    @ACTFibernet 3 days since issue with ticket SR11865532441894 not resolved. Your engineers state that they have not installed the wires properly. Am I at fault for this? Faced same issue last month and had internet disconnected for 13 days.

    @ACTFibernet i have all the proof and call recordings, call history how many time I have call and got a call back but not a single promise has been fulfilled. Sales person misguided and the @ACTFibernet customer care will never come to help you at any time. I leave their services

    @ACTFibernet you should keep more important to customer than the publicity. Even for multiple requests the service is not improved. Continuosly dripping in network. SR10165533335054

    @PMOIndia @TRAI @ACTFibernet They have no intention for processing any refund. They are neither paying GST and Income Tax for excess amount received nor paying refund to their customer. They are regularly issuing credit note without making refund.
