    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Dear team, I have been facing internet access issue since morning , I have tried to contact local executive and technician who have installed the Act Fibernet Wi-Fi through phone and WhatsApp but there are was no response from them. Pls do needful.

    Yes @ACTFibernet gives worst service. In this WFH days taking customers for a ride. Instead of resolving, they close the ticket one sidedly. Customer care centre is highly provocative they damn care for customers.

    One of worst service is @ACTFibernet in Vijayawada using the service almost in year and logged multiple request for router box battery backup when the power goes and always request closed with out resolving the issue. My a/c no: 105633029756

    Hello brothers and sisters of our country, I am customer of @ACTFibernet internet connection for 4 years and I had raised a repair ticket by calling the @ACTFibernet support number. The customer support said the support technician will fix it by 11th October, it is not fixed yet

    @ACTFibernet They are befooling their customers by taking money from them and not doing anything after that. I have been an ACT customer for last 7 years. I have never received such pathetic service. If my money is not refunded immediately I will have to take severe legal action.
