I fail to understand why. Absolute harassment of consumer. Every time I call I have to repeat all the story to customer care.

If you cannot do it, please refund my money and I’ll find a different ISP. I cannot lose my peace of mind anymore

Even with LAN testing, the performance is all over the place. False promises and zero compensation for downtime — totally unacceptable service. #ACTFibernet
