    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed service from ACT Fiber. We are facing broadband outage for more than 24 hours. No response from Customer Service Team on the status of the ticket (SR10363474900854) nor from the Area Manager. #ACTFiberOutage

    @aparnasridhar7 @ACTFibernet True. Worst internet service provider. Their TL for Adyar, has no basic courtesy. He won’t answer calls. Disconnect the calls. It’s time to shift.

    @ACTFibernet No internet for last 4 days.There is no resolutions showing about when internet will be restored. Technicians are not picking up the calls when tried to enquire about the issue. I never faced internet outage for more than 4 days #actfibernet SR10363474522009
