@ACTFibernet Still no response from anyone, customer support said it would be done by afternoon but still it is the same, the issue is not resolved. Even after 5 days you don't care about the customer,you just keep increasing the ETA which is the only thing you know.

@ACTFibernet Connection is already installed in adjacent houses & your customer care just called & stated that it cannot be installed due long length of wire. WHY THE HELL DID ACT HELD UP MONEY PAID FOR 1 WEEK IF THERE WAS NO FEASIBILITY? FULL REFUND WITH INTEREST THEREON ASAP.

@ACTFibernet You ground team is working tirelessly to get the issue sorted out. But the major problem is lack of transparency. Everyday eta is getting changed. As a customer we deserve transparency.

@ACTFibernet Facing issue with my internet and it has been more than 24 hours. I can only speak to Robots and auto-forwarded emails. Hope actual human being are hired by you in service team. Pathetic support so far. Will look for alternatives.
