@ACTFibernet I’ve been facing a complete outage since morning, only to be told it was due to an FX upgradation where your team connected the wrong cable to the wrong port. This level of negligence is unacceptable, get your field operations in order.

A lot of people warned me about @ACTFibernet and how pathetic the service is, but I witnessed it first-hand this time. I’ll wait two more days for my refund to credit or else I’m filing a complaint on the consumer forum.
