    @ACTFibernet internet service stops abruptly now and while raising a complaint on the app, it asks for user name and mobile no. Firstly you shut down unexpectedly and next u ask a user name which erstwhile was the mobile no., which doesn’t work now. ACT, do get your act together!

    Today I got a call from this executive ( phone number ending ***6612800) and she literally threatened me; If you are terminating because you have a complaint, we will resolve it. Or else we are gonna charge you 650rs for as installation cost !!! #ACTFibernet #ACTBengaluru

    How to sue @ACTFibernet for bot calling nonstop and abusing customer contact number? I have sent multiple emails that I'm not paying due to the pathetic service yet they are sending bills, spamming with calls, and changing plan details without my consent Please share advice.
