    @ACTFibernet 2hrs have gone but no one has come to take the router already. Now when I have called customer care,they are saying in 1 hr,the person will come. I am leaving for Hyderabad in some time if no one comes I am taking the router with me.

    @ACTFibernet Salute to your customer service.Once again you proved to be the worthless network of all time. I have been struggling with my work past three days kudos to your network. I can't imagine how you wake and get motivation each and everyday to successfully screwup the network.

    @ACTFibernet Even after calling the customer care number multiple times no one has come to collect the router. The customer care executive has said that you can submit the router to our indiranagar 80 feet road hal branch.

    @Airtel_Presence Does it even makes sense? I have used @JioCare @ACTFibernet before and never had to do that. From where do you procure routers? Such bad quality if it needs restart every day or probably after every few hours.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet tomorrow I am shifting to new location in the same city, still I have not got a call for shifting related issue I had. Very pathetic customer service. Let me know if I should reach out to other ISP in that area.
