    @ACTFibernet my internet is down by last 5 days. Raised multiple tickets. The customer support is a paint. The whole system of passing responsibility from one team to another is even more painful. Do I need to read all the rules of @TRAI to get my internet connection restored.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised request for refund on 14th and you people are playing with me like any thing and your customer care is rude like hell and no one is bothered to look in to request Sr10158050939760. Never ever recommend act to any one.

    @ACTFibernet - It has been more than 26 hrs my internet is not working everytime i call they said techician will call you. this is the service which is been provided after oayong bills.
