@ACTFibernet I am still waiting for a resolution. Even after writing to ACT nodal officer and Appealate Authority no help in closing this matter. @GoI_MeitY please assist as this ACT team is incompetent to help their customers and keep on harassing them

@ACTFibernet Dear @ACTFibernet , we are facing internet downtime for the past 2 days and have raised two complaints for the same. There is no action from your team. Your customer service promised to resolve this issue before 9.00 pm today but haven’t seen anything.
