  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I’ve applied for a name change and the connection was disconnected on 20th. Even though installation was done on 21st morning, I don’t have the connection yet. No proper communication from your support either. Look into this ASAP.

  @ACTFibernet need compensation for account number#101416259071. This is the second time experiencing pathetic service on the top of that they are putting on hold and disconnecting the call.

  @ACTFibernet Guess what now @ACTFibernet has extended resolution period by another 24hours.. now it's more than 48hours with no internet. In my 6months plan, 3months goes in complaint itself. Feel like paying double the actual amount.
