    @ACTFibernet @Venk_SA I have been trying to connect to ACT for over a month and my issue is not yet resolved. I face this problem everyday. Everyday I get a call ACT team saying that the issue is resolved but it is in the same state. Very poor service. Really disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet @MMH12169799 I have been trying to connect to ACT for over a month and my issue is not yet resolved. I face this problem everyday. Everyday I get a call ACT team saying that the issue is resolved but it is in the same state. Very poor service. Really disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet 8867746447 Person from this phone number called me multiple times today saying the issue is fixed, they closed my ticket too but the issue is still there. For the plan of 150Mbps I’m getting 6Mbps

    @ACTFibernet hi team , I had lodged a complaint yesterday that my WiFi was not working. It was supposed to be resolved by 4 pm today. But the executive who was assigned request is not picking up call and internet not working still

    It would be safe to say that @ACTFibernet has one of the worst customer care service.Wifi is down since morning.Raised a complaint at 7:30 AM.Received a msg saying it will be resolved by 5 PM.Have been trying to spk with custmr support, been in waiting que for more than an hour.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, the ACT internet is down in our whole society HIG Chitrapuri Colony since yesterday night 9 PM. It is still not working and as per the complaint the resolution is expected by 1 PM tomorrow. Who take two days to restore the connection? SR10165133791554
