@ACTFibernet I called thrice to disconnect service. 3 weeks ago I was told to call when I wanted it stopped. So I called today. But you had disruptions today & the line had 30+ waiting. Finally talked to two people & the call dropped post transfer. Already sent email to helpdesk.

@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 18th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

@ACTFibernet I have been reaching support all day no resolution provided line is cut is this for i paying for Your ticket SR11063615205534 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 12/3 (MM/DD) between 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT Either resolve in morning or refund my all money

@ACTFibernet I ma sorry to say. Call back will not help. Sent a detailed email after analysis of the issue. If & IF you have a technical team who read and understand customer emails, it wouldn't take this long to even take basic action. Worst service and customer focus is the least I can say.

@ACTFibernet Very pathetic Customer Service. Complaint SR10363614140464 raised at 07:00am/03-Dec. Absolutely no response so far. Even after 2 calls and email to nodal, practically zero response. Don't know if you guys are even working for customers.
