    @Chinmayi @srini_r_twit You are wrong. If I report after 6pm mostly it gets resolved befor 6pmon the next day irrespective of the day @ACTFibernet customer care is best I would away as I’ve been user of another isp briefly

    @ACTFibernet You guys charge late payment charges even on timely payment of bills...Is that the way you guys, loot your customers...And your agent doesn't even provide a response.pathethic service...I've already DM you the details and I need the solution for the problem ASAP!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD . Hopeless service. My billing issue is unresolved for more than 2 weeks. No calll from your team yet. Called CC. Waiting number more than 30 for 15 mins b4 call disconnected. One word DISASTROUS.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service! Been trying to reach out the customer support but you've made it impossible and queue is always over 30! I just want the router configuration and user ID and password.

    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India : Really frustrated with ACT Fibernet. They are not resolving the customer's issue even after 5 days. We have not yet got the holding charges link to our phone number.
