    @ACTFibernet Since last Monday, daily complaining about poor Internet service but no improvement. Without resolving the Internet issue, asking for payment which is ridiculous.

    @ACTFibernet Don't you've standard procedure or responsible team to reset it back, when it is already known. Quite disappointing to see this as I am paying for 300mbps and getting 100mbps due to your negligence.Hope you make note of this incident and not repeat it again.

    If I got ₹1 every time @ACTFibernet said “wait for 2 hours”, I could probably afford better internet by now. Still no resolution. Still no technician. Amazing service 👏

    @ACTFibernet Tried twice to call your representative, call dropped twice but I didn’t receive a call back. The concern is quite urgent and scheduled for 19th WOOW! Being 8yrs old customer now feels like it time to shift to another network.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing very slow internet speed issue since more than 10 days, when I raised an issue, I got to know that due to voltage fluctuations my bandwidth speed was reduced from 300mbps to 100 mbps.What I don't understand is, why the bandwidth Speed wasn't reset ?
