    @ACTFibernet New issues again today morning my internet stopped working I’ve raised the ticket still there’s no response… I itself called to your TL about this then only he told he’ll look into this… He promised me 5:30 PM it’ll be resolved… Till now it’s not been resolved @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     Hey @ACTFibernet I pay for a costly plan to use 3.3TB/mo But Ofcourse - cannot use more than 200GB in a month - 90% downtime! It has been months, my patience does not exists anymore Why to push some to takeover your POP hubs, let’s kill the whole network no? Unhinged ffs

    Genuinely impressed by @ACTFibernet today. Left for the office, no internet. Raised a ticket, ETA end of day. Drove back home to attend my meetings, no internet there either. Second ticket. ETA end of day. 100% consist outage across all locations. 👏
