    @ACTFibernet Not providing good services. It's been more then 3 weeks and till now my router has not been changed yet. I am really paying an amount to them of which i am not getting good service.

    @ACTFibernet my internet in The entire apartment has gone down since morning, location : Ramesh Nagar, 560037. I raised a request to solve this and got a msg saying it will take 24-48 hours. There is no one to call or complain. This is pathetic service #internet #poorservice

    @ACTFibernet Service involves many un-notified and uninformed downtimes, the wifi is not working from yesterday evening. I pay my bills before 15th but every month i notice the service goes down for a day or two. Can u explain why this happens.

    @futikismat @ACTFibernet Hey thanks, yeah figured that i wasn't connected to the 5g but even after that the speed is half of 200mbps and they said they'd fix it but ofcourse no fix forthcoming.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst wifi service provider in Bangalore. From 16th April 2022 I had to call them 5 times for service regarding internet. Everytime I call they say that we'll give a permanent solution but yet it happens almost every 10 days. (1/5)

    @ACTFibernet Worst ever service By a service provider. Had booked the package before 4 days and still there's no-one to start the connection. Everyday is a new excuse for @ACTFibernet For payment there was hundreds of calls, but after that there's minimalist response.

    @ACTFibernet Taken act connection, it's not even a week lot of issue. Airtel was far better than Act. Airtel had few network drops but within few seconds it used to connect but Act every 15min network drop and it take more than 30 min to connect.

    @ACTFibernet I talked to a tech and he said the issue has been fixed. But I'm seeing a varied invoice. Can I get a callback from billing department please?
