    @ACTFibernet there are 50+ ACT connections in society and frequent internet breakdown . customer care and tech engineer are so lazy that they stick to 24 hrs rule and do not come promptly to repair which hardly takes 1 hr . shortly we will discontinue if not improve. #Jaipur

    My Act Fiber net is down from 4 hours, I am also unable to reach the support team via call. I work in night shifts which require huge bandwidth. I also have important scheduled meets today. Need urgent help @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC #Actfiber
