@ACTFibernet We have taken snapshot of the use of data happening at around 3 am and 8 pm without our knowledge and will be forced to file a grievance with TRAI for such irresponsible behavior and not finding solution for this for last 3 months

@ACTFibernet Absolutely appalling experience with ACT Fibernet! Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely unresponsive. Despite multiple follow-ups, issues with refunds and router pickup remain unresolved. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Avoid this company at all costs!

@ACTFibernet account no 102012053066 productive financial. complain regarding our data getting misused during 3am & 8pm non office hours has been un attended last 3 months and we are facing issue in terms of speed and connectivity as 3000 GB misused every month . Pathetic service

but still, I have not received a call. Without me knowing, they have closed the request of mine to speak to the manager by saying the issue is resolved. Such a pathetic customer service. Shame on you @ACTFibernet.
