@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have broadband account with ACT fiber net (Account No: 103669182990). For last 2 days my broadband connection is not working. Still it's not resolved and when I contacted customer care they shouting on me and keep quarreling with me.

@ACTFibernet Complient no : SR10267369831924 closed without issue being resolved. If I reopen, assigned engineer closes it again in no time. Why pay for 500Mbps plan when you get only 100Mbps ? Isn't it called planned loot ?

@ACTFibernet @ActfiberC I facing regular internet diconnection, i have raised this issue many times, your representative dosent show up, but in call he says has been fixed and close the ticket. They asked me to change to a new rooter, still not resolved.!

@ACTFibernet Teach your customer care peoples that #hindi isn’t national language of 🇮🇳 and India doesn’t have one. They doesn’t have basic manners & etiquette to understand the customer need & comfortable communication language but only requires sales. Pathetic service system.
