    @ACTFibernet I just got a call from your local provider mentioning that I will not be refunded for discontinuing the service. I have failed to understand what kind of business you guys are running no service and no refunds on failure to provide service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I gave a request for shifting on Thursday i.e.4th and it's 7th but not yet done. Everyday 1 guy visits promising to come tomorrow, already lost my work for 2 days & no hope for tomorrow. Why does your service suck? 0 value for customers

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Day 13 of "Internet Not Working" ACT as service provider is now hopeless if you cant resolve issues in 13 days. I no longer have strength, patience left don't message me and ask to be patient @TRAI there should be some monitoring of service providers treating customers like this
