@ACTFibernet self has issues with the router and there was no proper feedback have asked to disconnect the connection & request for refund but your team is asking me to avail service until 30th of the month for disconnection please guide on how to use internet without the router

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD There is no internet access since Sep 7th and upon frequent followups i am getting the same update i.e issue will be resolved in 72 hours. as you are not solving my issue i demand refund of remaining billing period i.e till October 1st .

@ACTFibernet Very pathetic service, we've requested for a leased line in Chennai, paid charges and no one to called us then. No replies to our calls. Waiting for 10+ days after payment is no good. My Reference:103769692183. Can someone really concerned take action. @DoT_India
