@ACTFibernet I m listening the same sweet lines from last 1 week. If @ACTFibernet really cared about their customers this situation wouldn't have happened. Even escalation department did nothing, then i can understand how serious customer service is to u. Some f my ticket id list..

@ACTFibernet These people don’t even respond to customer call properly.. they have an SLA of 25-48 hrs and keep on extending until they fix issue.. He deserve an award of “Worst service provider of the Decade”

@ACTFibernet Your customer service is the worst, at the time of applying for a connection I was told that pay 6 months in advance and I'll be given a router free of cost, little did I know that it would be the most basic pathetic router that cannot even serve a 2BHK (1/3)

@ACTFibernet Team not sure why your technical team it’s unable to fix the frequent fiber cut issues. This is 2nd time I’m facing main fiber cut issue.

@ACTFibernet Yours is a classic example of 'Customer is King only till the time he/she is being onboarded' after that Customer may even die a slow (internet) death and you wouldn't care a bit because I have already paid for those 6 months. PATHETIC SERVICE.

@ACTFibernet @balamalladi Please do not close my support calls repeatedly reopened to credit the amounts due from December 2918 for power consumption without resolving the issue. If your accounts personnel can not understand do connect and I will educate them.
