@ACTFibernet You guys were late to react which is not my fault, I was using hotspot to the whole day to do my work. You have been able to reach me in the past there is no reason why you couldn't yesterday. Please don't make more excuses. The issue was resolved after 5-6 hours of outage.

@ACTFibernet I don't think you guys are taking it seriously. It's been more than 12 hours of internet outage in my area. Can you tell me the process to discontinue ACT services? I have not received any call from your support team neither the issue is fixed.

@JioCare I am not disappointed, i have plenty of choices, but trusted @ACTFibernet but service has deteriorated, 8 complaints in last 30 days (No Internet). They need to return my balance amount and I am happy to move on. Period.
