@ACTFibernet I spoke to ACT customer care and they themself treated badly. So how can i trust ACT promises and replies. Any ways i send my number in private message, but ACT behavour made me loose trust on ACT. This is really dissapointing. ACT will pay price.

@ACTFibernet From last 6 months I am your user but I never accept your services, at time of installation your executive told you will get 100rs concession as we are using your electricity for fiber but till today bill is still 1041rs sorry ACT you are not a good service provider.

@ACTFibernet waste service from past 2days no net in my area no proper reply from executive. Every week connection problem wires are distributed if amount havnt paid they cut immediately. Beggers thy need money no service @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet what does it take for your customer service team to escalate to a senior. You guys are not allowing me to disconnect the service nor the CS team is willing to escalate my issue. Being a customer for close t two years I'm completely disappointed.

@ACTFibernet Struggling to get help with relocation receiving no help from customer care even after escalating and a fake promise by supervisor ! Even a technician visits with a promise to resolve by eve and when called in the eve he started giving unknown numbers to talk(1/3)
