@ACTFibernet your service is insanely horrible. For payments you guys will promptly reply and ask money upfront but when it comes to customer service and actually getting a fiber net connection to work you guys are absolutely pathetic.

Each and every month same issue for past 2 month I am going in loss even this time it’s going to be same issue don’t know why when we pay the amount at correct time but we don’t receive proper receipt at correct time. ACT service complete disaster. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago

@ACTFibernet Does anybody else having problems like me? Made a complaint regarding service from this month 12th daily.. But not yet resolved... Daily the ticket closes and after every complaint it is reopened...but no solution... Anyother bb to switch over?
