    @ACTFibernet I have been requesting to replace my router for months now and no one is responding to my emails. I have been facing issues with sudden disconnection and I was told to replace the router which I did and now your team is telling I need another one. Please help

    @NarayananPalakd @ACTFibernet 56 hrs back they could hv sent us a SMS saying that they are facing a big problem and it will take 4 days to rectify. Their image would have gone up by doing so!. Instead by their cheap behavior they lose customer trust. They need to learn how to earn customer loyalty!

    @chidvilaasam @ACTFibernet Bro, ACT became worst. Airtel is so better with fiber connection and cheap. Just try once. Ask people who started using recently.
