    @ACTFibernet SR10152844749157 I have raised this request 3rd or 4th time last month. Today is the last day for the resolution and everytime ticket is closed without any resolution. I called back to escalate this. Looks like nobody is bothered to resolve this.

    @ACTFibernet I've referred act to my relatives. And they are in need of the services. I have created multiple enquires regarding the place service availability. But still there is no response from the act sales team? Why is it so worst? I might have called more than 4 times.

    @ACTFibernet - one of the poorest services and worst in responding to customer mails and concerns. 5+ mails and 10+ calls - to no avail, even the escalation mail IDs are dormant. 👎
