  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD how pathetic that you couldn't work on a simple issue of changing the cable for the account 101445038506. Hence we have decided to move to @jio_fiber Check and confirm why it now shows due while this is a prepaid connection.

  @JioCare Keep this reply yourself. Your customer service is good for nothing. It has been 60+ hours of service outage in my home. I got enough experience with your useless fiber connection. I'm switching to @ACTFibernet. @JioCare Ask your people to collect the useless router from my home.

  @ACTFibernet I signed up for a new connection yesterday and did not expect this kind of horrible service from Act .. installation was supposed to happen yest .. till today no one even responds - I have wasted 1 day sitting on installation … I am now thinking of cancelling

  @chennaicorp @ACTFibernet @HathwayBrdband Complaint: CMP2026082021720. ACT and Hathway already provide high-speed broadband near Amman Koil St. Please explore these affordable local options. A public Learning & Co-Working Space should not be left with unusable internet. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential for study and work.

While I do understand that issues could arise at times, but repetitive issues with your network or services raises questions on the trustworthiness and quality of service. Further, I advise escalated support to look as this case.
