    @ACTFibernet Internet service not working since (14-April-2022) yesterday morning, I had raised the above subject ticket (Ticket - SR11064591649964) yesterday evening where ETR was provided to me 15-04-2022 at 5 PM but since then there has been no update provided by the ACT.

    @ACTFibernet dear act, while setting up the internet connection kindly setup the box at a unreachable height on the pole so normal people or Strangers dont access or damage it. Some stranger has been damaging that box as result my internet got disconnected twice in 3days.

    Hi @ACTFibernet , Extreme pathetic expreince , raised issue on 9th of April, ETR 12th April. Still ticket isn't yet resolved and no response from technician neither CC are helping. I need to disconnect the service if it's not resolved by EOD

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available to speak to legal team. This is the 150th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet No there is not any factor..we got new connection 5 days back only but they provided a router which supports only 40 mbbs. We asked them please give us which can support 75 mbbs but he was very not listening us

    Hey @ACTFibernet wrt ticket number SR10264600119544,in app its showing due amount of 880rs, instead of 770 rs,why should i pay 100rs more,so i did not pay yesterday and raised a ticket..If u deduct the service,plz take back your service

    @ACTBroadbandIn @ACTFibernet ,I’m facing serious issue ,since two days my WiFi is not working and when I called ACT people they are saying what we can do in that,if you can’t do anything please refund my money and take your connection back.Pathetic service from ACT
