@ACTFibernet Internet down for over 106 hours now. True capability of any company is revealed when there is a problem. Here it is evident that ACT os pathetic. Even after escalating to Bangalore Appelate team, this has not been fixed. I escalated when it was down for 36 hours and still no use

@ACTFibernet the customer care is not responsive and the quality is resolution is bad i dontknow this lockdown you are just cheating the people with high charges i want to quit act and shift to @jiofiber for sure how many times i escalate even nodal officer is calm and no action
