    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR11765835120774 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Sep (DD/MM) between 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT This was supposed to be resolved by yesterday but still not resolved. Internet is down since yesterday noon. This has become a routine now.

    @ACTFibernet I have work today which is getting held up and this is becoming a concern! Nobody has reached out yet to help with the issue. Please treat this as a priority as we have been your customers for years, but might be forced to look at other options due to persistent technical issues
