    @ACTFibernet its been almost a day and no one has reached out or resolved the issue. Ticket id: SR10181648713014 Team confirmed that issue will be fixed by 5 PM. Please let me know if you are fixing the connection or If I have to permanently switch other ISP.

    @ACTFibernet There is no Internet since 5 PM yesterday and there is no resolution till now. Your CC is asking me to wait till the ETR and not even allowing me to escalate. I am firm on not allowing your team to enter my premises to fix the Junction box now.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, facing network issues since yesterday I have raised complaint/ service ticket and as per the ticket the ETR is aug15 9pm and no updates received from field team. Escalated to customer care twice ( Aug 15 and today as well). Bad service SR10381605650644

    and we are back within a month, raised a req, wifi not working since more than 8+ hours now. raised multiple reqs, tried calling your folks but their phone is always busy. @ACTFibernet won't let me work calmly i guess

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Please understand the customer’s problem too. What am I supposed to do with such service? Neither are you installing the Wi-Fi nor processing my refund. This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

    @ACTFibernet It took 5 guys to fix my ACT connection. First 2 morons came, then a smarter guy came and figured out it was connected previously to Airtel. And another senior with his assistant came by. And it's all fixed.

    Really a bad experience with Act Fibernet. facing an issue from 22 aug 2026.The support guy said it is router issue so I have bought a new router and it turned out to be a issue with act internally. From then the technician will never help and extending from 4 days @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet u have one of the worst IVR to connect ur customer care executive. No option to change the plan. Why we need to continue with ACT with such a pathetic service
