    @ACTFibernet Is there any point in doing WFH when you have ACT fibernet? Every week, my wifi goes down and it doesn’t matter what time it goes down, its never fixed that same day!! Raised this ticket 5 hours back, no resolution despite promised to sort by 9 PM. SR11080445550744

    @ACTFibernet Your service is really pathetic. There has been no response on my ticket - technician visited and said he will fix it next week but stopped picking calls now. Refund my money, will use another provider 😡

    @Airtel_Presence You have only addressed my issue, no solution has been provided yet. No one has contacted me directly from Airtel regarding this issue. I think its in my best interest to move to @JioCare or @ACTFibernet at this point. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet , you guys are the worst. I have raised disconnection request SR11080198534617 . It is closed and i have returned the wifi router as well but I am still getting daily calls to pay bill and re-enable the connection. KINDLY STOP CALLING ME AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst support. I have raised a ticket for Wifi shifting but its been more than 3 days and till now no response yet and they resolved the ticket without any intimation.

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since last night and I had raised a ticket. There is no way I can talk to the customer service and the status still shows in process. My work is getting impacted. I didn't renew my subscription to go through this frustration.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet go and check how many complaints I have registered for your service in last 45 days from the day 2 since I took the connection, such a pain with this service, connection drops, video buffering etc. Please close my connection and issue the refund for remaining months

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, the issue is still unresolved as the connection has not yet been installed despite payment being completed several days ago. I request a Full refund of the amount paid. Please avoid generic responses and provide a clear resolution update.
