Hey @ACTFibernet why did you close the case without visiting customer place? SR10376524217834 I was told that the field engineer will visit to verify that router is working correctly or initiate replacement. Your team is not capable and efficient to handle any issues.

@ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket and frustrated in dowing follow ups people are coming and I am not getting any support. this type of support you are providing customers I don’t believe this And with out resolution ticket is been closed and I have to talk and reopen.

Please avoid taking a connection with ACT Fibernet in Coimbatore. Their customer service is extremely poor. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups to disconnect my connection as I’m shifting to a new city, they have not taken any action. @ACTFibernet #india #actfiber #consumer

Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet! Complaint #SR10276509724354 raised 2 days ago—still unresolved. 3 technicians contacted, all refused to come with excuses. Am I, the customer, supposed to chase them? Internet outage is affecting my work. Do I switch providers now?
