@ACTFibernet i am unable to connect to my internet since 2 days and when i checked with field engineer their response is that they cant help anymore and asked to change my internet provider. Now i will make sure no one is using actfiber from here on. Pathetic and arrogant team.

2 weeks since we installed @ACTFibernet & still NO WIFI! 1st SR: SR10176648776964 auto-closed without fix. 2nd SR: SR10176780855359 also ignored. Called 5-7 times, ZERO response. Worst service ever! 😡 #ACTFibernet #BadService

@ACTFibernet Shared over DM. The issue is closed without a resolution.Shows all the claims about @ACTFibernet is true.Don't think you guys will be able to resolve it anytime soon considering you don't have necessary permissions to begin with. So pls stop making false claims about resolution.

Dear @ACTFibernet 10 days before renewal of plans email, whatsapp inbox and SMS inbox is filled with your mssgs to renew the plan. But, when there is an issue you just raise a ticket & keep shifting the resolution time as per your choice with 0 contact point. It's time to shift.
