    @ACTFibernet i register a new connection and paid for 3 months plan and installation happened on jun 2nd. i’ve now received a notification saying service suspended and bill of 707 is due tomorrow. i’ve raised a ticket SR10280753231094 but i want to talk to a support person

    @ACTFibernet it has been more than 24hrs , issue still not resolved.this is impact on our work. More than 200 houses internet down since 24hrs. Due to tree branch cutting by electricity dept. In Ameenpur Hyderabad. Kindly address ASAP. @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     The @ACTFibernet service in Blr is to terrible, they take 10+ days to setup your OTT/TV subscription in 2026 lol. Regretting moving from @airtelindia tbh

    @ACTFibernet pathetic internet service which gets interrupted every now and then ....asking engineers to visit the compound ..no one does that .. very bad service ..thinking of moving to Jio Worst service ever

    @PrestonSte33640 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet has the most horrible service. Low speeds and every month at least for 2 days their internet is down. I'd suggest moving to Jio/Airtel which are far superior and much reliable. ACT Internet does not deserve anyone's money.
