  @ACTFibernet Refer SR10860133782631. I was promised that I will get a refund by 02 Aug. There was no response from customer care and after enquiring again I have been told that refund is not possible. What pathetic so called "customer care"

  @ACTFibernet still didn't fix the problem...for god sake its been 5 days....whose gonna compensate the money.... what's wrong with your network? How can you take 5 days to solve a complaint of disconnectivity. Even patience has a limit.

  @ACTFibernet I raised a request to shift connection request on 9th August and nobody turned up till now. My ticket number is SR10160766866692 and I don't find any way to track status either in App/portal. I called up customer service multiple time but no use.
