    @ACTFibernet Dont i’ve any other work to do?You guys are unable to fix a single problem from last 5 days. If there is some cable issue or any other issue figure it out and replace it.I believe have not taken any sponsorship from you for free for this internet by paying more than other ISP.

    @ACTFibernet Still your sony liv not working. I was assured in writing that it will work from 12 April. What's happening with your co.? Customer care calls again to ask Only for the problem and extends the date. Pathetic service. Disapponited with act

    @ACTFibernet Absolutely frustrated with ACT Fibernet. My internet has been down for 2+ days despite being on their premium 1TB plan. Other apartments in the same building have connectivity, clearly pointing to an issue with their wiring/splicing setup — yet no resolution
