@ACTFibernet All those who are facing issue with customer service....Please note that this company is impotent in resolving your issues so better move your connection to Jio/Airtel. You can check the issues by just reading the complaints from various people on Twitter.

2 days without internet. Tried to terminate the connection twice but ur customer care called me back pleading not to do it and they'll fix this situation asap. Your promised resolution time has passed but still there isnt any signs of connection @ACTFibernet
