    @ACTFibernet Tried contacting your customer service local office on mobile no provided on your website. No answer to calls or messages. On a working day,without access to Internet,it’s difficult. I expect an responsive answer.

    One fo the worst internet services @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I came home to not have the internet working for 4 days and still no resolution. It seems like I need to get them to respond and plead with them! ID: SR10180688521974 if you need a connection please don't choose act

    when the connection was inactive. Poor customer support and delayed resolutions have resulted in unnecessary payments and frustration. Request an immediate review of these unfairbilling practices and a resolution for affected customers. #ACTFibernet #CustomerService #BillingIssue
