    @ACTFibernet ticket number SR10258926394422 not getting internet since two days and raised two tickets, called technician Akash since evening, not picking up and finally at night says will be fixed tomorrow. Going through the same ordeal back to back 2 days now. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket no SR10158683626892 . This complaint is still not fixed. I am facing internet issue even now. Everytime I call they say it's junction box issue. Wrongly closed. PLEASE HELP

    @ACTFibernet SR10958948573572 ...so another time it happened. U can see how periodically this is happening. Would appreciate a permanent solution as this is causing severe work impact. Paying more money for ACT professional network but not always disruption.
