Service Engineer doesn't pick the phone as usual. Disgusting service levels. Planning to throw my router out & disconnect service.

Service is becoming worst day by day. I request Leadership @ACTFibernet to look into the same immediately.

This is the 4th time my ticket has been closed with no concent from me. No solution. It's the same damn issue.

I have called your customer service more than 20 times in the past 4 days and still issue is not resolved. Everyday I'm told it would be resolved but it doesn't happen. Worst customer service.

When a consumer faces issue you have kept chatbot to reply same message "Sorry can't assist due to technical issue" for every concern he/she wants to raise the ticket. Worst ever service in BLR.
