I upgraded d plan & got to know that d router which u gave doesn't support high-speed but on d box it is written upto 300mbps which is misleading information. Now I had to downgrade back to old plan. Issue is, u r not ready to replace router.

I even contacted customer support and requested urgent action, yet as of 9:30 PM, the issue remains unresolved. What's worse, there has been zero communication or update from your team. I work from home, and your negligence has caused me to lose an entire working day. This level of service is unacceptable.
