    @ACTFibernet No internet on Monday morning and wfh not yet started for this week. Trying to reach act customer care via call and chat lady 3hours but no luck. Please do the needful ASAP. Just 5mins technical assistance required but not able to contact any of your staff.

    @ACTFibernet internet is down. Can't raise a ticket from the app, getting something went wrong message after few minutes. Not able to contact over the call centre saying it is busy. From last week too many times internet is down. If same continues, have to switch.

    @ACTFibernet I was trying to contact every number which is available in internet but, none if that numbers work. Even your whats app number is unable to perform in time. To whom i can tell to rectify my internet. Field engineer are saying complaint number is mandatory .

    @ACTFibernet pathetic experience from you guys no internet access from morning, couldn't open your app because it has worse interface,tried calling your customer care they are response less just cut the call without explanation, couldn't use chat box because of internal error.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 20 days that by have requested for address update which was incorrectly updated when connection was given. I called customer care 5 to 6 times during these 20 days and everytime they ask for 24hrs of time to resolve the issue but no sign of them.

    @ACTFibernet Waiting for this ticket to be resolved SR10259051439492. No power back up when electricity goes off. Was supposed to be resolved by 9am today. Pls help
