But activate random plans and then your customer care personnel says they cannot change plan!! So are your promotional calls just to fool customer and lure them to reconnect?? Despite many calls and getting assurances of escalation and it will be fixed within 24 hours 4-5 times, issue has not been resolved yet. This is really bad service off late.
