    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @FiberAct It's been over a 9 days since I raised my shifitng request and 6 days as disconnection request (SR10281001985214), but there has been no resolution. Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end.     @ACTFibernet Update: I received a callback from the ACT Broadband billing team, and they have adjusted my bill by crediting the charges for the outage period. Thanks for the prompt action and for resolving the issue. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet ID: SR11081047219104 Internet has been down for 24+ hrs. Engineer visited and said the cable is broken at a pole, another engineer was to fix it, but no update yet. Please expedite the resolution ASAP.
