    @ACTFibernet The speed is becoming worse by the minute and it’s appalling that no one has bothered to rectify the problem in spite of your tweet saying that we will get this sorted! I think it’s time to disconnect all my connections with ACT and move to another operator.

    @ACTFibernet There is no response, I'm having technician number he's also responding poorly. When asked who's addressing problem he is not able to answer . I asked him to provide me with contact details of local area TL. He was stil acting hideous and refused .

    @ACTFibernet Connection restored, but now battery backup problem started. Not getting even 1 min backup. Battery already changed 3 times recently with same complaint. Seems someone stealing ur batteries. There is a pattern, battery issue starts immediately after connection issue is fixed.
