@ividhyac @HathwayBrdband Had a same problem with @ACTFibernet also. Even after I paid the bill and sent a formal mail to disconnect my connection. They still didn't do that and sending bills, mails regularly. Also they are calling me again and again. They all are so bad and annoying us badly

@ACTFibernet why still there is no resolution? Either let me know whether you are going to fix it or not or else I would have no other option than to move with a different isp, because this kind of servicing is not at all acceptable from your end.

@ACTFibernet Lousy service. Internet has been down for six hours. It’s a regular occurrence. Second time this month. And not to mention slow speeds. If this persists, will opt for another service provider
