    @ACTFibernet Already shared. Today also we dont have internet as your staff asked someone cut the wire as it was comi g in way of their construction. They asked them first to take the wire out and this is their response. The act staff told them i cant come without complaint and you cut wire.

    @ACTFibernet in the last 2 months I have raised 20+ complaints only for INTERNET NOT WORKING. Everytime they resolve it the issue again persists. And when enquired the issue is with the junction box majorly. Why can't you guys fix this permanently. It's a havoc to ppl WFH

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 @ACTFibernet I have spoken to 16 different customer care executives from your end since the 29th of December, cancelled my plans twice awaiting your technician who never showed up, heard so many 'give us one last chance please' and still don't have internet in the house! Awful!
