@ACTFibernet What are you doing you bloody fools. Have the courtesy to call your customers at least if you're saying you're looking into the matter. When you need money you answer calls like beggars. Now you have issues calling and answering. Fix the damn connection.

@ACTFibernet hi team, you cust rep agent are not trained well, when i asked him few questions from ur policy he says that he thinks it is the policy an dhe is not sure of it, i have paid extra money to act and i was to cancel service and he says he think I will nt get the money??

@ACTFibernet but they said we can't assure you but definitely before 9pm it will get resolved. I was waiting till 11pm, I didn't get any call from them. Today again when I called them they are saying before evening it ll get resolved. Which kind of service you guys are providing
