@ACTFibernet just finished speaking with your customer service rep Tejashri, and spent over 30 minutes trying to explain the issue. Despite my efforts, the responses remained generic—'sorry', 'will escalate', and 'a new ticket has been opened'—with no clarity on what’s actually wrong. 1/2

After 5 days, there’s still no proper response from @ACTFibernet I made 15 calls today alone to engineer no answer. Your team promised the issue would be fixed by this evening, but nothing. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Please resolve #CustomerServiceFail

@ACTFibernet The service has been highly disappointing with frequent interruptions and tickets taking days to resolve. Despite paying quarterly, there’s no accountability or compensation for service downtime. If ACT can’t resolve issues promptly, refund the amount. #PoorService
