@ACTFibernet . Post that, I had spoken to the customer care and I was surprised to know tht ACT FIBRENET doesn’t have spare routers of 100 MBPS with them and the support person told me to buy on my own.

@ACTFibernet @rohitkshirsagar SR 10163304289976 for escalation call back is raised.. Any update on that? And ensure the connection is at port 1. Every year when we pay the annual fee, the customer care says the connection is at port 2 and the reimbursement for power connection is denied.
