@ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Really shame on ACT they cannot resolve a technical internet disconnect problem for 4 days and i got a call from retention team forcing me to cancel the connection as they dont have solution. ACT is loosing customers due to excellent poor customer service. Board of members know?

We have raised multiple complaint requests to the customer care executive gives an lame excuses that ur phone is unreachable we will be arriving in next 10mints.its been 3days now..No Act has been done by @ACTFibernet.I am very disappointed to say that a reputed company like you.
