Just to raise a complaint regarding same at the @ACTFibernet customer support it took 6 hours for a executive to get connected after calling numerous time. If someone from @ACTFibernet will read this then the complaint number for you: SR10267562018617

Every time call center says backend team will contact but no one calls or comes. It has been a horrible experience with @ACTFibernet . Have requested installation on priority and even call center does not connect to backend team!!

@ACTFibernet hi team, you cust rep agent are not trained well, when i asked him few questions from ur policy he says that he thinks it is the policy an dhe is not sure of it, i have paid extra money to act and i was to cancel service and he says he think I will nt get the money??
