    Dear @ACTFibernet, your issue resolution process is very poor. Even your APP doesn't show the status of the complain. I got SMS that my ticket had been closed, but it didn't show what action was taken. In mood to Give up your connection and service.

    @ACTFibernet I've paid the bill yesterday but it's still showing unpaid. I'm getting messages continuosly asking me to pay. No one from the customer service is resounding, please solve this issue

    The @ACTFibernet support is utterly ridiculous. It has been 5 days and still just one phone call from the support team giving fake empathy. I am on the edge of getting the service cancelled but I have already paid for a 8 month package. Need some human intervention ASAP.

    Hello @ACTFibernet my experience in your customer care service is so poor. 1. It takes long time to talk with your customer care employee. (waited 20min+) and still couldn’t talk. 2. whatsapp customer care service only show same 8types. what if i have any other queries ? #Review
