    Hey @ACTFibernet, i have been facing internet issues almost every week for last 3-4 months, last time on July 28 when i had internet disconnection i was promised that would be the last time I'll face issue and they will find a permanent resolution on it

    @ACTFibernet Yes it’s resolved. Which irritates me even more. An issue which takes 3 minutes to get resolved and for that you guys kept me waiting for 5 days. I truely find that unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10165600833544 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 13-Aug (DD/MM) between 13:00 to 16:00. Team ACT Why cant you people resolve immediately? Since morning no internet. Neither anyone calls, bad support.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Pathetic Service. Never stood on the words promised during new connection. Ridiculous Nodal & Apellate Officers. Internet is down since 2 days but no one cares.

    @ACTFibernet I have been raising request for relocation but ur customer service is awful. They didn't shift my connection but charged me ₹650. Very disappointed with ur customer service!!!

    @ACTFibernet the TAT was on 7th and today is 12th August. And you can't fulfill one relocation request? How are you planning to bill me for the missing days of your service?
