@ACTFibernet we are searching for him ,he just took his bike and went away.And we try to reach ACT customer care they asked us to press 1,2 and send us the message u complaint is registered again,it's also most 24hr completed but complaint is not resolved still.

@ACTFibernet Worst service,after registering the complaint a person came to check the connection,he inspected and there is no response and one highlight thing is that representative did not resolve the concern and did not informed about the complaint we raised,

@ACTFibernet After 72 hours of outage got this message “Dear Patron, We noticed that you have experienced service outage and have credited Rs.41 as a waiver to your ACT Account. Team ACT”. So 41 rs is the waiver you give for 3 days? None of the support guy called me Ridiculous #Actfibernet
