    @ACTFibernet, Your helpdesk and support team is worst nowadays. Without resolving the issue, they are just closing the ticket. I am reopening them, still they are closing by giving me a missed call of 09sec ring. SR10255222424608, SR10254809622312. I feel as I was cheated by them

    Worst thing about @ACTFibernet is that who lives in individual homes as humans and we cant get a connection. only people living in apartments get the connection not for anyone.

    @ACTFibernet I have installed my broadband 5 hours ago but still my subscription didn't get activated, I have raised the issue 3,4 times with ur support team all they say is it will get activated in an hr..Kindly help🙏 #disappointedfirstimpression
