    @ACTFibernet Team, I am paying for 150mbps and getting 5mbps speed, you provide this kind of service. We are going towards 5G but not fulfilling the requirements of 4G. Guys please don't take this we have other service providers which are providing 100mbps in less price.

    @ACTFibernet For my new connection, when I asked the service representative to shift the router to another room. He agreed to do so, but when I reached him on phone he ended up blocking my number. Is this how a new customer gets treated? Huge disappointment... @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Is it so difficult to put an account on hold? What's taking so long? I tried calling your customer care but was on hold for more than 30 mins. Time to look at other ISPs I guess.
