  Aasmaan se gire khajoor me atke... Disconnected @ACTFibernet yesterday and opted for @airtelindia broadband due to frequent cuts and long resolution time... Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...   After getting a new connection from ACT FIBERNET & further adding some OTT channels & paying the required amount, still NETFLIX is not streaming. Poor service & no follow up inspite of repeated reminders @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet Your ACT Engineer, Lakshmi told me that I should receive the call from your department as there is a ticket pending for very long (more than 3 months) but I never got a call until I follow up. Your engineer Lakshmi is very rude and he lies a lot. He is a big lier.

  @ACTFibernet I have all the call recording and what's app chats which I can share if needed . You guys charge fine when there is a 10 minutes delay in payment now you guys make delay in resolving the issue but you still change me full
