    @ACTFibernet Replied you with the details. Look at it and let me know, if you really interested to increase customer base. With this kind of service you cannot. People will think before opting for your services.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, complaint - SR10378949051694, ETR was between today 4pm to 7pm. No one even called me to update or enquire about my complaint. This is the second time I'm facing internet issue (no internet) within a month. ACT team needs to really review the customer service provided to customers and how the field staff are attending as the issue is now recurring.

    @ACTFibernet team at Hyd. Pl respond Sent mail to help desk. Raising ticket is impossible considering the way it works. One of the meshes placed just blink red led instead of green. Udayshankar Vaddadi Regd mobile:9004089301

    @ACTFibernet No support till now from your team. Sales executive Srinath Reddy G (EM ID: 30564) called me 10+ times for booking, but now he is not responding at all. Is this how you treat customers after payment? Focus only on booking, not service? Need immediate resolution.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD 10+ years as a customer since Beam. Left due to poor response. Came back once, big mistake. Service is worse than ever.
