    @ACTFibernet this Sarvanan - 8754514993 is very unethical & unprofessional because he gave me trouble by not coming on time to restore my internet. he doesn’t pick up my phone nor inform me & I got very aggressive on him for not keeping priority. This happened almost 5 months.

    @ACTFibernet Don’t you see that you people are putting in zero effort to resolve this issue but just saying that you’ll get in touch with me. FYI. I have received no calls from your team regarding this issue and just an email from a nodal team who is not responding now to my replies.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Ticket SR10166292312346 opened on 7th November 2022. Its been 5 days and no resolution. Did multiple follow ups. Looks like your billing team is not working properly. How many time should I call customer care and escalate the issue and hear same reply

    @ACTFibernet Worst service network ever used. No internet since morning and response from the team. How yu expect PPL to work from home by using your worst network. Airtel does a much better job which works perfectly even in heavy rain in my neighborhood. Seriously disconnecting.
