Only problem is that, their support team keeps changing frequently. Whoever we called a few months back would have left the organization.

A 5-day wait for a callback that never comes suggests that the internal escalation mechanism may not be working as intended. Tagging @DoC_GoI and @AshwiniVaishnaw for visibility. Consumers should not have to struggle this much to resolve such a small operational request.

Except an issue with L2TP VPN connection last year, everything is fine. Since last few years, subscribing yearly plan.

Internet is down from more than 12 hours and still not fixed. Seems there is a server issue, are you living in 2025 or 1999 where it takes more than 12 hours to fix server issue
