@ACTFibernet worst service act in Nellore Andhra Pradesh from past 8months onwards I am raising complaint regarding power discount . Every month 1st I call to customer care they raising ticket they say Ur issues will resolve in 24 hours but they did not resolve till 15.

@ACTFibernet It's been more than 16 hours, but no resolution on reactivating the account. Customer support team says it takes 4 hours to resolve, when ever I call them. Ticket number: SR10261012202822

@ACTFibernet raised a complaint on "twice paid bill" but receives a message from Act that says give a missed call to accept field engineer to visit. Done depend on "Bots".

@ACTFibernet Service engineer who visited to solve the issue used foul language and said he is not going to fix it and i can do anything i want or complain to whomever. Is this the kind of third class service engineers you have? Is this the way you train your employees and send?
