@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet the problem not about the internet it's about the service people who have closed the ticket without my knowledge mention in the reason as explained the situation to the consumer. But they didn't say anything to me.

@ACTFibernet why should a customer suffer where the issue is with someone else , where as I'm paying on time , just because @ACTFibernet didnot pay the amount to someone else , the powersupply is disconnected and We have to face and keep on raising tickets .

Such bad experience with @ACTFibernet from past 3 years at @chennai frequently internet disconnection happening (every 2 minutes)
