    @ACTFibernet Happy to be a customer for last 9 years until recently I was shocked to hear that you cannot serve me further due to lack of your infrastructure that too in a city like Bengaluru, thereby closing my support ticket and forcing me to move to other service providers.

    @ACTFibernet Your technician has diagnosed the issue but has not solved it, please send them around to get it fixed, this is the first tim @ACTFibernet hasn't given me a very quick response.
