    @ACTFibernet your customer care is teaching me the process.Making fool of your 10yr old customer. After charging 250 for name change l,all I can get tohear I lam not following the process. SR10165290231514 complain no. Let me know if you can help.If not I guess it's time toswitch

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from yday noon. ACT102650713485 raised complaint with customer care yday night. Till now no internet. Could you imagine a weekend without internet?

    @ACTFibernet, @jagograhakjago It has been more than 48 hours now, no one cares about the issue. Customer care makes false promises that it will be resolved in EOD. But there is no show. SR: #10165306410614. When are you planning to solve this issue?

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working since morning, it's been few hours I raised ticket I called to the customer support and emailed too. But I would day your service is very poor please kindly took into the issue  ticket number SR10165326114994.

    @tparaval You can raise a complaint by just sending an SMS, unless a physical damage, all issues will be resolved by remote services. Download their app and use it for their services @ACTFibernet
