    @ACTFibernet - Fed up with your service. Internet connection goes off very frequently in Vanasthalipuram, Sahebnagar Kalan, I have to raise 5-6 requests in a month since 4months. Taking 3 working days to fix the same. My work is getting impacted very badly. Need permanent fix.

    @ACTFibernet @ACT @act one of the worst services provided to the customers.. whenever you request for any issue they don't respond properly..they just create the ticket and close it automatically without resolving the issue. No proper response. Poor services.

    @ACTFibernet Your company is getting more profit from our apartment and neighboring houses itself, so give priority to service and fix this as soon as possible. Don't earn bad name for your company by further delays.

    @ACTFibernet Yes, the issue has been resolved for now. But please take a look at the number of tickets that we have opened since we got the connection a month ago. It's almost once every few days. :( Could you please ensure this doesn't happen again at least for a few weeks? Thanks.

    No solution yet. Bo one from the @ACTFibernet bothered to even give a call and listen to the complaint. That's how their service is. Bye-Bye. #ActFibernet. Switching to another provider & advise people to never trust ACT. THEY ARE THE WORST. Every other day connection goes off.

    Account 10165891031 - No internet today. I had to face problems at work . Is there no customer service followed. If this cannot be activated in next 30 mins, kindle call me to get this disconnected with full refund for the malpractice. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
