When called for resolution the representative said they longer going to accept payments from Amazon (1/2)

Rakshita (@Rakshita_07) reported@ACTFibernet One of the worst service ever. I complained 2 weeks back that my internet connection is not stable. They give some troubleshooting steps which hardly works for 1hr. Again the same issue. It only works when you are near the router(4-5ft). Beyond that it won't work.
