@ACTFibernet My internet is not working for more than 30 hours and I still don't know how much time it will take. Every month for two to three days, there is no internet service while billing is done for the complete month. Your service is quite horrible. A/c No. 101649358845

respected @ACTFibernet i have opted for a 75mbps plan but you provided the router capacity, which is limited to 40mbps. I have raised this issue many times. I am not disappointed with the speed. Please look into it. @_DigitalIndia @DEFindia

@ACTFibernet No call received yet. I have waited 30 minutes on customer care number but it was still in queue and I ended the call as I do not have hope to connect to your agents. To reach your customer support is really hard so continuing relationship with your organization is not suggested

@ACTFibernet heard a lot of good thing about your internet, but when tried to opt your internet service feels a really bad experience as waited for 5 long days when wfh is going on paid full amount what asked for but stoll after waited for 5 days canceled your connection.@ManaliS

@ACTFibernet please look into this SR10165845364074, working from home and facing issues with your connection. Connection speed is 300Mbps, but not even getting 150mbps. Service engineer doesn't attend the call. Pathetic experience.
