@ACTFibernet Hello, My internet isn't working. It always goes off and I have to lodge a complaint. You guys don't respond on calls or service requests. If luckily I connect to someone whom I explain my situation, they just hung up on me. I want to disconnect your services

@ACTFibernet I have around 10 to 15 colleagues. Will ask them to disconnect their services too. Instead of waiting such long time, no response from your team. Thank you @ACTFibernet. Will look into another service provider from next year onwards. Unfair service.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I raised for shifting req & the team says it will take 1.5 months to get this sorted as we don’t have feasibility. This is the 2nd time that’s happening for me. Kindly help.

@ACTFibernet I call customer care to resolve my issue if they can't resolve they disconnect and don't even bother to Call back internet slow router is slow bad service regret to upgrade recently.should have opted for airtel fibernet
