    @ACTFibernet Yes, the technician resolved it remotely. Once @ACTFibernet got into action over Twitter, everything was quick and efficient. But earlier, contacting overphone and lodging a compalint proved unresponsive, and Support chat on the ACT app is very limited in functionality.

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working for the last few days and resolution not provided. Kids classes are affected. Please provide an useful app where there's an escalation mechanism available

    @ACTFibernet I am connected to wifi but it shows no internet connection since yesterday morning. Till now it's the same. Why am I even paying and renewed my services last week if you can't give a proper service. Iam using ACT Storm. Fix it asap.

    @ACTFibernet paying amount after 4 day's i got new net connection,not even 1 day completed using the net,again net connection is no network at all,i think tou guy's have taken a pledged to make a trouble to consumer,i just fedup with complaining again n again,just refund my money

    How come you are so consistent @ACTFibernet ? Consistent in poor service. Raised 5+ tickets for internet issues within a month and you guys are saying same cable issues. You are poorest at its best. #ActFiber #WorstService

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet ACT Acc No: 101010982268 Dear Worst Service Provider, Don't you feel ashamed by providing such bad service. In a span of 30days your service got effected 3 times (Dec 20th,Jan 14th & Jan 21st). Remove the boxes from my apartment.

    @ACTFibernet whats wrong with your internet guys, can't even stream amazon prime properly, zoom calls show your internet is unstable and whatsapp calls have staggered voice. This is the 7th time I am writing to you guys in 4 months for some or the other issue.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD poor service delay in response no commitment waste of time as I lodge a complaint before 12pm till night it can resolve but just now I called to customer care he is saying tomorrow evening it will be done why so late response why ur technical busy

    @ACTFibernet , your service in Ahmedabad is getting pathetic day by day . I am having 3 mbps speed on main network, 90 ping to your own server and 8% packet loss .

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 67th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+
