    Other ISP pings are 8-15msms to chennai. Why is @ACTFibernet 28-30ms? And why don't you respond to issues? Other ISPs I've used atleast acknowledge the routing issue and give me an estimate to fix but @ACTFibernet is just ignoring the issue.

    Dear @ACTFibernet , internet in Gautami Enclave Kondapur, Hyderabad area is broken since the morning most probably due to fibre cable cut. Upon raising the issue on your app nobody gives any answer. It is causing inconvenience and frustration among your customers 😢

    @ACTFibernet wht kind of harassment is this? I had confirmed your customer care 10 times stating I don’t need your service anymore and on 10th Aug I was frustrated and have sent email too but still I keep getting calls and they keep harassing me… #stop #harassment
