    @ACTFibernet Absolutely disgusting facing disruption of internet service in CV Raman Nagar area after a hailstorm hit Bengaluru late Wednesday evening. It is yet not restored even after 48hrs. What kind of service you guys are providing? Appalling!

    @ACTFibernet Your service is a failure. 12+ hours of downtime, 0 real update, & your support is useless15 mins on hold just to hear scripted excuses about rain fiber cuts.There’s no rain here, and conn’ion a few km away are working fine. Stop the excuses and fix it. #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet I applied for a new ACT connection today and was promised same-day activation by the sales executive. However, after taking the payment, they are neither answering my calls nor providing the connection. This is very unprofessional. Please resolve this issue urgently
