    @dheerajg477 @ACTFibernet @balamalladi Infact their billing system also very bad. For prepaid connections- they will show dues. Act team will never listen to customers requirement

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working for more than 24 hours, I have logged a complaint and even after 24 hours there is no response. The service works fine but as soon as there is an issue you guys are taking ages to resolve it.

    @ACTFibernet , My router & internet is nt working for the past 14hrs.This is an ongoing issue whenever we have light wind/rain. Raised a service req & contacted the custo care thrice with no closure of issue. Considering the WFH aren't we suppose to get a better custo service??
