    @ACTFibernet It’s such a shame the business using unethical means to call the customer from all kind of spam bots , it’s like the internet service provider doesn’t have any dignity of doing service , above all nobody even bothered to look into it , entire day I got dozens of ACT spam calls .

    Horrible experience @ACTFibernet , recently moved to a new place and discovered 2 junction boxes whose electricity bill I am paying , when enquired , was told only one waiver for one junction box could be provided.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, I had raised a request for service discontinuation for my broadband last week and was told it will be discontinued effective Sep 1. Why am I getting a bill now for Sep month? Stop harassing users by denying them service discontinuation and not cancelling.

    @ACTFibernet So dissappointed with your connection. After every 5 days it stops working. It's been more than 10 hours and it's still not fixed. Customer care team doesn't even respond.

    @ACTFibernet The Internet is not working for the last 4 days. I raised the complaint on 30-08-2022 but still not resolved. Every day he continues to extend the resolution date

    @ACTFibernet I'm facing issue with my broadband connection, in alternate days internet goes down and not worked me after so many complaints technicians visit when internet start working and again same thing repeatedly happens. I need refund for remaining days. @BandBajaateRaho

    @ACTFibernet That's good . Now you wil not respond. I got bill rs 400 without relocation actually being done. Do you have really any concern for us. This the reason people go for other reputed service provider as they have better Customer service.

    @ACTFibernet Hey ACT, your technical services are pathetic for retail. we had asked for Static IP on 26/08. call centre is doing dummy calls. Finally static IP is assigned but never working, again service call needs to be placed, again delay in servicing. How do you work?
