    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet When am i getting my refund? Customer care is pathetic if we ask for refund, they open the ticket for internet not working when the service is already disconnected. ACT out fast and speeden up your processes..

    There has not been a single day, i didnt suffer from your Horrible internet connection. Today again its second time internet is getting stopped working today.I am also not able to raise complaint in whatsap. Your stupid bot says its unable to fetch information.@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet is the most interrupted internet service in the world i think. When required the most they vanish. And require 24 hours to fix an issue. Solution suggested by customer care is to remove plug and put back🥺

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD When are you planning to resolve the issue. Will you guys Atleast take up the issue which is posted on 18th Dec 2021. I really doubt your SDM, DGM and all the management are just sleeping. Are they just paid for sleeping.

    @ACTFibernet Very bad customer service and IVR system you have. I cannot reach a customer service agent when i have an account which is in a disconnected state due to ownership transfer. But, from the same phone i can reach customer service using an Active account. Not Happy..

    @ACTFibernet What is your service commitment for consumers section?? Do you provide the same speed as you described in the plan or will it change? For eg: for plan of 75 Mbps, what speed do consumers get (assuming a router does not exist)
