@ACTFibernet The issue is now resolved, but please do something about your agents disconnecting customer calls. 3 calls disconnected in a single day for 1 customer of yours. Please do the math and take some actions.

@ACTFibernet Such a terrible experience with your customer care agent Harish. My internet is not working since morning. He was very sarcastic in answering me. Not at all tolerant to provide proper details. SR10161798247845. I need you to take immediate action on that person.
