    @ACTFibernet Your representative assured me the issue would be prioritized,resolved, and closed within 3 days. LIt’s been a week.Please stop making excuses and resolve the issue as promised.Please raise another disconnection request without making excuses.I need disconnection req immediately

    The @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD scam continues. Terrible service. They seem to use sub par tech. If you're reading this please don't get an act subscription. We raised a ticket it takes almost a week and then in a week it goes kaput! #badservice #actfibernet #internetscam

    @ACTFibernet internet not working within 15 days of installation, pathetic company, this is happening in delhi so you can understand , how is there service outside delhi. Go for reputed companies like airtel, jio or even bsnl

    @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - down since morning. Issue expected to be resolved before 9pm. No improvement. Similarly few days back SR10381520525554 raised and the outage was 3 days. I want compensation for the total 4 days without internet and extra for the inconvenience.
