    @ACTFibernet I booked new connection on Aug. 28th by assuring your person good service and same day installation, after payment its week over no one has shame to response neither they have courtesy to solve, registered Ph9848039940.

    @ACTFibernet I heve not received any response yet... It's been 11Days now that I am struggling, it seems I and a mistake to optet ACT as service provider. Request resolve the issue or refund my money.

    @ACTFibernet For my new connection, when I asked the service representative to shift the router to another room. He agreed to do so, but when I reached him on phone he ended up blocking my number. Is this how a new customer gets treated? Huge disappointment... @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet My broadband acc is 102017922463. Have upgraded my plan from 75 to 150 mbps. But all I heard from customer support that my Router, AC750-Archer C20 is not supported. I have been using this router from past 3 years with more than 150 mbps plan. +1

    Hello @ACTFibernet I had called act customer care on 31st aug for temporary disconnection. The was routed to another team and got disconnected before I reach them. I was told I will get reponse in 24hr but didn't get any. Now I can't reach customer care no. Itself What the hell
