    @ACTFibernet They are befooling their customers by taking money from them and not doing anything after that. I have been an ACT customer for last 7 years. I have never received such pathetic service. If my money is not refunded immediately I will have to take severe legal action.

    My internet is completely slow.. not even able to stream 144p quality videos. Been facing this problem from 1 month. Unable to contact support team via Ivrs. Will wait for few days. If problem not solved, I'll shift to other network. @ACTFibernet dm for details

    I called the @ACTFibernet support yesterday also and the customer support person said the technician will fix it by today,yet the issue is not fixed. It is simple task of fixing the internet connection wire which is hanging in the apartment but the @ACTFibernet is not responding

    @ACTFibernet I believe I got cheated by one of your sales call. It's been 4 days and I am not getting any response after completing my payment. I raised issue to Nodal officer and Appellate authority in this matter. Requesting you to kindly look into this.

    Nowadays companies are first capturing the customer base but once they have got the profit then they forget about providing the right support in fixing the issue. The @consumercourtin @jagograhakjago to take action on the @ACTFibernet company so that they don't repeat this act.

    Hello brothers and sisters of our country, I am customer of @ACTFibernet internet connection for 4 years and I had raised a repair ticket by calling the @ACTFibernet support number. The customer support said the support technician will fix it by 11th October, it is not fixed yet

    @ACTFibernet Again today no internet from morning 7 a m. I logged a complaint at appx 8 a m . Till now not resolved. Every week it happens like this. I got a routine message Your ticket SR10366100800614 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 13-Oct between 16:00 to 19:30.

    @ACTFibernet @DanushKanchi ACT Team - could you please provide input publicly what you have done on SR10266064887284. My internet is stopped from last one week and still there is no support from you team. Finally I requested for disconnection request without current/last month payment
