    @ACTFibernet As soon as day get off and night comes.. Ur internet starts dying.. Not sure why u guys don't work on ur internet speed in night. This is really pissing me off from the last one month.Even after so many complaints, same issue I face on a very next day.

    @ACTFibernet In continuance with my complaint a) the ACT guys call me, they say I have asked for reconnection multiple times b) heroes have no clue that on the app, disconnected ones can't raise a ticket..if u want to - there are only 2 options reconnect or cancel

    After multiple calls, site visit from @ACTFibernet I am still stuck with the latency and loss issue as well as frequent call drops via wifi. @ACTFibernet team charges random amount on my bill stating I requested for private IP. Not sure how it's fastest network?

    @ACTFibernet Your field person changed the battery few days ago of your node box and now the internet goes away within 2 mins when there is a power cut. From 15 mins now down to 2 mins. Well done #actfibrenet !!!

    @ACTFibernet please make a note that your internet services suck. It has been such a bad journey. In the last 3 days I’ve had to raise 3 tickets. It gets resolved and then it’s back to square one. This is really not done.

    @ACTFibernet I am facing low speed, service disruptions frequently over last 10 days still no resolution even after raising it multiple times on app. Paid for 3 months & facing issues just in 1 month. Will discontinue after 3 months. @reliancejio please send application link.

    @ACTFibernet I have also called customer care where they said issue will resolve in 4 hours and till now nobody called & no issue resolved
