@ACTFibernet No update yet since I raised the complaint. Called customer care twice — first they said the issue is in the outdoor box, then said it’s with the main power point. The light on the box keeps blinking. You assured resolution by 9 PM; let’s see. If not fixed, I’ll switch services.

@ACTFibernet #Actfibernet I raised a ticket SR10177775525774 for slow speed. I was told by the technician that the issue will be resolved by tuesday & closed the ticket without my consent. It wasn't resolved till now. Please reopen this ticket & keep it open till this is fixed.

@ACTFibernet Your service has always been very good and without problems in Bengaluru but the quality is Chennai is so poor. There has been an outage almost every week since early October and the ticket doesn’t get picked up until the next day.

@ACTFibernet Reviving this thread bec there has been no response to the DMs since today morning. Need an ETA on the progress. In the DMs it's been mentioned that I will be receiving an update on the app but unfortunately there's been no update yet. Requesting a speedier resolution
