    @ACTFibernet , i can understand the delay , but no proper response at your end . No delay/ update notification . Manager just told me “ you have taken yesterday only , right . We will do the installation “ no one is providing proper update. So please cancel & repay my amount back

    @ACTFibernet very slow, lazy, aversive process. Got text asking to dial a number for refund. It took me 16 minutes to reach front of queue n call got disconnected. Tried agn n your agent kept giving excuses. Do u charge after providing service? No. Then why so much delay in processing refund?

    @ACTFibernet it's been 15 hours since I lost internet access. You have mentioned that the issue will be fixed at the earliest. The service request says it'll be fixed by 9 PM on 7th june. It's almost 8th June but the issue is not fixed

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Your Service request SR10175752514824 is expected to be resolved by 08-Jun between 13:00 to 16:00. This issue is still not resolved for more than 24 hrs, is this the service you provide especially after bill payment?

    @ACTFibernet If there is a proper justification for delaying the resolution it should be fine but you guys don't communicate to each other but calling daily without clear instructions and no one is providing any service but to distrub the privacy, this is really unacceptable, it's 7thday

    @ACTFibernet used to be proactive in identifying downtimes, communicate through SMS & resolving - this was not too long ago. What changed? My internet is down from morning. No ticket created till I called. No follow-up, it's been half a day now. SR10875758655154 for reference.

    @SUMITRAW2506 @airtelindia @ACTFibernet Even I have had a pathetic experience with ACT but the problem is right now Jio is not ready to help with anything so if ACT is gonna be best of the worst then I might just have to go with it. 🥲 Local cable and internet providers use to be so much easier to deal with.
