    @ACTFibernet Dear service provider am without Internet for past 24 hrs. Your service is dependent on other customer's house where Junction box is installed & this isn't a good Architecture. And you just pay 50/- month if I need to install Juntcion box? Please correct your process

    @ACTFibernet I've asked to make the payment of ₹4195/- for new connection after the sales person confirmed about the feasibility, now the technical team asking me to make an additional payment of ₹1200/- for "GX Box", which is not customer's issue.

    @ACTFibernet Don’t buy subscription from act. It will works from few month & then speed will goes down. You raise complaints some one come & fix, Again after 1-2 months speed goes down. Same pattern every time. Why pay premium for such bad service. #worst #customerongrant @noact

    @ACTFibernet I think you guys are obsessed about weekends and putting of your services and taking off on weekends these days. With in no time your competitor broadband providers will capture your clients if this kind of service continue. This is second time in last 3 weeks.

    @ACTFibernet you've taken the payment and now the "auditor" and service engineer says no feasibility , and asking me to pay non-refundable ₹1200 more for some device. It's the third day since I made the payment , no connection yet. Seems like harrasment.
