@ACTFibernet It's very bad,I really want to rate less than 1, but 1 star is the lowest. Act service provider has the worst customer support.They'll be active only when installing new connection. Once it gets installed, it will be difficult to even get in touch with any technician

@ACTFibernet From Morning Onwards No internet connection. I Repetadly Call customer Care But no one coming to Resolve the issue. Even I raised the ticket. Bad network in TIRUPATI area. Please do needful.

Placed reconnection request. Folks from ACT installed modem after 4 days and they are still delaying to perform initial setup of the router @ACTFibernet I contacted service person but no response. Disappointed 😞
