    @ACTFibernet Worst service ever by your company. I paid for 6 months of subscription and used for 2 momths. Raised complaints for about 7 times and yet no response no solution to my refund no customer care support. Kindly look into the matter.

    @ACTFibernet Im hearing only inconvenience message....... Anyway....... My account contact number : 102469019582 Its been almost a month we have requested to cancel the account and no one has informed to return the router and after 2 weeks for which we r asking for our money.

    @ACTFibernet I had raised a service request on 19th Aug to remove the junction box as the construction at my place is getting obstructed. Till today there has been no action despite multiple calls. You had the audacity to close the case without my consent too.

    @ACTFibernet Still not resolved, telecom companies work 24/7 irrespective of day or night to resolve issues within couple of hours. But you guys seems to work only from 9am to 5pm, reminding me of VSNL days!!

    @ACTFibernet my service SR10161468297792 raised today morning, a day passed away no response no update... you should feel some decency in giving updates to customers. You should feel shameful to provide such poor services and to claim No:1 in the industry. wooooorst
