  @RKRadhakrishn @karthik_sam @ACTFibernet If the ACT service engineer communicates & shares the actual reason and timeline to resolve, customer's wouldn't be frustrated. SWD works damaged their cables at multiple points in our street. Even after 48 hrs this wasn't shared leading to friction & abuse on the service team

  @ACTFibernet Befor opting for 6 month subscription call will be successful in first attempt itself , now when it's about fiber switch charges credit issue , calls are unsuccessful? Really?

  @ACTFibernet Dear customer, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 01-Sep(DD/MM) 07:30 to 09:00AM. Team ACT Almost 10days still issue not resolved
