@ACTFibernet Successfully 4 days gone without resolution for ticket SR10358464857062 .. Indian peeps . Never ever choose ACT for your broadband needs .. I completely regret choosing ACT .. no resolution .. no status update and 4 days of no net .. irresponsible

@ACTFibernet my internet is down from morning. I have raised a complaint and there is no update. I kindly request you to look into this. It's very difficult to work with out internet in a work from home scenario.

@ACTFibernet Frustrating, disappointed and dying!! Pls fix my broadband connection soon. Its out of order and not working since 7 am in the morning. My phone's data and battery has given up. None of Ur customer care numbers work. Bot on the app is useless
