    Hi @ACTFibernet, no wonder that your customers are shifting to other service providers, reasons I get now. Well, coming back from 2008, I've been your loyal subscriber for the internet services. I've seen my connection transition from 1 Mbps basic to now 200 Mbps plan. Contd.

    @Mee_Rudra Faced similar issues for 6months with #Jio broadband. Worst ever ISP I have seen from last 15years. Even though I work for JIO, Switched to @ACTFibernet . Peaceful from then. Some time we will have intermittent issues but we will have some response from ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Took a connection 7 days back. Service has been down for 6 of them. No restoration in sight. They refuse to disconnect and refund the money either. Stay a million miles away from these scammers @chennaipolice_ needs to take strict action against such criminals

    I am done using @ACTFibernet. It’s been frustrating experience for last few weeks with repeated disruption of internet connection and very unprofessional technicians. Also, customer service is terrible. I would like to discontinue your services.

    On top of this: Until today, I’ve recieved zero calls from @ACTFibernet Zero updates on why it’s actually being delayed. The only message I get is the automated one they send when the resolution deadline is crossed.

    @ACTFibernet The issue has been resolved. There was a communication gap between the engineer and me, which led to my misunderstanding. Please disregard my earlier post.

    @aani0710 Oh, so the problem is with the setup box.? If I’m not wrong, it’s already connected to 2–3 internet providers. Let’s see who manages to fix it first. @ACTFibernet

    It was communicated by the ACT agents that if after upgrading the issue will not resolve, the amounts will be refund. I don’t see any such options there. I am keep on raising the tickets, but every time it is getting closed without even contacting with me. @ACTFibernet
