    @ACTFibernet worst service .. every month the service gets disrupted atleast 2-3 times .. in wfh times atleast we don't expect this ..

    .@airtelindia should learn how to address customer grievances, from @ACTFibernet Maybe it is a problem of scale, maybe mindset. On Airtel, I spent 16 mins to register a complain that my office broadband wasn't working. On ACT, it takes less than a minute through their app 👍

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 @ACTFibernet is a fraud company, making its customer fool, they take customer money on the name of booking and then don't respond. Customer care is below par, top management is zero.

    @ACTFibernet @JioCare @Airtel_Presence I connected wth the backend team as advised by the field technician. The lady on call says that their engg needs to visit to resolve this. When I hv been raising this issue for more than a month now, why were u sending some incapable technicians whn u knw only engg can fix this?

    @ACTFibernet Despite several attempts it still remains WIP with no end date or resolution. Entire building all users are impacted from yesterday with no fix from ACT
