Hi @ACTFibernet, I had your connection for 3 months and requested disconnection multiple times whenever i got a call for renewal. I had already stopped using the service, but my ₹1000 refundable deposit hasn’t been returned yet. Please look into this and resolve.

@ACTFibernet I know the waiver has already been adjusted but my concern is that every month I have to email or call you about the same issue It’s really frustrating to repeat the whole story from the beginning every time and the customer care executives are giving very poor responses on calls

@ACTFibernet Internet suspended past 48 hrs case id 20251017560888 (A/c No:102772893126) purchased connection 15 days back with 3 month advance paid plan. Now asking for extra charges 500/- & suspended my a/c. No support from your team. this is causing inconvenience.

@ACTFibernet I stay in HYDERNAGAR, Hyderabad (Near Calvary Temple). Whenever Internet gets connected it is taking 2 days or 48 hours to resolve which is very bad service for an huge business like yours. Current open ticket is SR10177583180814
