Narasimha Raju (@mvnraju_undi) reported@ACTFibernet I stay in Srila Park Pride, HYDERNAGAR, Water works road, Hyderabad, Opp to Calvary temple. internet is again gone and not working since 4 hours on 24-May. Service is becoming worst day by day. I request Leadership @ACTFibernet to look into the same immediately.

Ashis Karak (@ashis_karak) reported@ACTFibernet Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet service. Even after raising multiple complaints, the issue is still not resolved. No technician visits the site — they just call, say the issue is resolved from the backend, and close the ticket without any proper solution.
