  @ACTFibernet Worst service. Don’t say customer care, say it as customer pain. I will never recommend nor opt for act to any one with immediate effect let me wait for the payment you looted gets consumed. I will also approach consumer forum to take action against you suitably.

  Beyond frustrated with @ACTFibernet - internet goes down every other day. Lodge complaint - technician comes - does “something” - starts working - same problem two days later. Any ideas?!?

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD There has been no internet connectivity at my place from yesterday 5pm. I already logged a complaint and eta is 3pm today. It's not acceptable. It almost over 18 hours. No technician visit yet. Customer service telling to wait. SR10179758361064.

  Hey! @ACTFibernet Simply horrible you are& shameless too. Your local team never respond & your customer care is simply a post office. As far as your net is concerned , it can’t stay healthy even for 48 hrs. Will you refund for downtime periods from your monthly bill.

  @JioCare I don't know what you are working on. Appointment gets rescheduled automatically everyday and the line to connect with engineer disconnects without ringing. Used @ACTFibernet for 12 years but never had this much issue

  @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore SR10279860150194 There is no resolution, and wifi is still not working from ~10 hours. The technician came and left without fixing. Including me around 8 people in my neighborhood are facing issue.
