@ACTFibernet why there is no menu option speak to a customer care person, the bots options aren't helpful. I need to speak to someone. My upload data is showing 1/4th of my monthly data usage. I haven't done that upload. Need detailed report.

@ACTFibernet An executive just called us and gave us some initial instructions. But he left stating that he will call back immediately due to network problems. He never called. And now we are receiving a message saying that the problem has been addressed. Please respond ASAP. Thanks

@ACTFibernet worst connection. Can't even help solve a technical issue . Your customer support keeps saying that they will assign an engineer to help but it's been almost 36hrs of no internet. Moving to a different broadband next month which has better support.

@ACTFibernet One of worst of worst customer service I have seen in last 1 decade. Very shameful after calling 199 times to customer service my query is not been resolved. Written emails to support, HO, nodal officer no one is responding. Never ever refer this service to anyone.
