    Dear @ACTFibernet the net was down due to that stupid ACT 4K which i have cancelled 4 months back, kindly note now i wont be paying anything for this box, please cancel it, requesting again. I am not going to pay again for this box kindly note. Remove the 4K ASAP..

    @ACTFibernet I have requested for new connection on 01-06-2021.they told to pay the amount and complete the signup process and the connection, and I have done all on June 1st itself but till today I didn't get the connection Customer centre ticket Number: SR410157846366127

    @ACTFibernet You have been fooling arnd by saying there is issue in junction box. There seems to be issue with accessories that use . You might use low grade wires, servers which will be the root cause of the issue. Could you pls send me information on brand and quality of accessories #RTI
