    @ACTFibernet worst company ever i have seen yet . I paid amount for new connection on last Sunday and today is Wednesday it’s been 4 days now no one come yet for installation or anything is it all about money which you took from me ? 0 customer support 0 assistance nothing.

    @ACTFibernet I paid the connection but still showing suspended not reflecting the account please check the issue ASAP and renew my service. I am facing this issue for very first time.

    Once a customer opts @ACTFibernet they never provide customer support, It is been more than I have shared the issue through the DM still the issue not resolved

    @ACTFibernet This is my 2nd post in 2 months that every alternate day I loose my internet and every time I have log a ticket . If it doesn’t get resolved and you don’t show me a permanent fix , I am going to consumer court

    @ACTFibernet I never got any call. Amount not refunded. Why did u guys ask for id proof for account cancellation. U created new account in error. I want my money back to source account. N then send me payment link to my current account created in April 2022.
