  @ACTFibernet @PrabuPrithik Primarily ask your staff Mr Sriram to respond to multiple calls (8925820780)for service,next advice him to be calml while your customer calls out of frustration.Advice him not to shout around with your client,we are not receiving free service.More than 20 calls went unattended.

You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.   @ACTFibernet After 21 hours the outage was fixed. My feedback: frequent outages 1-2 times a month, slow and delayed support. Helpdesk is not reachable even after several tries #fail #actfibernet

  Really a bad experience with Act Fibernet. facing an issue from 22 aug 2026.The support guy said it is router issue so I have bought a new router and it turned out to be a issue with act internally. From then the technician will never help and extending from 4 days @ACTFibernet
