@ACTFibernet Taking connections in act is easy but changing location or repair request is harder then anything. Waste of our money and time. No response. Simply new connection request getting calls but complaint request no calls.

Its impossible to cancel subscription to @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , cant do it on the app, customer service number doesnt allow you to talk to agent. @consaff - note, this company doesnt have provide a way of canceling

@ACTFibernet Can you guys put option of downgrading the plan in between 6M validity ? You guys are not flexible to the customer. While taking the plan act team says you can any time downgrade and upgrade the plan. @consumercourtin @ConsumerCourt_

@anudeep65 @ACTFibernet I hv also faced d same pbm. After several follow ups my shifting request is completed after a week. They are giving importance to connection issue rather than shifting request.

@ACTFibernet When I was about to take connection, I was receiving so many calls from your people. And now When I got the connection and it's like 4-5 days, my Internet connection is down and now when I'm calling nobody is receiving my call. Didn't expect this kind of service.
