    .@ACTFibernet You guys have used power and have your box installation at my home, when I have asked for a refund you have disconnected the service. Have raised multiple tickets. Have been a customer for more than a decade. Worst service.latest ticket SR10164882432264.

    in these 10 days and probably would have installed connection as well. Yesterday @ACTFibernet your guys promised me to onstall connection bh 21st May and today denied. Isn't it fraud and kind of false promise ! @ACTFibernet could you please look into this matter and help us.
