    SR closes again Every day new person calls and promises to call back after getting a resolution 2 months gone SRs silently gets closed without any resolution Made me pay extra for your fault @ACTFibernet

    Hey @ACTFibernet, I’m paying for a 400 Mbps plan but consistently getting only ~100 Mbps or less. I’ve raised 4 to 5 complaints, and every time the same technician is assigned. He asks me to close the ticket using the OTP without actually fixing the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Wi-Fi has been down since morning. I’ve raised multiple tickets. No response from your team. No calls get thru your fake numbers online. What sort of service is this ??? Fix this or cancel my connection

    They said the issue will be resolved by 01/07 - 9.00 to 13.00 then another message comes saying its taking longer time and revised time is 19.30 to 21.00. All the given times are crossed. Because of this I am loosing my work! @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct
