Hi @ACTFibernet please don't fool customers by introducing the 6 months pay and get a router free offer. as i did not get mine from past 1 month. and after calling 9-10 times your customer care they say i cant get the router. #pathetic #worstService @ACTFibernet

My situation today: @ACTFibernet down. The technical team wants to help me on phone. Need to troubleshoot my internet on phone call, but router is inside the house where my Mobile Networks (@Airtel_Presence @JioCare) are bad and call drops. Need for Landline!!!

@ACTFibernet What priority with your team doesn't follow up's for more than 2-3 day's. Someone else calls and ask to re explain whole issue then say's I'll arrange call back from concerned team. And this circle gets repeated😑 facing this same from last 20days... Can't tolerate this anymore
