    @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 customer Id 117609346841 no refund processed even after 1 month of disconnection. Following up everyday, such a shame treating your 12 year old customer like this. Asking for help and more professionalism from your billing team.

    @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 spoke with Prithvi, Mansa, Rizwan from your customer call centre team and nobody helped me. Just put me on hold, they went on mute and then disconnected call after few minutes. I can record the calls going forward if you guys Suggest.

    @ACTFibernet Max 24 hrs we can expect to resolve the case. If in same month only if service is down for 96 hrs (48*2) what's the point of paying such a huge bill. We don't get compensation on it.

    Recently I shifted to bangalore and live in HBR layout. As there is no #airtelwifi connection here, I started #actfibernet connection again. This issue even persists in #bangalore . The power issues is not the problem anymore. The wifi goes off with the power.

    @ACTFibernet What ******** is wrong with your customer care service. The most pathetic and rude people are getting employed? First of all they don't even care if the internet is working or not. They say that the internet is working from their end and they don't see an issue?

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Good regards , I'm act fiber customer since 2016, Where i reside there are usually fiber cuts , recently we caught the victim red handed and handed over to the police he resisted and attacked our house later he was charged. I would like to know who handles this in act fiber .

    @ACTFibernet router has been collected on 22 June, its been almost a month I haven't received my refund. Are you bankrupt that you are keeping customer's money?? Would you be paying me interest on late refund?? U should be ashamed for taking salaries for such low quality work

    @ACTFibernet u guys are the worst and lazy as* service providers who dont give a sh*t about customers 10days old complaints..there’s even no other way to escalate this, all i get is the same default scripted answers by call centers..SR10165345058268 is tkt number
