@ACTFibernet I raised the complaint yesterday at 3 PM. It's been almost 18 hours now and there's been no resolution. The ETA provided for the fix was yesterday by 7.30 PM.

@ACTFibernet Poor Services in Bangalore, Kagadasapura Main Road. The complaint was of a broken line per the technician. Even repeated assurances net not come for the last 30 hours. Please get in resolved. The service personnel may be told to be realistic in committing a time.

@ACTFibernet I was made to pay 826 plus 1750 INR by your executive but after I made the payment they are not even picking up my phone. The modem has not been provided yet please take some action or arrange for the refund of 1750 plus 826 rupees.really pathetic service.
