    @ACTFibernet I got a call from ur company technician with lots of free advice, and i confirmed him that right now net is working, and after 5 mins the situation is same, no network. This is your resolution for my query.

    @ACTFibernet SR10163875579934 ticket number. In our lane we have 10 act Fiber net user. From morning they did had internet. Every hour is important as we are working from office and due to this issue we have pay cut from our salary who will compensate that ?

    @ACTFibernet Account no - 101009654834 Need reactivation but no one will respond. When complaint is raised it will be closed without solving the problem. Customer care is really worst. Call will be disconnected automatically.

    Team is not working properly for this issue and they are incapable of providing the resolution.. I have alerted and raised a couple of issues since from June 2021...But till now no resolution has taken for this issue. @ACTFibernet
