    @ACTFibernet 1/n - I have been facing frequent interruptions in my internet connection on a daily basis, more so during the night. Multiple complaints later the issue still persists and the reason mentioned by executive is router needs to be changed.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down since two days and not recieved even single call from engineer related to this issue. What kind of service is this?? No one is working on this service request. Pathetic service. SR11062152505972. Call me on urgent basis

    Dear @ACTFibernet why is it taking a month to resolve a billing enquiry? Your call centre is useless with their only response being you will receive a call back which is never happenin. And to top it all you close all the open service requests without resolving. Pathetic service!
