@manutoms @ACTFibernet Even I'm facing the issue. What is happening with their service. Even their customer service is unable to recognise my registered mobile number and I'm facing this issue in my Act app too.

@ACTFibernet - I'm unable to access your internet and at the same time your app isn't accepting my phone number for login- the same phone number I have been using for years! Please look into it, this is very irritating to loose your connection in the middle of a workday

@manutoms @ACTFibernet Update for anyone else who might be in the same boat - As customer care calls were also not working, talked to the service engineer that helped with the last outage. Apparently their main server is down. Fix is in progress. ETA 3-5 hours.

@ACTFibernet - your internet doesn’t work. Please cancel my connection and give me a full refund. Your sales reps keep telling me they are in a meeting when I call them. These very same sales reps came at record speed when it came to taking my money for a new connection. Awful.
