Have been an ACT Fibernet customer for more than 6 yrs… Was on a 6M +1M prepaid plan.. moved my house and ACT confirmed that connection is not feasible. Four more months of service remaining, but ACT is refusing to refund the balance amount… @ACTFibernet - poor customer service

@ACTFibernet am trying to keep my account for non usage but the customer care person refusing to keep. What the hell is going on. How could he reject and not transferring to any person. Literally its a bad experience with the ACT.
