    @ACTFibernet How many opportunities you need? I had payed on 10th March and filed complaint on 16th March for the issue. But no resolution till now. Even this is the fourth time you are replying but no solution.

    @ACTFibernet Act is chearer, At the time of installation they offer free router and waive off installation charges, while request deconnection They deduct the charges and still willing to return the router but now not entertaining the request. Raised so many request but no response. Very bad

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for your prompt response. Hope your Visakh office acts equally prompt to resolve it permanently. Complaint was lodged today morning, till now they are sleeping. Your Visakh maintenance team needs a churn badly. They are always doing "jugad" for temporary quick fix.

    @ACTFibernet It's ok someone else raised a complaint throught phone in the apartment. Internet had been restored. But seriously pls remove the chatbot n bring back the old system
