  Dear @ACTFibernet, How can I be on a monthly AND an annual subscription at the same time? Why am I being forced to pay a monthly subscription when I already paid ₹18,000+ for an annual plan months ago? I even paid additional monthly charges despite already being on the annual plan. And now, over a disputed ₹354: Support → Nodal Officer → Appellate Authority Still no working Internet. Please investigate the billing discrepancy for as long as you need.   @ACTFibernet I pay for a 450 Mbps yearly broadband plan (ID: 1030 1625 9386). The issue is back again. Every day, for some time, none of the web pages on my computer or phone will work. I’m left wondering what has happened.

  Most pathetic company and service. Was promised a mesh router set, but a basic C5 Archer router was bundled. You made me pay the full package advance and provided this junk,, and mesh does not even work properly. 2 units cover 3 rooms, horrible service. @ACTFibernet
