@ACTFibernet no body picks up the call at customer care. Customer care will put you on hold and after 20 minutes it will go without Voice reorder. It will become silent.

@ACTFibernet @bada_paww Guys plz don't install their BB service, they will charge u Rs.1000 security money, but if u discontinue their services and return their router they will make excuses in returning your security money. It's been more than 25 days i haven't got my refund. Ref. No.SR11963934378840.

@ACTFibernet what a disappointing service you provide. 5th day and no internet. And in last month probably I have raised complains every day but it is same every next day. Emailed to higher authority but they are not responding. Called local reps, no one responded. Just wow!

Things people say when they are frustrated with customer service. "Shut things down". @ACTFibernet took it literally and replaced customer service with a bot who closes your requests after 10 hours with no action. They closed my complaint 3 times with no action.

@ACTFibernet From the Last 4 to 5 Days .. Internet is not working. ..and Company Told us .today it will be done...Everyday they were Gave same answers...Many provider working ..And they told us that Fiber cut due to Uttrayan .. Still problem going on..Worst service...
