  @ACTFibernet On a call with your customer care representative, and he's repeating everything i say sarcasticly, to the point, when I ask him "why can't the issue be resolved." He replies, "Because it can't be can't be resolved today" & then starts interrupting me mid sentence, puts me in hold

  @ACTFibernet every 15 days the net goes down and they take 2 days to fix it. From last 3-4 months it's been down for more than 10 times and due to that 10-15 days were without internet. My biggest mistake to opt for act

  @ACTFibernet @bada_paww Many time I have DM you but you don’t reply, 3rd class service provider, you don’t respect your customer, anyhow we have to pay you full amount , it doesn’t matter how many times you have disconnected our internet connection
