WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE @ACTFibernet not solving the issue but closing the ticket without resolving it - SR10265356345874, if asked why they closed, saying customer did not pick the call WHEN everytime an ACT person came, I was with them looking if they'll resolve or not. (1/2)

Hey @ACTFibernet i have faced a lot of issues with you guys , frequent internet outages, poor customer service and when i wanted to just get rid of you guys, your customer service team said i need to raise disconnection request to know how much refund I would be receiving

@ACTFibernet I was suppose to get my refund on July 30th and its Aug 20th no one responses on mail or non of them call me back aft my complaint. Really frustrated by your financial dept. Are u really fraud? If I don't get my money in a day I'm gonna file a complaint for sure.

@ACTFibernet What the hell is going on? Please teach your customer support some manners or hire better people, either no one is picking up my call or even if they do it accidentally they disconnected immediately or just don't say anything

@ACTFibernet No permanent solution is provided yet. In last 3 months this 7 or 8th time it's down. Which usually take 24+ hrs to get fixed. Why can't have a permanent solution for our area.

Now I've opened another ticket - SR10265665883984, the person who came yesterday, first of all came very late i.e at 8:30 pm and just looked around and said we'll do it tomorrow and closed the ******* ticket. Is this the resolution you give @ACTFibernet Is this how you resolve?
