@ACTFibernet I think a call back is not going to fix the problem... I just want the issue to be solved... asap.. has ur aware in this pandemic all the work depends on the internet.. yet the service and response got from your side are not reliable to the customer end!!!

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I've raised 30 complaints regarding reconnection & billing issues since 28th July and still it is not resolved. If this is how you treat a customer like me who has been using ACT for the past 7 years, god bless the people who want to take up ACT now
