    @ACTFibernet Chennai poor service. Chatbot evasive, dodgy indifferent. Suggest customers not to pay too much in advance. They give excuses, that too at their own convenience. Say will be rectified by 7. 7.15 you track. They say call us between 9 to 7.

    Terrible service by @ACTFibernet. 125kbps speed? This is just a week after I raised 2 complaints for a similar issue. Hopeless. Raising a service ticket is another pain altogether.

    @ACTFibernet I've been without internet since 9:30 AM. Complaint #SR10276548753574 is still unresolved after 6+ hours. No technician, no real updates.This is a repeated issue, and it's completely unacceptable for remote work. What is being done about this negligence? #ACTFibernet

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ACTFibernet I switched from ACT to Airtel on 17 July, and since the last 3–4 days, my internet is not working. Every day, technicians visit, say "issue not identified", and leave without fixing anything. Still no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet No internet since morning and local technician said it will be back by 30mins but still the issue is not fixed. SR10176553968694 eta is 10am 8-8-25. #Actfibernet is not for Remote working ppl. #JioFiber #Airtel please suggest broadband plans for 510501 area.
