It's just frustrating if you don't give a deadline to fix the issue. The CS is not good at handling. There is a lot of uncertainty.

I hv a 500GB plan with @ACTFibernet ; don't know how I'm out of data in half a month. We just stream Netflix etc. Not much downloading. This is absolutely ridiculous.
