@ACTFibernet legit has the worst SLAs for any kind of tickets raised. Apparently it's supposed to take a whole day of no internet for them to replace a box or whatever. One of the best things about @airtelindia is their fast turnaround times. Wish they provided fiber in my area.

Given the ISP's high profile presence in TN, expected a professional service. Disappointing that in spite of a message that my internet connectivity will be restored by 7 pm yesterday, no action yet from @ACTFibernet nor is there any update on the ticket raised. Frustrating :(

@ACTFibernet is the worst ever! It’s been 3 weeks since I subscribed to them and I already had issues 5 times! My internet wasn’t working from morning, after complaining service guy calls me to tell its fixed, but it ain’t and then he promises to check it bt phone is switchd off
