    @ACTFibernet I didn't hear regarding the complaint raised by your end for my issue. I see that you have closed the ticket which I raised and created a new one. But I didn't get any update regarding the resolution of the ticket: SR10255153708663.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working properly from past 3 weeks. Not more than 5-7 Mbps, pathetic. Pls send technician and do favour on your loyal customer (5 years)who is paying for 6 months in advance. If it has been for a month payment I would have stopped your service.

    @ACTFibernet @CMOTamilNadu Very bad feedback got from ACT fibernet, before two days I booked a connection after one day connection will be shut down, my complaint close without resolve, SR11055154606485 This is my account number 110547767055 .....

    @ACTFibernet This is regarding an SR # SR10354890618134. Problem: Last year ACT team replaced my CX connection with a GX connection and I paid 2500 rs for the GX unit which during that time engineer gave a confirmation email stating its refundable.

    @ACTFibernet act box is installed on my house 2 year back, currently from the box no active connection, can someone remove the box, Its been idle for more than year , I called help desk, but no response

    @JioCare Presently I hv ActFibernet plan bt their service is the WORST (no correction made after 1 month in bill start date,which starts before the date of giving physical connection & configuring router). I want to shift to yours. Need to know process. @ACTFibernet not note.

    @ACTFibernet In a period of one month I have raised more then 10 complaints regarding the internet connectivity issues and it has been never resolved. it's so awful to look at act fiber working this way with poor customer satisfaction and taking full payment time to time.
