    @ACTFibernet : Faced more than half days in last month with service issues . Multiple tickets and followups. When sent email of asking for waiver, account suspended. When asked with CC , response: automated system . Why not automated waiver for poor service #act#fraud

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 32nd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet we asked for a connection. After taking our money , you tell us that connection is not possible. And then you are not refunding our money. Its been one week. This is extremely bad service. I will register a consumer complaint against you @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet I can't attend my meeting with mobile data more, how will I perform my task, the resolution you have given 24 hrs which is not acceptable. if you can't resolve this issue, I no other options to choose another ISP. Reaching out to you is a very big task, you have to look at this.

    @ACTFibernet sent multiple emails to Nodal and Appellate team but not even a single response from the leadership team of ACT on the ongoing slow speed issue. It’s one of the worst ISP in India. Worst thing is ACT customer care abuse you in Tamil if you open support case.

    @ACTFibernet When contacting with ACT team in SS, they said that the offer is not linked with those accounts, will check it and do the needful. Raised this issue on Dec 4th but still it’s not resolved and our accounts has been suspended now (2/3)

    @ACTFibernet I had made payment for installation of BB connection, post payment no one is now picking phone to let me know the status, tried calling Customer care, no help either..

    @ACTFibernet RAHUL YADAV customer care executive not giving the solution and asking for 4 hours since I'm waiting for past 4 days and he has put my call on hold without asking me and disconnected the call please take connection otherwise I will take the case to consumer court
