    @ACTFibernet **** company and **** sales representative simply asking that when the will optic fiber lines will lay down. Rudely saying no connection don't call me. This is the way to talk to the customers. . This dumbass doesn't know ho to talk.

    Its impossible to cancel subscription to @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , cant do it on the app, customer service number doesnt allow you to talk to agent. @consaff - note, this company doesnt have provide a way of canceling

    @ACTFibernet I’m really pissed of with your service and shady business practices, I paid the full amount for a new connection on Monday, till now no one has come to install the connection,(prospect I’d 102531511798), now no one bothers to pick up the call #badcustomerexperience

    @ACTFibernet I'm fed up of complaining about the same issue since when I have got the internet last year. Everytime I get a call and says we have resumed the services please restart the router once or we will semd a technician. No one has ever visited !!

    @anudeep65 @ACTFibernet I hv also faced d same pbm. After several follow ups my shifting request is completed after a week. They are giving importance to connection issue rather than shifting request.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised complaint regarding the Internet 36hrs . My issues is still not resolved. Your service is becoming worst recent past. Due to this it isveffecting office work. Please response otherwise cancel my connection. I will shift to new one.
