    @ACTFibernet Intnernet connectivity is down in Indiranagar since 4 days. Customer care is giving false commitment, first they said 24hour resolution time, then 48hour, then 4 days. #worst Service #No resolution time #action required.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI #ACT broadband; Time to switch Frequent disconnections (I experienced 16 days of internet blackout in 2 months). Activity time of less than 75%. Frequent internet downtime because of maintenance.

    @ACTFibernet I am giving my feedback right here. Your issue resolution time is over 3-4 days everytime there is a downtime. This is not acceptable. I have paid for a certain period in advance that's why you guys are taking us for a ride. Next time i am not renewing with you. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet I'll give you a days time to resolve my issue and then my cable goes and so do all the cables you have running over my property. Let's see if you guys can wait 24-48 hours to enter my house and restore connections again.

    @ACTFibernet I dono why it is happening like dis,I have opted for act last week and paid the amount on last Wed, but stil they have not installed it,I am keep oncalling them and they were like, it will resolve in 24 hrs, but already one week over no update please help me......

    @yogeshwarv @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was using @ACTFibernet so far and for last 40 days i had 4 internet issues and one day complete blackout. And yesterday I was having important call, and it got disconnected. Very frustrated. So switching to @airtelindia #Airtel #AcTfibernet

    @ACTFibernet sick and tired of your frequent connectivity failures and then you make fools of customers by promising resolution in 24 hours. It’s second time in 2 weeks and 4-5th time in 3 months that your distribution box got an issue. It’s been more than a day and still no fix

    I’ve seen bad service before (Indigo Airlines, Swiggy, Uber), but nothing in life ever prepared me for the absolute worst tier of service that is @ACTFibernet. Their customer service and responsiveness is an embarrassment to us, as a species. (8/n)

    @ACTFibernet After two weeks of uninterrupted service the internet goes off again in HSR 2nd Sector. You guys never fail to live upto the expectation. As per your commitment, you should have fixed the problem by 8pm today but still no update. None bothers to call me and update

    @ACTFibernet Laidback attitude of support team, they think almost to the level that they are our boss. Complaints will be resolved when support team feel like working, until then have a backup plan for the internet. I'm happy that finally, the time has come to go with other ISP.

    @ACTFibernet Please do hire differently abled. It's important. At the same time just look at how many customers you are making disabled.. regularly without fail. This my 12th compliant in 6 months SR10250491686922. And you defenitely disable me when you have outages and no immediate solution
