    @ACTFibernet hi Internet down for last 2 hours. Says it will get only fixed by tmrw 3pm. We are few unfortunate ones to work on a weekend as well. Kindly provide a solution soon. I hope, you are aware of lockdown rules in Delhi for weekends.

    @ACTFibernet Do ensure you disconnect the internet this time. I do not need @ACTFibernet . Let me know details you need. Your customer care does not even listen whn I ask them to disconnect.

    Dear @ACTFibernet , Why my account is suspended? Is this type of pathetic service u r giving to ur customer. After the complaint also, ur customer service team didn't try to resolve also. Worst fiber service provider in india 😡

    @ACTFibernet Every other good provider fixes these issue within TAT of 4 hours. It is only your lazy service that needs next day to resolve the issue.

    @ACTFibernet I am so very sorry of choosing you a service provider. I raised a dispute a weeke ago, your team has audacity to call after a week and still say I don't have answer to this but you can ask Support Team. Kudos to your service!!

    Huge scam for sales at ACT fibernet! I've been using Act for a while and there's a problem with this billing and nobody cares. I've escalated this multiple times @ACTFibernet customer care. The T&C has not been shared with the consumer when making sale. @C4ETech @TamilTechOffici
