    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet You service is so bad that we cannot connect to customer care, no local managers, no local executive to whom we can reach out.. What to do incase of emergency and your outage which is so frequent now. I am switching to jio airfiber now

    @abdul_wadood29 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Mine is down since aug 23, no response yet. First we have to wait in line for the customer service to answer the call. When it's our turn they say they'll escalate it and disconnect.

    Paid ACT Fibernet in advance for a new connection. Later they said my area isn’t serviceable, but still no refund after 7–8 days. No proper response, zero accountability. Worst service! @ACTFibernet @ACT

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet internet is down since August 23. I have escalated this numerous times. As per your update on 26th aug - you mentioned you have escalated this for urgent resolution. Is this how the act fiber works? Is this how priority requests are treated at #ACTFIBER

    @sikkireddy @ACTFibernet I hardly doubt there's a concern team really looking at our concerns. They are taking their sweet time to fix it. Who will compensate for the downtime? @ACTFibernet #ACTFibernet
