    @ACTFibernet has been pathetic in our area since last months. Slow speed, frequent disconnections, almost non usable. Multiple tickets have no resolution except getting a call from the engineer. How do I cancel the connection?

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket on 27th April 2021 at 10.30PM due to no intenet. No response from customer service team till now. Highly disappointed with this service. My Account# is103867024691. Need a fix ASAP. WORST SERVICE. NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Bala Malladi, ACT CEO, I have been an ACT loyal customer for Fibernet . Can you get your ACT Fibernet Support team to be more professional ? The customer support is pathetic. Most of the time the issue are closed without resolving. Please Fix my issue asap

    @ACTFibernet I am a very old customer of act, when it was beam (2003) onwards, over the years my observation is customer support has become pathetic. Which is not expected fro a reputed company like act. The call centre people are interested only in closing the ticket...

    @ACTFibernet 102426769194 So I'm facing an issue again!! It says connected, no internet. Done with the basic troubleshooting steps but in vain. This is annoying especially during WFH times. Expect resolution on high priority. Awaiting a technical callback right away.
