    @ACTFibernet First u deny refund of advance despite not having service at my new location. Then u say that u can transfer money to any other ACT account, and now that also u are not honouring. Its been a yr already wit no resolution. Have any sense of shame or lost it completely?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Disappointed with Airtel customer onboarding in Bangalore. After more than 17 follow-ups with the rep over a span of 6 days, still waiting for the new connection. Regretting the decision. @ACTFibernet what can you offer?

    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider, no proper connectivity, mean customer support, resolution time is too long. What I’ll do without WiFi for 24 hours or maybe more?

    @TSBBCare I don't want to argue with you anymore just now technician visited don't know what he did it worked for 30minutes later same issue no Internet #scam.please provide me refund and remove connection I don't want it anymore better I will change my services to @ACTFibernet best servic

    No update till now...its been 3rd day no net @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet very careless customer service, no one lifting our calls and also blocked our numbers.. Worst Experience

    So I requested to speak to a superior at @ACTFibernet . They said the supervisor takes upto 4 hrs to call back. I wonder what they’re busy with..maybe providing the worst service ever to their users? And FYI, I still did not receive a call back. It’s been 3hrs now.
