    @ACTFibernet Frequent disconnection every 10 days or so because of jumper box issue in my apartment.Your team has not been able to fix it for months now. While working from home it's a big concern. Here is another open complaint with no resolution from morning SR10256293003132

    @ACTFibernet But you guys are harassing us for last 12 days without giving a connection. You want us to take a plan which is not required for us. I am an existing customer. I am disconnecting that connection as well. You are loosing 2 customers and I guess u r happy with it.

    @ACTFibernet It's Day 5, even today there is no updates.There is no proper response, my calls have been kept on hold for hours together with no resolution. I'm so sick and tired of calling and literally begging for the restoration of the internet. Such pathetic service you guys provide.

    @ACTfibernet Its been more than two weeks that I wake up to find my internet not working. Everyday I raise a complaint and everytime I have explain it to your bot why my internet is not working. Your service reps don't pick up my calls. #SR10156302685752. Please fix this ASAP!
