@ACTFibernet SR 10363370653916 ( tkt closed without proper resolution) and SR10363405815514. A router was promised but now they say you have to pay for one as the warranty is expired. When the connection was taken after 2 weeks another router was given which was faulty.

@ACTFibernet I have reconnected but for last 6 days i have been facing an issue that i have not connected to your network and getting the replays that the ports are not empty, I even support them to get new box and take power supply from my house but still they didn't respond
