    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet internet is not working and I raised a ticket yesterday and the resolution time is given early morning hours first and now it has been updated to 9pm today. This is the 2nd time this month. If you can't handle the service just pack up your bags..

    @ACTFibernet The most ****** service after taking money they have disappeared and no way to contact the customer care. They don't share technician number I also don't know where the hell or what the hell happened to my money. Shittiest service nobody go for this ever.

    @ACTFibernet I downloaded your app and then was spammed with a sales call every 5 minutes. Once I paid for the 6 month subscription there is ZERO updates on the installation. It was due yesterday and I have not heard from any technician yet. WO 102757603427. Resolution?

    @OceanPaw_14 @ACTFibernet I paid for 12 months and they still gave me the sub standard router. @ACTFibernet dm'd you on the same. I hope you can help. else in 2 months I will switch to another provider

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I am not having Internet connection from past 2 days. I have raised a ticket and there is no proper response after multiple follow ups. No one is coming to fix the issue. They said there is an issue with junction box but no one has come to check it.

    @ACTFibernet I raised a ticket yesterday that my internet is not working Your agent had called me and told me that it started working while I was not home. I came home and then checked that it's not working. It is yet to be resolved Can you please help me resolve the issue

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket for smart 4k box installation 12 days back. It is not installed yet. Ticket keeps getting closed automatically without resolution. Each time I call CC, they say wait for 24 hours more. I didn't expect such a pathetic service.
