    I don't know how @ACTFibernet recruits uneducated people in their company! Is it a company is like that or the staffs(customer service). Such jerks! I was having doubts about my bill but he was not willing to answer and cut the call! For this stupid customer service.

    When local providers are able to fix all the internet issues within minutes then being a reputed provider y u guys are not able to do it. Like every month again there is no internet. If v have to keep recharging data packa, then y do we need internet service. @ACTFibernet @TRAI

    You promise to give No:1 service to the customers but where are those promises now. When cancelling the subscription you keep sending emails and promise for good service but it is not at all happening. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @TRAI

    Facing this issue everyday with your service.Still No call back arranged by your side it's been more than 4 hrs I'm waiting for your call @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet and I think it's better to switch to othe service provider now .

    @ACTFibernet Update : installation team comes and informs that the setup is not feasible after 4days. Now they initiate a refund. Hey ACT this is really bad, you should have informed in advance. Not cool.

    As we are working from home, internet is one of the essential these days. No internet No pay. You guys don't understand and always take more than 24hrs or 72 hrs to fix the problem. I want my internet to be fixed now. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @TRAI
