  @ACTFibernet Hi team, i contacted to the act...service provider called me and asked to pay the amout...after payment i waited for 4 days and now refund initiated..then what is the use of waiting..if you don't provide service then don't allow us to pay and wait .

  @ACTFibernet I feel this is a scam..! You must be taking thousands of such advance payments and making interest in crores out of it. This is customer loot.. not sure why consumer forums are mum on this @consumerforum_ @JagoGrahakJago_ All online ecommerce sites do this now a days..
