    ticket SR10167343090199 still not resolved since 4 hours internet is down. Lost multiple clients and affected my reputation. Never using act again after the subscription ends i am switching to another fibernet which has quick response.. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I requested for a new connection on 15 March and paid the amount as requested by your sales representative. However, due to technical and logistical problems, the connection is still not provided. Can you please close the request and process the refund?
