@ACTFibernet Such a pathetic service and unprofessional. I requested for new connection was asked for address, and was asked to pay for 3months in advance, sales executive was behind promising me installation with 24hrs until I paid, then stared real action.

@ACTFibernet Paying for your services upfront, is straight up a wrong decision. Your services are significantly bad right after payment, everytime, how!? And you don't allow to reduce the renewal tenure in app! Not once I have not regretted right after paying for a longer plan for ACT.

@ACTFibernet bangalore hsr layout. My plan is for 6 months till 5.4.21.but it has been de activated today without any prior information. 20 days usage cut short. Poor cust care . No mail no adv intimation.

@ACTFibernet Fooling customer? No one came even though I called customer care to resolve issue did you guys mad after taking money from customer you don't resolve query? I got frustated to use ACT. I will not recommend anyone to use and avail the service. They all fool customer.
