    @ACTFibernet hi team, you are services still exist in Bowarmpet, today is the worst irritated day with #actfiber internet connection, called so many times and not resolved my internet connection issue hell with the service, thought @ACTFibernet was best in city.

    @ACTFibernet user name 102466338305 - wrong bill hsr layout bangalore. blr helpdesk or billing team is not sending revised bill. net conn surrendered poor service. running from pillar to post. sent about 10 mails. no respnse whatsoever .senior citizen is punished like this

    @ACTFibernet I have been using Giga plan, since it was launched in New Delhi. Earlier I was getting full speeds on Wireless with WiFi 6 (AX5400) Router. But from last three months facing slow speed issue. Complaint a lot many times, still not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet My Regd Mobile No. with act fiber net is 9401252145. My refund of Rs.2903/- is pending since 14 Jun 22. The customer care is not resolving my case and giving me my refund. they keep opening the tickets and close it. but no refund resolutions. Request do needful
