@ACTFibernet Seriously, they are the epitome of the improperly managed corporate culture. Further, which are hungry of deceiving & wasting the precious time & money (on purchase of their product /service) of customer. Seriously the Trai should put there number in the phishing calls list

@ACTFibernet - trying to terminate my connection for over week as you don't service my new location. No way to do this on your app or on phone. On Whatsapp too, there is no response. This is phenomenally bad customer service! Pls sort is out asap!

@ACTFibernet how can u close my ticket SR10263210781768 without any resolution. How dare one of ur advisor from escalation team calling me & saying that u won't refund my pending amount and I have to return router, whereas one advisor on 7/10/21 told me that I paid for router.
