@ACTFibernet I applied for new internet connection online, Your team confirmed that my location is out of serviceable area. Now Iam getting minimum 5 calls per day from ACT customer service asking for new internet connection. Why don't you update the status backend?

@ACTFibernet I have had a terrible experience with you. I am receiving thousands of calls/emails regarding the payment due. However i had clarified and it was agreed that why I shouldn’t pay the outstanding amount. Still i am receiving automated calls/emails, why?
