@ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit From last two days my internet connection is not working. My ticket is SR10167082285011. We even have dedicated whatsapp group for our comunity. But no response till now,especially your contact person Ramakrishna(+919505008707) is the worst, he won't even pick up calls.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet : I have been additional charged by ACT FIBERNET on swapping modem from one room to another room, I called customer care no response on the issues I have emails no response, When add management team they called me and told I should continue the service

Hello @JioCare , I thot @ACTFibernet is worst in responding to customer queries, but you are one step ahead of it! After taking all the money for the installation,neither support engineer nor the installation team is responding the calls!Thinking if I made a mistake choosing jio!

@ACTFibernet - Not able to pay your bill using credit or debut card (trying from outside India). Only option is to use Amazon Pay. Have never seen such a crap service. My service got suspended even though paid using Bill pay

@ACTFibernet I have been facing speed issue with ACT, and they are not interested in resolving the issue. Shame. Tickets are closed without resolving that's even more shame. Ticket# SR10267073188830. Escalating the issue to nodal officer also not helping. Shame. #PrithviShaw

@ACTFibernet I have raised a connection shift request, after shifting to new location we are not able to access Internet. I have raised a service request for the same “SR10167077339904”. The technician visited after 12 hours and left with out resolving the issue.

@ACTFibernet is not able to complete a shifting request, very poor service, i have already prepaid for 12 months, on top of it they charge around ₹359 for shifting,i raised the request on 06 Feb, still I am left with no internet connection.I strongly not recommend @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Public shaming too has no effect on you! Req reinstall of broadband, ur man came,saw, fiddled a bit, told us connection will happen in 1 hr, left. Now no connection, but got the msg issue resolved, service chgs added to next month bill. What kind of SCAM is this?
