    @ACTFibernet has the worst customer support. I need to shift my connection to a new address. While raising the ticket there is no option to upload sale deed document. Since this is my new home I don’t any other document. I am trying to call customer care but I’m unable to connect

    @ACTFibernet 1/2 . worst service. We are the layout with occupancy of 300/452 . Allowed ACT to be installed. They installed Google tower for backup line .From the starting month August -22 till today , every month 4 to 5 outages . Few lasting more than 12 hours .

    @ACTFibernet there are 50+ ACT connections in society and frequent internet breakdown . customer care and tech engineer are so lazy that they stick to 24 hrs rule and do not come promptly to repair which hardly takes 1 hr . shortly we will discontinue if not improve. #Jaipur

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Service request – SR10366893269674. Writing to Nodal officer on frequent line disconnects is treated just like another ticket, does Nodal Officer just an automated system to forward the grievance as a ticket to be followed up by line techs??

    @ACTFibernet Hey @ACTFibernet I just received text saying my ticket is closed - yet again without any resolution, this is absolutely ridiculous. I haven't received refund yet, neither received any update on that. When I rang your call centerwas assured I will get a call back - none happened

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC i have raised a ticket yesterday as my internet is not working there is still no action on it, why do you cheat your customers and dont attend to their needs its more than 24 hours now, provide me with a resolution asap

    @ACTFibernet @zomato @letsblinkit Hello , my wife has been getting back to back robocall from ACT to reactivate the service, it keeps coming. have decided 2 say yes , get your agent at door step for documentation or connection and then send him back. This will stop once the calls stop. Left with no other option
