    @ACTFibernet Your service sucks In Eluru,West Godavari,AP. It's been 2 days that request raised and contacted customer care four times and escalated but still switch issue not restored. If you Can't resolve issue means tell us directly it's better to disconnect.

    @ACTFibernet Your backend team calls me and again says internet problem, I told him I had complained about Port forwarding. He asked me if I have Static IP, I said no. He said that's the ACT PROTOCOL without that I can't give and disconnect abruptly Result: Issue Still unresolved

    @ACTFibernet Why do I need to pay for a STATIC IP, I don't need a static IP, you can give me dynamic IP, If you network design has limitations why should I bear the cost for it? Please address this asap, I happened to spoke to billing team as well. Result: No resolution given.

    @ACTFibernet this is the third complaint. Incorrect billing for past 2 months has not been addressed. Happy to disconnect service if this remains unresolved. Will be happy to switch to @reliancejio Username 102310613805. Plz call.

    @ACTFibernet All other ISP are giving port forwarding for free, What's so special with your network that I need to pay for port forwarding? Your ticket resolution and response times are also pathetic when compared to other ISP why should I pay for STATIC IP?
