@ACTFibernet Again your so called Hi Speed fibernet is not working. This is 3rd outage in last 3 days. Same SR11063435185034 has been reopened. #ActFibernet frequent outages is very disturbing.

@ACTFibernet Nope you dont regret anything , stop lying to yourself and to the customer's face . Your technician / engineer wantedly disconnects my calls when I ask him for an update , thats the level of service you guys provide to the customer . Will be disconnecting the services asap

Customer support of @ACTFibernet; different teams will provide different reasons and at the end customer suffers and they are happy as they get their money irrespective of internet working or not;
