    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD It's been more than two months I am following up on my issue. This is so disappointing to see such pathetic service. Almost 20 calls spoke to multiple people and everyone promised issue will solve in next one hour but none of them resolved.

    @ACTFibernet I called to another service engineer he saying that our services is like that only go and ask to whom you paid the amount.

    @ACTFibernet i kept on complaining regarding my billing issues and now you have disconnected my line what a great service from act and you guys also closed the tickets raised without resolving it this is not done can anyone here look into this

    @ACTFibernet Since 3day we unable browse the internet your customers care is not working ACT Fibernet A/c.101012289894 is suspended.we paid the due amount still no update to restore the connection.
