Please waive the amount in this month bill , I didn't use internet in the last month for 9 days. The customer support is worst @ACTFibernet or else disconnect my broadband, I don't want to use, I will go for other broadband providers.

@ACTFibernet You guys fixed the issue with a new modem, I appreciate but what about the commitment? I was told to pay 3 months rental fees in advance to avail the modem upgrade but I see a bill now in my account to pay for modem price that to for a incorrect modem model.

@ACTFibernet The same trash verbiage was used by your support executives. Your Irresponsibility and delayed service affecting us. We pay for internet service upfront and we expect the services to be quick n rapid. 30 hours is way too much.

Your request SR11556478301102 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 5/12/2021 08:00:00 PM. The issue isn't resolved yet and there's no response when we follow up customer care to resolve the same ASAP. It's WORSE when we are working from home and dependent on @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet 27th of April to today it has been 15 days you are sitting on my money. When will you refund? We have to pay within 2 minutes and for you to refund it takes 8-10 days? What kind of service is this?
