    @PMOIndia @GoI_MeitY may please intervene. @ACTFibernet Service request SR10765247369769 was closed and partially the amount was refunded That also after tweets. The full amount should have been refunded. No reply forth coming either on DM Or public tweets.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for treating a 7 year old customer so carelessly. Your box is on my terrace and they have given multiple connections from my electricity and that box runs 24 hours 7 years continuously . I have to pay electricity bill along with your monthly bill.FeelingBad

    @ACTFibernet forcefully I had to come from office at 5.30 pm as the installation guy mentioned,then they came around 6.30 pm for installation and said that it is not possible for that day,today whole day I didn’t receive any call and when I called they just registered a complaint

    @ACTFibernet I had put a shifting/relocation request for Sunday, it's now Wednesday & I haven't received a call from the concerned team. Instead your customer service agent incorrectly opened a internet not working request, and now my shift request has been closed. Worst service
