    @ACTFibernet What type of worst service and customer support are you guys providing?? When a consumer faces issue you have kept chatbot to reply same message "Sorry can't assist due to technical issue" for every concern he/she wants to raise the ticket. Worst ever service in BLR.

    @ACTFibernet Had a pathetic customer onboarding experience. Applied for new fibernet conection. Made 3 months advance payment as per policy. More than 24 hrs passed and no one contacted for installation. Regretting my decision to go with @ACTFibernet Bangalore

    @ACTFibernet I'm an existing customer using 50 Mbps speed and now it's over thinking of getting a 400mbps plan will I get a new router and 2 mesh routers with that plan or gonna use the same old router that's provided with 50 mbps?
