@ACTFibernet Hi Team, No, the internet service is still poor. There is lot of latency and packet loss sometimes it feels like a 2G/3G network instead of FiberNet. If there is no improvement by the end of this month, I would like to discontinue the services and change to a better provider.

@ACTFibernet I called almost 10 times customer service why my connection is disconnected. They spoke politely but they quite could not answer my questions and resolve the issue. I appreciate customer care guys of handling people. But it wont bring back trust until issue resolved

@ACTFibernet I have an issue for past 15 days, I have raised complaint, tried calling customer care several times. Nothing is useful, I think the customer service is the last priority for you. Decided to move on to different network #CustomerService #Broadband #actfibernet

@ACTFibernet Been a customer with you from past 7+ years. I can cooperate if there is any thing needed from my side. But I cannot tolerate disrespectful behavior just to get internet service. Your technician could have handled this situation in a polite way.

@ACTFibernet sir ticket no SR10363753399554 is being closed repeatedly without attending. For the past 3weeks internet is not functioning.I paid Rs 2200 for direct fiber, but the technicians are not responding. so Take action to restore the internet service ASAP. Ph:9443264089

@ACTFibernet I opted for 75 Mbps plan but the engineer installed a router which can only supply maximum of 35-40 Mbps. Multiple complaints have been raised since 7 days but still have no resolution. Please help urgently on this and help me resolving the issue. @ActfiberC
