    @ACTFibernet highly disappointed with the service, internet goes off when power goes off, log a ticket gets closed without resolutions and this cycle continues.. waste of money for such a pathetic infrastructure and service

    @ACTFibernet Why is your internet very slow man? Your customer care service never connects to representative and even if it does you have a standard “restart the modem” reply. Sort yourselves out guys!

    @ACTFibernet You guys called to only say the same status over and over again. Backend tech team says there is issue with the cable on site, and the onsite field technician has updated that the cable is working fine and its the issue with backend. Do we look like fools for you?

    @ACTFibernet i have been trying to get my frequent speed variation problem resolved since 1 week but every time agent says we will send technician and will check on beckend. I am having online classes daily and this frequent speed variation ruins everything.

    @ACTFibernet What is wrong with your systems? I have informed this several times onto the ACT helpline and field team. I own a single account but my mobile number is linked with multiple accounts and hence I am unable to use my mobile number to login n access my account online😤
