  @ACTFibernet Frequent internet interruptions since last week at Patelguda, Ameenpur, Sangareddy. Complaint Ticket No. SR10180229931764 still unresolved. Kindly fix the issue and provide stable internet immediately.

  @ACTFibernet In Lucknow , why engineers request us to not raise ticket and call them to get your issues sorted and when you call them without raising ticket they often take 24 hours to react. All needed to do a router config which hardly takes 10mins MAXIMUM

  @ACTFibernet is arguably the worst internet service provider ever, in chennai. The internet connection has been down since yesterday and nobody seems to know what the issue is and tells you that someone is going to call you back but nobody ever calls you!!!

  4. Due to this not able to login to app to track anything or login to website. 5. First customer care saying installation person calling other number. 6. After some time they said no record found. Not able to understand where is my money/installation or refund? @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Why does it take 7 working days to change the power source of the junction box? Is this how you handle emergency situations? There is no mechanism to escalate the issue. Utterly disappointing customer service. Complaint No. SR10380208333544.

  @ACTFibernet Guys you must correct your service in all aspects. Neither your internet is good nor your customer care. Your team made disconnection after five days after failing to correct the issue. And now your customer care isn't answering call for refund. Moving to #Airtel

  @ACTFibernet I got internet issue which took 2 weeks to fix so went for disconnect on April13th but still my amount is not refunded ?? It’s too horrible experience and I almost called 15 times to your customercare but no use. Can you fix this or should we reach consumer forum??

  @ACTFibernet Been facing internet difficulties since a month. Office calls getting dropped due to this. Raised the issue many a times and still no resolution. Very frustrating it is, plz intervene at the earliest

  Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet service. Raised shifting req on 30 Apr, prom ETA was 2 May, but still no resltn or proper timeline. Poor cust supp and no accountability despite being a cust since 2022. Wouldn't recommend ACT to others if cust concerns are ignored like this
