@ACTFibernet worst customer service. None picks the call when we try to reach you. For new connection everyone will speak. Once taken the connection, none comes to pick the call. Very great. I will not recommended this to anyone

@ACTFibernet I did not have my internet connection on Sunday for the entire day Got It Resolved by evening. I told your employee that this has been happening frequently at this point where everything is online he assured me that it won't happen again Again my internet is down now

@ACTFibernet my online classes are being delayed. I received a call from this number +911142340000 that they will send engineer to my location to install router. Still no sign of them, no technician team arrived. Worst service.

@ACTFibernet So this happens regularly. And when trying to fix this constantly reoccurring issue, you give up to 24hr resolution time. Shall I put my business on hold for one day a week bc of your poor infrastructure? How about fixing the issue once and for all?

@ACTFibernet Called customer care and spoke. He mentioned that in next 4 hours the issue to be quickly resolved. Also, no call back received. Its me who's calling bcz urgency is at my end. Please do the needful.
