    @ACTFibernet today billing team says that it is my problem that no engineer came to change the router mesh when my renewal was due so I will have to pay extra. This really was the straw.

    Anyone looking to book broadband don't ever go for @ACTFibernet They will lie to you that if you setup their fibernet box in your home with your electricity you will get waiver but 2nd month running there is 0 discussion about that, no mention of waiver ,and support ticket stuck
