    @ACTFibernet It's been 5 days we are facing internet down issue. Everyday you're giving the timeline for fix but it's not happening. What happened between you and Hyderabad government we don't know. We are suffering here. It's impacting our work

    I have complained to ACT support regarding internet down on 19th and today is the 26th but no one is contacted me still. If I called support number not connecting to executive. It is very very irresponsible. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet My ticket no. is SR10176707069394

    @ACTFibernet has become the WORST internet service provider. 6 Days since raised the ticket for "NO INTERNET", No resolution, No Callbacks, Technician wont answer calls, Issue gets Postponed to the next day every evening at 6 PM. Customer care and Technicians LIE repeatedly.

    @ACTFibernet raised a ticket on Aug 19th SR10176713254304 still not resolved, my entire apartment has the issue no cctv working, I lost all the hopes, I don’t think you are capable of resolve this near soon, getting more frustration . I’m looking for new ISP than fixing this
