTFibernet what is the average resolution time for no internet issue because it's 12:00 Oclock already. Pathetic service in capital of delhi forget about other cities. Avoid ACTfibernet at all cost no matter what they claim
