    I can’t even use my phone’s internet. I’m completely dependent on ACT Wi-Fi, and I have important work that requires a stable connection. Please fix my internet. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet First change the plan to monthly from back-end & return my old wifi. I am unable to pay for this month. I don't want to trap for anther 3 months. I am nt ready 2 pay for 3 months advance. There is no guarantee this long pending issue will resolve which I am facing from Nov'25.

    @ACTFibernet Since issue stil nt reslvd post instlling new wifi/router. I wld request u nt 2 force me 2 opt for 3 mnths plan. Plz return my old wifi & reslve this recurring issue without any excuse & conditions(hardwre chnge, 3/6 months plan). Really fed up follwing 4 same issue again & again

    @ACTFibernet Why it is a pain to disconnect a connection from your side ? Im relocating tongiht to new place and it seems impossible to disconnect your connection .. Im going to throw the router and modem in trash if no one address this issue .. SR10378808743250
