@ACTFibernetHYD , @ACTFibernet I have given many complaints to your team. I am not getting internet service from past 15days. I came to from your actfiber staff that the cabels were cutoff, and power was switched off at junction box where the junction box was fixed.

@ACTFibernet @TRAI It is really surprising that your service has no option to initiate a closure of the connection from either your website/mobile applications. The chat /voice support has limited options to work with existing connections and no option to start a custom chat.

@ACTFibernet Your request SR10158781106143 . This ticket has been wrongly closed by amar babu. How can he permanently close the ticket when issue is not fixed. Spoke to anoop today he informed he cannot open already closed complaint. Isn't this wrong?
