    One of the worst services in @ACTFibernet was said free router at the time of activation and now says return it back clear recordings captured from the sales person who said that initially need to sew such services providers at this current pandemic time #liarscheaters@act

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working from yesterday and showing due amount to be paid. However i have already purchased plan for 6+1 month by 2 month back. It is not first time as i m facing this issue. If i not getting ur service so why u have my payment money. I m hoping resolution asap

    @ACTFibernet it has taken so much time to get a simple thing resolved .6 days ??? there is no proper interactive customer service to get a job done. . i loose 6 days of internet which means you are causing a lot of damage but you are not serious about our grievances .
