@ACTFibernet SR10257631206142 is raised for no internet and it's been more than 7 hrs not resolved, reason given that other person has vacated his house. This is outrageous , why should my internet connection depends on someone else relocating. THE WORST INFRASTRUCTURE

@ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket a month back. The ticket got closed twice without resolving the issue. I reached out to ACT support about 6-7 times, all they replied was that they will escalate the issue but didn't get any update till date. But the ticket got closed again

@ACTFibernet Since Morning I do not have Internet access in Saidabad Madannapet Area. Raised a complaint with Ticket# SR10157639316712 no response... Pls don't spoil my weekend almost Saturday at the end.. pls resolve as soon as possible.
