    Dear @ACTFibernet , I raised a ticket few days back , instead of resolving it your team closed it without any solution. This is really pathetic 😡. Unable to reopen the ticket also. Ticket No SR10280892583664 . Please help

    @ACTFibernet Refund got credited today. Been a ACT customer for the last 4 years, thanks for the services, Btw I had to make a disconnection request only because of delay and miscommunication caused by local ACT team for relocation of router within the building.

    Dear Friends, I don’t know how wants to hear this and who is gonna benefit from it, but if you options, which you will for sure, then please do not opt for @ACTFibernet as your WiFi service provider. 20 days no Refund pending yet. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct I haven't seen such an irresponsible ISP, for straight 6 days you cannot fix my internet when I asked for a refund so I can go with another ISP, you disconnected my internet. For sure I don't want to use your service. Refund my money for 3 month.
