    Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is absurd. I called support team and I've an issue with just connecter. They raised a ticket for connecter and tentative resolution is 3 days are you people crazy? Its just ethernet cable connecter which needs to be connected.

    @ACTFibernet Worrest customer service by Act Hyderabad. Not helpful. problem with flexibite, they are telling wait for 4hours and more ... !!! Almost 24 hours. Now a days Internet was essential for WFH . Reply please

    @ACTFibernet Again Worst experience. No permanent resolution at all. CC executive do not respond in time and they are rude with u the customers. The technician do not reply and when I raise complaints he begs me not to raise complaints and call him instead.

    @ACTFibernet You must . I just spoke to your Lucknow spoke person and he refuses to give his superiors number. All he says I cant .. Learn the service basics . If lucknow had been able to resolve the issue it should not be reoccuring.
