    @ACTFibernet I have opened one ticket # SR10164252557655 opened on 28-Feb-22. it's take 5-10 mints to fix (remove static-ip and adjust bill amount) but sill that issue not resolved. I have been calling ur call center daily but no use. Please let me know when it resolve?

    No response from @ACTFibernet more Paid for new connection more than 26 hours ago. Setup still not done. Not received password for connection activation till now. Never purchase new ACT connection in Chennai.

    Dear @ACTFibernet can you please talk to my boss, he thinks i'm lying that my wifi is down every other day. Can you please explain it to him that you don't know how to setup a wifi network and cannot help people who are working from home

    @ACTFibernet Please fix the internet. Internet had stopped working yesterday. Again, today the internet has stopped working. I’m facing this issue everyday and the internet cut has been happening very frequently these days. This is not acceptable. Please fix it fast.
