It's 24 hours without internet!! Why need more than 24 hours to resolve the issue when you already know how to fix the problem

At my home we had 2 WiFi’s both were from ACT Now I shifted to a new place i tried changing the address it never worked in app i cancelled it hoping someone would call me but no one did
