Paid ACT Fibernet in advance for a new connection. Later they said my area isn’t serviceable, but still no refund after 7–8 days. No proper response, zero accountability. Worst service! @ACTFibernet @ACT

@ACTFibernet You guys have been giving the same response for the last 15 days. Even if not done urgently, normally such issues should be resolved in just 2 or 3 days. Even local cable operators are providing better service than this.

@ACTFibernet Again it's taking time and unable to connect to customer care. The plan was for3 months and every day we unable to watch ott or any channel and from 3 months it's reducing day by day. We switched from airtel and seems it's worst than airtel
