  @ACTFibernet Need an update on the issue we raised some days back. “A so called ACT representative” with ACT ID card took money from us for the connection, but yet no connection nor refund. Later we understood he was fraud. We are waiting for a quick resolution from your end.

  @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Pathetic service. They said they upgraded my speed by changing 4wire to 8wire but in reality they didn't actually change the wire. It is nothing but cheating the customer.

  @ACTFibernet I booked your Internet service by paying on 5th July and I was given assurance that connection will be given before 48hrs and its been 4 days no one has called? If I need to call so many times to get the connection itself wondering how is your service be?
