@TRAI should come up with some rule of ivr calls from telecom companies like i got calls from @airtelindia at 8.30am and @ACTFibernet at 9.30 if calls like these happens to every customer then what will be their mental status? Because now a days depression is hitting hard to every 1s in 5s. So some rules to be brought into consideration like how dubai has you cannot call random customers.

@ACTFibernet Your ETR is too long a period to ensure that there is no time overrun on your side. But your several clients who are known to me have felt that ACT takes too much time to resolve customer complaint
