    It has been almost a month now that I am waiting for my refund from @ACTFibernet. I will proceed with filing of a police complaint against them and a case on @consumercourtin. Request you to take note of this so that this is not faced by anyone else. I will not sit quietly till

    @ACTFibernet Fed-up with the service. Facing issues with connection more than 24 hours. Strange thing is through WhatsApp the issue can't be raised. Will there be a resolution by tomorrow? I need a bill amount waver for 1 day also.

    @ACTFibernet You called me alright. Said by 5pm will be fixed. But why the issue was at the first place? Everything was fine, why did you poke it? What about the problems I'm suffering just because your incompetence?

    @ACTFibernet , I have took connection yesterday and i haven't received the invoice. The invoice should be given immediately,however even after complaints and calls to customer care. There is no response. I need an invoice for my payment asap.
