    @ACTFibernet your service in #Hyderabad is always terrible when it matters the most! I have been facing speed issues since yesterday. When I try to register a complaint via your App (that sucks!), it says, "Something went wrong." When I call customer care, they hang up!

    @ACTFibernet How much more time you need to resolve issue. This is very bad service on your part. I want to know who else i can escalate to regarding the complaint. If you cannot fix issue, give me refund for my account so that i will service from a different provider.
