    @ACTFibernet Your are engineer asked us to host the junction box at our house AND pay for the electricity to 4 more houses. What kind of unethical **** are you people running?!! Call me immediately, I want a refund of our money I don't want your internet anymore.

    @ACTFibernet Your call center number Nevers works most of the time . And there is no internet again this week . So it's true that it's happening every week . And you guys are becoming more greedy without providing a permanent solution. And I cannot raise a complaint by calling you guys.

    @ACTFibernet guys go for Airtel broadband, Hathway or Jio.. all r famous.. ACT is not even famous or reputed.. Customer service is horrible..They dont bother about online reputation.. such companies will loose business fast..

    @ACTFibernet My internet is disconnected again! If this is going to become a regular thing, please let me know and I’ll switch service providers. It takes more than 24 hours to resolve this each time as well. Complaint registered: SR10253671716182

    @ACTFibernet What kind of service and resprestantives you have ? The services are abruptly out - your app to create ticket doesn't work, chatbot is unresponsive, field engineers are not available, customer rep is most uncompassionate and unprofessional.
