    @ACTFibernet your broadband service is down in Bangalore near Bhagmane Tech park for an entire day, and still no ETA or root cause. Aren't you worried about your poor customers even a little bit? Do we have to move to flood affected areas for internet?

    @ACTFibernet complainted 5 times and its 3 months over....#ACT team not refunded after termination of modem, before plan period....Very Poor condition... @ACTBangalore

    Hi @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC how long it may take to get install new connection. I never experienced this from ACT. Almost 3days no response it's really pathentic.

    @ACTFibernet SR10266122456544 Speed drop problem is persisting Two excutive called on 14oct22 and confirmed that they are replacing Router on 15oct222. And no response from them Till now no action taken

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , your network services always sucks. Its been the fifth time after taking ur connection that i have been complaining. You cahrge for 75 mbps and provide less than 34 mbps. And rest of the time your boxes wont work to provide internet. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet I am back with act when I relocated to Bangalore from Coimbatore yet I get the poor service continues all over India. Customer service is useless and sales executives are pathetic
