  Without fixing they'll close the complaint. Again when I complaint they'll say the router has some issues. They won't even come and check what the real issue is. For this pathetic service I have to pay Rs.1204/- every month. Which works only for 7 days. @ACTFibernet #disappointed

  @ACTFibernet worst service ever faced by ACT.. no proper service, customer care people are so rude to even listen and resolve the issue. Why do you provide internet service when you cannot resolve the issue within 24hours?? Annoying🤬🤬

  @ACTFibernet I paid the bill using Amazon pay for this month. On the due date I got text message about account suspension, even after paying the bill. When called for resolution the representative said they longer going to accept payments from Amazon (1/2)

  @ACTFibernet One of the worst service ever. I complained 2 weeks back that my internet connection is not stable. They give some troubleshooting steps which hardly works for 1hr. Again the same issue. It only works when you are near the router(4-5ft). Beyond that it won't work.

  @ACTFibernet I think this is an auto generated message. I receive this everytime after a tweet but as usual no response. Its been more than 24 hours since I raised the complaint but the action taken is zero.

  @ACTFibernet deserves a to be banned . Such a terrible service. Service down happens to an entire area at least twice a month? Strongly recommend not to go for @ACTFibernet
