    @ACTFibernet Unhappy with the recent service. Have been your customer for past 6 -8 years never faced any issues. Bill due date is 1September n I get messages every hour, everyday. It’s an harassment.

    @ACTFibernet If down time is for the whole day time ACT has to refund that days charges. It is happening almost every 10 days

    @ACTFibernet so they call and disconnect themselves so that they can close the complaint, Avoid it
