The most horrible customer service is @ACTFibernet. Raised issue last month and still in open state for most of the people. They even charging for closed accounts. Really worrying for choosing @ACTFibernet No one will be responsible for your issues

I spent every day 1 hour to contact Customercare @ACTFibernet . Finally they asks me to wait and never come back and after an hour call will be disconnected

@Ronak_RJS @ACTFibernet From my experience I'm telling you they have the worst service so try different ISP. Little rain and your internet will be down for hours and they will keep you on hold for 20 mins to talk to customer support and still no help.

@ACTFibernet This is the complaint no. SR1026188505732 I raised on MONDAY 11:30 AM . Your customer care executive told that it will get restored within 24 hrs but you took 54 rs to restore issue. Without informing me they closed the complaint better to go to Airtel.This s called worst service

@ACTFibernet What are you working on? I never thought that Twitter would become a source to talk to ACT Fibernet. Other broadband services were able to provide new/restore connection with 1 single call, here ETA is increasing day by day by day but no response or no restoration.
