    @ACTFibernet Booked for a new connection on 14-06-2021 but still didn't the installation has been not done, its been 18-06-2021 today. Already paid for the six month pack. So bad experience with @ACTFibernet. When will the connection be installed.

    I raised a ticket on 4th June and its been 15 days and I have no resolution. I call the Act call centre everyday and they only tell me they are CS agents and can only follow up on the issue and till date my bill is not corrected. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Disgusting will be a very sober word to explain your services. Had there been an option of All of the above in your complaint section, I would have pressed that. Either you guys are still living in Stone Age or are least bothered because of lack of competition

    @ACTFibernet @balamalladi since the installation was done I have used the net for only 2 to 3 hours. It again went down and I raised SR10158258949628. Every morning someone gives a courtesy call, does not resolve and in the evening they close it. My problem is still not resolved

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down in 3rd Main, Koramangala 1st block. The service has been really bad lately. But now stopped working. Please fix it fast. Working from home. And why does the Support option in your App ask for camera access?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBroadbandIn I wanted to change my internet plan so when I contacted your customer service even after selecting Kannada language 2 persons are speaking in English only and then I waited for 5 mins in a call to speak to other person the call was disconnected.
