    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD SR10176873739754 ETR provided was 9 PM and it is 10 PM now no update and no proper customer care as well to respond. Not gonna continue my plan anymore. I’m not paying a single rupee for the next month 4 outages in a month with no updates

    @ACTFibernet 7 days of no internet. 6 days after raising a ticket no one responds. The guy whose number your app gives won't even lift calls. Pathetic sevice. All other networks in my area restored service.

    @ACTFibernet Guess What , I got my internet activated today but guess how many minutes ? 15 Minutes that's it. It took 15 minutes from this bloody company to have another issue and cut my internet again. Absolute Pathetic. I am dumb that I chose this company.

    @ACTFibernet Befor opting for 6 month subscription call will be successful in first attempt itself , now when it's about fiber switch charges credit issue , calls are unsuccessful? Really?

    @singilela359 @ACTFibernet Bro no matter what, these guys are least bothered. These Idiots should be screwed in consumer court. I am pooling ppl affected by Act fibernet to file a grievance for their negligence in not responding over calls, emails, social media and for not giving any date for resolution.
