@ACTFibernet ridiculous service, I asked to change my plan from halfyear basis to monthly basis and you cc guys says wait for 72 hours, my net got disconnected and should I wait for 72 hours, to change a plan you take 3 days, isn't it slow pathetic service?

@ACTFibernet Here is my Sr no 10261462083402, do something or tell the procedure of disconnection, iam a very new customer of ACT but feels like opted a wrong internet connection hardly completed 4months and just check my complaints. If you guys can't serve it then let me know.

@ACTFibernet Hi, The internet has not been working since yesterday morning.I raised ticket, contacted the service agent and the customer care three to four times.They said that it will be resolved but still it is not.I even contacted the service agent whom I was asked to contact.

@ACTFibernet technician came saw the problem, contacted back end, took control of my laptop using anydesk, confirmed problem exists, asked me time till tomorrow, then I get a call asking me to contact income tax department. How stupid of someone to say something like this?

@ACTFibernet not really sure what's issue with your network in bangalore? SR10261464005182 is my complaint ID, your internet is not working for almost 2 days now. I'm fed up following on this now. Request to get it resolved at the earliest. My WFM is getting severely effected

@ACTFibernet is the worst when it comes to customer service. It is all great until you hit that moment. 14d to say they can't resolve the issue, 10d to process disconnection, 30d+ with no resolution on refund, with varying canned responses. Pathetic - won't recommend them ever!

@ACTFibernet You have the most incompetent customer care I have ever seen in my life. I have complained so many times that complaints are closed without attending. Yet once again the ticket is closed without attending. This is the third time.(1/4)

@ACTFibernet My internet isn't working n I have to login to the app to reconnect every mrng- Today, neither app is helping nor the self care portal. App - Smthng went wrng restart chat, tried atleast 10 times Portal - Doesn't login with my number. Please help!
