@ACTFibernet my internet is down by last 5 days. Raised multiple tickets. The customer support is a paint. The whole system of passing responsibility from one team to another is even more painful. Do I need to read all the rules of @TRAI to get my internet connection restored.

@ACTFibernet I had raised dispute on 13th of May. You guys had not resolved till date. It became my daily routine to raise ticket with you. But there was no response from your end. Dont know how you are surviving in service industry with out minimal service. #WakeUpTeamACT

@ACTFibernet It's been 48 hours since I have logged a complaint. No Engineer visited, even contacted me. Worst Service and you claim that any issue logged will be resolved within 24 hrs.
