    @ACTFibernet Experiencing Worst connectivity and frequent sent loss of connection around Upparpally, Hyderabad. On top of it the customer service is pathetic. What am I paying for when you can’t provide uninterrupted and stable connection? #internetdown

    @ACTFibernet Router returned back after non feasilbility of connection transfer, then router caution deposit not returned/refunded. Executive of #ActFibernet not attending calls... very pathetic... 3 months over...Going for Consumer court. @ACTBangalore .. very bad.

    @ACTFibernet Joint is given in the cable by Technician (+917207999801) and speed has reduced from 150MBPS earlier to 80MBPS now. I asked him to resolve but he is not coming back and showing zeal to resolve. Pls do not send this guy and get the issue resolved by some other person.

    @koushikjoshi @ACTFibernet had the same issue with act, switched to hathway now i get ~2x more speeds than what i pay for

    @koushikjoshi @ACTFibernet Tbh, I think you should switch to airtel fiber for some time, it's service is far better than any other telecom company (According to me), and Starlink has also applied for a DoT license so maybe it will be available in India by next year.

    @ACTFibernet Lost fibernet connection In East Tambaram Region last noon. Repair work has been postponed 3 times till now. Why isn't the local technicians contact not shared? How do I apply for cancellation of service and get refund of the advance internet charges deposited?
