    @ACTFibernet Raised ticket SR10280695130624 and support blamed "6 devices" for my speed dropping that's not it. On a 200Mbps plan but the router falls to ~150 within 20 min (only a reboot fixes it), same even with 1 device connected. I need an actual fix / router replacement

    @ACTFibernet horrible service. .it's been a week since I subscribed to WO103806211872 for a new connection but no single representative of you showed up till date...it's highly humiliating for putting my trust in you people...@jagograhakjago kindly look into it..

    @ACTFibernet During their Sales cycle, they gives us a lot of hope, bells and whistles but in reality, nothing happens, nobody takes any actions till your 6 months advance payment gets over. They will never mind to provide any service because you are stuck and paid for 6 months.

    @ACTFibernet I have changed from single modem to mesh plan last month. Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Guys - Yesterday the service person told that the issue is resolved but the issue is not resolved. Here is the new ticket please see my thread, and continuously I have issues since last on week. SR10180643740964
