    Finally getting rid of @ACTFibernet for good. For 4 days I have been chasing them to solve my connection no one batted an eye, but as soon as I opted for cancellation next minute I got a call from the technician asking for addressing the issue. Their attitude is off the charts 👌🏻

    @ACTFibernet Two calls received, location and other details shared. Nobody visited the place and still awaiting installation for payment made 16 days ago. Cost of being a loyal customer for the last 10 years!!

    @ACTFibernet It has been 5 days and counting and yet the internet service hasn’t been restored in our neighborhood close to chief minister residence (Chennai, Alwarpet). You guys should be ashamed to call yourself as a leading ISP provider in India.@TRAI #DoT_India @dmk_raja

    @ACTFibernet I didn't receive any call from your team and you when the technician calls back end team your BE guys tells that customer is playing around seriously,this issue is effecting my work and your back end team is not giving a damn about this issue
