    @ACTFibernet turned terrible recently with its support. I am an act fiber customer for around 8 years now. Initially they used to resolve the issue within a day but now it has been 10 days since my internet is down. They closed my ticket without resolving the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Bangalore, This is the second time I am raising complaint for poor bandwidth speed & there is no proper resolution for this issue.. very poor customer service and people here pay money for good service and not for the buffering and error page .. #actbroadband👎🏻

    Please clarify, even the customer representative doesn't know anything....they work for count and get OTP to get some incentive or salary etc... 5G...not all coming 3G....I almost tried all the vendors @airtelindia. @ACTFibernet. @HathwayBrdband.all the same garbage....

    @ACTFibernet the connection not working, exactly after a month again, seems the box connected with the power is disconnected from the property owner, please arrange a visit asap and you can have it connected with our EB connection, we depend on this for WFH SR10367236990634

    @ACTFibernet you are going down fram the best service to the worst provider. May I know the status of internet issue? It has been 10 days since I lost the internet. 1st ticket got closed without any resolution. It has been 3 days since I opened the second ticket. Left DM

    @ACTFibernet my ACT NO. 102006721645 last 7 days over. still Issue not fixed ,i got call from one of the engineer but he is not disclose his name but as per engineer information, he will fix the issue next year ( 2024) b.coz he know very well ACT team working style. Great work🙏

    @ACTFibernet And it's second consecutive day with no internet. Do you people even realize how critical this is to our jobs when we are working from home? I think your name suits. ACT is just acting to being a service provider..it's actually THE WORST

    @ACTFibernet Had never thought that Act will be misleading the customers and misrepresenting the fact with regards to YuppScope TV subscription. Issue No. SR10267192617005. The way of @ACTFibernet qualifies the violation of Consumer Protection Act

    @ACTFibernet ..Service was good. SR11267217082421 Team ACTTechnician Narsing and his TL Simhadri helped me to resolve my issue,Even though sales person gave fake promise this Service guys are made it corrected and provided good service. Thanks to service guys not for Sales guys.
