    @ACTFibernet I have shared the details. Someone called and promised to deliver the router and upgrade today. But asusual it was just a goof up. @ACTFibernet how many more times are you going to full me with you fall promises. @ACTFibernet worst service. Cant get any low.

    @ACTFibernet once again the same display of utmost disregard for customer service. There is no service since 10am today. Logged a complaint through your app, called customer service frustrated idiots sitting out there who just reads an answer. I need resolutuion#actfibrenerwakeup

    @ajayadav55 @ACTFibernet We have the same issue. Today they kept the phone aside and stopped responding. They say we will get discount and later we have to make calls to get an effing discount. Its been 20 days and till today no solution. Today si the day for bill payment but no updation from their end.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service from your end. No response to the complaints raised, nobody visited my place to check frequent internet issues as you promised and still you’re people are rude when questioned in person! You need to change your stupid policy and arrogant personnel.
