Switched from @ACTFibernet to @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai . Poor response from ACT. Our internet connection was down from Nov 7th and the service guy came after 3days. Due to heavy rains, our router was damaged and he said the router has a warranty of 6months only. (1/n)

@ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Use or not these people will be generating there bill every month and they start messaging pay the bill....! If we raise an issue they will close the issue ticket with fake solution. Hyderabad Executives are teller of untruths and are very bad to customers.
