    Hi @ACTFibernet, there's been a "no internet" issue which I want raise. The chatbot is the worst way to analyse it where I have disable browser's "do not track" feature, which I don't like even it may be useful to check the connection. (Part 1)

    @ACTFibernet Your customer executives saying the same thing to me from last 12 days. Acct no : 101138507815 Check the call register and see how many times I called and how many hours I just lost because of you. For 1 issue, it took you 12 days without a proper resolution and still no update.

    I've never seen such a worst service from a broadband network. If you are planning to take on act broadband service please don't or else you'll regret. They never really respond and solve your issue. There is no day without interruption of internet connection. @ACTFibernet
