    @ACTFibernet Issue is still unresolved. ETR is just keep changing. Customer care is pathetic. I have called customer care waited for over 15 minutes to talk to any customer care executive but no response at all.

    @ACTFibernet tickets getting closed without issue getting resolved .. not able to service customers and not having infrastructure to give a direct line but still closing tickets as resolved .. is this how you value customers

    @ACTFibernet Hi Account is not activated after payment amount is showing as 0 in die still it says account suspended no other way as well to contact the customer service people. Pathetic service in regards to customer service resolution

    @ACtfibernet Don’t prove me right once again with your pathetic service. This is the 2nd time I have taken ACT after 3 years. My new connection got installed but internet has not been activated for more that 48 hours after taking money😡 acc Id 102668215052 @BandBajaateRaho

    @ACTFibernet @redonfire17 what you guys will do is tell us someone will call you back after 2 hrs. No one will call and you will simply go and resolve the ticket without any resolution!!!!

    @ACTFibernet @SBrindaaa Stop with your lies! you guys have no intention of resolving any issues. been trying to sort a billing issue since 2nd Jan. calls to customer care 7th times and still no resolution. So gonna shift to other provider and drag you guys to consumer court for unethical sales practices
