@ACTFibernet the worst internet service providers. There are service issues every second day. I am using ACT fibre from 3rd August 2021 and this is the third time I am complaining with no active response. The fun part is calling them for service they them self are clueless.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet it’s been more than 48 hours my issue is not yet handled. Customer care said I’ll get a call before 6:30 pm I guess their watch stopped at 6:29 pm. Will you people atleast have the courtesy to call and update the status. Shame on @ACTFibernet no regard for customers.

@ACTFibernet your service is pathetic ..Difficult to express in words. I wanna shift my cable tv or cancel service if there is no network. It's been a week no one contacted. 1 lady called 3 days ago and asked for fibre net where I said the issue is with cable tv. No response yet
