    @ACTFibernet I am important weekend deployment which will be started tomorrow and this is an big problem for me know as my plan is completely cancelled especially because of ACT which is not at all expectable.

    @ACTFibernet second time the internet stopped working for more than 24 hours in just one week. You need to revise your customer satisfaction policies. Junction box broke down twice in a week in Tolichowki era of Hyderabad. Need immediate resolution

    Your internet/broadband service is going down too frequently for comfort. This is happening in South Delhi. Please look into the matter, there are other service providers with better service/plans. Presently broadband down. Fix it. @ACTFibernet @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet I registered a complaint three days ago online, there is no one contacted me still now. tried reaching out to a executive who installed the box, no response. is there anyone from ACT to respond?

    @sharad_telkar @ACTFibernet Switch to other services. I'm going to do the same. Their executives will waste your time. Facing issues for 2 months. Complained multiple times. They just pretend to "regret" it.

    @ACTFibernet my current plan gives me 3300 GB to use in a month....i have used 249GB till date for March. Your app does not have an option to down-grade my plan. Please help!
