@ACTFibernet How can u guys sleep over things like net being down. Your guys tell us that some server is down somewhere and they're not sure of recovery. It's been off since yesterday night in yemalur area . All this with wfh. Is it better to choose Airtel again over u guys?

Customer service is very pathetic with @ACTFibernet CHENNAI. They keep changing ticket resolution time for the ticket raised. Above all there is no customer care number provided in the app to call and report this. Engineers also don’t respond to calls. Ticket no: SR10365791066774

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet " Prashant" technician of act fibre is talking to his girlfriend(assumption) 24 hours without answering customer calls. Before payment and confirmation he promised us to fix the connection in a day or two. Worst experience. Your Work order WO101657794180

@ACTFibernet I have tried to contact your teams many times but they aren't responding. Past 9 hours they working on the same issue but no results. It's means there is lack of skilled workers and the issue has to be addressed properly. From 31St August to 4th Sep I'm facing the same issue

@ACTFibernet Internet goes down during power cuts. Contacted customer care, they raised a ticket. It got closed today without confirming from me. An hour ago, there was a power cut and the internet went down again. Are you intentionally ignoring my tickets?

@ACTFibernet For a issue to get resolved you take more than 18 hours.I should leave my job aside for 18hours and wait for your service.18 HOURS.Who will compensate this.Not at all acceptable.That too living in prime area in the city it is taking 18 hours to get it resolved.👎
