    @ACTFibernet Thank you for providing the worst service. It will work only 5 days a week, I guess you'll take rest the other 2 days. It won't work when there is a power cut inspite of several complaints. It's affecting my work schedule and it's very frustrating.

    @ACTFibernet I registered a request for relocation and no action has been taken for the last one month. Ridiculous service! The text 'support' on your app is useless. Pls refund the advance I had paid for the month and disconnect

    @ACTFibernet it took me 3 days and one super-friendly and smart ACT Service guy who helped me remotely for close to one hour to get my router and get it to work. A big shout out to Mr Chandra Gouda for being so patient. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet ticket no 10163820695252 as per sms received by 4th Jan will be resolved but till now nothing has been done. Called customer care 9 times they are giving false commitments. ACT fiber is providing worst services to exsesitng customers. For new connection 24 hrs how ??

    @ACTFibernet After a week time again call back the customer service team.. First person transfer the call to escalation team & second person promise for same day shifting and waiver of shifting charge , but he disconnect the call before raising the incident .. Again....

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @consaff executive called me one day earlier and assured me that refund team will get back to me within 2-3 hours. No call from refund team still recieved. No msgs too. Worst customer service

    @ACTFibernet a/c# 102016069233 I have act storm package with 300 mbps using to link archer c6 router. Continuously for 30 days you have been throttling my bandwidth down to 90 mbps, this is fraud. Don’t make me think Jio is better than you ethically.

    No internet as @ACTFibernet staff asked someone cut the wire as it was coming in way of their construction. Builder asked them first to take the wire out and this is their response. act staff told them i cant come without complaint and you cut wire.@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet
