  @ACTFibernet it has been more than 2 days my internet outage not fixed and every month issue happens frequently. Who responsible for 2-3 internet loss from cycle and no followup. I am spending extra to continue office work. Frustrating your service SR10377469595554.

  @ACTFibernet It's not an issue, it's ignorance after commitment If your team were not able to provide a router then why committed and taken payment. Please confirm how much time it will take.

  @ACTFibernet why does a simple request to joint Cables take more than 2 days to resolve? If it works....no issues but if Stops....very difficult to restart again!!! Hopefully my request will be addressed soon🤞

  @ACTFibernet u cant either change plan for an existing customer with a compatible router or deliver a router not less than 7 working days...do ur Technicians come by walk to deliver a router??why 7 working days?? U must be following stone age procedures. I paid 6 months bill.

  @ACTFibernet your DHCP system is still locking internet access to the last connected MAC address even after hours. Two different routers show no internet, but direct connection to my Mac mini works instantly. This MAC binding issue is unacceptable, please release my IP lease now
