@ACTFibernet Please do the needful to cancel my new connection request and refund 3 months subscription amount back. I will never recommend anyone to take @ACTFibernet Engineer and the sales executive is not even picking my call. Worst experience ever.

I know that @ACTFibernet doesn't have responsibility but this much never expected. one complaint is not enough to them to resolve ,we should have to complaint more times. no speed not satisfied with the net . No response , internet not working day by day

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Not sure why you guys are not responding on any channel, very very poor and worst service I never seen. I have cancelled the ACT connection almost 5months back but till date there is no refund process and false update every time, refund was initiated

Extremely poor customer service from @ACTFibernet. It's been more than 24 hours since a raised a complaint on the issue of "Internet not working" and no response from your end. You guys have also made it impossible to talk to a costomer care executive.
