    @ACTFibernet temporary reslved the issue.ur eng spoke it is router issue you have to buy the router first time i heard i have to buy the router it is strange i @NYCDoITT such a worst service quality i think u have enough customer u r not able to give support please let me know discontinued

    Modern Extortion: Outdated hardware(a decade) to support modern internet speed and then request customers to upgrade on the pretext of faster connectivity. Faced the same with @ACTFibernet. Few like @JioCare provide the latest hardware, but sad you do not serve in my location.

    @ACTFibernet i am still experiencing 150 ping in fortnite , I have already contacted your customer care 2 weeks ago but it still hasn’t been fixed.
