    Act promises the Customer for good internet access but it lie for every two days need to raise a ticket they will close the ticket without informing the Customer, I have taken new connection it's less than 1 month I have raised multiple tickets @ACTFibernet #worstInternet

    @ACTFibernet Your service sucks In Eluru,West Godavari,AP. It's been 2 days that request raised and contacted customer care four times and escalated but still switch issue not restored. If you Can't resolve issue means tell us directly it's better to disconnect.

    @ACTFibernet your customer support is absolutely pathetic! I raised a ticket 3 days ago and it’s still unresolved. Even after escalating to customer care, nothing is moving forward. Worst service experience ever!

    @ACTFibernet When we tried contacting customer care, the executive was extremely rude, saying he has no idea about the issue and even mentioned that we may not get internet for the next 2 days due to cables issue.
