@ACTFibernet 4 hours since the issue started and no resolution so far. I have almost run out of mobile data. Can you tell me why the fix is taking so long @ACTFibernet ? I have called the support twice and they said it'll be done by 7:30 PM. It just doesn't make sense to me

@ACTFibernet I am extremely disappointed with how you responded to the situation of my refund of installation charges as you never did any installation and on top of that I have been following up for a month and no refund. You never gave my money back, this is stealing. #fraud
