    @ACTFibernet I shifted to new place where you do not have a service. No refund citing below T&C. New way of cheating customers. "1. In case of Fixed/Monthly Term plan, when the customer gets disconnected, no refund will be made”. @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet Where is the assistance , you folks are sound asleep and have never bothered about customer needs . You mentioned by 30th August 2021 9 am it will be resolved . If it does not will you refund this month's bill for me . If you are worth your word please stick to it .

    @ACTFibernet When we made it clear that what we have is all that they could use, they left without resolving the issue. We remain without internet for 3 days and counting. We haven't heard from your team. As customers, are we supposed to find solutions for your limitations? (contd)
