    @ACTFibernet No action has been taken since then. I have been calling their customer care everyday since last 10 days. Everyday I am told that their team will reach out to me within 24 hours and i will get my refund. No one has reached out to me and i have not got my refund.

    Nowadays companies are first capturing the customer base but once they have got the profit then they forget about providing the right support in fixing the issue. The @consumercourtin @jagograhakjago to take action on the @ACTFibernet company so that they don't repeat this act.

    I called the @ACTFibernet support yesterday also and the customer support person said the technician will fix it by today,yet the issue is not fixed. It is simple task of fixing the internet connection wire which is hanging in the apartment but the @ACTFibernet is not responding
