    @ACTFibernet sorry to say that, very poor service experienced. Last 24 hrs no body attended the network issue. Called at least 20 calls to customer care. These kind of pathetic service we never thought of. Shame on you.

    @ACTFibernet We signed up yesterday for a 100 Mbps connection (CAF 102800585515) & paid 3 months in advance. Promised installation yesterday or today by Navya (97408 31843). Since then, there has been no response to calls/WhatsApp. Customer support escalation also unresolved.

    @ACTFibernet There is no response from customer care, the call goes pending with more than 30numbers in waiting.. There is no proper Timeline for resolution. Everyday just keep getting message the issue will be resolved within 4 hours.
