Adding to this, I had called them multiple times regarding the same thing. And got the same stupid reply that there might be a junction box issue. Also @ACTFibernet's own website states that I can have a connection where I stay. If you can't connect somewhere, say it outright.

@ACTFibernet Most pathetic internet service ever. Been trying from multiple days to get an internet connection. Had to call the technician myself and then he tells me that there is no service in my area. What the hell was your problem to tell this in the beginning itself?
