    @ACTFibernet Team, It's been over 8 hours now without internet. Could you expedite and state the reason for the outage. Your app is also not loading now. Your ticket SR10166332820124 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12-Nov (DD/MM) between 19:30 to 21:00.

    @ACTFibernet Such a pathetic customer care team and degraded operation team I have ever come across. Out of 30 days in a month there is an outrage for 12-15 days. Lol local vendors provide better service.
