@vickyfan4arr @ACTFibernet Got stuck on this issues for the past one year then tried for relocation applied for the same they were lame as always switched to another service provider so far phenomenal experience.. @ACTFibernet not worth a penny spared .. very bad experience

Dear @ACTFibernet why is it taking a month to resolve a billing enquiry? Your call centre is useless with their only response being you will receive a call back which is never happenin. And to top it all you close all the open service requests without resolving. Pathetic service!

@ACTFibernet I did share the details through DM, yet no response from you. Wondering why did you ask those details. The junction box is connected in our building and powered up from our EB box. Please take that crap away from our building, before I remove the box and throw it away.
