    I have requested for TOO and ticket has been created 4 days back but no one from Technical team is bothered to call or visit for further assistance, ACT is becoming worst service provider work id: WO103810813881 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Dmed the ticket number. It takes minimum 20 mins to talk to customer service representatives.

    @ACTFibernet Not at all acceptable! Internet these days is the need of the hour, not restricted to entertainment, likr in case of the past. Breakdown for almost 24 hours, not only affects the day-to-day chores, but also gives a sense of disconnect. @ACTFibernet handling the issue callously
