    @ACTFibernet Inspite of follow up the team turn up and now says that I device GX & Update the plan to Act Blaze. Pathetic service. I have this connection for almost 4 years now. Due to Covid I had disconnected . Before Covid also i had the same GX connection and for which I had already paid .

    @ACTFibernet Reagarding the above problem They told that they will recover router with in 48 hours .48 hours already got over so kindly send some .one to recover router as well Refund the money .

    @ACTFibernet Account No. 102340389924 There is a wrong Netflix bill of Rs.199 for January 21. Had disconnected netflix on 29th Dec 2020. Because of this bill, I'm not able to pay for 6M+1M plan due on 27th April. Sorry to say, the issue is not getting resolved.

    The #worstService provider @ACTFibernet . Every 2nd week we face same issue (wifi disconnected) nd I have to take a day off 4m my work.i recommend to use jio fiber if you are staying in b'glore Whitefield area.u gt better service@499 compare to @ACTFibernet where u pay 1499.

    @ACTFibernet please don't prefer act fibernet. This is the worst broadband service I've ever experienced. No one will help you when you're connection is lost. I lost my connection two times in a week. I raised a complaint yesterday morning.but my connection has not been restored.
