@ACTFibernet My account has been suspended. I had taken a 3 month plan on 27 Aug and billed Rs212 in november. I had requested for service disconnection on November 26 and it was agreed that I wont face any service disruption and the bill due would be adjusted in 3 plan.

@ACTFibernet Forget all those things. You charge a flat fee at the start of the month and then you disconnect in the month when the money is paid. You provide no resolution. Is the customer a fool. What kind of business ethics you have.

@ACTFibernet It shouldn't take this long if you are really willing to resolve the issue. Every day i call customer care, they say escalated the issue each time. Yet my work order is not cancelled.
