@ACTFibernet has become worse lately. I’ve been very patient, but the constant fluctuations are unbearable. No proper response from the service team, and no resolution at all. I don't have any more patience. I want to stop using the service and request disconnection immediately.

@ACTFibernet It’s been 24+ hrs with no internet. Your executive came, saw a power issue at the hub, asked if it can be shifted to my place. I said it’s a rented house and I need to confirm. He gave no suggestions and left without any update. What kind of service is this?

@ACTFibernet (2/4)When I contacted him again, he said there’s *no alternative* and I should “take a refund” and they will disconnect. Is refund the only solution you provide? No support, no options — just asking customers to leave?
