@prakashpie @HathwayBrdband I'm sorry you had to go through this **** too. Even their app sucks. I disconnected from #Hathway 2 years ago & moved to #ActFibernet & its one of the best decisions I've taken lol.

To add on @JioCare , after multiple calls to customer care the ticket got closed as resolved without even addressing the issue! How can that be possible!? Compared to Jio fibernet @ACTFibernet is much much better. Thanks to your horrible service I'll reactivate my @ACTFibernet .
