    @ACTFibernet Your customer service is unacceptable—relentlessly pushing for upgrades, then failing to deliver any real support. Tickets are ignored, and technicians never turn up, leaving customers stranded and unheard.

    @ACTFibernet it’s providing the worst service. We are facing internet issue from August 23 and created(SR10377135772824 ) but it’s still not fixed. They said the router is not working and needs to be changed but it will be charged because we are using a monthly plan.(1/3)

    @ACTFibernet lost internet on August 20th and since then everyday the resolution date is extending and till now not resolved. Not able to speak to customer care. I am your customer since 10 years. Least I am expecting is a month refund and quick resolution. SR10176754235444
