    @ACTFibernet @mkchiranjeevi So you won't respond until one publicizes the issue on social media. Is this the accountability. You'll send dozens of reminders for paying the bill on time. Why won't you take accountability in fixing at the right time. Mine i have lost 2 days of service for 3 month plan

    People out there in Blore who are trying to get @ACTFibernet think twice. I had good experience till 28/Apr but since then there is no internet and they are still trying to resolve the issue. Did you ever hear from @JioCare or @airtelindia outage of 5 days? #ACTOutageInBlr

    @ACTFibernet They are asking me to cancel the subscription instead of processing my refund request. As a final request, please ask your team to initiate the refund from their end as soon as possible. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet I stay in a place where mobile network connectivity is iffy. I rely heavily on act Wi-Fi. If this isn’t resolved by the weekend, it will have serious implications. I’ve already shared the ticket ID, please look into this.
