    @ACTFibernet The executive has removed the junction box but has not restored the connection, resulting in a complete service outage. This has escalated from delay to service disruption caused by ACT’s action. Request immediate technician revisit today and restoration.

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday a complaint was raised for internet issue which is not resolved till now my work is being effected due to such pathetic service but when it comes for bill pmt ur *** gets on fire and stop the services immediately,
