@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Please expand your high-speed fiber network to Hawas Ji ka Rasta, Jaipur, pin code 302002. Current options are terrible, and we desperately need a reliable service here!

@ACTFibernet So after clearly mentioning that I want my service to be deactivated from 1st Aug 2026, you have gone ahead and deactivated it from today, leaving me stranded in the middle of a working day. I have absolutely no words for you guys. The worst possible ISP in India.

I am extremely disappointed with the support experience of @ACTFibernet . In the last one week, the same service request has been reopened three times because the issue has never been permanently resolved. Each time I was informed that the problem was fixed, but the issue reappeared shortly afterward. Pathetic !

@ACTFibernet Your agency Name "ACT" is a misnomer as you have not "acted" upon our complaint for the last 10 days.

why is it that we have to reach via social media to even get a decent ticket resolution and updates. @ACTFibernet like ETA resolution time just keep on expanding without comments. is there any technician man power shortage or operational challenges? No roper escalation paths
