    @ACTFibernet Got a call from ACT, another ticket is logged as the link is down. Just got off a call with the the ACT technical team but the call got disconnected unable to get through the number again. Worst experience, can someone fix this asap?

    @ACTFibernet Don’t send this default templates provide proper information of what is going on and why is it taking so much time to fix to have an better understanding of why its taking so much time. You app doesn’t give any proper information of the what is happening with the ticket.

    @MiskiFans @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Bro naku kuda same ayndhi appudu nenu customer care lo straight away plan cancel chesina. Then they will connect with you their local service team. They will request you to continue ACT. After that, the next day the service team came to my home.

    @JioCare From past one week i am facing Jio wifi internet issue. its keeps fluctuating.I am not seeing option to contact customer care. One of the worst service. If you can't resolve i will move to Actfibernet.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet what are you trying to do; your customer support teams calls up and asks have you raised a complaint. On me saying YES he disconnects the call; why did he call then; don’t harass please don’t need your connection

    @ACTFibernet If you’re giving 24hrs to resolve it then how do I work ? You add delayed fees if payment is delayed by a day now how you gonna compensate customer for no internet for 2 working days ?

    @ACTFibernet Someone had called me up when I was in a meeting. I had requested to call back after an hour. I never received any call again!
