    @ACTFibernet Dear Act...finally below is the information your act team just gave me "for using static IP, customer need to pay Rs. 230 plus gst"..what a wonderful solution to the customer...if a customer is working for different clients for each static ip that customer has to pay?

    @ACTFibernet Never heard such thing in my multiple years of working history except from Act..please let me know the procedure to surrender the Router and get money refunded back. I lost my time unnecessarily contacting Act during my office hours.

    @ACTFibernet Dear act I have received at least 5 more calls from all across the country asking me to restart my old connection. This after someone from HO called and assured my number was off the list. I am gonna keep a record guys. Raise it with @TRAI and see if that will help.
