    @ACTFibernet The way the service technicians are behaving is irritating.I have been facing continuous probelm ,It always shows connected without internet, Raised several ticket but issue has not been resolved yet. I even tried moving out of act.Really hectic service.Dissapointed!

    overall the service of @ACTFibernet has always been good. but in the last 6-8 months the power backup of the local switch/router has been quite bad. if you have an hour of powercut it'll stop working. it was not the case earlier. also powercut scenario wasn't this bad.

    @ACTFibernet I have been asking disconnection of my service since 3rd June and there is no proper response. Customer support and email support are worst there is no ticket or solving mechanism. Please give me update soon.
