Make sure you hear this first. The sales pitch says: “Issues get resolved within 1–2 hours.”
Reality: It regularly takes 24+ hours. Every single time. #ACTFibernet #CustomerExperience #InternetIssues

    @ACTFibernet there is no internet since yesterday. We also past the resolution time provided on the ticket. There is no option to escalate. We tried the on call support but no resolution. This is impacting our work from home severely and is highly inconvenient. SR10179974943164

    If you are in BLR never buy your wifi connection from @ACTFibernet. Worst service out there with virtually zero customer support. 12 days since a plan change request and no one has showed up. Now got a msg from them saying if I dont pay for the old plan they will cut the wifi.

    @ACTFibernet Even now they call and ask my name and disconnect. It's more than 20 call from the time the issue is been raised happening like this . I had enough of dealing with you . If you can resolve the issue before EOD I'll have your connection else bye @ACTFibernet never come back to u

    I have raised 2 tickets in the ACT app, 1st one was not actually closed, got a call from team and they crtd new ticket by closing 1st. New ticket was automatically closed again, without any followup, I reopened, now again its closed without any resolution @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC

    No internet since today; Ticket SR10279909602684 still unresolved. Area outage with repeated delays and no clear update. This is critically affecting my work .Request immediate escalation to senior team and urgent resolution without further delay. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down from 3days still no update. No response from engineer or escalation manager. Pathetic service and poorest customer experience I have seen till now.
