@ACTFibernet Original resolution time was 10 am today. Now it is 9 pm. When I called at 8 am, your customer support guy said he will directly allow me to talk to escalation support at 10:30 am. Now when I called I was told that I cannot talk to anyone apart the support person. Shameless!!

@KommawarSwapnil Only @ACTFibernet is reliable. Airtel has the worst customer support, jio has a delay. ACT is good in terms of customer service and low latency

It was communicated by the ACT agents that if after upgrading the issue will not resolve, the amounts will be refund. I don’t see any such options there. I am keep on raising the tickets, but every time it is getting closed without even contacting with me. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Firstly, regret and apologize for the irresponsible comments made about the dignified leader, @revanth_anumula garu, by your team here. And earlier, your COO had to intervene for an immediate resolution. Until then, no one responded. So, you’re just a useless bot here.

@ACTFibernet You should be ashamed of the pathetic service and escalation level you are maintaining in Kismatpur area, The service response has drastically went down and people are cancelling the connections. And your escalation dont mean a anything cause no ACT technician kismatpur cares.

@aani0710 Oh, so the problem is with the setup box.? If I’m not wrong, it’s already connected to 2–3 internet providers. Let’s see who manages to fix it first. @ACTFibernet
