I raised an issue this Friday and It was closed on Saturday without my consent. And how come users don't have an option to reopen an issue? at least for the next 24hrs!!

Sengo PR (@SengoPR) reported@ACTFibernet This Junction box issue is going on from the time of my connection. Every month i i get the same issue and i was promised by a L2 manager that this will be fixed permanently which was in November, 2021. Look how pathetic your service and promises are!!

Please resolve this ASAP and if you can't at least provide a timeline when are you going to fix the damn junction box for good.
