@ACTFibernet here in every month why the service got cutoff already I paid full amount then why are you providing so much bad service to customers every month minimum two times service get cutoff apart from this your technicians taking 24-48 hrs for resolving, it's too much

@ACTFibernet I took your service on3rd Jan with the promise given by your sales guy stating service will resume in 24hours. However no response from anyone. Neither sales guy responses over the call or message. I am lost.Quite disappointing. I feel big brands are better option

Hi @airtelindia We are facing issue with our fibernet conn. And it was reported 5days back. We haven’t received any response from the support. If it couldn’t be solved, plz let us know. Will move on to @ACTFibernet They will surely help us on this.

@ACTFibernet Their complaint resolution is nothing short of terrible. Someone from their team called me this morning asking me to be at home since he was coming in 5 minutes, it’s been more than 5 hours, and this is how they behave after I mentioned it was urgent. Sad!
