@ACTFibernet its been 8 days since the connection went down since Dec 9th, raised SR10366549383634 and no action yet and all they say is junction box problem, ETA for the ticket prolonged every day, lost trust after 7 years of service, time to switch

@ACTFibernet A/C 102666117691, your sale executive have taken payment yesterday morning 8.30 am with a promise to install WIFI bu next an hour..I am still chasing them to install the WIFI..it's to painfull to connect your customer service for any answer.

@ACTFibernet from past 5 days Internet is not working in Choolai area. Customer care person is saying same thing from past five days that it will get resolved today but no action has been taken yet. Our work is getting affected which you are not understanding. Worst experience.
