    @ACTFibernet I have your new connection on 18th May. service is down since 19th May. no resolution yet. more than 24 Hours passed. ticket raised but closed very soon. working culture of ACT is like that making customer fool. if yes please support to get my refund.

    @ACTFibernet Worst service.I have recharged my broadband on 10th of May, but after 4 days it's again asking me to pay for the same month to continue the services. Its been past 4 days since my service has been suspended. I have also complained on the same day but got no response

    @ACTFibernet I got call from your team to upgrade to 7 months pack , by paying 7000 upfront and they will update me with new router , this is not the solution . When the connection was updated the technical guy who came must have seen the router and he knows the new bandwith is not going
