@selvamraja @Sanjay_Pinto @ACTFibernet I have both BSNL and Cherinet. Found the speed very slow. the Cherinet engineer came and he just moved the modems apart with a gap of one metre. very good speed after that. He said that if you keep two wifi routers close, they interfere

@ACTFibernet Awaiting a resolution. Please see the complaint history of this connection. Every month at least there is disruption. But you collect bills for 6 months in one shot in advance.

@ACTFibernet Junction box installed in my house, not getting discount due to being ineligible as only 1 connection going through it (i.e. my conn) as per customer support. Does the junction box not need electricity for 1 connection? Who will reimburse for power consumption?
