@ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 what a pathetic service to a 7-8 yrs old customer. Who just want the refund and everyday follow up with your team. I had two ac out of which 1 is closed act team has taken router. They said you will get refund in 7 business days.

@ACTFibernet Listen carefully. It happened 2nd time in 2 weeks. 1st time your enginee came and your head office confirmed changing equipment to support 1GBPS new stream my area limited from backend. It happened on call and live. Same situation. DO NOT RUN

@ACTFibernet Can you tell me the progress? Because customer care is transferring my call and putting me there for 30 Mins after that I had to disconnect. This happened 3 times till now. You billing team is not picking my call at all
