  @ACTFibernet it’s been 5 days since I raised a relocation request, and your technician hasn’t visited nor is he picking up my calls. I’ve been waiting since he’d said he’d be here today morning, and even after making repeated calls to your customer care, no resolution. Pathetic

  @ACTFibernet After 21 hours the outage was fixed. My feedback: frequent outages 1-2 times a month, slow and delayed support. Helpdesk is not reachable even after several tries #fail #actfibernet

  @Alpha_4242 @quandalebro @ACTFibernet Honestly act has been pretty good for me. Maybe because we’re Bangalore based or something. They resolved my issue within a day.
