@ACTFibernet I have requested to shift my connection to from C-1 to A-1 Janakpuri on 02.08.21, surprisingly no action has been taken. Your customer care just assure to arrange call only . Should we switch to other. Effecting studies of kids.

@ACTFibernet Yea, and I got the same issue again today, why don't you take your customers seriously? I got my issue resolved on Sunday and today is Wednesday, every single time you lie that the issue is properly resolved. Now how can you refund my money??

@ACTFibernet This is really bad that in the days of wfh, the ownership change is having days long downtime? It was told 4 hrs (it's ~8 hrs now without net) but now got a message saying it gets resolved on Friday evening? If this is the case new connection may take months then.
