@ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10363691889450 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12/15 (MM/DD) between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT Disconnected broadband 2 months back still am not receive my refund amount. Customer support doesnt have proper solution.

@ACTFibernet Internet is not working again. I had complained on 9th Dec that internet is not working and after raising multiple complaints it is resolved on 12th Dec afternoon. And today again it is not working. Due to this frequent disconnections it is hampering my office work.

I asked to cancel @ACTFibernet .Got a call asking the reason. I said that I switched to Excitel broadband. Guy came up unbelievable rebuttal : local provider hai, data hack kar lega. Lol. First business ethic is to not bad mouth your competitors. 🤦

@ACTFibernet Worst service ever. User ID:101436819400 I wanted to convert 150MBPS plan to a lower plan and raised a request for the same. But its ridiculous say 4 days to solve this issue. Are you guys in 1950 or what? Can't you provide quick solutions idiots.
