@ACTFibernet Very poor customer service for a long term customer! 4 days of internet outage and your customer support engineer was allocated AFTER 4 days. He is not responding to any calls after the first time he called now. Not the way to treat your clients.

@ACTFibernet extremely poor service. I have been without connectivity for 4 days now. Every time there is a cyclone the connectivity goes for more than a week with utterly no response!

@HathwayBrdband I have never seen such a worst customer support, no one picks up when you call. Atleast whebmn i had @ACTFibernet theres good customer support someone will atleast pickup call. Hathway has gone to worse state, never make a mistake to opt for hathway
