    @ACTFibernet since I stopped using act fibrenet for about 2months because of low speed and gave chance to other isp ! Once again I asked to reconnect my act network ! customer care put the requested which I didn't received any resolution after 48hrs

    @ACTFibernet not expecting standard/default replies from your side. Please resolve the issue at the earliest and hope the connection issues don't repeat frequently. Not sure how responsible is your POC in our city. They only tell to contact 9121212121.

    @Dr_Swarna @ACTFibernet Never ever use their advance pay facility. I paid for 6 months and my request for junction box removal gets closed for the second time without getting my concurrence. They don't have empathy. Basically are not a corporate that has systems in place. Chose some better provider.

    @ACTFibernet probably the shitest customer service you can provide. Had raised a connection request 2 days ago, paid the entire amount. Still waiting for the technician? Noboby seems to care. Useless service.
