    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Rude cx service! This is how a 10 year cx gets treated. You guys must be very poor to get a technical team and fix a box on priority! Making customer wait on call for 1 hour with no response! Bunch of idiots are handling your company!

    @ACTFibernet Still no one visited the premise to check for Fault it's more than 6 days now but no one is bothered to take action since rental for one year is taken in advance so now customer will wait for the ACT fibernet to resolve the complain may be another one year.

    @ACTFibernet @Kushalganesh92 Chup BSDK every time the same empathy which comes auto generated. Tatti 🚽 service 🤮 what happened to my query which I raised on 2nd Aug it’s still open. Anyways I changed my ISP. @KarwaKomal Yaar this people really suck.

    @KarwaKomal look at this threat. Seriously 😐 even I got pissed off 😡 with them. @ACTFibernet and finally after 10 years changed my ISP to @excitel_rocks here in Suncity and I’m very much happy. And the best part is even you can call to their engineer for any issues.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD its been more than 24 hours that I raised an issue saying I am not getting internet and you guys haven’t taken any action and just disconnecting the calls when I tried to call you and express the issues I’m facing.
