    @ACTFibernet i am from bengaluru. I filled a ticket on Wednesday. People kept calling and came home. No fix. the problem is so and so. The ticket was closed by Act on Thursday night. I again reopened. It was again closed yesterday without fixing. Today, they deleted the ticket.

    @ACTFibernet Act have very unique way to give customer service. They will not answer your call. They will pick your call and stop responding. Pathetic service,Fake promotion about internet best provider. I will teach you after 3 month.

    @ACTFibernet I have taken 150 Mbps plan, But Getting only 30 Mbps Speed Requested for Money Back ,My Ticket Numbers Are SR10164403639999,SR10164398121620 They Never Resolve Issues Go With AirtelFiber/Jio

    @ACTFibernet Do you have any time line Solution? , Always Say 24 hrs, As a customer we Never knows When Your Time Starts, Every Time If we call We get Answer With in 24 Hours , Really Bad experience.

    Saving money on human support is good but @ACTFibernet lost my business just because i couldn't connect with a human being for days to shift my connection.

    @ACTFibernet improve your service and charges less to customers. One of the worst service ever seen in Bengaluru. Never resolved on time… learn from other service providers. On what basis u charge so heavy when compared to other vendors for this worst service.

    @sang1983 @ACTFibernet True! Received 2 calls frm ACT if we were satisfied with their services, pressed no twice got a reply we will contact you soon, still waiting! Terrible service ACT, neither bandwidth nor reachability! Told jio is better, thinking of switching to another sp! Suggestions welcome!
