    @ACTFibernet Thank you, First thing I do is to raise case and then struggle to get any update. Last time when internet was down for almost 8-10 days i requested for connecting disconnect and refund but you refused saying as it would not be possible. I'm not renewing with you next term.

    It's better to get a new service provider.... @ACTFibernet is use less, i had two connection with them despite that they were not able to shift my connection in over 2weeks... @JM_Scindia @DoT_India do something there are 1000s of complaints

Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet It’s been over 24 hours and this is what we’ve been hearing. It’s not an impossible task to fix the connection when you promised so while over selling your service.

    Since @Airtel_Presence seems unwilling to support existing customers, I’m looking to switch providers. @ACTFibernet and @JioFiber, if you can provide a reliable broadband connection and prompt customer support in my area, please reach out to me. I’m ready to make the switch.

    @ACTFibernet Hi. I also have a mesh pod request pending for weeks now. Your service folks say there is a short supply. Can u fix it? How is the company installing new connections if it is so cropped by device shortage

    @ACTFibernet the internet is down since morning and when I opened a ticket SR10181184558624 the eta to resolve is suddenly tomorrow evening? What kind of utter nonsense is this? How can working professionals do their job with this extremely unreliable network.Totally unacceptable
