@ACTFibernet A fraudulent internet service provider,even though I have deactvd the service,they have actvd it their own after clearing the dues without any consent and have generated another bill receipt for 15 min span which is the gap b/w activation and new disconnect request.

@PMOIndia @TRAI @ACTFibernet As per Quality of Service of Broadband Service Regulation 2006, broadband connection is not provided within 15 days, a credit at the rate of Rs.10/- per day subject to max. of installation charge or equivalent allowance shall be given to customer.
