@ACTFibernet I can Guarantee no other provider is as bad as you. In 1 months this is my 4th service call. No internet since 24 hours.Tried calling 5 times all I hear is it will be resolve in next 24 hours. More than 20 connections will be disconnected if this is not resolved asap

@ACTFibernet Absolute rubbish service. Suffering from last night without broadband while WFH. Seriously, how long does it take to repair a damaged cable? 24hrs?! Very poor customer service you have. No value for the 18k I've paid for the subscription.
