    @ACTFibernet This is the 8th time I’m complaining about the same issue. My internet keeps going down, and every time you say it’s fixed, but the problem comes back again. No permanent solution, no proper response. When is my internet going to be fixed?

    Why should customers pay for a service they are not receiving? Restore the connection immediately and compensate us for the downtime. This is completely unacceptable. Learn from @ACTFibernet to respond customers #Jiofails #Jiosucks

    @ACTFibernet Nearly 24 HOURS without internet. Multiple calls. Multiple service requests. Still NO resolution. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. I would NOT recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet You gave me one of the worst technicians for installation. He said he’ll come in 30 mins and asked me to send location, I’m waiting for more than 4 hours, he isn’t responding to my calls or texts. Worst part is now he’s attending my calls and not talking.
