Raised shifting request on 30 Apr, promised resolution by 2 May, but still no action and no proper response from the support team. Evry day a new excuse, but no accountability. Poor cust supp and no accountability despite being a cust since 2022. Wouldn't recommend ACT to others if cust concerns are ignored like this
