    Hey @ACTFibernet your app doesnt work to raise complaints, your service engineers will not check the connection once te issue is resolved and i cant work from home because of your stupid slow speed connection. I am disconnecting this idiotic commection.

    @balamalladi @ACTFibernet i have raised complain on 8 apr for internet not working, and till now the issues not been resolved. Already we were doing work from home and due to this we just got stuck.

    @ACTFibernet Pls get ur team to disconnect the services.. let me go to @airtelindia brand is always a brand. 14yrs post paid cust with Airtel never had to call cc for any reason.. kudos @airtelindia.

    @ACTFibernet called customer care so many time and every time they raise a request but refund is not processed. Copied Nodal officer as well on the emails but really no response from them too.quite disappointing experience with ACT

    @ACTFibernet No internet since yesterday night. Down for whole locality. Coimbatore ACT is the worst! Service disruptions occur frequently on weekdays and usually take more than a day to fix. Pathetic! Req No: SR10855167458152.
