    @ACTFibernet After 21 hours the outage was fixed. My feedback: frequent outages 1-2 times a month, slow and delayed support. Helpdesk is not reachable even after several tries #fail #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet @rishdxtp Hi @ACTFibernet do we have any updates on this SR. While I do understand that issues could arise at times, but repetitive issues with your network or services raises questions on the trustworthiness and quality of service. Further, I advise escalated support to look as this case.

    @ACTFibernet Your representative assured me the issue would be prioritized,resolved, and closed within 3 days. LIt’s been a week.Please stop making excuses and resolve the issue as promised.Please raise another disconnection request without making excuses.I need disconnection req immediately
