@ACTFibernet I had raised an internet not working ticket 2 days back and still haven’t got a concrete response from anyone . This kind of pathetic customer service and laid back attitude forces the customers to opt for other broadband connections. Ticket number - SR10252851791092

Seriously thinking about changing my @ACTFibernet connection. Having WiFi issues every two days and having to raise a complaint very often. And horrible customer service to top it off.

I dropped an email to customer support to know the reason and they assured to downgrade the plan and everything will be okay and after 1 week I get an account suspension email again. What a joke @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Delhi Vikas puri G block. Intermittent failure. Speed 10% of what you pay. Recommend change service provider. WORST experience.
