in these 10 days and probably would have installed connection as well. Yesterday @ACTFibernet your guys promised me to onstall connection bh 21st May and today denied. Isn't it fraud and kind of false promise ! @ACTFibernet could you please look into this matter and help us.

@ACTFibernet i have been chasing for more then 2 weeks for connection closure and deposit refund, connected with your customer care multiple times on this, Not sure why no action is taken from ACT, Never expected such a cheap customer experience from ACT

@poopoonga @deepsealioness @ACTFibernet I had used ACT in Chennai 8 years ago and the speed and customer service was really good. Assume things have gone downhill now.
