    @ACTFibernet I'm expecting a call back as soon as possible. How many times do I need to follow up the complaint number... Each time just saying it will be sorted before 24 hrs.. now it's more than 24hrs.. I had registered by 5pm by yesterday when I called they told that I registered by 6pm

    @ACTFibernet worst service, i asked for the name change, but before activating the new account, they disconnected the previous one. Now i am unable to use the internet and i cannot continue my work. I am trying to call customer care, no one responding and not even picking calls.

    Worst services from act fibernet, I called customer care 6 times, my turn for the call, no one took the call, after waiting 20 min no one took the call and no response came. No one in the waiting list too. Such a worst service. @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD, @ActfiberC

    I think @ACTFibernet gives importance only to the new subscribers. I’ve raised shifting request 4 days back and there’s no update. Customer service team has no answer. Switching to other best broadband service is the best resolution for this. What do you say?

    I have been a customer of @airtelindia and now opted @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD to undergo this experience. The issue aroused due to incapability of Technician who assured and activated my account when customer asked not to do so
