@iamahmedshareef @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet even after 24 hrs no one is bothered to ask you.....it’s been 3 days since I raised a ticket it’s auto closed and resolved.... just because everyone is working from even they are not bothered to look in to the issue.

@ACTFibernet I hve raised 3 complaints since May 6 about refund because there was false Claim made by ACT to provide me the mnthly bill when they asked me to pay for 3 mts agreed upon which they turned done the condition & I hve disconnected immediately nw Refund Issue since then

Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare Support Team, I have sent the payment via Gpay to @ACTFibernet. But ACT Fibernet saying, still didn't receive it. When I checked the my account transaction details on my account. They received payment on Paytm account.

are playing the blame game with the teams, this is preposterous. Everyday I recieve the same info from the executives that they are taking the complaint on high priority and escalate it further. I dont understand the escalation process in @ACTFibernet it's taking them more (2/3)
