  @ACTFibernet SR10181798065394 ACT internet cut every month. Reason given: fiber cut by regional & line manager. This is not service, it’s negligence. Stop excuses, deliver reliability. Customers won’t tolerate repeated

  @ACTFibernet I signed up for a new connection yesterday and did not expect this kind of horrible service from Act .. installation was supposed to happen yest .. till today no one even responds - I have wasted 1 day sitting on installation … I am now thinking of cancelling

  @ACTFibernet Seems you guys only had to turn the switch back on! The issue got resolved less than 5 mins after your response on x and via mail. Unfortunate that I had to wait 40+hours in the National capital for broadband to be restored. Messaged u my registered mobile no.. @TRAI

  @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.

  @ACTFibernet It took 5 guys to fix my ACT connection. First 2 morons came, then a smarter guy came and figured out it was connected previously to Airtel. And another senior with his assistant came by. And it's all fixed.

  Thanks for your pathetic service @ACTFibernet @FiberAct in Bengaluru, by charging for fiber connection and using copper wire, even though when asked for proper fober connection. Stop lying to your customers at the time of purchasing new connection. #actfiber #act

  @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.   @ACTFibernet so in delhi their internet stops working within 15 days of installation think about other states and they couldn't resolve it , the worst part is they are unable to even provide ETA. They hired few staff and even they are untrained, Avoid ACT

  @ACTFibernet The issue is still not solved. How much longer will it take for you resolve the issue? Since our new connection, we have been having at least one issue every month. Why? We are seriously considering shifting to @airtelindia
