@ACTFibernet Act team in chennai we are facing worst experience past one week internet not wort and no response we are connecting only customer care no technicians arrived at my place after 5 days 2days came now again disconnected what's happening worst service no response

@ACTFibernet Team is not doing anything sir. Actions speaks, not just words here in twitter. So I need swift action in this. I have raised complaint also to address my issues in new location earlier also, but no respond, it’s a time to shift to other service provider

Have never expected such a #worst experience from @ActFibernet. Issue raised a week before is yet to be resolved and getting false updates. Would hesitate recommending #ActFibernet to others.

@GoI_MeitY @ACTFibernet Jai Hind! 7 days and counting and no response from @ACTFibernet Hope some strict tele communications rules come in to look at customer experience. We are totally left in dark! Not sure, where should we knock doors for help.
