    Hi @ACTFibernet so each and every month I should make a tweet regarding the worst service provided by you and when I try calling the engineer in my locality he says he is on leave and the wifi isn't working for the last 12 hours and still no action has been taken

    @ACTFibernet In Doddakanneli, Bengaluru area the service is very bad. My question is how a person will do his office work if you repair next day as you mentioned in your ticket. we have good impression about ACT services please keep that trust always.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Act, Your team has given extension till 25th November 2022, but due to some medical issues i am unable to remit the payment. I request you to kindly extend the due date till next week. I assure that the payment will be made before the said date.

    @ACTFibernet Internet keeps going down every now and then. In every two days I have to call the local team to get the situation resolved. Even a good area like Indiranagar, Bengaluru we are facing such issues.

    @ACTFibernet - You guys are very particular and eager when it comes to asking for money for internet subscription. But when internet issues occur, resolution takes days. Pathetic service as always. Would suggest people to go for brands like airtel instead
