Act promises the Customer for good internet access but it lie for every two days need to raise a ticket they will close the ticket without informing the Customer, I have taken new connection it's less than 1 month I have raised multiple tickets @ACTFibernet #worstInternet

@ACTFibernet Your service sucks In Eluru,West Godavari,AP. It's been 2 days that request raised and contacted customer care four times and escalated but still switch issue not restored. If you Can't resolve issue means tell us directly it's better to disconnect.

@ACTFibernet I don't know what happens to ur service. I lost my connection 2 days ago. Raised ticket for 3 times. But Automatically ticket was closed without solving the issue. No known engineer respond over phone properly. Most worst service from u people ever. Literally!
