    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD It has been more than 3 days since our internet connection stopped working. Despite repeated followups all we receive are standard responses with no actual resolution. Not a single technician has visited, nor has anyone contacted us. SR10180458129024

    @ACTFibernet My internet speed is only 10 mbps. My plan is for 400 mbps. I raised a complaint and instead the ticket is closed with a resolution. Please look into this on priority.

    Hi ACT, Please resolve the issue We have been without internet for 2+ hrs and no response on the ticket Is this why we pay more than other service providers to get 0 downtime? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I know I only have created the ticket, The reason to bring issue here is to have a permanent solution, it's been almost 3-4. Not getting proper solution. Neither no Technical guy called and explaining the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Have important calls today and the service is down, raised a ticket and they said it will get resolved by tomorrow morning. So, i just have to take a leave cause of your delayed service? Pathetic experience! Ticket : SR10280508822924

    @ACTFibernet It’s beyond frustrating. I have had the same issue twice in the first month of coming onboard. I am using @airtelindia wifi back home the last 3-4 years and such instances have rarely occurred. What are you doing wrong? @ACTFibernet

    . @ACTFibernet your team did 'maintenance' yesterday & completely broke my internet. Router WAN IP is 0.0.0.0. Regular customer care is useless anyway. Fix this immediately! Every time you do your stupid maintenance, your employees mess up & leave me with no Internet for a day!
