    @ACTFibernet Upgraded the plan to ACT SPRINT MESH one month back. No new router installed and no guidance on OTT. Ac no 102016207270. False promises delivered every time calling ACT customer care. @MIB_India @GoI_MeitY please look into this.

    @ACTFibernet I subscribed the entertainment pack at evening 6:30 pm. I informed to support team they told it will be active within 1 hour. Still nothing to activate. Actually your support team working like this way

    @ACTFibernet It has already been 24 hours since I raised the complaint, and there has been no resolution from your side. No one has even contacted me to get information about the issue. Please resolve this at the earliest. Ticket no : SR10280385032924

    @ACTFibernet My work hrs is 9:00 to 17:00! Would you reimburse my one day loss of pay?? As you claim the service restoration to happen around 19:00 .. i request you to treat this on priority..

    @ACTFibernet , you guys are the worst. I have raised disconnection request SR11080198534617 . It is closed and i have returned the wifi router as well but I am still getting daily calls to pay bill and re-enable the connection. KINDLY STOP CALLING ME AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

    @ACTFibernet I would again raise another issue, I booked new connection via mobile no. 9972204292, based on the ACT area incharge who told new line has need added to my apartment block, who promised me to do the connection by 15th May. I paid 6month advance on 13th May. Till now no response.

    @ACTFibernet Hi this is sorted. But it's really silly that I had to call your guy so many times and he didn't even have the basic courtesy to reply back with any resolution or even take care.

    @ACTFibernet Do not take any ACT internet service because their technical team never solves your problem. I have complained for the last 3 days but the problem has not been solved yet.
