    @abishekrsr @ACTFibernet Get a direct fiber connection. They call its aa GX. Its was the same issue for me now it is no more for more than 1.5 yrs

    Fraud ACT service,AGAIN A COMPLAIN TICKET WAS CLOSED WITHOUT RESOLVING.Complain id is SR10181418421678,You people think that customer are fools or what,I have spoken with 2 of the act people about the complaint but act close ticket without resolution @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues

    As a 10+ year #ACT customer, this is deeply disappointing. Please take ownership and resolve this urgently. As a customer, I have no direct way to reach the assigned technician, the only channels available to me are customer support and social media. @ACTFibernet

    It takes 50hrs to find out what the issue is, and even longer to rectify. @ACTFibernet your customer retention must be pathetic. Internet is an essential service, clearly @ACTFibernet thinks it is a joke. @officejmscindia

    @ACTFibernet I pay for a 450 Mbps yearly broadband plan (ID: 1030 1625 9386). The issue is back again. Every day, for some time, none of the web pages on my computer or phone will work. I’m left wondering what has happened.
