    @ACTFibernet Wat t hell is happening? R v not entitled 2 a hassle free internet connection, whn v r paying 4 an unlimited connection? Bcoz of ur poor service, shd my daughter suffer for her online classes. Poor thing, she is totally frustrated. Do v hv 2 tweet everytime

    @ACTFibernet After 72 hours of outage got this message “Dear Patron, We noticed that you have experienced service outage and have credited Rs.41 as a waiver to your ACT Account. Team ACT”. So 41 rs is the waiver you give for 3 days? None of the support guy called me Ridiculous #Actfibernet

    Seriously such a pathetic service and so unprofessional and so abusive customer team you have. Firstly no internet and support team abusing and disconnecting the call. Now no one is responding.I have recordings will file a FIR. SHAME on you @ACTFibernet FRAUD

    I was behind them for more than two weeks - no one responded I was lost and thought the money I paid was gone. Later a really good person (will not name him here) who was also not happy with the service ACT is providing really helped me get the refund after 3 weeks. @ACTFibernet
