    SR10381357589504 Request u to cancel my connection. ur connection goes down minimum one or twice every month. Absolutely no response. ur timelines don't matter as u dnt follow them. ur app does not allow to cancel connection. ur app is even worse than ur service. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet terrible customer care. Have been on the phone for so long but repeatedly put on hold without even speaking. Is this how you serve your customers? Pay 6 months in advance and this is the result. Moving to a different service provider is the best possible option.

    .@ACTFibernet it's impossible to get through anyone in customer care. There's been an outage since morning, a ticket was raised too but no visibility or communication on when the connection will be restored. Your local engineers aren't responding either.Ticket: SR11081361320654

    @ACTFibernet Seriously disappointed with the service, even before getting started. I requested a new connection two days ago, paid the full amount upfront, and no one has come to install it yet. The guy who handled my request has also stopped responding.

Many residents are unhappy with the current options and want to switch. Please flag this to your network expansion team for feasibility."

    @ACTFibernet Your sales team was blowing up my phone non-stop to force the connection. The moment I signed up, the service vanished. Installation promised Friday → postponed to Saturday → now Sunday and still no one has shown up. Work Order: WO101813949828

    @ACTFibernet love this game that you are playing. "Revision of ETR". 30 Jul 26 - 0900-1300, 1600-1930, 1930-2100. Latest is 31 Jul 26 - 1930-2100. In the meanwhile, visit by 3 technicians. Problem explained to all of them. Wonder when will u get tired of this game.

    @ACTFibernet Still it not fixed I belive your team was bussy figuring out what reasons they can tell to the customer to avoid working ! It's been 3 days my security cameras are not working who is responsible if any theft happens ?
