    @ACTFibernet Internet is down for more than 36 hours. Even after multiple follow-ups with CC, I am only getting false promises and nothing has been done yet. SR10163421287794. Using ACT connection since 2009, however it seems you don't care for your trusted customers anymore.

    @ACTFibernet I understand this to be an automatic std reply .Do note tat tis is a server related issue which implies tat there is more than 1 customer who is affected and as yet, tis is not prioritised. 3rd time disconnected in 2 weeks for tis issue!!Is tis the customer experience u want ?

    @ACTFibernet I m filling a complain against act fibernet for fraud against me ... Not refund my amount from last 1 month .. no response from customer support nothing is there ...

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hrs that my internet isn't working.. inspite if request raised last evening with an expected ETA of 7pm ., haven't heard from anyone on the status.this is absurd customer Service.. Keeping the customer in dark and at your mercy is UNACCEPTABLE

    @ACTFibernet very often my internet is showing as connected without internet. Rectify the issue it's worst in between the meeting.

    @ACTFibernet When a connection is moved to a new location, we pay extra to make sure that it is moved entirely. But now in my location, I don't have to option to avail power discount since the box wasn't moved. I have been charged extra and rude responses from billing team.

    @ACTFibernet Your response and service is really frustrating. Worst service provider in Tamilnadu that too in Coimbatore. Each and every time when we raise any ticket there is no action taken from technical team for atleast a week time. @AshwiniVaishnaw
