Contd @ACTFibernet supporting router. After upgrading the higher plan for 6 months, the customer care agent is saying we have to purchase the router from flipkart. First of all why would you give a basic router that doesn’t 75mbps and we were not told about that before paying

@ACTFibernet Never seen a poor customer service like yours. We were in a plan with 75mbps 3 months plan and given the router that supports only 50mbps. When asked the customer care folks, we were told to upgrade to higher plan for 6 months then we’ll be provided the highspeed

@ACTFibernet , your connection since 2 weeks has become a nightmare for me, logged a ticket and your technician visited apparently the answer is I need to switch my router to a different place, however the issue I am facing for 2 weeks but the connection was taken 7 months back
