    @ACTFibernet Our internet at home is not working since a week and after many complaints and calls we didn't get a response yet. Could we get some assistance here please. Internet has been very intermittent and no reply with the existing request as well

    @ACTFibernet ACT said the problem would be resolved by the 5th, but today is the 6th and the connection still hasn’t come. Half of the month there was no internet, but they still sent the bill asking to pay.

    @ACTFibernet having trouble raising shift connection request. Reported it a month ago while shifting another account, which is not fixed yet. Wonder should I continue 2 connections with you.

    @ACTFibernet Any update ? It's been 2 weeks and even after escalating issue ur team still has not restored connection means it's shows how irresponsible towards customer . Till date none has turned out here to work on ground to look into issues but ready to give new connection ?@ACTFibernet

    This is not the first time sometimes if the @ACTFibernet connection is lost in Friday then Service Provider in #Chitlapakkam #Chennai area is not taking it seriously and its been resolved only over the weekday. But bill payment is charged on time #useless @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet it's been weeks since I last got the full internet speed I paid for. I've been stuck on 100 mbps for 2 weeks and despite notifying my area's ACT engineer he never came to fix it. I raised a complaint last night and haven't gotten any response either. Please help
