    @ACTFibernet Internet suspended despite paying my monthly bills on time! support says it's because old Mesh routers weren't picked up, but your team never showed up to collect them. Why punish a paying customer for your logistics failure? Fix this and restore my connection now!

    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia
