    @ACTFibernet Regarding ticket raised on 17-Oct-21 morning- SR10163276961854. Been 1.5 days, net is still down(eta keeps on extending). Called cust care now, executive put himself on mute and stopped responding abruptly. Utterly disappointed!

    @ACTFibernet No one has addressed the issue yet. All your customer service agents disconnect the call. Atleast let me know if there is any possible solution or not.

    @ACTFibernet Again a network outage. Second time this month and 4th time in last two months. Utterly disappointed by the way ACT in Vijayawada is offering its services. Looks like you are pushing me to consider a different service provider.

    Banking customer care cannot help in this matter. And @ACTFibernet is one of the worst, most difficult to reach customer care I know. I shudder to think of reaching them any time I have a problem because of how woefully unresponsive they are. How can this issue be resolved?

    @ACTFibernet Evrytim surprise for customer, are you give me job if I loose it.itself if we delay the payment for one daynow what strategy in fixing the issue. what preventive measures were taken for the outage, need with all the timelines folks say "app complaint math karo hum aake deklete.."

    @ACTFibernet No you dont understand the issue it was committed to reslove by 8pm and now when i call it was moved to tomorrow 11 am. Do not commit jnless you able to fix it. If you would have told me it will resloved by tomorrow i wouldhave looked for alternatives but now iam on unplan leave
