  @ACTFibernet The problem was that they weren't able to find another building to reinstall it. I have not yet received my refund. Please look into this asap.

  @pkayt @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet will neatly ignore this comment like they do the internet down. #CustomerService I have not got a call yet about any fix or any ETA for fix. Or even that they are working on it. I should assume that they are working for fixing. All i get it there is delay in fixing

  @ACTFibernet - what a poor customer care you have.. We dont even have an option to speak to your customer service executives.. Such a wide network with ZERO customer service....My internet problem is ON for the past 4 days and NO ACTION from your end....

  @ACTFibernet Wifi is not working from last 3 hours. Yemalur Kempapura Main Road societies. Raised complaint, called technician, nd der s no resolution. Tech is instead giving excuses nd not understanding. Its a Monday and people work from home in hybrid environments. Resolve asap
