    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet How many days will it take to rectify my network issue? I do not understand why it is taking so much time. No one is answering my phone calls, and I have not received any update on the status of the complaint.

    @ACTFibernet I'm unable to change my plan. The portal keeps pushing me back to the home screen and asks me to log in again and again in a loop. Please check and fix!

    @ACTFibernet I really frustrated that still the issue has not been solved, however I got a mail that complaint closed.. Modem is blinking green light but no internet connection yet. We are trying to reach your technicians, nobody picking the phone.. Total waste of money and time #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, the area supervisor calls and fixed up an appointment for new router and has missed it 4 times. 4 times. I have been subscriber since 2018. you are not getting business from me from next month. Ac no. 102017708284

    @ACTFibernet I want to shift my WiFi, but I am being asked to pay ₹707. The new location is not far; I am just moving it across the road. Airtel Fiber is offering me the same thing for free. I don't want your WiFi anymore. Please come and take your device back. I can get a new @airtelindia connection for ₹1500 for 3 months. Very disappointed with this service.

    Dear @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i live in the same community as Srini and its been 3 days…you are unable to fix a connection…and your customer support is terrible and till date nobody visited home not even a call on the status…how many days do you need to fix a connection?

    @ACTFibernet one rain and your connection failed. I have raised a complaint and have been calling your support guys for the past 3 hours. No response whatsoever and no clarity on when you'll restore the internet connection. Pathetic service.

    Since 28th, you have been postponing the resolution every day. Today again 1 PM, and now postponed to 6:30 PM. What is your team doing?Resolve it immediately or disconnect the service and refund the money idiots If you are not capable of managing the shutdown idiots @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet What about the situation when you employee is threatening me to kill me? Will @ACTFibernet will be responsible for the same if any theft happens of any unfortunate incident either happens with me or my family?

    @ACTFibernet very disappointed with the service constant issue with Internet please look into this ticket and upgrade your hardwares in the society. SR10280544709394. We have been raising multiple tickets for this and no effective resolution.
