@ACTFibernet I have used service for 1 year. Now I have stopped service so I want to refund the deposit amount but your officials are refusing to refund it. They told me that you will not get the deposit back as you have not again availed service again due to personal reasons. 😡

@ACTFibernet what is the service that you are providing? At first your sales team is committing certain this, but not being honoured later. +918884425656 sales person is done such example, 1st didn't not stick to committed installation time-line, 2nd committed speed is not there

The Internet Service Provider @ACTFibernet is one of the worst service providers. For almost 1yr every month I have been raising complaints regarding bad connection no one will respond properly but they charge u full amount even if u face problem from der end.
