    @ACTFibernet poor service there modems come with just 6 months warranty and then they would tell you to buy a new one, not fix it if it gets broken.

    @ACTFibernet Is providing seamless internet connectivity too much of a problem for you people? Every 10 days your internet services stop working. Everytime I have to call the customer care to get it repaired. High time now, either get my issue resolved or I will switch it.

    @ACTFibernet I just checked your team what is the status. Team said material need to come from kukatpally and issue spot Pragatinagar hardly takes 30 mins but till not arrived since approx 4 hrs and your team still waiting for it with no work is this the way working as priority?
