@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Your request SR10157360841382 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 5/31/2021 12:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). I was told the issue is at the junction box. ETA is 20 HRS to fix this? Can you please get this sorted out sooner?

@ACTFibernet I have account on name of my mother. When I asked for account name change, your team is asking my mother to come to office. Such a worst incident , how can any one ask elder people to come out in this covid time? Whole world is working from home and you asking to visit office
