  @ACTFibernet Nothing resolved...my issue was, I am unable to contact your customer in given number and it is same now also... I want to pause my service since I won't be using it for sometime but your customer care number not at all working...

  @ACTFibernet AS PER YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICE WITHIN 7 DAYS, THE CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE THE COMPLETE REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!!! ITS ALREADY 10 DAYS THAT YOU HAVEN'T EVEN COMMUNICATED WITH ME. YOU HAVE TAKEN MONEY AND NOT RESPONDING AT ALL

  @ACTFibernet My account number is 101015473412. My internet isnt working since 5th of Jan, raised an complaint on the same day but no resolution until now. Called multiple times on customer care number but all im told is to wait for 24 hours everytime i call, This is frustrating

  @ACTFibernet Yes the grievance has been addressed. But it was delayed by 30+ hours which was very bad. Inspite of raising concern immediately, there was no required response received! This has been a really very bad and disappointing situation! I am not happy with so much delay in resolution.
