    @ACTFibernet team every month there is a internet cut. We're still working from home Kindly check every month there is an issue no permanent solution Even though the technicians ar providing a great service and has a great customer support but there is issue no permanent solution

    @ACTFibernet I was going to pay on 17th I asked change of plan one of your Dumbo call center guy said sir you got time till 26th pls pay by than later I got text and call saying your billing issue resolved today another dumbo says the service will be disconnected .

    Worst customer service! Failed to provide proper solution for no internet since last 3 days even after making dozens of calls and 100’s of false promises from you, one of which to refund the complete plan amount if the issue is not resolved but @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I made a call at 7.24 pm 23rd dec 2021. The customer care guy was very smart and rude. This is how you train your support guys to talk to customer instead of resolving the issue. That coward didnot even tell his name and disconnected the call.SHAMEFUL
