    @ACTFibernet It's a very bad company I am trying to get my wifi connectivity issue fixed from ACT since from 10 days ago but no resolution received so far. I would recommend everyone not to buy Act Fibernet. They are making a fool of everyone and not providing the responses.

    I have paid for ACT Broadband in Bangalore 5 days ago and the sales person is not responding me back and even when I tried to call him he block my number. Is this the kind of service ACT provides after payment? Extremely disappointing. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet if a customer is on Storm Mesh plan, apparently there is no way to upgrade to another plan without paying rentals for routers - seems very odd that this is discouraging customers from moving towards higher plan without penalising them for being on a particular plan

    @ACTFibernet I haven’t received any engineer so far to fix the issue neither the local engineer is calling or picking my calls, please let me know the process to raise a refund against the connection.
