    @ACTFibernet Hello @ACTFibernet Received below message this morning About revised ETR Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 24-Aug(DD/MM) 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT May I know what is the exact issue please. It’s been 3 days now.

    Dear @ACTFibernet It’s been more than 48 hours without internet connectivity. Complaint registered via app around 4:30 pm Sunday and ETR keeps on changing. As of now ETR is 23 Aug 9:00 pm but still nothing. Urge you to fix this issue ASAP Thanks!

    @ACTFibernet I'm sorry for my foul language if any, but ACT and ACT team is really pathetic as not even single Manager pickup the call for long 2 calls like 45+ min, IF ACT is not able to provide the service can bring some good Manager to at least listen the concerns of the consumers..

    @ACTFibernet My subscriber ID is 103016534622. I had a very customer experience from act guys. My internet was not working for many days. The act guys gave me worst customer experience. They are opening and closing the request without resolution. Disgusting.

    @ACTFibernet close to 26 hours of downtime in the last 72 hours. Tickets closed without resolution. Please do let me know steps to terminate connection. Moving to some other reliable service providers.

    WiFi connected but no internet from yesterday.. It was worst experience with @ACTFibernet.. Yesterday given complaint but still not solved.. I don't wanna recommend to anyone coz this is not 1st time.. In one year nearly 20 to 25 times same problem.. Every month easily 2 times..
