    @ACTFibernet I've been following up consistently on SR10154466768734 with zero status update. This was closed saying I wasnt available which is untrue. I've reopened it. I was on call with customer care again today, call dropped and now number not reachable

    @ACTFibernet why you guys don't fix the reoccurring issues 1st... This is 3rd time when no internet connection... Your support system is very bad.. For every complaints just an automatically raised ticket... And when your Technical support team what they will fix... 1/2

    @ACTFibernet How much time does it takes for giving a connection after making payment, was promised to give connection within a day and now it's been 3 days and have been running in circles to get a connection. Account number 102548742255. Very bad service.
