@ACTFibernet The bad experience doesn't end just yet. After the router was installed, the technician told me the WiFi password which I happened to forget. My phone got successfully connected to the WiFi when the technician set it up but I coudnt connect the other devices to it.

@ACTFibernet one of the worst service providers. Promised a plan of 75mbps and I’m hardly getting 20-25mbps. Even after several complaints my issues have not resolved. Please take back your router and refund my money
