    @ACTFibernet Pathetic Service, don't recommend others to subscribe. I placed a shifting request on August 28th, I was promised 3/9 2PM the request will be completed, 3/9 6:56 PM Customer Care asked me to raise another request and put me on an infinite hold.

    @ACTFibernet booked new connection on 1st sept.. after payment. till now no response, no technician called. customer care is repeating the same thing everyday without any clear answer. There is no purpose if it is delayed without any reason when i need it urgently for work.......

    @ACTFibernet why the customer support call won't connect after being in line for 15+ mins and sayin you call position is no 2...after tht automatically it stops and stays calm forever...!! Even your automated service also don't work as same as your Internet connectivity..!!!

    @ACTFibernet @Yeshwanthiac same issue.... money paid... no further action taken... nobody called... no internet... a waste of my time....nobody is giving any concrete response..... if i cant get it done.... i have to ask for refund... plz process.

    @varshit97237545 @ACTFibernet ACT fibernet is waste bro. There sales after service is worst in the world. I disconnected there network and switched to jio fiber. You also do the same.
