    Not a unique internet service by #ACT it's like any other service provider depends on what speed u choose. But to aware all never make UPI payments to @ACTFibernet at billdeskpg.acttv@icici , ur money will be debited and ACT will say they have not received. Be careful

    @ACTFibernet get your iOS app together(crashing on every launch). This should be embarrassing for you, it’s been down for over a week now and I cannot purchase additional data. Seriously, I’m switching for good if this persists.

    @ACTFibernet Yes, however, the fix was provided late and same was not expected from ACT. Need timely resolution to achieve customer satisfaction.

    @balamalladi @ACTFibernet u claim to provide the fastest internet connection. But u r so slow to reflect the amount on ur accounts paid through Upi, that is claimed to be the fastest mode of transaction in the country. Is there a accounts team to look after billdeskpg.acttv@icici

    @ACTFibernet the main switch for our internet connection is in the terrace of our house and whenever there is a power cut, there is no internet access. We've complained multiple times over the past 6 MONTHS with NO resolution! Terrible customer support. Please fix ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet I have been reporting this issue for almost 4 months by now and no one is looking into this issue religiously. Also, complaints get closed without resolution or false commitments. Moreover, your escalation team and ground staff are helpless.

    @ACTFibernet The worst part is, above mentioned no is not reachable. Whenever I complain about the issue. No sure things get fixed, later it attains the same state. Like Act home page not opening and no internet or slow speeds in spite of having internet bandwidth.

    @ACTFibernet SR10163852093794 is unresolved. 1st complaint on 7Jan22-Engr visited the location& told me, cable is damaged- promised replacement by 2jan but no show. SR10163883283728 on 11Jan, told me junction box is damaged to be fixed 15 Jan-no fix. Consumer court is my way out

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Got fed up with wrong commitments and promises given by customer care agents . I think the customer care agents are not properly trained or not aware of act process and policies every time I called act fiber net for any problem I get different response from different executives

    @ACTFibernet Very bad customerservice I called and I was discussing with the exc about my bill which has charged wrongly he kept me on hold and vanish and he was very rude over call was not listening to me my plan is 700 with gst 800 u people charged me 1100 some change .

    @ACTFibernet This is one of the worst internet services I have ever experienced. For more than 24hrs there is no internet. I have called more than 10 times to get an update and every time the support wants 1 more hour. Please stop the service if you are not good at it.#nosupport
