    @ACTFibernet Your services are really frustrating now. In the past three days almost 3-4 times Internet has stopped working. Your operator come and fix then it’s gone again. Today I raised a ticket around 12:30 pm and at 7:12 pm I am told they will see the issue etc….

    Disappointed with @ACTFibernet service today. Technician was unqualified and spoke very rudely. Requesting an experienced technician to resolve Ticket
