    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service in Guntur area. Requsted for a new connection on 16th and still didn't get it installed. Contacted local technical team of Act Fibernet and they are asking me to wait till Thursday to get the connection.

    @ACTFibernet well, it has been more than two days my net isn’t working. Filed complain two days back, no resolution yet. Called at customer service, they have learned only one line what they say- “we are escalating this issue’. Such pathetic service. Pls disconnect my connection

    @ACTFibernet I had call with customer care regarding connection close query. I just wanted to know the process. But a request is raised of closing connection from customer care ends automatically. I want them to cancel this request. But I am still in call queue.
