  @ACTFibernet I'm not at all happy with the resolution. I have got loss of pay because of your delay in service. Who is going to bare it. Almost 3 days LOP has been imposed for me because of your service delay. Once subscription end I'm going to remove act connection for sure.

  @_sairamkrishnan @ACTFibernet They've been calling me for a year for a one month extension fee, which I never asked for. I had waived off 6 months advance paid when I left Chennai a year back.

  @ACTFibernet What a useless ISP. I've been facing high pings since two weeks now, and every day I call the customer care, they say a technical team will call me within 4 hours, and they never called. Filing case against you in consumer court. Worst service.

  @ACTFibernet Account 110000342714 will only be paid when invoice issue is resolved. One says its resolved and new invoice is being posted the other rep threatened to disconnect. Whom should I trust? The entire ACT Team is untrustworthy.
