@ACTFibernet Dear ACT team , why my request id SR11976503228174 is not resolved yet. ETR already crossed yesterday and again today ETR is about to cross. Pathetic service and team , no one called yet, when I called no proper response. No idea when it’s going to resolve. Lucknow.

@ACTFibernet SR11076506168444 Please look into the issue. Internet has been down since yesterday and it's taken 1.5 days without resolution. The issue keeps coming again after every 10 days. This is a painful experience. Not able to each the engineer or customer care person.
