@ACTFibernet Your service sucks In Eluru,West Godavari,AP. It's been 2 days that request raised and contacted customer care four times and escalated but still switch issue not restored. If you Can't resolve issue means tell us directly it's better to disconnect.

@ACTFibernet How to close my complaint with out solved.still I am not received any invoice copy from your or still I am not received any email from your office, hence I request to you please instruct concern staff for issue modifing my invoice only send to my registered email

@ACTFibernet Its been more than 30 hours and the internet is still down. Raised ticket twice but nobody is resolving the issue. The customer care helpline number is automated so we can not actually complain to anyone. I just press 1,2,3 and thats it, it automatically disconnects.

@ACTFibernet These days again & again ur ppl playing with customers like comedians. On complaint of connection issues, after 24hrs of wait, your ppl responded like bellow... If it takes 24hrs respond and 48hrs to react, is it be called as a No.1 service?

@ACTFibernet Facing issues with my internet with static IP user id 11455884. Started at 11PM yesterday Frequent disconnection and slowness rebooted on prem switch and reset my router still having issues with MS Teams, VPN, Netflix etc. This is not an issue on my router.

@ACTFibernet Technician is blaming my router even if I am getting 350 Mbps my total speed is 400 Mbps and I am getting 350 on speedtest only netflix is having issues its capped to 15Mbps I am not satisfied with the technician's reply please terminate the connection
